The first step toward a positive mindset is to close
your eyes and take a nice deep breath, holding it
for a moment, and as you breathe out, letting go

of all the tension and stress of the day. And
as you continue to breathe in relaxation and letting go
of any concerns or worries. That's it. And another nice

deep breath, and as you breathe out, give yourself permission
to heal from any trauma or problems, to let go
of the past, knowing the future can be so much better.
As you continue to breathe in, breathing in relaxation, deeper

and deeper, you might notice a gentle warmth moving up
and down your spine, almost like a gentle glow. Energy
spreading up and down your spine further and further throughout

your body. Notice the muscles in your forehead and give
them permission to relax and let go. Notice the little

muscles around your eyes, all those tiny muscles around your eyes,
and give those muscles permission to just relax. Now, the

muscles around your ears, the muscles inside your ears, just relaxing,
letting go. All the muscles around your mouth, give those
(05:25):
muscles permission to relax and make go. And your jaw
just drifting open and resting. I wonder if you can

remember a time when you are so deeply relaxed, no
concerns or responsibilities, just free and easy. Just immerse yourself

back into that moment. Now, waves of beautiful relaxation spreading
throughout your body, down through your back and chest, your arms,

down through your legs, deeper and deeper, even down to
your feet. Is your relax even deeper, just for a moment.

Notice your breathing, the gentle rise and fall that happens
all by itself. As you get a sense of your
breath gently moving through your body, it's your relax You

You don't have to do anything at all. You can
notice your pulse, the beating of your own heart, yourself

to become more more engaged with the life, the energy
of your own body as you drift further and further inside. Now,

I wonder if you can imagine or remember a time
when you were just gently laying on the picnic blanket
on soft grass, just laying on your back, watching the

sun drift flower the evening descending over you. The soft
grass underneath feels like the most wonderfully comfortable mattress. Sinking

deeper and deeper, The gentle fragrance of the evening air
drifts over your body, soothing you still further. The smell
(09:53):
of the flowers so beautiful that you would lay in
enjoying the evening sun, immersing yourself in the atmosphere of
a beautiful evening. Okay, somewhere in the distance, you can

hear the birds singing their loads songs of the day.
As the sun drifts lower and lower. I notice the
(10:52):
sound of evening and sects singing into the night, the
song an orchestra of natural music. As the sun's drifting

rays carass your body deep warm golden light, relaxing you
that little bit more. As you watch the veil of

the night drift over the sky, you can watch the
stars appearing letue hand they twinkles so beautifully in the

evening sky, a gentle light, bringing such a relaxing ones
to the evening sky. And that's more and more stars

slowly appear. Okay, your mind might wander and wonder how

it would be to float among the stars, to just
drift up so high amongst the stars, so easy for

you to let your mind just wander among the stars,
gently drifting higher and higher, leaving the problems of the

world so far behind. Every breath you take, just lifting
you higher and higher, up amongst the stars, embracing you.

Whether it be beautiful light, it might surprise you to
realize how light you feel, as if all the weight
(14:46):
of the world has just disappeared, as you just drift
here up among the stars, feeling no weight, no pressure,
no hassle, just relaxing. Did you drift among the stars?

That's it, so relaxing, drifting among the stars. Did you
drift among the stars, just immersing yourself in the wonderful

light of the stars all around you, as if they
were somehow supporting you. And as you turn and look

back to the earth, it looks so small, so far
below you. And as you watch the earth turning slowly
(16:24):
on its axis. You might notice the people so small, light,
tiny hands, all the people with all their problems so small,
(16:49):
nowhere near as big as they think they are. When
you look at it from afar, as you watch the

earth shrouded in night, everything looks so much darker during
the night. But as you look just there to the
distant horizon, the first rays of the morning sun, a
(17:37):
new morning sun, her light just starting to dance across
the earth, and you can know that no matter how
dark it seems, there is always a new dawn just
there on the horizon. And as you watch the sun's
(18:04):
beautiful light moving gently over the earth, knowing all the
darkness or the problems have gone for another day. As
(18:26):
you relax in the light of the stars, just enjoying
the healing night, you can you can return here whenever
you want and enjoy this feeling all over again. When

you're ready to return to the normal world, just let
your mind drift, drift back down to the blanket, slowly, down, down, down,
(19:25):
And as you lay on the blanket, feeling the morning
rays of the sun, golden rays of warm light moving
over your body, surrounding you. Seedling in all these wonderful feelings.
You can see the birth of a new day where
all your problems have gone. And as you take a

nice deep breath, breathing in this morning air, feeling that
wonderful feeling of hope and opportunity moving through every cell,
every fiber of your body, you know that when you

are ready to return to your normal world, you can
take all these wonderful feelings with you.
