to relax leto you can know that many people find
it more relaxing to just close their eyes. So whenever
you are ready to go into a deep meditation, just

go ahead and close those eyes, letting them drift all
the way down. You can know the first step to
trusting your subconscious and learning to go with the flow
is when you take a deep breath and hold it

for a moment and let it go with a sigh,
letting go of any tension, any stress, and as you
continue to relax, noticing the sounds outside the room, there's
this distant sounds that just seem to drift in the air,

no labels or recognition, just noticing the sound drifting in
the air as if hearing them for the very first time.
And then noticing the sounds inside the room, those sounds

(03:27):
drifting around you, no need to try and recognize them,
just letting them drift in the air around you, almost
as if you can watch those sounds floating in the
air as you continue to drift deeper and deeper within yourself.

Noticing the sound of my voice, the sounds behind my voice.
As you continue to relax, my voice will comfort you
will ease you. As you continue to drift deeper and

deeper within yourself, you can begin to notice any fragrances,
some distance, some close, Those beautiful fragrances that ance so gracefully.

No need to wonder what they are, just enjoying those
fragrances drifting on the air. Now. I don't know how
you'll find yourself release conscious control and trusting your subconscious

but you do, and that's what's most important. So as
you continue to relax, you can repeat the words silently
in your mind, just as they are spoken. I trust
my intuition and allow it to guide me effortlessly through

life's journey. Every day I am more in tune with
my inner wisdom and embrace the guidance it offers. I
release my need for control and trust the natural flow
of life. I am open to the limitless possibilities that

come from following my heart. Uncertainty is an opportunity for
growth and discovery, and I welcome it with an open mind.
I am angered in the present moment, trusting that everything

is unfolding perfectly for my highest good. My subconscious mind
is a powerful ally, and I honor its messages and
insights I am calm and at peace. I know that

I am always supported by the universe. I let go
of fear and embrace the unknown with courage and confidence.
I trust that every step I take is leading me
to where I am meant to be, and I find

joy in the journey. I trust my intuition and allow it.
And as you let those words drive through your mind
and body, a constant reminder of the transformation you can enjoy.
You can get a sense of the beginning of a
new energy, maybe small at first, as it begins to grow.

Right there in the thumb on your right hand, that
energy slowly moving up through your hand, your wrist, all
the way through the shoulder on your right arm, down
your right hand side, all the way down through your pelvis,

(07:45):
your knee, down through your ankle, orne even into the
toes on your right foot. And then notice that energy
slowly moving up through your left hand, right there in
the thumb on your left hand, moving up through your wrist,

(08:06):
all the way up through your upper arm, down through
your shoulder, your side, down through your ankle, and even
into your feet and all the toes on your left foot.
And you can notice now that energy drifting over your head,

(08:30):
noticing the muscles in your forehead just telling them to
let go, release, relax, the muscles around your eyes releasing,

(08:51):
letting go those bundles of nerves behind your eyes. Notice
how they travel all the way into the center of
your mind. That relaxation you have created, gently cascading down

(09:12):
your body, down through the muscles around your mouth, your
jaw drifting open, relaxing, resting, that energy moving down, drifting
across your chest, down through your stomach, and even into

(09:38):
your legs. That relaxation, that new energy drifting through your
whole body. Now, just for a moment, I'd like you
to notice your breathing, the gentle rise and fall of
your chest, and just allow yourself to take a deeper

(10:04):
breath all the way in and breathe out, letting it
go with a sigh. Noticing the beating of your heart,
the pulsing in your veins, the natural rhythm of your body.

(10:25):
As you allow yourself to become more and more absorbed
with the life the energy of your body, you can
notice words. Notice noticing words, You can notice your body
can relax as your mind relaxes. Your breathing carries on

(10:49):
all by itself. Your mind carries on thinking all by itself,
and you can just watch it wander away, your experience,
your understanding, your awareness can just detach and slow down,

(11:10):
and my voice can be soothing, can comfort you and
ease your mind as my voice goes with you, as
you drift deeper and deeper within yourself, and as your
rest there, continuing to relax and just think about the

(11:34):
problem that brought you here today. I wonder if you
know that tip of the tongue feeling when trying to
remember a name, or an idea, or the answer to
a question, the solution to a problem that you know
you know, but this is just out of reach that

(11:59):
you can taste it and you know you know it.
But the harder you look for it, the further it
goes away. It's like it hides until you stop, and
then just pops into your mind. Suddenly you know what
it is that you could not find before. It is

(12:21):
like your unconscious mind waits until you look away, waits
until you give up or stop trying so hard. Then
it gives you the answer. The way an island they say,
you can only see elves out of the corner of
your eye, off to the side where they hide, you

(12:44):
can only see them when you are not looking right
at them, or the way a perfect present for someone
you know jumps out at you when you are looking
for something else, but when you go shopping for their
birthdays or holidays, there is nothing more difficult than finding

(13:06):
the right thing. A part of us knows and will
give us what is needed, will give the answer to
you when you just relax, which may be why zen
cones work the way they do. Questions like what is
the sound of one hand clapping? Or what is a

(13:29):
mouse that roars? That the students ponder and wander about
and try to figure out and cannot make sense of
it until they give up, and then the answer comes
to mind, a mind blowing answer that answers everything and
gives them peace of mind. So knowing that you already

(13:53):
know exactly what you need to know, even if you
do not know exactly what the question is or where
the answer is, you can feel it deep down below
and ask your own unconscious mind to show you what
is needed. Then forget about it for a moment or two,

(14:14):
or even a day or two, and then suddenly there
it is a wish come true, a gift for you
from your own unconscious that just comes through into awareness now.
And so before you allow yourself to drift up completely

(14:35):
into conscious wakeful learnness, or maybe you might choose to
drift into sleep to let the lessons communicate at a
deeper level, it might be useful for you to utilize
the opportunity now to think about what you've experienced, the thoughts, images, understandings,

(14:56):
and how you might use these things later on, from
what day to the next, because you have an unconscious
mind and you have a conscious mind, and those two
minds can learn from your experiences here today some things
that you can utilize to deal more effectively with those

(15:17):
things that have been challenged for you before. So as
you continue to relax, you can see your own hand
moving across the blank page as it writes the words
I am learning to go with the flow and trust
my subconscious And as you finish writing those words, you

(15:43):
can go ahead and see yourself signing your name and
your own golden signature just below. And so before you
continue to drift up into conscious awareness, normal wakeful awareness,
or maybe let you your mind and body drift in
to sleep, it is your privilege to use this time

(16:07):
to become more aware of those things you can use
later on, those learning's abilities and skills you may have
overlooked before to give you a new view of the
possibilities for a new way of thinking and feeling and
doing things. That's right. Takes some time now, a brief

(16:29):
time that seems to be a long time to review
and plan at some level of awareness, those things you
will do later on, those things you may change later
on as you begin to use more and more of you.
You can use that time now, because in a few
moments from now, when you drift up and awaken, or

(16:53):
maybe let your mind and body drift into sleep, it
may be interesting for you to know that in that drifting,
relaxed state of mind, where thoughts drift by like dreams
that ender awareness for a time and drift through the mind,
while some are left behind to be utilized later on,

(17:15):
and others are remembered or seem to be remembered at first,
but then become more and more distant, forgotten over time,
and the entire experience can seem so far away as
your unconscious mind protects the conscious mind and leaves those
scenes behind forgotten but remembered too, and time changes too,

(17:41):
so you can know what a transformation it's been when
you begin to know that what seemed to take a
short time turns out to have been a long time.
What seemed to be a long time was really no
time at all. So for now, whenever you wish to
return to your normal world, you can just count from

(18:04):
one to five as you awaken, or perhaps you might
drift into a deep and relaxing sleep to let all
the messages sink even deeper.
