those words drift through your mind and body, a constant

a sense of the beginning of a new energy, maybe
starting small at first, as it begins to grow. Right

there in the sum on your right hand, that energy
moving through your hand, fingers, out through your wrist, your elbow,
your shoulder, down your right side, and even into your

right leg and down into the toes on your right foot.
You can notice it now in the sum on your
left hand, that energy slowly moving through your hand, through
your fingers, your wrist, up, through your elbow, your shoulder,

all the way down the left side to your left knee,
into your left foot, and all the toes on your
left foot. Notice now that energy moving over the tight
muscle across your head, and as it drifts across your

scalp relaxing your forehead, the muscles around your eyes simply relaxing,
letting go the nerves behind your eyes, tell them to relax,

echo release. Notice how those nerves go all the way
into the center of your mind. Relaxation you have created,

gently cascading lower and lower all the way down through
your mouth, your jaw, relaxing, resting, drifting open down across

your chest, your stomach, even to your legs. Your body
consumed to that relaxation and new energy through every cell

in your body. Just for a moment, notice your breathing,
the gentle rise and fall of your chest that happens

or by yourself. Just allow yourself to take a deeper breath,
although I am holding for a moment, breathe it out

with a sigh. Breathing out, and your remaining tension, any
remaining stress. Notice the beating of your heart, the pulsing
in your veins, the natural rhythm of your body, allowing

yourself to become more and more absorbed in the life.
The energy of your body, your breathing carries on all
by yourself. Your mind carries on thinking all by yourself,

and you can watch it just wander away. Your experience,
your understanding, your awareness can just attach and slow down,
and my voice can be soothing, can comfort you and

ease your mind. As my voice goes with you, as
your relax and drift deeper and deeper within yourself, you

can know the sunrises every morning, pushing the darkness of
the night are away with the first golden rays of light,
dispending any negative as she warms the earth, breathing new

life into every living thing. Now, just for a moment,
you can imagine that single point, a place on the
horizon where her golden light shines. And as you focus

on that single point, this first promise of a new day,
the hopes and dreams that can bring. And as that
light grows warmer and warmer and brighter, spreading further and further,

you can breathe in her pure energy, immersing yourself in
the beauty of her golden light. Notice it warming your skin,
slowly drifting down through your neck and chest, your arms
and hands and fingers, and even down to your stomach

(15:27):
and through your hips and into your legs and even
all the way down into your toes, and as you
continue to breathe in her purer energy, you might be
surprised how it warms your chest deep inside, that energy

(15:49):
beginning to pulse in perfect time with the beat of
your heart, spreading through every vein to every cell in
your body, getting warmer and warmer as that light spreads
even further, gently moving around your skin, radiating from every pore,

(16:12):
a beautiful glow that veils your body, as if pushing
any darkness, any negativity, far away, that golden night, creating
a protective cocoon, a permanent shield all around you, protecting you,
keeping you safe from the darkness outside. So you can remember,

(16:37):
just by breathing in the sun's golden light, you can
always dispel the darkness that lives around you, keeping you
safe and protected. As you continue to breathe, slowly, deeply
immersing yourself in the warmth of the sun, protecting safe

(17:02):
from harm, slowly deeply enjoying the pure energy coming from
the sun, moving through every cell in your body, radiating
from every pore this veil of beautiful energy. And so

(17:29):
before you allow yourself to drift up completely into conscious,
wakeful alearnness, or maybe you might choose to drift into
sleep to let the lessons communicate at a deeper level.
It may be useful for you to utilize the opportunity
now to think about what you've experienced, the thoughts, images

(17:55):
and understandings, and how you might use things later on,
from one day to the next, because you have an
unconscious mind and you have a conscious mind, and those
two minds can learn from your experiences here today some

(18:15):
things that you can utilize to deal more effectively with
those things that have been challenges for you before. So
as you relax, you can see your own hand moving
across the page as it writes the words I deserve
to transform any negativity around me into a positive energy

of light. Now, as you finish writing the words, you
can go ahead and see yourself signing your name underneath
in your own golden signature, watching it sparkle for just
a second before you continue to drift up into conscious

(19:01):
awareness nor more wakeful awareness, or may be let your
mind and body drift into sleep, as it is your
privilege to use this time to become more aware of
those things you can use later on. Those learning's abilities

(19:25):
and skills you may have overlooked before to give you
a new view of the possibilities for a new way
of thinking and feeling and doing things. That's right. Takes
some time now, a brief time that seems to be
a long time to review and plan at some level

of awareness, those things that you will do later on,
those things you may change later on as you begin
to use more and more of you. And you can

use that time now because in a few moments from now,
when you drift up and awaken, or maybe let your
mind and body drift in to sleep, it may be
interesting for you to know that in that drifting, relaxed

state of mind, where thoughts drift by night dreams that
tend to awareness for a time and drift through the mind,
while some are left behind to be utilized later on,
and others are remembered or seem to be remembered at first,

(20:56):
but then become more more distant forgotten over time, and
the experience can seem so far away as your unconscious

mind protects the conscious mind and leave those things behind
forgotten but remembered too, and time changes too, so you
can know what a journey it's been when you begin
to know that what seemed to take a short time

turns out to have taken a long time, or what
seemed to have taken a long time was really no
time at all. So for now, whenever you wish to
return to your normal world, you can just count from
one to five as you'll awaken, or perhaps you might
