your authentic life, but you do, and that's what's important.

Through the course of our time together today, you might
feel like drifting and daydreaming, but you'll hear everything I say.
It's just like this. Whole time you've been listening, your
unconscious has been receiving the touch signals along your skin
and beating your heart and thinking the thoughts you're thinking,

and breathing your lungs automatically, which means you can easily
drift and daydream and listen to my voice guiding you
toward your authentic life and away from old silly judgments.
In reality, this deep meditative state is natural, and you're

drifting into a deep meditation every time you lay down
and relax to go to sleep, which means everyone knows
how to experience deep meditation, just like you're choosing to now.
It's true that your unconscious processing style is uniquely yours,

(04:06):
so I've included guided suggestions that appeal to the full
variety of natural learning strategies. So you're going to feel
a wide range of wonderful sensations and positive emotions, some
maybe calming and serene, or refreshing and revitalizing, or pleasant

(04:28):
and euphoric, or you can choose to feel all of
these sensations and emotions at the same time because you're
meditating now. As we drift even deeper, the most important
concept to remember is the power of repetition. Your brain

(04:50):
creates transformation more powerfully and more easily and more automatically
every time you're repeatedly relaxing your body and breathing deeply
and listening to this program and focusing on the sound
of my voice, the sounds behind my voice, and thinking

(05:15):
these positive thoughts you're thinking, which means we can trust
that you're unconscious. The most powerful part of your mind
already knows what to do, So go ahead, let make
sure that You're in a comfortable recline position. Your spine

(05:35):
is straight to allow the energy to move through your body,
allowing yourself to lay back enough to relax, your eyes
to close. Set aside the next twenty minutes or so,
with no cell phones, no to do list, no obligations,

(05:58):
no distractions, interruptions. This is your time. You're choosing to create.
This time, in this space of freedom from judgment, automatically
allows you to receive powerful benefits from that part of
your mind that already knows that it knows. Your unconscious

(06:20):
already knows exactly what is most rewarding, most enjoyable, and
most pleasurable for you to experience fully embracing the self
ownership and strength this transformation provides. As you take three
nice deep breaths, exhaling slowly, that's right, And as you

(06:45):
continue breathing in your own mind, in your own voice,
just silently saying to yourself, I give myself permission to
relax totally and completely. And as you continue to relax,

(07:07):
you can notice the sounds outside the room. Those distant
sounds just seem to drift in the air, no labels
or recognition, just noticing the sounds drifting in the air
as if hearing them for the very first time. And

(07:33):
then notice the sounds inside the room, those sounds drifting
around you. I need to try and recognize them. Just
let them drift in the air around you, almost as
if you can watch those sounds floating in the air

(07:58):
as you continue to drift deeper and deeper within yourself,
and my voice will go with you as you continue
to relax, will comfort you, ease you if you drift

(08:20):
deeper and deeper, noticing any fragrances around you, some distance,
some close, those beautiful fragrances that dance so gracefully. No
need to wonder what they are, just enjoying the fragrances

(08:47):
drifting on the air. So as you continue to relax,
you can repeat the words silently in your mind as
they are spoken. I give myself permission to relax completely.

(09:08):
I am opening my awareness to uncover judgment within me,
so I can release it. As soon as I become
aware of judgment, I quickly let it go. As an
aspiring person of peace, I am making a shift and

(09:29):
releasing judgment within me. I look past the surface, set
aside judgment, and open my heart. As I release judgment,
I accept myself and others. I am learning to drop

(09:53):
down from my judging intellect to my compassionate heart. I
am giving myself a break, letting go of judgment about
myself and making myself okay. I give myself permission to

(10:15):
relax completely. And as you let those words drift through
your mind and body, constant reminder of the transformation you
can enjoy. You can get a sense of the beginning
of a new energy. May be small at first, as

(10:36):
it begins to grow. Right there in the thumb on
your right hand, that energy slowly moving through your hand,
up through your wrist, your elbow, your shoulder, all down

(10:58):
your right side, even through your leg, all the way
down to your right foot, and all through the toes
on your right foot. Become aware of it now, that
energy and the sum on your left hand, slowly moving

(11:24):
through all the fingers on your hand, up through your arm,
through your shoulder, all the way down your left hand side,
through your hips, your knee, down into your left foot,
and all through the toes on your left foot. Become

(11:50):
aware now the gentle energy drifting over your head, relaxing
your foret the muscles around your eyes, relaxing, letting go

(12:10):
the nerves behind your eye relaxing. Notice how those nerves
go all the way into the center of your mind.
This relaxation you have created gently cascading down through the

(12:32):
muscles around your now your jaw, relaxing, resting, drifting open,
just slightly, moving down, drifting across your chest, your stomach,

(12:55):
even into your legs. That relaxing and new energy drifting
through your whole body. Just for a moment. Notice you're breathing, gentle,
rise and full of your chest, and just allow yourself

(13:22):
to take an even deeper breath, all the way in,
holding it for a moment, just a little longer, and
as you breathe out, letting it go with a sigh,
like when you're sat alone relaxing after a long, hard day.

(13:50):
Notice the beating of your heart, the natural rhythm of
your body, the pulsing in your veins, allowing yourself to
become more and more absorbed in the life, the energy
of your body. You can notice my words. Notice noticing words.

(14:20):
You can notice your body can relax, and your mind
can relax, and your breathing carries on all by itself.
Your mind carries on thinking all by itself and you
can just watch it wander away. Your experience, your understanding,

(14:46):
your awareness can just detach and slow down, and my
voice can be soothing, can comfort you and visual. I'd
like you to notice where you feel most relaxed, most

(15:08):
of ease, and get a sense of that feeling of
relaxation moving through your body, right through the center of
your chest. You can know as those feelings of relaxation
move into your chest, you can begin to connect even

(15:35):
deeper within, finding peace and receiving guidance. And it's the
ideal place for you to be right now. I wonder
if you can imagine you're standing right there within your

(15:57):
heart space as if it were a cozy room. There's
a wonderful feeling of welcoming warmth, peace and comfort here,
and as you continue to spend time in your heart,

(16:18):
you can feel love gathering all around you. You said,
feeling of total acceptance of you just as you are,
and a feeling of support for your desire to let
go of negativity and embrace life. You've come to your

(16:43):
heart today to uncover and release judgment patterns within you
that have a limiting effect on your flow of love.
It's time to make this shift now. So concentrate your
inner on your intention to release judgment, and quietly repeat

(17:07):
the words in the silence of your mind, please help
me see, know, and let go. And as those words
drive through your mind, settling on a deeper level, you
might notice a doorway that opens in your heart, a

(17:30):
doorway that you can step through right now. And as
you step through, you find yourself in a circular chamber
like a cave. The walls and ceiling are completely covered

(17:51):
with beautiful crystals of purple, gold, and white, all radiating
a profound healing energy. This chamber was created to help
amplify and bring to light all the salt's feelings and
subconscious patterns within you that you're ready to release. There

(18:17):
is a soft mat on the floor and you can
lay down, face up, looking at the crystals surrounding you.
Now the work is about to begin, and you can
relax even more deeply, opening to the powerful energies that

(18:37):
are here for you. Calling for a moment, someone to
your mind you don't like, and now let any feelings
of judgment come up from within you like water bubbling

(18:59):
to the surface. As you allow the unconscious to become
the conscious. Takes some time now to bring that person
more and more present into your awareness as you uncover judgment,
release it and find neutrality, their acceptance, and finally compassion

(19:28):
for that person. Now call to mind a situation you
think is wrong or even unforgivable. This could be something
happening out in the world you have little contact with,

(19:48):
or even something much closer to home. Let your feelings
of judgment towards a situation from within you as you
allow the conscious to become the conscious. Takes some time

(20:08):
now to bring that situation more and more present into
your awareness, And as you uncover judgment, just release it
and find neutrality and acceptance and finally compassion for the

(20:34):
situation and the people involved. Consider something now about yourself
or something you've done that you hold judgment toward. Let
your feelings of judgment towards this rise up as you

(20:58):
allow the unconscious to be unconscious. Take some time now
to bring that situation more and more present into your awareness.
As you uncover judgment, release it, fine neutrality, then acceptance,

(21:24):
and then compassion for yourself. And just for a moment,
ask your higher consciousness to bring to your mind someone
or something that you haven't considered so far that brings
up judgment within you. Let your feelings of judgment towards

(21:48):
us rise up from within you, allowing the unconscious to
become conscious. It takes some time now to bring that
situation more and more present into your awareness. As you

(22:09):
uncover judgment, release it and let it go, finding neutrality,
an acceptance, and finally compassion for the situation and the
people involved. As you continue to lie within this crystal chamber,

(22:33):
purged as you have been of some other judgment within
you experience the energies here beginning to intensify, pouring love
into you powerfully and steadily. Takes some time now to
simply open and receive, allowing any negativity within you to

(22:56):
release and let go. Take a moment now to listen
within and receive. Imagine yourself going forward in your life
in the coming days and weeks, and becoming more aware
of judgment within you than ever before. See and feel

(23:20):
your future self establishing a new pattern, new habits of awareness, neutrality,
and freedom. And so before you allow yourself to drift
up completely into conscious, wakeful alearness, or maybe you might

(23:41):
choose to drift into sleep and let the lessons communicate
at a deeper level. It may be useful for utilize
the opportunity now to think about what you've experienced, the thoughts,
image understandings, and how you might use these things later on,

(24:05):
from one day to the next, because you have an
unconscious mind and you have a conscious mind, and those
two minds can learn from your experiences here today some
things that you can utilize to deal more effectively with

(24:26):
those things that have been challenges for you before. So
as you continue to relax and see your own hand
moving across the page as it writes the words from
now on, I will become more sensitive to my inner climate,

(24:53):
and as judgment comes up, I'll recognize it and quickly
let it go. And as you finish writing those words,
you can go ahead and see yourself signing your name
underneath in your own golden signature. And so before you

(25:21):
continue to drift up into conscious awareness, normal wakeful awareness,
or maybe let your mind and body drift in to sleep,
it is your privilege to use this time to become

(25:41):
more aware of those feelings you can use later on
those learnings, abilities, and skills you may have overlooked before
to give you a new view of the possibilities for
a new way of thinking and feeling and doing things

(26:02):
that's right. It takes some time now, a brief time
that seems to be a long time, to review and
plan at some level of awareness. Those things you'll do
later on. Those things you may change later on as

(26:24):
you begin to use more and more review. And you
can use that time now because in a few moments
from now, when you drift up and awaken, or maybe
let your mind and body drift into sleep, it may

(26:45):
be interesting for you to know that in that drifting,
relaxed state of mind, where thoughts drift by light, dreams
that turn to awareness for a time and drift through
the mind, and some are left behind to be utilized
later on, and others are remembered, or seem to be

(27:10):
remembered at first, then become more and more distant, forgotten
over time, and the entire experience can seem so far
away as your unconscious mind protects a conscious mind and
leaves those things behind forgotten but remembered too, and time

(27:36):
changes to so you can know what a journey it's
been when you begin to know that what seemed to
take a short time turns out to have been a
long time, and what seemed a long time was really
no time at all. So for now, whenever you wish

(28:00):
to return to your normal world, you can just count
from one to five as you awaken, or perhaps you
might drift into a deep and relaxing sleep. Let all
the messages think even deeper. As you have enjoyed this
