and in a moment, I will ask you to take
the first of three deep breaths. Not just yet, but
now you can just relax and make sure you're comfortable
to follow my instructions. Take care your spine is straight,

so the energy moves to your body easily. So make
yourself comfortable now, and notice your breathing, the gentle rise
and fall that happens or by itself. Go ahead and

take a nice deep breath, holding it for a moment
and letting it out with a sigh, as if you
were sat relaxing alone after a long, hard day, And

continue to breathe naturally, normally. And then another nice deep breath,
holding it for a little longer, this time just a
tiny bit longer, and let it go. Relaxation, spreading deeper

into your body, breathing returning to normal. And now that
last breath, holding it even longer. Now feel your chest stretching,

holding it just for a little longer, and let it go,
closing your eyes all the way down. Every breath you take,
every word I say, guiding you deeper and deeper as

you focus your attention on your breathing. Notice, my voice
will go with you as you relax. You don't have
to make any effort at all, Just simply let go relax.

You can notice your pulse, the beating of your own heart.
Allow yourself to become more and more absorbed in the
life the energy of your body. I'd like you to

notice now where you feel the most comfort in your body,
most at ease. Just drop your shoulders a little more
with each out breath until they feel quite relaxed. As

your shoulders drop, let that easing and comfort run down
your arms, down your body, Let it even go into
your legs, and let that comfortable feeling run all the
way down to your feet. You can notice where words

notice noticing words, you can notice your body can relax,
and your mind can relax. Your breathing carries on all
by yourself. Your mind carries on thinking its salts, all

by itself, and you can just watch it wander away,
your experience, your understanding, your awareness can just attach and

you and ease your mind that you continue to relax,
get a sense of feeling lighter, and lighter, as if
the way to the world was just dropping away of

gently drifting slowly, as if you can feel yourself lifting
above your body, slowly moving higher and hire all the
way up into the sky. And as you drift through

the sky so easily, just floating there in the sky,
enjoying the sensation of no stress, no weight, just floating
like a cloud up there in the sky. I wonder

if you can imagine seeing a garden far below you,
perhaps one you recognize, maybe it's yours, or one that
you can imagine each you're perfect. Just go ahead and
(08:25):
let yourself drift down to that garden, slowly, lower and
lower towards the garden, as you feel your feet stepping
(08:45):
on the soil, feeling the energy of the earth beginning
to rise through your legs, grounding you. For a moment,
just close your eyes and enjoy the fragrances of the
garden blowing on the breeze. Breathing in those fragrances, you
(09:19):
can fill them, filling your lungs, spreading slowly through your body,
the gentle want of the flowers moving through every cell
of your body. Notice the sounds in the distance, the
(09:42):
sounds of nature, all around you, fading you in their
gentle rhythm. There really is no need to try and
label the sounds. Just enjoy them for the pleasure they offer.
Grateful for this gift of nature. As you become aware
(10:11):
of the sounds closer to you, the gentle whisper of
the breeze moving around you. As you open your eyes,
notice the colors in the garden, somehow seen them for
the very first time, their vibrant display, shimmering in the sunlight,
(10:38):
gently beating with the rhythms of nature. And you can
go ahead and select one flower, one little plant that
needs your care and attention, and just focus on that
flower right now, letting all the other flower just drift
(11:01):
away as you aren't mindful of this one plant as
you absorb her energy and understand she is trying. As
you look at her petals, perfect in their imperfection, you
can see the beauty that echoes within. So glad this
(11:24):
little flower is trying her best to make your garden
even prettier with her in it. As you feel the
soil around her stem, noticing if it's dry or wet,
(11:45):
feeling that energy moving through your fingertips, noticing her leaves
if they are drooping or firm. Somehow feeling her connection
with this flower, appreciating all she tries to do to
(12:09):
make your garden a more beautiful place, and you can
somehow know what you need to do to help her
grow and thrive with the beauty she deserves amongst all
(12:33):
the other flowers. Suggest for a moment, immerse yourself in
the pleasure of having this little flower in your garden,
thankful for the opportunity of having something so naturally beautiful,
so magical, living in your garden. Now, in a moment,
(13:09):
it will be time to return to your normal world.
Not just chat for the moment, you can just absorb
all the lessons, all the messages you have enjoyed today
you're subconscious to understand in the perfect time for you.

But in a moment, whenever you are ready to return
to your normal world, you can just take three deep
breaths and as you release them, letting the energy return
to your body, return to your mind, your mind and
