every day manifestation. Now on this episode, we will be
building your relationship with your subconscious and learning to evolve
your intuition to better trust your instincts so you can

make clearer decisions. So before you begin to relax, just
take a moment to subscribe to this podcast if you
haven't already, and once you have, you can just go
ahead and find a comfortable spot to relax somewhere you
won't be disturbed for the next little while. Take care

your spine is straight, as this allows the energy to
move through your body and you can know. The first
step to letting go and enjoying this journey of transformation
is when you close your eyes and take a nice, slow,

deep breath, breathing in fresh, cleansing energy, breathing out any
cares or concerns, and as you take a deeper breath,
breathing out a sense of relief like you might feel
as you sit alone for a moment and relax after

a long, hard day. And as you continue to relax,
you can notice the sounds outside the room. Those distant
sounds that just seem to drift in the air, no
need for labels or recognition, just noticing the sounds drifting

in the air as if hearing them the very first time,
and then noticing the sounds inside the room, those sounds
drifting around you, no need to try and recognize them,

just letting them drift in the air all around you,
almost as if you can just watch the sounds floating
in the air like clouds drifting by. As you continue

to drift deeper and deeper within yourself, noticing the sound
of my voice, the sounds behind my voice. As you
continue to relax, my voice will comfort you, relax you,

ease you. As you continue to drift, you can begin
to notice any fragrances, some distance, some close, those beautiful
fragrances that dance so gracefully. No need to wonder what

they are, just enjoying the fragrances drifting on the air.
And as you drift even deeper, breathing deeply, listening to
this audio and focusing on my words and thinking those

positive thoughts you're thinking, you know you can trust that
you're subconscious, the most powerful part of your mind already
knows that it knows what to do. You're subconscious already
knows how to transform your life in the most rewarding

way possible for you. So as we relax even deeper,
you can repeat the words silently in your mind as
they are spoken. I trust the wisdom of my inner voice.

My intuition guides me towards the best decisions for my life.

You can get a sense of the beginning of a
new energy, something small at first, as it begins to grow.

Right there in the thumb on your right hand, that
energy slowly moving through your hand, up through your wrist,
your elbow, through your shoulder, down your right side, even
down through your leg and into your right foot and

all the toes on your right foot. And notice now
that energy in the sum on your left hand, that
energy slowly moving through your hand, up through your forearm,
your bicep, all down your left hand side, even down

(07:39):
into your leg and all the toes on your left foot.
Notice now that energy moving through the muscles in your
forehead telling them to let go, release relax muscles around

(08:02):
your eyes, and all those bundles of nerves behind your eyes,
and you can notice how those nerves go all the
way into the center of your mind, relaxing, that relaxation

(08:26):
you have created, gently moving down through the muscles around
your month, your jaw becoming heavy, relaxing, drifting open, resting, relaxation,

(08:53):
moving down through your chest, your stomach, even into your legs.
That relaxation, that new energy.

Drifting through your whole body, and you can notice the
beating of your heart, the pulsing of the blood through
your veins, the natural rhythm of your body. As you
allow yourself to become more and more absorbed in the life,

(09:34):
the energy of your body. You can notice words, notice
noticing words. As you can notice, your body can relax
and your mind relaxes, and your breathing carries on all

(09:55):
by itself. Your mind carries on thinking all by itself,
and you can just watch it wander away, your experience,
your understanding, your awarens. Can just detach and slow down.

(10:19):
My voice can be soothing, can comfort you, dease your
mind as my voice goes with you as you drift
deeper and deeper within yourself. As you sit there, continuing

(10:45):
to relax and think about any problems that bring you
to this moment. I wonder if you know that tip
of the tongue feeling when trying to remember a name,
or an idea, or the answer to a question, the
solution to a problem, and you know you know, but

(11:10):
it is just out of reach that you can taste
it and know you know it. But the harder you
look for it, the further away it goes. It is
like it hides until you stop. Then it pops into
your mind. Suddenly you know what it is that you

(11:32):
could not find before. It is like your unconscious mind
waits until you look away, waits for you to give
up or stop trying so hard, and then it gives
you the answer. The way in Ireland they say you
can only see elves out of the corner of your eye,

(11:55):
or off to the side where they hide. You can
only see.

Speaker 1 (11:59):
That where you have not been looking right at them,
Or the way a perfect present for someone you know
jumps out at you when you are looking for something else,
but when you go shopping for their birthdays or holidays,
there is nothing more difficult than finding the right thing.

(12:22):
A part of us knows and will give us what
is needed, will give the answer to you when you
just relax, which may be why zen cones work the
way they do. Questions like what is the sound of
one hand clapping? Or what is a mouse at roars

(12:45):
that the student ponders and wanders about and tries to
figure out and cannot make any sense until they give up,
and then the answer comes to mind, a mind answer
that answers everything and gives them peace of mind. You

(13:06):
know that you already know exactly what you need to know,
even if you do not know exactly what the question
is or where the answer is. You can feel it
deep down below and ask your unconscious mind to show
you what is needed. Then forget about it for a

(13:28):
moment or two, or even a day or two, and
then suddenly there it is a wish come true, a
gift for you from your own unconscious that just comes
through into a wareness now. And so before you allow

(13:51):
yourself to drift up completely into conscious wakeful alertness, or
maybe you might choose to drift and to sleep, to
let all the lessons communicate at a deeper level, it
may be useful for you to utilize the opportunity now

(14:12):
to think about what you've experienced, the thoughts, images and understandings,
and how you might use these things later on from
one day to the next, because you have an unconscious
mind and you have a conscious mind, and those two
minds can learn from your experiences here to day some

(14:35):
things you can utilize to deal more effectively with those
things that have been challenges for you before. So as
you relax, you can see your own hand moving across
the blank page as it writes the words I am
learning to trust my intuition. And as you finish writing

(15:02):
those words, you can go ahead and see yourself signing
your name in your own golden signature just underneath. And
so before you continue to drift into conscious awareness normal
wait for awareness, or maybe let your mind and body

(15:24):
drift into sleep, it is your privilege to use this
time to become more aware of those things you can
use later on, those learning's abilities and skills you may
have overlooked before, to give you a new view of
the possibilities for a new way of thinking and feeling

(15:45):
and doing things. That's right a brief time that seems
to be a long time to review and plan at
some level of awareness, those things you'll do later, those
things you may change later on as you begin to
use more but more of you. You can use that

(16:10):
time now, because in a few moments from now, when
you drift up and awaken, or maybe let your mind
and body drift into sleep, it may be interesting for
you to know that in that drifting, relaxed state of
mind where thoughts drift by like dreams, that tentral wears

(16:33):
for a time and drift through the mind, while some
are left behind to be utilized later on, and others
are remembered or seem to be remembered at first, but
then become more and more distant, forgotten over time, and

(16:54):
the entire experience can seem so far away as your
unconscious mind protects a conscious mind and leave those things
behind forgotten but remembered too, and time changes too, so
you can know what a transformation it's been when you
begin to know that what seemed to have taken a

(17:16):
short time turns out to have been a long time,
and what seemed to be a long time there's really
no time at all. So for now, whenever you wish
to return to your normal world, you can just count
from one to five as you're awaken, or perhaps you
might drift into a deep and relaxing sleep to let

all the messages sink even deeper.
