You know, the truth in our real life goals is

that they are already embedded deep within our subconscious and
you can access them anytime you wish, just by relaxing
and letting go and trusting your intuition, you can know.

The first step to discovering your true life goals and
empowering yourself to focus on your perfect direction is when
you take a deep breath and hold it for a moment,
letting it go with a sigh, letting go of any tension,

any stress. For the next twenty minutes or so, you've
decided this is your time, your time to relax, your
time to explore your true life path. So as you

continue to relax, noticing the sound of my voice, the
sounds behind my voice, you can even notice the sounds
outside the room, those distant sounds that just seem to
drift in the air, no labels or record ignition, just

noticing the sounds drifting in the air as if hearing
them for the very first time, and now noticing the

sounds inside the room, those sounds drifting around you, No
need to try and recognize them, just letting them drift
in the air around you, almost as if you can

watch those sounds floating in the air as you continue
to deeper and deeper within yourself. Just relaxed with the

sound of my voice, the sounds behind my voice. As
my voice goes with you, relaxes you, comforts you, soos you.
As you continue to drift deeper and deeper, you can

notice any fragrancies around you, some distance, some close. Those

your right hand, that energy slowly moving through your and

through your fingers, up through your right arm, all the
way up through your shoulder, down your right side, down
your legs, and even into your feet. Just notice that

energy moving through all the toes on your right foot.
And now notice the energy just in the thumb on
your left hand, That energy slowly moving through your hand,

through the wrist, the elbow, the shoulder, all down your
left side, even down through your left and down into
the toes on your left foot. And you can notice

now the gentle energy drifting along your scalp, relaxing your forehead,
letting go, the muscles around your eyes, all those tiny

little muscles, just relaxing, letting go, and noticing nerves behind
your eyes, those type and little of nerves. Notice how
they go all the way into the center of your mind,

just telling them relax. Like the relaxation moving down around
your now, your jaw softening, drifting, resting, that energy moving

drifting across your chest, your stomach, even into your legs.
That relaxation, that new energy drifting through your whole body. Now,
just for a moment, notice your breathing, the gentle rise

and fall of your chest, and just allow yourself to
take a deeper breath all the way in and holding
it for a moment before letting it go with the sigh,

as if relaxing after a long, hard day. Notice the
beating of your heart, the pulsing in your veins, Notice
the gentle rise and fall of your chest, the naturalism

of your body. As you allow yourself to become more
and more absorbed in the life, the energy of your body,

and can notice words. Notice noticing words, You can notice
your body can relax, and your mind can relax, and
your breathing carries on or by itself. Your mind carries

on thinking or by itself, and you can just watch
it wander away, your experience, your understanding, your awareness can
just detach and slow down, and my voice can be soothing,

can comfort you, and deed your mind, and so as
you continue to relax more and more your mind can
wander at times the way gypsies wander from place to place,

never going anywhere special, just drifting from here to there,
which sounds romantic and relaxing, unless there is some place
you really want to be, something you really need, because

it is hard to be stuck you do not belong,
doing something that is not you. But it is even
harder to know where to go to get where you're going.
When you do not have a map, but you just

instead turn here and there, or go wherever the road
takes you, without planning ahead, without knowing how to know
what is the right direction for you, what you really
want to do. Consider the animals of the world, how
(15:37):
they migrate from place to place, and you can wonder
how would it feel to wake up one day and
suddenly feel a feeling that tells you as sure or
as sure that it is time to do something different,
(16:00):
time to fly south or to swim north, time to
cross the tundra, or time to cross the ocean. The
feeling that whales fill, that elk fill, and birds fill,
the king salmon and monic butterflies fill, a feeling in
(16:23):
sight that directs Canada geese in the right direction. So
how does it feel to know something without knowing why?
To know something with every cell in your body? Something
very quiet, something unspoken, The way a small child knows
(16:50):
with absolute certainty when it wants a drink of water
and will cry until it gets it, but is still
not old enough to know what the word thirsty means,
Like how you feel when you have something to eat,
(17:11):
when you want something to eat, a craving, perhaps a desire,
a wanting something deep inside, the kind of feeling we
feel when we picture the kind of meal we crave.
Watching people in a restaurant looking over the menu, trying
(17:37):
out different foods in their minds, imagining the tastes and
textures until they find the one that tastes perfect to them.
They just know that is it like trying on clothes
to see if they fit, or imagining possible future to
(18:01):
discover one that is right. Imagining how you want to
feel and discovering the place and time that just goes
without feeling, that feels or tastes or looks or sounds
exactly right for you. A place where you feel just
(18:25):
like you want to feel, doing what lets you feel
the way you want to feel, that's right, Imagining that
future feeling where everything is just fine, and you finally
got in what is needed, finally moved where you belong,
(18:50):
no where you fit, no where you are going, and
you can enjoy going there now. As sure as any
animal that somehow seems to know which way to go
to get there back where it belongs knows that direction
(19:11):
to go, You just go there right to where you
need to be to be comfortable and happy. And where
you belonged all along. And so before you allow yourself
(19:35):
to drift up completely into conscious wakeful alertness, or maybe
you might choose to drift in to sleep to let
the lessons communicate at a deeper level. It may be
(19:55):
useful for you to utilize the opportunity now to think
about what you've experienced, the thoughts, images, understandings, and how
you might use these things later on from one day
to the next, because you have an unconscious mind and
(20:20):
you have a conscious mind, and those two minds can
learn from your experiences here today some things you can
utilize to deal more effectively with those things that have
been challenged to you before. So as you relax, you
(20:44):
can see your own hand moving across the page as
it writes the words I am learning to trust my
intuition to discover my real goals so I can focus
on them. And as you finish writing the words, you
(21:09):
can go ahead and see yourself signing your name in
your own golden signature. And so before you continue to
drift up into conscious awarens, normal wakeful awens, or maybe
(21:35):
let your mind and body drift into sleep, it is
your privilege to use this time to become more aware
of those things you can use later on. There's learnings, abilities,
and skills you may have overlooked before to give you
(22:00):
a new view of the possibilities for a new way
of thinking and feeling and doing things. That's right. Take
some time now, a brief time that seems to be
a long time to review one plan at some level
(22:21):
of awareness. Those things you'll do later on. Those things
you may change later on as you begin to use
more and more review. And you can use that time
now because in a few moments from now, when you
(22:43):
drift up and awaken, or maybe let your mind embody
drift into sleep, it may be interesting for you to
know that in that drifting, relaxedtate of mind, where thoughts
drift by light, dreams, the tenter awareness for a time
(23:07):
and drift through the mind, while some are left behind
to be utilized later on, and others are remembered or
seem to be remembered at first, but then become more
and more distant, forgotten over time, and the entire journey
(23:34):
can seem so far away as your unconscious mind protects
a conscious mind, and these behind those sings forgotten but
remembered too, and time changes too, so you can know
(23:54):
what a journey it's been when you begin to know
that what seemed to take a short time turns out
to have been a long time, and what seemed to
have been a long time was really no time at all.
So for now, whenever you wish to return to your
(24:18):
normal world, you can just count from one to five
as you're awakened, or perhaps you might drift into a
deep and relaxing sleep to let all the messages seek
even deeper. Feel them coming closer to you, their arms
(24:52):
around you, hugging you, holding you close. Immerse yourself in
the feeling of security, of love and with the people
that you love most. Feel the strength of those that
appreciate you. Breathe in all this energy and let it
move through every cell. Perhaps you can feel an energy
(25:15):
a love on a different level. Feel that closeness and
the gifts they bring to your life. Immerse yourself in
the pleasure of being in their presence. See yourself now
in a few years time, Perhaps there's grandchildren running around you,
(25:37):
listening to the children's laughter as it echoes through the house.
Maybe you can imagine a Christmas morning, the children so
excited opening their presence from Santa Claus, the harsh of
magic as they tell each other stories and then chase
each other around excitedly. Imagine this future, immerse yourself in it,
(26:02):
Breathe it in. Listen to the sounds of the children
getting louder, the colors around you somehow more vibrant, the
energy more excited, more pleasurable, and you can know this
is yours to have, and you can commit right now
to keeping your body cleansed so you can enjoy to
(26:24):
morrow and all your to morrows and sharing the lives
of those who love you and who you love. Now,
in a moment, I will ask you to press one
finger and your thumb together. It doesn't matter which finger
you choose, and as you do, just feel these sensations
(26:46):
of love, of being loved and appreciated, feel that loving
strength through your whole body. So go ahead and press
that finger and thumb together and accelerate every sensation. Turn
up the volume, make it more intense, more vibrant. That
that's it. And you can know, over the coming days
(27:09):
and weeks, as you listen to this audio and immerse
yourself more and more in the pleasure of being healthy
and loved and you press that finger and thumb together,
you can take yourself right back to this moment, immerse
yourself in the feelings all over again. To try it. Now,

press that finger and thumb together and just feel the
sensation of love, being loved and appreciated just as you are.
Feel that moving through your body, feel the strength making
you more resilient, more focused on keeping yourself healthy. Surround

yourself with a golden cocoon of light, feel it, ceiling
in all these wonderful feelings, breathing them in, making them
a part of who you are every single day as
you remember this beach and this sensation of love and
being loved, of taking strength from the people around you.

and when you're ready to return to your normal world,
you can just count from one up to five, either
drift off into sleep or wake up and continue with
your day. So just relax back and immerse yourself in
