When you walk your own talk, youdon't need to speak it so
loudly. Lead yourself with integrity in
who you're being and those who are meant to feel that, to sense

that, and to be with that will be.

Take a moment, if you have the opportunity, to be able to close
your eyes. Do take a couple of deep
breaths, sitting in stillness and as you tune your attention

Take another deep, full breath. If you have a hand free, put it
on your heart. You're going to drop all the way

mind, all the way down, all the way down into the very center of
your heart. Take a deep breath and land.
