time, I did not mention afew things. There's a few things that

people out there have done or thatthey've given us or things like that.
I'm gonna just my mic care.So so one of the first things was
kind of going back in time.We did a last year in May,
I made a video inviting people,uh to participate in a in a contest.

You remember the contest, Vince.Yeah, anyone that turned it out
that they could, they would win, you know something. But uh,
the thing was in the end,nobody it was. It was dude November
first, and then we would andthen we would. I was hoping to
at least say like a couple ofpeople had turned in something, because I

know there are people out there thattry to make retractable lightsabers. And when
I say retractable, that does meanthat like it has to pull in on
its own, so it's not likeyou don't push it down. It's one
guy I kind of erotic. Idon't know why he was being critical.
They'd made a video and they're like, this is my retractable lightsaber, and
and basically it was just that hewas like, like this and it goes

out, which you could do withany of the lives to buy the store,
and then he was pushing it backyet and like that's not retractable.
That's that you're pushing it up,it's not pulling it in. Uh yeah.
But at the same time, Idid get Sabrina l Roache turned in
and they are a designer of actuallya laser designer for a pretty big company.

Uh that's for for doing that sortof thing. And they sent me
schematics, which you not got arequest from them again to send me the
schematics again because it was pretty impressive. I mean, like they they full
blown. They have told me thatthe idea and they're like, you could
do it this way, and thenthey knocked out really quickly this schematic that
was like so detailed, but basicallythe whole idea was they were using a

compressed oxygen canister and then also usinga reverse vacuum. So they're basically using
the vacuum that it would create tothen pull it back in when you unlock
it and so so go like thatand uh yeah, and so that was

pretty neat to this. I wantto give them a shout out for that.
And then I went to I wentto the Good Springs event Fallout event,
and when I was there, alot of people gave me things.
I mean, it's just it's ahuge, it is so different fins.

I didn't want to talk about ittoo much, and I can't talk about
too much because I've got a videocoming out by now. Hopefully it has
already come out when this this comesalong. But I mean, like,
this isn't like a co con whereyou go and it's like, oh,
I go to all these sessions inbetween, maybe this is just like that
in between times. The whole time, like just people's a you can go
to this market where you can buystuff this Fallout, this made by Fallout

fans or stuff that's you know,official, and and then the whole time,
it's just like in the game,like you're like, hey, here's
this thing, and then you knowyou want something, like you know,
I'd give somebody some caps, they'dgive me something and they just pull it
out of their pocket and I'm noteven expecting anything back. I took things
with me with the plan that Iwas just gonna be given out stuff,

and we made a lot of stuffand it took a lot of stuff with
me to do just that. Andthen we made we bottled bottles, so
we had a lot of bottles ofdifferent flavors in New CoA Cola and then
we had tons of the Sasquerilla anduh and so yeah, we hand stuff
to people and they'd hand guess usthings. But there was also there's somebody

that was there that was a memberof the Channel who who was there got
I get a sign their helmet,and then they they gave me they had
made also a New Co Cola bottlefor me, and then we also had

last year. And last year theyhad more people than they expected, but

a few thousand, and they're planningthe next year there'll be even more than
that. And I mean there wereso many people I parked. So if
you know the map, this iswhat's funny is people have never been there.

know, if you know where thegraveyard is, I had a park just
beyond the graveyard because there was theparking went out that far and then they
had a walking in and then youknow, you get there and and you
think, I mean man, itit was the most unbelievable event. I

will go back next year. It'sjust it was so What was crazy too,
is it wasn't just like a coupleof days. It was like it
was a three day thing. Ithought it was two days because that's how
it would look like it was advertised. But on Saturday. Saturday is a
forty eight hour situation. So peopleliterally stayed there all night, did stuff
all night long into the next day. Did they had stuff as far as

things going on, Like, theyhad things going on the whole time.
They had people from all over theworld too. I ran into a guy
that I talked to. His namewas Patrick. Naturally, he was from
Ireland. They're just by himself.He wasn't dressed up or anything, but
he's like, oh, I'm yeah. They had a band performing that was
from Spain. Like literally came therefrom Spain. Not like we're from Spain,

we're living in the US. No, these people came from other places
other time. Yeah, I wasgonna well, I was going to live
stream you know, parts of theevent too, because I did try life.
If you guys saw actually from someof the different locations I went to.
But when I got there, there'slike it's like zero bars. I
couldn't even call my son to gethim to bring me more bottles at one

point because I didn't have that manypeople that knew who I was initially.
And then it got to be nightand they I, my son and and
the other person that came with us. They went off to get some food,
and then all of a sudden,I start having people actually know who
I am and are asking, well, you know, I brought stuff,
and I'm like, yeah, giveme a second. I'm trying to call

and I couldn't get a hold ofthem. So then I told the several
people like, you know, I'llsend you something. So I mailed out
a bunch of things. I guessthis is a long story of they mailed
out a bunch of things to abunch of people this last week that weren't
that weren't able to make it,or that I should say, weren't able
to get things from me that whenthey saw me, or that we weren't
able to connect even though I was. I was also the only one that

was dressed the way I was.I stood out majorly because I was wearing
a white outfit, white hat,I looked like like a Milkman factor.
But I was surprised how many peopleknew who I was supposed to be,
and and uh stuff because I wasPhil, the Nuka Cola dude. You
know who that is. It feelsPhil in the game you you Uh,

Phil comes along and he he wearsa Nuka Cola jacket, Nuica Cola shirt.
He's on a bicycle, Nuca Colabicycle, and you have to attack
him and take his stuff. Uh. And I always feel bad from because
he's like me, he's a collector. He's really passionate about you know,
his thing, like even you knowthis post apocab olymptic situation. Uh.

So I dressed up. I hadhis his name then on my shirt,
and then I had yeah, likeit was a Nuka Cola delivery guy.
And then on my back, Imade this thing that was literally was on
my butt that the seat belted onand then it opens up and when it
opens up, it would play theNuka Cola World. Ye sure, yeah

mate, yeah yeah yeah. Andso but at the same time, like
people are opening it up some way. We got videos and stuff. It
looks like I'm turning around, peopleare like reaching down my clickfully yeah,
like naked gun there scenes yeah,yeah, yeah, I mean it was,
it was, it was. Itwas pretty cool. So I I

mailed off a bunch of things tothose people. I also I saw something
that reminded me of, you know, Classic Blue Reviews, Michael's character.
I decided to I had run acrossat a at a a retro store.

They had a really old, uhfigure of the Emperor, and so I
mailed it off to him and hemade a video and put it on I
think it was on Twitter, andthen I reposted it. So if you
see see that, it's pretty funnybecause he does the voice, and they
said some pretty funny things about it. I will take my g within the

Blue tub of story. But anyway, just to kind of some shout outs
to people that have done some thingsthat I mentioned that I was going to
post them or I was going tosay something about them and I can't,
and so kind of updating on that. But the big thing I wanted to
talk about is, I mean,obviously we're at the beginning of the year.
What's what are your what are yourresolutions for geeky resolutions? Uh?

There vans as far as it's what'sgoing to be your year? Looking like
a good question because I'll be outof a good job. Now, Hey,
guys, you so looking for work? Is this probably going to get
whatever? I'm going to to seeif I can find some work more gee

related that than I've been doing before, because I'm doing the prop store,
getting familiar with the real ghostbutster voiceactors. Yeah, being being more on
the road chronicling stuff. Yeah,I think I think to do work that
is more adjacent to those kinds ofhobbies because I really enjoyed that. Yeah,

and and and maybe I can Icould offer something unique in the in
the space that we have in theelements. Yeah, I'm not sure it's
going to be Dutch or English,but we'll see. Yeah, you guys
have a lot of geeks out there. I'll say that it seems like when
I've gone to order things, I'vebeen surprised how many well and then like
yost and stuff like that, likehow many people and how many companies and

everything else seem to come out ofout of there. So I mean it
must be Germany has got those,but it's a bigger country. But like
if you look at for example,the GERI Ghostbusters. They just recreated the
entire elevator from the Centric Hotel tomake an in person event happen on a

on the on the column. Uh. And they had like a sort of
escape room esque halted house you couldgo through with a pipe either with picture
frames dropping down and like Peppers,Ghost the Fact and all that kind of
stuff just for a column for twodays. Wow. Yeah, I'll show
you some some some fits awesome.Yeah, they're they're insane. We're super

jealous of them, of course,but also in all of them being gameable
of making those things, and it'sgreat stuff, great people. So the
Germans are our neighbors, as realitycall them. I've got a beat on
most of these things. So yeah, resolutions, some self actualization, uh

you know metal health wise, Uhwell it's it's not negative, it's just
you know, make improving yourself,loving yourself more. Uh. You know,
I am actually for a while andthere was like this thing that I
had to buy stuff to make myselffeel good and yeah, and and now
I am actually enjoying the stuff thatI'm doing and and celebrating the fact that

I'm doing these things. So that'sgreat. I mean, props are was
a huge high for me, eventhough it was one of the most stressful
private moments in my life for thepast two years because of all the work
situation. Uh it really countered thewhole thing will being so exclusively excellent and
so fun to do. Yeah,that that's been great. But I'm going

to do a course course sorry,a Japanese course. Oh uh well it's
it's not the gankey ones. Ido have those books books. Yeah,
yeah, yeah, I have thosebooks, but it's it's a Dutch one.
It's it's from like an online university. So yeah, so like so

so so just doing things that aremore a that are more things that you
actually enjoy, decrease the stress thatsort of thing. That's my back toot
myself more more resilient. But alsothe old Japanese course was was a fun

Like they have a self actualization budgetand normally you have to spend like a
whole spend it all the whole yearand and do we're like business courses.
Uh, but we are owned byToyota. Wait wait, your company will
pay for you to because I'm leavingthe company and there was so budgets left,
so I was like, hey,can I can I deduct this course,

and I said, yeah, sure, because we are owned by a
Japanese company, so across the Japaneseby a parcel for them. And the
cool thing was, but I alsoget a free Android tablet with the courses.
Wow. Really yeah, so I'mI'm I'm reading into bit but no,
but I want to like in Japanesethis year. That's funny that you

brought that up. I tried lastyear. We can practice together if you
want. Yeah, well, youknow, it's it's so hard because every
every course you running, and Ihave the Gankey books right there. That's
why I'm looking and and I've purchased. I also paid for this basically it's
not really a subscription like because youhave to pay each time you meet with
a tutor. But they're like actualJapanese, you know, tutors said there

with you and stuff like that.That's one of those online things. But
on the flip side, it's likeeverybody has a different way that they do
it. So some of them likethey want to work on the kanji first,
like learn kanji and learn what allthese things mean so you can you
know, memorize and read it.And then other ones are like you know,
you need to learn these these brokenout sounds, and then there's other

ones that are like, well youneed to learn it, and you know,
so I thought that trying to geta few things instead it actually made
it harder because it none of itsupported each other. And so but this
this one school verisational Japanese so thatyou can talk with people in your bat
like just just have a smalt smat. Yeah. Basically, and of course

having what you love of animate,you know, you get the whole you
you you most you basically absorb stuff, uh for for what you animate with
subs of course. Uh yeah,so that helps. But uh yeah,
working on a lot of stuff.So I bought a new three D printer,

uh with the with the with theseverence money that I cut uh And
it's a bamboo lab X, Yand Z like the top of the line.
And it is such a dream towork with because it does everything you
don't want to do on a threeD printer. It does by itself.
I've been going through five kilos oflike five rolls of relevant or something within

a day or or two. Ijust got continuously printing stuff. Really happy
with the quality of it because it'sso fast. You can print it a
low layer height, so you getbetter quality at the same speed as a
normal print you would get. Yeah, so everything is zero point two layer
height, which is almost no standing, no line or whatever. That's nice
and it's great. I have tomulti filament add on also, so you

can just make things do four differentcolors or you can't see the benefit there
is is is getting the dissolvable filamentbecause the use support just dip it a
lot done. The off the shelfsupports that they have are very non destructive
and they are like the tree supports, like the three supports, and if

you place them strategically and the softwarecalculates a lot of that for you already,
Yeah, then everything is going tobe pretty good. Oh that's pretty
good. Yeah, I mean.Also the thing is Quintin Makhiels is the
guy who makes open source ghostbusters sprintfiles like if you have a protos back
or if you want to like thisone for example, they call the Alzo

one because it's the new Yeah,ale's great. Yeah, so this is
this is freely available and it's alreadyit's got a manual that you can buy
optionally, but most of these thingswill align so that I can take this
off for example, so for thepeople watching at home, I'm just showing
a grip. Uh that's crew on. But like this, this part that

that that is on the print badfor example, supports the whole part so
that the more detailed bits will getthe attention from the nozzle that you that
you would get you're printed in acertain direction. So all most of all
these files are optimized for either invisiblesupport or just optimized to print as is.
Uh. And they also use somethingcalled sacrificial layers. So if you

have an overhang, for example,yeah, they just they know that it's
going to be like a contained boxbut with an open bottom. They will
just put in a fake layer thatyou know it's going to be dirty,
but it makes sure that the layerabove that is going to be clean,
so your top will look clean andinside is going to be all spaghetti.

But that's that's you pay. It'sstill and it's crazy and uh, yeah,
I brought from that, you know, mindfulness of meditation, losing weight,
better health, all that kind ofstuff. Of course, as they

gonna do something, and then Iwent the opposite I started outright, which
was I wanted to do a ZeraHero thing because I was planning on.

near the end of the year thatI can't wear with my current body.

that then, but I do needto. I needed to you know,
lose a little bit here and thereand uh and so yeah, I'm planning
on doing that again. I mean, we did get we we a couple
of years ago. We have aplace here in town that sells a lot
of like overstock stuff and they hadtread mills that have the big I mean

giganic screen with huge old speakers.Yeah, and I've been using it and
it's also it's almost like a virtualreality thing because it goes so far up
and so far down on it thatit's pretty great. And I was,
you know, I was also trainingto do because I also thought that I
would go to Mount Fuji. BeforeI knew that there's a chance that will
be closed by the time I finallyget to go. But but at the

same time, like, yeah,I had all these plans, so I'm
still thinking I'm going to start itagain this year. You know the thing
about well yeah, well well,you know, I think the biggest thing
that keeps people from setting resolutions orfrom from doing them or following through is
I think that they picture the bigpicture and now so much the objectives,

and so I need to break itdown more into my objectives. So you
have those smaller steps that every dayyou should have something you can do that
day, and that propels you forthe next you know. That's part of
that, that the flywheel, andso day and your days you'll write,
yeah, you'll get to your yourthing. And it's also yeah, it's

less overwhelming that way. Uh,that's for a thing. And I think
too the channel kind of gets inthe way of my health at times,
which it shouldn't it also, youknow, or that it can get in
the way of enjoying something, whichis also where I need to you know.
I actually so like this month,I'm not doing any fan home builds
or during December I didn't I shouldsay because I'm still in December. Ah,

but you know, because I wantedto work on Literally I'm just sitting
and and editing those travel videos andand because and I'm doing those a lot,
because I enjoy it. In fact, I kind of want to do
more of them down the road.I've always loved things like broad in Japan
stuff because it just it's it feelsmore personable. I feel like I'm there,

you feel like you're more connected.And I really feel that way about
these videos. They're kind of funand they're they're fun to make, but
they take a little while. Butit was also fun to actually go,
I mean, and to be ableto take people, especially if you're where
you wouldn't even come to the US. It's kind of situation would be great.
Like I you know, we havesome people are in Australia to play
them, so they couldn't go tothe or couldn't go to the Fallout event.

about the Fallout event. By theway, t k manthis who also helps
with the organization. That Chip whowho I got to know he's actually a
member of our of our channel nowalso helps in organizing that he does.
He does, he dresses he looksjust like the Fallout character. Uh so

again he's got the big where's thebig head on? Yeah, you know
the people, he has got abig head for it and stuff. And
he walks around and he's got onthe but he goes around the US to
the different locations tied to Fallout andthat makes kind of those kinds of trouble
videos. And he takes his dogthat looks like you know, uh yeah,
and so anyway, so that's kindof cool. But yeah, I

mean I really enjoyed it. I'drather, you know, rather than just
kicking out and kicking out and kickingout stuff, I like, you know,
doing things that I actually enjoy it, because otherwise I'm going to burn
out on it or not enjoy it, or it'll Also this is also the
reason why there's so many One ofmy resolutions is I'm going to stop talking
about stuff I'm going to do becauseI'll mention that and then I then I

stop, or I don't finish them, or like I have a video literally
it's all done. I have sorlevideos. They're all done. I just
need to edit them, you know. Related to I did one on an
episode Lee for all year, youknow, And yeah, I was kind
of waiting for his schedule to dieit down again too, because I talked

to him. I still communicate withhim actually all the time, and he's
like, oh, yeah, yeah, we need to do that, Like
that's all these ways what I getbro him. I still want to I
still I still want people to dobuys. My helmets started and I'll pay
for everything, you know. Youknow, I think he's I mean,
but you know, he was stillhe was working on you know, the

the TV series now all filmed.He's done with that stuff, which really
yeah, well yeah they picked theright characters for everybody that I've seen.
But on the flip side, soyeah, there's that. Oh I had

going on. It's delayed some things. We don't want stuff getting out because
they have controlled if you whenever yousaw a leak, they leaked it,
you know, whenever you know whenthings have come out, or the trailer
that came out recently, I meanthat was all planned to come out,
and the organ has come out whenas this committed. Yeah, but the
issue that they ran into is atthe same time, they do have sag

actors, they do have writers,you know, I mean, so then
suddenly things got frozen in time,and so so then it was like,
well, we're waiting and I'm stillnot it's kind of sure on some of
it. But so it's like,well, you know, we don't want
people to see too much of this. They didn't want people to know what
the pit boy looked like. WellI saw a photo come out before they

said that I could talk about it. Uh, you know, stuff like
that. So I mean, Ihave stuff. Plus they have the ability
to now do an interview with them, and that's my plan. But but
it's just but it's one of thosethings where I'm still I was kind of
glad that I didn't got to talkabout it because in the end, it
just kind of gets delayed. Thisgets delayed, you know, and you

don't want to be It's kind oflike the propst Earthy. There's there's all
these things that were going back andforth on that that I was like,
I have, I have emails andthings like that that came through and they're
like, we don't know what you'retalking what what are the fun things surprised
us with people listening in the middleof the of the of the evening,

I were like, people, well, I said, he was already
there. With the hen It turnsout he wasn't even it was the right
same guy but different location or somethingor what was the deal with it was

something, and the guy from propstore visited Arnold, not the other way
around. Yeah, yeah, buthe posted and when he posted it like
so nice that he came and visitedus. It's like, oh yeah visiting.
Yeah, yeah, but I was. I was. I was like
a giddy school girl in that pup. Yeah, when we were dead,
I was, let's go. Yeah. She's like, I he never gave

me your your numbers and stuff.She told you. But then in the
email I have emails this show,She's like, I'll give you. I
don't know, it's she feel paranoid. But but yeah, I'm always concerned
about how much I should reveal becausethen if I don't fall through or something
falls through, you know, it'sit's it's the thing that Chris tries to

tell me about that they've run into. I mean, like right now,
they're they're still working on you know, the tricorder two years later that they
were going to release, you know, two years ago, and something's getting
yeah. Yeah, and that thismission oh yeah, yeah, I'm away
the things they were gonna make thatwe they never got made. But we

can't talk about that at all.But at the same time, I mean,
like, but the other side ofthe people do trust you with that
stuff? Yeah yeah, in thepersonal level, I think you should enjoy
it and and and appreciate it forthis and not still so much the pressure

I mean like it looked like thatwas going to roll through like two

if I do that, then thenit just then it's like I think you're

the car for and so you're supposedto have a barbecue with Phil Murray.
I mean you never followed through thatone. Yeah, yeah, it'd be
cool. That'd be cool. Well, and you know, yeah, I
mean, yeah, similar thing Ido have. I didn't have a Ghostbusters
really a thing I can't even doanything about right now, and stuff too.

But you know, on the flipside, yeah, I think I
think I'm just gonna take it dayby day and then focus all the things
I enjoinated for and only release those. Yeah. I released a couple of
videos the other day that I didn'tyesterday, oh yesterday, and today.
I literally one just came out fiftyfive minutes ago. You know, So
I got contacted. I eat contactby Amazon people. I'm gonna chilla,

right, I get things. Iget invitations though daily, and they're always
this stupid, weird crap. Butthe funny thing about the chainsaw and then
the one that came out today isa rock tumbler, is literally like I
was looking for a rock tumbler.I went to the store to buy one
because there's a project I'm doing whereI needed the glass on these things to

look a certain way, okay,and I was just going to frost them.
I was gonna spray them. Andthen I found out I found this
lady's video where what she did forit was She put them into rock tumbler

I went to get a because Ithought that's gonna be cheap. I'm
like, I used to do rocktumbling with my grandpa when I was a

to the store and it's like onehundred and fifty bucks on a rock tumblr,

you're talking about or thinking about something. So get an email and it says,

had one that was like thirty bucks, which I could have bought myself,

about projects. I think a coupleof people finally figured out what it was,

but the people were initially guessing whatthat chainsaw was for. It was
like the ripper. They're like,are you making a ripper? Like I
hadn't even thought about that, Butagain, it's it is chainsaw man.
Yeah, yeah, chainsaw man.It's not for me either. It's somebody
else came up with the idea ofdoing a puppet, uh for something that

they're doing, okay, and anduh and so then they got the body
part figured out, but they neverthey don't do electronics and stuffing. They're
like, do you know a waythat we could do this so that in
the video it would need to actuallywork? And I was like, well,
I mean you can use a gasone for sure, it would be
too big too, and the electricone that I have upstairs. I went
and checked that out and stuff itwouldn't work right either. This thing I

can actually, you can hardwire itpretty easily to do what they're wanting to
do. And if and it's angled, it is such an angle too.
Everything looks perfect on it. It'sstill will be super dangerous, but it'll
be fun. It'll be cool.Uh, and then we got three the

we think it's some kind of crazybiker thing going on. And yet
I mean the people were just soeveryone was so nice and so accommodating.
Nobody was you know, it wasjust oh man, it was like everyone
was there to have fun and they'dcome up to you and and and you

celebrity even if you're even though you'renot kind thing, uh you know,
and it's it was. It wassuch a positive place to be. I
couldn't believe it. And and Iwent home that night just I mean I

me energy into the weeks after thatbecause I just it was like, wow,
I felt just really good. YeahI don't know, but yeah,

I say retractable, that does meanthat like it has to pull in on
its own, so it's not likeyou don't push it down. It's one
guy I kind of erotic. Idon't know why he was being critical.
They'd made a video and they're like, this is my retractable lightsaber, and
and basically it was just that hewas like, like this and it goes

out, which you could do withany of the lives to buy the store,
and then he was pushing it backyet and like that's not retractable.
That's that you're pushing it up,it's not pulling it in. Uh yeah.
But at the same time, Idid get Sabrina l Roache turned in
and they are a designer of actuallya laser designer for a pretty big company.

Uh that's for for doing that sortof thing. And they sent me
schematics, which you not got arequest from them again to send me the
schematics again because it was pretty impressive. I mean, like they they full
blown. They have told me thatthe idea and they're like, you could
do it this way, and thenthey knocked out really quickly this schematic that
was like so detailed, but basicallythe whole idea was they were using a

compressed oxygen canister and then also usinga reverse vacuum. So they're basically using
the vacuum that it would create tothen pull it back in when you unlock
it and so so go like thatand uh yeah, and so that was

And then I went to I wentto the Good Springs event Fallout event,
and when I was there, alot of people gave me things.
I mean, it's just it's ahuge, it is so different fins.

already come out when this this comesalong. But I mean, like,
this isn't like a co con whereyou go and it's like, oh,

in between times. The whole time, like just people's a you can go
to this market where you can buystuff this Fallout, this made by Fallout

fans or stuff that's you know,official, and and then the whole time,
it's just like in the game,like you're like, hey, here's

is it wasn't just like a coupleof days. It was like it
was a three day thing. Ithought it was two days because that's how
it would look like it was advertised. But on Saturday. Saturday is a
forty eight hour situation. So peopleliterally stayed there all night, did stuff
all night long into the next day. Did they had stuff as far as

things going on, Like, theyhad things going on the whole time.
They had people from all over theworld too. I ran into a guy
that I talked to. His namewas Patrick. Naturally, he was from
Ireland. They're just by himself.He wasn't dressed up or anything, but
he's like, oh, I'm yeah. They had a band performing that was
from Spain. Like literally came therefrom Spain. Not like we're from Spain,

we're living in the US. No, these people came from other places
other time. Yeah, I wasgonna well, I was going to live
stream you know, parts of theevent too, because I did try life.
If you guys saw actually from someof the different locations I went to.
But when I got there, there'slike it's like zero bars. I
couldn't even call my son to gethim to bring me more bottles at one

point because I didn't have that manypeople that knew who I was initially.
And then it got to be nightand they I, my son and and
the other person that came with us. They went off to get some food,
and then all of a sudden,I start having people actually know who
I am and are asking, well, you know, I brought stuff,
and I'm like, yeah, giveme a second. I'm trying to call

and I couldn't get a hold ofthem. So then I told the several
people like, you know, I'llsend you something. So I mailed out
a bunch of things. I guessthis is a long story of they mailed
out a bunch of things to abunch of people this last week that weren't
that weren't able to make it,or that I should say, weren't able
to get things from me that whenthey saw me, or that we weren't
able to connect even though I was. I was also the only one that

was dressed the way I was.I stood out majorly because I was wearing
a white outfit, white hat,I looked like like a Milkman factor.
But I was surprised how many peopleknew who I was supposed to be,
and and uh stuff because I wasPhil, the Nuka Cola dude. You

Phil comes along and he he wearsa Nuka Cola jacket, Nuica Cola shirt.
He's on a bicycle, Nuca Colabicycle, and you have to attack
him and take his stuff. Uh. And I always feel bad from because
he's like me, he's a collector. He's really passionate about you know,

So I dressed up. I hadhis his name then on my shirt,
and then I had yeah, likeit was a Nuka Cola delivery guy.
And then on my back, Imade this thing that was literally was on
my butt that the seat belted onand then it opens up and when it
opens up, it would play theNuka Cola World. Ye sure, yeah

mate, yeah yeah yeah. Andso but at the same time, like
people are opening it up some way. We got videos and stuff. It
looks like I'm turning around, peopleare like reaching down my clickfully yeah,

mailed off a bunch of things tothose people. I also I saw something
that reminded me of, you know, Classic Blue Reviews, Michael's character.

mailed it off to him and hemade a video and put it on I
think it was on Twitter, andthen I reposted it. So if you

getting familiar with the real ghostbutster voiceactors. Yeah, being being more on
the road chronicling stuff. Yeah,I think I think to do work that
is more adjacent to those kinds ofhobbies because I really enjoyed that. Yeah,

and and and maybe I can Icould offer something unique in the in
the space that we have in theelements. Yeah, I'm not sure it's

have a lot of geeks out there. I'll say that it seems like when
I've gone to order things, I'vebeen surprised how many well and then like

to do a course course sorry,a Japanese course. Oh uh well it's
it's not the gankey ones. Ido have those books books. Yeah,

so so just doing things that aremore a that are more things that you
actually enjoy, decrease the stress thatsort of thing. That's my back toot

Uh, but we are owned byToyota. Wait wait, your company will
pay for you to because I'm leavingthe company and there was so budgets left,

and I said, yeah, sure, because we are owned by a
Japanese company, so across the Japaneseby a parcel for them. And the
cool thing was, but I alsoget a free Android tablet with the courses.
Wow. Really yeah, so I'mI'm I'm reading into bit but no,
but I want to like in Japanesethis year. That's funny that you

brought that up. I tried lastyear. We can practice together if you
want. Yeah, well, youknow, it's it's so hard because every
every course you running, and Ihave the Gankey books right there. That's
why I'm looking and and I've purchased. I also paid for this basically it's
not really a subscription like because youhave to pay each time you meet with
a tutor. But they're like actualJapanese, you know, tutors said there

with you and stuff like that.That's one of those online things. But
on the flip side, it's likeeverybody has a different way that they do
it. So some of them likethey want to work on the kanji first,
like learn kanji and learn what allthese things mean so you can you
know, memorize and read it.And then other ones are like you know,
you need to learn these these brokenout sounds, and then there's other

ones that are like, well youneed to learn it, and you know,
so I thought that trying to geta few things instead it actually made
it harder because it none of itsupported each other. And so but this
this one school verisational Japanese so thatyou can talk with people in your bat
like just just have a smalt smat. Yeah. Basically, and of course

having what you love of animate,you know, you get the whole you
you you most you basically absorb stuff, uh for for what you animate with
subs of course. Uh yeah,so that helps. But uh yeah,
working on a lot of stuff.So I bought a new three D printer,

uh with the with the with theseverence money that I cut uh And
it's a bamboo lab X, Yand Z like the top of the line.
And it is such a dream towork with because it does everything you
don't want to do on a threeD printer. It does by itself.
I've been going through five kilos oflike five rolls of relevant or something within

a day or or two. Ijust got continuously printing stuff. Really happy
with the quality of it because it'sso fast. You can print it a
low layer height, so you getbetter quality at the same speed as a
normal print you would get. Yeah, so everything is zero point two layer
height, which is almost no standing, no line or whatever. That's nice
and it's great. I have tomulti filament add on also, so you

can just make things do four differentcolors or you can't see the benefit there
is is is getting the dissolvable filamentbecause the use support just dip it a
lot done. The off the shelfsupports that they have are very non destructive
and they are like the tree supports, like the three supports, and if

guy who makes open source ghostbusters sprintfiles like if you have a protos back
or if you want to like thisone for example, they call the Alzo

this is freely available and it's alreadyit's got a manual that you can buy
optionally, but most of these thingswill align so that I can take this
off for example, so for thepeople watching at home, I'm just showing

that that is on the print badfor example, supports the whole part so
that the more detailed bits will getthe attention from the nozzle that you that
you would get you're printed in acertain direction. So all most of all
these files are optimized for either invisiblesupport or just optimized to print as is.
Uh. And they also use somethingcalled sacrificial layers. So if you

have an overhang, for example,yeah, they just they know that it's
going to be like a contained boxbut with an open bottom. They will
just put in a fake layer thatyou know it's going to be dirty,
but it makes sure that the layerabove that is going to be clean,
so your top will look clean andinside is going to be all spaghetti.

giganic screen with huge old speakers.Yeah, and I've been using it and
it's also it's almost like a virtualreality thing because it goes so far up
and so far down on it thatit's pretty great. And I was,
you know, I was also trainingto do because I also thought that I
would go to Mount Fuji. BeforeI knew that there's a chance that will
be closed by the time I finallyget to go. But but at the

same time, like, yeah,I had all these plans, so I'm
still thinking I'm going to start itagain this year. You know the thing
about well yeah, well well,you know, I think the biggest thing
that keeps people from setting resolutions orfrom from doing them or following through is
I think that they picture the bigpicture and now so much the objectives,

and so I need to break itdown more into my objectives. So you
have those smaller steps that every dayyou should have something you can do that
day, and that propels you forthe next you know. That's part of
that, that the flywheel, andso day and your days you'll write,
yeah, you'll get to your yourthing. And it's also yeah, it's

less overwhelming that way. Uh,that's for a thing. And I think
too the channel kind of gets inthe way of my health at times,
which it shouldn't it also, youknow, or that it can get in
the way of enjoying something, whichis also where I need to you know.
I actually so like this month,I'm not doing any fan home builds
or during December I didn't I shouldsay because I'm still in December. Ah,

but you know, because I wantedto work on Literally I'm just sitting
and and editing those travel videos andand because and I'm doing those a lot,
because I enjoy it. In fact, I kind of want to do
more of them down the road.I've always loved things like broad in Japan
stuff because it just it's it feelsmore personable. I feel like I'm there,

you feel like you're more connected.And I really feel that way about
these videos. They're kind of funand they're they're fun to make, but
they take a little while. Butit was also fun to actually go,
I mean, and to be ableto take people, especially if you're where
you wouldn't even come to the US. It's kind of situation would be great.
Like I you know, we havesome people are in Australia to play
them, so they couldn't go tothe or couldn't go to the Fallout event.

the different locations tied to Fallout andthat makes kind of those kinds of trouble

and so anyway, so that's kindof cool. But yeah, I

mean I really enjoyed it. I'drather, you know, rather than just
kicking out and kicking out and kickingout stuff, I like, you know,
doing things that I actually enjoy it, because otherwise I'm going to burn
out on it or not enjoy it, or it'll Also this is also the
reason why there's so many One ofmy resolutions is I'm going to stop talking
about stuff I'm going to do becauseI'll mention that and then I then I

stop, or I don't finish them, or like I have a video literally
it's all done. I have sorlevideos. They're all done. I just
need to edit them, you know. Related to I did one on an
episode Lee for all year, youknow, And yeah, I was kind
of waiting for his schedule to dieit down again too, because I talked

to him. I still communicate withhim actually all the time, and he's
like, oh, yeah, yeah, we need to do that, Like
that's all these ways what I getbro him. I still want to I
still I still want people to dobuys. My helmets started and I'll pay

said that I could talk about it. Uh, you know, stuff like

to now do an interview with them, and that's my plan. But but
it's just but it's one of thosethings where I'm still I was kind of
glad that I didn't got to talkabout it because in the end, it
just kind of gets delayed. Thisgets delayed, you know, and you

don't want to be It's kind oflike the propst Earthy. There's there's all
these things that were going back andforth on that that I was like,
I have, I have emails andthings like that that came through and they're
like, we don't know what you'retalking what what are the fun things surprised

I were like, people, well, I said, he was already

something, and the guy from propstore visited Arnold, not the other way
around. Yeah, yeah, buthe posted and when he posted it like
so nice that he came and visitedus. It's like, oh yeah visiting.

a giddy school girl in that pup. Yeah, when we were dead,
I was, let's go. Yeah. She's like, I he never gave

me your your numbers and stuff.She told you. But then in the
email I have emails this show,She's like, I'll give you. I
don't know, it's she feel paranoid. But but yeah, I'm always concerned
about how much I should reveal becausethen if I don't fall through or something
falls through, you know, it'sit's it's the thing that Chris tries to

tell me about that they've run into. I mean, like right now,
they're they're still working on you know, the tricorder two years later that they
were going to release, you know, two years ago, and something's getting
yeah. Yeah, and that thismission oh yeah, yeah, I'm away
the things they were gonna make thatwe they never got made. But we

can't talk about that at all.But at the same time, I mean,
like, but the other side ofthe people do trust you with that

really a thing I can't even doanything about right now, and stuff too.

But you know, on the flipside, yeah, I think I
think I'm just gonna take it dayby day and then focus all the things
I enjoinated for and only release those. Yeah. I released a couple of
videos the other day that I didn'tyesterday, oh yesterday, and today.
I literally one just came out fiftyfive minutes ago. You know, So
I got contacted. I eat contactby Amazon people. I'm gonna chilla,

right, I get things. Iget invitations though daily, and they're always
this stupid, weird crap. Butthe funny thing about the chainsaw and then
the one that came out today isa rock tumbler, is literally like I
was looking for a rock tumbler.I went to the store to buy one
because there's a project I'm doing whereI needed the glass on these things to

look a certain way, okay,and I was just going to frost them.
I was gonna spray them. Andthen I found out I found this
lady's video where what she did forit was She put them into rock tumbler
for five days and when they cameout they looked exactly like what I was
looking for. So I'm like,great, go we got a rock tumbler.
I went to get a because Ithought that's gonna be cheap. I'm
like, I used to do rocktumbling with my grandpa when I was a
kid. I loved it stuff,and I thought, well, you know,

i'll give it probably the girls willlove it too. And I go
to the store and it's like onehundred and fifty bucks on a rock tumblr,
so like, I'm not doing that. I mean, I think it's
now for one American. I don'tknow, it's I mean, it's like
a seventies thing in my head.It's weird. It's one of those things
where you almost get suspicious because you'relike, what, like the day that
(30:57):
you're talking about or thinking about something. So get an email and it says,
ye know, well you will youreview our our rock Telby and they
had one that was like thirty bucks, which I could have bought myself,
but they're like, we'll send it. Yes, it's sure. So I
did that and then the chainsaw again. I don't want to talk too much
about projects. I think a coupleof people finally figured out what it was,

but the people were initially guessing whatthat chainsaw was for. It was
like the ripper. They're like,are you making a ripper? Like I
hadn't even thought about that, Butagain, it's it is chainsaw man.
Yeah, yeah, chainsaw man.It's not for me either. It's somebody
else came up with the idea ofdoing a puppet, uh for something that

they're doing, okay, and anduh and so then they got the body
part figured out, but they neverthey don't do electronics and stuffing. They're
like, do you know a waythat we could do this so that in
the video it would need to actuallywork? And I was like, well,
I mean you can use a gasone for sure, it would be
too big too, and the electricone that I have upstairs. I went
and checked that out and stuff itwouldn't work right either. This thing I
(32:04):
can actually, you can hardwire itpretty easily to do what they're wanting to
do. And if and it's angled, it is such an angle too.
Everything looks perfect on it. It'sstill will be super dangerous, but it'll
be fun. It'll be cool.Uh, and then we got three the
head. So yeah, so that'snot gonna be my project. That's theirs.

went around and talked to and filmeda lot of people and talked to them
about what brought them there and howfar away they came from and stuff.
Okay, And there was one couplethey met the year before in the first

Fallout event and met there, likemet there officially, first time ever meeting
and now there and now they livetogether, you know, and they and
they are and you know, gettingmarried and stuff and they Yeah, it
was it was a wild It's justyou know, yeah, these people that

came together, it's it's funny.The other thing I'll say about it,
yeah, well, I've never beento any conference. I've never been to
any anything where every single person wasjust so I mean, especially when you
look around and you see how peopleare dressed and some of the things,
it looks like a biker. Probablyanyone that came in that didn't know better,

we think it's some kind of crazybiker thing going on. And yet
I mean the people were just soeveryone was so nice and so accommodating.
Nobody was you know, it wasjust oh man, it was like everyone
was there to have fun and they'dcome up to you and and and you
know, like like a lot ofother conferences, they treat you like a

celebrity even if you're even though you'renot kind thing, uh you know,
and it's it was. It wassuch a positive place to be. I
couldn't believe it. And and Iwent home that night just I mean I
wanted to stay overnight, but itwas it was asking a lot from those
that went with me about on theflip side like it. It literally gave

me energy into the weeks after thatbecause I just it was like, wow,
I felt just really good. YeahI don't know, but yeah,
