(00:00):
You were now listening to the podcastfor Geeks and the Stuff they Love,
where each week we'll talk about everythingfrom anime to movies, games and prop
collecting, but the people who createand love it. I'm Jeremy, I'm
Vince, I'm James, and thisis your Geek. We were not really
doing too much this month as faras the podcasts and stuff for a couple
(00:22):
of reasons. One is I havea fever right now. I got a
fever and the only currous cawmell andjust threw up before we started this whole
thing. But also just a lotof things are going on. I traveled
this I literally just got back yesterdayfrom Philadelphia, which was not planned.
(00:45):
I actually I found out I hadto do a conference that I wasn't planning
on that I didn't want to actuallygo to in person, but found out
I had to, so last minute. I had a book a place and
went out there and decided I'd alsouse the opportunity to film everything and to
go to geeky places. And Idid some cool things, including I bought
(01:07):
a Rocky Did you guys get apick? I sent you guys a picture.
Yeah, I bought Rocky's hat,and I ran up the stairs and
stuff and did the pose all thatstuff. I also went to every comic
book store in town, which iscool, you know, in places like
that, and maybe this is truewith London a little bit too, is
(01:29):
when there's a lot of stuff around. I walked. Listen here, I
walked like I walked four miles toone direction. There's two rivers that go
around Philadelphia and uh and on oneI walked from one river, or from
the center to one river four miles, then walked back eight miles to go
(01:51):
to the other side to visit anothercomic book shop. I went to three
main comic book shops, Atomic ComicsBeyond, I can't remember what the second
one is called, and then FatJacks, which is kind of a famous
one. I went to all threeof those, walked to them, and
I walked to other places too.I mean, it added up miles,
but it didn't feel it outside ofmy feet herding. Later on the day,
(02:13):
it didn't feel like I was walkingthat much because there was so much
to see and then h and thenI also stayed in a place in a
building that was I'll have to you'llhave to see the show. I mean
it's it's so bizarre that show youguys picture of the buildings. I think
it's like like nine or I can'tremember from it's very wide. Was that
(02:40):
I can't remember having seen photos ofthe building. Oh yeah, yeah,
it's it's well, it's not veryso it's not very wide. And then
it's like like six stories tall anduh and yeah it was. It was
super interesting though, and I hada two story place inside of this,
(03:00):
so it was kind of like that'syou know, the small living kind of
thing that's kind of big right now. I loved it. It was so
cool. This place was really cool. They're kind of restricting what I'm able
to say or show about the place, but at the same time, I'm
hoping when the video comes out it'llbe it'll be pretty good. So I
did that and and everybody already knowsthat we're doing the Good Springs thing in
(03:21):
a couple of weeks. But thenwe got contacted by our friends that were
a prop store, and we getcontact now then and I'll just try and
post something for them to be nice. But this time, because it's their
big sell. Once a year theydo a really big auction in in Europe.
In London, and this is usuallywhere they'll have the R twos and
(03:46):
like all the really big, bigprops. This is where those go.
And so I reached out to themand said, hey, well, you
know, we got a couple ofpeople that live in Europe. Would you
be okay with them coming and doingsomething? And they said, oh,
yeah, that'd be really great. And I reached out to these guys and
so a couple of big parts tothis is one, this is the first
(04:10):
time that the James and Vin's aregonna be hanging out in person together act
literally road tripping right yeah, andthen also handling or well, I don't
know if you got to it wasthat I'm looking forward to d question.
Oh I think it'll be cool.I really, you know. I love
(04:35):
as much as I like like thetypical shows of like Abroad in Japan and
stuff like that, my favorites arelike their wacky weekends and stuff like that
where they actually go and do somethingtogether and stuff. So, and you
guys were trying to explore. Wedid try to. I've reached out to
a couple of the studios. Oneof them said they just had too many
(04:57):
people already come through as far aspr so they weren't open to us coming,
at least not for free. Imean, you guys could always do
I guess for pay. But atthe same time, and then the uh
and then there was the Pinewood Studios. Uh, like my contact there,
we had something kind of planned fora different day, but now we're having
(05:18):
a hard time get carrying back fromthem. They might contact me tomorrow though,
that's a very good possibility. Buton the flip side, you guys
have been thinking about a few geekythings that you could do on the first
because you both come in on thefirst, like in the morning or the
afternoon something like that. Yeah, quite early morning. Okay, Jay's more
more early than I. Yeah, yeah, and that's cool. And then
(05:42):
to go on the first, butI added, it was pretty pretty tight
with the with the schedule. Yeah, so thankfully prof s one that does
on the second as well, hemakes a bit of a difference. Yeah,
I think, I think, Ithink you won't go wrong. I
mean, there's there's plenty of thingsthat I think you could do or see,
(06:03):
yeah, that are around. Youcould also go and find the how
far are we because James knows wherethe tartist is that's that's in London,
propper, isn't it. Yeah,in those courts, Okay, yeah right
now. Yeah, but London,we saw the news and there's like a
(06:27):
lot of protests going on and it'syeah, it might not be the best
place to go inside central London, but yeah, I mean, my friend
Adam is going to be a designateddriver. He's coming up from the north
from Wigan. He knows how toget around all of that and assume.
So. But otherwise, yeah, you'll probably know some cool stuff in the
(06:47):
area that we could visit that isn'treally a tourist out spot. For example,
I know a lot of you know, the going back to people like
they brought in Japan and stuff likethat that you know, all those guys
went out and uh, Connor andthose guys went to London with all these
(07:08):
plans for what they were gonna dofor their videos and and unfortunately it was
also at the same time as theinauguration. Uh so you feel like all
that was scrapped because they couldn't getaround there's no way to get through the
you know, they were planning ontaking the tube and stuff to get to
certain places that can do that.So yeah, but for us, I
mean, I guess prop store isalready very huge, uh deal and anything
(07:31):
else that's just extray, I guess. Yeah. And I managed to score
a pretty pretty nice B and BI think, which was a really good
price. Yeah, that's amazing.Yeah, so hopefully they're not sing repeaters
or anything. But on the otherends were three men storm, so we'll
always survived. I think it's oneof us will to tell the We talked
(07:53):
a little bit about the you know, doing like the pup crawl thing.
Uh yeah, the World's and popcrowl which yeah, itself was just like
in the same village as R.B. A Be. It's funny,
you know. So you're talking aboutSimon peg Is is like you have that
in Shawn of the Dead. Areboth kind of like basically there are movies
where the main characters are unaware ofthe big thing that's happening around them,
(08:18):
right literally the end of the worldversus Yeah, but it's like the trivi
to or something they call it,like it's Shot off the Dead, Hot
Fuzz and ut Fuzz. Yeah yeah. Hot Fuzz is funny too. Yeah,
And it's always the same actors andthings, but it's it's good stuff.
Yeahs forest from one. Yeah, because up there me. But we'll
(08:45):
ask prop story if they know somesome areas or whatever. Yeah, I
could, I could, I canemail well, you know, and what
I'll do is, I'll also putyou in contact with the person that I've
been in contact with. Oh,I'll put you in contact with her.
I was going to give her yourphone number two just in case something happens.
(09:07):
It is always going to have wherethey can contact you if something you
never know what's gonna happen. Yeah, I mean, if there's a delayer
we can't find it, or whenever, it's always help. Maybe if they
have some extra free time, orif they want to hang out afterwards.
I mean, yeah, we're allflying over to see them. So but
(09:31):
I think it'll I think it'll begood. I think it's I mean,
we could we could do behave becausethat's what Jeremy has been has been infetting
us fine, saying don't do this, better do this. It's tricky because
you know, it's one of thosethings where they this is definitely a good
resource. And I actually two peoplethough that we know I remembered back from
(09:56):
Yost. But you know, Ialso I also invited other people that we've
that we've worked with before that areone of them being in England. But
but it's good to have a relationshipwith them because you know, like we've
already used them before for getting moredetailed pictures of certain things and stuff like
that. I mean, if you'relooking for reference stuff, it's a great
(10:18):
way to go something else that I'llpurchase. I'll purchase for you guys if
they have them there in person. You know every year too, they turn
out I wouldn't even call it amagazine, it's closer to a book.
Six Well have you seen the bookthat I mean, it is nice to
(10:43):
yeah, big, but they're they'rereally high quality. They're pretty nice.
Uh. I know Adam Savage islike that's one of his favorite things is
those that they turn out, youknow, every year. But yeah,
it might be going there, Butthen i've kind of Daniels would be in
so we Canada. I was supposedto do so last year. We were
(11:05):
supposed to do the same thing. But I was going to do it tell
like I did with the La locationand actually originally my trip next week.
Originally I was going to go fora full week when when there was a
chance that you guys might go aswell and stuff. I decided to go
ahead and bucket for I was planningon being going at the beginning of that
(11:26):
week because I can only fly twicea week where I am. So they
have flights to go directly to Vegasand they're really cheap, but the only
flies Sundays and Thursdays, okay, and so so I was going to go
Sunday to Sunday originally, and thenwhen I drove out to you know,
to the it's too good springs andstuff. I mean, you're basically going
(11:48):
to the California border. I thought, well, I'll just spend a couple
of days, or I'll hop aflight because it's only it's it's eight to
twelve dollars a flight. Wow,from from Vegas to to LA Actually not
really not yeah, yeah it is, it's not really La. I shouldn't
say that. It's technically where you'reflying is closer to Anaheim. You're flying
(12:09):
to John Wayne Airport and then i'dhave to drive from there. But on
the flip side, yeah, yeah, yeah, there's an there's an airport
named after John Wayne. If ifyou're in the US and you want to
go to Disneyland for cheap, youknow, it's not too far away.
I I did have to get alarge uber to get from there. I'm
(12:31):
still gonna do this episode at pointat some point in time too. I
actually I did a really good,uh video that I've never released yet that
shows how to go to Disneyland withand I have a lot of kids.
I felt like I have a goodsized family, So uh, how how
I was able to do that?Fly? Everybody go to Disneyland stayed right
(12:56):
across the street for like next tonothing. Like we stayed in nice hotel
straight across the street from Disneyland forforty dollars a night. Wow, we
got into Disneyland for under one hundreddollars a day with all the extra stuff
we you know, we flew.We flew first to Vegas for forty dollars
and then on to onto John Waynefor I think it was eight dollars a
(13:20):
person. And all that has todo is just using the dead days.
And we picked the best dead dayof the year and and had that whole
week to ourselves. It was thebest trip we ever had. Oh yeah,
and then you go to Disneyland walkedstraight on in and nobody's there.
We rode, we wrote all themajor rides, like all we when we
(13:43):
went into you know, like wewent and did all the Star Wars rides
and stuff. When we did that, like we rode so many times.
My kids were like, you know, they there was a point in time
where literally they said, can wejust go back to the hotel now?
Like they were tired of it.Whereas most people that go any men get
on like they don't know if theyeven get to ride once kind of thing.
So I mean, yeah, there'sthere's a good way to do it.
(14:05):
But over recently I was gonna, yeah, I was gonna jump a
flight from Vegas to and go overand visit prop store and and you know
this upcoming week. But on theflip side, they don't have something major
like this going on right now. It's all in London. Yeah, and
so because they're big cells at thefirst half of the year and so so
(14:28):
yeah, I mean this is abig deal. But last year was when
we were supposed to be Mark MarkHamill and I got overwhelmed by trying to
get everything handled and I missed thatopportunity. So I there might be somebody
around. But for the most part, literally, it's gonna be all about
Vin's and James. I mean,it's just these guys. It's not like
this is not something where oh we'regoing and you know, while they tore
(14:50):
a bunch of people, like theypulled props specifically for us that we requested,
they'll have them displayed. They're gonnabe going out around with their gloves
on and and talking about and lookingat stuff. And maybe he's lucky putting
things picking things up. I knowthat I got to see the the art.
There c three p O gloves, the hands. We got to see
(15:13):
them being put on. What's thatthe head as well? Oh yeah,
they have the head as well, but I gotta see it. Just before
we actually got on, I waswatching Anthony and Daniels putting at the prop
store, putting on the pieces, showing how to put them on. And
because it's it's basically there's a gloveand then there's three pieces. You just
slide them on like rings for eachfinger to put them on. So yeah,
(15:39):
but three, but we'll bringing upone piece anymore. Oh yeah,
but uh yeah, we'll be onour best behavior. Well, we'll try
to make sure that we could comeback one day and not just apologize.
That's right, but it'll be prettyexciting. I'm excited to see which guys.
(16:06):
And they're giving you a lot oftime too, Like yeah, I
was you know, you think thatthey'd be like, oh, you know,
okay, we'll kind of try tofit you in. Instead, we
had to switch the days the wholemorning. Yeah, yeah, because it
was trick. Weren't sure if you'dget there. Yeah, And she literally
said, because I just said, well can we rivee it this time or
(16:27):
this time or this time, She'slike, why don't we have you to
come at this time and then youthen you'll be here until this time there's
like two or three hours later.Like wow, yeah, yeah, so
any rate, Yeah, that's good. That's pretty incredible, And I wish
I was going to be there.Try and find some of the unsettables,
(16:47):
you know, like for example, what you're breaking, bad stuff you have,
like the gazillions of those paper cupsyou know from I bet they asked
something store somewhere in the just layingaround. Yeah, yeah, i'scavenging later
(17:08):
the way, you know, Sothey do have you go online, you'll
see picture that are kind of coolpictures where you where you'll see like the
bat they'll show the bad cycle witha bunch of stuff behind it. It
kind of looks like a scene outof Indiana Jones and stuff. But on
the flip side, so the areathat these guys are going to go into,
(17:30):
they basically they set up a seriesof curtains around the room so it's
an all black surrounding background. Andthen and then they and they said stuff
up within there. But there isa separate so there's a warehouse area and
it has everything, including stuff thatthey aren't actually being sold right now that
(17:51):
they kind of just have or thatthey're Prepster also does their own refurbishing of
things, so that touch them upor they'll clean them, they'll fix things.
Sometimes they'll purchase this. Sometimes it'sfrom their own from their own collections
too. So h you know, one of the people that's kind of known
(18:12):
for owning things, I believe iswho you're going to be going through with
owns one of the lightsabers of theoriginal lightsabers and stuff. But I mean,
you know, so it's positive. It doesn't hurt to ask, yeah,
can we can we look around, but they might keep you to that
(18:33):
to that curtained area. Yeah,I mean we'll we'll work things on.
I think it's touch stuff. Wasthat Jesus cutting? You can probably hear
us better than we can hear you, and it's probably recording better on your
side. Yeah. Yeah, Ican keep your so one on too afterwards,
(19:00):
or I might have you like makesure it make sure it downloads all
the way otherwise otherwise we'll just betalking to the silence. Yeah, towards
it so by the time people watchthis or hear this, because like we
were talking about in another recording whichwill come out after this one, so
before, not in order. Thisis not a chronological thing, is that?
(19:23):
Uh you know, because because ofHalloween, I'll be releasing the Uh
well, yeah, I don't know. I don't know that this might come
out on Wednesday. I don't know. Uh now they don't realized what days
or which things. Tuesday, Iguess is when Ghostbusters background might come out.
I've also been I've been sick, and then on top of that at
(19:48):
the hospital where I work, uh, you know, hospitals here in the
US, I think most everywhere, for certain specializations, you have to always
have certain types of providers, alwayseither on call or there presently, and
and that's true with my field, and so uh, somebody had some surgery
and things recently, and so Ihad to because I'm the supervisor of things,
(20:11):
I had to cover and and Iwasn't planning on that. So I
ended up working a lot of hoursthe past couple of weeks, you know,
turning out the pit Boy mod whichI all I get is his emails
every day about well, when whenis this next piece I do have.
I've already filmed the so modding thewe we already did the we did the
(20:34):
opening of the box and reviewing it. We already had the one where I
disassemble the pit boy. But beforewe could modify the pit Boy to then
paint it, I had to showhow to do the Uh. Oh,
James isn't getting good? Yeah no, I'm fun fun. So so uh
(21:00):
the next thing though that you haveto do before I could paint it was
I had you have to have thethe BlackBerry modified, and uh, unless
you do it the way James doesit, which I'm I'm actually gonna release.
I think I'm gonna somehow wrap inwhich you talked about and and Esa
Breger and stuff about how to howto do it that way. But because
of all that, I I didfilm already how to what to load onto
(21:26):
the pip boy and onto the BlackBerry, including what you know James James's app
that he modified from that was anotherperson's app. I I show, I
show all the things to do withit before you start taking apart, and
what to put onto it and howto prepare it. Then I show how
to take it apart. Then Ishow how to attach the screen and stuff,
(21:49):
how to make the shelf so thatit's protected. So that part I
already got that should be coming outpretty soon. But again I've just been
so busy. It's hard to getthese edited and out, so it might
take a while if you were hopingto have it down before the end of
this year, I apologize by nothappen. But in December I'm gonna be
having getting a lot of things donebecause I'll be around and more free to
(22:11):
get those done. But what wasthe other thing that was? Really?
Oh yeah, I also modified oneof these. But getting back to the
flying and doing all these different tripsand stuff, I so working and it
actually like squirts and shoots water orif you want to put soda in it.
I haven't seen if that gums itup yet. I did that to
(22:33):
take it to Good Springs, butI'm running out of time to ship it.
Oh yeah, let me show youthis out probably after two I'm guessing
for the for the viewers or thelisteners. That was the new colaster you
yep, ye, the third blasteryep yep. And then that what I'm
(22:57):
holding in my hands now, uh, with the special edition version, along
with a box. And I revampedone of the boxes, because I have
a few of those. I revampedone of them and modified it, repeated
it. It has a metallic redpaint. You can't tell from the video.
(23:18):
But at the same time, yeah, so it's one of the big
right yeah, yeah, and soand the inside of it's actually black and
then it lights up down here atthe bottom of lights up so that when
I put all the new coat colabottles in, there's little lights that are
in the bottom of this. Andwhen I when we get to Vegas,
(23:41):
I've got I've got bottle caps forevery flavor and sasparilla and everything else.
I've also got labels nice uh,and we've got the bottles all work.
There so we'll pick up the bottlesout there and we'll be handing out free
to any one of the shows uhNewca Cola bottles of their favorite flavor.
And when they're in here they lightup and uh and so and this straps
(24:03):
to my back. And then I'vegot basically if you picture like a mailman
nineteen fifties mailman outfit with the newCOACLA buttons and labels and stuff like that
on it. It it looks prettygood sweet, which I was really proud
of until I found out it wasmade for a woman, uh and does
not fit me. So so uh, one of the people is coming with
(24:26):
us, she's gonna probably be wearingit. And then I've got an alternative
outfit. But either way we'll behanding out these. I've got plates that
you know, on the top ofthe pit boy, there's a there's a
metal plate that that has the youknow version of boy and all that stuff
on I I've made those laser laseretched them or bigger full metal uh that
(24:51):
that are about uh a little lessthan a quarter inch I think an eighth
inch thick. And then on theback it has uh, it has something
like this the QR coat for oursite, for our for our channel cool
and then I haven't put on thegears yet. There's a white gear that
goes around this. But any rate, you're like, yeah, I've been
(25:12):
doing much because I was sick, and there you show all this stuff.
I know, well this is soyou know, I was planning for money.
Oh you know, I've got plentyof time, and I was doing
it slowly, and then as thetape got it gets closer, I'm like,
okay, well I can't do youknow, originally I was going to
have this new CoA Cola to matchthis and the outfit, the new CoA
Cola pit boy. It's not paintedor anything. It's not gonna it's not
(25:36):
gonna happen before I leave. Idid get this part pretty much done,
but I kept to be able toget it shipped, which I'm gonna ship
both these things together so that Logancan bring them to the to to Vegas
and then I'm going to have totry to bring I'm gonna bring the actual
my original pit boy with me,but the question is will they let me
(25:57):
on the plane with it? Ithink so we'll see. Yeah, I
don't know, but I was justI was just gonna say, you should
recognized so that if you get stopped, Steven give it back to them before
(26:21):
going through security. Yeah. That'sthe downside, is like, so I
have to go by myself. Thisis I'm playing out at ten pm.
So what I'm gonna do is I'mgonna I'm just gonna go in early and
then see if i can get through. If I can't, I'll leave it
my car. I'll take it backout and put it in the car.
But I think I'm gonna have it. I'm gonna just have it out because
(26:42):
I'm taking it on carry on andI'll have it out and I'll have my
video ready to show them. Chriskind of gave me some pointers on this
one. You know, I'm notgoing to bank his mistake of taking a
gun like even this. They won't. They're less likely to let me take
this than they are. Because Iwent to uh uh, let's just called
(27:03):
again Atlanta Airport. Yeah, andI had like an umbrella in the shape
of the massive sorts from the legto sella Yeah, And I said,
are you gonna fight get in?I'm like, yeah, okay, you
can go. Yeah, And that'stotally fine. So I having like a
blunt weapon or whatever potentially totally fine, but I having like a gimmick,
(27:25):
well it's weird. I mean, like so this last week, you know,
speaking also the travel thing, andI show how to do this also
in the video is I was preparedthis time. I always like to take
I like to be comfortable on myflight, especially since they're gonna be as
long as they were this other day. So you know, I take food,
and I took a lot of foodthis time. This time. I
(27:45):
was like, you know what ifthey turned me down, the worst thing
is I'll throw it out. Butyou know, so you're limited to three
ounces for most things when it comesto like peanut butter and stuff like that.
They're fine with apples and things like. That's all it's they're okay with.
But you know, things that youcould mix and potentially make into something
is what they have a problem with. And so everything has to be three
(28:07):
ounces or less. And I hadjust a little bit more than that.
I get to this airport and Iwas the only one in the entire airport,
and like literally and and so Igo in there and not only do
they not have me take out allthe food, and stuff. They let
me keeping the container. I uh, if you like circle, I like
the Circle bottles, which is ait's like a water bottle and you screw
(28:32):
on different flavors and stuff like that, and the flavors is less than those
three ounces. I it went through. The guy at the X ray machine
said what flavor circle do you have? And I was like fruit punched and
he's like okay, and it justwent like he had give me no problems
with anything. Yeah, but thenI could go to a different airport.
If I was trying to do thatcoming back this way, yeah, you
(28:56):
know, I would have had problems. So I'm gonna I'm gonna fly with
it over there and then I'm gonnaleave it there and I'll pick it up
when I go to drive too.I got to drive to Utah two weeks
after that, so so logan'll I'llbring it to Utah and then I'll just
pick it up out there and stuff. But but yeah, I mean,
I don't know, we'll see whatcomes through. But for sure, if
(29:17):
you're coming to the you know, whether or not the rest of my costume
makes it, if you are comingto the Good Springs event or if I
should say, at this point intime, maybe even if you came to
the Good Springs event. Uh,then these are some things I'm giving out.
I I also have tons of caps. I've also got I've got I
bought the the chips from New Vegasand I'll be sticking those at different locations
(29:42):
and so people will find them findthem. So so yeah, I mean
it should be fun. So,I mean, all these trips that are
going on, I think you're gonnamake some good videos. But if the
content might be a little less forfor a couple of months, want to
we're actually, yeah, it'll behigher quality and it'll it'll be fun.
(30:03):
I loved I like watching things wherepeople go outside the shop where they're actually
going throw it. And I've alwayshad people say, well, you know,
I'd like to see you take thepit boy. I want to see
other people react to it, orI want to see you know, why
don't you take it to a conor something. Yeah, yeah, it
was always Yeah, I'm going toactually try and see if I can make
(30:23):
that happen. Sometimes tell them it'sa bum and they'll be relieved to know
that it's not. Yeah. Mythought is, hey, if you let
you travel with a cell phone andtake it on board and they let you
you know, and and they're electronicsrequirements are as long as it's smaller than
(30:44):
a cell phone size. As faras the individual electronics, I mean,
I could break it down into itsthree parts and yeah, technically you can
bring a left so yeah. Yeah, laptops so yeah, you have to
take that through separately. But Imean anything that's cell phone size is smaller,
the current rules are you can takethose without them screening them. Okay,
So so I'm going to just putit all out just right there on
(31:07):
the thing and see how it goesthrough, and then I'll show them the
video if I have to. Hopefullyit's somebody that knows pull out, I'll
see that and just be like,oh, I know what that is.
No, to be sure if youstill have something like the manual or something
like the retail box or something likethat that you can tell this is off
shot, and I'll even turned onwhen it goes through so I can see
(31:29):
it that you know, you don'tthink I should because if the screen has
something where it's like obvious that it'snot the yeah, it's trigger them because
I mean, trust me, I'veworked at airports like a skyside as well,
turn the stuff off because if something'sbeing thermone while you're in an X
ray or something, they don't reallylike that, because yeah, they don't
(31:51):
like that part. I don't knowif I turn on the Geiger canner and
stuff, I wouldn't do that enoughbecause people go off most likely because of
the X ray. Luckily, I'mthe airport i'm falling flying out of is
a pretty small airport, so I'mhoping and like I said, I mean,
you know in the way that theseflights go in these small airports too,
it's like probably they're opening up justfor the flight that I'm getting on.
(32:15):
There's a good chance, but Igo early enough, it'll just be
me anyways, and I'll have sometime and hopefully, like you said,
maybe they'll have some gamers that happento be working it they'll recognize it.
But anyway, it'll be interesting though, and if this all goes well and
people like these. I mean,so we're talking three videos at least.
Actually there's the fourth one I Ialso hope to release that I filmed over
(32:37):
a year ago. Now, thestinking, the stinking Bigfoot thing that just
spiraled and became a whole thing aboutabout a goose murder and and and uh
kool aid Man and uh and nuclearfacilities and an underground facility like it's it's
just it's just expanded, expanded, you know. So, I mean these
(33:00):
are all things that we can show. I also have the underground castle that
I went to. I haven't releasedthat video ever either, which is like
a real life fallout situation. That'san actual fallout shelter that I go on
to and got a tour that youcan't ever see again. So so yeah,
I'm hoping that this will be somethingthat will be a nice change for
(33:21):
the channel that we can kind ofshore and it will be good for everybody's
listening or viewing this. And theyasked something like, hey, I'm in
Europe or I'm in the US,and I have some cool stuff. If
it's doable for us, well mostlikely visit. Yeah. I mean we're
happy to do any geeky thing. And if you have like your own basements
(33:42):
filled like the weather falcon, orif you like quid it to your backyard
or whatever, we'll be to showup those those are out there, Those
are the people that are out there. I mean we I get contact all
the time from people or will getcomments from people all the time to have
stuff that they would like to showup. Yeah, I wouldn't mind doing
a meet up Eire. Like yousaid, the new the New Vegas situation
(34:05):
is kind of easy because I knowthere's gonna be a lot of people there
and stuff like that. It's prettynormal. So I mean, yeah,
if if you if we have interestingthings, let us know. Yeah.
Otherwise for me and James, Europis more accessible because I mean the part
props well, my prop stot ticketwas pretty cheap is that I put in
cabin luggage to make sure that ifI buy something or get something that's crazy,
(34:27):
I could bring back thirty day too. That is that is cheap compared
to the US. Well, Imean that's eighty bucks or three people for
life. That's that's cheap. Yeah. I know. But Vegas, now,
I will say this because I didn'tmention it already. So like im,
if you go to Vegas, there'stwo things that they will trick you
with because they want to get tothere to gamble and stuff like that.
(34:50):
Well, one of them has todo with the hotels. So the hotels
online. You look at it andyou go to purchase it, and it
says like forty bucks, Like wow, forty bucks or sixty bucks. Sixty
bucks, that's incredible. They don'ttell you that the you know, they
have resort fees there and the tax, which tax is different, you know,
based on whatever the travel taxes andstuff like that. By the time
(35:14):
you get done with it, thatforty dollars place will cost you one hundred
and fifty dollars. And then thestandard places, which around this time of
year are already like one hundred fiftydollars, they also add on about that
much. You basically double whatever theysay they're charging. So if it's one
hundred fifty dollars, it'll probably bea three hundred dollars place. I'm staying
in an airbnb also and getting apretty good deal, but that pretty good
(35:36):
deal is still costing me about onehundred and twenty dollars a day. You
know. But on the flip side, we have rooms for I've got two
rooms in the front room that havethat has a pull a couch. Okay,
so I'm allowed to able to havethree people stay in pretty comfortably,
and so you know, so yeah, be careful for you if you are
booking things in Vegas and you're like, ah, this is gonna be so
(35:58):
cheap. Sometimes it is the rightseason, but not this time of year.
Yeah, not during pis Giving season, norek Christmas though, they're not
good times to travel to Vegas. But anyway, so well, exciting stuff.
