Your Healing Playground - Dr. Tina Koopersmith It’s never too late to find new gifts to share with the world. Our healing journey is so personal and healing can include healing our story, our thoughts, our perspectives. It can mean confronting our heart and all our emotions—those that have been suppressed or perhaps overly emoted. Healing may also include repairing our relationships with our younger selves or with others we have met along the way. The story arc for so many is education—career—perhaps family—and then retirement. But as we live longer and longer—what does retirement or life after kids have to look like? And is this a good time to go on our personal healing journey—our modern day vision quest? We are taught to find the path, the career, & get the education that will ensure we can wake up every morning to go to WORK and “BECOME” something. Simultaneously, we are pushed to find a mate so we can have a family and reproduce—with the unspoken assumption that we are supposed to be married AND monogamous. That we are not whole or complete until our new adult reality show includes the following: mom/dad, brother/sister , 2 pets and a house with a picket fence. This path to adulthood is well mapped out. BUT what do we do on the other side of life—after kids grow up. After 10 or 20 or 30 or 40 years in the same line of work or family building. Do we change our life? Do we go back to school? Do we change our relationships with ourselves? With others? With life itself? Is healing somehow tied to our personal life path? Is illness perhaps tied to rocks and obstacles on our personal road—and does illness show up to metaphorically and physically force us to confront challenges that we have been stuffing away and hiding from? These questions and more will be discussed with an exceptional life coach that chose the coaching path after a lifetime of experience. Who better to be coaching life, than those who have lived it? Sue-Ann MacCara has over 30 years of experience as a coach, facilitator, and corporate trainer. She will guide you to discover your soul's purpose, your truth, your voice. She calls herself a "coddiwomple coach", because the word coddiwomple is British slang for “to travel in a purposeful manner towards an as yet unknown destination”. Her purpose is love, and the journey she takes you on is to lovingly unleash your freedom with ease, and grace (and a little bit of naughty!). Sue-Ann is a master coach and trainer with Accelerated Evolution Academy, helping individuals transform their lives. As a blueprint-informed coach, she will help couples create intimacy and restore trust. She is trained as a facilitator for Lou Tice’s Investment in Excellence program and has assisted as a Landmark Forum SELP coach, helping individuals and teams develop the skills and mindset needed for success. As a corporate trainer, Sue-Ann specialized in communication skills, customer service, and time management. She has extensive direct selling experience, including being in the top 10 for team sales country-wide and receiving the highest award for promoting leaders. Her passion for making a difference in the world extends beyond her coaching and training work. She has assisted in the creation of the Great Room, a sacred space for prostituted and addicted women to find safety and worked in that arena for 8 years. She has been married for 36 years (along with its twists and turns), is still deeply in love, and her 2 adult children never cease to delight me. www.coddiwompler.com Favourite topics, what brings you peace, what lights you up, relationships (specifically with yourself), not being enough, not belonging. “Be freedom unleashed with ease and grace (and a little bit of naughty!).” What Am I – Children’s Book Author Dr. Tina Koopersmith https://tinakoopersmith.com/what-am-i-childrens-book/ ~ More About Your Healing Playground with Dr. Tina Koopersmith ~ Dr. Tina Koopersmith has practiced Western medicine for over
