Carlos Francisco Sergio Mugica Echagüe (Buenos Aires, 7 de octubre de 1930-Villa Luro, Buenos Aires; 11 de mayo de 1974) fue un sacerdote y profesor argentino vinculado al Movimiento de Sacerdotes para el Tercer Mundo y a las luchas populares de la Argentina de las décadas de 1960 y 1970.
Carlos Mugica murió asesinado a balazos, después de celebrar misa en la iglesia de San Francisco Solano, en Villa Luro.1 Entre 2012 y 2016 la justicia estableció que fue asesinado por la grupo parapolicial de extrema derecha Triple A.2
