مقدمه:
چنانچه در گفتارهای قبلي گفتيم ۱۴ سال پايداري پرشكوه پيروزي را با چندين كارزار بزرگ درمقابل رژيم و دولت دست نشانده‌اش درعراق، با سرفرازي پشت سرگذاشتيم ،چون به نيروي خود و اصل «كس‌نخارد پشت من جز ناخن انگشت من» متكي بوديم. وپس ازتلاش هاي طاقت فرساي خواهرمريم درسطح بين المللي، توانستيم از عراق تحت سلطه رژيم خارج شويم. با خروج آخرين سري مجاهدين از ليبرتي درشهريور ۱۳۹۵ هجرت بزرگ به پايان خود رسيد. ما با اين تعهد از عراق هجرت كرديم كه درسرزمين جديد، بعنوان آمادگاه سرنگونی، جنگ صد برابر عليه دشمن ضدبشري را آغاز كنيم. يعني از مرحله تدافع در زندان ليبرتي به مرحله تهاجم وارد شويم. طبعا نسبت به محيط آمادگاه كاملا بيگانه بوديم لذا ضروري بود كه ابتدا آشنايي لازم از محيط جديد پيدا ميكرديم ، قانونمندي هاي ضروري براي ادامه مبارزه عليه رژيم در این ظرف جدید را فرا مي گرفتيم وشرايط را متناسب با نيازهاي جنگي خود تغيير مي داديم.بنابراين سازمان این موارد را در دستوركار اوليه خود قرار داد.
