برادر سیاوش تا قبل از هجرت بزرگ، رژیم دسترسی کامل به مجاهدین داشت. مثلا در اشرف با مزدورانش در عراق، حملات مختلفی را به اشرف ترتیب داد. از ۶ و ۷ مرداد تا ۱۹ فروردین تا قتل‌عام ۱۰ شهریور. یا در لیبرتی، تاکتیکش را عوض کرد و اقدام به حملات موشکی کرد. بعد از هجرت بزرگ، رژیم دیگر این امکان را نداشت اما رژیم که دست بردار نیست. طرح و برنامه‌های رژیم برای نابودی مجاهدین چه بود؟
طرحهای تروریستی رژیم آخوندی در آلبانی و ویل پنت
همانطور که در برنامة قبلی از سوزش خامنه‌ای بخاطر قیام دیماه ۱۳۹۶ گفتیم . بیش از هرکس بر سران رژیم از جمله شخص خامنه‌ای نقش مجاهدین در این قیام روشن بود بطوری که برغم اینکه بارها بر تمام شدن مجاهدین تأکید میکردند اما ناگزیر باپریشانی وارد صحنه شده واز حضور مجاهدین ناله کرده و رجز خوانی و تهدید کردند.
بخوبی روشن میشود که این سوزشها و تهدیدهای سران رژیم ناشی از ضربه ای است که رژیم در قیام دیماه ۱۳۹۶ از مجاهدین دریافت کرده و نقشی است که کانونهای شورشی تازه تأسیس و جوانان شورشی درقیام دیماه ۹۶ داشتند. در قبال این وضعیت، خامنه‌ای وسران رژیم در پی انتقام از مجاهدین برآمدند و دوطرح بزرگ شیطان سازی و عملیات بزرگ را طراحی کردند که بعدا نتایج آن را در توطئة بمب گذاری در آلبانی در نوروز ۹۷ و در مراسم کهکشان مجاهدین در فرانسه در تیرماه ۹۷ شاهد بودیم.
پاسدار شمخانی، دبیر شورای عالی امنیت رژیم، گفته بود: مجاهدین «پاسخ مناسب را از جایی که نمیدانند، دریافت خواهند کرد»
آخوند روحانی نیز به رئیس جمهور فرانسه شکایت برد و گفت: «ما از دولت فرانسه می خواهیم که علیه این گروهک تروریستی اقدام کند» (۱۲ دی ۱۳۹۶).
