I figured I got to check with both to make

cut it really close, which I shouldn't have done anyways,
and I get back to the door, which I still
think I got a minute to spare since my checkout
is eleven without the extension. I pushed the key and
all like as a yellow blight, and I hear and
I can hear the phone because it's on figure. I
heard you both saying three two one, I said work.

So the great thing was, I'm like, man, I don't
know what they're gonna do, because you you know, you're
not only on this show. Everybody's ever. There's nobody there.
Everybody's remote bos only one there, like nobody for to
do live mic. Oh.

The lucky thing was I didn't have to take the
elevator back there. I found. I found a house a
housekeeper and asked her. I said, look, man, my key
won't work. I'm supposed to be on air right now.
And she's said okay, and she she didn't ask for

So I didn't have to go back downstairs. But I
was like, man, this is about to be terrible. Guy's
going downstairs. Wait for somebody come to the front desk. Yep. See,

hit the open and then I told Anthony and Van
you heard me five four three two one. You guys
are up, and then all of a sudden, no Anthony
and no Van is still with me, and I'm like, okay,
what do I do?

I go on in the air and talk to Van
a little bit, try to buy some time. But the
hard thing would have been trying to call you Anthony
and talk to Van at the same time. And I
could have put that phone call on the air, and

about why you were not on the air when you
were supposed to because you got locked out of your
hotel room.

It's always fun to run in the Smoky mountains and
friends of the Smoke He's puts on a terrific event
there the Cat's cove looplope and it's ten miles. Probably
the only disappointment today was didn't see any bears. But
the ranger said because it was so windy here that
I didn't know this that bears don't really like to
come out in the wind.

Huh wait, you were looking forward to seeing a bear.

Yeah, when you run, they're usually over in the fields.
They come out and kind of wave to you and
say hi. They don't any so it's always kind of motivating.
It might make you pick your pace up just a
little bit when you see one, but it's usually kind
of fun to see them.

Yeah, I know you and Van of both Avid speaking
of you know, new starts from running. We've talked to
you know, Jack Pilgrim. We talked a whole lot of
UK men's basketball. Be looking forward to the game of
Duke on Tuesday, And I know you're a Kenny Books
fan of Vana fall as women's basketball. He falls all sports.
Women's basketball is probably next next baby, second after football

But before we have our next show, we're gonna have
our first probably challenge under Kenny Brooks to get his Louisville.
But Larrybody, I did. I knew you talked to us
about the size that we have. We knew that Georgia
Amore was gonna do her thing. But the six foot

six foot five, six foot seven a sophomore freshman sophomore
combination women have been have been doing pretty well. Are
you surprised at that?

I think the only thing that surprised me.

I don't know how Van would feel, but what Kenny
Brooks said he was gonna play him together.

I didn't have any doubt that he would. I just
didn't know how much how fast he was gonna play
them together.

That didn't take long for him to get him in
there together, and he's left them in there and you
can see, I think Van that they've got a pretty
good chemistry already. When You've got six seven and sixty
five players that can make shots and tasks the ball
to each other and stuff. It's just a dimension that
Kentucky women's basketball has never had, and I think it's
gonna make it for a really really fun season to watch.

Yeah, it's gonna be interesting that we finally, I mean
since I've been paying attention to the UK women's basketball
since ninety three, that we actually have SEC size.
Speaker 2 (09:40):

We lost some two young ladies in the preseason with
injuries that would have definitely have the depth, so we
don't have the depth out that we have. But the
fresh one from Portugal, as I mean, she's impressive Astraca.

I didn't expect that all of her so early. They
have made the game easy on Georgia right now because
she is not She's not looked at us having having
to carry a teat this year, which is impressive because
once SEC time comes around, she will be looked onto
the carriers.

Yeah, and I think she's just kind of content to
sit back and just kind of watch those other players
carry the team right now, dam which I think is
a pretty impressive thing.
Speaker 3 (10:24):
Yeah, It's Look, there's nothing better than having the guard
that I don't have to, especially a point guard.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
I don't have to be.

I don't have to score and lead the team. If
I have two big girls down there there that are cooking,
and I can just bring the ball up, make sure
I feed them enough to keep them happy until that
game where it's going to require me to score thirty.
It makes it easy on my body, ease on my mentals.
I don't think people understand how difficult it is to

drive the ball up then timed into the court every
time for an entire game.

And Larry Vaughter, I do kind of uh and I
ad and I have faith in Kenny Brooks, his coach
and his expertise, and it's just his ability to get
the players to understand his concept and his scheme. I
think Georgia is gonna get more zoned in. I think
once we get in SEC, he plays a little bit
more physical. You got the coaching minds in SEC now

it's just ridiculous, Like I don't know, I mean you
anything to do with ad Gino Arima. And we may have,
we may just have all all the best coaching minds
ever in the history of u SEC. But I think
with when you talk about the foreigner Clara Silva Clara Stretch,
so both of them are the same, and the fact

that she's not American. It might be Clara, I know,
I worked with the woman who was not American and so,
but they both I guess will be pronounced as Claire
Claire Straking, Claire Silva. Uh. When we're talking about the
sixty five six four sec five and sixty seven uh
ciners Uh. The thing I kind of worry about, not
really worry about, Larry, but I think it's gonna be

a transition once we get into the SEC and they
are the girls are young. They are long, but they
are young and just getting position to be able to
be close enough that their size is going to be
an advantage. Once you get an SEC. They're not gonna
let you get your positions. Are they gonna be savvy
enough to get on the blocks? Are they gonna be
savage enough to move around that they can be close
to the basket so that Georgia can find them? And

that's kind of gonna be the transition I'm gonna be
looking forward to. Is that a concern with them being young,
a new team being put together that once they getting
SEC played that's gonna be a transition as well, that
they some things they haven't seen.

I think we'll find out some of that this Saturday
when they play Louisville. I think Louisville'll try to take
away some of the things, just like what you're talking about.
And I think, and it is Clara Clara Silva to me,
the jury's a little bit more still out on her.
I don't know what Dan would think, but I think
strack of heel to get in there and beat and
bang or finesse whatever she has to do or beat

some down the floor to be just fine in the
sec But but Silva may still want to see a
little bit more because she is kind of thin and
not not really real strong yet, I don't think.

He could Stellas reach up and block a shot or
shoots that little fall away over top of you, so
it may not matter.

Yeah, and and and they both have face up games,
so I'm I'm not sure if Silva is a I mean,
she is a true center with a back to the basket,
but she does have a face up game, which I'm
not sure that she's gonna she's gonna have to be
as physical now on the defensive end is when it's
gonna I think hurt her a little more because because

those girls are gonna come at her a little bit
harder than this probably she's used to. But I think
offensively she has a good offensive game. That that that
that is gonna be as much of a problem now.
It's gonna be an adjustment, but I don't I don't
think it's gonna be as much of a problem as
as it could be if she's just a strictly back
to the basket past player.

like he's on his way out the door. When I'm
told he's recommitting himself to what he started when he
first got here. I don't I know you follow what
do you take of Mark stuups and how does the

I was a little surprise that as many of my

make things better for twenty twenty five. My only concern
is he just wanting to do it for one year

If that's the case, then I think he ought to
walk away now because of all the changes you got

see our Kenny Brooks and the women's squad against Liliviolle,

optimism is going to maintain. Our men's team has a

lot of optimisms coming across. We will see learn a
lot more against Duke Cooper. Flag is too young to
play against these veterans and Mark Pope's skim schematic things
that he's going to do. So I'm not really concerned
about that. But the optimism with your cats, your former cats,

will end. What is the temperature with our fan base
and Mark Stoops But I know you hard hit it,
but were you convinced that we There was one particular

saying that we're gonna I don't know. If we beat
our miss in Texas, we should obviously beat uh what
we have to be there. If we beat Texas, we
should obviously beat Louisville with that six and six with
the win of an old Miss and Texas and whatever
Louisville was gonna be ranking. That does that salvage some

anthem if you think about it and in retrospect, when
you look when you look back on the season, and
let's say we we went out. Let's just say we
went out and and we beat Texas and we beat Louell. Right,

these other teams, the lesser teams at home. That that
just makes this year kind of like the would have
could have should a year If we gonna beat those
two teams on the road, why can we beat South
Carolina ARBN at home? Like that? That would make it like, well,
we had every opportunity to be a playoff team this

year if we just handle business at home, but unfortunately
we couldn't win the game that we should have won.
But we won the game that we shouldn't have won.
If it makes it worse in my opinion as a fan, well,
we're speaking from a fast perspective that it would be
hard for me as a fan to really be a
zuper about beating two teams in a row, but we
can't win a game at home.

Yeah, but I guess I say that upon the heels
of Mark Stoops, rededicating himself and saying, look, I'm gonna
like he get these guys. You're right, there has to
be there has to be the chatter, There has to
be the uh, the concerns that, well, why what the
hell are you saving it for? That's you know, that's
always have a huge problem with basketball coaches and football

coaches who saved timeouts, like if you are losing, how
do you lose a game? And my neighbors who's a
basketball sovon, he's a woman who taught me that. I mean,
y'all knowst a game and your coach had to how
do you lose a game and you keep time out? Like,
there's no way you should lose a game with ti
him out. You didn't. You didn't at no point did
you say, hey, I need to talk to him. No.
But there are coaches like cal who says, what I know,

you didn't call no time out because you you ain't
exits and o's what I'm gonna call time out for
the whole world is looking at me. Now. They got
the camera zoom in on your clipboard and you're not
drawing that. All you said is rebound rebound, So so
that's kind of so where I'm at. I mean, I
know you drive a hard bargain man. Like I said,
I think you got PTSD, so there ain't no way.

Vaulton and I asked uh Jack Tilgrim earlier. Uh Mark
stut has said he's gonna recommit himself. He's gonna rededicate
himself to the program and to his mission. Here you buying,

Van House, I have lost a parent. Larry Vault was on.
Therefore he has lost his parents. You have now you
have both yours, fortunately, and I'm glad. I'm happy for
that that that may have been a thing. What are

mortality to you now? Where you got nine million dollars?
I know he lost his dad, at the young age,
and he fought through. That's probably why he persevered to
become the man he is. He and Bob Pope now Mike,

came to the forefront, like I got nine million dollars,
But what do I have left at the end of
the day of life marriage? You're not married anymore. You
lost this last piece of your to me, my mother
will probably be the last piece of my fibrates now
that my father's not here. I think that could be
the recommitment. So what am I living for? Is this

money gonna make me happy at the end of the day.

I think he was just comfortable with the money, maybe

he felt he got to the edge of recruiting Nil
Portal and I think he went He's realized he went
too far with that with that thought process or how
he's gonna make this team better. How to get to
the eleventh win, how to get to ten regular season

win total. I think he realized that that way is
not the way to get there. Now, let's reassess the
situation and what what of points of the fork and
the road that I go the wrong way? And that
was a point in twenty twenty one. After twenty twenty
one season, I think he realized, Okay, let me retract
it that year and let's try to build from that

point forward. There were some things that were done from
that point on that I think he wants to reevaluate.

cut it really close, which I shouldn't have done anyways,
and I get back to the door, which I still
think I got a minute to spare since my checkout
is eleven without the extension. I pushed the key and

heard you both saying three two one, I said work.

So the great thing was, I'm like, man, I don't
know what they're gonna do, because you you know, you're
not only on this show. Everybody's ever. There's nobody there.
Everybody's remote bos only one there, like nobody for to

The lucky thing was I didn't have to take the
elevator back there. I found. I found a house a
housekeeper and asked her. I said, look, man, my key

So I didn't have to go back downstairs. But I
was like, man, this is about to be terrible. Guy's

hit the open and then I told Anthony and Van
you heard me five four three two one. You guys
are up, and then all of a sudden, no Anthony
and no Van is still with me, and I'm like, okay,

I go on in the air and talk to Van
a little bit, try to buy some time. But the
hard thing would have been trying to call you Anthony

hotel room.

the only disappointment today was didn't see any bears. But
the ranger said because it was so windy here that
I didn't know this that bears don't really like to
come out in the wind.

Huh wait, you were looking forward to seeing a bear.

Yeah, when you run, they're usually over in the fields.
They come out and kind of wave to you and
say hi. They don't any so it's always kind of motivating.
It might make you pick your pace up just a
little bit when you see one, but it's usually kind
of fun to see them.

Yeah, I know you and Van of both Avid speaking
of you know, new starts from running. We've talked to
you know, Jack Pilgrim. We talked a whole lot of
UK men's basketball. Be looking forward to the game of
Duke on Tuesday, And I know you're a Kenny Books
fan of Vana fall as women's basketball. He falls all sports.
Women's basketball is probably next next baby, second after football

the way he talks about it. We got Wolford at home.
We got Wolford at home at six pm on Tuesday.
But before we have our next show, we're gonna have
our first probably challenge under Kenny Brooks to get his Louisville.
But Larrybody, I did. I knew you talked to us
about the size that we have. We knew that Georgia
Amore was gonna do her thing. But the six foot

six foot five, six foot seven a sophomore freshman sophomore
combination women have been have been doing pretty well. Are
you surprised at that?

I think the only thing that surprised me.
Speaker 6 (08:55):
I don't know how Van would feel, but what Kenny
Brooks said he was gonna play him together.

I didn't have any doubt that he would. I just
didn't know how much how fast he was gonna play
them together.
Speaker 6 (09:06):
That didn't take long for him to get him in
there together, and he's left them in there and you
can see, I think Van that they've got a pretty
good chemistry already. When You've got six seven and sixty
five players that can make shots and tasks the ball
to each other and stuff. It's just a dimension that
Kentucky women's basketball has never had, and I think it's
gonna make it for a really really fun season to watch.
Speaker 3 (09:29):
Yeah, it's gonna be interesting that we finally, I mean
since I've been paying attention to the UK women's basketball
since ninety three, that we actually have SEC size.
Speaker 2 (09:40):
Now.
Speaker 3 (09:41):
We lost some two young ladies in the preseason with
injuries that would have definitely have the depth, so we
don't have the depth out that we have. But the
fresh one from Portugal, as I mean, she's impressive Astraca.
Speaker 5 (09:54):
I mean.
Speaker 3 (09:56):
I didn't expect that all of her so early. They
have made the game easy on Georgia right now because
she is not She's not looked at us having having
to carry a teat this year, which is impressive because
once SEC time comes around, she will be looked onto
the carriers.
Speaker 6 (10:15):
Yeah, and I think she's just kind of content to
sit back and just kind of watch those other players
carry the team right now, dam which I think is
a pretty impressive thing.
Speaker 3 (10:24):
Yeah, It's Look, there's nothing better than having the guard
that I don't have to, especially a point guard.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
I don't have to be.
Speaker 3 (10:33):
I don't have to score and lead the team. If
I have two big girls down there there that are cooking,
and I can just bring the ball up, make sure
I feed them enough to keep them happy until that
game where it's going to require me to score thirty.
It makes it easy on my body, ease on my mentals.
I don't think people understand how difficult it is to

drive the ball up then timed into the court every
time for an entire game.

And Larry Vaughter, I do kind of uh and I
ad and I have faith in Kenny Brooks, his coach
and his expertise, and it's just his ability to get
the players to understand his concept and his scheme. I
think Georgia is gonna get more zoned in. I think
once we get in SEC, he plays a little bit
more physical. You got the coaching minds in SEC now

it's just ridiculous, Like I don't know, I mean you
anything to do with ad Gino Arima. And we may have,
we may just have all all the best coaching minds
ever in the history of u SEC. But I think
with when you talk about the foreigner Clara Silva Clara Stretch,
so both of them are the same, and the fact
(11:41):
that she's not American. It might be Clara, I know,
I worked with the woman who was not American and so,
but they both I guess will be pronounced as Claire
Claire Straking, Claire Silva. Uh. When we're talking about the
sixty five six four sec five and sixty seven uh
ciners Uh. The thing I kind of worry about, not
really worry about, Larry, but I think it's gonna be
(12:01):
a transition once we get into the SEC and they
are the girls are young. They are long, but they
are young and just getting position to be able to
be close enough that their size is going to be
an advantage. Once you get an SEC. They're not gonna
let you get your positions. Are they gonna be savvy
enough to get on the blocks? Are they gonna be
savage enough to move around that they can be close
to the basket so that Georgia can find them? And
(12:24):
that's kind of gonna be the transition I'm gonna be
looking forward to. Is that a concern with them being young,
a new team being put together that once they getting
SEC played that's gonna be a transition as well, that
they some things they haven't seen.

I think we'll find out some of that this Saturday
when they play Louisville. I think Louisville'll try to take
away some of the things, just like what you're talking about.
And I think, and it is Clara Clara Silva to me,
the jury's a little bit more still out on her.
I don't know what Dan would think, but I think
strack of heel to get in there and beat and
bang or finesse whatever she has to do or beat

some down the floor to be just fine in the
sec But but Silva may still want to see a
little bit more because she is kind of thin and
not not really real strong yet, I don't think.

But she's hustle six seven.

He could Stellas reach up and block a shot or
shoots that little fall away over top of you, so
it may not matter.

Yeah, and and and they both have face up games,
so I'm I'm not sure if Silva is a I mean,
she is a true center with a back to the basket,
but she does have a face up game, which I'm
not sure that she's gonna she's gonna have to be
as physical now on the defensive end is when it's
gonna I think hurt her a little more because because

those girls are gonna come at her a little bit
harder than this probably she's used to. But I think
offensively she has a good offensive game. That that that
that is gonna be as much of a problem now.
It's gonna be an adjustment, but I don't I don't
think it's gonna be as much of a problem as
as it could be if she's just a strictly back
to the basket past player.

on this a little bit too as well. Mark Stoops
has recommitted itself. Some people taking this different ways of
Ben Housen and I had a long conversation on Wednesday
night with our with our followers on our podcast. But

it seems that people are thinking that Mark Stoops sounds
like he's on his way out the door. When I'm
told he's recommitting himself to what he started when he
first got here. I don't I know you follow what
do you take of Mark stuups and how does the
fan receive his last message last couple of messages, I
should say, I.

Think I'm I'm like you had that.

I was a little surprise that as many of my
friends and people that I know took it to sound like, well.

Stoops, he's scheduled, just throw it in, you can tell.

he's wanting to straighten some things out and try to
make things better for twenty twenty five. My only concern
is he just wanting to do it for one year
so he can walk away without having to say, Okay,
finish up for the four and eight. That's not accept

the right track, and then I might be.

If that's the case, then I think he ought to
walk away now because of all the changes you got
coming in college football, you need to start getting things
ready for several years.

he thinks he just wants to come back for one year,

see our Kenny Brooks and the women's squad against Liliviolle,

optimism is going to maintain. Our men's team has a

lot of optimisms coming across. We will see learn a
lot more against Duke Cooper. Flag is too young to
play against these veterans and Mark Pope's skim schematic things
that he's going to do. So I'm not really concerned
about that. But the optimism with your cats, your former cats,
is maybe there. I know we talked Wednesday with our

followers on the podcast as far as how this season
will end. What is the temperature with our fan base
and Mark Stoops But I know you hard hit it,
but were you convinced that we There was one particular
following that was convinced that we could vieaw Texas. Is

there any possible way that we we finished three and
Ohero and Combo eligible for the what nine time row?
Maybe I think something like that.

I would say this anthey in the in the in

following US, I don't think it's gonna happen. So because

of that, I don't think we're gonna be able to
go to Austin and shot the Longhorns like we shot
the Rebels.

I just don't see it. Well, here's the question that
a lot of people are asking, football wise, is that

the girl that got work. Uh, you know what I'm
talking about, but we so we got Yeah, that's what

there's a lot of optimism. I'm saying you, you've had
such bad years. I think you got PTSD where you
know you're losing what thirteen games or thirteen games in
the row.

I only lost the louis A game with you in
the Indian game, with you on Alabama game and then
that was that was my history. But no, but no,
in all honesty, like is there I think there's there's
something to be salvage there because, like you said, the
old Miss, that Old Miss winners is pretty big. If

we knock off Old Miss and Texas, uh huh, not
saying that we're gonna I don't know. If we beat
our miss in Texas, we should obviously beat uh what
we have to be there. If we beat Texas, we
should obviously beat Louisville with that six and six with
the win of an old Miss and Texas and whatever
Louisville was gonna be ranking. That does that salvage some

of the seasons.

No, zero, it actually and it actually makes it worse
anthem if you think about it and in retrospect, when
you look when you look back on the season, and
let's say we we went out. Let's just say we
went out and and we beat Texas and we beat Louell. Right,
so you beat two of the best teams in the

conference on the road, but you couldn't beat some of
these other teams, the lesser teams at home. That that
just makes this year kind of like the would have
could have should a year If we gonna beat those
two teams on the road, why can we beat South
Carolina ARBN at home? Like that? That would make it like, well,
we had every opportunity to be a playoff team this

year if we just handle business at home, but unfortunately
we couldn't win the game that we should have won.
But we won the game that we shouldn't have won.
If it makes it worse in my opinion as a fan, well,
we're speaking from a fast perspective that it would be
hard for me as a fan to really be a
zuper about beating two teams in a row, but we
can't win a game at home.
Speaker 2 (22:33):
Yeah, but I guess I say that upon the heels
of Mark Stoops, rededicating himself and saying, look, I'm gonna
like he get these guys. You're right, there has to
be there has to be the chatter, There has to
be the uh, the concerns that, well, why what the
hell are you saving it for? That's you know, that's
always have a huge problem with basketball coaches and football

coaches who saved timeouts, like if you are losing, how
do you lose a game? And my neighbors who's a
basketball sovon, he's a woman who taught me that. I mean,
y'all knowst a game and your coach had to how
do you lose a game and you keep time out? Like,
there's no way you should lose a game with ti
him out. You didn't. You didn't at no point did
you say, hey, I need to talk to him. No.
But there are coaches like cal who says, what I know,

you didn't call no time out because you you ain't
exits and o's what I'm gonna call time out for
the whole world is looking at me. Now. They got
the camera zoom in on your clipboard and you're not
drawing that. All you said is rebound rebound, So so
that's kind of so where I'm at. I mean, I
know you drive a hard bargain man. Like I said,
I think you got PTSD, so there ain't no way.

But not I'm actually the same thing. I asked Larry
Vaulton and I asked uh Jack Tilgrim earlier. Uh Mark
stut has said he's gonna recommit himself. He's gonna rededicate
himself to the program and to his mission. Here you buying,
are selling.

I'm selling because you you should have recommitted yourself after

gonna throw this at you. Maybe I think there's a
strong possibility. I think there's a strong, extremely strong possibility
that he feels at this point, well, why does it
take this long? I have no idea, but I think

he's here in the fan base. I think he may
be reevaluated. And I tell you what we did. We
talked about this on Wednesday, and like I know, there's
gonna be people on Twitter. Why are you always trying
to come to March studid. I don't need to come
this nine million dollar rescue. I got bills to pay
him behind on some bills. He he me supporting him
or the program doesn't benefit me any way. It doesn't

benefit this show because people they don't like negativity on
this show, and they else really don't want to hear
you support cal or Mark Stoops because Mark Stoups ain't
hasn't been doing the right thing. I will say this
Van House, I have lost a parent. Larry Vault was on.
Therefore he has lost his parents. You have now you
have both yours, fortunately, and I'm glad. I'm happy for
that that that may have been a thing. What are

you living for now? Is there some is there some
mortality to you now? Where you got nine million dollars?
I know he lost his dad, at the young age,
and he fought through. That's probably why he persevered to
become the man he is. He and Bob Pope now Mike,
on the other hand, I don't know, but I think
that that has something to do with when you're saying
why at this time, I think a lot of things

came to the forefront, like I got nine million dollars,
But what do I have left at the end of
the day of life marriage? You're not married anymore. You
lost this last piece of your to me, my mother
will probably be the last piece of my fibrates now
that my father's not here. I think that could be
the recommitment. So what am I living for? Is this

money gonna make me happy at the end of the day.
I don't have a marriage, I don't have a mother.
What am I coaching for? Are you coaching for yourself?
Are you coaching for these kids? Are you coaching for
the money? And everybody thinks it's the money. I just say,
just from some of the things I've heard, I think
he's recommitting himself because I think he kind of has
I don't know what Jardan that he's woke up and

felt like, you know what, man Dan, they on my
head out here, like the fan base is spoke. No,
they're not pulling the joker Phillips where the stadium wasn't
gonna have twenty thousand people or less twelve thousand people.
But I think either the combination of the two. But
I think he does feel like, Man, I don't know
if they gonna keep me around here. If I don't,

you know, if I don't do something different were before.
I think he was just comfortable with the money, maybe
eight wins, you know, just a lifestyle where his whole
life has changed in the past month.

No, Look, if I'm gonna take the fan hat on
and talk from a former player standpoint is there are
a lot of things. There are a lot of variables
that have happened recently that will make you want to
and it's not a recommitment. It is a it is
we have gotten to a point where now what I
did to get us to the point is not gonna work.

And we have talked about this many times. I think
he felt he got to the edge of recruiting Nil
Portal and I think he went He's realized he went
too far with that with that thought process or how
he's gonna make this team better. How to get to
the eleventh win, how to get to ten regular season

win total. I think he realized that that way is
not the way to get there. Now, let's reassess the
situation and what what of points of the fork and
the road that I go the wrong way? And that
was a point in twenty twenty one. After twenty twenty
one season, I think he realized, Okay, let me retract
it that year and let's try to build from that

point forward. There were some things that were done from
that point on that I think he wants to reevaluate.

was fortunate enough to have the Benny Snails of the

we're at, where guys gotta have playing time, gotta have targets,

I think he needs to set a base for the
new landscape. When we changed to being employees of the
University of Van House, we got to go ahead to
a break because when we come out, we're gonna close
