Well, the government shutdown is over, but if you ask most Democrats about the unresolved challenge that the shutdown was about, the answer would be healthcare. This week the White House postponed its planned rollout of a new proposal to address health care costs. And with open enrollment season upon us, millions of Americans are already seeing higher health insurance costs as subsidies are set to expire.
