Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now this is incredible. A Long Island, New York high
school student has been arrested because he showed up to
go to school. Seventeen year old Maverick Stowe attended William
Floyd High School for five days in a row, and
by doing so, he committed a criminal act. Young Maverick
was supposed to stay home for a designated remote learning day,

(00:21):
but he said, I got to go to class. Maverick
Stowe was not putting anybody in danger when he showed up.
His temperature was taken, he was fine. His first period
teacher discovered he was supposed to be at home, so
school administrators suspended him for five days. Maverick ignored the suspension.
He showed up at scruel in person again, so they

(00:42):
call the cops. He was arrested for trespassing the school district,
pressing charges. School bosses accused Maverick Stow being selfish and
irresponsible for showing up at school in person, the school
his parents paid taxes for. Now, this is what it's
like living in liberal America today. You can riot in
the street, you can loot, burn vandalized businesses, you can

(01:04):
assault cops. Nothing happens to you. But if you dare
attend scruel in person because you want to pursue your education,
you get arrested as a criminal. This is Democrat Party America,
Joe Biden American. Oh my god, I can't think

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
