Speaker 1 (00:00):
We aren't saying his boys has to be registered as
a deadly weapon, but he has been known.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
To kill the competition.
Speaker 1 (00:12):
Back, you're over this morning, Glory.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Who is he coming up in a few minutes? What
do you have on the way do she?
Speaker 3 (00:19):
Uh?
Speaker 4 (00:20):
Snake got a little hungry and didn't want a rodent
or a bird to eat.
Speaker 3 (00:24):
So I'll tell you where it popped up next.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
Jason and Pennsylvania around rovers morning, Glory, Good morning, Jason,
Good morning over. How you guys doing Okay, what's happening?
Speaker 5 (00:36):
Well, I just wanted to throw my two cents in
on the conversation that you guys were just you know,
having with those kids in the cop. Now, however, do
I feel that the cop obviously went overboard and shouldn't
have been doing.
Speaker 2 (00:45):
That while he was drunk.
Speaker 5 (00:45):
But those kids deserved it. They deserve to get their
asses scared or but scared rather sorry uh for acting
that way. And I feel we see so much in
the news on a regular basis, kids you know, just
don't understand the concept of his.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
Law and what's right and it's wrong, and they just
get away with it. What were they doing that was wrong?
Speaker 5 (01:12):
Well, just messing, just messing with people and yelling, yelling
back and telling them, you know, go f themselves or
whatever the case may be. Be Like, I just feel the kids.
Speaker 6 (01:20):
You know, the guy harassing the kids isn't the wrong.
He's messing with people. Like before the guns came out,
there's just kids walking down the street and a guy
on a TV comes over and goes, who are you
get out of here?
Speaker 2 (01:34):
That guy's not wrong. Yeah, maybe maybe he is.
Speaker 6 (01:41):
Somebody get a gun and tell him to shut there.
The kids should pull out a gun.
Speaker 5 (01:47):
Yeah yeah, yeah, no, I I like I said, I
said that he went too far. However, I just say,
in the general scheme of things with discipline and how
people react nowadays, it's like, well.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
Generally, here's here's what could have most of these since
you could have been averted if people were a little
bit more civil to each other, if or when they
were in front, and if the kids would have said, yeah,
we live right over there, in the in the uh
in the neighborhood right behind here, and they would have
acted normal, they probably wouldn't have been a big big
(02:20):
to do about this.
Speaker 5 (02:21):
Yeah, exactly, That's what I was. I think, ultimately, that's
what I was getting at all right.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
Jason has to go because he's getting ready to do
his neighborhood watch patrol.
Speaker 1 (02:30):
Right now.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
If someone asking you, I'm right on top of it.
I'm right on top Jason.
Speaker 6 (02:34):
Would you like if people were walking around asking you
where you are, where you're from, what are you doing?
Speaker 2 (02:39):
You got to get out of here? That upset you? Right?
Speaker 3 (02:41):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (02:43):
Well, hey, if they were asking me that, I would
be open for conversation, but I get out.
Speaker 2 (02:47):
You don't live here, Get out of here? You like that?
All right? If if I were in my neighborhood and
someone pulled up to me and said, what are you
doing here, I'd say, they said, get out through you.
I'm telling you to go after yourself. That's what I'm
doing here. Get out, all right, Jason, Thank you. And
we don't know.
Speaker 7 (03:03):
These kids could be honor students, they could be really great,
amazing children. We have no idea the background of these kids.
We don't know if they're bad kids or not. And
that they deserve to be scared. We're saying all children
just deserve to be scared like that.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
I don't think so well. I think the guy that
go overboard, there's no doubt about that and helped you
disciplined in some minor way, this sheriff, and maybe everyone
will learn their lesson. Joe, you're Ron Rover's morning Glory.
Good morning, Joe, Good morning, Hey Rover Drew.
Speaker 8 (03:36):
How are you doing.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
I'm doing all right, It's just good.
Speaker 8 (03:39):
So back in high school, we would find people that
we didn't like and not only keep you the house,
we would buy like thousands of like plastic forks and
fork the yard. I know, Crystal knows what I'm talking about.
Let it slip. Yeah he did it, and.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
Yeah, I remember this, or we didn't do this. I
never did this, but I remember people talking about it,
and I was always what what is the what's the
point of that? So you stick plastic for me into
the into the ground? Is that right in the yard?
Speaker 1 (04:14):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (04:14):
Yeah, in the yard.
Speaker 8 (04:16):
And then it's just a pain. And asked for them
to have to come out and pull thousands of pipeforks.
Speaker 2 (04:21):
But isn't it also a pain in the ass.
Speaker 8 (04:28):
Yeah, But like you know, we didn't have like six people,
you know, six of us would go do it.
Speaker 2 (04:32):
And the top of it, we would.
Speaker 8 (04:34):
Dump like thirty pound bags of dog food in the
yard and they would have raccoons and wildlife in the
yard for for days. One of my one of my
best friends was next door neighbor. His parents called the
city the report that they were feeding wildlife.
Speaker 5 (04:52):
And they got a ticket and everything.
Speaker 8 (04:53):
It was.
Speaker 2 (04:54):
It was great, it was so great. Love in the
high school pranks. All right, well, god it was.
Speaker 8 (05:01):
It was awesome, all right, it was I wish I
could go back.
Speaker 2 (05:07):
I was, all right, well, thank you, I appreciate it. Good.
Speaker 7 (05:12):
I've never heard of that dog food in the yard
and all the record, that's amazing.
Speaker 2 (05:16):
And the forking, I've never heard the forks yard. You've
never heard of that. Yeah, it's good, it's not. I
still don't even understand that because and then I would
I remember one time asking somebody about that. They were
going said they were going to go do that, and
I go, what's the point. And they claim to me
that when you go out to pull the plastic fork
out that they break off, and that it's a pain
(05:36):
in the ass. I don't even know how that's possible.
But think about it. What's easier to do pull a
bunch of plastic forks out of your lawn or stick
a bunch of plastic forks into a lawn, it's much
easier to pull them out. I would assume. I'm just
curious if anyone actually does it. Did you actually do it?
And I've seen it.
Speaker 7 (05:54):
I've seen yards like that with forks in them, But
I would say, yes. You usually are with a team,
so you go, here's for you. You know, you just
go and do it. It's not seeing with tepee. Everybody just
kind of goes and does it, and then you all
and it's fast.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
It's quick.
Speaker 3 (06:07):
You're not trying to be there for long.
Speaker 7 (06:08):
You're going through and trying to get out of there
before nobody notices. I would rather be forked than teepeed,
just because if you have big tall trees, you cannot
get that tepee.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
I've had that.
Speaker 7 (06:19):
You can't get the tepee off of it, and it
stays there for a very long time.
Speaker 2 (06:24):
Uh, Dougie, are you ready for the shizzy? Yes, here
we go.
Speaker 3 (06:30):
Kit is shizzy on rollers, worn and glorious.
Speaker 4 (06:32):
There was an investigation that's uncovered at least two dozen
instances of people impersonating immigration officers in twenty twenty five alone.
The cases range from political agitators seeking to intimidate immigrants
to others using the guise of authority to allegedly kidnap,
rob or assault victims.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
Well, it's getting difficult. This is one of the reasons
why I am against agents wearing face masks, covering their
face and looking like Ninja's There's It makes it very
confusing when people just come and snatch people, throw them
in the back of a car and drive an unmarked
(07:10):
car and drive away. Is that a real thing? Is
that a kidnapping? Is it? And it's just not It's
not the right way to handle things, And people will go, oh, well,
these agents are fearing for their own safety. We already
have laws on the books. You can't. You can't assault
the federal agent. You can't, you know, so on and
so forth. We don't need the face coverings. As far
(07:33):
as anything else going on, I don't have a problem.
You want to go arrest illegal immigrants, knock yourself out,
but I don't want the goon squad of masked federal
officers as setting a precedent. And that's how everything is
going to be in the future, because that will trickle down.
Your local police will start wearing hoods and masks.
Speaker 6 (07:50):
You don't see anything wrong with a black Hawk helicopter
flying over Chicago and then repelling down to snatch people up.
Speaker 2 (07:58):
Is this AI generated video? Because I have not seen
I haven't seen the video of it. Not it's from
Here's newsweek. Okay, let me just let me okay, let's
see what do I What do I have here? Is
there any audio to this or I'm not telling you.
It's just an article Ice agents repel from Blackhawk helicopters
into Chicago for major raid and what does it say
(08:22):
onto the rooftops of residential buildings launching a sweeping immigration
enforcement operation. Yeah, I'm not a big fan of that either.
If obviously, now, if you identify, if you stop and
identify somebody as an illegal immigrant, sobeit. But uh, you know,
(08:43):
are they targeting a specific unit of specific apartment unit
or something. If that's the case, then I don't have
a problem. But just going in if you live there
and you are legal and they come in, well, there's
a lawsuit that's going on that I just saw where
a guy an American medison born here in the United States.
(09:04):
He's Hispanic looking and has a name like you know,
Rodrigo Esteban True Heeo or whatever. He works in Where
does he work, son of a bitch, I don't remember.
He works in some sort of factory or agriculture or
whatever it is. He's been arrested twice as part of
(09:27):
these immigration raids because he says they just round up
people that look like they're illegal immigrants. But he is
a United States citizen born here in the United States,
so he's suing. We'll see what happens for that. Go on, Dougie.
Speaker 4 (09:41):
A massive fire broke out last night at a Chevron
refinery in El Segunda, California, which is a city just
south of Los Angeles. Now Cruz successfully contained the blaze
to a single section of the facility, although the cause
of the fire remains unknown. Office will say that they
are very concerned and there's a lot of investigative work
to be done to see what has happened. Now they
(10:04):
say all refinery personnel and contractors have been accounted for
and that there are no injuries.
Speaker 3 (10:09):
The fire was massive.
Speaker 2 (10:10):
Matt and Allentown says, we're over. We need the face
masks for agents. Attacks on ice officers are up over
one thousand percent right now. These people have families, Their
families are being threatened, Their kids are threatened and they
get pictures they're face, they put them on a website
publicly for everyone to see. Let's fine. I mean if
you're somebody's face is on a website, but we already
(10:32):
have laws. If you assault or attack or threaten a
federal agent, that's against the law. The masks, you're on
a slippery slope. We need accountability and transparency. And when
people are showing up they have no identification, there's no
I've seen videos. They're not identifying themselves who they are.
(10:55):
They're just snatching people. That's not the kind of police
state that we want to op rate in. Now, should
you go around threatening federal agents or posting this that
the other. No, but we already have laws against that.
And if you do that then we go pick you
up and charge you. So we don't need that. Go on.
Speaker 4 (11:15):
Du Cracker Barrel has ended their partnership with Profit, the
consulting firm behind its failed rebrand that upset longtime customers.
Speaker 3 (11:24):
The restaurant chain faced intense backlash.
Speaker 4 (11:26):
If you remember, after unveiling a new logo that dropped
the iconic image of an elderly man leaning on a
barrel known as Uncle Herschel. Critics said that the redesigned
stores stripped away the Americana decor that made the brand
special so so special.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
No one was going, that's that's that's the thing. They're
trying to increase their sales. They're trying to do a
refresh and all right, canceled and now there's well do
you see Netflix is getting canceled? Now why I did
see this and this is this is this is a
running out of things to cancel at this point. Well,
this is this is this is not First of all,
(12:05):
I heard this because I on satellite radio this morning.
I was listening to ce NBC. But then they want
to commercial. Oh okay, so I swipe over and I
get to Fox News, Fox Business, Nope, just regular old
Fox News, and they have somebody on there who's commenting
about this Netflix thing, and it's a Fox News contributor.
He really didn't have much to say other than he said,
(12:27):
a flawed of cancelations have come in and this is
really hurting Netflix.
Speaker 6 (12:33):
He's just pulling that right as Elon announced He's he's
in the forefront of this.
Speaker 2 (12:38):
He's saying he's canceling his Netflix. Saw that it's because
a cartoon, which was canceled by Netflix in twenty twenty
three and is not in production. A cartoon from years
ago had a transgender character in it, and that's why nobody. Look,
(12:58):
here's the thing. All these people who were so called
boycotting Cracker Barrel, they weren't going to Cracker Barrel in
the fairies place. That's why Cracker Barrel was in trouble.
People who you could say, you're going to cancel Netflix,
But bottom line is you go, I want to watch
that at night. It's you know, yeah, I'll say I
canceled or whatever. This is not going to be This
(13:20):
is a total non event for Netflix. So this is
just now that being said, I don't know anything about
the cartoon. I don't know. Is this geared towards adults?
Is this geared towards children? I don't know. Strawberry Shortcake
that one? What's that thy Strawberry Shortcake? I don't know.
(13:40):
I don't think so, I don't I don't know what
it was. But it's like I sort of agree, like
do we do you need to add that into a cartoon?
And are you just doing it because you know it's
going to rile people up? I don't think we need
that in children's programming. And again I'm speaking on something
I really don't know a whole lot about, whether it's
this was children's programming or I got I mean, we've
(14:03):
turned into such man children that you know, fifty sixty
year old people are watching cartoons these days. So I
don't know if this cartoon was for adults or for
children or what go on? It's called dead End, dead
End Paranormal Park. Oh okay, that sounds an adult issue. Yeah,
I don't know anything about that. Can pull up. They
did play a clip on Fox News where the one
(14:25):
character was I'm trans Okay, I don't know anything about it.
Not liberal scum says Netflix has lost billions in stock
and it's been more than one cartoon. I don't know
how you can have such a platform on the radio
and just pick and choose what facts are vomited from
your mouth. So they've lost billions? Since when when did
(14:48):
this all start? By the way, when the stocks go
up and down, I don't think that that's probably related
to the four maniacs that have canceled over this. It's
not a just watch the show now, because it was
canceled two years ago. He said, that's right. It's been
canceled by Netflix two years ago, but it's still available.
(15:09):
Oh oh, okay, that's right. Yeah, this is gonna affect
people about the It's gonna affect Netflix about the same
amount as all the liberal people who canceled Netflix over
Dave Chappelle and anti trance stuff. Guess what didn't matter?
Move on, Quit being such snowfls. Go on, Dougie's okay,
(15:33):
I feel.
Speaker 3 (15:34):
I didn't think you cared about the park.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
It's not the park, It's it's me.
Speaker 9 (15:41):
I'm trans normal, and everyone at school knows, and everyone
at home knows, and being here.
Speaker 2 (15:46):
It's like a whole new place.
Speaker 9 (15:49):
I can just be Barney, and I can choose if
and when I tell people, I've never been happier, and
that's saying something. When I spent today chased by terrifying
zombie mascots reminded me how important it is to live
your life without apology. So I think I got to
give living here a shot, don't you you know?
Speaker 2 (16:08):
I mean, all right, so he lives in paranormal Park.
I know. Look, yeah that's freaking weird, man, I'm telling
you that's weird. Yeah, nobody. I I don't know why
Netflix would put that in there or why they would
put that. And by the way, it's not Netflix themselves.
I'm sure this is made by some sort of independent
studio who provides the programming or whatever. This is the
(16:28):
end of the world. No, but you're well within your
rights to if you want to cancel Netflix, go ahead.
If you want to write Netflix or post about it
on social media that they shouldn't do that, go ahead,
knock yourself out. I don't have a problem with that,
all right, that's your that's your right. Go on.
Speaker 4 (16:46):
Snake in southern California was craving more than rodents and
birds this week, so it stopped in in and Out Burger.
It was a drive through to get some grub. An
employee at the burger chain in Monrovia, California, located the
animal and it was They then contacted the Humane Society
and it was a python that was found at the
(17:09):
drive through. It was three point six pounds and estimated
me three to four feet long. I was in good condition,
and it turns out they were looking for the owner.
The owner saw the picture in the news story and said,
oh my god, our snake disappeared and it was fifty
miles east of the restaurant.
Speaker 2 (17:30):
Wow, fifty miles. Yes, I did to get all that way.
Speaker 4 (17:33):
Yeah, they don't know how they got that far. But
it is a female and they were able to reunite
the snake with the owner. But one of the family
members was at work when she saw the snake on television.
Speaker 2 (17:45):
How could you talk your snake?
Speaker 3 (17:47):
Her name is Henny.
Speaker 2 (17:50):
Probably by maybe the markings matchup, you know, the markings
probably aren't exactly the same on every snake. I guess.
I don't know how many missing snakes could there be too,
There's probably not a whole.
Speaker 3 (18:02):
And finally, today's the day.
Speaker 4 (18:04):
Yesterday, Sean diddy Combe submitted a heartfelt letter to the
judge in his prostitution prostitution case, asking for light sentence
and offering a sincere apology for wrongdoing. He said he
takes full responsibility and accountability for his actions, directly apologized
to his ex girlfriend Cassie Ventura and another woman known
(18:25):
as Jane, and described how prison time.
Speaker 3 (18:27):
Has changed him.
Speaker 2 (18:28):
Oh, it's changed.
Speaker 4 (18:29):
He called his past behavior rooted in selfishness and said
he had lost his way in the drugs and the excess.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
Well, I'm just curious because you're like, oh, he has
a sincere apology. Is it sincere? Because remember when the
allegations about him beating his girlfriend, this Cassie at the time,
Remember how he vehemently denied it and said this was
a shakedown and blah blah blah, And then that video
came out a month or two later, and then oh
he had to change his tone and he had to
(18:58):
cry into to the camera.
Speaker 3 (19:01):
So we'll see what happens.
Speaker 2 (19:03):
You know, it's always sincere or appears to be sincere
after you get caught or after you know your stand trial.
Speaker 4 (19:13):
We'll see he urged the court to show mercy so
we might regain his role as a father and son
and pleaded for another chance to live a better life.
So today is the day and it is his sentencing.
We'll see he faces up to twenty years in prison,
and we will.
Speaker 3 (19:29):
See what happens and what the judge says. There you go.
That is the Chizzy on Robers Moonnycloy.
Speaker 5 (19:35):
When the yit.
Speaker 10 (19:36):
Goes down, you better be watching.
Speaker 6 (19:40):
RMG TV, watch your live at Roverradio dot com.
Speaker 2 (19:49):
Twenty four right do you think the cartel gets a
crap about laws. If he ran across drug dealers, your
testimony puts them in jail. They put your picture all
over the internet. Now you're number one on their hit list.
They can't help you until they kill you, you dumbass.
(20:10):
That's utterly ridiculous. This thousand percent increase is just people
pushing them at protests and stuff like that. Now, we
did see a shooting in a nice detention center. I'm
not saying you don't be careful. What about judges? Would
you say to twenty four? What about judges who rule
on things and sentence people to prison? Should they be masked?
Speaker 5 (20:35):
Now?
Speaker 2 (20:36):
Should their identities be hidden? Don't be silly. We already
have laws against this. Speaking of a text, Ducie, you
gave us some info earlier about that synagogue stabbing and
(20:56):
running over people and momb vest was in Manchester, England. Well,
you said that one of the people, one of the
victims that was killed. Two people were killed and then
the perpetrator was killed. So one of the victims that
was killed was shot by police. And I said, how
(21:17):
did that happen? What is it? Well, now I know
how that happened, and the details are a little unusual.
I will explain that to you when we come back
right after this hang on bed, but.
Speaker 5 (21:31):
Only because he's in a hurry to get.
Speaker 2 (21:33):
Home to his wife. Obviously that's just a joke. He's
in a hurry to go watch wrestling or something.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
We're back with Rover's Morning Glory.
Speaker 2 (22:08):
Jeff Junior wants to know do people really take the
time to text in and call you a dumbass or
an idiot? It seems like you add that in for effects. No, no, I, Charlie,
do you get text You're sitting in here doing the aftermath.
Speaker 6 (22:27):
That's all very positive. They love me, My audience loves me.
There's nothing but supportive. I've never said anything wrong in
their eyes.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
I've never been wrong. Here's somebody that says, why do
you think judges don't rule harshly on drug dealers? Because
if they sentence them, the cartels will send for them,
and that's a beheading at best. You people on the
show really have zero clue how the world works. Sky
just watched some movies. This is it, this is not,
(22:59):
this is not. How many judges have you heard running
around going, oh, I'm afraid to sends people because I
think I'm going to be beheaded. It's just it's come on,
that's ridiculous. So there are no drug dealers in jail.
I thought that they weren't. I thought they weren't sensing
people because they're all liberal activists judges who want you know,
Bamba appointed me exactly, Mike, mister litteris oh okay, right.
(23:27):
It should be illegal then for protests with face masks
as well. If the lefties that are acting like complete
psychos are doxing these agents, but you're not saying for
them to take accountability, probably because you're one of them.
Uh yeah, Yeah, I spent all my time doxing people online.
You caught me in protesting, you know me, I'm always
(23:48):
I'm always telling people to protest more, and I've just
for years I've been telling everyone protest because that's the
only thing that works, right, No, I I also I
don't disagree with that necessarily. I've said many times that
people who are wearing masks are up to no good.
(24:10):
All these people who walk around and they have If
somebody walks into a convenience store at three o'clock in
the morning and they have a face mask on, oh
I'm so scared of COVID. Now you're going to rob
the place. So I'm not opposed to making it illegal
to have face coverings for anyone, especially during protests or whatever.
(24:34):
I don't have a problem with that. I was looking
here at the I wanted to get a statistic over
the past ten years, you know, because think about this.
If as people are saying, well, the cartels, this is
why ICE has to wear face masks, which is a
(24:56):
new thing. By the way, Okay, that just started over
the past ten years. We must have had a lot
of ICE officers killed before they were wearing masks by
all of these cartel people, right. And I went to
the on ICE's website, their official website from the United
(25:16):
States government. Here are there fallen officers. There's quite a few.
There was one in twenty twenty four, seems to be
the last one twenty twenty three. There's one, two in
twenty twenty three, a few in twenty twenty two. But
when you click on these, this guy died of multiple myeloma.
(25:38):
They said he must have gotten that when he responded
to NINET eleven got some cancer from that. Here's a
guy that he also got cancer after he went to
ninet eleven to ground zero. Here in twenty twenty two,
this woman died of complications from COVID nineteen. They say
(26:00):
she contracted COVID nineteen while performing her officially assigned duties.
In fact, all of these here, another COVID nineteen, another
COVID nineteen. All of these are COVID nineteen deaths. Remember
that was also a fake, fake the China virus or
whatever plandemic. Yeah, so all of those are the fallen officers.
(26:25):
And it's interesting they're all contracted it in the line,
in their official line of duty. How would you know that?
How would you know when you or where you contracted
it other than it's for retirement purposes or benefits, death
benefits or whatever. You get more for the family when
you die in the line of duty. But I didn't
(26:45):
see any in here. Let me see COVID nineteen, COVID nineteen,
COVID nineteen. Well, the cartols obviously fastinating them by coughing
on them. Ah, okay, all right, find out who they
are now if you start going back to like, start
wearing mask rover oh oh, to stop the nineteen infections. Okay, Now,
(27:09):
let's see. Now there are ones when you go back
to twenty sixteen. Here's a guy, well, he suffered a
heart attack while he was in the foot pursuit of
a fugitive. Okay, look, I'm not saying I'm just saying
you would see a lot of these if this were
as people are alleging. The cartels are after these people
and they'll behead them unless they're masked. That's just nonsense,
(27:31):
just nonsense. And when they testify, you have a right
to face your accuser. Are they going to be masked
in court? Do they wear a hood in court as well?
You don't know the name, that's not how the law works.
You have the rights to question your accuser and know
who your accuser is. They're not just nameless faceless people.
(27:53):
Why because you want to be able to put on
a defense if you are accused. Wait, are they the
accuser or is the government? And that well they would
be a witness, a witness, so you have a right
to cross examine a witness. And so they don't go
to trial, they just get sent to those selves or
I see. Well anyway, oh, I was going to tell
(28:19):
you about this. Listen to this. This is pretty wild.
Saduci earlier this morning, she told us that there was
a yesterday you had the news I think it was
breaking news during the show yesterday that in Manchester, England,
there was an attack on a synagogue there where a
knife wielding man went and started killing Jewish people. He
had a bomb belt on it kind of looked weird.
(28:41):
It looked like little sects of milk that he had
taped to his body or something. I think it was
a fake bomb, but I'm not positive. But he ends
up getting shot by armed police officers because they don't
all carry guns there in England, and so the police
responded pretty quickly once the calls came in, and I
think the calls came in at nine thirty one am
(29:03):
their time, and by nine thirty eight am that's when
they shot the guy and killed them. Two people were dyed.
Other people were injured in these attacks.
Speaker 3 (29:15):
Two people were died.
Speaker 2 (29:17):
Two people were killed, Yeah, two people died, and then
the perpetrator he's also dead too. But they've done a
preliminary investigation, and I do give him credit for being
this transparent this quickly. They said the perpetrator didn't have
(29:37):
a gun, and one of the victims died of a
gun shot. They were shot, actually shot by police accidentally,
and I go, how did this happen? Well, it turns
out that so this guy was standing outside the front
door of the synagogue. He takes his car or whatever,
(29:57):
and he drives there. I think he tried to run
people over. And then he gets out. He's got this
fake bomb or maybe it's a real bomb. I don't know,
but he gets out, he's got a knife. He's trying
to get into the synagogue. Well, some of the people
in there had closed the door and were like leaning
up against the door to stop this guy from entering
(30:20):
into the church, into the synagogue. And so the perpetrator
then is standing there outside the front door of the
synagogue with his bomb thing on, claiming that he's going
to blow up or stab you whatever, and the police
shoot him. The bullets go. They didn't hit the perpetrator
(30:42):
with every shot, apparently, and some of the bullets went
through the door and hit the actual congregants on the
inside of the synagogue, killing one, wounding one. Yeah. Here
he is right here. So you can this split screen. Yeah, okay,
(31:07):
it's like behind a fence. What's no, I'm looking at
this and I understand, right, So These are the cops
in the right hand side of this photo. They're aiming,
taking aim at him. Here he is on the left.
If you look at this, he's got like these weird
sacks of I don't know what that is, but it's obviously,
at least if it's not a bomb, it's designed to
(31:28):
look like a bomb. And then he has what appears
to be a cell phone in his hand. And then
here is Now that's that's what I'm looking at over there?
What is that? Is that a reflection of the perpetrator
or is that somebody who is inside inside behind the door.
That's crazy, So he's looking I think there's a person
(31:48):
directly behind him. Also, is that not another person? I
don't see a person. It's hard to tell. I don't know,
but yeah, So the police shoot at this guy, and
then they hit the people inside the synagogue who were
in there trying to barricade the door so this maniac
can't get in. Unbelievable crazy. So I don't know if
(32:11):
the perpetrator actually you know, I did see a video
of this as somebody sent me a while they're shooting
this guy, and there is like an old looks like
an old Jewish man just laying in the street. I
don't know if he got run over or stab or something.
Nobody is going to assist that old guy who's just
lying there by the way, and people are completely it's
the weirdest video. People are walking by just like eh, okay,
(32:34):
you know, like it was a very very strange video,
very weird situation that went down over there. Jeffrey, how's
it going with the apartment search? Quickly? I don't need
like a full thing about it.
Speaker 10 (32:49):
Two phone calls last night and also waiting for callbacks
and we're still looking around online. And my rent just
jumped up on dollars? He did my landlord just raise
the rent? You think he's heard you talking about moving out?
And he's like, I'll show him.
Speaker 2 (33:07):
We don't know that. We can only Specul'm just asking,
I don't know.
Speaker 10 (33:11):
Can I just say he just tapes the notice to
our door says rent for November is this much money?
Speaker 2 (33:19):
And we also he also.
Speaker 10 (33:21):
Put up a new new address to mail it to.
So Jeffery has no lease.
Speaker 2 (33:24):
He's on a month to month now, so they can
jack up the rent every month if they want. Because
you don't have a lease, are we sure that's the
landlord he address. Double check on that. It's yeah, I have,
I have. That is a good point.
Speaker 10 (33:39):
The nose has his phone number if I have questions,
But it's instead mainly to the dress I've always mailed
it to.
Speaker 2 (33:45):
It's now a post office box. I would. Yeah, yeah,
check on that, double check, maybe check what the landlord.
Give the landlord a number not on the letter post
it to your door, but uh, a previous number that
you have, and that go hey, did you change your address?
Did you raise the rent? Because this could be a scammer.
I just got an email from.
Speaker 10 (34:04):
It has this It has his handwritten signature on it,
you know, but uh, yeah, do you know my who
knows somebody's signature?
Speaker 6 (34:13):
Text the text them go hey, or call them actually
did you send this letter?
Speaker 2 (34:17):
Okay?
Speaker 10 (34:18):
I got a phone call because I have, because like
I was at sock wasted money so I can make
up for that increase, you will.
Speaker 2 (34:26):
I got an email from a one of my banks
and it was just like a regular I don't know,
they just like a regular email that they send. You know,
you get occasional emails from your bank about I don't whatever.
I don't even remember what it was about and at
the bottom of it it said something to the effect
I'll paraphrase, but it was something to the effect of,
(34:49):
don't wire money to us for your I don't know
if it was a loan or mortgage or something, but anyway,
don't wire money if you an email or a phone
call without calling us first to verify the account details.
And apparently there are so many people. I've read stories
about this where we're not talking about one thousand dollars
(35:11):
or ten thousand dollars. I've seen stories in the news
where businesses are ripped off millions of dollars because they
get an email. They'll be in the middle of something,
they'll get, you know, of a business deal, a transaction
or something, and they'll get an email and it will say, hey,
please wire the money to this bank account or whatever,
(35:32):
and they do it.
Speaker 3 (35:34):
Jeez.
Speaker 2 (35:35):
And one was even I saw a story where it
was the boss, like the CEO, writes an email to
the chief financial officer or whatever and it says, hey,
we're closing on this transaction. Here are the details. Please
wire four point two million dollars to this bank account.
They wire the money and it turns out that it
(35:56):
was a hacker that had hacked into the CEO's email
and sent a phone email to the CFO. And obviously
the bank account is not really where the money was
supposed to be going, and they're just out that money.
So this seems to be a growing problem with fake bills,
fake scams, fake payments. So just watch yourself, Jeffrey, I
(36:18):
don't know if that's happened. For sure.
Speaker 10 (36:20):
His phone number is on the notice. Stall, I'm gonna
call and verify that. Right, But here's the thing. What
did we just tell.
Speaker 2 (36:27):
You you're gonna call the guy?
Speaker 10 (36:31):
Yeah, I'm what number are you gonna call? He has
a he has a phone. He has his actual phone
number on what gave us.
Speaker 2 (36:40):
See, if you were the scammer and you were putting
a fake notice with a change of addressmail to check here,
you might why would you take the phone number off
that fake notice? Don't you already have a phone number
for the landlord?
Speaker 3 (36:52):
Well, verify that I have contacts.
Speaker 2 (36:54):
I can.
Speaker 10 (36:54):
I can match the phone number, thank you, Thank you. Also, yeah,
I'll do that. Does that match the phone to what
I have in my contacts?
Speaker 2 (37:01):
Charlie, you were not a big fan of that off
duty police officer who was who pulled a gun and
was pointing a gun and fighting with those kids who
were walking through a neighborhood in Hilton Head, Right, you
weren't not a big fan of that. No, I'm not
a fan of that guy. I want to know what
you think about this guy, Detective Melvin eng He is
(37:22):
facing administrative charges. He's in big trouble because he went
to the Ryder Cup. You know, the golf tournament Europe
versus USA. Yeah, that was happening in New York and
he went to the Ryder Cup dressed in full tactical gear.
(37:42):
He responded. There, now he is in a New York
City police detective. He shows up in his full tactical gear, says,
I'm here to provide security service for President Trump, who
did attend the Ryder Cup. In reality, he just wanted
to go the golf tournament. He just wanted to go
to the Ryder Cup. And he was actually out on
(38:05):
sick leave at the time that he went to the
Ryder Cup in full tactical gear, pretending to be part
of the security detail. He just wanted to check out
the golf tournament. Sounds like fun. So he showed up
there in full gear. Everything was going They go, okay, sure,
right this way, sir, this is where law enforcement goes.
Everything would have gone off swimmingly, except at one point
(38:29):
he dropped a his magazine, gun magazine, ammo magazine full
of ammunition on the ground and I think he was
walking and he dropped it and somebody picked it up
and they're like hey, and then they're you know, they
kind of a fake cup. He's a cop.
Speaker 6 (38:45):
He's a real cop pretending to be a cop. At
the same time, he's just because he's not supposed to
be there, so he's got the uniform, yeah, he was,
so he's not on duty, was not assigned to be there,
was not part of Donald Trump's security detail by any
stretch of the imagination. He was spotted after he dropped
(39:07):
this magazine by state troopers.
Speaker 2 (39:10):
They were the actual security. They go away to say,
what's in New York? What's an NYPD guy doing here
in full tactical gear state troopers or who's providing security
for this event? And then they questioned him, they go,
what are you doing here? And one thing led to another,
and they found out that he was not affiliated with
(39:30):
any law enforcement operations at the tournament, he was removed
from the golf course. NYPD was notified and then they realized, Wait,
he was outsick when he went there. So what do
you think about this guy? What would you recommend we
do to him? Charlie, you fire him immediately? Actually, no,
I think that guy's pretty sweet.
Speaker 6 (39:50):
Oh.
Speaker 2 (39:51):
I like a second hold. I like anybody.
Speaker 6 (39:54):
I like a good sneaking in some place story, And
he has all the equipment to do a good sneak in.
If you went there st arresting people, no, but you
just want to get in there, have a little fun,
have a little fun, like that's awesome. If if if
a confidence you can't do well. I was gonna say,
what if he a cop? What if a cop.
Speaker 2 (40:11):
Wanted to What if there was a Beyonce concert happening
here tomorrow or something and the cop wanted to go,
So he should just put on put on his badge
and walk in and say he's doing something. Get talked about.
Speaker 6 (40:21):
Little desk duty for a little bit, right the desk
for a little bit. You shouldn't be able to, you know,
maybe take him down a rank or two or something. Yeah,
I mean you shouldn't do that, But that's not the
end of the world. He just showed up the rider.
You just want to check things out.
Speaker 2 (40:34):
That's pretty comfortable. Yeah, okay, he's just having fun and
his cargo shorts there. This is the this is the
official off duty I'm up to. No good uniform. Uh no,
I like I like a good somebody.
Speaker 6 (40:53):
You should try to sneak into stuff and use whatever
you can at your disposal as long as I hurt anybody.
Speaker 2 (40:59):
Zack said, as my fiance works at an accounting firm,
that scam happened to them talking about the fake hey
wire money. Yeah maybe if you're this happens all the
time I've read and this is not small amouse. We're
not talking thousands. We're talking hundreds of thousands or millions
of dollars are being wired and it is very legit.
(41:19):
It looks very legit. That's why I guess this bank
that sent me this email there, like, before you ever
wire any money, call us and make sure that that
is Because you can get an email from your bank saying, hey,
we're ready to get this thing or whatever. Just wire
the money to this account, and it looks legit, but
it's not. So that's why they say call but how
(41:41):
do you know you're even calling the right number. That's
why I'm telling Jeffrey be careful. We just want to
make sure nobody's dicking with you. Jeffrey. Oh. Also in
that note, Bob lives in the same apartment complex as Jeffrey.
He saw this note hanging on Jeffrey's door. It did
save rent is going up one hundred dollars, it did
(42:02):
have a new address for rent to be sent to
a PO box. And uh interestingly, starting as of this month,
rent needs to be paid in best Buy gift costs too.
Speaker 10 (42:13):
Wow, I've been giving up. I've been mainly of money
orders for my rent. So that's the way he'll be paid.
Speaker 6 (42:19):
Do you think he'll start moving on finding a new
place now that rent's gone up?
Speaker 9 (42:24):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (42:24):
Possibly that might actually get get him in gear. Any
word on your escrow money.
Speaker 10 (42:31):
Best I can tell you is now in the hands
of the title company to try to make sure that
they can recall it from the state.
Speaker 2 (42:37):
That's what you told me Monday.
Speaker 10 (42:38):
That's where we're going to hear marriage exactly where we're
at right now, because we're going to the weekends.
Speaker 2 (42:43):
Same place you're at on Monday. But I tell you
you're gonna get an update from somebody around lunchtime.
Speaker 10 (42:47):
I think it was Wednesday that was That was the update,
because they want to make you know, you want to
make sure that because of right now, I'm within that
six month window for them to try to recall it
to go through the state, because we have to go
through the state, have Jery a bunch of hoops.
Speaker 2 (43:03):
Is six months, not from six months from the time
he put the money in as grow, six months from
the time he abandoned that money three years ago.
Speaker 6 (43:11):
And we've been mentioning it, I think a couple I
think we mentioned a couple of times, didn't we.
Speaker 2 (43:14):
Because he should try to get it a couple of
times a week. Probably we'll be right back on Rover's
morning glory. Hang on
