The first person that leaves a talkback using that talkback
feature with that microphone, you leave your name, your phone number,
your email address, and answer this question. KT earlier reported
on a sixty person brawl. It happened at a bar

(00:23):
where something was happening. A man was doing something for
his brother. What was that thing? If you're listening, you know,
first person to tell us you're gonna win those tickets.
Good luck everybody. Remember one person's gonna win a meet
and greatest part of that. That's pretty cool, all right?
Coming up at the bottom of the hour, we have
the return of True Crime Turner. He's got a very

(00:43):
scandalous real crime story. But right now it's time for this.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Now.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
This is cool around the sports KTD tweets as all
the sports.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Yes, all right, camp compete every day. Hey, that's the
motto this year, even though shot he doesn't like mottos.
Here's what's happened in the first two days of Cowboys
at training camp. Yesterday they had a fight for the
second straight practice, and that caused Brian Schottenheimer to stop

(01:16):
being everyone's best friend, to stop being everyone's guy who'll
go have dinner with you, your ping pong buddy. He started
ripping ass. Oh, and I don't mean farting.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
Well, not farting.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
That that would ingratiate himself to all the players if
he became the farty coach.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
I think they've already had a couple of those. In fact,
they just got rid of one. There's no way he Wasn't.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Nobody farted leg Wade and Phillips Campo. Let's here, let's
hear a Campo fort yep.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
Oh, and that's about how you can describe the Cowboys
year under him too. Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
I thought his heart would have been the one that
sounded like a little Honda car or what oh, that
was a Tom Landry fart.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
We got to Jimmy, do we have a Jimmy fart
in there?

Speaker 2 (02:08):
All?

Speaker 1 (02:09):
He's taken extends and asked a question at the end,
yep is that fart?

Speaker 3 (02:20):
So?

Speaker 1 (02:20):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (02:21):
They have a little scuffling going on. So Tuesday it
was second year tight end Revian span Ford, who will
find a way.

Speaker 4 (02:28):
To make the team. Uh wait, his name is span Ford.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
You remember Brevit span Ford. I'm hearing a lot about him.
They like him.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
They like him a lot about span Ford.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
Yeah, undrafted guy. They gave him more money, the most
undrafted money two years ago, and he had a good
little year last year.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
What are stretches expectations of him as a second year
under stretching?

Speaker 4 (02:48):
Lazy? He's another lazy one.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Brevid Spanford got into it with rookie Donovan Azeraku.

Speaker 4 (02:56):
Oh our big pass rush.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
They had to be separate, all right. So it's okay
fighting on the first day camp. Love it, Love the energy,
love the competition. We're gonna shoot hoops after play some
more pig bog. Love that. But then on Wednesday things
escalated when safety Marquise Bell and rookie ted end Tyler Neville,
one of the Neville brothers, got caught in a big fight.

(03:19):
And that's when Shody blew the whistle, stopped everyone together,
got the whole team together and started telling them that
the next guy who throws a punch is gonna be
kicked off the field. And then we got to learn
to be professionals here.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
God, Mike I should have thrown a punch immediately test shoddy.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
So there we go.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
We got we were learning on the fly. Here he's
willing to put the hammer down. That's another good thing.
I'm struggling to find the negatives here, guys. On Brian Schottenheimer.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
Maybe just the fact that he's been standing around for
a long time and never had no one ever wanted
him to be their head coach.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
At five forty. Stay tuned because I'll tell you more
about Brian Schottenheimer. Hey, don't just buy your ticket on
the USS shoty like me, because we're going sailing. My friends,
this is good.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
I'm excited because from what I understand, he's a slow
learner and now he's finally ready at fifty two.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Yeah, to be that guy. So here's what happened though,
real quick on note with Marcus Bell. Marcus Bell didn't
have a helmet on. He threw a punch in the
direction of one of the Neville brothers, Tyler Neville, and
then what happened though Marcus's Bell punch actually hit his buddy,
the cornerback, Troy Pride, right in the neck. So Troy
Pride's over there with the trainer. He's like, God, he's

(04:34):
on the ground, he's kind of hurt a little bit.
And then that kind of pissed Shoddy off a little bit.
Ceedee Lamb spoke out about it too. He's showing his leadership.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
I heard that. I listened to this. What he say.
He basically said, stop it.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
He's like he didn't understand why, you know, with the
guy on the ground, it should have stopped immediately.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
Ah.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
And he's basically saying, look, everyone's who's interesting. Of the
things he said were pretty interesting, but he was like,
each side is trying to dominate the other side.

Speaker 4 (05:02):
Yeah, okay, like it, And I know.

Speaker 3 (05:04):
Everyone's fired up, and he's like, there's no love lost,
and there's but we're a team.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
We love each other, right we don't love each other
right now, So just I just wanted to see what
is the current weather in ox Nerd.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
He also said, there's no pads on, so let's maybe
not do that.

Speaker 4 (05:17):
Right now, right.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
Save your fights for the rams when you have shared
practices with them.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
If you guys were to guess how hot is it
Knox Snard, right, I would guess sixty nine. It's always
sixty nine there, right, eighty four it is seventy one.

Speaker 4 (05:31):
We can't blame this on the weather.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Well, wait till the sun comes out this afternoon though
it feels like it's eighty five. I want to spend
fifteen seconds on this. Rangers. It's one to one. It's
bottom of the eighth inning last night, Jon, there's two outs,
bottom of the eighth. White Langford's on first base. He
found first base. He doesn't get there much, Jonahi pops
it up, throws as bad. He's pissed. Looks like we're
gonna be going to the ninth in a tie game.

(05:54):
White Langford, though, is hustling the whole way because he
knows they're playing the Oakland A's or the Sacramento and
so the left fielder's running in the short stops running out.
I got it, I got it, I got it. No,
I got it, I got it. You take it, you
take it down. They veer off, ball ends in the
middle of them. White Langford is hustling the whole time,

(06:14):
slides into a home plate, scores to one. When get
the sweet fifty fifty? Now, how far back are we
from the wild card?

Speaker 4 (06:22):
Half and half?

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Still ten? Right, that's a lot. I don't know, Yeah, maybe, yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
So everybody else is winning because we can't make teams
when we're doing okay, man, right, we're right in the hunt, man,
we're feeling good.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
How about that little Rangers baseball for you? All right?

Speaker 3 (06:36):
Coming up next, True Crime Turner is back. One of
the craziest stories you've ever heard. That's coming up next,
