All right, I got two things for you, Ben, I'll
start with you. We talked about this yesterday because KT
went to just go see the new Nicked Gun last night.

I got in bed last night at ten o'clock and
Naked Gun was on. It was just starting. Oh nice,
Have you seen it in a while? No, it's been
a long time, all right. So it came out in
nineteen eighty eight. I couldn't remember exactly when it came out.
I knew we were in high school. I watched it
and I laughed quite a bit.

It's I mean, yes for what it is. Yes, And

He was so good. Yeah.

And there's a scene with oj at the beginning of
the movie that is insanely funny. It's that whole Naked
Gun style of humor. So he busts in on this
drug deal on a boat and he tries.

To kick in the door, and so his foot goes
through the door, and so there's like eight guys and
they all pick up their guns and they're waiting for him,
and then he walks.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
In and then all eight guys just shoot him and
fill him full of bullets. He's like, oh, and then
he accidentally falls and touches his hand on hot stove,
and then he screaes, and then he accidentally leans on
wet paint and it gets on his Coady goes, oh no,
and then he steps.

Into bear traff and snaps on his escalation.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
Each horrible thing after after he's been shot a hundred times.
It's just so I'm like, that was the first thing
I saw. I was like, I'm watching this man, I'm
gonna stick it out tonight. But we'll hear what Kat
thinks of the new nickead gun coming up in the
next segment. And then one more thing for you. I
saw this when I was reading the news this morning.

Penny had moved to Plano a million years ago. You're right,
corporate headquarters. And when it first went there, it's just
kind of out in the sticks. Well now it's like
pretty damn.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
Close to Legacy West.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
And I saw that a Japanese luxury hotel is going
in in where the old JC Penny was, and I
looked on the map.
Speaker 3 (02:03):
I was like, dude, that's like a stone's throw from
Legacy West.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
A Japanese interval speedwalking hotel, is going in at Legacy West.
Speaker 3 (02:10):
You left out the word luxury.
Speaker 2 (02:13):
It's gonna have the highest rooftop bar outside of downtown Dallas.
Speaker 3 (02:19):
And I think about this all. I think about this
all the time.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
Like when you're driving down one twenty one or the
toll way and you drive up to where Legacy West
is and there's all that.
Speaker 3 (02:28):
It's like a second mini downtown.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
Like if you drive in and look at it, That's
what it's like driving into downtown.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
Tulsa or something like that. You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (02:38):
It's like a regional it's like a downtown for a
mid size American city, right. Uh, But we have it
in Plano, Frisco.

Can anybody go to it? Or is it just for
our Japanese friends?

Well, it's specifically there's a lot of our Japanese friends
that come here that are Japanese businessmen.

What's this guy's deal? What is this guy's deal?

But it gives those guys a chance to like when
they fly in for business.

It's got Japanese luxury. Yeah, and a.

be a Less than Zero opportunity for KT to entertain
some Japanese businessmen while they're in town. I would love
for you to take some Japanese businessmen and watch Less
than Zero and do some interval speed walking.

It's walking away from legal authorities that are talking to you.
By the way, I was gonna take a day off
from Japanese interval walking today. Uh maya shot me. The
text was like, are we going or what?

Uh huh. It's like, all right, let's go.

Is it up to anyone to decide when you ramp
it up and start speed walking and power farting. No,
it's power farting the whole time. It's three minute intervals.
So you start got the clock, I got the clock?
Uh huh? But you start walk because you don't want
to speed walk out the gate. Yeah, three minute pull
a hammy, paul a hammy, and it's just laid out
there for you. It's thirty minutes. I wonder if people
are getting walking injuries.

touch it? Get so, if you take Legacy over the
toll way, it'll eventually take you.

So it's just right over there. It's not far from
all that's going on in the colony. And you know
all that Brandscape, all of that. Yeah, right by Legacy West.
It's halfway between like Legacy West and Grand Scape.

My next big trip is to Japan. Oh dude, going
to Japan.
