Are they willing to put Donald Trump in jail? That
is a very important question right now, because they have
a criminal proceeding underway in New York City that has

(00:34):
already had the judge threatened to hold Trump in contempt,
and Trump has been told if he doesn't show up,
including on the day of his son's graduation, if he's
not in court, he will be put in jail. And
this is madness, like, how can this be happening in

(00:55):
the country right now? You have an election underway where
Donald Trump is the Republican nominee. He's ahead of Joe
Biden in poll after poll, and the plan is what exactly?
Think of it this way? Every time we've come to
a place where there's been this voice, maybe in the
back of our minds that says, oh, they won't do that,

(01:18):
that's too crazy. They won't do that because it's never
been done before. They've done it. This is the case
with the first and now for prosecutions of Donald Trump underway.
Also the various civil trials in New York all shams.
They are destroying any good faith that exists in both
our political and justice system on an effort to stop

(01:40):
one man who is somehow so terrible that they know
that he's probably going to beat their guy, who's an
incumbent president. What does that say about the Democrats judgment?
What does it say about where they really sit on
this issue? I think it's certainly worth asking. But so
given that they've been willing to do everything that we've

(02:01):
thought it's too crazy for them to do, given that
that has been proven time and time again, why wouldn't
they try to put Trump in a cell? I know
people say, well, they can't do that. We sure about that,
whether it's on a contempt charge, which would probably be

(02:22):
I don't know, held for a couple of days in
a correctional facility something like that. They've got a gag
order as you know on Trump. I mean, they do
all these different procedural things. But if they are trying
to hold him in a cell, or rather if they
want to hold him in a cell, I think that
what they would just do is find a wing of

(02:42):
a correctional facility in New York and they would have
the Secret Service effectively take it over, and then Trump
would be ordered to stay there or he could do
house arrest too. House arrest, I think it would be
easy for Democrats to justify to the public, or at
least they think that that wouldn't blow back on them

(03:04):
as much. So Trump would get house arrest in Trump Tower.
I guess you'd have an ankle monitor on. I suppose
that would be the way that it would go, But
I think we have to prepare for that possibility because
here's something to remember. This isn't working for them so far.
What they've been wanting to do up to this point

(03:26):
has not had the intended effect, and they can't turn
back if they try to push in the other direction
of the Trystey, you know what, we overreached. We're sorry.
We shouldn't have done all this stuff against Trump with
the law. We should let the political system play out. Well,
then they'd be admitting that they were wrong and admitting

(03:46):
some level of defeat, and that would make it even
harder for them to win the political contest. Right, So
they're all going to see this through to the very end.
I still think that they are going to have, and
this has been my prediction all along. The J six
trial will be underway when people are voting. I think
that's likely to happen. Now you say, oh, they won't

(04:07):
do it, They won't do it, because you know they
will do it. Actually, they don't care what the rules are,
They don't care what the effect on the country would
be politically one way or the other. Their only real
goal is to destroy Donald Trump and also to send
a message to all of his supporters. You're not allowed

(04:29):
to have somebody that you support that challenges the system
and the way of doing business in this way. So
my answer to are they willing to lock Trump up
is probably yes, not for very long, and maybe it's
house arrest. Now we could argue whether being in Trump's
triplex in New York City under house arrest with access

(04:50):
to the greatest takeout food. I'm just gonna say, New
York City best takeout food in the world. Better, more options,
better options. You can get a Michelin two star meal
delivered to your door in New York City. It doesn't
exist anywhere else really, maybe now not in LA You
can't get it delivered. You can go to it, but
you can't get it delivered. I don't know if you're
going to think of that as really a prison sentence

(05:12):
for Donald Trump. But house arrest I could see that
and house arrests that they maybe use as it could
be part of his if he gets convicted, a way
to stop him from campaigning, and the optics of that. Also,
you know, if they put Trump in a cell, it'll
be a little bit like the mug shot, right. The
mug shot backfired because Trump looked like a badass in
it and it became iconic. So there's that. But if

(05:36):
you look at the optics of Trump being in like
Trump Tower under house arrest for the Alvin Bragg hush
money case or whatever we're supposed to call it, you know,
the clerical money error case, then I think, well, very
apparent should be very apparent to all that that case

(05:56):
is absurd, but that Trump will not look like he's
being treated quite so badly if he's in Trump Tower, right,
So house arrest I think is a very distinct possibility.
Let's then talk a little bit about the j six
obstruction arguments heard today in the Supreme Court. I think

(06:18):
is really important. What's going on. I want to give
you my take on that here in a moment, But
on this podcast, I try to cut through the noise,
the nonsense, and the ulterior motives, try to uncover the
truth about what's really going on. That's what my colleague
Mark Chakin does as well, but he does it for
the US stock market. Mark worked on Wall Street for
fifty years, and across those decades he invented three new

(06:38):
indices for the Nasdaq and has predicted some of the
biggest market shifts of the past decade, including the recent
mania in AI stocks. Mark says the majority of Americans
are about to miss out on a critical turning point
in this AI frenzy. He's calling this a new dawn
for US stocks, and Mark predicts dozens of specific companies
will be impacted in just the next ninety days. That's

(07:00):
why Mark has agreed to share one of his favorite
AI stocks, Dubai Now with you. He put everything you
need to know in a new presentation you can watch
for free at this website. Twenty two twenty four aistock
dot com. That's twenty twenty four ai stock dot com
twenty twenty four aistock dot com paid for by chackin Analytics.

(07:20):
So the Supreme Court heard today the arguments around the
usage of a statute that's supposed to be about destroying
evidence in a congressional investigation, but instead they've decided that
they're going to use this for obstructing an official proceeding.

(07:43):
And there's a critical moment in these oral arguments where
Justice Gorsich asks the Democrat Solicitor General to explain why
people doing a sit in or they call it a
die in, when they're all lie on the ground or whatever,
doing a sit in to stop the Congression, to stop

(08:08):
any congressional hearing or anything going on in Congress. Why
isn't that obstruction punishable by twenty years? You know what?
The answer the Biden DOJ gave Well, because you know,
state of mind, man and stuff. They have no answer
because it's absurd. Even asked actually by Gerstich, was what
about somebody who interrupts a congressional proceeding? Isn't that obstructing

(08:32):
if you're shouting and you stop it? So could you
theoretically be charged with a twenty year felony for interrupting?
You know? And doesn't that also make Congress really imperious?
And doesn't that make Congress almost powerful in a way
that defies all the rest of our system of government.

(08:52):
You can just hand out a twenty year charge of
somebody because they interrupt you on something that seems a
bit extreme, doesn't it. But as you know, democrats shut
down things. They lie in the highways, they lie in
front of them, well they lie, but you know they
put their bodies in place in front of whether Supreme
Court or Congress or I remember to the Kavanaugh hearings,

(09:14):
you had people dressed. This is true as giant condoms
randomly at the Kavanaugh hearings, just because you know, lunatics
opposed to Kavanaugh's confirmation. You people dressed in the what
was it, the show Handmaid's Tale? People dressed in Handmaid's
Tale outfits. All that stuff going on, and that's not

(09:38):
a felony. But if you were obstructing the congressional proceeding
on January sixth, you face up to twenty years in prison.
This is outrageous. And when the Solicitor General for the
abiden DJ tried to explain it, it became very clear, well,
are people meaning leftist communist Democrats when they obstruct an

(09:59):
official proceeding with BLM riots or whatever. They're good people,
so they can't be subject to this law. The law
is just to beat up the bad people, Republicans from supporters.
That's really what you can see as far as Biden
Democrats are concerned, is the reason for the existence of law.
It's to be a political tool, a political weapon against

(10:19):
the other side. Because they don't want to prosecute criminals,
like people that really hurt people. Democrats will find a
million excuses. Ah, you know, you stab somebody, you rob somebody, carjacking,
you know, are you oppressed? If you're an a pressed
person and you do those things, probably shouldn't go to prison.
Probably should give you another chance. Maybe give you fifteen

(10:39):
twenty to fifty chances. Get arrested over and over again.
Nothing will happen to you. So that's one way that
this goes right. They don't believe in the enforcement of
laws that are the most essential laws of physical safety,
physical property of the people in America, of our society.
But laws about obstructing a congressional proceeding, or laws about

(11:01):
a nuisance payment to a former porn star through a lawyer,
those are the important laws. Those are the ones that
you're supposed to pay extra close attention to and people
should be able to take it to the maximum. It's honestly,
it's outrageous and it's troubling to me for where this

(11:24):
will take the country if we continue on this pathway.
I don't know how we stop it, though, because they
won't stop. This is about power for the left. They
are power mad, they are obsessed. I think this will
continue on and we can just fight it as best
we can. And I'll yeah, I'll continue to push here

(11:44):
with everything that I can to at least tell you
the truth and focus on what really matters. And as
you know, I'm a big defender of rights. I'm a
big Second Amendment guy constitutional right to bear arms and
that's why I appreciate the sport of shooting, but also
being a person who owns and is trained with firearms.

(12:07):
That's where Bear Creek Arsenal comes in. Fantastastic new sponsor.
I gotta tell you so, I have a an AR fifteen.
I have a semi automatic rifle that is among the
most expensive mass produced semi automatic rifles you could get anywhere. Okay,
I mean for an air fifteen cost costs a couple
thousand dollars plus retail. It's very expensive. I know there

(12:29):
are more expensive ones, but generally speaking, if you're spending
almost three grand for an AR fifteen Bear Creek Arsenal,
you can get for five hundred bucks fantastic AR fifteens.
You can get incredible upper receivers. For an AR, you
get side all kinds of side arms pistols that are

(12:51):
absolutely made at the top quality, and the price you're
gonna get on them is amazing. It almost feels like,
how can this be possible. I was just out with
my bar Creek Arsenal AR fifteen or BCA fifteen's what
we call it, over the weekend, shooting it and it's great.
You're gonna love it. You, all of you who owned
guns out there. Go to Bear Creek Arsenal dot com

(13:14):

promo code buck for ten percent off your first order.
I'm telling you you're going to be absolutely amazed at
the prices that you will see. So look, I think

(13:36):
that Trump is going to be Trump is going to
be able to get through all this legal mailstrom that
he's going through. But it is going to be tough
and the country is going to be heading into some
difficult times for sure. This election is going to be
the craziest election we've ever seen. The desperation of the
left will be beyond what we've seen up to this point,

(13:56):
which I don't even know how that's possible. It's like,
how do you go beyond the absolute top of the dial?
They're going to try. But I'm honored that you'll be
here with me and listen to us on Clay and
Buck Radio as we do it. Also want to remind
