Speaker 1 (00:03):
Warning Europe about to enter the arena and join the
battle to save America with your host Sean Parnell. Good evening, America.
Oh my gosh, it is so good to be back.
So for those of you all who came to my
(00:24):
rumble page last night and saw that there wasn't a show,
I'm sorry. I was in for Jesse Kelly last night
for three hours of talk radio from six to nine,
and I had to get to the studio like pretty
darn early, like four point thirty four six o'clock catches
because it was all new. I had to learn the tech,
had to learn a layout, had to hook all my
(00:46):
stuff up and upload all the sound. It was an experience.
I mean, it was very, very different, I think than
sitting in for Wendy Bell, where you've got Brock who's
right there with you the whole time, which is awesome.
Brock has been such a great guide, a teach, a
teacher for me just getting into all this stuff. Really
(01:10):
I've been doing it for less than a year. But
it was in for Jesse Kelly for all three hours
last night. It turned out to be just an awesome,
awesome experience. I learned a lot. It was really fun.
And so for those of you all who tuned in,
thank you. For those of you all who are wondering
where you can find this stuff, It's on Jesse Kelly's Spotify,
(01:33):
Apple or wherever you listen to podcasts. All three hours
of his show are on there, so you can listen
to it after the fact. But I'm super grateful. Also
got the numbers for the show from iHeart Today, and
it's just kind of crazy to me because we were
(01:54):
on Rush Limbaugh's old what they call RSS feed like
a digital feed feed is now being run and managed
by Buck Sexton and Klay Travis, who they've sort of
filled in for Rush limbaugh spot But the show has
over a million downloads in five weeks. I mean, that's
(02:14):
absolutely crazy to me. And ultimately it's a testament to
you all. So the battle Crew in this audience so
grateful to have you, the og members of the battle Crew.
You've been with me since the very beginning, and it's
good to be back. It's good to be back, and
just thank you for everything that you've done for me
(02:36):
and for the show, and be impatient as I learned
the trade and every day is a learning experience for me,
so thank you. We've got an amazing show planned for
you tonight. Obviously you've got Savage Rich Barris on deck.
We love having him. He is Wednesdays have sort of
become his show. We love having him. He's the best
(02:59):
play in the business. He's the director of Big Data
poll and he's the host of Inside the Numbers right
here on Rumble. So if if you haven't done this already,
go subscribe to the People's Pundit on Rumble check out
his show again. He's an extraordinary polster and tends to
get almost everything right. But tonight, I'm gonna do a
recap of the Soviet style Trump Show trial because here's
(03:22):
why so many batshit crazy things have happened that we
forget about the batshit crazy thing that happened yesterday. Because
it's like almost every day something new that's that is
just totally off the wall happens, and we forget about
all the old stuff that was totally crazy. So I'm
going to recap it just so it's on the forefront
(03:44):
of your mind as the jury deliberates. The destruction of
the American legal system is obviously a result of all this,
and when we get Savage Rich here in this. When
we get the Savage Rich, we're going to talk about
this crazy poll out of Virginia. I mean, honestly, it's crazy.
Biden is big, big trouble. We're gonna tell you why
Biden is absolutely desperate. And Georgia. I got my hands
(04:05):
on this ad that Biden is running in Georgia that
he launched with very very little fan fair. We'll get
Savage Rich's opinion on that. And I'm gonna end the
show with talking a little bit about Justice Alito. Oh
and we've got a brand new poll from Savage Rich
to talk about as well, a national poll Trump versus Biden.
So he's gonna break all that stuff down for us.
(04:26):
So Mershon Wan Mershan, the commie hack judge bastard in
the black robe, dismissed the courtroom for the day. No
verdict from the jury, even though they deliberated for about
the last couple hours. Two things that I want you
to know about. There were two notes passed from the
(04:47):
jury to Wan Mrshan today. The first note just give
you a quick breakdown in what I think this means.
The first note is the jury asked for the Pecker
testimony regarding the telephone conver with Trump. They asked for
Pecker's testimony on the decision not to fund McDougall's life rights,
Pecker's testimony on the Trump Tower meaning Cohen testimony on
(05:09):
the Trump Tower meeting. Listen, folks, all this is important
because if the jury is asking questions, it means that
they haven't made up their mind yet, and all it
takes is one single holdout to say, hell, no, I'm
not going along with this communist bs the second note,
the second note is asking the to reread essentially or
(05:32):
have the judge's instructions reread to them. And so again
I think that this can only mean disagreements on the
jury as to what the standards for the instructions are.
And it's no surprise that none of the jurors actually
know what the hell is going on because the judge
didn't actually give them paper instructions, which is completely out
(05:55):
of the ordinary. And so I'll tell you this. Had
a couple buddies that were in the courtroom today and
they were saying that when these notes were passed from
the jury to Jan Marshan, that Trump's team was pretty
happy that they his defense team. They were animated. Even
Blanche who is one of Trump's defense attorneys, even smiling,
(06:20):
and that the prosecution sloppy Alvin Bragg and all his
loser commie hack lawyers were kind of a little bit tense.
So look, the fact that they are not in agreement
here the jury means that after hearing a month of
BS evidence, they they're still kind of on the fence
(06:40):
about convicting Trump. To me, like, that's significant. It's significant
that they didn't immediately vote or they didn't immediately convict Trump, right,
So I think that's if there is a silver lining
to any of this, I think it's that. So we've
(07:04):
got to talk about the wan Mrshawn Sloppy Alvin Braggs
show trial in New York City. We've got to I
told you I want to do a quick recap and
then we'll get right to Savage Rich. But this Soviet
style show trial is a shit show that has obviously,
for very obvious reasons, captured the attention of a nation,
(07:26):
but of course for all the wrong reasons. And this
should surprise no one because what's happening in New York
has never been done before in American history. A former President,
the presumptive Republican nominee, who is very likely, if the
election were held today, going to win, might find himself
(07:48):
in jail in Rikers Island, New York for some trumped
up BS crime. That's the situation that we're in right now.
So first, let's have a look at Sloppy Alvin Bragg.
Funded by, of course, George Soros, the DA decided to
elevate what was originally a misdemeanor to a felony. Even
(08:12):
though Sloppy Albin Bragg is notorious for lowering sixty percent
of felonies to misdemeanors for actual criminals and his jurisdiction.
How about that kind of crazy? Right? Do you remember
that one? Now, let's turn our attention to Michael Colangelo.
Colangelo Colangel, I don't know how to help pronounce his name,
(08:33):
but you know who I'm talking about. This guy resigned
from his position as the third highest ranking member of
Biden's Department of Justice just to join Sloppy Alvin Bragg's team.
You guessed it, just to go after Trump. If that
doesn't raise eyebrows for people who can think for themselves,
(08:54):
I don't know what the hell will And how about
the judge, Juan Murshan. The judge himself donated to Joe
Biden's campaign. What's even more interesting and concerning is that
his daughter raised millions of bucks off of four Democrats,
raised millions of bucks four Democrats off the back of
(09:16):
these very same Trump prosecutions of which her father is
presiding over. If you see the conflict of interest there,
I mean, it's crazy to me. But wait, there's more.
Another lead prosecutor on this case also donated to Joe Biden.
(09:36):
The political ties in the trial just get tighter by
the day. Again, every day there's news come out that
just corrupts this entire process more than the day before.
It's absolutely crazy. But how about the star witness in
the trial, Michael Cohen. Again, the entire case that is
(09:57):
being presented by sloppy Alvin Bragg on Michael Cohen's testimony,
a convicted perjurer and serial liar who even admitted during
the trial to stealing money from the Trump organization. Again,
this is the person the entire case relies on. And
(10:20):
what's more, they he said with laughing, because it's the
only way for me to process this. But what's more,
Wan Marshawn actually told the jury basically, and I'm paraphrasing
here that it doesn't matter how many times Michael Cohen
has lied in the past, this one single time he
(10:40):
could be telling the truth. Give me a break, judge.
Telling the jury that insanity. And by the way, Cohen
is planning a run for Congress. So just what we
need more lying hack Democrats in the US House of Representatives.
But to add insult to injury to this entire process,
Wan Marshan on the Commune in a black robe slapped
(11:02):
a gag order on Donald Trump for simply pointing out
all of the very blatant political conflicts of interest that
I just told you folks. That's not even an exaggeration.
So now let's pivot to and discuss very quickly the
alleged crime. The whole case sloppy. Alvin Bragg's case is
(11:28):
built on the idea that Trump paid off Stormy Daniels,
who is a disgusting porn star to conceal another crime, which,
by the way, is it is not even mentioned in
the indictment at all. So how do you prosecute somebody
for a crime that you don't even specify. The judge
(11:52):
also barred Trump's defense team from explaining to the jury
that no campaign finance violation occurred, and he also prevented
Trump's defense team from calling the former head of the
Federal Election Commission to testify to the fact that no
campaign violation occurred, but then allowed the prosecutors to assert
(12:14):
that campaign finance violations occurred during their closing arguments today.
How that was allowed to stand is simply beyond me,
and Steven Miller said today on x that Bragg's entire
cases rests on the lie that a federal campaign violation occurred.
(12:35):
This is quite literally impossible because private funds were used
for a private matter, as the law requires. The judge
forbade the defense team from telling the juryign what campaign
finance law actually says. So anyone that thinks that this
is a fair trial, I mean seriously, I heard Weissman,
(12:58):
who was on MSNBC today, whose stupidity is just unbelievably dangerous, say,
oh gold Jan Marashan, I've got a man crush on him.
He is just such a great judge. How could anyone
think that after everything that I just told you. But wait, somehow,
(13:18):
some way, it gets worse when Michael Cohen's former attorney
was about to exonerate Donald Trump, the judge completely cleared
the courtroom, but he let the prosecution bring in Stormy
Daniels to discuss whether Trump used a condom and what
kind of cologne he weared, to discuss what sort of
(13:41):
underwear he wears. You seriously, this is an absolute humiliation ritual.
If there's nothing to hide in all of this, then
why not just allow the former FEC commissioner from testifying?
Why suppress that testimony. The only reason that this judge,
(14:02):
Juan Marchon, wants to suppress that testimony is because this
trial is inherently political. Seriously consider that fact. It's not
like a federal election commissioner's testimony would be completely irrelevant,
especially when the entire basis of the case is on
campaign finance violations. If you've got nothing to hide in
(14:24):
your motivation is anything else but political, then just let
him testify. But here's the most astonishing part. The judge
is allowing the jury to reach a non unanimous verdict
on the underlying, unnamed crime that Trump is committing. So again, folks,
(14:44):
the jury is deliberating and we have no idea what
the hell the crime even is. So here's what that means.
Let me just give you a sense of the jury
instructions that Juan Marschan gave the jury. Wan Marschan is
essentially issued a directive that could disrupt the principles essentially
of unanimous jury verdicts. He indicated that the jury does
(15:08):
not need to agree on the actual crime committed, alleged
crime that was committed, and that they can hold a
vast array of differing views of which is what he's saying,
are three crimes that occurred. So even if the jury
is divided four four and four on the chargers, he'll
still consider he'll still consider the decision unanimous, which is
(15:32):
a stark departure from what is very very established legal
precedent and from a muse on Twitter and slash x
who has become one of my favorite independent journalists. He
says disposes a serious threat to the integrity of our
judicial system. And he goes on to say, in the
landmark case Richardson versus the United States, the Supreme Court
(15:55):
clearly ruled that quote, the jury must be unanimous as
to the series of underlying offensives in a CCE continuing
criminal enterprise prosecution. This ruling underscores that the jury must
unanimously agree not only that the defendant committed a continuing
series of violations, but also which specific violation constitutes that series.
(16:21):
So what the hell was the crime do you ask? Well,
there's zero real specificity. There's a whole hell of a
lot of wiggle room. So if the consequences on this
weren't so egregious, it would all just be laughable, the
judge said. Essentially, the crime can be three different things,
(16:43):
election fraud, tax fraud, and falsification of a business record.
All of these are misdemeanors, but combined with the BS
book keeping crime, it becomes a felony. And by the way,
the crimes that the judge gave for the jury to
pick from Trump wasn't even charged with. This is all
(17:04):
a complete joke. And to go a step further on
the absurd jury instructions that Wan Rashwan has given this jury,
he's splitting the jury into three groups of four. One
group will handle election fraud, one group will handle tax fraud,
and one group will handle the falsification of business records.
(17:26):
Can you believe this insanity? Since when is any of
this standard legal practice. Well, listen, Andy McCarthy, who is
not a pro Trump guy at all, is kind of
blown away by all this. Listen to this.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
Well, let me ask you about the three choices and
one thing in particular that this judge said that these
jurors could do. He just delivered what is being called
really the pinnacle of all of this. He said that
there is no need to agree on what has occurred.
They can disagree on what the crime was among the
(18:00):
three choices. Thus, this means that they could split four
four four and the judge would still treat them unanimously.
Speaker 3 (18:08):
What does that mean?
Speaker 4 (18:10):
Yeah, well, it's really outrageous because in a normal criminal case,
every statutory crime has what we call elements of the offense,
Like in a bank robbery case, it's you know, you
have to rob it's got to be a financial institution, you.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Have to Well you heard him say it there, folks,
it's outrageous because it is outrageous. So needless to say,
this is a disgusting Soviet style Banana Republic show trial.
And by the way, not enough people are actually going
back and recapping what the hell happened, but following standard practice,
(18:48):
it's very important for you all to know this. It's
not the point here, Mershan and the Democrats absolutely one
hundred percent know that this will be overturned on appeal,
but that won't happen until after the election. They're trying
to get some quick points on the board, get a conviction,
(19:08):
weaponize that conviction against Trump, and in an election year.
The whole point, and I mean the whole point to
all of this is to get Trump at all costs, period,
end of story. And let me tell you another thing.
There's one hundred percent jury intimidation going on in this case.
Every one of these jurors who might hang themselves out
there to vote for Trump, I guarant damn t you
(19:29):
they are worried about either being fired from their job
or ever being able to work again. I hope that
jury's there's at least one courageous juror out there that's
willing to hold out and do what's necessary to save
the American justice system because the Democrats are just hell
(19:50):
bent on destroying it. And with that said, I think
that a hung jury is the best outcome for Donald Trump.
We will see, don't know if that will happen, but
that's the best that we can hope for. He's sure
as I'm not going to be acquitted. That would mean
every juror has to agree. It's either he's found guilty
and the TDS jurors bully the holdouts in a conviction,
(20:16):
or it's a hung jury and we're lucky enough that
we've got a couple of patriots on that jury. So
if you're a praying type, pray overnight, because tomorrow we
could see a verdict in this. Okay, So we've been
talking about the Soviet style Trump, get Trump trial, I
should say, got Savage Rich Barris here on deck. Let's
(20:37):
see what he thinks. Savage Rich Barris, Welcome to Savage
Wednesday's my friend.
Speaker 5 (20:41):
As always, good to see you.
Speaker 1 (20:42):
Good to be here. So you're filled with energy.
Speaker 5 (20:47):
Sad ass day, isn't it? I mean, honestly, it is.
Speaker 1 (20:52):
What do you think? You're a former New Yorker? Tell
me this is a disgrace. This is this, here's the truth.
Speaker 5 (20:56):
This is why everyone that I know that was good
and decent from New York is gone. New York is
a shithole. It's a dump. You go into that courthouse,
you would think, oh, it's New York City. By the way,
people maybe not familiar with this courthouse. Let me enlighten them,
because I am. You would think, oh, this is New
York and it's such a beautiful place. Well, you know,
(21:17):
John Lennon, you know New York is the is Rome itself, right, No,
in New York is a shithole.
Speaker 6 (21:23):
That courthouse smells like piss and mold.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
It does.
Speaker 6 (21:27):
People that know who've been there know what I'm talking about.
Speaker 5 (21:30):
You would expect a fat slob like Alvin Bragg to
be the head honcho over there.
Speaker 1 (21:34):
That's exactly what you would think.
Speaker 5 (21:36):
You know, it's a minute you get in and get
a whiff of body odor, piss and mildew, then that's
exactly what you would think. Shit slob who is ahead
of this district because it's a total dump. They don't
use their money for anything like that anymore. They you know,
they mismanaged the city. If it wasn't for the people
like the Trumps, the city would be an even bigger
(21:58):
ship hole than it is today. If it wasn't for
the Trumps, the Giuliani's, I mean, people don't know. I mean,
maybe they're not as old as me, you know, George
Pataki who had come in and like one out of
nowhere to because it was so bad. And then that followed,
obviously with Rudy getting the rains. After that, Mayor Dinkins
drove it into the ground. You couldn't even go to
(22:20):
the ATM at night time. I remember it like it
was yesterday. You couldn't go to the ATM at night.
Like my mother would not stop in an ATM. She'd say, oh,
you know, whatever, we forgot, it's too late now. You
couldn't forget about going to then ATM. You want to
go pick up the paper first thing in the morning,
in the wee hours of the morning, you're gonna get
jumped on the way to the damn paper. It was
(22:40):
a dump, Sean. They couldn't do anything right. They couldn't
even fix a friggin' roller rink? Are you kidding me?
Trump had come in and make that roller skating rink
what it was, and then, by the way, you just
freely handed over management of it when it was done.
But now again, by the way, look look what happens
when Trump gives them the rains to something that he
makes beautiful. They destroy it again, you know, so, I
(23:02):
mean it just it's perfect.
Speaker 1 (23:05):
It's so perfect.
Speaker 5 (23:06):
It really is so perfect to hold this kangaroo court
this it is a Soviet show trial. You really ran
down the litany of all the reasons why it is
you have Andrew Weisman basically having a wet dream on msnptback.
Of course, Andrew Weisman is going to be digusting over this, schmuck.
Andrew Weisman is one of the few people in the
history of federal prosecutions who's been unanimously rebuked by the
(23:30):
Supreme Court on a major landmark case.
Speaker 6 (23:32):
You know, I mean Arthur Anderson, who the hell cares
about them?
Speaker 1 (23:35):
Right?
Speaker 5 (23:35):
Thousands of jobs and families he destroyed with a BS
prosecution and by the time the Supreme Court reversed it
tried to make it all right, those lives were ruined.
Andrew Weisman is the king of ruining lives and ruining families. So,
I mean, he's done that more than you know porn
stars ever could Are you kidding me? He's got a
record on that, brother, are you kidding? And of course,
(23:57):
I mean again, it's also perfect that these are all
the people who are destroying our judicial system. Right before
three eyes Biden's gonna have a speech, Sean, if there's
a guilty verdict, what is going on here? The fear
is gonna come out and give his decree on the
guilty verdict?
Speaker 1 (24:14):
What are we doing?
Speaker 6 (24:15):
What is happening here?
Speaker 1 (24:17):
So two things you do not disappoint. You came on
the show and this is Savage Wednesdays for a reason, right,
But you come on the show and you use the
word and I quote shithole five times in your first segment.
So kudos to you. There has to be some sort
of new record for the show. Uh of course, you
own first place on that record. So well done.
Speaker 5 (24:38):
It's gonna be tough to be.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
But not for you. But the uh so so listen.
So the crazy thing about the Bide, Yeah, I was
talked about this on Jesse Kelly's show last night, that
he Biden has a speech, He's ready from the oval
planned the day that the jury issues the verdict, which
is absolutely crazy. And what I find so crazy even
(25:01):
just beyond that, is that Biden for months has been like,
we're not involved, we're not involved, we're not involved. And
yesterday he's out in front of the courtroom with Bobby
de Niro and lifts given press conferences from the same
podium that the Trump people have been So it's like,
how do you live in both worlds? Are you're given
a national address after the jury issued a verdict and
(25:22):
you're doing press conferences outside the trial or you're not involved.
It's almost like he's lying about everything that has been
involved from.
Speaker 5 (25:30):
The very beginning in our disgusting corrupt media.
Speaker 6 (25:33):
I mean, he gets away with it. Shame on Shannon Bream,
by the way, shame on you, Shannon Bream.
Speaker 5 (25:39):
There is zero chance that Shannon Bream does not know
the number three from the Justice Department. Biden's buddy and
ally decided to leave his prestigious position at Main Justice
to go and work for fat ass out and brag
in New York and a dump.
Speaker 6 (25:54):
Are you kidding me?
Speaker 1 (25:55):
Shame on her.
Speaker 5 (25:56):
I mean she can't possibly know, Sean that she's not lying,
like she's not that well.
Speaker 1 (26:01):
Here, let me give you some context for people. What
Rich is referring to is a is an interview that
just happened before the show between Alena Habbiba and Shannon
Breem where Shannon Breem was basically saying on Fox News, Wow,
the Baden administration is not attached to this. This is
a state prosecution, and she's like, Alena Habba was like, uh, seriously,
(26:26):
I know it.
Speaker 5 (26:26):
Took her a minute to like digest that she was
really trying to say that. Like, I mean, Sean, the
timing alone tells you that Biden's in on it. That's
number one. She Lena brought up the logs for the
White House, like, this is a revolving door with these
state prosecutors that are in that are behind all of
these prosecutions. What are they talking about, tea and crumpets?
(26:47):
All right? Are they talking about their their son's softball
game or something? Are you stupid, Shannon? And here's the thing,
She's not stupid. Her beat is the Supreme Court was
for years.
Speaker 6 (26:57):
That was her beat.
Speaker 1 (26:58):
She is not a dumb one.
Speaker 5 (27:00):
So don't tell me she doesn't know that. She just
looked in that ball face line to Fox News viewers,
you better dump Fox News. If you're still watching Boomer News,
you better dump it mediately right now. Go to the
podcast circuit and figure out real information and how to
get real information because Fox News is awful.
Speaker 6 (27:19):
Now they are awful.
Speaker 5 (27:22):
I'm sorry, I don't really care if I'm not invited
back on Fox Sean. Come on, there is no way
she doesn't know this. Mike Davis had found that connection
months and months ago. Shannon does watch all the podcasts,
She watches the mic.
Speaker 1 (27:37):
They all do.
Speaker 5 (27:38):
They're all jealous, little little they're all jealous little twits
who get paid by Pfizer to give people bullshit news
all day.
Speaker 6 (27:44):
All right, that's their jobs.
Speaker 5 (27:46):
When they want real information, they troll Steve Vannon and
they troll you, and they troll me, and they troll
everybody else on Twitter to see what an original thought
looks like, and an original reporting looks like. They have
no value in society any or at all whatsoever.
Speaker 1 (28:02):
So don't tell me she doesn't know this. This is known.
Speaker 5 (28:05):
This is known connection for for months months. I mean,
pretend like she doesn't is unbuilding.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
Actually, it's actually kind of the disgusting to pretend to
pretend that, I mean, because gross, bro, she's gross. To
do that is to allow this show trial to tap
in the first place.
Speaker 5 (28:24):
Credibility, Yes, absolutely one. What she did is foul. It's
it's it's soulless. It's disgusting. You're watching the end of
our legal system. Doesn't anybody under doesn't she understand that.
Didn't she go to law school or did she just
go to journalism school to figure out how to cover law?
Speaker 3 (28:43):
Like?
Speaker 5 (28:43):
What did she do with herself? You're watching the end
of it all, lady, and you parade your Twitter ass
in front of that camera and lie to the viewers
like that. We don't have time for these lies anymore, Sean.
The hour is late, it's not. We don't have time
to pretend, like you just said, like, pretend this is credible,
to lend this any kind of credibility, to call it
(29:06):
anything but what it is, which is the most dangerous
act we have ever seen, and we've seen some dangerous
ones in this country.
Speaker 6 (29:14):
This is the most dangerous act we have ever seen
by a political party.
Speaker 5 (29:18):
End of story. We don't decide leadership, We don't decide
our political differences in the jury box. We decided in
the ballad box in this country. That's what made us
different than everybody else. And they're taking that from us
right now. And her dumb ass goes on TV and
tries to cover for it.
Speaker 6 (29:37):
Shame on her.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
It's hard to see if they get away with this,
it really is. It's hard to see how America comes
back from this because tyrants don't use power like this
just once, not once in not once in the history
of the world. No as a tyrant ever stopped. And look,
the people in the chat agree with you. I mean
a couple things like got you know, Ultramga hardcore like
(30:02):
actually says a couple beers for Sean and Savage. Rich,
I actually agree with that. What do we got here?
Jay to coryuh and tat tone, thanks for the rumble
rant tips like you don't have to do that, but
one hundred percent of what you give goes right back
into the studio to give a better experience for all
of you. But folks in the chat agree completely Rich.
(30:24):
And so to your point about like tuning out of
traditional news organizations, I think people are in large numbers
they're I mean the numbers for a lot of these
news organizations. I mean, when you say boom or news,
it sounds like you're joking, but you're not. You're not.
There's actually numbers to back that up. That's the only people,
that's the only people who continue to watch that. And
(30:45):
and of course it's crazy again that Biden was trying
to have some impartiality or DJ I a day operate
without my guidance. Obviously, all that's complete bullshit, right, But
like now, Biden is all in on throwing what seems
to be to me my instinct is he's all in
(31:06):
on convicting him and throwing him in prison because I
think I get none. I think he knows that there's
no way he can win. Look, it is about to
be June, I know because I see like pre Pride
month stuff everywhere. So even if I wasn't paying attention
to my calendar, all the rainbow flags are a pretty
solid indication that June is on the way. But if
(31:29):
you're running a campaign, I've run two down by three
in July, real hard to turn around down by five,
like almost impossible. And then many many polls like as
Biden really on the brink of this being unsalvageable, which
is why you see a headline out of Politico yesterday
saying that Dems are basically in full blown panic over
(31:51):
what's going on with Biden. And that brings me to
this Virginia poll. And I'm sure you saw the New
York Post headline Trump Biden tied in deep blue Virginia.
President Biden and former President Donald Trump are dead, even
in the state of Virginia, which hasn't backed a Republican
for the White House in two decades. Each received forty
(32:11):
two percent from likely voters in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
And that's from Roanoke College's Institute for Policy and Opinion Research. Like,
I don't know about the poll. I don't know about
their methodology. All I know is that forty two forty
two in Virginia is significant. What do you think about this?
Speaker 5 (32:29):
Listen, I'm watching these people who you know, many of
them too, I used to once upon a time, respect
including one that's from Virginia and the University of Virginia,
the Center for Politics.
Speaker 6 (32:39):
They have an election forecast model over there. He has
totally lost his mind and he is.
Speaker 1 (32:44):
Just a yeah, Larry is He's gone. I used to
love the guy on O'Reilly way back in the day.
Speaker 5 (32:50):
Larry has lost his mind. He is totally broken. His
brain is broken. Trump has broke his brain like he
broke so many other brains. This is a coum to protel. Well,
Rono's not really a good poll. They mess it up
every year.
Speaker 1 (33:04):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (33:05):
Rono College had Biden fifty three, Trump forty two in
their final twenty twenty pole. I just went back and
looked at their entire season of polling. They always had
Biden winning that state anywhere between seven to twelve points,
and by the way, Biden won it by about ten,
a little over, you know, a little over ten.
Speaker 6 (33:25):
They were dead, almost dead on the money.
Speaker 5 (33:28):
And now we're just gonna pretend except for the fact
that they understated Trump support a little bit, you know.
Speaker 6 (33:33):
So you know, it's because they had him at like thirty.
Speaker 5 (33:36):
Eight percent for a really long time, and of course
that was kind of ludicrous.
Speaker 6 (33:39):
He was never going to get thirty eight percent, you know,
but that's where they ended up.
Speaker 5 (33:44):
So this copium, now, oh, it's just Rono College. It's
just Rono College. Okay, it's just right.
Speaker 6 (33:50):
It's a thirteen point swing in the same poll, but
it's just Roano College.
Speaker 5 (33:54):
Listen. Uh, he's in deep trouble and we just did
a poll. And I did this for locals. I added
on the head to head, I said that what I'll
pay for it myself.
Speaker 1 (34:04):
Yeah, hey, let's talk about that now. If you have
any way to control the screen, Yeah, you did a
national let me set it up you did a national
poll Trump versus Biden. I always tell people every chance
that I get, you're the best polster in the business.
You've got a new poll out right now. It's on locals,
just for supporters. So if you're not supporting Savage rich
on locals, go to People's Pundit, subscribe, follow them there,
(34:26):
get all the latest insights before anybody else. But you
got it here for the battle cru so like, have
at it, take it away.
Speaker 5 (34:34):
It looks like you do have to be like I
can add it. I think you have to approve putting
it on the screen, just click on it or something.
But yeah, even if it doesn't go up, if people
go to my locals, supporters can look at it now
because of course it's you know, for locals first we
do that. That's one of the benefits of signing up
for locals. Everyone will see it eventually, Sean. But we
did this poll with seventeen seventy six law center Rubber Barnes,
(34:58):
and we wanted to do a lot of medical freedom stuff,
a lot of farm freedoms, right these things Like Robert
has this idea when that's behind the seventeen seventy six
project that if you can get freedoms in these areas,
then you'll liberty is gonna survive because if you let
them have these these areas, then people don't understand how
(35:19):
important they are. Then they're gonna get you, and liberty
has no way to send up. Of course, that's food, financial, health, like,
there are certain freedoms you must have and keep, and
we wanted to know people's opinions on it, so we
for that though there was identifying like these voters that
would vote for Trump and or Kennedy, and then.
Speaker 1 (35:38):
What they have on the screen, what are people looking at?
Speaker 5 (35:41):
So what they're looking at is the graphic. The link
is the cross tabs, and if you're a locals person,
if you're on my locals page, you can click and
check out the crosstabs. I'll give you some numbers now
though from it, just so people get a good context.
But with leaners, because actually without leaners, without you know,
asking undecided, listen, you gotta give me an answer, who
wed you vote for?
Speaker 6 (36:00):
If the election was now and you had to make
a decision.
Speaker 5 (36:03):
Without leaners, Trump is actually up a little bit more
about three points. It's forty four to forty one. But
then when we lean them and we say, look, you
have to make a decision. Who's going to be This
is what we would this is what we come up
with here. It's fifty one point three for Trump, forty
eight point eight for Biden. And honestly, I'm going to
say a couple of things here as a caveat, Republicans
(36:23):
should not be leading in the popular vote in twenty
twenty four. This is an absolute disaster for Joe Biden.
Joe Biden needs about a four point lead to ensure
that he will win the electoral college because of the
overrepresentation of certain groups i e. The White working class
in the electoral college. And by the way, he just
got a little over four in twenty twenty and he
(36:44):
barely won the electoral college. So I'm not alone on
that assessment. Everyone who knows their stuff, you know, Sean,
the electoral college model is still a little over four points.
A Democrat needs a four point national win. So for
Biden to be down by two and a half points
nationally is a bloodbath for him. And that is Virginia
(37:07):
being very close it is. And a couple of things
I want to tell people from the cross tabs the
twenty twenty vote, which is and people lie, but it's
always a.
Speaker 6 (37:17):
Good indicator on whether your samples representative or not.
Speaker 5 (37:21):
How did you vote? Thinking back to the twenty twenty
presidential election, who did you vote for? From whom did
you vote? Joe Biden fifty point one? Donald Trump forty
six point three, Joe Jorgensen one point five? Someone else
a little over two points? Now? Why because there wasn't
someone else did not get and there were a litany
of others on different ballots, but they did not get
(37:43):
in total of two point two percent.
Speaker 1 (37:45):
Who are these people?
Speaker 5 (37:46):
These are the rest of Joe Biden's fifty one and
change share of the vote. Most of them are those
people who refuse to acknowledge that they voted for Joe Biden.
Why is that? This is what happens when the incumbent
is unpopular and they're basically ashamed of their vote. All Right,
I'm just gonna call it as it is, because that's
(38:06):
what it really is. These are people they're not telling,
they're not withholding that information because they don't want you
to know, or that is not the reason for this.
There's a lot of research on this. This is what
happens to an unpopular incumbent when people are ashamed of
them and have changed their minds. So now they're lying
and saying I voted for someone else, or some of
(38:26):
them are even said, well, I'm voted for Trump.
Speaker 6 (38:28):
You know you didn't.
Speaker 5 (38:29):
By the way, you know who's saying this a lot
Black Americans. So Trump's share of the African American vote
in this poll is about twenty two percent. Again, and
when we overlap those people, we know they didn't vote
for Trump in twenty twenty sean. We know they didn't.
Speaker 6 (38:47):
They just don't want to admit it.
Speaker 5 (38:49):
So now they're at a point where they're saying, you know,
I'm voting for Trump this time, and you know, I
think I voted for him last time, but no they didn't, right,
So but this is how people are. It's kind of
human nature. A little bit something else very interesting as
we asked people whether or not they would vote for somebody,
So would you ever vote for candidate ab cd?
Speaker 1 (39:10):
Right?
Speaker 6 (39:10):
The only person who is positive is Donald Trump.
Speaker 5 (39:14):
That's it. And you know with some of the third
party candidates that wouldn't be that much of a surprise.
But Joe Biden's negative, Like I will not vote for
you is above fifty percent, so he is in deep trouble.
Speaker 6 (39:29):
I mean, this is an incumbent president.
Speaker 5 (39:31):
This is also I have to say, because a lot
of these questions Robert and I have tracked for a
while in co projects we've done together.
Speaker 6 (39:38):
We've asked these questions before.
Speaker 5 (39:40):
We know what that looked like in twenty twenty Sean, okay,
we know what that looked like. Biden was a little over,
like he was about fifty two percent. Yes, I would
vote for Biden. He was at like forty percent, No,
I wouldn't. And the rest was I'm I'm sure Trump
was a little b was closer. He was like forty
seven percent. Yes I would, fifty percent No. I he
(40:00):
had very few unshores because he's Donald Trump and everyone
has an opinion about him. These were completely reversed, these numbers.
Joe Biden's in deep trouble. So this is again important
context though with the prior segment. This is why they're
willing to take it all away from us. And I
don't mean you know, an office or an election, folks,
(40:24):
these temporary things that change up in American.
Speaker 6 (40:26):
History if they get away with this. Because he knows
he's cooked.
Speaker 5 (40:31):
They know he's cooked. If they get away with this
and this works, then they have effectively rendered our ability
to choose our executive sovereign move. They will do whatever
it is in the future they need to do to
make sure that people will choose the one they want
to choose.
Speaker 6 (40:50):
That includes imprisoning them.
Speaker 5 (40:52):
So who the hell is going to run for office
that's good cut from any good cloth, that's gonna stand
up and say, you know what, I'll represent the little
guy who's gonna do that? If they get there, never,
it's gonna be a chill out. It's gonna be a
chilling factor. Nobody will step forward, John, Nobody. It's over.
Speaker 1 (41:09):
If they get away with this, it is over.
Speaker 5 (41:12):
I'm not being overly dramatic. I'm not overstating this. They
already proved with his first administration that when the administrative
state doesn't like your decision, boy, they'll do They'll do
a soft coup to.
Speaker 6 (41:26):
Make sure that they undo your decision.
Speaker 5 (41:28):
They'll engage in whatever they have to engage in Russia, hoaxes,
you name it, all right, they'll do it. Now, this
is a step even further, you know, I mean, this
is this is it there's nowhere.
Speaker 6 (41:40):
Else to step, folks, or else, there's nowhere else to go.
Speaker 5 (41:43):
They have taken this decision from you if they get
away with this.
Speaker 6 (41:47):
And by the way, this is why Donald Trump.
Speaker 5 (41:51):
This is almost the number one reason that people cite
when we ask people why they have changed their mind.
It's particularly non whites. I said this, and I had
a bunch of like privileged white people laugh at me
when I first said that this is going to make
him relatable to the black community many of the people
and they're like, look, that's a ridiculous assessment. Okay, how
many black friends do you have?
Speaker 1 (42:12):
Obviously this is the perfect This is the perfect segue.
I was just going to ask you about this because
it seems like all of the uh More legacy corporate
media like CNN are starting to catch on to what
you've been saying on the show for months that Trump
is going to have this election cycle historic levels of
(42:33):
black support. So listen to this segment on CNN. Let
me see if I can add it to the screen
for you to We can both watch at the same time.
But listen to this, and then I want your reaction.
Listening in the polling show us why the Biden campaign
is worried.
Speaker 5 (42:50):
Why are they worried?
Speaker 7 (42:51):
I mean, take a look at the numbers now and
compare it to where we were four years ago at
this particular point among Black voters, and we see a
clear decline in support. At this point, Joe Biden just
getting seventy percent of the black vote.
Speaker 1 (43:04):
Four years ago, at this point he was at eighty
one percent.
Speaker 7 (43:07):
Look at that doubling of support for Donald Trump from
ten percent up to twenty one percent, Boris Breonna. If
that held through the election, it would be the best
performance for Republican presidential candidate among Black voters in sixty
four years since Richard Nixon back in nineteen hundred and sixty. Now,
if you want to break down the Black electorate and
figure out where exactly is the declining support for Joe
(43:30):
Biden coming from, take a look at this age breakdown.
Speaker 1 (43:33):
Look here, if you look at.
Speaker 7 (43:35):
Those Black voters age fifteen and over, they're still overwhelmingly
supporting Joe Biden. Look at that eighty five percent to
eight percent.
Speaker 1 (43:42):
But look at.
Speaker 7 (43:43):
Black voters under the age of fifty. Donald Trump, in
a recent average of Pulse, is getting get this twenty
seven percent support from them, Joe Biden at just sixty
four percent. So you know we were talking about you
heard that interview. Can't treat black voters as a monolist.
This age breakdown shows it. It shows that younger black
voters are far less supportive of the president than older
(44:05):
black voters are.
Speaker 5 (44:06):
Yeah, that is huge that number there.
Speaker 6 (44:09):
What kind of impact are we talking about?
Speaker 5 (44:11):
What kind of impact does this have on the election? Harry?
Speaker 7 (44:14):
Yeah, you know, obviously those are national polls. But let's
say that we funneled this down to the state level. Right,
this declining level of support among black voters for Joe Biden,
what type of damage would that do to him in
the electoral college.
Speaker 1 (44:27):
Well, if you just took.
Speaker 7 (44:29):
That into account and you didn't shift any other voters,
take a look here in twenty twenty, based upon the
current apportionment, Joe Biden will win three hundred and three
electoral votes to Donald Trump's two hundred and thirty five.
But take into account that shift among black voters.
Speaker 1 (44:42):
Now, with just a.
Speaker 7 (44:43):
Shift among black voters, Donald Trump wins in the electoral
college two hundred and ninety one electoral votes to two
hundred and forty seven.
Speaker 1 (44:51):
So there, so, so Rich. So there's that. That was CNN,
and then I got like so part and parcel with that.
Let me add one more video. It's thirty seconds. Biden
over Memorial Day weekend, Okay, launches this ad in Georgia,
no press release, very little fanfare. It's crazy. But if
you want to get a sense of like what a
(45:14):
campaign really believes and where do they believe that they're hurting,
look how they spend their money, look at this ad
that they launched over Memorial Day in Georgia. Joe Biden
and I approved this message.
Speaker 2 (45:25):
Of course, I hate these people.
Speaker 3 (45:27):
Donald Trump disrespecting black folk is nothing new. He was
sued for refusing to run his apartments to black families
and call for the execution of five innocent black and
brown teenagers.
Speaker 5 (45:36):
And it's more than angle, it's hatred.
Speaker 3 (45:38):
It's why Trump stood with violent white supremacists, warned of
a bloodbad if he loses the next election, and if
he's president again, vow to be a dictator who wants
refinge on his enemies.
Speaker 1 (45:48):
Now who do you think that is? Of course, I
hate these people.
Speaker 5 (45:54):
Nothing that was said in that ad. This is a unique,
unique opportun t unity to point this out because normally
ads twist things, but they give some hints of truth
and then they like, you know, clutter it up with garbage. Right,
that's not true. This ad was one hundred percent bullshit,
(46:15):
one one hundred percent bullshit. Not a single thing was true.
The blood bath thing that's recent, we all know. We
don't need a memory lane for that. He was talking
about a blood bath of the auto workers in the industry,
the automobile industry, if Joe Biden had nothing to do
with Black people, and specifically unless they're auto workers and
they're gonna lose their job because Joe Biden sucks at
(46:37):
being a steward of the economy, all right. And then
the other thing was the very Fine people hoax, which
he launched his twenty twenty campaign video. The launch video
cited the very Fine people hoax, which maybe people believe
still somewhat back then, but they don't believe it now.
I mean, we've actually asked black voters about a lot
(46:58):
of these things, and you the age thing. Harry and
a few others are just now catching on. But Harry
has been a good apple this year. He has Harry Anton,
who was talking on CNN, he's been a good apple.
And just to stress what Harry was saying, that's just
the shift among black voters, So that would account for
nobody else is if Trump didn't do any better with
(47:19):
white voters, which it looks like he's going to do
a little bit better, not much, but a little bit better.
And then Hispanics, of course, which if they flex their
political muscles this time, can change the map. They don't
vote at rates that Blacks and Asians and whites do,
and that has really that has minimized the impact that
Hispanic voters could have on American elections. And we're all
(47:43):
kind of just sitting back waiting until the day that
they do finally flex those muscles and they get to
be there'll be more of a share of the electorate
than black voters are sean nationally. But give you some
numbers here on top of what Harry was just saying,
before we leaned people, Hispanics said they voted for Joe
Biden by basically the exact margin they voted for Joe
(48:04):
Biden in twenty twenty. So that was dead on. Like,
so there are some that are saying, you know, I
can't remember, and they're full of crap and We know
because if we take that percentage and put them to
Biden's margin, it's his exact margin. So we know this
is representative, is my point. Before we lean, then Biden
gets forty five percent. Trump gets forty seven, I mean
thirty seven. After we lean, however, Trump Biden is getting
(48:28):
only fifty five percent in Hispanic vote, and Trump is
getting forty five percent of this Hispanic vote. Folks, if
that holds, Cionara New Mexico, Like, I'm serious that New
Mexico's entire margin for Joe biden was Hispanic votes. The
rest they split down the middle, White voters, they split
(48:48):
down the middle. His entire margin came from the almost
thirty plus percent of Hispanics that make up that state
voting for Joe Biden. By the way, Trump even did
better with Hispanics in New Mexico.
Speaker 6 (49:00):
Than he did nationally.
Speaker 5 (49:02):
So if he did, you know, it's not a stretch
to say that if he gets forty five percent of
the national vote among Hispanics, he could get like forty
eight percent of the of the of the Hispanic vote
in New Mexico maybe a little. You know that that
is not a far fetched thing to assume. Like an
assumption to make. And then, of course I think this
time he's going to do better with white voters in
New Mexico more akin to what he did with Hillary Clinton,
(49:24):
and that would be it.
Speaker 6 (49:25):
That would be the ballgame. Like that's the math, Sean,
So to you.
Speaker 5 (49:29):
Know, he's given you that electoral vote count before you
take into account any of the other ships.
Speaker 6 (49:35):
You know, which of course puts him up in a
round three twelve.
Speaker 5 (49:38):
Because if he does that well with Hispanic voters, Arizona's
going to be like a five point win.
Speaker 6 (49:42):
Nevada's going to be like a five point win.
Speaker 5 (49:45):
It's going to be goodbye to all these electoral votes
that Joe Biden you know, secured in twenty twenty. They're
they're gone. They're gone. They just can't take losses like that.
So which brings us back.
Speaker 1 (49:56):
What are they going to do?
Speaker 5 (49:57):
We need a guilty verdict, We need to call him
a film in two million, three hundred thousand times before November.
I mean, you know you're gonna hear it every day.
Did you see the verdict? Watch hours minutes out deliberating.
CNN had that ticker up there like we're back in
the Iraq war watching the body count clock, do you
(50:18):
remember that these people are just they are disgusting, you know,
they we will do anything for ratings, and so Fiser
gives them more money to stay on the air. They're
disgusting people.
Speaker 6 (50:31):
And by the way, wait until people see.
Speaker 5 (50:33):
The results of that. And there's a lot of stuff
we went over on what are the odds of the
show Barnes and I did yesterday. But man, that Sean,
that's a whole other conversation, a whole other conversation. I mean,
I never thought I would see numbers. We ask people
if they know somebody personally or they themselves had been
adversely impacted severely from the vaccine, such as injury, in
(50:58):
injury or death. The numbers are are unbelievably high. You
would never see this for another vaccine. You would never
see this for another like a flu shot. These numbers
are huge. And guess who specifically said that they were
injured the most younger, non white people. So you know
how much of that gets all wrapped into this, You know,
(51:20):
I don't know, but I think it adds to the
general sense that there's like a ruling class out there
that shits on them. And now they're shitting on Donald Trump,
so they they relate to him over it.
Speaker 6 (51:30):
You know, that's really what it comes down to.
Speaker 1 (51:32):
I agree. And so you know, Kamala Harris, like Biden
and Kamala or in Pennsylvania today on my stomping ground
and Joe Biden has given a speech in Philadelphia. And
I'm not even exaggerating. This dude is such a clown,
this animated corpse is I mean, Democrats are freaking out.
There was again, don't trust me, Like go look, I
talked about it on Jesse Kelly's show last night, but
(51:54):
this is from Politico. There's a like there are five
I say, We've been saying it for months, but there's
a five alarm fire on the scenes in the Democrat Party.
But listen to Biden talking about Kamala Harris in Pennsylvania
basically bragging, seriously rich, basically bragging about how she's a
DEI higher listen to listen to this. To me, the
(52:15):
value of.
Speaker 8 (52:15):
Diversity, equality inclusion are literally, and that's not kidding, the
core strench of America. That's why I'm proud to have
the most diverse administration history that taps into the full
talents of our country and starts at the top of
the vice president.
Speaker 6 (52:36):
This guy is really tarted. He is gone.
Speaker 5 (52:40):
I'm sorry he is. And that's an insult to people
who are mentally challenged.
Speaker 6 (52:44):
This guy is gone.
Speaker 5 (52:46):
I mean, how could we even listen to this anymore?
How can we even listen to this? And then on
top of it, you have this like completely his mind
is melted. He is a geriatric and he's trying to
put his political opponent who's not behind.
Speaker 6 (53:04):
Bars, Like, what have we become?
Speaker 5 (53:06):
What have we become?
Speaker 6 (53:08):
Sean?
Speaker 5 (53:08):
This is embarrassing, This is a This is all around
the world. They're laughing at us, all around the world,
and we picked this guy?
Speaker 6 (53:17):
Are you kidding me? And first of all, you know
how I feel about that.
Speaker 5 (53:20):
But you know, he's here, he's there, he's serving, he's
the president, you know, And this is just an absolute embarrassment.
And I'm all for tapping into all the talents of
the American the American population as well, but that doesn't
mean giving somebody a job simply because of the color
of their skin. That's not what equality looks like to me, right,
(53:42):
Equality looks like you give everybody an equal chance to
get to the same place without restrictions or without privileges,
and that's what everything they live by and is afforded
to them.
Speaker 1 (53:53):
Right.
Speaker 5 (53:53):
So I don't know who they're lecturing, but giving somebody
a job basically because of the color of their skin
is a bad idea, brother. I mean, that's why we
now have a total idiot as a vice president, you know.
And I'm sick of hearing anyway that she's the first
African American vice president.
Speaker 6 (54:09):
She's not, dude, She's Jamaican, an Indian. Bro, What the
or are you talking about? Like we're just making this
crap up, you know.
Speaker 5 (54:16):
And it's such a shame because I remember first uh
they were first elected. You know, I got kids. So
you have like Nickelodeon and Disney like cheerleading, like this
is how you know you want your daughter to aspire
to be Kamala Harris. Excuse me.
Speaker 1 (54:29):
I do not want my.
Speaker 5 (54:30):
Daughter rising the ranks of whatever it is that she
intends to do by earning the nickname. Heals up Harris.
All right, she is not somebody that I am going
to tell my daughter is a role model and needs
to aspire to become. All right, my daughter is not
going to be you know what, and with Willie Brown's
to try to get to the top of the ladder.
Do give me a break, no way. You know, she's perfect.
(54:53):
She's a little petty tyrant herself. That's how she ran
that office in California.
Speaker 1 (54:57):
She is.
Speaker 5 (54:58):
She throws she her political her political opponents in jail
every chance she got, every time the archdiocese or somebody
gave her a check to look the other way from
the dirty little dealings that.
Speaker 6 (55:08):
They had in that church.
Speaker 5 (55:10):
I mean, she's disgusting, perfect though, perfect for being the
number two who's who's who's watching?
Speaker 7 (55:15):
Uh?
Speaker 5 (55:16):
Who's watching at causing not watching, causing the collapse of
justice and fairness in this country, I mean, and to
the end of self governance as we know it. I'm
telling you I really don't think I'm being hyperbolic here, Sean,
I really don't think.
Speaker 1 (55:31):
That at all either. Rich You were on point this
entire show, very very much in rare form, my friend.
Very well done. Uh tell us how we can find you,
how we can support you?
Speaker 5 (55:43):
Uh, let us know, Yeah, best play Shawn is on
locals People's pundit dot locals dot com, and the show's
up there. The show's on Rumble two as well. But
this is you're gonna find all that stuff when you
get there anyway, So that's the best spot. People's pundit
dot locals dot com.
Speaker 1 (55:58):
Awesome, Rich, Have a great rest of the week, my friend,
and we'll see you next week. Brother. See yeah, you too.
Speaker 5 (56:03):
Say a prayer to night, folks. Say a prayer. It's important,
that's exactly right.
Speaker 1 (56:07):
Say a prayer. Indeed, see you Rich, See you next time. Brother. Okay,
before we sign off today, I gotta tell you. Justice
Alito came through in the clutch. He is holding strong.
He delivered a letter to Senators Durbin and White House.
These two disgusting Democrat senators were demanding that he recused
(56:28):
himself from the all basically all Trump trials, the Trump
Jay sixth case over the upside down flag hit his
wife flew outside their house because of a dispute with
a neighbor. Yes you heard that right. These disgusting commie
mouth breathing hack Democrats wanted Justice Alito, demanded Justice Alito recuse,
(56:49):
and they ran to the Chief Justice to try to
get Chief Justice Roberts to bully him to do it.
But even that doesn't matter. Because the rules are a
justice himself determines whether or not he or she should so.
Justice a leader responded with an awesome letter. Go find
it on Google or on act. You can read the
whole letter yourself. But it's it's really, really solid. It's
(57:11):
worth your time. It would only take you a couple
of minutes. But the whole reason why I'm saying this
is that no sooner than just says Justice Alito, say
you know, screw you, I ain't going anywhere, Because basically
his point was, no reasonable person on the face of
the planet would think flying an upside down flag during
a neighborly dispute, or flying a flag that is deeply
(57:32):
rooted in patriotic American history makes me unqualified to sit
on the bench. He actually said that, in kudos to him,
But listen to what the morons on the view said,
along with John Grisham.
Speaker 5 (57:43):
Listen, there's some scandals playing in the Supreme Court. Do
you have any thoughts on that? And you want you
write a book or make a movie out of that.
Speaker 9 (57:50):
I wrote a great book called The Pelican Brief, Yeah,
in which two Supreme Court justices were assassinated, And I've
thought about doing it again.
Speaker 1 (58:06):
No, no, no, no, right.
Speaker 2 (58:08):
Writing part two.
Speaker 5 (58:09):
He's talking about writing.
Speaker 1 (58:11):
Parts all all fiction. It's all fiction. It's all fiction.
It's just fiction. It's made up stories.
Speaker 9 (58:19):
The Court has never looked as bad, no my lifetime. Uh,
some of the rulings, the ethical challenges.
Speaker 1 (58:30):
In the same breath, Grisham jokes about the assassination of
Supreme Court justices in his fiction books, makes a reference
to the Court as it stands today, and then says, oh,
it's never been The Court has never looked this bad, folks.
Democrats amount to an existential threat to this country. So
(58:55):
we cannot stop working. Be happy warriors, keep the faith,
take action in your communities. But every single day you
should ask yourself what have you done to save the
country today. I know I ask myself that same question
every single day, and you should too. So before we
