Speaker 1 (00:03):
Warning you're about to enter the arena and join the
battle to save America with your host Sean Carnell. A
verdict is in in the Trump Soviet style sham trial
in New York City. And to be clear, let me

(00:26):
just tell you America, a verdict means at least Look,
I'm no lawyer, but a verdict means either guilty or
not guilty. So a hung jury, which I believe is
the best Trump could have hoped for, is out. I
suppose we could all pray that a jury comes to

(00:48):
its senses and it quits. But in a state like
New York, in a city like New York City, it's
hard to see how that will happen. But in the
meantime we will pray. I've got Commander Melanie watching the news,

(01:08):
and she's going to bring me the news of the verdict,
positive or negative, guilty or not guilty the moment it happens,
so we can discuss it and bring it directly to you.
But I want to reiterate something to all of you folks, Okay,
and this is something I want you to keep in
the back of your mind. And I mean it when

(01:29):
I say it that I hope truly that I'm wrong
about all of this. I really truly do. I want
to be wrong. But this is a show trial. We've
been saying that this is a show trial, and the Democrats,
along with the media, along with the deep state, have

(01:50):
gone out of their way to stack the deck against
Trump just to get a conviction in an election year.
So if this is there's the show trial, then we
must also recognize that show trials have predetermined outcomes. So

(02:11):
if the worst happens and Trump is found guilty, which
I believe he will be, don't lose hope. Okay, don't
lose hope. And we'll discuss it more when we have
more clarity. So I don't want to get too far
into this now until we know, but I'll give you

(02:31):
my thoughts the moment that we do know something something
else that's really concerning, and I guess actually, let me
welcome you all, patriots from sea to shining Sea and
everybody in between. Welcome. I am. Regardless of the verdict,
I guarantee you all you will remember exactly where you

(02:54):
were when the jury issues this verdict. This is going
to be something that you will remember for the rest
of your natural lives. Because it's never happened before in
American history. And something else that I saw breaking news
just before the show is that while we are in
the process of throwing the presumptive Republican nominee and the

(03:19):
front runner and a former president of the United States
in jail, trying to throw him in jail for the
rest of his life, Biden quietly gave Ukraine the green
light to strike inside Russia with American weapons. Terrible, folks,
that is not that is not good news. This is

(03:41):
an unbelievable escalation. And when you combine that with the
fact that now French advisors are on the ground in
Ukraine teaching and training the Ukrainian military, I'll tell you
what not good. What happens if NATO troops get hit.
It means that NATO and all of her allies have
an obligation to respond in kind, which would be tantamount

(04:04):
to a major and I do mean major escalation in
the war in Ukraine. And beyond all that, I'll tell
you this, the Democrats are in huge and I do
mean huge trouble. So the title of this episode is appropriate,
and it's the Deep State versus we the people, because

(04:26):
that's exactly what is happening. We're going to get into
that and so much more on Battleground Live. We're gonna
talk about how the deep state came to be the
basis for the deep state, how America can't survive with
the deep state existing as it does. Soviet style show
trials like the one that they're putting Donald Trump through
right now should not be analyzed. They should not be analyzed.

(04:49):
They should be not not be treated as if there
are anything other than illegitimate. They should be condemned in
the strongest possible terms, and the media should be ashamed
of themselves for giving this trial any more credibility than
it deserves. It's a sham, new Democrat hoax set in
motion that oh, by the way, it was set in
motion on the exact same the exact same time that

(05:12):
the jury started deliberations in this case. Okay, Commander Melanie
has just walked into the room. What do we have here?
Count one, two, and three for President Trump guilty? What
else do we know? There's so the count one, two,

(05:36):
and three are all felonies. Four is guilty. We're telling
you this stuff in real time, folks. Five guilty, So
so far he's found guilty on all five counts, six guilty,
seven guilty. This is an effing disgrace. Eight guilty. How
do you how what are we looking at on this?

(05:57):
Nine guilty? Tank guilty, ten guilty. Yeah. So, you see, folks,
there's absolutely there's absolutely no reason to be surprised by
any of this. It looks like they found now they're

(06:22):
saying every all the counts, all the way up through
twenty seven are guilty. There are twenty seven counts, thirty
one guilty. Now let's just convict him to a thousand
years in prison, because that's essentially what's happening right now.
So Trump was found guilty on all thirty four counts.

(06:43):
As if this trial could be any more than an
effing joke than it is. And this is by the
way of a jury of his peers. What an effing
disgrace to America. I'm you know, I'm not surprised, but
I'm gonna tell you this, folks, this. I don't know
how America survives this, but I know that we will.

(07:08):
And I'm asking you all to keep the faith. You
should be outraged. You should be outraged. And I harken
back to a lesson that I learned in Ranger school.
And I'm shooting from the hip, not even going from
the show notes. But I've got this here sitting right
on my desk because I was looking through some of
my military records. This is from Ranger Joe's. This is
my one of the very first Ranger tabs I've got.

(07:30):
You can see it's all wrinkled and battered and bruised,
digging through stuff. And the March of unknown distance where
the Ranger instructors tell you just get on the path
in march. You don't know how. They kind of set
the tone that the march will be a certain distance.
So the Ranger candidates get it in their mind that hey,

(07:51):
this march is going to be ten miles or twelve miles,
and they tell themselves over and over and over again,
all I gotta do is go ten miles. Then the
Ranger instructors gets you out there on the path and
they just march you into the ground. Ten miles comes
and goes, twelve miles come and go, and all of
a sudden, everybody that had it in their mind that
the march would only be ten or twelve miles immediately

(08:13):
start falling. Out, you see, because they have it in
their mind that they only had to go so far
and then quit. I need you all to be in
the right mindset here, and that is there is no
end to what we're seeing now. You just keep marching.
The mission, folks, is to save this country. You understand.

(08:36):
There is no other option. Failure is also not an option.
There is nowhere else to go. America is the brightest
beacon of freedom the world has ever known, or at
least it used to be. We all still believe that.
And as long as there are Americans who live in
this country, and the last I checked in twenty twenty

(08:59):
there were seventy five million of us and in twenty
twenty four there'll be a hell of a lot more
than that. As long as there are people in this
country that believe what you and I believe, then there's hope.
And that means for you put one foot in front
of the other, you march, and it doesn't matter how

(09:22):
long that march takes. You march until the job is done.
And the mission, folks, is saving this country. You know,
it's interesting. I'm just jumping around the show today and
we'll get into the history of the deep state here
in a second, but there is a hoax that was launched,

(09:46):
a Democrat hoax that they launched at the moment, and
I do mean the moment the jury started deliberations. So
first of all, check this out. This is the Biden
Harris campaign apparently, who has been the architect of all
the Trump law fair out there. Seriously, almost every case
that you see. Norm Eisen, this Democrat loser hack has

(10:10):
been involved in all of them. He puts out today
early in the morning from Slate. He says, breaking reporting.
There is another tape like Access Hollywood, but this time
Trump is using the N word. Per The Apprentice producer
Bill Pruitt. In two thousand and four, Trump asked contestant
Kwame Jackson, would America buy a you know what? Winning? So,

(10:35):
of course, by the way, no one has seen or
heard this recording. The Trump campaign is saying, of course,
this is another ridiculous hoax. It never happened. Here's what
the Biden Harris campaign said, because remember this hoax was
put out there and piped into everybody's phone the moment

(10:56):
that the jury started deliberating. The Biden Harris campaign said,
no one is surprised that Donald Trump entered public life
by falsely accusing black men of murder and entered political
life spreading lives about the first black president reportedly used
the N word to casually denigrate a successful black man.
Anyone notice a pattern? Donald exactly who black voters know

(11:17):
him to be. A textbook racist who deserves the attacks
and black community attacks from the black and attacks the
black community every chance he gets. The most ignorant man
to ever run for president. It's why Black voters kicked
him out of the White House in twenty twenty, and
it's why they'll make him a loser a second time
this November. So all this happened, right and I want

(11:40):
you to I want you to look at this. You
see this right here. I don't know if you can
see it, but what I was showing you was a
video of just scrolling, a scrolling across a screen with

(12:04):
nothing but every single media outlet in the country, every
media outlet in the country basically saying that Trump used
the N word based on a video that no one
has seen and no one has heard. And oh, by

(12:25):
the way, all of those headlines the moment that they
opened that these jurors open their search engine have nothing.
They could just see it right up there, every single one.
So if this wasn't such an outrage, and this wasn't
hearkening the end of what I believe is America as
we know it, because the fact of the matter is this,

(12:47):
it's almost impossible to come back from this. Republicans are
going to have to seriously dial back the deep state
in order to save America from all of this. And
the frankly, folks, I don't have a lot of faith
in the Republican Party because where the hell have they been? Yeah,
a couple of them showed up at the trial with Trump.
But where's the House Judiciary Committee investigating Mershawn? Where's Speaker

(13:10):
Johnson defunding all of these illicit prosecutions and threatening to
withhold federal funding from the City of New York unless
Alvin Bragg gets his house in order. Where's Mitch McConnell
and his microphone? Where's soon? Where are the Republicans in
the United States Senate, except for, of course, Josh Holly
and jd Vance. Where are you? Our republic is crumbling

(13:31):
around us while you send strongly worded letters. It's sickening.
And so if you're just joining US Trump found guilty
on all a million counts in New York. He shouldn't
be surprised by any of this. It's a show trial,
and show trials have predetermined outcomes. But I want to

(13:54):
dive into the core of the show. So bear with
me here because it ties into exactly what we're talking about,
and that is Republicans in the need to dismantle the
deep state. And we expect the US House of Representatives
and Republicans in the House and Republicans in the Senate
to rise up and do something about this. Will They
probably not, and you're about to learn why. So let's

(14:19):
dive into something that I think is often misunderstood across
all the political spectrum. I mean, I'm talking specifically as Democrats,
Republican normies right like us. If you're a liberal or
you're in the media, this something, it's very existence is
denied altogether. The tangled web of power in the United

(14:42):
States federal government is what I'm talking about. And I'm
not necessarily again talking about our elected officials the House,
the Senate, although certainly they're certainly a part of the
federal government. But in today's day and age, and you're
certainly seeing this now in the wake of the Trump trial,
where Republicans have completely been miia. In today's day and age,

(15:04):
our elected officials have almost a ceremonial role now, they
have very little power. But the cabal that I'm talking about,
that's something that is often misunderstood, is the deep state.
And I will tell you this, folks, there is a
historical context. Maybe context is the wrong word. There is

(15:29):
history behind how the deep state was created. It's crucial.
So let me break it down for you. The United
States Constitution, and we've talked about this on the show,
but the United States Constitution was designed to limit federal
power relative to the states and the people. Remember that

(15:50):
the Constitution is a contract between the people of America
and our government, and that contract was intended to limit
the size and scope of the federal government. You remember
we talked about this, Congress makes the laws, the President
enforces the laws. That's the basic idea, and that's exactly

(16:13):
what our founders intended. You see early federal agencies like say,
for example, the War Department, they existed or they existed
because they were directly tied, let's say, to the president's
clearly defined constitutional power. So just go with me here. Okay,

(16:36):
I'm telling you how the deep state was created if
you're just joining us. But all of these departments, like
the War Department, they were all tethered directly to clearly
defined constitutional powers that the president had. Things started shifting
in eighteen eighty seven with the creation of the Interstate
Commerce Commission. You probably are wondering, like, well, how does

(16:57):
that tie into everything? Well, I'm going to tell you.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
So.

Speaker 1 (17:00):
This is a pivotal moment when our Congress, the Senate
in the House, began transferring some of its lawmaking responsibilities
to federal agencies. Over the years, and especially under radical
early progressive presidents like Woodrow Wilson and Fdr and even

(17:20):
Richard Nixon got in on the party a little bit.
This trend of transferring lawmaking responsibilities accelerated, and new agencies
propped up everywhere, and more lawmaking authority was handed over
to the executive branch, which expanded presidential power far beyond

(17:41):
its original constitutional limits intended by or founding fathers. So
you see, Congress discards their lawmaking abilities and responsibilities to
federal agencies. Those federal agencies report directly to the executive branch.
It's not hard to see how a president that is

(18:02):
willing to abuse his or her power could then use
the office of the executive branch and use the weight
in the power of the federal government to destroy political enemies.
And over time even judicial powers were absorbed by the
executive branch. In many ways, agencies ended up. All of

(18:24):
these federal agencies that blossomed up everywhere set up their
own courts to handle disputes and enforce the laws that
they themselves created, and not our Congress, who we the
people elect. So that brings us to the here and now.
A federal government which is totally dominated by unelected, life tenured,

(18:50):
unaccountable bureaucrats who primarily focus on the growth and the
protection of their own agencies. Unfamiliar. Do you remember what
I told you about the primary function of a bureaucracy.
Bureaucracies first and foremost protect themselves. The example that I

(19:14):
like to use is the secret weight list at the VA.
Veterans were dying on the secret weight list at a
Department of Veterans' Affairs. The VA was putting out, Oh,
things are just fine, Things are wonderful, Things are working
exactly like they should Meanwhile, they had a secret weight
list while veterans died. The only reason that got out

(19:35):
is because patriotic veterans worked to expose it and whistleblowers
came forward. Otherwise, the va it's function would have been
to protect itself. The American people would have never known
the truth. So now enter Donald Trump. Now, since twenty sixteen,

(19:58):
this man has made more people lose their mind to
where now Trump derangement syndrome should if it should, actually
be a mental disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual
of Mental Disorders. People that were once respected Conservatives, people

(20:19):
that worked for the National Review, people like Bill Crystal,
people that made their living selling their stuff to people
like us, totally lost their minds because Donald Trump simply
thought outside of the box. Donald Trump asked questions. Donald
Trump spoke truth to power. He questioned the very federal

(20:44):
agencies that have existed and been running our country forever
since eighteen eighty seven, since the creation of the Interstate
Commerce Commission. And when you hit the government, the government
hits back. The deep state hits back. These big, bloated

(21:05):
bureaucracies don't want to give up their power. Remember their
first and foremost responsibility is what to protect themselves. So
here we have Donald Trump, who's running for president. Here
we have Donald Trump, who is running away with it
right now, despite relentless and withering persecution from the deep state,

(21:27):
the Democrats, and the media, despite being convicted on a
million counts in a New York City state trial room
with a bastard communist judge. Donald Trump looks like he's
running away with this thing, and that just ain't gonna
fly for the deep state, You understand that, right. So

(21:50):
I'm getting word now that sentencing will be held on
July eleventh, and he's released until Donald Trump is released
until July eleventh. On his own recognissance, absolutely absurd sentence
is found on a million counts, guilty the rest of
his life in prison for a bullshit crime that never

(22:11):
a bullshit alleged crime, a non crime. Even CNN acknowledges
that this case would not have been brought against anybody
else whose name was not Trump. Statute of limitations long expired, sloppy,
Alvin Bragg, and all these communist acts, they're the ones
that belong in jail. Mershan, his daughter, who's enriching the

(22:31):
Mershon family off of this every one of these people
belongs in jail, and Folks, this ties in exactly to
what I'm talking about. Because this trial in New York,
this trial in Georgia, this trial in Washington, d C.
This trial in Floyda, They're all tied together. They have
the deep state intelligence communities finger prints all over them.
Every one of these state level prosecutors have all met

(22:55):
with the Biden White House, have all met with the
Biden Department of Justice, have all met with mayor. They
have carefully constructed this law fair campaign against President Trump.
So here you have Donald Trump on the political scene.
He pushes the deep state so much so that Chuck

(23:16):
Schumer comes out and says, oh, have you pushed the
intelligence community? Have six ways from Sunday at getting back
at you. He told us the Democrats told us years
ago exactly what they were going to do. So here

(23:37):
you have Trump, a target of the deep state. Here
you have Trump. He wants to dismantle this extra constitutional
power structure that has been running our nation unchecked since
at least JFK was assassinated. His goal. Trump's goal is

(24:03):
to strip power from the executive branch, which he himself
would lead and return it to the rightful constitutional authorities.
So what I'm telling you, folks, is that Donald Trump

(24:25):
wants to reduce executive power. He wants to strip the president,
the office of the President, from having the power that
it does. And that, folks, right there is what really

(24:45):
alarms his opponents in the Deep State. And that, folks,
right there is why Democrats and the media and the
deep date are pushing this. Trump is hitler. Trump is

(25:05):
a dictator. Trump is destroying democracy. And that's why they
call him a dictator because they know in their heart
of hearts that they themselves are many tyrants using the
Deep State and the power of the federal government to
crush us. But think about this, folks, as you contemplate
Trump being guilty on a million charges. No, by the way,

(25:28):
Trump is released on his own recognizance until July eleventh.
What happens July fifteenth, other than my birthday? What happens
July fifteenth? Folks? Do you know the Republican National Convention?
This is all scripted, predetermined outcome. But I want you

(25:50):
to reflect on this tonight, folks. I want you to
think about this. Donald Trump would be the first quote
dictator in history whose main objective is to reduce his
own power and strengthen our republic. And that's why they're

(26:12):
doing to Donald Trump what they're doing. Listen, folks, there
is and this is not hyperbole, there is no pathway
forward for our nation without a Congress and a president
who are laser focused on dismantling the deep State. None,

(26:38):
no path whatsoever. The deep State has always been there.
They used to work more effectively in the background. They
really showed their hand when Trump came down that golden escalator,
didn't they. But until then barely a whisper really heard
from them. But today that is not the case. You

(27:01):
see the end result of their work in this verdict
in New York City. Folks, my fellow patriots. The deep State,
they are brazen with their attempts to thwart the will
of the American people. And do not mistake this for

(27:26):
anything else, because that's exactly what they're doing. It's not
about keeping us safe or fighting fighting terrorism, nothing like that.
It's about stealing your sovereignty. It's about removing our choice.

(27:48):
It's about election interference. This law fair. Don't think for
a second that it's that the deep State is not
behind it. It's just another way for them to accomplish
their mission. And I'm telling you the media. I mean, look,
even conservative media has disappointed me because to treat this

(28:14):
Soviet style sham trial as if it were anything but
a sham trial does real damage to our justice system
in our nation. Although again it's the Democrats and the
deep state who have caused this lack of trust in

(28:35):
our institutions, there's no question about it. But what this
country desperately needs is a media not just towing the
line and going along along with it as if this
is somehow normal. It's not normal. It's the opposite of normal.
It's abnormal, it's Unamerican. Do you remember that video that

(28:58):
Rich Baress and I talked about yesterday. He was very
riled up about it, and rightfully so, about Shannon Bream
on Fox News and Elena Habba talking about the Trump
trial and Shannon Bream daring to say that Biden had
nothing to do with it. Listen, here's the sound. Listen.

Speaker 3 (29:20):
But the Biden administration is not responsible for this trial.
How can you say the Biden administration is not. It's
a state, it's a state trials, It's Alvin Bragg.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
What do you think there's a political motive for him.

Speaker 4 (29:29):
It's not connected to the DOJ.

Speaker 3 (29:30):
I mean, Shannon, the Fed's passed on these election charges. Shannon,
you should look at how many logs they have of
state officials, Letitia James, Fanny Willis visiting the White House,
and then tell me that this is not a Biden trial.
I don't BET's pass on this case is the point.
I'm right, The Feds pass on this case. Also, DA
sie Vance passed on this case.

Speaker 1 (29:50):
And here's ago, and then it came back and Brad.

Speaker 3 (29:52):
Passed on this case. You know when it came back
when he decided to run for office. So tell me
how that's not an indication that Joe Biden, who just
sent his camp pain down here with Robert de Niro yesterday,
isn't a part of this. Frankly, any question that we
had of that was squashed yesterday. And if you have
even more concerns about whether he's involved in this, look
at the fact that he is publicizing, literally publicizing for

(30:14):
tonight to have a speech. If a verdict comes out,
that's a sad state of affairs. Meanwhile, our country is
falling apart.

Speaker 4 (30:21):
He's got.

Speaker 1 (30:23):
So there you have it. You know, to Alena's point,
Biden used to say that they weren't responsible, the DJ
was just impartial. Now they're doing pressers at the trial,
and you see the only card that they have left
to play is to convict Trump and then push non
stop hoaxes, NonStop hooxes. Even the Biden campaign was even

(30:46):
confronted about their event at this Soviet style sham stuff
of Trump, this sham New York trial where Trump was
just sentenced to a million years in prison. The Biden
campaign again, think about this for almost six months, we
have nothing to do with it. DOJ's independent. But meanwhile,

(31:09):
because Trump's kicking our ass, I guess we'll go down
there and do a presser right outside the courtroom. Like
listen to the even morning Joe is asking questions about this.

Speaker 5 (31:18):
Listen, Michael, I get everything you're saying, and I agree
with the officers who showed up and with Robert de Niro,
but I'm just curious about the location. Last week, when
the members of Congress showed up to support Donald Trump,
I called it, I'm becoming of the office. They're serving
the people of their district, American citizens, and not supposed

(31:41):
to politicize a court proceeding, and I'm just I feel the
same way about the campaign. Is there any concern about
the campaign getting a little bit too close to these
court proceedings and could that backfire? Any concerns looking back?
Was it a good decision?

Speaker 6 (31:59):
No, there's no concerning This campaign is not speaking about
the substance of the trial in any way, shape or form.
What we are talking about, what we talked about yesterday
and what will continue to talk about, is the unique
threat that Donald Trump poses to our democracy. And so
a lot of the coverages of late has been focused
on the stakes for him, but we're making sure that
the American people understand the stakes for them, and that's

(32:21):
Donald Trump's potential rise to power if he's able to
win this election. This campaign is making sure that he
does not. That's why we are engaged and focused on
highlighting the stakes, highlighting what he's attempting to do if
he's able to regain power, but also highlighting the president's
historic record of accomplishment, the positive things that he has
done day in and day out for working people across

(32:42):
this country. That's what we're doing today in Philadelphia with
the Launcho of Black voters for Biden. And that's what
we'll do day in and day out, making sure that
people understand Joe Biden's positive work.

Speaker 1 (32:53):
So there you have it. You hear him. Go there
the unique threat that Donald Trump poses to democraus again. Democracy,
We don't live in a democracy. Democracy suck. Democracies are dangerous.
Democracy are two wolves and a sheep voting on what
they want to eat for dinner. Democracy is a terrible,

(33:14):
terrible thing. We live in a constitutional republic. Meanwhile, you
have these assholes out there trying to lock Trump up
for the rest of his life. Just convicted him on
a million counts of based on nothing in New York,
felonies in New York. And you have Biden out there
acting like an actual dictator. Listen to this. Biden in Pennsylvania.

Speaker 7 (33:38):
Lock me from re leaving student dead, but they didn't
stop me so far.

Speaker 1 (33:43):
I relieve student.

Speaker 7 (33:44):
Definitely.

Speaker 3 (33:45):
Five million Americans, a significant number of black.

Speaker 1 (33:49):
Borrowers, so you can chase.

Speaker 8 (33:52):
Your dreams, start a family, buy your first time, start
a business, and so much more.

Speaker 1 (33:59):
Can you imagine Can you imagine the media and the
Democrats out if Trump ever said, oh the hell with
the Supreme Court. I'm just gonna do what they want. Yeah,
they blocked me, but screw them. You have Biden trying
to put his opponent in jail. You have Biden skirting
around the Supreme Court. You have Democrat senators trying to

(34:19):
pressure Supreme Court justices to recuse so they could put
more of us in prison. Wrap your head around that.
They want Aledo and they want Clarence Thomas to recuse
from cases in the United States Supreme Court. Why so
that these communist thugs can use fifteen twelve C to
enhance a hell of a lot more patriots sentences and

(34:40):
put them in put him in jail for twenty years.
But keep that video in the back of your mind
because it comes into the play later in the show.
But that leads me back to where the Democrats are
at this moment. Political headline Dems in full blown freak
out over Biden, And they should be in a full
blown freak out over Biden, because that man is a

(35:02):
disgusting authoritarian that craps his pants in front of world
leaders and can barely string together o coherent sentence and
Trump at a prince conference right now, they should be
afraid of Trump because as of right now, Trump is
on pace two win in a landslide. There's something too
too big to rig. Trust me when I tell you

(35:23):
that there is something too too big to rig. I
don't know what the end looks like here, folks, I don't,
but I know that we cannot quit. I know that
we have to keep the faith. I know that we
have to keep fighting because we have to win. There's
no place else to go. The mission is to save America, period,

(35:45):
full stop. Anything short of that is unacceptable. You have
Trump at a press conference right now, and this is breaking.
This was a rigged, disgraceful trial. The real verdict is
going to be on November fifth, by the people. Amen.
And you know what these communists disgusting Democrats, they know it.

(36:10):
Peter Doucy asked them, asked KJP Diversity Hire extraordinaire about
that political headline? Dems in full blown panic? Listen to
her response. Try not to let your IQ be diminished
by ten points. Are you guys here at the White
House in full blown freakout mode?

Speaker 2 (36:30):
What are you talking about? What are you talking about?

Speaker 1 (36:32):
There's a political story.

Speaker 6 (36:33):
It sounds like democrats outside of the quota is Biden.

Speaker 8 (36:38):
Stubbornly poor polling and the states of the election are
creating the freak out.

Speaker 2 (36:43):
So again, I'm really mindful. I'm not going to comment
on twenty twenty four election. I will say this, the
President has never forgotten where he comes, where he came from,
who he is. He understands what the American people are
going through. As they're sitting around the kitchen table. You talk,
You hear the President talk about his.

Speaker 1 (37:00):
Time, blah blah blah. I don't give a shit about
what she has to say. She can't even she's another
one diversity higher, can't even string out a coherent sentence.
She has to rely on that on the biggest binder
in the history of the world, right there in front
of her. To even talk. She pivots to some BS
talking points, doesn't even answer his question. But I can
one hundred percent guarantee you that Democrats are panicked. Democrats

(37:23):
down ballot are panic. Also, the greatest indication of this
panic and the fact that most Democrats across this country
who are running for office believe that Biden will be
a drag on the ticket because almost every Democrat senator
or Democrat in a swing state, they are outperforming Biden.
That is that almost never happens for a down ballot

(37:46):
UH candidate for the House or incumbent for the House
or Senate to outpace or outperform a president, but almost
universally swing state democrats running for the House and the
Senate are outpacing Biden. That's why Democrats are freaking out.
That's why that article article at Politico was written. And
if you don't believe me, fine, but listen to what

(38:08):
David Actualrod, an Obama guy, has been saying. Listen to
what James Carvell, a Clinton guy, has been saying. They
see the writing on the wall. They know that the
Democrats have just failed. They know that this lawfare campaign,
despite this ridiculous bullshit sentence, they know that it's failing
as well, because the American people see this for exactly

(38:32):
what it is the problem that these people, the actual
Rods of the world and the James Carvells of the world,
and these Democrats who are worried that Biden's going to
be a drag on the ticket, the problem for them
is that Joe Biden and Jill Biden think they're the
best damn thing since slice spread. They think they're doing

(38:54):
a bang up job, and Joe Biden is an extremely
dangerous common a nation of dipshit and arrogant. Those two
aren't a great cocktail, folks. And the man is still
the President of the United States. This is Joe Biden
on the View just yesterday. You think she's going to

(39:15):
relinquish power in the Oval just because James Carvell, David
Axelarat Obama Clinton want or two?

Speaker 2 (39:22):
Hell no, what message does the president have to give
to make people get it that we are in a
better place now.

Speaker 7 (39:29):
Well, we are in a better place now and what
you're saying is true, and we have to get out
that message. Every vote counts. This election is important, and
so we are going everywhere. We're meeting people where they are.
We're meeting them in person, We're meeting them over the TV,
We're meeting them in social media. We're not taking anything

(39:53):
for granted, because Joe has done amazing things for this
country and we have to get the message out.

Speaker 1 (40:00):
The only thing Joe does on a somewhat regular basis
is wander the halls of the White House, not knowing
where the hell he is in the middle of the
night and craps his pants. That's it, all right, So
I gotta talk talk to you more about the Democrats
bleeding support, and I'm gonna show you exactly where they're
bleeding support and why this lawfair will not work. So Biden,

(40:21):
back to Biden, Back to Biden. The dude is bleeding
support everywhere. Everyone knows it. Democrats are shitting a brick.
Not like Biden. Biden just goes in his diaper. But Biden,
we know he's an animated corpse. Yes he can barely speak.
But here's the issue the Democrats. The lawfair is going

(40:42):
to fail because the Democrats don't really have a message.
They got nothing. In fact, they're doing the opposite of
what great campaigns do. And yes, the Democrats cheating in elections,
because I know that's what you're thinking. Well, they're just
gonna cheat hard to swing the pendulum back when the
Democrats cheat, Yeah, they do, but they can only cheat

(41:04):
so far as the voter rules will take them. And
Democrats are bleeding support everywhere. Too big to rig is real.
But we often talk about on this show about how
the Democrats need to keep Americans divided in order to win. Well,
here's the problem for the Democrats. They've been doing it

(41:25):
for so long, and they've been so effective that they're
dividing people into groups so small that those groups are
now cannibalizing and attacking each other. Just look at the
fractures in their base. This is part of the reason
why the Democrat Party is in a panic. This is
why they're trotting out these hoaxes. This is why Trump

(41:46):
was just found guilty of a zillion ridiculous fake crimes
in New York. They got nothing. You have absolutely nothing.
And this is why you see the Biden administration trotting
out one of these ridiculous garbage policies after the next
to appeal to these small groups that Biden is hemorrhaging.

(42:10):
The student loan bailout is a perfect example of what
I'm talking about. Biden just talked about in a video
I showed you went around the Supreme Court. And how
about aid Degaza. The entire port that is, by the way,
perfect symbolism for the Biden administration. A port that costs

(42:32):
between three hundred and twenty million and five hundred million
dollars that is now floating out into the middle of
the sea. None of the aid that the port was
constructed to deliver actually got to the people who needed it.
Halmas just intercepted it. It's a massive port that's dysfunctional,
took far more money than needed to actually build the

(42:53):
damn thing. But the whole reason why Biden did that
is the buy votes first, terror sympathizing vote first, terror
sympathizing base. For God's sake, I the Iatola Kameni came
out the other day and said, dear student universe, you

(43:13):
university students in the United States of America, you are
standing on the right side of history when the brutal
religious dictator of Iran is standing with your political base.
Maybe just maybe you're on the wrong side of things.
But my point is this, the Democrats dividing and dividing

(43:34):
and dividing more into smaller and smaller and smaller groups.
It can't last. It cannot last, and ultimately that's why
communism fails. You know, you look at communism, in the
history of communism, in the history of socialism, It's failed
on every single country it's ever been tried, in millions

(43:57):
of people dead because of Marxist ideology. But the reason
why it fails because in the end, things sucks so
bad and the communists and these people divide people up
into groups so small that they end up attacking one another,
toppling their regime, killing everybody involved, and attacking each other.

(44:21):
Remember the Biden commercial in Georgia that I showed you
yesterday with Savage Rich speaking of which Boston, I saw
the rumble rants tip. Thank you, brother, I appreciate the tip.
One hundred percent of the rumble rant tips go directly
to the studio and making a better show for you,

(44:41):
So thank you all. I'm sorry. I'm so fired up today, folks,
so fired up today. So you'll have to forgive me
if I'm kind of losing it today. But I feel
like my country is slipping through my fingers. We can't
let the communists in these deep straight lunatics steal our country.

(45:02):
You just have to keep fighting no matter what, never stop.
But you remember that Biden commercial in Georgia that I
showed you yesterday. You rolled it out quietly over Memorial
Day weekend. It was like one ridiculous race hoax after
the next. I'm todd. Now the Democrats are launching this

(45:24):
new hoax that Biden or that somebody has a video
somewhere of two thousand and four, Trump saying the N word.
It's absolutely insane. It's crazy that all they have are lies.
All they have our hoaxes, and of course all they
have are trying to put Trump in jail. But you

(45:44):
see lies hoaxes in jailing their political opponent, you see
why that in and of itself, those that, in and
of itself show you that this is that there's something
else at play here, that the deep state is involved,
because lies, hoaxes in jailing people that disagree with them

(46:06):
is the way that they do business. And again, isn't
it just the craziest of coincidences that right as the
jury starts to deliberate this hoax, it's just like piped
right into all of their phones where they can see it.
Trump dropping the N word everywhere, but the Biden campaign

(46:27):
in panic mode. I see this as a they're panic
messaging to black Americans. I think it just reeks of desperation.
When the Biden campaign has to turn to messaging like this.
They're in trouble, folks, and they know it. If you

(46:49):
want to know if a campaign is in trouble or
not or suffering with a certain with their base, look
at how they message. So it seems to be Here's
the pattern, right, the pattern of how the Biden administration,
how the deep state operates. Democrats see waiting support among

(47:09):
a certain demographic that they divide people up into. The
Democrat teams work with the media to deploy a hoax,
a fake narrative intended to shore up support. It's just
that simple. It's just that simple. The Democrats full blown
freak out mode. And why they're putting Trump in jail

(47:33):
and why they're trotting out all these hoaxes is not
just because of blacks fleeing the party either. The Biden
campaign is absolutely hemorrhaging young people. Again, the sound that
you're about to listen to, it's not getting nearly enough play.

(47:58):
But this is why the Biden campaign is as panicked
as they are. Democrats are as panicked as they are.

Speaker 8 (48:04):
Listen all right, So take a look here Biden Trump
margin and this. Take a look here age eighteen to
twenty four. Biden won this group by thirty two points
last cycle over Donald Trump. Look at where the polling
is now. Joe Biden still leads, but just by seven points.
That is a drop.

Speaker 6 (48:24):
John.

Speaker 8 (48:25):
Let's see if I can do this math, I believe
it is a drop of twenty five percentage points, and
compare that to the rest of the electorate, where we're
looking at a fairly similar race to where we were
four years ago, where Joe Biden won those voters by
two points last time around. Now Donald Trump leads by
two So that's a movement of four points. But four points,
I don't need to tell you, John is significantly less

(48:46):
than movement of twenty five points among those voters under
the age of twenty five we're doing.

Speaker 1 (48:52):
There are way more voters over twenty five.

Speaker 8 (48:54):
But nevertheless, that is a huge swing, the likes of
which the Biden campaign has to be a little bit
nervous about reasons behind it.

Speaker 1 (49:01):
Harriet, Yeah, so you know.

Speaker 8 (49:02):
This question to me gets really at the reason of
why this might be occurring. Do you prefer or want
a presidential candidate who promises to restore normalcy to Washington,
d C? Or bring major change to the country. Overall,
fifty four percent of likely battleground state voters say they
want a candidate they prefer one who restore normalcy to Washington,

(49:26):
d C. But look at voters under the age of thirty,
it is a total flip of that bring major change
to the US. Look at this, sixty five percent of
voters under the age of thirty say they want a
candidate to bring major change to the US.

Speaker 1 (49:42):
They want a candidate to bring major change to the
US because they see what's going on around them. And
believe me when I tell you this lawfare is what
they see. They see the economic conditions, they see two
new wars under Biden. They see the the fact that
they can't put food on the table, they can't buy

(50:02):
a house, they can't go to the grocery store, they
can't afford basic necessities of American life. I want you
to keep that in your mind. Sixty five percent, sixty
five percent of young people want a candidate who's gonna
change see be the catalyst for a major change in

(50:23):
this country. You know, we spend a lot of time
demonizing our young people, myself included, thinking that somehow they
lack focus, that maybe they're not as tough as my generation.
But sixty five percent of them want a major change
in the country. And then you see how Trump has

(50:43):
closed the gap substantially. It means that of that sixty
five percent, a lot of them are going to break
Trump and things are so bad that you can bet
they're gonna show up. And it's not just young people,
it's people who voted for Biden in the first place
who are abandoning him. Listen to this former Biden voter

(51:06):
from Pennsylvania, but Rooney won't vote for Biden again.

Speaker 4 (51:09):
I can't. I don't trust him with the economy. My
son's in the army, I don't. I'm angry about Afghanistan,
about that withdrawal, So honestly, I can't vote for him.

Speaker 1 (51:23):
So honestly, I can't vote for him. Seventy four seventy
five million Americans voted for Donald Trump in twenty twenty,
the most Republican support of any Republican president in the
history of our country. And you can bet your ass
those were real votes. There's no way in hell that

(51:45):
Biden got eighty one million, No way in hell, But
you can bet your ass that of that eighty one
million millions are coming back the other direction. Things are
just that bad. So we're going to go out on
the show on what I think is a positive note.

(52:06):
It's hard to see any positive right now, especially with
this ridiculous bullshit that's happening to Trump. Okay, so go
out on a high note. The Supreme Court unanimously holds
that New York violated the NRA's First Amendment rights unanimous
nine oh that government officials coerced regulated entities to terminate

(52:29):
their business relationships with the NRA in order to punish
or suppress gun promotion advocacy. So here we have politicized
and weaponized government, especially in New York. Huh. It's almost
like this that living in New York is an unbelievably
dangerous thing where the elected officials are all a bunch
of Democrat communists that weaponize the government, include with businesses

(52:53):
to destroy your life in two more importantly, paging Republicans
that hold elected office both at the local, state and
federal level. Why aren't you using this NRA case immediately
to hold the people accountable that did it destroy? These

(53:16):
people who wage lawfair against the NRA, Like use the case?
What are you waiting for the Democrats would do it
to you?

Speaker 5 (53:25):
Fight fire with fire, and let me tell you, folks,
I want you to keep the faith as hard as this.

Speaker 1 (53:37):
Is in. What's so interesting is that even before the
show is awaiting this verdict, I had butterflies in my stomach.
Why I knew what the verdict was going to be,
But I suppose the butterflies were just my fear of
what this would mean for our country. Can we ever

(53:57):
come back from this? We come back from this? How
do we reform a system that looks, especially in New
York and in heavily democrat areas, that's just rotten to
the core with corruption, that seems like everything that we've
known all of our lives are under attack, everything that
we've ever believed in, that justice is blind, that our

(54:21):
justice system here in America, while flawed, is indeed the
best in the world. I don't have answers to any
of these questions, but what I do know, beyond a
shadow of a doubt, is that we cannot fail. You know,
as you get older, you really do realize, Like when

(54:43):
my parents used to tell me, hey, look, if we
fail here in America, there ain't nowhere else to go.
Now that I've seen those other places stationed there all
over the world with the army, I realize, yeah, that's true,
there is nowhere else to go America. It America or bust.
Do we want that shining city upon a hill for

(55:06):
our grandchildren? Or do we want a dystopian police state
health scape, which is the Democrat future for this country.
I don't have answers to any of these questions for
you tonight. I'm just as shocked as the rest of you.
I'm just as afraid, but not in a fearful way.

(55:29):
I'm afraid for the future of my country. But I'm
more determined now than ever to win this fight, and then,
once we win, dismantle the Democrat Party once and for all,
because they really truly are an existential threat to this country.
So if you've got a couple of seconds before we
sign off, make sure you smash that little green thumb

(55:49):
beneath the video. It helps the show a lot, helps
puts us close, one step closer to the leader board.
Tell your family and your friends to subscribe to Battleground.
We need them now more than ever, So get them
here in the trenches with us in the fight to
save this country. And folks, keep the faith. The best

(56:10):
is yet to come. Say a prayer. Remember one foot
in front of the other. The march of unknown distance
we go until mission complete, and the mission is saving
this country. So as I always, folks, thank you all
so much for watching and for listening, and God bless
you all, and God bless this exceptional, exceptional country that

(56:33):
we call home. Take care, good night, and I will
see you tomorrow.
