Speaker 1 (00:03):
Warning Europe about to enter the arena.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
And join the battle to save America with your host
Sean Parnell.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
Good evening, America. Welcome patriots. This is Battleground Live. This
is your home on the front lines and the fight
to save this country. Welcome patriots, from sea to Shining
Sea and everybody in between. Welcome folks. We got a
huge show today in the arena. We've got the great

(00:39):
Tony Schaeffer, retired senior intelligence operations officer twenty years in
the United States Army, New York Times bestselling author Operation
dark Heart. The guy is a hard hitting American patriot.
He was there boots on the ground conversation with Bill
Barr amidst the twenty two twenty steal stick around about

(01:02):
fifteen minutes past the hour. We got him on deck.
He's gonna tell you all about these conversations with Bill
Barr and everything that the FBI did to steal the
twenty twenty election. But before we get into all that,
some news. So I'm hearing that Trump called the mother

(01:23):
of Rachel Morin, the Maryland mom of five killed by
an illegal alien invader. Patty Morin, who is Rachel's mother,
said and I quote, I'm deeply touched by President Trump's
kindness and concern. He was genuine and truly wanted to

(01:43):
know how our family was coping. He asked about Rachel
and showed honest compassion for her untimely death. His words
brought comfort to me during this very difficult time. Folks,
let me tell you, I've lost soldiers before in combat,

(02:06):
and going to their funerals and meeting and talking to
spouses and parents is one of the most, if not
the most difficult job I have ever done. It is
not pleasant. Yesterday I let in the show and I
talked to you about leadership, about how leadership is about

(02:31):
not taking power and seizing it and keeping it and
hoarding it, but taking it and investing it back into
the people that you lead. Well, that's part of it.
I think all successful leaders do that. They realize that
power is fleeting, and they invest it back into the

(02:51):
people who really matter. If you're a political leader, you
should always be investing your power back into we the people.
That's what the founders always ended. But another part of
being a leader is simply just showing up and good
times end in bad. Especially in bad and bad times,
do you know why. It's easy to show up when

(03:16):
times are good. One of the things that disgusts me
about politicians is that they always tend to show up
when there's credit to be had or when times are great.
But the true measure of a leader is do they
show up when times are shit, when times are rough,

(03:37):
when people might not be nice to you, in the moment,
when you might have to answer tough questions. Showing up
at those moments where rubber meets the road that really matters.
And I'm telling you Trump called Rachel Morin's mom Patty,
and according to my sources, Joe Biden still has not.

(04:01):
Trump is the leader that America deserves right now in
this moment, and he's showcasing his leadership all around the country.
And I think that's being reflected in the polls. You know,
Trump is dominating in the polls. New Emerson poll came
out today. Trump is up in every single swing state.
And I am here to tell you know what.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
So what so what?

Speaker 3 (04:28):
You know, we talk about polls all the time in
the show, and they're important. Just last night, we have
Savage Rich Barris on the show every single week because
he's the best pollster in the business. Nobody does it
better than Savage, Rich Barris. But there's so much debate,
day after day after day about these polls. There's this
Fox News poll that came out. I'm telling you, by
the way, the pollster who conducted that poll for Fox

(04:50):
News was a radical lefty given to all sorts of
radical leftist causes. Radical leftists house members, radical leftist senators.
Don't trust that Fox It's an outlier. But my point
is not to discard polls. I mean, certainly you should
be skeptical of them. Remember what I always tell you
with poles, don't look at just one look at the trends.

(05:13):
And then after you're done looking at the trends and
seeing seeing how the trends flesh things out, who's ahead,
who's not. Then look at how your opposition, in this
case Democrat mouth breathers. Look how they're reacting. If they're panicking,
you know they're losing. But my point is this, from

(05:33):
now until election day, this movement, we have got to
campaign like we are ten points down. Do not get complacent.
Who cares what the polls say. I don't care if
Trump is up fifteen, It does not matter. Work your
ass off from now until election day, because folks, I
don't think we're gonna get another shot save in this country.

(05:55):
I think it's all on the line in twenty twenty four.
Politicians say that far too often, but this time I
think it's for real, all right, So, folks, make sure
you like and rumble smash that little green thumb beneath
the video. If you are new to Battleground Live, and
we've had not lots of new viewers and listeners over

(06:16):
the last several weeks, make sure you follow and subscribe
to this program. Tell your family and friends to subscribe
to this program. This is your home, the home of
we the people. This is your show and it always
will be. Okay, I'm going to talk about democrats and
languages and are we a republic or are we a democracy?
Here in just a second, and then we're at a

(06:36):
pivot to the fabulous Tony Schaeffer. Okay. Over the last
couple of days, I read this insane story, and the
news cycleho has just been so crazy that I haven't
had a whole lot of opportunities to talk about it.
But I'm gonna talk about it right here because I
just can't resist I saw this interview. Well, first of all,
this article that Commander Melanie, my amazing wife and commander

(06:59):
of Fort Parnell, showed me that talked about Corey Bush,
squad member Democrat, member of the US House of Representatives,
absolutely batshit crazy in every single way. Well, apparently she
compares herself to Jesus Christ. And she has this book
that came out a couple years ago where she writes
in this book about being a faith healer, about people

(07:21):
showing up to her and her healing them with simply
the touch of her hands, like she has claimed, not
even exaggerating, she has claimed to have performed multiple miracles.
And what's worse is that this book came out about
two years ago. So where the hell is the GOP

(07:45):
during the midterm elections talking about this making fun of
this woman nowhere to be found, So missed opportunity in
and of itself. But I've got to she talked about
in that interview is absurd, as all of her faith
healing stories were she talked about in that interview, she
used the word unhoused, unhoused in the place of homeless,

(08:11):
and it just, honestly, folks, when the Left does this
It just makes my head explode. We've talked about on
this show, the left's word games. We talk about this
a lot. Migrants for illegal invaders, newcomers for illegal aliens.
They do this stuff all the time. Now, how does

(08:33):
this affect you? Well, for one, it's emotional manipulation. It's
a way of lying to you about what's really going on.
Take the invasion at our southern border, for example. Calling
illegal aliens newcomers is deliberately and obviously misleading. It's a
way to emotionally manipulate the public so that the left

(08:56):
can more easily accomplish their agenda. It allows them to
go on national TV and laugh about a young thirteen
year old girl being brutally raped by an illegal alien invader.
Listen to this if you can't.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
Great citizens, But there's a lot of fearmonger, there's a
lot of fear instury, absolutely, you know. And I think
it's kind of remarkable that the polls I look at
the national polls, actually Americans still support immigrants, support immigration.
It's just that they would like to see a system
that actually works and that can keep them safe and secure.

Speaker 5 (09:33):
And all of us want that.

Speaker 4 (09:34):
And you know, I've been working on this issue for
twenty years before I came to Congress in the streets
as an activist.

Speaker 6 (09:40):
Let me, let me tell you, this is one of
the reasons that people have these sort of thinking, this
sort of thinking. Here's the three cable networks reporting of this.
Our banner said, soon Biden announces legal protections for undocumented
spouses a citizens. CNN's banner said, Biden announces new protections
for some undocumented spouses. Here was Fox's banner. Migrant arrested
for raping thirteen year old years.

Speaker 7 (10:01):
Yes, and so I.

Speaker 6 (10:02):
Think that's part of the problem, that you have a lot.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
Of the fear mark exactly, and that we know fear mongering.
An illegal alien comes into our country, probably a member
of a gang, rapes a thirteen year old girl in
a New York City park, and these assholes are laughing
about it. They're able to get away with that because

(10:27):
of the word games that they play. They're just migrants,
they're just newcomers. I mean, they are absolutely no risk whatsoever.
And it's more maddening in moronic it's so it's it's
so much worse than that. They change the words in

(10:48):
definitions of things to suit their purposes to accomplish their agenda.
Another example of this is the latest Wisconsin Supreme Court case.
Four white liberal women get elected to the Wisconsin Supreme
Court and decide that sidewalks aren't pedestrian walkways. So Jonathan

(11:11):
Turley said of this case, at issue was the effort
of the state to create more sidewalks. Ultimately, these four
white liberal women liberal justices ruled this way to make
it easier for the government to use eminent domain to
seize land from people who lived in Wisconsin to create
more sidewalks. So, of course the citizens of Wisconsin said, hell, no,

(11:32):
I don't want to do that. So Turley says, an
issue was the effort of the state to create more
sidewalks faced with resistance from homeowners. The state was using
eminent domain to simply condemn the land and claimant for sidewalks. However,
Wisconsin has strong protections for homeowners, including statutes expressly stating

(11:54):
that the power of eminent domain must be strictly construed
against the government. There's a statute that expressly bars the
use of eminent domain to take property for quote pedestrian ways.
It defines a quote pedestrian way as a walk designated
for the use of pedestrian travel. So Marion Whip's webster

(12:16):
defines walkways sidewalks as a usually paved walk for pedestrians
at the side of the street. So you see why
these radical leftist white liberal women on the Wisconsin Supreme
Court said, now they're actually not walkways. They change the
literal definition of the word so that a big bloated

(12:38):
state and federal government could then use eminent domain to
seize the land of Wisconsin citizens. This is why these
word games matter and should matter to you, and we
should not play them. One of the words that the
left uses to play these games all the time is
the word democracy. Like you hear, oh, we got to
protect our democracy, our democracy, see his sacred democracy, democracy democracy,

(13:03):
And conservatives fall for it too. George W. Bush used
to say democracy all the time. And yes, we are
painting in broad strokes, in very speaking, in very general terms,
we're a democracy, but we're actually a republic a form,
a very specific form, a constitutional republic. And over the weekend,

(13:23):
CNN tried to do a segment on this, and their intent,
of course, was the smear Trump reporters as stupid, but
also positioned Trump Donald Trump and his supporters as threats
to America, essentially doubling and tripling down on this ridiculous
Trump is ridiculous, Trump is Hitler narrative. Listen to a

(13:45):
little bit of this segment. I'm not going to play
the whole thing because it's like five minutes, but listen
you'll get the gist.

Speaker 8 (13:50):
President Biden teuts his reelection campaign as a fight to
preserve democracy. But if you have some Trump supporters, the
former president is not a threat to democracy because of
the United States is not a democracy. Cnnstonio Sullivan spoke
to some of those supporters.

Speaker 7 (14:06):
What happens if Trumps.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
I don't see him losing. I don't think he lost
the last election.

Speaker 7 (14:12):
To be honest, do you think he's gonna win?

Speaker 5 (14:13):
Yes, without a doubt, no doubt.

Speaker 7 (14:16):
What if he doesn't this time? What happens to the country.

Speaker 9 (14:21):
Biden talks about democracy, you know, saving democracy, they're the
ones that are killing democracy.

Speaker 7 (14:27):
Obviously, there's a lot of criticisms of Trump that he
is bad for democracy, that he's bad for American democracy.
A republic are not a democrat, republican, We're not a democracy.
One thing we've been hearing at Trump rallies like this
over the past few months. Is that America isn't really
a democracy.

Speaker 5 (14:48):
America is not a democracy as a republic, It's.

Speaker 1 (14:52):
Not a democracy.

Speaker 7 (14:53):
Okay, democracy is actually not as good as.

Speaker 1 (14:56):
You think it is.

Speaker 7 (14:57):
But for centuries America has celebrated it's democracy.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
Democracy is worth dying for.

Speaker 9 (15:03):
Democracy remains the definition of political legitimacy.

Speaker 7 (15:07):
But some Republicans and pro Trump media are pushing the
idea that America is not a democracy.

Speaker 5 (15:13):
The United States of America is not a democracy.

Speaker 3 (15:15):
We are a constitutional republic.

Speaker 7 (15:17):
United States of America is not a democracy.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
You don't want to be in a democracy.

Speaker 3 (15:20):
We are not a democracy.

Speaker 1 (15:22):
We are a republic.

Speaker 7 (15:23):
Is America a democracy?

Speaker 5 (15:25):
America is a democracy. It was founded as a democracy.

Speaker 7 (15:29):
I've heard a lot of conspiracy theories. I hear a
lot of things out on the road. But to hear Americans,
people who had described themselves as patriots say that America
is not a democracy, that stopped me in my tracks.

Speaker 5 (15:44):
You are hearing people say America is not a democracy
because there are people around Trump who want them to
be saying that, who've been planting that narrative.

Speaker 7 (15:53):
Is America a democracy?

Speaker 3 (15:56):
Okay, democracy sucks. I'm sure you've heard of the tyranny
of the majority. But democracy, as Benjamin Franklin said, are
is two wolves and a lamb voting on what they
want to have for dinner. What's amazing here is CNN
looking down their noses at Trump supporters from thinking that

(16:17):
they're stupid. Nothing could be further from the truth. But
there are critical reasons why our founding fathers chose to
establish a constitutional republic rather than a pure democracy. The
founders were products of the Enlightenment, well versed in the
writings of natural liberty thinkers like John Locke, who emphasized
the role of government and protecting individual liberty. They wrote

(16:42):
all the time about the tyranny of the majority, understanding
that in a pure democracy and democracy in its purest form,
it's easy for the majority to exploit the minority. The
founders did not want this. James Madison, off and called
the father of the Constitution, said, where a majority are

(17:05):
united by a common sentiment and have an opportunity, the
rights of minor party become insecure. He also noted that
democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention, have
ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights
of property, and have in general been as short in

(17:26):
their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.
That's pretty clear, is it not. How about President Washington,
He recognized the dangers of charismatic leaders misleading the public,
stating it's one of the evils of democratical governments that
the people, not always seeing and frequently misled, must often
feel before they can act right. But then evil of

(17:48):
this nature seldom fails to work their own cure. John Adams,
democracy will soon degenerate into anarchy. No man's life or property,
or reputation or liberty it will be secure, and every
one of these will soon mold itself into a system
of subordination of all the moral virtues. Adams also said,

(18:10):
remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and
murders itself. There is never a democracy that did not
commit suicide. So folks like this the media are just brazen,
brazen propagandists. Do you see what the founders really intended?

(18:32):
But the word games that they play are meant to
manipulate you and help the left accomplish their goals, and
we should not play them anytime the left refers to
America it's a democracy. If you're face to face with them,
call them out. If you're being interviewed by the media,
call them out. These lying We cannot allow these these

(18:54):
life losers to play these word games, because you see,
they can have devastating consequence for the people. Okay, I've
got Tony Shaffer on deck. Let me just tell you
before we bring him on. Tony Shaeffer, just to remind everybody,
retired senior intelligence operations officers, served twenty years in the
US Army. He's a New York Times bestselling author of
Operation dark Heart. Let me tell you something about Tony.

(19:17):
I've known him for a long time, and he's been
going toe to toe with the United States government on
a lot of fun fighting for truth the justice of
the American way for a very very long time. So,
without further ado, let me bring my buddy on, Tony Shaffer.
Tony welcome.

Speaker 1 (19:32):
Hey, I'm going well, Sean, thanks for having me.

Speaker 9 (19:34):
I appreciate the introduction, and I'm amazed I'm still breathing
after all of the nonsense that I've had to go
deal with the time so well.

Speaker 3 (19:44):
So, first of all, you got to okay, So I
know your background. Actually a lot of the people in
the audience know your background too, because when I told
people that you're going to be coming on the show,
they were, of course really excited about it. So but
remind folks, friends who are listening might not know your
background about like who you are, like your time in
the military, the book you wrote how the government totally

(20:05):
screwed you over on the book that you wrote, Well.

Speaker 9 (20:09):
I'm a retired military case officer, which is where you
know there's we are all trained by CIA, we come
back to DoD You are thing for certain units, which
you and I both know very well. And I started
off with the Ohio Army National Guard. Got my commission
at twenty years old. I was actually commissioned before I

(20:33):
was had a degree because I gotten a special program,
you know, special things. So I ended up being an
intelligence operative very early. And people are still trying to
figure all that out. I had people in college, my
college friends said, yeah, we heard rumors you were doing stuff,
but we didn't believe them.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
So I guess that's good. So I ended up.

Speaker 9 (20:54):
Going through doing counter terrorism counterintelligence. I did the spectrum
of everything from combat to strategic got thrown out of
countries by chiefs of station or places.

Speaker 1 (21:07):
I wasn't supposed to go.

Speaker 9 (21:09):
Rick Prado, one of my friends on Facebook, Rick Brick,
was the guy that delivered the news. He was deputy
chief of station in a certain countries. Like we still
joke about.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
It's like yeah. So I ended up.

Speaker 9 (21:21):
At a very early age being the youngest ever Chief
of Armies clandestin Human Intelligence program at thirty, ended up
running off the you know, just like the movies, off
the books.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
Operations ended up over it. Yeah. Jim Woolsey and I
became friends.

Speaker 9 (21:35):
I know Jim still former director of CIA, and then
I ended up at Defense Intelligence Agency. We all ended
up there as part of Clandestine Human Defense, Clandestine Human
and I did the first undercover cyber unit called Stratis IVY.
We did a lot of the things people look at
now regarding digitization, messaging, all that stuff we started figuring

(21:56):
out in the late nineties. We did something called Able Day,
which was actually an offensive operation suite against al Qaeda
using the tiered units. General Pete Schoolmaker was commander at
the time. I was a whizzleblower because after that, somehow
the nine to eleven Commission, you know, didn't bother to
investigate the fact that we had found two of the
three cells which conducted the nine to eleven attacks.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
That was inconvenient.

Speaker 9 (22:18):
So, you know, let's not talk about the fact we
knew knew these guys were up to no good and
we knew where they were at.

Speaker 1 (22:25):
Let's just delete that from history.

Speaker 9 (22:27):
That was my first big encounter with the government, and
then I went on to continue to do things. Wrote
a book called Operation dark Heart, which you referred to, Yes,
show it to us, Yeah, Operation dark Heart, which covered
my time as the senior clandestine guy in Afghanistan in
two thousand and three on two thousand and four, my
two tours. And by the way, the purpose of dark

(22:51):
Heart was to go after Zahwah Hero. We had found
Zahwa here hanging out in a place called Wanna, Pakistan.
They still don't want to be talking about this. And
because a certain guy named General David Barnow took over
and didn't believe that it was our job to go
into Pakistan to get bad guys, well, I guess we
had to eventually, didn't we.

Speaker 1 (23:12):
There?

Speaker 9 (23:12):
You know, Sean, just say it, just saying, just say
it so, and and we were going to do it
with that.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
If somebody wrote a book about this and told us earlier.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
I know, this is two three, two thousand and four.
We were contemplating this.

Speaker 9 (23:28):
It's like, no, we got to trust the Pakistanis. You
can't trust the Pakistani's. But he didn't believe us anyway,
And so the dark Heart was that operation. We were
going to go in and grab these guys. And it
was controversial just on that point and some of the
other things. But the most controversial thing was my meeting
with the nine to eleven Commission, Philip Zellakow.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
Saying, hey, we had these guys, you.

Speaker 9 (23:51):
Know before nine to eleven ended up having to go
before Congress testify to you know, the whole thing. I
was the whistleblower and all that. And I'll say this
publicly because I had before. The Reagan guys got me
through it. I became essentially a award of the Reagan administration.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
The guys left.

Speaker 9 (24:09):
The Secretary of the of Army Stone and Bud McFarland,
a bunch of those guys tried their best to protect
me as I went through. I survived because of them,
just saying and next thing. I know, I'm doing, you know,
interesting things on the think tech side. And so I
ended up as the National Security advisor of the Trump

(24:30):
twenty twenty, which is about the time we met. I
actually got called back to help out with burg Doll.
They had me doing off the books opt to negotiate
with the Pakistani I aside to get burg Doll back.
I mean, we're like the mafia. For God's sake, Sean,
you never really retire.

Speaker 1 (24:47):
It's just like.

Speaker 9 (24:49):
No matter how no matter how much they hate you,
if they want something, they're going to call you back,
just saying so as well.

Speaker 3 (24:56):
Hopefully they'll do that with me because I think my
nine lives are up. I'm kind of done. That chapter
of my life is hopefully closed. Although I have to
if President Trump or anybody else says, hey, like.

Speaker 9 (25:08):
We need you to yeah, yeah, exactly, be all in.
But now I'm officially retired. I actually retired, Oh sure,
retired to look, I got a tan.

Speaker 1 (25:19):
I got to pull in a tan. What do you want?
I smoke cigars. That's all I do.

Speaker 3 (25:26):
So so I saw this story last week. Okay, because
you've been you've been heavily. So my point just for
everybody listening in in watching this, Tony is not. Tony
is not some crazy this the crazy conspiracy theorist, tinfoil
hat wearing. He's been involved at the tip of the

(25:48):
spear protecting his country for a very very very long time,
like working in non conventional, conventional roles, like very well connected.
He's not. I mean, so I say that as a
preface to this article from the Gateway Pundit because you know,
huge like from this article that headline Postal Service releases
final report contract driver Jesse Morgan vindicated report confirms he

(26:14):
hauled a trailer of ballots from New York to Pennsylvania
in late twenty twenty. So, talking specifically Tony about the
twenty twenty election, what's interesting about this is that I
was running in that cycle.

Speaker 2 (26:28):
You were, I remember President I was opening when obviously, yeah,
you know, President Trump and I talked about this often
in the lead up to the election, but we knew
exactly what the Democrats were doing, mailing out all of
these no excuse mail in ballots everywhere, Like in fact,
they Alleghany County, which is in my area, mailed out

(26:48):
thirty thousand uh mail in ballots, not applications, but ballots
to the wrong addresses, and I had to go to
court to fight Mark Elias and all of these Democrats,
the Democrat Law.

Speaker 3 (27:01):
Fair machine, to say, wait a second, you can't count
ballots that are from outside of my district in my
congressional race, especially when those ballots come from the city
of Pittsburgh. How do you think most of those people
are going to vote? But in open court, Tony, the
Democrats argument was literally, this count every ballot. And so

(27:24):
after a while, like days turns into weeks, the election happens.
We were about to we were supposed to have on
election night. Because it's very important for people who are
watching and listening to understand this. The number of mail
in ballots is not speculative. You know exactly how many
are cast going into election day, like to the number.
And so even when the election was done over with

(27:46):
networks called the race for me, even some liberal networks
did like, even if you you know, I'd got all
the Republican ballots, my opponent got the Democrat ones, and
he even gave him sixty to seventy percent of independence,
we were still going to have about a thirteen thousand
vote margin of victory anyway you cut it. So everyone's
calling me congratulating. Even Kevin McCarthy calls me. He said, man,

(28:08):
congratulation looks like you're gonna have a two point victory.
And I'm like, I don't know, sir, Like I actually
don't think so, because we had witnessed. I had witnessed
so much illegal activity and I'm not even exaggerating so
much illegal activity. Gave it to the US Attorney of
the Western District of Pennsylvania, he gave it to the FBI,
disappeared into the void. My friend never heard you about

(28:30):
it again. And I felt because I'm like a political outsider,
man like Trump calls me out to run. So I
did it. And now I'm getting like my first look
behind the curtain, and I'm thinking, oh my god, there's
so much corruption and rod on both sides of the aisle.
There's so much lying and now election fraud and cheating

(28:50):
that I'm screaming from the rooftops. President Trump is talking
about it any Every Republican that got cheated is out
there talking about it. But crickets from the media, right,
you know, crickets from actually many Republicans who were incumbents
who were afraid of being labeled an election denier or something.
But you, I mean, that's a very long lead in.

(29:11):
You were boots on the ground in a very different
way investigating this insanity. So take it from the start
and just go wherever you want to go. Because the
stuff that you have to say, just in our text
message exchanges back and forth, Tony, it was like unbelievable
what you saw. So please, like, take a start wherever

(29:31):
you want.

Speaker 9 (29:34):
So I was the national start advisor of the Trump
twenty twenty campaign, and my intelligence team recognized something was up,
Like you, It's like our body sensors are going off.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
It's like there's something really wrong.

Speaker 9 (29:45):
So I complained to Rick Renell and Bernie kerrit Is
like and Mike Flynn. I said something's wrong, and they said, okay,
write it up, put it together.

Speaker 1 (29:56):
And go and go see Rudy.

Speaker 9 (29:58):
So anyway, I get it all written up, I go
up to New York and I sit down. Bernie's there
in the room. This is about the fifth of October,
about thirty days of the election, and I Chara Bernie
police right and Berni and are still friends. So anyway,
so I lay out what's about to happen. I said,
they're going to go about doing everything they can to

(30:22):
keep the election open. They've got people in strategic places.
And I don't want to get in trouble because I
name the people by name. I don't want to get sued.
But I gave him a separate list of people we suspected.
We got about eighty percent right of who was going
to be playing the key roles. And one of the
big things we said, they're going to separate the president.
They're going to do everything they can to separate him

(30:43):
from his followers. They're going to take and do things
to get him off social media. We saw that happen,
so we kind of laid it out and I'll say this,
and I will say this to Bert to I said,
just to Bernie's face. I said it to Rudy's face.
Rudy looked at everything right through it very carefully. He's
an attorney, so he read it very carefully. He looked

(31:03):
at me and says, Colonel Schaeffer, I have no reason
to doubt this, but our numbers are so good. We're
not worried about this.

Speaker 1 (31:12):
And I felt a chill go up my spine.

Speaker 9 (31:14):
It's like, oh, they don't get it, and I think
they were still thinking too conventionally. They didn't understand and
I try to lay out by name who was in
the government already compromised, because that was one of the
flaws of Trump, I'll just say it. They didn't recognize
that the bureaucracy itself never came around to support his
policies and never people embedded. What I missed was that

(31:38):
after the election and the investigations, I jumped into they
had embedded people there too, and I didn't realize it.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
And that was my mistake.

Speaker 3 (31:44):
That was, Like Tony, Listen, we talk about this all
the time on the show. We talk about the deep state.
It sounds conspiratorial, call it in trans bureaucrats, call it
the blob. But like, having talked to people who are
around Trump all the time, and like, it's crazy what
these people will do to stifle president's agenda, and or
the oval stays in a Manila folder on some dude's

(32:05):
desk down three floors in the White House that never moves,
the president's order never gets implemented. I mean, there are
a million ways to stifle a president's agenda by an
unelected bureaucrat. And that's you're exactly right about that, exactly right.

Speaker 9 (32:18):
So and by the way, Trump, I hope he learned
his lesson. He's got to go down three levels and
fire everybody, just get rid of I have I have
ideas just saying. So anyway, back to the story, So, well,
you got to do it a certain way. John Layman
taught me how to do it. Secretary of the Day.

Speaker 3 (32:34):
Okay, you gotta you gotta tell us. You can't just
like unless unless it's like.

Speaker 9 (32:38):
We'll save we'll save it for another day, it's not.
It's John Layman. Actually he's a smart guy anyway. So
but I'll we should do that another day because it
don't take you long to go through it anyway. But so, so,
so the election happens, everybody is frustrated. I'm pissed, you're pissed.
Everybody's pissed. But everybody sees what happens. So then I
supported Pennsylvania. So there was a whistle blowing a blower

(33:00):
line set up by the Republican Party there in Harrisburg,
and so people started calling in.

Speaker 1 (33:05):
So part of my so I get pulled back in.
You know, it's like the mafia.

Speaker 9 (33:09):
Like I said, I get pulled back in and Bernie
comes calls me up, is like, I need you to
come help out. I can't do everything. I got to
be recruity. I want you to go with the Armistad
Society and do the whistleblowing support. It's like okay. So literally,
within less than twenty four hours of being assigned, I'm
on a private jet flying into Pennsylvania to one of

(33:30):
the remote locations to meet with Jesse Morgan to do
the screening.

Speaker 1 (33:34):
I mean less than twenty four hours so I can
say this.

Speaker 3 (33:36):
Morgan was a Postal service driver who drove from New
York City and who the hell else knows where.

Speaker 9 (33:42):
So Jesse Morgan called the line. He's by the way,
his famili's Democrats. They are not Republicans.

Speaker 1 (33:48):
I don't.

Speaker 9 (33:48):
I would never think he would never consider himself a
Republican or conservative. He just saw something and had to
say something. This is well documented. So on the flight
I'm talking to, we have local investigators. I'm doing the
due diligence on Jesse. He's got a criminal record. He's
done some things. When he was younger, he had some issues,
but he cleared it all up. Got right and was

(34:09):
able to work for the Postal Service with you know,
he got a background check and everything, so he was
an upright citizen.

Speaker 1 (34:15):
So I get up there do the screening. Phil Klein
is there.

Speaker 9 (34:17):
I was assigned to work with Phil Klein, and he's legit.
It's like we huddled after the initial This is all
on tape. By the way, this was all tape that's
available out there. I don't know where it's at, but
it was all on tape, and it's like, Yeah, this
guy is real. So I had to come up with
a plan to protect him, to get him to safety,
to put him into essentially a form of voluntary protective custody,

(34:42):
and then I had to do deeper due diligence. We
put together a red team which looked at the entire
process to basically, without knowing Jesse existed, we took former
postal inspectors and postmasters generals and had them literally on
my OPS headquarters in Arlington, do an entire wall, I
mean a huge wall. You know you've been in those

(35:03):
conference rooms and hotels. They did an entire butcher board
of how the process work. I said, just explain it
to us, like we don't know. So they explained bulk mail,
local delivery, how it all would work, and then without
Jesse knowing and without them knowing, we basically said, okay,
thank you for doing this. I'm going to tell you

(35:23):
a story and is it possible? So I lay out
to these guys what Jesse said, and they all like
their eyes got biggest, like, yeah, that could be done.
If you have certain people who were corrupt at certain
levels of the postal service, bulk mail you can swing in.
Literally you can't get a couple of envelopes in because

(35:44):
they screened the envelopes. But if you take things in
and curated, you know, trays, you can just swing a
rig in, a fifty three foot rig into the bulk
mail process.

Speaker 1 (35:54):
That's possible.

Speaker 9 (35:56):
And it's like, after they explain how it could be done,
it matched Jess's story. So we're saying, holy cow, this
looks like real voting throughout. So we continue to protect Jesse. Uh,
we're dealing with the attorney general up there in Pennsylvania
trying to get the man.

Speaker 1 (36:16):
Yeah no, no, no, no, no no no no no no no.
This the the federal guy who basically let.

Speaker 3 (36:22):
Oh Bill Bill McSwain, Bill Bill McSwain.

Speaker 1 (36:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (36:25):
So Bill, Bill is kind of listening to us. And
so as I go through and start developing how to
how to protect, how to validate, and how to essentially
get him out and release him to the public, I
start considering how to get it to to Bill Barr.
I figured this is important enough to get it to
Bill Barr in the meantime. Uh, not my choice, but

(36:45):
Phil Klein decides to go public with what we have. So,
and this is all on the on on YouTube. Phil
Klein does a big press conference in Arlington.

Speaker 1 (36:53):
Uh.

Speaker 9 (36:54):
It was covered by American Voices America America's Voice News
with several of the networks, and Bill talks about several
whistleblowers and to include Jesse Morgan. Now I do a
detailed briefing on the Jesse Morgan thing.

Speaker 1 (37:08):
I'm on tape. You could go check it out.

Speaker 9 (37:10):
It's still there, and I lay out what we found
and to summarize it. We had found that approximately thirty
days before the election, Jesse Morgan, who's a bulk carrier,
who moved bulk mail from Bethpage, New York to Lancaster, Pennsylvania,
four nights a week in the middle of the night,
you know, they moved these fifty three big old fifty

(37:30):
three foot rigs full of mail. He was given a
trailer full about sixty two thousand ballots of curated ready
to count ballots thirty days before the election. Now he
was told, oh, you're taking the ballots, and it's like
everybody there at Beth Page.

Speaker 1 (37:50):
Seems to think, oh, it's no big deal. This is
you know, just take it down.

Speaker 9 (37:53):
And he looked back in the back because he was
like curious, and he saw these ballot these these ballots,
the big old boxes, big old you know, size of
a desk boxes full of envelopes which are in trays,
and these trays are ready to count. These are ballots

(38:14):
Sean that were curated and ready to count. We are
estimate is sixty two thousand ballots already like already ready
to go. They were they were already in the envelope
as if they'd been mailed. So they would then they
again this is like they were they were mailed, they
were mailed, and then they'd been put together and curated,

(38:37):
so they're ready to be given to the election folks
opened and counted.

Speaker 3 (38:42):
Get the picture, Yeah, yeah, So basically they would open
them count them. They'd open them, they'd scan them, and
they'd count them.

Speaker 1 (38:52):
That's right, that's right.

Speaker 9 (38:54):
So and this is thirty days before the election in Bethpage,
New York. And this is a fifty three foot right.
So first off they looked pristine. It was like far
more pristine than you would see things coming through the
mail that had been.

Speaker 3 (39:08):
Right, you get a mail ballot, it's folded, it's in
a secrecy envelope. It's beat up.

Speaker 1 (39:13):
Yes, yes, none of that, it's all it's all very
neatly done.

Speaker 9 (39:17):
And so, uh, he took it. He Jesse drove it
from beth Page down to Lancaster and he gets to
the facility and they won't let him in.

Speaker 1 (39:28):
It's like he stopped at the dock. Now.

Speaker 9 (39:31):
One of the things notable to the to the report
you mentioned, the IG report from the postal service. Everything
in the postal system system is documented. If you're if
you're one of those guys that moves this, you get
a little piece of paper about this size every time
you go in and out of a facility.

Speaker 1 (39:47):
That's your ticket.

Speaker 9 (39:49):
And then once you get that, you have to hold
on to it because it basically is the evidence you
did your route. And oh, by the way, there's an
electronic a digital artifact as well put into assist him.

Speaker 1 (40:00):
That's why the.

Speaker 9 (40:00):
Postalism was able to confirm what he did, because the
electronic evidence was there. And so when we got to
that point where we confirmed this story, we confirmed.

Speaker 1 (40:10):
The basic facts.

Speaker 9 (40:11):
We had another investigator who's a former FBI guy up
up in New York doing the best page investigation going
down that end. I don't want to bring his name
up because he's he's he's an anchor in one of
the TV networks now and he's near friend. I don't
want to get anybody in trouble right now. Let them
speak to themselves eventually. Sure, anyway, so we're continuing this
investigation across the board even after the press conference. So

(40:32):
then I mentioned the Reagan guys were my mentors. I
call ednice former attorney generalists like Ed. I've got I've
got we've got a case, several cases that we believe
are valid.

Speaker 1 (40:46):
Uh uh evidence of election fraud, I mean big fraud.
And uh.

Speaker 9 (40:53):
I liked, we need to talk to Bill Barr and
so Ed being Ed meese, I love Ed. He says, Okay, Tony,
I don't doubt. You write it up, give me a
two page summary, and I'll send it to Bill and
ask him to meet with you. So I write it up,
I put it all together. I've shared the document with
several folks. I have no problem sharing it. And you know,

(41:15):
these things take a few days, you know, working at
that level, it takes a few days, you know. So anyway,
several days go by. This is after the press conference.
This is after the press conferences. You see me talking
about Jesse Morgan. Jesse Morgan makes comments, Phil Klein makes comments.
It's about three days after that.

Speaker 3 (41:31):
And by the way, Tony like they are smearing Jesse
Morgan the media, conspiracy theory, conspiracy theorists. They're trying to
ruin this guy's life and nothing. They're going after the game.
I'm stop going after you. They're going after Phil, They're
going after it. I mean I was there because going
after me as well, like they were. These people came

(41:52):
to my home. You know, I just didn't care.

Speaker 9 (41:55):
It's like, my job is to investigate, and you know,
my job is to call balls and strikes. I just
you know, it's like I don't care. You know, you're
not going to get under my skin, I've I've had
my time in the sun.

Speaker 1 (42:03):
Thanks.

Speaker 9 (42:04):
So so I continue to be you know, It's funny
sometimes I show up on operations and like I was
in one of these things and I was in the
back of a van at night and I come up
to the front and the driver's Colonel Schaeffer. It's like, yeah,
I'm not I'm not completely retired. Sorry anyway, that's another story.

Speaker 1 (42:23):
Anyway. So we're going through and we're doing all this.
So Ed calls me.

Speaker 9 (42:29):
He says, Tony, I just got off the phone with
Edme's I mean, I'm sorry, Edme's.

Speaker 1 (42:33):
Edmes calls me. He says, I just got off the
phone with Bill Barr.

Speaker 7 (42:36):
Uh.

Speaker 9 (42:37):
He's got your document. Expect to call from Donahue. This
guy named Donahue, uh or you can call him. Here's
his numbers. So I write down the number that Donna
Hue was the principal deputy to Barr. It's like, oh, great,
feel I feel a sigh of relief. Finally we're gonna
get to Bill Barr. Bill's got to see this. So

(42:59):
I actually pay up the phone to call a member
of the mainstream media who I was keeping informed of this.
I will leave her out of it. You all can
speculate who that was. As a female. She's still around
and by the way, her network wouldn't wouldn't let her
cover it. Just I'm going to say that, because you know,
pressure from leadership would not let anything that was no

(43:21):
matter how credib will come out anyway.

Speaker 1 (43:23):
So I believe it.

Speaker 3 (43:24):
None of the no one covered it.

Speaker 1 (43:26):
No, no one would cover it anyway.

Speaker 9 (43:29):
So I'm I hang up the phone with this mainstream
reporter and I get this two two number call. It's like,
this is interesting. I figured it was McDonough. It's like
I could pick it up. Hey, Tony, Bill Barr, what's
going on. It's like, oh, mister Terry in general. So
uh yeah, it's like.

Speaker 3 (43:50):
Like you must have been like really, no, I knew
it was him. I knew it was him.

Speaker 1 (43:55):
No, I knew it was him.

Speaker 9 (43:57):
So so I go through and I explained to him
in about ten minutes what you and I have been
talking about. I talk about the vetting, I talk about this,
that and the other. He says, Tony, you are now
interfering with my investigation.

Speaker 1 (44:12):
What you don't understand.

Speaker 9 (44:14):
You are now interfering with a federal investigation, and you
need to immediately turn mister Morgan over to us, Like, no,
it's not going to happen. He needs to be given
whistleblower protection and he needs to have representation before he
can talk officially. No, that's not going to happen. He's
not a whistleblower. So Bar goes off of me. He

(44:36):
starts yelling at me, and I start yelling back. I'm
just like like, no, I'm not giving in, and so
we yell at each other for a good ten minutes.
The whole call is about twenty minutes, and I'm going
through and I'm refusing to budget, and so I go
through and I lay it all out. He says, no,
you need to turn him over the FBI. It's like, no,
I will not. I said, I've I've got a team

(44:57):
of US Marshals I've spoken to like to create a
hybrid dj US Marshal Task Force to work the inside
the government piece regarding postal service. And then I've got
my team that's going to be on the outside. And
I'm by the way, I'm a member of LA Enforcement Virginia,
so I have some level of law enforcement authority in Virginia.
My boss Sheriff Dave Decatur down in Stafford knew what

(45:19):
I was doing, so you know he was willing to
support what we were doing as well. So bar rejects
it just says, flat out that's not going to happen.
The FBI has a lead on this. And I said,
with all due respect, and this is after the Russia
collusion thing, and I'll you know, turn out to be false.
I said, with all due respect, the FBI doesn't.

Speaker 1 (45:37):
Have the best reputation.

Speaker 9 (45:38):
What do you mean by that? It's like, maybe it's
exactly what I said. You can't I don't trust the FBI. Well,
you don't have a choice. You you will turn you
will have mister Morgan at Washington Field office of the
FBI by two o'clock today.

Speaker 1 (45:51):
I will not. I will not.

Speaker 9 (45:53):
And so at this point I've got to talk to
mister Morgan. I will again continue to work to get
him whistleblower protection. There's a process. We have someone in mind.
By the way, we had a former d O d
I G. Who was willing to shepherd him through the
whistle blowing process. I don't want to mention his name,
but he'd already signed a board and they were we

(46:14):
were looking at that point for representation, a good lawyer
that could go in the room with him.

Speaker 1 (46:20):
And protect Jesse because you know talking to the FBI. Well,
I don't.

Speaker 9 (46:25):
I've been under cover with the FBI, but that FBI
is long gone. I don't think you know from all
all your experience, recent experience, and my recent you can't
trust them.

Speaker 3 (46:35):
I mean they're showing up at doctors houses. Now, who
owes child sex changes?

Speaker 1 (46:40):
Right?

Speaker 3 (46:41):
I saw that on the dinner table with you and
give you my stick.

Speaker 1 (46:45):
Like so, so I said no, and I refused.

Speaker 9 (46:49):
So I I was pissed, and so I collect, I
collect my breath, and before I could get out, we
had a little safe set up by the way. This
in the little safe house we sat set up, and
before I could collect my thoughts and get out the door,
Bernie Carritt calls me.

Speaker 1 (47:08):
He says, get your stuff and get out of there.
You're fired. It's like what it's like.

Speaker 9 (47:16):
I had a bad feeling, you know, you get this
like something's really wrong here now, Bernie. To Bernie, I've
talked about this. He didn't understand what's going on. He
was told that I was out of control and I
was refusing to take direction. Well, it's true, I wasn't
going to take what I considered to be illegal orders.

Speaker 1 (47:33):
You know, as Officer.

Speaker 9 (47:34):
Sean were told you don't take you don't take illegal orders.
And depriving a citizen of their rights, depriving citizen of
the right of representation, being rowroaded by the FBI. I
think that constitutes an illegal order the bill board gave me.
So I refused, and so I was fired and Bernie
was lied to. Bernie basically said, I have no idea

(47:57):
that what they told me that you were doing was
incorrect to me. So next I'm literally get your stuff,
You're off the project, get out of there now, as
in like you will leave now. That was the director
from Bernie. So I was like, okay, I'm out of here.
So I get my stuff and as I get my stuff,
I get it put in get in the car to leave.
As I'm driving out of this hotel that was our

(48:17):
our our where we're at, Phil Klein is loading Jesse
Morgan into a van to take him down to give
him to the FBI. And that was that was the
end of the operation. That was the end of Jesse Morgan.
He lost credit, he lost protection and then it was
like throwing uh, throwing uh, you know, uh a salmon

(48:39):
to a bear, because that's that's what happened to him.
They savaged him, and obviously McSwain and others who I
think did try to keep this going were a ruled.
McDonagh was the bag man for making sure that everything
was suppressed and denied or and not investigated.

Speaker 1 (48:57):
This was a killer. This is a capture and kill operation.
It was not an investigation. So they captured Jesse Morgan
and they killed uh the investigation.

Speaker 3 (49:06):
That's what they did, Tony so Bill Barr. Once Jesse
Morgan delivered to the FBI like reading between the lines
so that the FBI can say, you know, shut up
or they.

Speaker 1 (49:21):
It was all about.

Speaker 9 (49:23):
It was all about then trying to intimidate, trying to
basically tell him he didn't see what he thought he did.
It's like the cheap fakes, like what you saw, you
didn't see, yes, And that's what they did to him.
And basically it's like they they then tried everything they
could to dismantle his story, to keep him off off kilter.

(49:43):
He tried his best to keep going. He was on
lou Dobbs lu and I talked about this. He tried,
he didn't give up, but the media was against him,
and once Klin caved, it was all over. We again,
let me be very clear on this. We were working
with the team to make sure that Jesse had whistle
lawer status. We had a process for doing it, and
we had several lawyers we're looking at for representation. Bill

(50:07):
Klein decided, yeah, I'm just going to turn him over
to the FBI. And that's and that so that I
think it. Had he been given a whistle blower status
and a lawyer, he couldn't have just been kind of
disappeared by the FBI.

Speaker 1 (50:18):
But that's what happened.

Speaker 3 (50:19):
Here's the crazy thing about this, and I've said this before,
but I'll say it again here because it applies if
you're Joe Biden or you're the United States government and
you know, Okay, we've got this pandemic, we're coming out
of lockdowns. We've implemented mass mail in ballots to protect
from the pandemic. I mean, that's what they said. I know,
people who are listening to the air quotes, I'm being sarcastic,

(50:43):
but they roll this stuff out. Americans' faith in the
system has been shaken. The vast majority of Republicans, great
many Independents, although they might not admit it publicly, they
don't trust the system, man. They just don't. So if
there was nothing wrong and they had nothing to hide,
why would the response just not be I mean because

(51:05):
first of all, like, oh, this is the bestest, most
secure election in the history of elections was what they
told us. So if they truly believe that, then why
go to these great lengths to make sure that Jesse
Morgan's life is SENTI he's threatened as they ruined this
guy's reputation or at least try to even Lou Dobbs,
anybody that had this guy on. You know what they

(51:25):
did to Lou. They went after him as yeah, Lu
got fired, Rudy Giuliani right going after him. Anybody that
looked into this they went after. So all of this
taken together is like, well, clearly they stole, Clearly they
rigged it, Like clearly this is real. I mean, otherwise
why go to these lengths. The FBI was essentially one

(51:46):
big deep state cover up machine for the twenty.

Speaker 9 (51:50):
Two They were an extended the element of the d
n C as far as I'm concerned because that's all
they did. And yes, Sean, to your point, I see
this like you and I've I I do a lot
of public talks, and I say, yeah, twenty twenty was
the stolen election. I don't care what anybody says. I
best what I saw personally. I can't attest to every
single instance, but I can tell you that these ballots

(52:13):
and the theory of the crime is this.

Speaker 1 (52:14):
Let me give you the end of the story.

Speaker 9 (52:17):
We believe those bout Jesse was told to drop the
trailer at some remote location.

Speaker 1 (52:22):
Sean. You never you never drop a trailer and leave it. Ever,
it's a controlled item.

Speaker 9 (52:27):
This is like taking a van of sixteen's and just
leaving them, leaving him in a Walmart parking lot somewhere.
It's like, you don't do that. But that's what he
was told to do. He was ordered to do it,
and he never saw that trailer again. That trailer went missing.
Now we believe that that trailer was a necessary piece
of the cheating in Philadelphia because you know, and I

(52:48):
know what they had to have.

Speaker 1 (52:49):
They had to have artifacts to match that curve. They
had to have.

Speaker 9 (52:53):
Something they can point to say, yeah, I see these
are all counted. We counted these. So that's what happened.
That Trailaylor got moved into Philadelphia. Who move Who would
notice a fifty three foot trailer going into a postal.

Speaker 1 (53:05):
Facility and it sat there.

Speaker 9 (53:07):
It sat there until that night, and they decided they
knew basically they had six hundred and twenty thousand ballots
they were going to pull from that trailer.

Speaker 1 (53:16):
Just what they need to be able to win. That's
why they did it. That's how they did it.

Speaker 9 (53:21):
And I will stand to buy this investigation by Jesse
Morgan and what happened to my death.

Speaker 3 (53:28):
Tony Man, that is, this is unbelievable. I mean it's
not unbelievable. I experienced it too, but just to hear
you talk about it firsthand, I mean you know that, Tony.
This is why I wanted you to talk about your
background a little bit, because the media would have I
mean the media that, yeah, they'd have us all believe
that you're some crazy tinfoil hat wear and conspiracy theorists

(53:49):
that that there's a flat earther and believes there was
no Moonland.

Speaker 9 (53:52):
I mean, well, my name, my name is my nickname
of Dia was spooky, but it was more because of
the Fox molder aspect than being wacky. So no, I see,
they gave me all the things that nobody else wanted
to do because we would be career ending.

Speaker 1 (54:04):
It's like I didn't care. I'll just go do it,
you know.

Speaker 3 (54:07):
So let me ask you this. Yeah, I've said on
the show before, like I think you know, you have
people like Bill Barr who were just and a lot
of these traditional Republican or never Trumpers that are part
of the deep state, right you know, I started in
that commune. A lot of these guys are neo cons
Like like these these these folks in the military community.

(54:28):
It's just all they know. It doesn't mean they're bad people,
it's just they're around that all the time. It's just
what they know. Now that they've experienced a lot of
these Republicans who maybe were part of this or knew
about this, they've experienced three four years under Biden. Are
they throwing their hands up now and saying, Okay, we
got to have Trump back because even though we didn't

(54:49):
like the guy, like he's a million times better than Biden.
And you know, because I think many of these people
thought well by just lunchbucket Joe. He's worked with Republicans,
he's worked with Democrats. He's not as fast on his feet,
but he's still a moderate. Right. You know how all
these DC insiders think they're completely catched from reality. I mean,

(55:10):
I guess where I'm going to is like, what are
we what's their plan in twenty twenty four? You have
to have some sense about that. I mean, obviously, I've said,
clearly to get illegals to vote. I mean, that's clearly
what they're trying to do. But what's twenty twenty four
look like in your opinion?

Speaker 1 (55:28):
Well, let me give some context.

Speaker 9 (55:29):
I agree with your comment, let me give some additional
kind of maya. So Bar said recently he'd vote for Trump. Now,
the reason I think Bar did what he did to
me and others the deep state, the permanent bureaucracy. The
neacns did in fact think that lunch bucket Joe would
be good, But they were thinking about lunch bucket Joe

(55:50):
era two thousand and two thousand and one, when he
was a moderate. They didn't understand that he was so addled,
so compromised, that he would be the vessel for the
most extreme elements of the life. They didn't understand that.
I think that's what they've woken up to. The Joe
Biden of two thousand is not the Joe Biden of
twenty twenty four. He is simply too compromised to know

(56:11):
what he's doing. And I'm being totally honest about that.
So I think that's and that's what the neocons have
figured out. It's like, yeah, this went too far. Bill
Barr's job was to protect the infrastructure, to protect the bureaucracy.
That's what he did, so I'm sure he has no
problems throwing Morgan under the bus, throwing me under the bus.

Speaker 1 (56:31):
He didn't care. He was trying to protect the institution
of dj and the FBI. They are institution set.

Speaker 3 (56:36):
That's why he did when he endorsed Trump. I played
this clip last week when you and I were texting,
Hey endorses Trump unprovoked and Trump his response to that
was hysterical. But he basically is like, given two bad choices,
like Biden and Trump, I'm going to go with Trump,
you know, because liberals are a threat to our institutions.

(56:57):
And I thought to myself, well, that's it. Institution bureaucracies,
they exist to protect themselves.

Speaker 9 (57:05):
Look at what they did during the hearings regarding the
Russia coclusion narrative. Nobody really got in trouble except for
one guy, one lawyer who lied. They protected Komi, they
protected McCabe, they protected Struck. All those guys they all
should be in jail. But no, they were protected because
they were protecting the institution. That's why they did that.
That's what Barr did.

Speaker 3 (57:25):
So so okay, so Tony, So, where where can people
find you? I mean, I know you're you're the host
of an awesome podcast, The Hard Truth, Right where can
people find you? Buy your book? Tell us all about that,
because I want people to support you.

Speaker 6 (57:43):
Man.

Speaker 9 (57:43):
Sure, So I've run something called Project Sentinel Project central
dot com. It's kind of our new think tank. We
shut down the London Center where processes showing it down,
which was in Manhattan. A hint conservative think tanks in Manhattan.
They don't last long. It's tough to run because nobody
likes as you've noticed, So we're now shrag going after
you or what No, no, no, it's just no money

(58:03):
and it's like you can't run a think take with
that fun So doctor Herb London. His legacy will be
protected and supported through Projects Sentinel. He was a great
conservative who survives somehow in New York anyway. And then
I'm on Twitter, you know, te spooky, and then you
know you and I are on with Ed sometimes. I'm
actually now hosting Mondays and Fridays Wake Up Patriots on

(58:23):
Rumble On behalf of it. And so obviously we're like
to have you come on some time again and talk.
And then the hard truth is on the America Out
Loud Network on iHeart and iTunes and all that. And
my job you've heard de ei right, So we're we
are ei E educate, inform and entertained. So that's our job.

(58:45):
So we do our best to keep people informed of
what's going on. So, Sean, it's been a pleasure, a
true pleasure to be on with you.

Speaker 1 (58:52):
Thank you for having you.

Speaker 3 (58:53):
You are a freaking patriot, my friend. I would love
to have you back soon. Of course, I'll come on
Wake Up Patriots anytime you need me. Man, I'm there.

things to show you, these two funny videos, and then

I'm blessed to have you all. So thank you for
being with me. And so look, we talked about some crazy,
crazy stuff today. I mean, honestly, I lived that I

(01:00:09):
saw at but Tony saw in a completely different thing.
But you gotta see Nathan Wade who is Big Fanny's boyfriend.
Special prosecutor pointed down in Georgia going after Trump on
this election case that fell completely apart. It's a complete joke.
What was exposed during that case was just a deep
level of corruption and rot at herot and our judicial system,

(01:00:31):
not just in the state of Georgia, but clearly it's
all over America. But Nathan Wade goes on with Marlon
Wains on Comedy Central and honestly, this has to be
the funniest thing Comedy Central has done in ages. But
I gotta show you because it's just too good, not
too and after all the serious stuff that we just
talked about, it's good to laugh. Well, old girl was like, hey, babe,

(01:00:56):
you want to be in charge of this prosecution of
the president of the United States who did this insurrection?

Speaker 1 (01:01:02):
Did you think like this could get messy or you
was like, nah.

Speaker 5 (01:01:10):
We did not have that type of relationship at the
at the outset and we were interviewing other people for
the position.

Speaker 1 (01:01:17):
What position was It was only the position of that position.
He's the death position. Looked like this.

Speaker 3 (01:01:30):
After way he resigned as Special prosecutor, Trump's law dogs
still tried to use their relationship to get the case
thrown out. They compelled his ass to testify and grilled
this hall.

Speaker 5 (01:01:42):
Did you go to a cabin with Miss Willis?

Speaker 6 (01:01:45):
Ever?

Speaker 3 (01:01:46):
Both a homie had answers? Ever, Folks, I tell you

(01:02:09):
we live at a precarious time, but we've got to
be happy warriors throughout all this. We can't allow the
left to get us down. We can't allow the left
to destroy our senses of humor, our positive outlook on
both life and America. So keep that, find ways to laugh, right,
And if you're still watching the show, I mean most

(01:02:30):
of you, I mean this show is probably one of
the fastest growing conservative podcasts in America. And you know,
I'm so grateful for that because I have you to
thank for it. It's your show again, it is and
it always will be. But please please please subscribe to
Battleground Live. Tell your family and friends to subscribe to
Battleground Live as well. Again. Smash that like button, that

(01:02:52):
little green thumb beneath the video, Smash it. It helps
repel us to the leader board. Also, in about five minutes,
I'm gonna be on with Donald Trump Junior, whose show
is already live right here on rumbled. It is called Triggered,
and it's running right after my show, So I'm on there.
I'm talking all about the personal lawfare that I experienced.
I talk about what we're doing in Pennsylvania to save

(01:03:15):
this country. I talk about Trump and why he's the
right candidate, the right leader, at the right time, in
this moment. I mean, there's so much to go. Check
that out right after the show. And as always, folks,
thank you all for being with me. Keep the faith,
take action in your community. The best is yet to come.
Everything is on the line in twenty twenty four. I

(01:03:36):
hope you enjoyed Tony Schaeffer. Folks, Tomorrow is going to
be another amazing show. Make sure you're here right right
at five o'clock in the trenches, right here on Rumble.
God bless you all, and God bless this amazing country
that we call home. Take care, good night, and I
