Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome back in Everybody, Clay Travis en Buck Sexton show
here Uncle Bill on the hot seat. Our friend Bill
O'Reilly confronting the presidents his latest book, another bestseller, Bill
Oreilly dot Com for Bill's analysis daily and obviously you
get links of the book and things there as well.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Bill. Do you ever get tired of the best seller? Moniker?
You know, does it get old? There's it always fun.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
No, it's great because when I was a urchin, the
nuns used to say, are you ever going to read
a book? William? And now I'm the best selling nonfiction
author in the world. So those nuns, I mean, they're
not around, but somewhere in heaven they're going we were wrong.
We were wrong about him.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Oh I think Mother Superior or whatever Bill was motivating you.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
You know, that's how.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
It was going. It didn't work. I was a little thug,
but confronting the president's number four. This coming Sunday after
ten weeks in the market, and I want to thank
you guys because you've been very nice in mentioning the book,
and we hope people will consider it for Christmas gifts
and stuff like.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
That makes a great gift. I've got my copy here
at home? All right, Bill, I need you to explain
what the heck just happened here Gates Withdrew? Was it
too much heat? Or was this a gambit deploy all along?

Speaker 2 (01:21):
What happened here?

Speaker 3 (01:24):
All right? So I predicted a week ago that Matt
Gates would not be the Attorney General. It was not
a difficult prediction. Peter Haig Seth and RFK Junior will
not make the cabinet either, Wow. And the reason is
that even though Donald Trump has tremendous power and momentum,

(01:47):
by far the most powerful person in the United States
and in the world, the body that he has to
deal with, Congress, still maintains a standard of behavi that
sounds ridiculous. But most of the Senators and congress people,
you can only push them so far. Very few on

(02:11):
the Hill liked personally Matt Gates. They didn't like what
he did to McCarthy, They don't like his demeanor, they
don't like him. That matters a tremendous amount. So Gates
threw it in today, but he did so under pressure
from the Trump administration. They didn't want to take any

(02:34):
more heat. Same thing will happen with Hegseeth and Bobby
Kennedy Junior. What Washington wants is stability and calm at
this point, and that's a good thing. They want the
stock market to be confident, they want prices to come down.

(02:55):
They don't want side shows. And it might not be
fair to these three individuals. Certainly, Matt Gates has been
slimed and smeared, and the Justice Department took a hard
look at it and did not indict him. And believe me,
they would have had to be anything there.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
That's my bill. Can I just jump in on that.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
That's been my thing all along is if people keep
saying there's so much evidence, there's so much evidence, no charges.
I mean, it's not even we're saying there were charges
and not a conviction, no charges at all. To me,
that's got to indicate that they didn't think there was
a strong case. Because we're talking about serious stuff. But
why would Trump? Did Trump miscount? Do you believe Trump
fundamentally miscalculated? Or is this a move to get the

(03:39):
to basically light all the libs hair on fire at
once inside a DJ and elsewhere and now turn around
and say, okay, I bet you'll find my next nominee
is very reasonable.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
I don't think that was a conspiracy. I think that
Trump wanted to give the middle finger to a lot
of people and did it through no doating Gates and
the others. He's an emotional man. Trump. He's been through
an unbelievable amount. I keep saying that he's getting passive retribution.

(04:13):
He doesn't have to do this. Look at MSNBC. It's
gone vaporized and.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
He's basically destroyed CNN and MSNBC, right, I mean, those
brands will never be what they were singing.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
And I'll hang on MSNBC is gone. And if you
read the message of the day on Bill O'Reilly dot com,
I explain why. But getting back to President like Trump,
he often reacts emotionally day to day and that usually
winds up hurting him. I think Pam Bondi will be

(04:47):
the next nominee and she'll sail through. But then he's
going to have to reevaluate Defense and health and Human
Services because those who guys are not going to make it.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
Why is an RFK junior is RK You're not going
to make it in your mind for reasons that could
be construed as reasonable, or is he not going to
make it because Big Pharmas still calls the shots, even
on the Republican side, and he's a threat to too
much money or's it a combination.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
Do you consider me a reasonable man?

Speaker 2 (05:17):
That's why I'm asking you for the reasonableness test?

Speaker 3 (05:19):
All right? So you consider me a reasonable man, and
that's your reputation book. I hope you understand that, all right.
I would not vote for Robert Kennedy Junior. Farwar said
why because of his conspiracy theories in the past. I
believe he's an opportunist. I think he would turn on
Trump very very quickly, and I just don't like the

(05:45):
measure of the man.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
Can I tell you, Bill, I know you know you
join us frequently. Appreciate that if you if you were
familiar with the way this has gone on the show.
Clay has been a big believer in RFK Junior. I
have been incredibly skeptic. Clay's not here today to give
that point of view, so I'm just bringing this to
the audience's attention. Usually he's very I think RFK has
changed and he's converted and he's and I'm like, as

(06:08):
guy's a Democrat, can't trust him?

Speaker 2 (06:09):
Like, I don't know. I just I wouldn't do.

Speaker 3 (06:11):
A party designation on it myself. And Clay might be right,
he might be a changed man, but I can't take
that chance if I'm a senator. Yeah, there are any
more qualified people to go up against big Pharma. Look,
Kennedy has an excellent point of view on food. Food
is killing Americans. Yes, we're being deceived by these food companies.

(06:36):
The sugar and the artificial crap that we are putting
into our bodies is insane. The federal government has an
absolute obligation, just as they did with tobacco, to make
everybody understand that Kennedy is one hundred percent right, But
it's his overall view of the world that it's a

(06:59):
very giant conspiracy place. I can't give that kind of
a point of view power if I'm senator.

Speaker 1 (07:08):
Speaking of Bill O'Riley, Confronting the President's is his latest bestseller.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Go get your copy.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
Great gift for the holidays, All right, Bill, I want
to switch switch gears for a second because this Daniel
Penny case playing out in New York City right now,
I'm I'm worried we're going to have a reporter from
the courtroom, who's been there every day with us tomorrow
from New York Post does great work. I'm hearing from
writing or reading her writing and hearing from her and
others that this is looking it's looking a little bit

(07:36):
bleak right now for Penny based on some of the
testimony and some of the way this is going. How
are you seeing this and what do you how do
you view the overall issues?

Speaker 3 (07:45):
This is a.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
Political issue now, I mean, this is going to be
something that a lot of people across the country. This
is not a local crime story. How do you see
it playing out?

Speaker 3 (07:53):
I don't believe mister Penny will ever go to prison.
I think there'll be a hung jury. I'll get thrown out.
His really was on radio New York Radio today, didn't
seem concerned. Wow, okay, all right, it's taught defense lawyer,
wasn't you know? I didn't have adjective. He was very,
very calm. It is in New York City jury. But

(08:19):
to me, there's so much reasonable doubt in this case,
so much testimony in his favor, that any appeals court
would overturn any conviction.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
In my opinion, I certainly look, I certainly hope so
I've I've been concerned because you know, they're going very
much with uh. The prosecution has been saying, oh, look,
we don't have a problem with him stepping in to
defend people and even using force. It's just he went
he held him too long around the throat, basically reasonable doubt.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Well, of course you know that. I mean, you don't
have to convince me. Bill.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
If I was on that jury, or if I was
the prosecutor, it never even would have been brought, right,
But I'm worried about what that New York jury is
going to do. You sound pretty confident, not certain, obviously,
but confident that there's enough reasonable doubt you get to
at least a hung jury or a.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
Conviction will quickly overturned down appeal. Yeah. So you know, look,
all I can do is put together my analysis based
on what I see and hear. And I listened to
Penny's lawyer quite carefully this morning, and I did not
hear any trepidation.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
And just one more for you, Jesse Smollette, Illinois State
Supreme Court has flipped that that conviction it's gone now right,
I mean, they have overturned it. It is use Smollette
is walking around smiling and no. You know now he
has one in court. I believe in friends of mine
who are lawyers agree with me. They've already reached out

(09:50):
to me. He's going to sue the State of Illinois now,
which is just even adding insult to injury. How did
this happen?

Speaker 3 (09:58):
Small Lett is guilty. He tried to falsely gin up
a race controversy. His life is over. He's not going
to be an actor anymore. He's not going to do anything.
He can wander around say, sue whatever he wants. I
think this will quickly disappear. You might be right. He

(10:20):
might get some lawyers together to try to sue the
State of Illinois. He'll lose, but in the totality of
the case, he is done in this country.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
All right?

Speaker 1 (10:34):
Everybody go check out copy of Confronting the Presidents Bill
Oreilly dot Com as well for Bill's daily analysis there.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
All right, welcome back in to play and buck my
friends Uncle Bill with Honestly, I look a bit.

Speaker 2 (12:05):
Of hope there on the Daniel Penny case. Bill O'Reilly
was with us.

Speaker 1 (12:09):
I mean maybe I've just been, you know, too worried
about about this one, growing up in New York and
seeing how this stuff goes. But he's he's got a
point on the reasonable doubt component of it and impossible
hung jury.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
I think that there's there's a real chance there.

Speaker 1 (12:25):
But I just worry. The politics of New York City
are such now. I mean, look at what they did
Donald Trump, and they got a conviction. I mean we
have to actually remind ourselves of that. We have to
remind ourselves of Donald Trump was convicted for. I think
it was thirty four. I can't eat. I lost count
thirty four felonies for saying that something was you know,

(12:51):
a payment to a lawyer, when it was actually a
payment to have somebody sign an NDA and not like
tell a personal thing whether it's true or not that
you can do it's all legal.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
Thirty four felonies. I mean, it's not even one felony.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
And they patch together statute limitations the abuse of law
is the downfall of the republic everything. If the law
doesn't actually mean anything other than the emotionally disturbed leftists
get what they want, then nothing really can be counted on.

(13:27):
No institution really functions as it should, because everything is
just about power. Everything is about when we're in charge,
we crush our enemies, we help our friends. Oh help
our friends like Jesse Smollett getting off now Scott free now,
Bill points out, and again correct, the guy's reputation is
in tatters.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
Eah, well you know with me? Quit Bill with you?

Speaker 1 (13:51):
But you think that Jesse Smollette may pop up one
day on road Rules thirty five or something probably, But
why was he able to get away with this? I
mean this is the important point because Kim Fox, who
is a Soros backed left wing prosecute in the Chicago area,
is somebody who was friends with Jesse Smolette. Jesse Smolette

(14:14):
is famous, black and gay, and Kim Fox likes him
and views him as a symbol of an important uh
you know, DEI success, And so she made the whole
thing disappear.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
He didn't even have to He didn't even have to
g a guilty.

Speaker 1 (14:30):
Plea that he just showed up to court and she's like,
we're gonna steal this whole thing. It's gone, And Illinois
is saying, well, I mean that was the deal.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
That was the deal.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
So just when someone says to you the law is
the law, understand that if you have people who don't
have any ethics and don't believe in actual justice, they
always all at a modifier social justice, racial justice, gender justice, right, no, no,
just justice. If you have somebody who does not see
it through the uh, through the prism of the constitution

(15:02):
and equality before the law, they can upend the whole thing.
Look at our immigration system. Look at all the illegal
immigration across the country. It's just lawlessness everywhere. Oh but
you know what about this is a multicultural society. We
need all the illegals to do the things we don't want.
All these things you hear, it's just making excuses for

(15:22):
violations of law, constant violations of law that are occurring.
And you saw, I mean it was I mean, I
had people reach out to me yesterday. Clay was leading
us in our discussion of the Lake and Riley case,
which is which is heartbreaking, and hearing that letter that
was meant for her future husband, that young Lake and Riley,

(15:43):
and people were crying in this audience, and I understand that, and.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
There was a real emotional.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
I mean, it just tumult the pain that everyone feels
for that family, for that father, that a and Riley
is gone. The NYPD had her rapist and murder in
prison and decided to thwart federal law because the mayor

(16:11):
and the City Council of New York. I understand, I
understand the patrol guys aren't setting the policies.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
I get that.

Speaker 1 (16:16):
But the institution, the NYPD had him and was like, no,
let's not hand him over to immigration authorities. Let's let
him go free. And now we see what happened. Right again,
when is the law actually the law? This is the
fundamental question, right, It's the true of all these things.
It's true in the case of Daniel Penny, it's true
in the case with Jessee Smallett, It's drew in the

(16:36):
case of Matt Gates. I told you, I don't know
Matt Gates met him once or twice. I don't know
what's true or not true about his background. I do
know that he's never had a charge brought against him.
I also know that there are a lot of members
of Congress that have beef with him. That is a
build for point of that up that is also true.
But in the post Kavanaugh era, I can't just take

(16:57):
whatever the media says about a conservative as having any
credibility whatsoever. I need proof, I need process because with Kavanaugh,
they took a manifestly innocent man, I'm not saying a
not guilty man, a manifestly innocent man, and tried to

(17:18):
ruin his life with the most absurd Always remember this,
there wasn't just Blasi Ford. They had three come forward officially,
and there were dozens with stories so preposterous about how
he raped me that they didn't even bring it forward
at his sentate confirmation because they knew wouldundermine the whole thing. Liars,
liars everywhere, all the protect abortion. That was the whole game.

(17:40):
So yes, in a post Kavanaugh era, I want process,
I want evidence, I want proof before someone's life is destroyed.
I think that's important. I think that's a principle we
can all share, whether from New York City or a Peoria, Illinois.
The activity on Wall Street is affecting the economy where
you are, and if you invest you know how hard
it is to find good tools and research. That's why

(18:02):
I've come to like what Mark Jakin does with his
company Shake in Analytics Markets. Mark's a fifty year Wall
Street vet. He built an indicator that's in nearly every
trading journal to this day and is nearly one million
people using his tools Right now. However, his systems are
signaling a big shift in the AI markets.

Per Mark.

dot com paid for by Shakin Analytics. Welcome back into
Clay and Buck. So wow, we uh, we are dealing
with some breaking news today. Obviously, Matt Gates is out
a his Who's gonna be the next ag?

Speaker 2 (19:02):
I know?

Speaker 1 (19:03):
People have said Matt Whittaker, for example, But Matt Whitaker
has already accepted, at least verbally, and been announced as
the US ambassador to NATO, which you know, it's gonna
involve a lot of Belgian freats and mayonnaise eating. I mean, it's,
you know, Belgium. I'm sure it's nice this time of year.

(19:25):
Like a little bit of France, a little bit of
the Netherlands mixed together. It's fun, a little Dutch, little French.
I'm sure the Belgians would hate that description, by the way,
but I don't think we have a huge Belgian audience,
so I'll just put that aside. But I don't think
that they're gonna necessarily have him step down from that.
We'll have to see who else is in contention for
ag I'm still trying to get a sense as to

(19:49):
why this would have happened in this way. If this
was a miscalculation by the Trump team to put him forward,
that the heat was just too much, or if they
figured this was gonna happen all along, a case for either,
and I think unless you're in those discussions at the
very top level, and I'm at least a person or
to remove from them at the very top level. Then

(20:10):
it's hard to really know. It's hard to really know.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
I still believe that given all the stuff that they've
put out about.

Speaker 1 (20:18):
Gates, my biggest question remains, why haven't they actually ever
brought a charge of any kind, because I've seen charges
against people with seemingly far less evidence based on what
they've told. This is already out there or established. Whether
that's actual evidence or it's just hearsay is another.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
Part of the story. But yeah, I'm very curious to
see where this goes.

Speaker 1 (20:40):
And it's also giving I think the left a little
bit of They're gonna believe this is a boost for them,
which they kind of need because people are very upset right.

Speaker 2 (20:53):
Now about Donald Trump's win.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
This is fun joy beha over the view. This is
cut nine. She wants everybody to know that she is
and the view. The table is miserable about all of this,
and they can't help themselves.

Speaker 2 (21:12):
They're so sad. Play nine. You know what's in the air?
Whuppy what sum?

Speaker 3 (21:16):
We lost the election?

Speaker 2 (21:17):
Wait a minute, we lost the election.

Speaker 5 (21:19):
We're miserable.

Speaker 2 (21:20):
Half of this country is miserable. And let's just tell
the truth. We hate that he won.

Speaker 4 (21:26):
We hate.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
And everybody's tight and crazy right now. Everybody's uptight and crazy.
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (21:35):
I'm not uptight and crazy. I don't think you're uptight
and crazy. I think we're doing I think we're doing
just fine. I think we've reached a very happy place. Actually,
I feel pretty darn good about where the country's going.

Speaker 2 (21:48):
But yeah, they're very upset about this.

Speaker 1 (21:52):
They're right now in reassessment mode. And I want to
be clear with all of you. The Empire will strike back.
They will rally. I believe it's going to be around
the deportation issue, and that's going to become the, if
you will, the kind of Russia collusion, except far more real,

(22:14):
as in real than what we saw in the Trump
twenty sixteen era. I think that they're going to rally
around the Russia collusion, I'm sorry, around the deportation issue,
and that will be how they start to get you know,
all the machinery of the Democrat NGO corporate media industrial
complex working. And yeah, that's what I see happening here.

(22:40):
The issue that they have, I think in the meantime
is who is going to lead it?

Speaker 2 (22:45):
And I don't just mean that.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
Politically, I mean that overall, as in, who on the left,
who is the Democrat that can lead the charge public
against Trump and against this administration that really has a
lot of sway. I'm not talking about with Republicans. That

(23:07):
I'm talking about with Democrats. Who has the gravitas to
be their leader this time around within their own tribe,
right within the Democrat I think it's a very weak,
very weak bench that they have. In fact, it is
so weak, this is amazing. We mentioned this yesterday.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
Kamala Harris. According to a let me where's this poll?

Speaker 1 (23:32):
A puck News Echelon Insights survey, forty one percent of
Democrats would still vote for the veep to be at
the top of the ticket in four years.

Speaker 3 (23:46):
Now.

Speaker 2 (23:46):
You might say, okay, well that's only forty one percent.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
That's the highest, that's the highest of any Democrat they
what they're telling you is right now. And I know
this is just a poll, but I what is the
what is the counter argument?

Speaker 2 (24:02):
Who are we missing? Right?

Speaker 1 (24:04):
Who is the person that is there obvious numb? Forty
percent of people in the Democrat Party think that Kamala
Harris is the best choice they have again. Maybe they
have a little bit of a Trump envy situation here
where Trump obviously twenty twenty lost and we just ran
him again the same guy, even more compelling campaign, but

(24:26):
same guy and he wins in twenty twenty four. Maybe
they think that they can run the same playbook with Kamala.

Speaker 2 (24:33):
I really don't think so.

Speaker 1 (24:35):
Kamala was a such a spectacularly weak candidate that I
would relish any any opportunity for a Republican to run
against her in the future. I would say that's the
best way, that's the best option. I would rather have
it be Kamala than Greshen whitmoret rather have it be

(24:56):
Kamala than Gavin Newsom. I mean, I think that she
is probably the weakest person even in the conversation, especially
after this loss. But what's their alternative? I mentioned some alternatives.
None of them are good. None of them right now
stand out as somebody who is particularly capable. So that's

(25:17):
why you have forty percent of Democrats still saying that
Kamala Harris is the best that they have going forward,
which is remarkable, remarkable. You know how many, I mean
I have the numbers here, how many would pick Tim
Walls for the nomination for the Democrats. Twenty eight six

(25:39):
percent six percent of people think the VP on this
ticket should be the nominee going forward, so that that's
pretty much the epitaph for the Tim Walls political aspiration.

Speaker 2 (25:54):
I think that's over with. We got Minnesota. You know,
Minnesota has.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
Such nice people and has such a beautiful I used
to go camping there with my dad. Very fond memories
of camping there. Although I don't like camping, but I
like hanging out with my dad. I have and my
brothers very fond memories of camping there with my dad
and my brothers growing up, and it's so beautiful. I
remember maybe this was I don't think you'd do this anymore.
We would just drink out of the lakes there. We

(26:19):
never got sick. It was fine, was back in the day.
Don't do this at home, I'm sure probably now there's
all kinds of stuff, but that's how That's how Christine
the Wilderness was. Anyway, I love Minnesota. Minnesotas are such
nice people. It really is true. You know, there's some
generalizations about regions that are New Yorkers. We do walk
faster than other people. That is I can tell you
anywhere you go in the country, the person who's just

(26:41):
sort of walking faster than people around them for no
reason other than that's how they walk. New Yorkers we
walk faster than all the rest of you. Maybe it's
because we're just used to the hustle and bustle getting
on the subway and all the rest of it. But
we just walk faster, and maybe that's not a good thing.
We should stop and smell the roses a little bit,
hang out a little bit more. Minnesotans are very nice,
very nice people, very polite people. Tim Walls, come on, guys,

(27:05):
come on. I know Democrats are run on that state
right now, but we got to do better than that one.
Michiganders also very nice people. And somehow Gretchen Whitmer they
re elected.

Speaker 2 (27:15):
It's one thing to elect her. They re elected her
after COVID madness.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
To me, but back to how the empire will strike back,
what the next move will be for the Democrat Party.
They've got to figure this out. I don't think they're
I don't think they have a plan, and it's the
first time that they have had no.

Speaker 2 (27:36):
Plan going forward.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
I'm trying in eight years This is the first time
that the Democrats are just absolutely floundering. And I do
think MSNBC is probably toast. I mean, I don't know
what happens to it, but it's not looking good for them.
And the Washington Post. Jeff, I think it's funny. Jeff Bezos,

(28:00):
he owns it, as we know, stepping in and he
really prevented them from harming themselves. Further, he actually stopped
them from a degree of professional self harm at the
Washington Post because of these things that look, we didn't endorse,
we're going, you know, and now it starts to create
the perception of they're going back to being a newspaper,

(28:21):
a newspaper, not an activist organization with people publishing people
like Jennifer Rubin, who is just saying the craziest stuff.

Speaker 2 (28:33):
Donald Trump actually watched to kill your children.

Speaker 6 (28:36):
She actually says this. We played the audiover she says
that he wants to kill children. She's insane. How can
you publish these people? How can you do this and
want to be taken seriously? Yeah, First Amendment. Sure, you
can publish nonsense if you want, but you want to
have credibility. There's a shifting within the entire media ecosystem,

(28:56):
a shifting that is occurring that is not favorable for
the Democrats either. So it's a few things, right. It's
not just that they don't have the leadership that they
need to run an effective opposition to Trump right off
the bat. They don't even have the same scale of
propaganda apparatus that they're used to relying on. Right, think

(29:21):
about what they're able to do with Russia Russia collusion.
They take a document paid for by the Hillary campaign,
it's a Hillary campaign document. They launder it through the FBI,
which then launders it back through the media, which then
launders it back to the CIA, And all of a sudden,
you've got Faiza and you've got a full field investigation

(29:42):
and all this stuff about nothing.

Speaker 2 (29:45):
There was no there there. The whole thing was a scam.
It was a sham.

Speaker 1 (29:50):
So that's what they're able to do when they have
Oh oh Anderson Cooper, Oh he's so serious. I'll listen
to what he has to say on the news, right.
And you know, and Brian Williams before his whole thing
fell apart. I mean, all these people they used to
be able to rely on to be the facade of
credibility for the left wing radicals, the facade of you know,

(30:14):
journalism and objectivity that the rest of the partisan media
relies on, right, because then they can follow me and say,
well it was reported on CNN, or well it was well,
we know exactly what's going on here. We understand the
realities of how much they lied.

Speaker 2 (30:36):
I gotta tell you some of you are saying, Buck,
why do you talk abo Morning Joe so much? It
is fascinating.

Speaker 1 (30:41):
Imagine you were watching a news program four months, which
I have been doing, and they're telling you that the
country will end an add off Hitler but with blonde
hair and more of a tan is going to take
over the country. And then that guy wins, and they're
like tellings going to hang out with him at mar

(31:02):
al Igo. Oh, Rosie O'Donnell, Rosie O'Donnell. Very upset about this,
by the way, this is cut five. She's very upset
with Mika and Joe play it.

Speaker 5 (31:11):
So Mika and Joe went down to mar Largo to
kiss the ring. So last time I ever watched Morning
Joe period end of statement, unreal, unreal for months telling
us he's the worst thing that could happen to this
country and the s and then you go kiss his ring. Despicable, despicable,

(31:34):
you both of you.

Speaker 1 (31:38):
You know It's funny is that I agree with her,
but for very different reasons.

Speaker 2 (31:43):
Like her assessment is correct, I'm not.

Speaker 1 (31:46):
They are despicable, and I'm not going to be watching
Morning Joe really maybe a little bit sometimes, but as
much as I used to do either, because the whole
fun of it was to see how they were setting
the daily for the rest of the MSNBC content, and
they were running. They were so crazy. The Overton window

(32:07):
of insanity was so big that then whatever CNN said
seemed kind of normal, right, And.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
They were doing this thing and it was amazing to watch,
and the whole thing just collapsed. Trump just like swept
it aside.

Speaker 1 (32:22):
With this win and now that we're supposed to forget
that it ever happened. It's amazing. I mean, it is
the most astonishing thing I've ever seen on television in
some ways is the transformation. And it's not just I
keep saying that the Morning Show, but you know you've
seen in the Evening Show as well. Who is going
to be their big person, Rachel Russia collusion, Mattow that's

(32:45):
who's going to lead the intellectual resistance to Donald Trump.
That's a joke that she already tried and failed. Who
is going to be? Now, someone is going to come forward.
They are going to elevate somebody and the resistance will
strike back.

Speaker 2 (33:00):
Who will it be? I know people think I think
it's gonna be. I think it's probably AOC. And I
know people say, oh, but she's not smart.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
Whatever.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
Look who they've just ran for president, Like, look at
Joe Biden. The guy's got dementia. You think that reality
intrudes on these thoughts. No, it's about social media. It's
about what gets clicks. It's about you swagger on television.
That's what moves the needle for certainly the Democrat base
these days. We'll come back into this in just a second.
US Navy Lieutenant Bradley Foster's story defines dedication and service

(33:34):
to country. He was inspired by his father's own military
service and felt a deep calling to serve his country.
He became a pilot in the US Navy. Then Bradley
underwent air and combat training and was later awarded the
National Defense Service Medal. Bradley's goal was to be the
best pilot and leader he could be while also being
the very best husband and father to his wife Beth
and baby girl Audrey. Tragically, Bradley's promising life was cut

(33:57):
short by a helicopter crash off the coast of San
Diego Go.

Speaker 2 (34:00):
TNALDA.

Speaker 1 (34:01):
Towers Foundation provided his family with a mortgage free home
in his honor. We have a sacred obligation to our
heroes in this country. Tunalt to Towers keeps our promise
to them. Show your support for heroes like Bradley and
their families. Donate eleven dollars a month the Tunnel to

the order of importance. First of all, ten percent of
our profits goes to Tunnel the Towers. We just talked
about Tunnel the Towers. I love the organization, I love
Frank Miller. What they do is amazing. So whenever you're
drinking this coffee, you're supporting Crocket, which is supporting other

(35:04):
conservative creators out there, by the way, other conservative shows
already we've got, you know, we've got different shows we're sponsoring.
But also ten percent of the profits goes a Tunnel
the Towers. Beyond that, my friends, you can get if
you subscribe a copy of Clay's American Playbook signed, which
is very fun, great gift for the holidays, especially for
somebody as a maybe a little surprise, but.

we're so gratified you're helping us build this company. It's

the more we're going to be doing, and the more
events we can have, and the more charitable giving we
can do, and all kinds of great stuff. So thank you,
thank you so much for what you've done so far.
Let's see, we've got a mail bag here from the VIPs,

(35:50):
a lot of emails in and I will take calls
the next hour. Sorry, the breaking news about Matt Gates
in the first hour took up some of our call time,
so we'll come back into this in the third hour.
But Jerry Ritz, I'd love to hear your educated guests
on who else Trump will consider for AG. It's the
question everyone is now asking. I don't know, I would,

(36:12):
I said, Mike Lee probably likes being a senator. He's like, fuck,
stop stop saying my name on radio.

Speaker 2 (36:17):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (36:17):
I just have a lot of respect for the guy.
He's very smart. I think he's very ethical. I think
Ted Cruz would be a great AG. But again, I
think he likes he just won. He's got six years
in the Senate. I think he likes being a senator.
Matt Whittaker already, NATO, you know you got to start
thinking who I mean. I think technically they didn't they
take away Ruby Giuliani's law license.

Speaker 2 (36:36):
I mean, I'm not saying that he would necessarily be.

Speaker 1 (36:38):
The guy, but I'm trying to think of who in
Trump world would be the best ag pick. Let me
come back to this, Let me give this some more
thought and send in suggestion
