Decord was pulled from the previous game and so give
Matt Murray a shot and the results not much better,

Mike Betton. I do believe it feels like he's twenty four.
I think he does.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
I think not only does he feel like he's twenty four,
I think it feels like he's twenty four in the
year nineteen ninety eight. Because he showed me his tramp stamp. Yes,
oh Diddy, Yeah, yeah, that's right.
Speaker 4 (02:03):
Yeah, I didn't realize that, So maybe I should Maybe
I should rethink this.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
Right down there, it's just the picture of decord. Oh yeah, all.
Speaker 3 (02:13):
Right, it's Chuck Bucking Ashley with you here on a
hump day. Greg Bell coming up here in about one minute.
Let me rip through your headlines. The NBA season tipped
off last night with two games. What an exciting game
to start the season. Double overtime thriller OKC beat the
Houston Rockings, Rockets and Kevin Durant by one point. The
Warriors beat the lebronless Lakers by ten inside. The NBA
(02:36):
debuts tonight on ESPN. Sounders take on the Minnesota United
Monday to start their MLS playoff in twenty twenty five.
Huskies are gonna host Illinois on Saturday. We'll talk to
Cam cleland about that at eight o'clock. And of course,
the Mariner season came to a close on Monday, and
the World Series will begin on Friday.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
But who cares?
Speaker 3 (02:59):
Seahawks are on by this week, and yet we've got
all this time now to talk about the Seahawks. So
let's tap into our Seahawks insider's knowledge.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
Here's Greg Bell.
Speaker 3 (03:09):
All right, Well, here we are at hump day and
we're all prepared to talk about the Seahawks. We got
all this time now to talk about the Seahawks, and
they decided to go on by.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
How rude?
Speaker 5 (03:20):
Yeah, the Pacific Northwest pay attention to him again. Seasons
back on football, Seasons on pause.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
How good do you.
Speaker 3 (03:30):
Think Mike McDonald feels five and two coming off that win?
Bye week? Is here chance to rest up? Kind of
a light schedule coming up to come out of the bye.
How does he think, how do you think Mike McDonald
feels about Seahawks football right now in the present moment.
Speaker 5 (03:47):
Incomplete, He's in a perfect spot for a leader to
teach and to have their attention and to motivate and
to point out their flaws and to grow because they're
a flawed five and two. They are not complete on
offense whatsoever. They haven't consistently run them all. If we
(04:09):
talked about defensively, they've had tackle issues, the injuries. They've
yet to be whole in the secondary since the first
four plays of the season. They haven't had their starters
together in the secondary since then. They're a long way
to go. And he can argue that and talk to
the team in front of him in team meetings and say, look,
(04:30):
turn on the film and watch this the run game,
for instance, they're hit and miss on their blocking in
the run game. Yet they scored twenty seven points in
the team Houston that was leading the NFL and points
allowed at twelve a game coming in. So he's got
the benefit of a decent perch at five and two,
(04:52):
same record as the forty nine ers and the Rams,
atop the NFC West. Yet he's got their attention for
how many things they have to improve. Now. The encouraging
thing is that if they could get any of these
things working together, if they can finally get a complete
game going, they should win games easily. But that's elusive
(05:13):
and that's hard, and not every team does it in
the NFL, which is why only one team raises the
trophy at the end.
Speaker 6 (05:19):
Well, yeah, obviously, the idea of being able to get
all things clicking right, I mean clicking on all cylinders
is what they would like to be. But of the
things that they need to work on, what is in
this bye week when they have a bunch of time
where they're not necessarily trying to rest up or heal
and get ready for a game this weekend? What is
the thing that is paramount? Is it getting the run
(05:41):
game more consistent?
Speaker 2 (05:42):
Is it?
Speaker 6 (05:42):
You know, if there is lapses on defense that allow
teams to move the ball at all? What is it
do you think is paramount when they're trying to get
this extra work in.
Speaker 5 (05:52):
It's the run game, Bucky, It's what their identity is
supposed to be. It's how their offense is supposed to work.
And they're not working offense the way they were designed,
the way they brought in Klink Kubiak and John Benton
and mc dennison and new line coaches. I mean, they
junked their entire offense and turned it over to run
the ball, and they aren't doing it consistently. You look
(06:15):
at the numbers and what it was it one hundred
and nineteen yards rushing the other night. That's a couple
of games now that I've been like, what how do
they get one hundred yards? Looked up in the third
fourth quarter and Kenneth Walker suddenly had sixty some yards rushing.
Was like, where did that come from? Because he's running
into a brick wall and getting taken out in the
middle of drives most of the game. So some of
(06:38):
the numbers aren't set telling the whole story on how
they're running the ball. And there's still so many defensive
players in the hole at the line of scrimmage when
the running backs are trying to make their cuts through
the I mean it's not working. There's a couple spurts
in the middle of games that praised their numbers a
(06:59):
little bit, but I mean when it's fourth and one
and they're doing a rollout pass and an eighteen year
pass to Smith and Jigba. That tells me that they're
broken in the run game. That's not how they're supposed
to play and they supposed to. Well, what I mean
by that is they've completely redesigned themselves and dedicated themselves
(07:21):
to running the ball, and they're still passing the ball
on fourth and one. It's just not it's not working.
And McDonald said, we're still searching, That's what his term
was after the game. We're still searching for the right rhythm,
the right blocking, the right targeting, the consistency and the
(07:42):
run game just isn't there. Donald and Smith and Jigba
have been so good in the past game that it
has covered up some of these flaws inconsistencies in the
run game. Can they win this way? Yeah, they have
one this way. I still submit they can't win the
NFC West this way.
Speaker 2 (07:58):
Greg mellis what us are Seahawks ins?
Speaker 3 (08:00):
And of course you can follow a Seahawks coverage at
Thenewstribune dot com and at g Bell Seattle. They're on
X with us nearly every day at seven five here
on the Chuck and Buck radio program. So I think
about how bad this team looked defensively against Tampa and
how good they've looked since, and still without Devin Witherspoon
(08:20):
in the lineup, and you know, Julian Love has missed
a lot of the last month of the season. How
much credit do we give to the getting back to
Mike McDonald defense, just to the coach and his system.
And how much credit do we have to reserve, if any,
to guys like Tyo Katta and Drake Thomas for stepping
(08:41):
up and improve play, because I don't think that we
thought a lot of them back in the preseason, and
yet they're the guys that are filling these holes left
by star players that are getting the jobs done right now.
Speaker 5 (08:53):
Yeah they are. And Okada in particular, has really improved
within the season. At the beginning of the season, they
picked on him and forty nine ers went right after
him when he came in was an injury replacement during
the game, and he's a short tackler, he's always in
the right place. McDonald talks a lot about how he
(09:15):
does everything right, how he prepares, how he practices his
leadership within the defense during a play, and communication, and
he's just a really sound player who technically proficient in
what McDonald wants him to do. In the middle of
the back of the defense. Drake Thomas has basically benched
(09:38):
Tyree Knight, and Tyree Knight was a starter last year
as a rookie and Thomas has replaced him, and McDonald
is using those two, especially Thomas, as an example to
the rest of the team of hey, if you practice
well and you do everything we ask you to do,
and then you perform when you were pressed into service,
you're gonna play. And over a rookie draft pick. He
(10:01):
last year, the drafted Tyree Knight in the middle rounds
and he was starting and now he's not. Those are
two really good examples he can point to and say, hey,
you do your job, you're going to play now. Ocada,
of course wouldn't be playing if Julian Love was healthy.
But suffice to say they have taken full advantage of
(10:22):
their opportunities. But to your former point, McDonald's system works
if you can plug and play Ocada and Thomas and
go without your starters in the secondary since the first
four players of the season and still performed this way
on defense, the system something you're doing something right. The
(10:42):
players have to play, but the players keep talking about
McDonald his system, how smart it is, how it changes
every week for the opponent, and the opponents can't really
get a read on what the Seahawks are going to
do from one week to the next defensively because they
change so much and he's always got to move in
an attacking and at the snap. We talked about how
(11:05):
they move it the snap and they confused the offense
and they just are always pressing the offense and no
matter who plant That's a credit to the coaching staff
into Mike McDonald's system as well, and Hugh was talked about.
Humillan has talked about this a lot. The similarities to
how this defense in Seattle has mirrored what McDonald did
(11:28):
the first two seasons in Baltimore is the defensive coordinator
are striking how they struggle at the beginning. They then
had to find the right personnel, including the middle linebackers
Patrick Queen and Baltimore and it's Ernest Jones and Seattle,
And as soon as they found that middle linebacker, the
defense took off. And the numbers of the last half
of last season through the beginning of this season are
(11:51):
remarkably similar to Baltimore. They are prone to inconsistencies. The
injuries and tackling issues have caught up at times, in
the Tampa Bay game being the most glaring example of that.
But as we're saying with Baker Mayfield across the league,
he's ripped up a lot of defenses, pretty much all
the defenses he plays right now, And so there may
be some of it is that they just had a
(12:13):
player that was better than they were that there.
Speaker 6 (12:16):
Gee, I didn't get to watch this last game quite
as closely as I as I typically Yeah, I don't
know if very many people around town did watch it
like they normally would. And yet when I kind of
sift through some stuff, you look at Nick even Warry's stats,
and he just had a couple of tackles and a
couple of assistant tackles. I mean, is he's still living
(12:36):
up to the expectations that they had hoped for in
training camp and beginning the season before he got hurt.
Speaker 5 (12:42):
Yeah, I think he's even better because of how much
time he missed. He's ahead of where they probably thought
he might be. The high ankle sprain and he missed
multiple games he was basically starting over here a couple
of weeks ago when he came back and it looked
like he'd been playing the whole time. He's shore tackler.
He tackles in the alleys. The term that Mike McDonald's
(13:04):
to do. The alley is basically where receivers would run
a seam route, and it's from a slot the slot
position of an offensive formation down the middle of the defense.
Then the rails of the inside the hashmarks is basically
the alley, and in that space is where they are missing.
Hadn't been missing a lot of tackles well, when they
(13:27):
throw the ball or runs off tackle, come into that alley.
Nick even Warrey tackles dudes and they go straight down.
He made a play the other night. Since you were
focused on Toronto, you might not have noticed it. It
was a pass about fifteen or twenty yards down the
field over the middle that Emon Worriy peeled back on
and dived across from his right to his left and
(13:52):
broke up the pass almost with his face mask because
he had dived so far across in front of the
receiver's faith and then he used his shoulder to knock
off the receiver as he was deflecting the ball. It
looked in physicality almost like Cam Chancellor and the Cam
Chancellor comparison really is at because of how sure of
(14:13):
a tackler he's been so far on a team that
has been very inconsistent tackling, he has stood out as
maybe their most consistent tackler in the short time he's played. Yesterday,
we thought we were talking to McDonald about the nickelback
situation and I asked him, well, because even where's the
primary nickel right now? I said, is he the nickel
(14:34):
because Witherspoon has been playing or is he the nickel
because he's earned it? And he said he's earned it.
And he said it's an interesting question for when Witherspoon
comes back, which they think it'll be the next game
after the Buy November second at Washington, a week from
Sunday Sunday night game. By the way, it'll be an
interesting McDonald said. It'll be an interesting dilemma for them,
(14:55):
a good problem to have on who they're going to
put as the primary nickel. I think it's going to
be even worry I think you're going to see more
of Weatherspoon outside with Josh Job and that Riquillan will
be the odd man out again.
Speaker 3 (15:07):
Well, you've been doing double dipping as a little light
covering two teams at once. You've been International League jet
setting all over and so how are you gonna treat
your bye week? You're gonna take a little time off,
a little get away. The Bells always have an adventure
up their sleeves.
Speaker 5 (15:22):
There we do. Yeah, probably my wife's working through the
rest of the week, so I'll be around. But yeah,
we'll probably gonna go somewhere Saturday night and the Sunday
to get away for a night. We maybe some mountain biking,
and she really likes Winch now. She likes going up
to that area and restaurants and the mountain biking and
the weather. It's usually dryer over there, so we might
(15:44):
go over there if it's not too rain I supposed
to rain be pretty windy this weekend, but it is
cool in the NFL season to have a break. The
players really enjoy it. There was a recharging when they
come back. It's a little bit like mini spring break,
a bit for school kids.
Speaker 2 (16:02):
Well, I think there are going to be two of
them in the future, just to just.
Speaker 5 (16:06):
Yeah, you're right about that. Yeah, eighteen games, and they're
really pushing this international stuff too. There's two more new
international cities they're teasing, might be on the horizon next year,
and eventually they want to have sixteen international games a
year with each team playing in them. Thirty two teams
playing sixteen games overseas every year.
Speaker 2 (16:25):
Oh yeah, oh it's coming.
Speaker 3 (16:27):
All right, Greg, thank you, we appreciate it, and we
will bug you again of course.
Speaker 5 (16:32):
Yeah. What is this Wednesday?
Speaker 2 (16:34):
Wednesday? Yeah, it's hard to keep track these days. All right.
Speaker 5 (16:39):
There he is.
Speaker 3 (16:39):
Greg bellar Sihawks Insider, and his segment is brought to
you now by the Dellacado Family Wines. They offer a

(17:00):
thousand acres of estate vineyards in California's Napa, Lodi, Monterey
and Sonoma regions to craft wines that expressed the diversity
of these appellations. Dellacado Family Wines the Greg Bell Family
wine of choice right here on KJR. Coming up next,
we'll play some Factor Fiction at seven thirty five. We'll
also talk about somebody who might have slipped through the
(17:23):
cracks of criticism for what happened Monday night on the Mariners.
Maybe we should shine a light on this issue next
Sports Radio ninety three point three KJRFM. The Mariners being
eliminated from the playoffs. We spent some time talking about
Dan Wilson certainly yesterday, and some other reasons why we
(17:44):
are no longer alive.
Speaker 2 (17:45):
In a World Series pursuit.
Speaker 3 (17:47):
But one thing that I mentioned in the postgame on Monday,
we didn't talk about it a lot yesterday, and leave
it to that crafty old Hume Millon to bring this
up at the very end of our football hour with
he and Cod, and I think it is something to
bring up.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
I mean, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (18:04):
Maybe I never saw the right angle, and maybe it's
because I wasn't at home watching the game and I
was out at a casino and I don't have the
remote to rewind it or anything like that. But when
that Isaiah Kiner Fhileff a ground ball which ended up
being huge, dribbled through the infield, as Hugh put it,
like on a one hundred and thirty five bouncer up
(18:27):
the middle man. I thought, off the bat, that's a six'
to three double. Play we're out of this. Trouble and
instead it not only went Through, bucky it went through
by three, feet PAST Jp crawford and into center. Field
hugh suggested that shortstops should be able to get to that.
(18:47):
Ball kind of feels to me like shortstops should be
able to get to that. Ball why DID Jp crawford
not get to that.
Speaker 6 (18:54):
Ball i'm not really one hundred percent sure. EITHER i
never did get a clear angle on where he was.
Playing When hughes, says, oh he's shaded a little bit
towards second, base there's no way he was shaded towards
second back because it was it would have been like
a half a step um hum to his, Left SO
i don't he had to have been shaded in the. Hole,
NOW i MEAN i one thing THAT i know IS
(19:18):
jp is not fast for a, shortstop no.
Speaker 3 (19:22):
Period and he's even less quick than he is. Fast,
yeah you get Of steve, though and he can be pretty.
Fast But bucky AND i were commenting in the playoffs
about how short a lead he gets for a. Shortstop
he's so scared that he's going to there's gonna be
a pickoff, play and he doesn't have lateral quickness that
he has like a two step lead off of first.
Base he's that little of a stolen base threat, now
(19:43):
and he's playing, Shortstop, bucky maybe the position most where
you most need lateral.
Speaker 6 (19:49):
Quickness, YEAH i MEAN i think that the, yeah the quickness,
part or the lack, thereof is. INTERESTING i ended up
just finally pulling this thing up a little bit right
here to look at, it AND i think what they were.
DOING i think where he was at he. WAS i
think he was shaded towards the six, hole so shaded
towards third, base but in shallow because he's in double
(20:10):
play depth as. Well, right you can't be deep and
in the six hole because now if there is a
ground ball To polonko or somebody on the right, side
you don't have time to get there to turn. Two
so because all of a, SUDDEN i see where it's
hit and he's. Diving he's five feet from the outfield
grass where he's. Diving we're typically on a ball that's
hit to that. Spot he gets to that ball because
(20:31):
he's five feet for the back giving him five feet
more time before the ball gets past. Him, STILL i,
mean it's hit, okay decent wise as far as the
velocity of it coming, Off and yet there's something there.
WHERE i, mean he's Not the lack of explosiveness is abundantly.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
Clear and usually doesn't improve with. AGE i, mean there
are things you can do to delay, it but, man
he is really. Limited AND i don't think he's the only.
ANYWHERE i think he's our. SHORTSTOP i don't even think
you could trade him at twelve million dollars but Cold.
EMERSON i think the plan is that Cold emerson takes that,
job and If emerson's futures at, third Then felm And
(21:10):
celestin might eventually Move emerson to.
Speaker 3 (21:13):
Third and maybe there's a chance That emerson's ready at
some point next. Year But JP's going to be our
starting shortstop at the beginning of next.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
Year it's a. Problem it's a. Problem his defense has
become a big.
Speaker 6 (21:24):
Problem IT'S i, mean it's just less than. IDEAL i
don't know if i'd call a. PROBLEM i, mean just
because there's things like, that like you want a guy
to be able to make all the magnificent places you,
know you think about some of the better shortstops out,
there and how do they erase? RUNNERS i, mean, yeah
they just take away things That what the? Hell how
is that not a? Knock the thing ABOUT, jp which
(21:46):
NORMALLY i would, say IF i have any worry ABOUT,
jp it's throwing the damn ball across the.
Speaker 2 (21:50):
Time and how many times?
Speaker 5 (21:52):
Too?
Speaker 6 (21:52):
Yeah how many times Did naylor pick him up like
a routine ground ball?
Speaker 5 (21:56):
Time?
Speaker 6 (21:57):
Yeah and you throw a short hop over there, now
just degree you, know maybe there's a, Well i'm not
gonna throw this thing over his head BECAUSE i know
he can pick. It we also don't need to test,
him right if it's if you're in a rush and
you throw a short op or you throw you have
forced him to pick. It that's one thing because you're
in a. Rush if you're not in a, rush you
should be throwing that. Thing not every, time you're, human
(22:20):
but you should be throwing it more often than not
right to his. Chest and he does not do.
Speaker 2 (22:23):
That let's play some factor. Fiction where's that to?
Speaker 7 (22:25):
Go glad you're with, us it's your shot at our
weekly thousand bucks and the ten thousand dollars grand. Prize
it's fact Door, fiction probably presented By Lucky Eagle casino And.
Hotel we're Every Day Feels Lucky fact Door fiction is

Speaker 3 (22:45):
FM i, Man i'm not saying that we're close to
cracking out the shirt of shame.
Speaker 2 (22:50):
Again oh you should, be but we. Are we need
to turn the back.
Speaker 3 (22:53):
AROUND i, mean look like we were gonna run away
with this, sucker and we've had a couple of bad.
Weeks bucky did get his most recent pick, right and
he picks twice this, week so maybe we're riding the hot.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
Hands so where are we going today with factor.
Speaker 4 (23:05):

ability to pick anything anymore after this terrible Run i've been.

Speaker 4 (23:36):
Over give Me cleveland At New england over.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
Forty and a. Half that's not a big, number it's
Not that's WHAT i. Think, yeah operating in the. Twenties,
yeah the spread is.
Speaker 4 (23:46):
Seven SO i feel like the spread, seven the over
unders should have been.

Speaker 5 (25:52):
Deal.
Speaker 3 (25:53):
MAN i just see such a clear path that doesn't
even have to make the organization uncomfortable. Financially you're gonna
Get hanneger off the books this year at fifteen and
a half, Million garber at, Twelve solano at three and a,
half more at three in tells who you're still carrying at.
One that's thirty five million dollars right. There so thirty
five million dollars without even having to add the, payroll
(26:14):
not to mention what you could say from The geno
contract as well if you're not bringing him, back which
we'll get to more of that in a.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
MOMENT i mean that clears the.
Speaker 3 (26:23):
Space right, There bucky For, Naylor let's say at twenty
million dollars will split the difference between what you said
yesterday and what the what THE spo track people are
valuing him. At let's put it at twenty. MILLION i
think that's an aggressive. Number and let's Put polonko at
a multi year deal at twelve million. Dollars so that's
thirty two right. There so those two, guys if you
(26:46):
really wanted to bring them, back you can get them
back just by without adding to add the, payroll just
by what you already are going to save going into next.
Speaker 2 (26:55):
Year i'm done with.
Speaker 5 (26:56):
That sign me.
Speaker 6 (26:58):
UP i, Mean I'VE i know that they're looking at,
okay how you, KNOW i would hope that they maybe
do something beyond like with some of the core group
guys of The Logan, gilberts if that's next in, LINE
i hope they do something there which would add to
the payroll over what you're projecting him to make it
if he still stays on the arbitration. Number so hopefully
(27:20):
they're doing something like. That but regardless you that's where
even if it makes them uncomfortable what you're, saying it
doesn't necessarily have to if you just look at that
math right, there like that's just the that guy's are
priority number. One this is coming off the books, here
take this from here and put it right. There i'm
one hundred percent with you on. THAT i Just I'm
i'm concerned about how they're what they're thinking. About they're
(27:41):
gonna have what they're their. Increase it's how big of
an increase they're gonna have to have through all of
their arbitration number because some of these young dudes that
are part of this core are all getting more and
more expensive every year every.
Speaker 3 (27:54):
Year, WELL i think the arbitration guys Are, Gilbert kirby And,
bryce AND i Think Go Rosa arena might still be
in that category sign That, yeah, Yeah SO i think
it's Just, Gilbert kirby And bryce are the ones you
gotta worry about. Arbitration, yes that's gonna jump, up BUT
i left a little bit of wiggle room there for.
That Plus gino's probably not going to be brought back
(28:17):
at his salary for next. YEAR i do Think Logan
gilbert will be extended this, offseason but that doesn't mean
that his big money has to kick in immediately if
they're really counting those dollars toward twenty twenty six. Payroll
AND i think that you can certainly wait On kirby
and absolutely wait On Bryce. Miller it's not even time
to even think about A Bryce miller at this. Point
(28:39):
so just that, Alone, now that doesn't Mean BECAUSE i
heard a lot of aggressive talk yesterday about who are
we going to ADD i just warn you right, now
probably not. Anybody probably not through free agency. ANYWAY i,
mean there are some big names out there, that let's face,
it we're just not going to. Sign those guys Are
(29:00):
Kyle tucker And Alex. Bragman we're just not going to
play in that. Ballpark we're not going to play in that.
Sandbox what might be, affordable AND i still don't even
know if this Is Cody, Bellinger Bo, baschett A Max.
Munsey maybe could be a nice veteran addition to add
to this. TEAM a guy that can play, third a
guy that can play, first a guy that CAN dh for.
(29:21):
You he can even play second, base for goodness. Sake
so maybe those are names that they'll bandy. About but
the only way you can get, there even to that
point is you got to trim some payroll. Somewhere and
so the one guy that you, circle where could we
save money if we wanted to be active in free,
agency WHICH i don't expect them to, be That's Luis.
(29:45):
Castile he's gonna make twenty four million dollars next.
Speaker 2 (29:48):
Year he's on a multi year.
Speaker 3 (29:50):
DEAL i think there would be some interest from some
pitching starve teams out there that operate with bigger payrolls
than what we. HAVE i don't think that you would
get a lot in return for, Him but what would
your objective. Be it probably wouldn't be to get a
major return For Luis. Castillo it probably would be to
free up some space payroll, space because even though we
(30:13):
don't have a salary cap in the, sport you know
That stanton and the owners are operating with one that
would free up some money if you did want to
add to the team somewhere else and needed money to. Do,
so let's, face we Got Emerson, hancock we Got Logan
evans that might be able to fulfill that number five
starter in your rotation role just. Fine And Kate anderson
(30:33):
is going to be ready for the majors sooner than.
Not he was practically major league ready at the college
level this past, year and we lucked out and got
the number two pick via the lottery in The Major
League Baseball. Draft SO i think that you do have
a little bit of an excess of pitching right now
that you could move on From Luis, castillo create that,
space and then maybe use that money in a trade
(30:56):
and possibly free agency as. Well but if you're gonna
to actually add something of significance this, year it's probably
because you found a taker For Luis. Castillo as much
as we like, HIM i think that will be something
they deeply consider this.
Speaker 6 (31:10):
Also, yeah they, Might and that's unfortunate BECAUSE i mean
he's been he's been a rock in your. ROTATION i,
mean he's made every start the last couple of. Years
you just kind of log. On and now he's getting
up there in age what it would be thirty two
or thirty THREE i think next, year so maybe he
won't be able to stay. Healthy but it still is
one of THOSE i don't really want him to have
to do The, okay we want to add this, guy
(31:32):
but in order to do, that we got to get
rid of this. Guy there's no salary. Cap you're not
even anywhere near the. Threshold just recognize where you're at right.
Now you were nine outs away from making it to
The World. SERIES i don't want to do, well subtract
a little here and add a little, here just, add
just go out and, add, Please and YET i history
says that's probably not the way they'll do.
Speaker 3 (31:53):
It all, right coming up here on the radio, Program
