Speaker 1 (00:00):
I didn't really get into the Seahawks' injuries, just real quick.
Jared Reid, by the way, we talked to him yesterday
when we're at the facility. We'll have that interview for
you tomorrow at one thirty. I always like to be
talking to Jay Reid, kind of a he's kind of
the alpha dog man in that Seahawk defensive locker room.
He took the reins from the guys that were here
previously and has taken it upon himself. He's now the

(00:21):
guy in terms of the leader. And we'll talk to
him tomorrow. You'll hear that interview tomorrow. He's always fun
to talk to. Love having him on and so that's
coming up tomorrow one thirty. No Danie O'Neil tomorrow. Seahawk's
getting healthier. The injury report yesterday is okay except for
Juan Love. Robbie Oots full participant like that. Witherspoon should

(00:44):
be back as well. But yeah, the Love thing is
still not so good. We'll talk to Corbyn Smith here
in just a few minutes at one twenty. We're going
to resume our weekly is with Corbyn. We did those
all last football season, all through the draft as well
love having Corbin on from Emerald City every Thursday. We just, frankly,

(01:05):
if I'm being honest, we just didn't have any time
because this baseball team took this big run and we
kept all of our baseball guys our first Thursday without
Eno Saras in months, right, So yeah, some of our
normal guys we've had on over the years, we just
haven't had a chance to get him back on. But
we're back on. Brought to you by Jimmy Elliott Realitzar.
So that's coming up today at one twenty. So we'll
getting all the injuries and the difference that a guy

(01:28):
like Robbie Oots could make, which is significant, I do
believe when it's all said and done. So we'll do
that coming up here in just a few minutes. I
just a quick quick thought on last night and the
World Series. Now, Andrews, I want you to be as
the host co host of the postcast, the Locked on

(01:50):
Mariners Postcast. I want you to try to be a
little objective for me, despite your disdain for all things
Blue Jays. Ok, I'll be a little objective all. That's
all I can promise. Can you help me out with
the following and Mikey if you're listening right now. Captain Benton,
if you're listening, I love you to death, know that,

(02:13):
But you are as bad as every other national media
member and Dodger media member that I I. There's these
weird blinders that get put on, and I'm sure we
had it with the Mariners too. I'm sure we have
blinders on one hundred percent we did. But what is
this thing I keep hearing about how the Blue Jays

(02:36):
are are the I'm sorry, the Dodgers are down three
to two because they're tired, they're worn out. Did I
miss something? Did they play a seven game series in
the in the NLCS? Did I miss that? I miss that?
I missed the last I somehow missed the last three
games of that series. I guess, yeah, the Blue Jays did.

(02:58):
They played a seven game series, it went down to
the wire. They played a seven game series, it went
to the twenty seventh out. Yes, they taxed their bullpen
immensely during those seven games with the Mariners, as did
the Mariners with the Blue Jays. Meanwhile, LA just cruised through.

(03:19):
Wait a second, LA's tired. That's why they're down three
games to two. Shohey was on base nine times, never
swinging at bat seven of them, but he was on
base the day before not, so he's tired. Average age.
By the way, there's a difference of point six five
in terms of the average age difference on the two rosters.

(03:42):
They're both over thirty on the average age. Now listen,
you can say, well, what about Cleeton Kerschas, Okay, what
about Shaane Bieber? I mean, like we'll go back and
from Max Max Shirs, we pull back and forth, right,
So help me out, Anders, Why are we hearing how La,
poor LA, with their zillion dollar pay role is tired.
Not that I'm rooting for the Blue Jays necessarily, but

(04:03):
I just I'm kind of rooting for at a good
series like Sego seven. Yeah now at this point, but why.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
I think it's just because of how the Blue Jays
uh play baseball. We saw it firsthand as a Mariner fans,
and they are They grind every single at bad. They
are impossible to get out pitching staffs that are normally dominant.
You saw how good LA was, how good the Mariners.
We know that they're pitching staff.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
They don't strike out, they don't strike out, do they
control the zone.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
In a different way because usually when you think of
control the zone, it's like, Okay, you're gonna take your walks, right, Yeah,
the opposite. They just put everything in play.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
I this is this world series to me has been
and you can you get Well, we're not gonn We
won't be able to get to text because we got
to Fantasy today. But this has been a fascinating series. Guys,
to me from the standpoint of the emotion in this
town regarding it, and yeah, I feel I know you're feeling,
but I do I don't have the same feelings. I
don't really care. I just don't care. I don't inherently

(05:06):
I don't think every Canadian is a bad person. Softie
would disagree. I know they mean there's a lot of
people in this market. To do, I have to bring
back the fact that we have our guy Farhan Logy
on who is last I checked Canadian and said, I
hate the Blue je and I hate the Blue Jet.
I just don't like the Blue Jays. It's the Manors.
In fact, I'm on with two guys every Monday, Dolly
and Donnie, and Dolly them their producer don't like the

(05:27):
Blue Jay a lot of people in Canada don't like
the Blue Jays folks, much like not everybody in the
United States of America likes the Yankees or the Dodgers,
or the Dodgers or the or the Lakers. Right, But
the motions that fans are going through right now, I think,
I think what the worst possible scenario for a Mariner
fan is about to come to Fruition. Yeah, and it's

(05:48):
not that the team you don't like and the fan
base that you don't like is going to probably win
the series. That's not it. That's not it because listen,
there's a lot of fan bases we don't like and
a lot of teams don't like. Aka, let me introduce
you to the Houston Astros, the San Francisco forty nine Ers.
I could go on and on, orgon Ducks, Oregon Ducks. Oh,
I like the Ducks. I only like the Ducks because

(06:10):
everyone else.

Speaker 3 (06:11):
That's comparative bias.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
I only like the Ducks because it makes everybody here
that's a Husky funeral comfortable. But no, the worst possible
scenario is about to happen because what we just said,
the Mariners of Blue Jays played a seven game series
that came down to out number twenty seven. It came
down to the final inning, came down to the final
few outbats counting eight outs away. And now the what

(06:36):
if is coming into play should have been us, and
it should have been us. It's the worst possible scenario
to happen. The Blue Jays win, god, especially if they
win in six. And once you get through the oh,
the Dodgers are tired, nonsense. Once you get through that that,
they're tired. Once you get past that, you're gonna say,

(06:59):
wait a second, we were that close here in Seattle.
We were that close and and honestly one pitch away
from getting there and winning it, because wasn't there a
feeling all along? Now whoever gets someone comes out of
the al is gonna get torched anyway, And that's not
happening to me.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
It's it's I know, we got a break, but to me,
it's it's a feeling of I'm starting to feel that
after the pain of what happened, we're realizing how special
this Mariners team was and and it really really should
have been.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
That's and that is what really kind of sticks with
all of us now. And it was such a good
baseball team. Yes, and it was such a complete baseball team.
And they fell just short and the team they fell
short to which they were toe to toe with, and
you could make your army. Those were the two best teams. Absolutely.
And if that other team wins and wins in six games.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
Oh pretty easily, by the way, if they do well.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
Dodgers are tired. Okay, we'll take a break, don't get fun.
Set the two o'clock today, we'll talk to Corpus Smith.
All things Seahawks coming up, and go get busy. You
got a Factor fiction pick today. Great, all right, well listen, no,
we kind of need you, but okay, okay, I won't just.

Speaker 3 (08:09):
Chris Jack actually get busy.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
Yeah, Chris Kidd took Cincinnati today not knowing that flacos out,
so uh, you know, we we got a chance to
make some hay here. Let's do that, all right. Uh
we got Corben Smith next.

Speaker 4 (08:23):
It's time to take a deep dive into all things
Seahawks with Corbyn Smith, sports reporter for Emerald City Spectrum.
All Seattle Sports, all the time, brought to you by
Jim Elliott with Wind the Mere real Estate helping home
buyers and home sellers in Western Washington. Whether you're buying
or selling, contact Jim at two O six seven six
nine five four six six or at Jim That's sold

(08:45):
by Jim dot Com. Now with Corbyn Smith. Here's Ian
all right, let's get to at Corbynsmith.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
Emerald City Spectrum dot Com covers the Seahawks and we
have them on throughout the year. A lot of drafts,
a lot of preseason, a lot of in the summer,
free agency, normally all through the fall as well, almost
all year except a cord to the little thing called
the Mariner's going on this year. I don't know if
you know that, but then the Mariner's playing this year,
and we were pressed on time with baseball kind of
taking up some time. How are you, my.

Speaker 5 (09:12):
Friend, I'm good. I'm good.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
How are you I'm good. I'm good and good to
have you on. Big thanks to Jimmy Elliott Realotate real
Estate sold by Jim dot Com. More on him in
just a couple of seconds. But great to have Corban
back on as we turned the page after the bye week,
in the so called second half and then some of
the season for the Seahawks, we haven't had Jennifer a while,
So let's just start in general terms, how would you

(09:34):
assess what's gone on so far year two of Mike McDonald.

Speaker 6 (09:38):
It feels like this has played out about how I
expected in terms of the record. In fact, I had
them at five and two coming out of the first
seven games, had a couple of games here and there
that I switched in terms of wins losses, but the
same outcome.

Speaker 5 (09:53):
How they've gotten.

Speaker 6 (09:54):
There's been a little different than I anticipated. Some of
the injuries they've had on defense. The defensive state pretty
dom minute. Other than the Buccaneers game. The passing game
is what is carrying the offense. The run game has
been feast or famine to this point. I thought if
they were gonna get off to a good start, the
run game was gonna be a bit more potent than
what it has been. But I guess looking at it

(10:15):
from that lens, feels like at five and two, and
Mike McDonald's hit on this, that they have not played
a complete game yet anywhere close to that. You maybe
say the Saints game, but you got to look at
the competition they were playing in that game as well.
There's a lot of room for this team to grow
and continue to improve coming out of this bye week,
and they're five and two even with that, so the

(10:38):
vibes are certainly good in Seattle.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
Cormyn, Let's let's talk. We'll start with the offense and
kind of go from there. Let's talk about what we've
seen thus far. You mentioned it the offense, the pass offense.
Depending on what we want to look at in terms
of what numbers we want to look at, it's among
the best in the NFL. I'm just kind of looking
through total yards per game. They're good. I mean, all
the things say offense pretty good, but it's all kind

(11:03):
of skewed heavily towards the passing game. Let's start with
Sam Darnald. When he came in, I think, if I
remember correctly, you were okay, you kind of liked the
switch off going so letting Gina walk and making that
move and bringing in Sam Donald. So let's start with
Sam Donald. So far, so good.

Speaker 6 (11:20):
Yeah, you know, when the move was initially made, I mean,
I've I've been pro Geno for the last several years.

Speaker 5 (11:26):
But the thought process.

Speaker 6 (11:29):
There was, you know, what if he's not going to
negotiate with us and he wants to play somewhere else,
then we'll let him go do that. That hasn't really
worked out for Gino Smith too well so far. But
when you look at Sam Donald, what he is doing
right now maybe the most impressive thing that I was
not expecting. Everybody remembers the comments when he was with

(11:49):
the Jets after one of those games where he said
he was seeing ghosts, and he has just taken a
onet eighty in terms of how he is dealing with pressure.
I don't know how many touchdowns he's thrown this year
where he was getting blasted by a guy. The most
recent one the slant to Jackson Smith and Jigbud. Then
he ended up dunky on the crossbar after he caught it.

(12:09):
But Darnald took a huge hit on that play, and
he just stared down the rush and fired a strike.
And he's done that several times. And when he isn't
getting hit, he has shown he's got eyes around his head.
He has been avoiding pass rushers. He's done a really
good job of extending plays as a passer, still looking
to get the ball to his receivers, particularly JSN. That

(12:31):
has been the thing that I was not expecting to see,
especially with how last year ended for him in Minnesota,
where he had a couple of rough games where he
seemed to.

Speaker 5 (12:38):
Succumb to the pressure.

Speaker 6 (12:40):
He has been as good as any quarterback in the
league when he's been under pressure this year, whether it's blitzes,
four man rushes that are getting home. That's part of
the reason Seahawks have only given up nine sacks and
seven games. It's been Sam Darnald's toughness, his ability to
get the football out and being able to escape some
of that pressure to extend plays. And then he added
the arm tep, which has never been a question. He's

(13:02):
just had all these issues of dealing with pressure, and
now you've just seen a quarterback that is completely turning
the page on that and that's become a strength for
him this year. The pocket presence, which is a big
part of them extending those plays and getting the downfield
shots that they are getting.

Speaker 5 (13:17):
As much as any team in the league.

Speaker 6 (13:19):
This has been as explosives of a passing game as
they're going to find, in large part because of that
Donald to JSN connection, which if you tell me somebody
else another QB receiver duo that's been better, I'm gonna
have a hard time accepting that because those two guys
have been absolutely lethal this year.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
Corbyn Smith joining us, Corbin, I'm gonna take a let
me take a broader view run the league, and I
would I would do it in this in this scope.
You mentioned the arm talent for him being there, for
Sam Darnold being there, and you know what we've you know,
what we've seen so far is certainly there is a
massive arm talent. There's no doubt about that. And part

(13:59):
of it is it you know, listen, if we're you know,
you watch and you know, look at the NFL teams.
Sometimes it's just a fit, right, Sometimes it's just a
fit and where they're at. So let me ask you
about the fit because in a broader view, let's look
around the league. Hey, there's Daniel Jones among the league
leaders pass a rating of one O nine to five,

(14:19):
fifth in the league. I thought he was done. I
thought he couldn't play anymore, That's what the Giants were
telling us. Look at how he's starting to thrive as well.
You look at a guy in Donald both with Minnesota
last year in Seattle this year starting to thrive. Baker Mayfield,
great example. I mean how did it go early in
his career where it's at? Sometimes is it just a
matter of scheme, fit, talent around you, coaching staff, culture,

(14:40):
because Donald now has thrived in two different spots after
not doing well before.

Speaker 6 (14:46):
You know, there's a lot of different factors that you
mentioned that all play into this. The culture, get establishing belief,
playing for coaches that established that belief for you. I
really think the coaching is the biggest fact sure. And
sometimes you have really talented guys that are with good
coaches and it just doesn't work. And sometimes you're a

(15:07):
guy like Sam Darnold or like Geno Smith that you
just end up getting drafted by the Jets, And well,
I feel sorry for you because it doesn't matter who
they hire as a coach, it just doesn't seem like
they can develop a quarterback and guys leave there and
then say, even Aaron Rodgers at his age, Aaron Rodgers
has been much better with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Like players
just go to New York with the Jets, and that's

(15:29):
where quarterbacks seem to go to rot.

Speaker 5 (15:31):
And these guys have now had an opportunity.

Speaker 6 (15:35):
Talking about Daniel Jones with the Giants, I mean both
New York franchise that had their issues with QBS, But
Daniel Jones has hit it off with the coaching staff
and the offense. They're running an indie. You know, Anthony
Richardson didn't work out. I wouldn't be shocked if Anthony
Richardson down the line ends up with the coach. It's
a better fit for him and he finds success somewhere else.
Like really, I think the coaching aspect and finding the

(15:56):
right scheme and finding the right voice. Sometimes it isn't
even just scheme, it's just you connect with the coach better.
And it feels like Sam Darnold. Clint Kubiak has been
a big part of that journey for him when he
was a backup in San Francisco that kind of jumpstarted
this has the success again in Minnesota. Now he's back
with Koubiak and they put together an offense that's playing

(16:17):
to his strengths, taking those shots downfield, being able to
run a lot of play action and letting their quarterback
excel off that and continuing to utilize the run game.
And it hasn't been the most efficient, but they've done
some things on the ground that have kept defenses, honest,
and it's allowed them to really take advantage of what
he does well, getting the ball down field and having

(16:39):
that attacking mindset.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
Corbas Smith joining as Central City Spectrum. Brought to you
by our good friend Jim Elliott. Sold by Jim dot
Com looking for real estate, maybe buying or selling property
in our areas. Sold by Jim with two ms dot
Com Pacific Northwest real estate broker Jim Elliott. All right,
let's talk about JSN. Let's just go listen. I don't
know who saw this coming either. We saw glimpses of

(17:03):
the talent over the last couple of years. But what
we're seeing him do. Number one in the NFL in yards,
He's on pace for a nineteen plus hundred yard season
right now. He's got you know, I mean fifty catches already,
that's tied for six in the league. He's only fourth
in targets, so it's not like he's I mean, it
feels like he should be higher in terms of targets,
but then the average, you know, yards per reception, he's

(17:24):
number six in the league. I mean, he's just having
him Dare I say borderline MVP, but certainly all pro
type season.

Speaker 6 (17:32):
Oh, he'd be a first team All Pro right now
if you had to make selections. And even with the
fact that the Seahawks have had some deserving players and
get that the last few years, it does feel like
nationally he is drawing a lot of attention right now,
as he should be. I mean, look, I went into
the Texans game two weeks ago with Derek Stingley and
Latimer on the other side, a lassater, I mean, and

(17:56):
their slot corner Jalen Petrie. I thought this might be
the match that he has the entire year, and he
was running wide open the entire night. Like they tried
bracketing him in a few times that it did not matter.
He is just dicing everyone up week after week. It
has been a it's been incredibly fun to watch. And

(18:17):
he's doing it against all different types of corners. He
is winning at all three levels. I mean, I think
the thing that has surprised me the most, and it's
funny coming from me because I'm sure you remember we've
talked about this in the past that I always said
that he was an underrated, you know, downfield receiver, and
I felt like he had more ability to stretch the field.

(18:37):
But I didn't think that that was like his big strength.
He has become one of the most dynamic downfield threats
in football, and a lot of it is the way
that he gets in and out of his breaks and
he sets up defenders and it allows him to get
a couple steps on him.

Speaker 5 (18:51):
And he's got great acceleration.

Speaker 6 (18:54):
So he might not be a four to three guy,
but he plays like he's a four to three because
of his technique, is route running and his acceleration that
he has been leaving dudes in his wake way behind
him in the dirt. He's been doing it all year long,
and it's just been incredibly fun to watch. And I'm
just curious to see what Washington's gonna do this weekend

(19:15):
because Washington's had some big issues giving up big plays
and guess he's coming to town. The number one explosive
receiver in the NFL in terms of twenty plus yard catches.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
I should point out, and I do want to make
mention this because it hasn't been discussed a lot, but
I mean Jackson Smith and Jig was still he had
eleven hundred yards last season, like he had a really
good year last year, and that was in sixteen games.
He missed the one. He had eleven hundred yards last year,
but he's just taking it to a whole new level.
I mean, he'll he'll get over eleven hundred yards year
in the next three weeks, probably without much of a problem.

(19:46):
So it's just kind of almost like a natural progression,
isn't it in the sense Corbyn like, this guy's just
kind of taking step by step.

Speaker 6 (19:54):
Yeah, I think the thing that you know, I argued
this when the DK Metcalf trade happened. A lot of
Peo people ask me, like, why would Seattle do this?
He's their number one receiver, and I scoffed at that
because the second half last year it was not DK Metcalf,
it was Jackson Smith and Jigbu. He had become their
number one, And I guess that's why I was more bullish.
I didn't see him doing what he's done this year,

(20:15):
but I was more bullish.

Speaker 5 (20:16):
On him being a true number one.

Speaker 6 (20:19):
Receiver, especially in this offense for Clint Kubiak, where he
can attack the middle of the field, and he's done
plenty of that too. It's not like he's just been
winning on vertical routes. He has been dicing teams up
on deep drag routes post routes.

Speaker 7 (20:34):
He named it.

Speaker 6 (20:34):
He has been killing teams. So I thought the fit
was going to be really good. But he has exceeded
even what my expectations were and now looks the part
of an absolute superstar.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
By the way, DK Metcalf, I just it's the same
old story in so many ways. I mean, he's twenty
fourth in the league in yards and that's with a
guy that's had He's number forty four in the league
in targets. I mean, it's still kind of mind boggling
that it just feels like wherever he goes, DK metcalf
is just there's there's something left there that's not quite
getting all the way through. All right, let me we're

(21:06):
gonna run out of time here in the next few minutes,
so I want to get to this. I mean, we
know the defense has been great. We got some guys
banged up there coming back maybe this week. We'll see
how that works out. The next time we talk to
you is gonna be after the trade deadline. There's talk
about getting a guard. I think it was a guy
was a guy from Cleveland, right that apparently he was
one of the chop block to Nuosu, so that maybe
not happening. There's a lot of stuff out there in

(21:26):
terms of trades. Do you think they should not? Will they?
Do you think they should be aggressive at the trade deadline?
And if so, what should they be aggressive doing?

Speaker 5 (21:35):
Yeah, I think they absolutely should be.

Speaker 6 (21:37):
And there's two positions that I would highlight if you
would have talked to me about this a couple of
weeks ago.

Speaker 5 (21:42):
I was highlighting edge rusher.

Speaker 6 (21:44):
But I look, they have got to do something at
the right guard position. And I hate saying it because
I really thought Bradford had turned the corner some when
we watched him in practice and stuff, and he won that.

Speaker 5 (21:56):
Job, and I thought he looked okay the first month
or so the season.

Speaker 6 (21:59):
But between tackling Zach Sharbonet tackling Jalen Sundell, I mean,
he's got more tackles than he did some of the
defenders on Seattle's roster, and it's because he's getting beat
on pass protection.

Speaker 5 (22:12):
He's he's just he's not the guy. It's just not
working out right now.

Speaker 6 (22:17):
The rest of that offensive line's been generally decent, and
at least in pass protection run blocked.

Speaker 7 (22:24):
He's been more.

Speaker 6 (22:24):
Inconsistent, but it feels like that is the one missing
link for them. And the name that I keep hearing
from people in the know is Seesar Ruiz from the
New Orleans Saints.

Speaker 5 (22:34):
And it's makes a ton of sense.

Speaker 6 (22:36):
Because Clint Kubiak and John Benton both coached him last
year with the Saints. And you know, if you subscribe
to PFF grades, I really don't care about those. But
his best season easily was last year with the Saints.
He's a very athletic guard. Still only twenty six. You'd
have a couple of years of club control there. And
John Benton spoke favorably of him last year. That would

(22:59):
be a name that I keep a close eye on.
And Whyatt Teller from Cleveland. You said there's the history
with Nuosu, but I'm pretty sure tennon Nuosu, if the
Seahawks went to him like, hey, we want to make
our offensive line better so we have a chance to
win a Super Bowl, I'm pretty sure they could bury
the hatchet if they if it hasn't already happened. And
Whyatt Teller is a guy that would be a veteran
upgraded and they could use an experienced guy on that

(23:22):
very young offensive line anyway. So I think guard is
a position that makes a lot of sense. And I'll
throw a wild card out here. We just talked about Jaysen.
Why not call the Miami Dolphins and see if Jalen
Wattle is potentially available. Could you imagine having another guy
with four to three speed. It could take the top
of the defense that doesn't need high volume to do

(23:44):
a ton of damage. Teams wouldn't be able to bracket
jsn near as much with that because they'd be like,
oh no, we got to deal with this guy here too,
and you have a couple of years of club.

Speaker 5 (23:52):
Control with him as well. That is another position that,
especially if Drake Young's.

Speaker 6 (23:57):
Injury is gonna have him out for a while, it
feels like they could use another really athletic guy, a
playmaker that could really get the job done.

Speaker 5 (24:05):
So that's a position I'd keep an eye on to.

Speaker 1 (24:07):
Jayalen Watnall's five hundred and four yards twelfth in the
league this year in terms of receiving yards, and he's
been targeted only fifty times. He's only had thirty five catches.
But as you mentioned, deep threat obviously along the way,
averaging fourteen yards per reception. So yeah, that would be
I'd be very curious to see that alone. And they're
going to fall to two and seven tonight Miami is

(24:27):
Lamar's back. Baltimore should go down there and pound him
on Thursday Night football and get that done. Would you
mentioned just the edge rushers, they're doing it by committee?
There's three they had twenty three sacks this season. Nuos
Who's got five? It's just kind of like a who's who?
Everyone seems to have two or three or four? Are
they okay in that regard? You're not gonna get an
edge rusher without having to pay a heavy price, right.

Speaker 5 (24:48):
Yeah, that's the you know, that's been the issue here.

Speaker 6 (24:51):
But when Derek Hall went down, I thought he might
be out longer, and it looks like he might be
able to play this week. We'll see, but they don't
have a sack from him Boy Mafy this year. Mafy
does have more than twenty pressures. It feels like he's
so close to a breakout game, but it just hasn't
happened yet. Well, we saw what they looked like in
the Tampa Bay game when they didn't have DeMarcus Lawrence.

Speaker 5 (25:12):
That really showcased how much.

Speaker 6 (25:14):
They downgraded in terms of the physicality and the toughness
without him out there. So I've thrown cave On Thibodeau
from the Giants as a name that I think would
make a lot of sense from a youth standpoint. I'd
still be calling the Cincinnati Bengals and bugging them NonStop
about Trey Henderson just because I think Trey Henderson in
this defense would be absolutely dynamic. The name that's been

(25:37):
thrown out the last couple of days that isn't happening
is Miles Garrett. But it's fun to talk about, you know,
And if you could get the Browns to actually be
willing to discuss it, I would be at the table
immediately offering a bunch of picks, because to me, Miles
Garrett's a top five player in the league, a future
first ballot Hall of Famer, and the dude just had
five sacks in the game because the Patriots and this

(25:57):
team still got killed. He deserves to play for somebody
that actually can win football games consistently. But I would
hedge bets if they're gonna get an edge is probably
gonna be more of a secondary guy than one of
those names I mentioned.

Speaker 1 (26:11):
Yeah, I think Garrett's got the big salary cap hit
for them next year if he gets traded, right so,
I think.

Speaker 6 (26:16):
But I will tell you this ian he the Seahawks
would be on the books for under an eight million
dollar cap hit next year.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
No, yeah, but I think the Browns, the Browns. It
hurts the Browns so much, like it'd be weird for them.
But you know what, you're kind of in that weird
mode if you're the Browns too.

Speaker 6 (26:32):
So Hey, darre to dream, he's kind of you know,
you're gonna by the time you're contending, if you're contending,
because that's unfortunately the reality of Cleveland. By the time
you're contending, he's thirty four years old, thirty five years old,
you know, but it makes too much sense for Cleveland
to consider doing well.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Timodou is interesting. I mean that maybe goes back to
the quarterback thing. Get the hell out of New York
he got He has just two and a half sacks,
He's got five tackles for loss this season. He just
hasn't put up the numbers they expect him to. But
then we've seen him flash at times how we saw
that last year when they played here. We've seen him
flash and we know what's there. But maybe you find
a guy like that.

Speaker 6 (27:06):
You'd have a club control. They picked up his fifty
year option too.

Speaker 1 (27:09):
Yeah, go go for that.

Speaker 7 (27:10):
All right.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
Well, listen, when we talk next week, sir, we'll be
talking about what just happened or didn't happen, as far
as that's concerned with the with the trade deadline. Tell
people about Emerald City Spectrum, sir.

Speaker 6 (27:21):
Absolutely, Emerald Cityspectrum dot com.

Speaker 5 (27:23):
But we've got every pro and college sport imaginable.

Speaker 6 (27:27):
We're even gonna be busting out our professional women's hockey
coverage here soon.

Speaker 5 (27:31):
So six dollars a month or sixty dollars a year, and.

Speaker 6 (27:35):
Right now through tomorrow through Halloween, all new subscriptions, we're
going to be giving twenty five percent of that away
to the American Cancer Society.

Speaker 1 (27:43):
I love that. That's actually fantastic, cool, very good. All right,
Emerald City Spectrum, go check it out, guys. Local sports
writing done right, so you can go check that stuff
out in great job by Corbett and his staff there.
Thanks buddy, I'll talk to you next week.

Speaker 5 (27:55):
Sounds good, man.

Speaker 1 (27:56):
Take care great to have you back. Corman Smith's great
toime back on there. We'll take a break to a
quick daily PowerPoint and then we got fundst in the
unofficial start of the weekend coming up top of the
hour nine three point three kjr FM.

Speaker 8 (28:09):
Short and you're at Temple backund now man Peace.

Speaker 1 (28:16):
This is the Daily power Play Hockey Baby.

Speaker 4 (28:22):
On your Home for the Kracking Sports Radio ninety three

brought to you by It's like Kwahonda Caboda, the largest

Speaker 7 (28:40):
Now your daily.

Speaker 4 (28:41):
Look at the National Hockey League and the Seattle Kraken
with the Infernets.

Speaker 1 (28:47):
All right, Daily power Player Home for the crack in
ninety three point three kJ r f M Cracking off
until Saturday, and I will break on. They're actually off
off today. Lan Lane Lambert gave we're gonna Actually I'm
kind of bummed, except from these guys needed it. We
were going to do the show out at thirty two
to day because we're gonna try to do someone Lane,
but they gave the whole everyone's off. They said, we

(29:08):
got good exactly, They've earned it. They've earned it five
two and three on the season, so they're off until Saturday.
They take on the Blue Shirts and New York Rangers,
who are in Edmonton tonight. And there's second favorite team
behind the Blue Jays. Oh yes, the Oilers of Edmonton.
But they're off. Could have on Saturday Pop perhaps Coppo

(29:33):
Cocko sighting perfect time for him to come back. Yeah,
based on the line combinations yesterday at practice, Joanny Newman
was the extra forward and Coppo Coca was skating up
higher in the lineup where he normally is. So first line, no, no, no, no,
first line is still Berkeley. Still let's go, babe.

Speaker 3 (29:52):
That's why I was curious.

Speaker 1 (29:54):
Still there, Kid's still there. Kid Edgel made the insinuation
of the night. He might have been our best forward
the other night. I don't disagree. I don't disagree either.
He was creating stuff he needs to get the gold
got He had a chance, he had a chance in
the right circle and he just went high on it. Yes,
and he was You could see the frustration. He's had

(30:15):
a couple others that had guys have made saves on
and he's like, yeah, wait a second, that that didn't
happen on the dub. I just been at easy goals
by now right, But no, he's playing really well. So yeah,
we get cop If they get Coppo cockle back, that
is a big boost. You saw the difference with Brandon
on tour in the lineup. It is night and day
when number sixty two is out there. It's just a
different hockey team. I wasn't on the show yesterday.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
Jess was kind enough to give me the day off,
thank you, But man alive did he had the great
third period on Tuesday.

Speaker 1 (30:46):
Yeah, I mentioned yesterday. I think there was a little
bit of paint being taken off the walls between periods
two and three by Lane Lambard and in a way
they went. But yeah, man, it's a fun hockey team, guys,
fun hockey team. I don't know what what the end
result is going to be, but there it turns and
Ley Lambert good. And they don't have superstars. Mikey and
and Anders and Chris and I were talking about it

(31:07):
today on a text thread about the fact that you know,
the national media still hates this team.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
Like they just hate them, they absolutely hate them.

Speaker 1 (31:15):
I don't because they don't have the big name superstar
and yet they're having success. So in the eyes of
National Hockey League national media people, they are borderline. Well,
they're like baseball media. They're like the BBW, A just curmudgeons,
angry at life. They don't like anybody or anything.

Speaker 3 (31:37):
They're that one guy that didn't vote for Junior exactly,
are you honest to god?

Speaker 1 (31:45):
I truly put hockey media in the same category as
baseball writers media. They're just none of them like their job.
They're just angry. I don't like their sport. They don't
like the sport. They just want it. They want things
to be fitted like it should be this because I
see it this way, and sometimes it is and Seattle
does it differently, and they don't like that. They think
if you don't have superstars, you need a tank and

(32:07):
just go for a superstar in the draft. It's a lottery.
There's no guarantee that you're gonna get McKenna, for example,
the number one guy this year, or celebrating two years ago, whatever.
I mean, it's just all right before that are before that.
So they're doing it their own way. They're playing well.
Lane's a good coach and as long as Joey plays well,
good Joey, they have a chance to win. Bad Joey,
they can't win. It's as simple as that. Okay, let's go,

(32:27):
let's get to it. We are moments away. It's the
unofficial Star of the Weekend, moments from now. What does
that mean? Two O six two eight six ninety five

(33:29):
Blake Snell, I'm risking my life. That lit up six
and two thirds, six hits, five runs earned, four walks.
Eh Ye, next game is tomorrow. Blue Jays can close
it out win a world series. Everyone will be very
upset here. Questions are you upset because it's the Blue Jays?

(33:49):
Are because you knew you were that damn close? I
think it should be the latter. We were that close
here in Seattle. The way we go cracking off until Saturday.
They'll take on the New York Rangers on Saturday, seven

(34:11):
Lamar Jackson is back, which I'm sure we'll discuss with
Brandon Funston in just a couple of moments as well.
Let's not waste any more time. Let's get to it.
The weekend, the unofficial start of the weekend starts now,
sits right on.

Let us sink in you hear that music here that open.
You know we got Thursday night football tonight. You know,
the weekend is upon us, and I kind of subscribe
to the theory. If it's Thursday, it's Friday. You know,
let's just get it going. That's why it's the uofficial
start of the weekend. Brandon Fundstand from the Athletic is here. Hello, sir,
how are you?

Speaker 7 (35:20):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (35:21):
I'm going to adopt that slogan. I love that college.

Speaker 7 (35:25):
That was Yeah.

Speaker 1 (35:26):
I'd be right now and see. Do I have a
have a nine o'clock class on Friday? I don't think so.
I don't think so. If not, I dropped it.

Speaker 7 (35:35):
What the hell?

Speaker 1 (35:36):
We got got other things to do. It's it's time
to get going, man. The weekend is upon us. Halloween
is tomorrow and all that. Now, you live out there
in the boondocks somewhere, do you do you guys have
trigger treats roll up to the house.

Speaker 10 (35:48):
Yeah, we do a few of them, but we are
out in the boon docks and we're just not going
to worry about it this year. We're just gonna go
to Bellingham h leaving tonight. Oh wow, gonna get out
of Dodge. We had a we had a little kid
trip on one of our little like our rain our
rain bump in our driveway that diverts rain. It was
like and it was like it looked like it was
like a battlefield with the with the kid in the

(36:09):
dad's lap as the kids crying, and we're like, okay,
this is this is a bad scene.

Speaker 9 (36:14):
This is how good look. So we uh were just like,
let's just get out of town for Halloween this year
and not even worry about it.

Speaker 1 (36:20):
So turn the lights off and away you go. So, uh,
we'll go through about one hundred bucks worth of candy.
It's insane our our neighborhood and it's and the crazy
thing has been that way for seventeen years, Like it's cyclical,
like someone like our kids have aged out, yet more
kids have moved in. It's just I don't know how
it works, but way we go. Uh, but we have
the adults over and turns into a bender. So we'll
have a good time. Okay, let's know we do it.

Speaker 9 (36:40):
Wow, it is Friday Nights, the gift.

Speaker 1 (36:43):
Massive gift. I looked on the schedule when the cracking
schedule came out. Well please, oh yes, let's go. Okay,
we've got some of the regulars, but not all of
them here. So if you're listening in one of the regulars,
some of you guys aren't here. Then two o six
two eighty six, ninety five ninety five when the line
opens up, Well, one guy's here. He's he missed only

(37:04):
once this year, but he knew he knew to call
in early. Mike and Edmund's first up. What's going on?

Speaker 7 (37:09):
Mike?

Speaker 1 (37:10):
Hi, Hi Brandon, what do you have buddy?

Speaker 11 (37:12):
I'm just laughing. We're lucky to get any kids at
our house.

Speaker 1 (37:17):
Well that you saved money, trust me on that one.
You save a lot of money. Yeah, I guess.

Speaker 11 (37:23):
Okay, So here we go full PPR kind of a
question and a half flex question. Is Ashton genty or
Zay Flowers, And the derivative to that is how much
do I really trust Lamar Jackson on his first game back?
And thanks for all was always for doing this?

Speaker 7 (37:44):
All right?

Speaker 1 (37:45):
Good questions? Good good questions.

Speaker 10 (37:46):
Yeah, I mean, I feel like they held him out
an extra we thought he may be back last week.
I feel like they held him out extra long for
the abundance of caution. I actually have Lamar ranked number
one because well because he's Lamar, and also mahomes and
and Josh Allen. Although they often getting shootouts, the defenses
for those two teams are pretty good, so I'm not

(38:07):
expecting it to be as big.

Speaker 9 (38:08):
As shootout as normal. So I have Lamar ranked number one.

Speaker 10 (38:12):
I feel good about that, and I'm just gonna follow
the volume with Genet coming off of the bye so
give me that Miami's actually been tough against receivers in fantasy,
so I'm gonna steer away from Zay Flowers there.

Speaker 1 (38:23):
Okay opened up a line two oh six two eight
six ninety five ninety five getting bumped up in the
order because I don't see Ricky on the list bumped
up in the order. Rob in Bury in What's Up Rob,
I need.

Speaker 7 (38:39):
Help because I have no idea what the hell I'm
doing well?

Speaker 1 (38:43):
Rinse repeat, twenty twenty two, twenty twenty three, twenty twenty Four's.

Speaker 9 (38:49):
Something different than resignation right there that you used to
get from him.

Speaker 1 (38:52):
So yeah, you must still be kind of in it.
So what do you got, Rob?

Speaker 12 (38:56):
No, I got nothing seasons over?

Speaker 6 (38:57):
Bro?

Speaker 12 (38:58):
This is over.

Speaker 7 (39:00):
There we go.

Speaker 1 (39:02):
Waiting for that.

Speaker 3 (39:06):
Remember that one day you were happy, I got.

Speaker 1 (39:09):
Nothing seasons over?

Speaker 11 (39:10):
Bro?

Speaker 6 (39:11):
This?

Speaker 1 (39:13):
Do you want to ask a question or you just
want to vent for a little bit? What can we
do for you? How can we help you here? You're
on the couch with doctor funds and what can he
do for you?

Speaker 7 (39:22):
I need to know a quarterback situation. Did we go
with Dak or Sam Donald?

Speaker 5 (39:28):
Oh?

Speaker 10 (39:28):
Let's see, I have Dak about number seven on my
list and Donald is number twelve, so good matchup for Donald.
But Dak, it's just you know, they've been they've been
throwing all year long, and it looked pretty good with
the pickens and ceedee lamb back now, so give me Dak.

Speaker 1 (39:45):
Okay, there you go, Dak. It is the seasons over?

Speaker 5 (39:49):
Bro?

Speaker 1 (39:49):
Oh my god?

Speaker 7 (39:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (39:51):
When was it was just like, it wasn't that long
ago that he was calling in all of just jacked
up and happy and stuff, and none of us knew
how to quite handle that situation. So things have changed.
So they're back to funds and they're back to normal.
Rain in October, November in Seattle, power outages, rain on Halloween,
and Rob's fantasy team has done two six two eight
six ninety five ninety five will stay in Bury and

(40:14):
Chris and Burien.

Speaker 5 (40:14):
What's up?

Speaker 13 (40:15):
Chris, Good afternoon, gentlemen. I have Ben do it a
little differently. I just have two quick either Oars on
full point PPR, Sam Laporta or Ferguson at tight ends
and Addison or Romeo Dubs at wide receiver.

Speaker 14 (40:31):
Two.

Speaker 7 (40:32):
Thanks, yeah, I like.

Speaker 10 (40:33):
I like Addison against Detroit. They've been a generous secondary.
They've been tough in other parts, but the receivers have
done well against Detroit. So give me Addison there. He's
look good. Although it's we have JJ McCarthy back, who
that's that's a little bit of a mixed bag. Carson
wentz out for the year now, so it'll be a
little bit of a change up. But I'm still gonna
go Addison, and then I'm also gonna go Jake Ferguson.

(40:53):
I have him for a rebound this week, and Laporta, Laporta.
It's just, you know, he hasn't been he hasn't been
quite what we saw from him last year. And they're
going with a pretty heavy run emphasis in Detroit. So
give me Ferguson.

Speaker 1 (41:07):
All right, beautiful, let's go to Derek insult and only
one half of our Sultan guys are here today. What's
going on?

Speaker 5 (41:15):
Got to represent?

Speaker 7 (41:16):
No doubt?

Speaker 1 (41:17):
What do you got for us?

Speaker 7 (41:18):
Brother? All right?

Speaker 15 (41:19):
I got kind of a fun one today. So my
opponent this week picked up the handcuff of my questionable
running back, So I want to pick up the handcuff
of his questionable running back, which is Trayvon Henderson. So
I'm wondering a trade. Which one is better between giving
up K nine for Trayvon Henderson and Hunter Travis Hunter,

(41:42):
or giving up Jacoby Meyers straight for Trayvon Henderson and
thank you all.

Speaker 1 (41:47):
Right, thank you?

Speaker 10 (41:50):
So gosh, I would be tempted. I mean I think
I would just do I think I would just use
Jacobe Meyer straight up. It is tempting Travis Hunter. Their
play him more at receiver, playing him less at dB.
But I have not given up on Brian Thomas. He's
dealing with his shoulder injury. But I think it's gonna play.
And I'm not sure Travis Hunter is gonna run run
away and ultimately just be the clear alpha there in Jacksonville.

(42:13):
So uh so I think, yeah, Travon, this might be
the week Ramondre Stevenson has got a toe issue and
so we might get the fifteen plus touches we've been
hoping for from Travion.

Speaker 1 (42:25):
We'll see, all right, we'll continue. We'll get a lot
of phone calls today. Let's see, let's go to maybe
this is Stephen in Snowholmage. Is this Steven usually in
Sultan or is this a different Stephen.

Speaker 11 (42:36):
It's Steven in Sultan.

Speaker 5 (42:37):
I'm just working in Snawhomage, so.

Speaker 1 (42:39):
Brother, don't be changing it up on us.

Speaker 7 (42:40):
Man.

Speaker 1 (42:40):
I almost didn't get to you today, So you got
to make sure you just stay with stay with who
you are, stay true to who you are.

Speaker 7 (42:45):
Sir.

Speaker 1 (42:45):
I'm just took it. I took him from It's close enough,
the same same county, no matter what. Right, Sultan's and Stallholmage.

Speaker 7 (42:53):
Yeah, didn't you.

Speaker 3 (42:53):
Change your number?

Speaker 15 (42:54):
Two?

Speaker 3 (42:56):
Yeah, we have this conversation.

Speaker 1 (42:59):
It's very creepy that we know all these things.

Speaker 8 (43:00):
But Steven Well, I survived Bye Week Galory half my
team was on buy, so that really was fun.

Speaker 5 (43:12):
But I have a trade offer, and I'm pretty sure
the answer is to me no. But I want fun
since advice because he's the guru of trades.

Speaker 15 (43:20):
I have Herbert.

Speaker 12 (43:21):
It's a dynasty league.

Speaker 5 (43:22):
I have Herbert and Harrison. The guy is offering Daniel
Jones and either DK.

Speaker 12 (43:27):
Metcalf or a lot of it.

Speaker 15 (43:28):
I want to say no because I don't like any
of those guys.

Speaker 10 (43:32):
Oh man, It's yeah, that's kind of a it's kind
of a push. I Alave has had the had the
concussion concerns. I mean it's been clear this year, but
you never know that's gonna, you know, pop back up again.
Daniel Jones are trying to resign. It looks great there,
but I don't know if in the long run he's
like appreciably better than Justin Herbert. So like Marvin Harrison,

(43:56):
if they actually move on from Kyler Murray next year,
that Armon Harrison could ultimately be great. There's still plenty
of time for him to prove himself out, so I probably.

Speaker 9 (44:04):
Would just kind of sit tight on that.

Speaker 1 (44:07):
All right, okay, perfect, all right. We get a few
more phone calls before we get to text Ian in Seattle.

Speaker 5 (44:16):
Hey, guys, how you doing good?

Speaker 1 (44:17):
How are you a good name?

Speaker 5 (44:18):
What's up? Hey?

Speaker 14 (44:21):
So I have a Nico Collins coming back from an
entry this week, and he's playing against sen for and
so I'm feeling a little bit.

Speaker 1 (44:29):
Weary about that.

Speaker 14 (44:31):
I have Khalil Shakier wand Al Robinson and Davey are
Worthy on my bench or any of those guys worth.

Speaker 9 (44:39):
Starting, you know.

Speaker 10 (44:41):
The only thing, the only reason I'm gonna I get
where you're coming from. But he's still gonna be the
number one guy. I mean, the good thing is they're
playing at home. There's no Patrick's or Tan to just
follow him around. So I think there's a little bit
more opportunity for him against the Broncos this week than
than a lot of weeks. So I'm gonna still go
with Nico Collins. I wouldn't be shocked if one of
those the guys out performing, but I think the smart

(45:01):
money is on going with Nico.

Speaker 1 (45:02):
All right, I'm going banks to Kyle, Nate and Spencer.
You guys are the last three calls, all right, So Kyle,
Nate and Spencer after calls, and then we'll get to
the text. By the way, I was a little curious
about that when Ian and Seattle because I'm meeting my
buddy Roger, who I'm playing this week later, and he's
a number of times called in with like fake names.
So I was ready to drop that in a heartbeat.
But it wasn't his voice. So I did you look
at his roster and make sure those names didn't line up?

(45:25):
It wasn't his voice. Okay, yeah, the second is his voice.
It's gone, It's done. I might have actually blocked it
on this on this call screener, so I'm not sure.
All right, Kyle's inn Ingham, Claude. What do you got, Kyle?
What's going on in the claw?

Speaker 11 (45:39):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (45:39):
Not much?

Speaker 12 (45:41):
So I've been getting my teeth kicked in the last
couple of weeks because I've been calling that other show
on Fridays.

Speaker 5 (45:46):
But yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (45:48):
Yeah, come on, stay with the ogs.

Speaker 12 (45:51):
Yeah, so I got one, I got two questions. It's
four point PPR as always, But the lad McConkie what's
up with him?

Speaker 5 (45:59):
Is he gonna play?

Speaker 9 (46:00):
Yeah, as far as I know, there's nothing wrong with him.

Speaker 12 (46:03):
Oh, I got it coming up questionable on my roster here.

Speaker 10 (46:07):
I mean almost everybody's questionable, but I don't think that's
a he's a d MP concern.

Speaker 12 (46:12):
Okay, and then so you and then okay, so this
is and my it's a flux.

Speaker 16 (46:18):
So I got P Higgins, which I don't know if
Flacco's playing, and so I and then I got on
my bench, I got Kyle Mnung guy and DJ Moore,
So it's plucked. So I don't know if I should
what Higgins out and go with one of those other
guys or what.

Speaker 10 (46:36):
Yeah, I would probably go with DJ Moore if if
Flacco doesn't play, and it's Jake Browning again. But Flacco,
I was out there today. I think he's trending towards
towards getting it out. So I'm gonna I'm gonna stick
with T Higgins there if if Flacco's in.

Speaker 1 (46:51):
So Higgins, if not, then it's DJ Moore. Okay, Nate
and Seattle, you're next up? What's up?

Speaker 7 (46:55):
Nate? Hey? Guys?

Speaker 17 (46:58):
Quick trade question twelve Team twelve team keeper League I
have omar In Hampton. I've been offered Harold Fannin and
Kimani by Dal for brock Bowers. Sounds maybe lopsided for
the future, but I am in sixth place, trying to
make a playoff push, and kind of concerned about brock

(47:20):
bowers injury history from the past, and also worried, and
also worried because Pete Harrol is a schmuck doesn't know
how to use tight ends correct and also worried because
they have a thirty six year old, forty million dollars
quarterback that sucks.

Speaker 1 (47:37):
Naytan Seattle echoes all your sentiments. Let me get so,
let's hear what Let's hear what Brandon says fire away.

Speaker 9 (47:44):
Yeah, but Dalla's looking good. He's in the here and now,
he's a He's a pretty good commodity.

Speaker 10 (47:48):
And then you kind of like wrap up that Chargers
backfield if when Hampton, if he does come back. Here's
the thing, Uh yeah, I mean on paper, Bowers for
this isn't fair. But Fannin's a good player and he
has a good future if Cleveland can ever get some
you know, some solidify their quarterback position at all. I
think Harold fan is gonna be one of the better

(48:09):
tight ends of the next decade. So I don't hate
if if you're legitimately.

Speaker 9 (48:13):
Going for it.

Speaker 10 (48:14):
If this is not going to move the needle for you,
it's only going to slightly move the needle for you,
I probably wouldn't do it. But if this gives you
a legit chance, uh you know, to make a run
at your championship, I give you the green light.

Speaker 1 (48:24):
All right, Spencer and pop busy day on the phone,
ju the last one, fire away.

Speaker 8 (48:29):
All right, full point PPR.

Speaker 11 (48:31):
I need one of these running backs, Tyrone, Tracy without Scott,
Chase Brown or Travis Etn.

Speaker 9 (48:39):
Okay, I go.

Speaker 10 (48:41):
I'm going to go in the reverse order. I like
Chase Brown first against the Bears and then Etn and Tracey.

Speaker 9 (48:46):
I have back to back. But if you just need one,
I think it's Chase Brown.

Speaker 7 (48:49):
Chase Brown.

Speaker 1 (48:50):
It is beautiful fire Okay, Let's get to the text
four nine four five one on the text line, Man,
every now and then, you guys should prize this week.

Speaker 7 (49:01):
He did not.

Speaker 1 (49:02):
You were close. Nobody hit the bull's eye. Here we go,
just one second after the top of the hour one o'clock.
Jamie from Allen. Who do I put in my flex
Keenan Allen, Drake London, Deebo or Judkins. Thanks so much.

Speaker 9 (49:17):
I would go with Drake London dealing with the hip injury.

Speaker 10 (49:20):
It's a tough matchup, but he's been limited in practice
a couple of times.

Speaker 9 (49:23):
Assuming he plays, then that's my choice.

Speaker 1 (49:26):
I was shot for him not playing, getting zero points
last week in my league.

Speaker 7 (49:30):
Damn it.

Speaker 1 (49:31):
I need to full pleat part PPR tight end Premium
andrews Ertz Schultz Pits or Henry.

Speaker 9 (49:36):
Andrews Ertz Schultz Pitts. For Henry, there's a bunch of Andrews.

Speaker 1 (49:41):
Just get the middle class of tight ends, isn't he?

Speaker 9 (49:43):
Yeah, I'm Pits.

Speaker 7 (49:45):
There we go.

Speaker 9 (49:46):
Michael Pennick's back. He's been throwing to Pitts.

Speaker 1 (49:48):
Let's go there, Ben says, standard scoring two of two
of Sutton, Collins or Higgins. I'm starting Bo Nicks if
that matters.

Speaker 10 (49:56):
Yeah, I mean Troy Franklin has been moving up and
almost becoming the alf of there at least pulled even
with Courtland setence.

Speaker 9 (50:02):
So give me Nico Collins, give.

Speaker 5 (50:03):
Me t Higgins.

Speaker 1 (50:04):
We've got Scott texting in from Hawaii. Listing on the
old iHeartRadio app Jackson Dark, Caleb Williams full PPR.

Speaker 7 (50:12):
I got.

Speaker 10 (50:12):
I mean Caleb Williams got the best matchup, and so
I have him a couple of spots ahead of Jackson
Dart going against Cincinnati.

Speaker 1 (50:19):
Our buddy Keith Miller is very late today. He's two
seconds after the top of the hour. Canine or Kamara
at half point PPR.

Speaker 10 (50:27):
Yeah, so I have Kamara down away dealing with the
ankle injury. I got Canine against Washington.

Speaker 1 (50:33):
A little bit higher. David says a half point PPR.
Need three of the five, So I guess you get
rid of two. Who do you get rid of here? Genty,
Jay Warren, Metcalf, Adams, Javonte, Williams.

Speaker 9 (50:44):
Adams, Davonte, Javonte. I think I'm gonna get rid of
the first two. That's only four of them.

Speaker 1 (50:49):
Mill At one, two, three, four, five note Ashton, Genty,
Jalen Warren, DK Metcalf, Adams, Javante. I don't know which.
I probably Davante, Adams.

Speaker 10 (50:58):
And Williams go uh let's go gent and and uh
let's go gent and Jalen Warren and by by rankings,
that's that's tough.

Speaker 9 (51:08):
Embarrassment of riches there.

Speaker 7 (51:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (51:10):
Full PPR need one running back and one wide receiver
Ken Walker or Aaron Jones, Uh ken Walker, Tea Hunter
or T McMillan, Tat McMillan, uh Anders you get ready
for the ones at the top Y bo Nicks or
Jordan Love need to survive the week of guillotine sasquatch
in White Center.

Speaker 10 (51:29):
I have I have bow Nicks way down at Houston.
We know they're one of the best defenses out there.

Speaker 1 (51:34):
PPR love or golf uh love and goff uh I
got Love a couple of spots ahead of Golf Donsay
or Keenan Allen.

Speaker 9 (51:44):
Let's go definitely roll with Doomsday.

Speaker 1 (51:45):
Should I drop Calvin Ridley for Tess Johnson or Jalen
Cocker Coker Cooker?

Speaker 7 (51:50):
I don't think.

Speaker 10 (51:50):
Calvin Ridley is even gonna play, So if he's not playing,
I think right now I'd stick with Tess Johnson's looked
pretty good.

Speaker 1 (51:57):
I'll get one that was one minute after the hour
and then an as you take over. Full PPR need
two of three Quinton Johnson, Jamison Williams, Josh Downs.

Speaker 9 (52:05):
Let's go with Johnston and Uh.

Speaker 10 (52:08):
Jamison Williams actually does pretty well when they when they
get pressured. Minnesota brings among the highest pressure rates in
the league, so this could be a game where Jamison.

Speaker 2 (52:16):
Williams pops Andrews. You got about a minute fire away,
really quick, rapid fire. Pick two half PPR, Collins Adams,
rash Rice.

Speaker 9 (52:24):
Uh, definitely ra Sheet Rice. And let's go with DeVante Adams.

Speaker 2 (52:28):
Drake May or Jordan Love Drake May full PPR need two,
Brian Thomas Junior, Travis etn Ramandre Stevenson, Khalil Shakir, and
Ted McMillan.

Speaker 10 (52:38):
Okay, I'm gonna throw Stevenson out with the toe injury.
And who was right after Stevenson U Khalilk. Yeah, let's
throw him out as well.

Speaker 1 (52:47):
Okay, Herbert or dak Uh?

Speaker 9 (52:50):
Justin Herbert?

Speaker 10 (52:51):
I have fourth against the Titans, Travis, That's the choice there.

Speaker 1 (52:54):
Just lightly, Okay, Travis Hunter or d Hop.

Speaker 9 (52:59):
Yeah, definitely Travis Hunter.

Speaker 1 (53:00):
Would you trade DK for Kenneth Walker?

Speaker 9 (53:04):
I don't think so.

Speaker 10 (53:05):
I think this platoon is here to stay and TK
is the number one guy in Pittsburgh.

Speaker 7 (53:09):
I'd rather have that.

Speaker 1 (53:11):
Jalen Daniels a rock party, Uh.

Speaker 10 (53:14):
Definitely Jayden Daniels, just for the rushing upside. And I
just don't know if Rock Perty is gonna play, and
he's kind of been limited, but he's been limited before.
It looks like mac Jones is trending towards likely starting there.

Speaker 2 (53:26):
Okay, full PPR wide receiver T Higgins or Khalil Shakir
T Higgins, Zach Charboney or TAYJ.

Speaker 1 (53:32):
Spears. Let's go with j Zach Sharbonney, all right? And
then last one, ye.

Speaker 7 (53:38):
That's there.

Speaker 2 (53:39):
Last one here full PPR, Jalen Coker, Christian Watson or
Kendrick Bourne.

Speaker 10 (53:46):
If I'm gonna go, I'm gonna go Kendrick Bourne, assuming
Ricky Pearsall doesn't play, and he's been the he's been
teasing fantasy managers for like the last month and a
half with the questionable tag. But I just don't think
it's coming back. So kim me Kendrick Bourne.

Speaker 1 (54:00):
Final two are really important, kit Cat Snickers.

Speaker 9 (54:03):
I gotta go snickers.

Speaker 1 (54:04):
Okay, I'm with you, Peanut M and m's regular Eminem's
listen to this right here.

Speaker 9 (54:12):
That's my big jar peanut.

Speaker 3 (54:18):
Protein.

Speaker 1 (54:19):
You know, that's the I can tell you this the
best thing about the press box at Climate Plagerina.

Speaker 2 (54:27):
Ms really big candy isle. The real ones will know.
The peanut butter eminem's are the best.

Speaker 1 (54:32):
One hundred Yeah, yeah, the peanut butter was that's like embarrassment.
That's just glutton is what that is.

Speaker 10 (54:39):
I have a I have a bubble gum machine that
I just shook and it's full of peanut m and ms,
but I mixed peanut butter eminem in before, so you
get like a little combination.

Speaker 1 (54:48):
So you're forgiven for your kit Cat snickers. After that,
you're forgiven.

Speaker 7 (54:53):
I love that.

Speaker 1 (54:54):
Yeah, that's that's good.

Speaker 9 (54:56):
I don't know. It's like you haven't even eaten anything
when you eat one of those. Kind of just this way. Yeah,
it's like.

Speaker 1 (55:03):
Chocolate air, just a way fun.

Speaker 7 (55:04):
All right.

Speaker 1 (55:05):
Fund of the people to get their questions answered, and
I can tell you this, a lot of them didn't
what they need to do.

Speaker 11 (55:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (55:10):
You can go to the Athletic and go to the
fantasy football pages. A ton of stuff there with rankings
from our guy Jake Seely, who every year does his
annual Halloween candy rankings as well. I'll give a spoiler
Nerds gummy clusters is his number one ranking, so wow,
we haven't even talked about that, but yeah, and a
bunch of other advice to get Jay set for Sunday morning.

Speaker 1 (55:29):
My great analyst Alice and Lukenna loves those things and
I just can't you want some, no Lee, just get
them away from me. Please, just get them away from me.
Give me some pen and M and ms. I'm gonna
go up there. All right, We're done fun, So we'll
talk to you next week.

Speaker 9 (55:39):
My friend, thank you, Happy Halloween.

Speaker 1 (55:41):
There you go. That is our great guy, Brandon Fundston man.
Is he do a great job? Will come back? We
have Factor Fiction is an Anderson Hurst pick today coming up.

Speaker 4 (55:53):
From the R and R Foundation Specialist Broadcast Studio. Now
back to Ian Fernesz Powered Mice, the closest sports book
Snow call me Casino and Hotel on Sports Radio ninety
three point three kJ R FM.

Speaker 1 (56:09):
Hi, welcome back real quick before we get the Factor Fiction,
just I want to quick shout out and uh just
a tip of the cap to my friends at Columbia
Distributing in Washington. You hear us all the time. We
talk about cores Light, our headline stop of the hour,
Frostbreed Corps like Chews Chill, good friend of mine, the

(56:30):
work for Columbia for decades. Mike Gustafson passed away a
few weeks ago, real hard for everyone went to We
went to a service last night for Mike, and Mike
was a good friend of mine, but he's also a
great friend of I don't know a few hundred other people.
Judging by the crowd with the memorial service, we all
told stories, had a great time, tipped a few back.
Mike was also a massive part of what we do
every year with the Mayor and Maple Valley Open. Frankly,

(56:53):
could never have got the golf tournament to the level
it is now to raise the money that we do
for Helinsky's Hope, Jordan Morris Foundation and the Avery Huffman
DIPG Foundation without Mike, Gustus and Gus as we called him.
And Gus was there from day one working. We call
him the beer guy. And when we work for Columbia,
you work for trust me. Their portfolio is massive. Uh

(57:14):
that the biggest there is Cores, Cores Light, Miller, Miller, Lite,
Rainier to all the Georgetown products, a lot of ones
you Uh, they're They're everywhere. They do everything. Crucks out
of Oregon, Fremont Brewing. If it's good beer, chances are
Seattle Cider. Our friends there. They're all part of Columbia.

Speaker 7 (57:32):
UH.

Speaker 1 (57:32):
I try to stay with my Columbia brands because they've
been so supportive. But a couple of things. One, Uh,
Mike and his family very just great people. Bryce's son,
Sorry for your loss. Trust me, we're all mourning right
now having Gus pass away. More importantly than anything he
did in terms of the beer industry is the legacy

(57:53):
you leave. Your legacy he left was not just a
lot of family and friends, but also what he did
for us in this golf tournament and Columbia. We had
some conversations last night. They're stepping up and helping us
in a bigger way next year, which I can't thank
them enough for, whether it be Mike Thompson, Chris, Chris, Ralph,

(58:14):
the whole group, everyone out there. Those guys are unbelievable.
I mean, there's absolutely unbelievable group of people. I've never
seen a company where people enjoyed working for that company
and had great respect for who they worked for than
the group at Columbia and I think it's because of
what they give back. And Gus I misya. We all missya,
but you left a legacy. And it's that golf tournament,

(58:35):
all the money we've raised over the years, because all
the Ralphle items, all the things we get a lot
of them come from you guys at Columbia, and Gus
has been there, was there from day one. We're going
to miss you, dear dearly my friends, so rest in peace.
I love you, and a big shot out and thanks
to the folks at Columbia Distributing. Let's get to factor fiction.
Where's that to go?

Speaker 4 (58:52):
Glad you're with us, it's your shot at our weekly
thousand bucks and the ten thousand dollars grand prize. It's
Fact door Fiction, probably presented by Lucky Eagle Casino and
hotel where every day feels Lucky. Fact door Fiction is
on Sports Radio ninety three point three kJ r f M.

Speaker 1 (59:13):
It is an Anderson Hurst pick today, which means a
couple of things. One, there's absolutely no chance he'll screw
up and take a Monday night game. No chance since
he's the one that has to pick up the pieces.
When we you know somebody using this, we all make
that mistake.

Speaker 3 (59:30):
I would I would love it if you made that mistake.

Speaker 1 (59:33):
I did a couple of years ago. Once running it
was was Kevin here, I was running it. I was
like too many things at once, and it was Yeah.
I learned my lesson quick because I got a bunch
of crap.

Speaker 3 (59:45):
Me too, I didn't.

Speaker 7 (59:46):
Really.

Speaker 1 (59:46):
The best thing is everyone gives you crap. You the
one had to fix it exactly. So yeah, yeah, all right.
Factor fiction brought to you by the Lucky Egle Casino.
Every day feels lucky. We give away a thousand dollars
every week. Andrews calls somebody and says, you want a
thousand dollars? Probably the best part about your job one
of them? Yeah, for sure. Has anybody not been happy?

Speaker 11 (01:00:04):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:00:05):
Okay, no, simple answer, simple answer to know. All you
have to do is text fact to four nine four
or five one or fiction to four nine foury to
five one. When he gives you the pick. If you're right,
you're automatically undered one one thousand dollars. Of course, we're
also getting away ten thousand dollars grand prize. Go just
say the pick really quick.

Speaker 2 (01:00:21):
Kansas City Chiefs minus two and a half at the
Buffalo Bills.

Speaker 1 (01:00:27):
One more time.

Speaker 2 (01:00:28):
Kansas City Chiefs minus two and a half at the
Buffalo Bills. I realize that it feels weird that the
Buffalo Bills are a home dog, but I'm looking at
their schedule. First of all, I'm gonna go from the
Chiefs perspective here. They're back. They are back. Their offense
is humming right now, their defense is starting to really

(01:00:48):
get going a little bit as well. And I'm looking
at Buffalo's wins. Tell me if you see a really
good team that they've beaten so far this season. The
Ravens first game of the season, the Jets, the Dolphins,
the Saints, the Panthers, those are Buffalo Bill's wins this year.
They've lost to the Falcons, they've lost to the Patriots.

(01:01:12):
So I'm just I'm thinking the Chiefs win this game.

Speaker 1 (01:01:16):
I really do.

Speaker 2 (01:01:17):
It's minus two and a half win by a field goal.
It's close enough to where I feel pretty confident that
Patrick Mahomes, who is he's again, This offense is back
for she Rice, Travis Kelsey's turning back the clock a
little bit recently. I'm taking the Chiefs minus two and
a half in Buffalo.

Speaker 1 (01:01:33):
I'm just looking at him. You're going ahead ahead with
ash Ashley. Yes, I know.

Speaker 3 (01:01:38):
I was a little nervous because I saw that one
on the.

Speaker 1 (01:01:40):
Spe We got it.

Speaker 2 (01:01:42):
The Morning Show is kind of running away with it
right now, so let's chase a little bit unlike it.

Speaker 1 (01:01:46):
We got a chase. I mean, if I've taught you
nothing over the last three years, at some point, you've
got to chase. You've got to chase.

Speaker 2 (01:01:54):
I'm just not convinced with Buffalo so far this year.
Maybe this is their first win against a really good team.
I know they beat the Ravens by one in the
first game of the season, and you know there's some
debate on whether the Ravens are a good team or not.

Speaker 1 (01:02:06):
But you didn't make a pick last week.

Speaker 7 (01:02:07):
I did not.

Speaker 1 (01:02:08):
Yeah, yes, yeah, so that's good. You're but you're the
only person on our show that's above five hundred.

Speaker 7 (01:02:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (01:02:14):
So I've been sucking it up.

Speaker 7 (01:02:17):
Well.

Speaker 1 (01:02:18):
And by the way, hey, one thing wind note here
with did you hear what they did yesterday? They do
so fain and soft. He came up with the pick,
but they attached it to Jackson's name. Now I'm going
to ask you as the guy in charge. That can't
be a Jackson pick. That was not a Jackson pick.

(01:02:40):
He's trying to he's trying to he's trying to sleeze
his way into a win with their knowledge. I mean,
I think that's greasy. If if he was close to
the top at Caro a little bit, well here's why
we need him not to get ahead adjustment. Yeah, I'm
trying to protect just in this case.

Speaker 9 (01:02:56):
That's fair.

Speaker 1 (01:02:57):
It was very greasy in it. I'm just gonna tell
you it was a very very greasey.

Speaker 3 (01:03:01):
This is like a rook tonight situation.

Speaker 7 (01:03:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:03:03):
Yeah, And they picked the Seahawks, so it's not like
we can like root against it. No, that's what that was.
Make it extra greasy, I know. But hey, we can
move for the Seahawks not to cover but still win.
Let's go close to Monday night. I don't need that stress.
And Sunday night by the way, yes, Sunday, sorry Sunday nighty.

Speaker 5 (01:03:24):
Wait what it was a Monday game?

Speaker 1 (01:03:26):
One more time?

Speaker 2 (01:03:27):
My pick if you missed it, Uh, Kansas City Chiefs
minus two and a half going to Buffalo against the Bills.

Speaker 1 (01:03:34):
I think I'll be curious to what the split is
on this Yeah, I bet, I bet it's a very close.
You're making people think here a little bit. Yeah, four
nine four or five to one facts four nine four
or five to one fiction texting right now factor fiction.
Brought to you by the Lucky Eagle Casino where every
day feels lucky. Don't forget we're going twenty four every
Friday and Saturday. Twenty four hour gaming starts November seventh,
and Lucky Eagle dot Calm soft you join us next.

(01:04:04):
Check it across the Lake five twenty baring grill. Yes,
we're these sights and sounds, but the sites mostly are
always in about a ten out of ten.

Speaker 18 (01:04:14):
Used to be the side of the old Bellevue barber
shop where I used to go get haircuts.

Speaker 7 (01:04:18):
In high school.

Speaker 5 (01:04:18):
That's what it was.

Speaker 1 (01:04:19):
Before it was the five to twenty.

Speaker 18 (01:04:20):
No, it's no, no, it was like some real estate office.
Across the street was the Bevy barber Shop on Main Street.
Now the Bellvy barber Shop is just northwest by about
two blocks.

Speaker 7 (01:04:31):
I think I don't go in there anymore, though.

Speaker 1 (01:04:33):
You still get your haircut over at that place across
from the vMac, didn't you do?

Speaker 18 (01:04:37):
Sometimes only during training camp and like you know, during
the season. Now, I go to a place near the
golf course.

Speaker 1 (01:04:44):
Are you not like a loyal person for your haircuts?
You don't care where you go, You just go.

Speaker 18 (01:04:49):
There's one place I like to go to. Yeah, but
there's only one gal there, and so if it's busy,
I'm out.

Speaker 7 (01:04:54):
I'm not waiting. I will not wait for a haircut.

Speaker 1 (01:04:56):
You can make an appointment, can't you.

Speaker 11 (01:04:58):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:04:58):
But yeah, okay, listen.

Speaker 7 (01:05:02):
Will kick in.

Speaker 1 (01:05:04):
So listen. I consider you a man of the highest
highest ethical standards. I consider you person that is that
does things the right way. When people say ian at
the radio station, like when you kind of heard to
rank people in terms of you know, morals, ethics, doing
things quote the right way, where would you how would

(01:05:24):
you put that ranking in there? And I said, well
for me, and I always tell people and they ask
me that I said, at the top of the list
is Dave Softie Malt.

Speaker 7 (01:05:32):
Yeah. Well, clearly you don't know a lot of people.

Speaker 1 (01:05:35):
And that is true because as of yesterday, this little
game you guys are playing trying to protect little Jackson
from his horrible picks this year and then giving him yes, yes,
where you're gonna you guys picked the game and attach.

Speaker 11 (01:05:49):
It to his name.

Speaker 7 (01:05:50):
So we admit that.

Speaker 1 (01:05:52):
I know, but that is ands, aren't there some Is
there something the bylaws because we can't have him passing
justinman By. That's all I'm worried about right now.

Speaker 9 (01:06:01):
Just needs to worry.

Speaker 3 (01:06:02):
About if he makes his pick, which he made his own.

Speaker 7 (01:06:06):
Pick, but he did not.

Speaker 1 (01:06:08):
You made you and you and Dick you condicted it
for him.

Speaker 7 (01:06:12):
I heard this.

Speaker 1 (01:06:13):
I heard the segment I'm a loyal listener, sir.

Speaker 18 (01:06:17):
Reason why you're a loyal listeners because you're in the
car driving home in Maple Valley when she's getting your driveway.

Speaker 7 (01:06:22):
It couldn't give it, damn.

Speaker 14 (01:06:25):
It.

Speaker 18 (01:06:26):
And in the end it's Jackson's call. We can offer influence,
we can offer suggestions, we can offer greasy crazy. So
you're so what you're basically the Seahawks and we came
root against you. What he basically is fitting here is
that Jessamine is so bad at making her selections this
year that you don't want anybody else getting any help

(01:06:47):
against her at all.

Speaker 3 (01:06:48):
I don't think that anyone deserves help. I tacked that
it's Jackson so bad he needs it.

Speaker 18 (01:06:53):
You know what, essonne, We all deserve help from time
to time. Well, here's here, every everyone needs help. Both
of you have one to ye, both of you guys
have one win this year, so you both need help.
So the answer is yes. But what the and I think,
as Anders pointed out, this is true. The greasiest part
of it is that you you guys plural all to

(01:07:15):
plus him of you, you picked the hometown team.

Speaker 12 (01:07:20):
But we do this, we do this.

Speaker 18 (01:07:21):
What's that since you think it's so greasy, instead of
admitting on the air that we're giving Jackson a pick,
we'll just tell him off the air and he can
act like it's his own.

Speaker 7 (01:07:30):
We won't even admit it.

Speaker 3 (01:07:31):
Oh wow, now that we know.

Speaker 18 (01:07:36):
Out the window, how do you know from now on
until the end of time, if Jackson is making his
own selection, or if we are giving it to him
off here at least he starts on the air. To Jackson,
if he starts winning, well he's due. If he's doing
to start winning, kid me.

Speaker 1 (01:07:53):
If he starts winning, If he starts winning on there's
a problem. It's kind of like when you and I
were in school. If all of a sudden you ace
to test right, what would happen?

Speaker 18 (01:08:00):
Well, it's because I was what are you calling Jackson
an idiot?

Speaker 2 (01:08:05):
Are you?

Speaker 18 (01:08:05):
Are you comparing Jackson's ability to win a game on
factor fiction to my academic ability in school?

Speaker 1 (01:08:11):
Yes, moron, I am.

Speaker 18 (01:08:16):
By the way, you guys don't know, I got held
back ten times. By the way, I didn't graduated high
school til I was thirty.

Speaker 7 (01:08:24):
I think, uh, I think this.

Speaker 18 (01:08:26):
I think it's his call and uh if he uh,
if you guys want to help each other out, Okay,
just wait a minute, Hang on a second, Yes, hang
on a second. Just kill the music, just kill it,
kill it, kill it. You're telling me that you're bust
of my balls. Were giving Jackson help with his pick? Yes,
Jesson has been so terrible this year that you're pissed
off that Jackson's getting help in the battle of terribleness

(01:08:47):
between him and Jessamine. Yes, you're telling me you promise
me you look at my eye, you look me in
the eye in yeah, yeah, you tell me you have
not Anders or Ian, we have not helped Jessamine out
one game this year.

Speaker 1 (01:09:00):
Readily apparent.

Speaker 7 (01:09:02):
You're lying.

Speaker 3 (01:09:03):
Wouldn't I be better if?

Speaker 7 (01:09:07):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:09:07):
But that's after I make it.

Speaker 1 (01:09:08):
First of all, do you think do you think that
if I said, hey, Jess, you should do this? What
would the answer?

Speaker 3 (01:09:14):
Beth?

Speaker 1 (01:09:17):
You know that as well as anybody.

Speaker 7 (01:09:20):
You think, yes, you should do this. Fire.

Speaker 18 (01:09:28):
I mean, there is nobody at that radio station. There's
nobody at that radio station that scares the pest out
of me more than just if.

Speaker 3 (01:09:34):
I'm going to do the opposite, then wouldn't.

Speaker 7 (01:09:36):
I just uh?

Speaker 1 (01:09:38):
And that's exactly why we have not given her a pick.
We have not given her a pick.

Speaker 7 (01:09:42):
That is scary.

Speaker 1 (01:09:44):
Yes, So here's the deal, scary Anders, I think the
integrity of the game is out the window. I think
we should just not even keep track of standings anymore.

Speaker 18 (01:09:52):
If that's the way you want to crawl out of
your miserable hole, that's fine. I think you just get
rid of the standings. You just worry about the listeners,
and that's it. So you were asking for is the
factor fiction version of uncle for my uncle? I'm just
I think I'm like, let's just call it the COVID
year rule. It's like twenty twenty. We're just going to
cancel this mas risk. I took the cougs on Monday night,

(01:10:14):
against you.

Speaker 9 (01:10:16):
Know, and I know what you're doing.

Speaker 1 (01:10:17):
It's what I do every we with the Huskies when
they're I don't get a same thing. I just don't
get the spread half three and half.

Speaker 3 (01:10:23):
It's ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (01:10:24):
I got to wipe the feel.

Speaker 7 (01:10:25):
That's it.

Speaker 3 (01:10:25):
That's a good pick.

Speaker 9 (01:10:26):
Yeah, you kidd me.

Speaker 1 (01:10:28):
Just thought it was a good pick.

Speaker 18 (01:10:29):
Oh god, I just got I just got invaded by
her fungus.

Speaker 7 (01:10:39):
Get it off and me get it off.

Speaker 1 (01:10:40):
A it's a it's a good pick. Oh god, all right,
what do you got today?

Speaker 7 (01:10:44):
I don't know?

Speaker 13 (01:10:44):
Man?

Speaker 1 (01:10:44):
Up yours are you? You and your brutal morals and ethics?

Speaker 7 (01:10:49):
That's right.

Speaker 1 (01:10:50):
I can't believe it, did you? Who snorted there? That's
usually a Jess snort. That's whets my dad.

Speaker 7 (01:10:57):
I got that from my dad.

Speaker 18 (01:10:58):
Oh my gosh, I got two things from my da.
Had a giant schnaz and a snort.

Speaker 7 (01:11:01):
That's all right. I got for my dad.

Speaker 1 (01:11:03):
Softy Faine and Jackson who needs help? All right, they're
gonna join you next and someone's gonna make it pick
at three thirty five.

Speaker 18 (01:11:09):
And Clay, I guess don't need no help because he's
not as bad as Jessamine.

Speaker 7 (01:11:13):
Is he's leading this thing?

Speaker 1 (01:11:15):
By the way, is I thought the morning show was
just ranging anymore. He's individually dick famous leading not anymore?

Speaker 7 (01:11:22):
Is on top Man? All right?

Speaker 9 (01:11:24):
And we're done for the mild mannered and marginally objectionably Inverness.

Speaker 1 (01:11:30):
This is paddle day, saying so long everyone,
