Headlines watching by a frost brewed cors Light, choose chill
Ems and the Tigers will have a game five Alds.
That'll be tomorrow night, five o'clock down at Team Mobile Park.
Still don't know the Mariner starter. We are thinking it
might be Louis Casteele. I guess George Kirby's the other option.
We'll find out tomorrow, according to Dan Wilson, unless somebody
breaks it before then, and then we'll tell you beforehand.

(00:26):
But right now we don't know. We do know who's
starting for the Tigers. His name's Trek Scoubel. He's really good,
like maybe the best left hander in the game. Not
maybe he is. Again five o'clock tomorrow, Winter Take Call
Winner takes on The Toronto Blue Jays are winners of
the other Alds series, knocking off the Yankees yesterday, so
they lie in waits for a Sunday game one of
the Alcs. It'll be in Toronto at the Rogers Dome.

(00:48):
Rogers plays something Rogers the all every stadium and are
in in Canada is called Rodgers. It's up there. We
call it SkyDome. That's what they're gonna play on Sunday.
That's right, Dodgers got whacked at home yesterday. So the
Philadelphia Phillies stay alive in the NLDS series. Same thing,
Kubbes stay alive in their series with Milwaukee. Thursday Night

(01:09):
Football Tonight Eagles and Giants. Good one. We got it
over a nine to fifty on the am dial. Why
is that well? Opening night number five for your Seattle
Kraken at Climate Pledge Arena six thirty pre game show
with the Captain, Mike, Benton, Everett and Al have the
call for you. Starting at seven o'clock. Anaheim is in town,
cracking looking for their first ever win in an opening

(01:31):
game of the season. Let's go for our unofficial start
of the weekend. We do it every Thursday. It's kind
of a little tradition here. Jess loves and I love it,
and I know you guys love it. Judging from the
fact that last week some of our regulars got shut
out on the phone lines. Jess last week about said,
I know our regulars A Ricky and Tacoma, Mike and
Edmonds got shut out. We had a bump Robin bearing

(01:53):
up to the number one slot. That'd be like, Kevin,
Oh gosh, my guy, My guy's going to join us
in a second like this, bumping Robin bearing up to
the number one spot in the order. That'd be like,
I don't know, having Luke Raley hit lead off for
you in an ALDS game, or I don't know, having
Luke Raley hit it all in an ALDS game. That's
what i'd be like. Anyway, that's coming up at two o'clock.

(02:15):
My good friend Allison lou Can, we're gonna join us,
coming up at one forty five from the KRACK and
Hockey Network, our analyst along with Brett Festerling, year two
for us on the kh N. We're on the TV side,
of course, you're home for the Crack and on the
radio side, the Krack and Audio Network is right here
on ninety three point three KJRFM. If it's I don't

(02:35):
want to miss this. I think it's the second largest
radio network in the National Hockey League. It may be
number one now, at worst it's number soon. Yeah, it's
right up there. It's amazing with those guys have done
building that thing up. So Everett and Al and the
captain himself, Mike Benton will be with you starting at
six thirty. Allison, Brett, Festerili and me will be over

(02:58):
on the Krack and Hockey Network on the TV side
at six thirty. We're on King TV tonight and also
Amazon Prime if you're in the local area. So we're
excited for our second year on the Crack and Hockey
Network and of course John Forzel on the call tonight,
the best in the business there as well. So big
night tonight, Crack and trying to win their first ever
opening game. They've never won an opening game. Amazing, never

(03:20):
won an opening game. Good news is Anaheim amongst the
teams that have been around like longer than five years,
like the Kraken, have like the worst record in terms
of opening games in the NHL in their history their
thirty two years. But they're much improved. Yeah, they're a
much improoved team. So we'll see what happens tonight. Should
be fun. Places to be packed. They're doing like a
blue carpet across the street, blue carpet arrival. Yeah, with

(03:41):
the players they come in and instead of coming in
through the I don't know how they're gonna do that
because they come in and the bowels and the basement garage.
But anyway, theyre bringing them upstairs. So around three thirty
or so the players will do their start doing their
walk ins. Depending on when guys arrive here, so will
there who Marsham marsh Marsh Marshall Lynch is he playing

(04:02):
the night? Is in the lineup? I saw it?

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Do you remember he did the Winter Classic?

Speaker 4 (04:07):
God he'd let them into the stadium, So you never
know where that man will show up.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
You would not. By the way, the first time I've
laid eyes on the super Bird statue was just a
little while ago. I was walking around trying to find
a bite to eat, and I, I, that's pretty cool.
That's a fact.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
I thought it was one of the better representations.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
Yeah, that the superd statue for the Climate Plageria next
to Leny Wilkins statue, which I think is great because
I love Lenny. I grew up, you know, knowing about
him and that team that won it, and I barely
remember him as a player, but I do remember as
a player. I would say this, I see more statues, man,
like more statues. Give me more statues here in that
the little Climate Plagerina Applaza and it's more statues.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
I think has done a pretty good job of late.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
I mean, I think Kemp and Peyton should have one.
I think Spencer Haywood should have one. I wouldn't mind
having h You know, hell, Dennis Johnson was our playoff
MVP or Gus Gus Williams. Give me some, give me
some more, man, give me some more. Okay, let me
get to it right now. We have a big day
coming up tomorrow with Game five of the a l DS,
and we have it. We're gonna go big. I talked
to Jess earlier and I said, you know what I EO.

(05:12):
Sarahs is gonna have his weekly visit with us coming
up at one twenty. But I wanted to bring our
buddy on today. Chris Crawford. You know him, you love him.
He fills in on the station oftentimes if I'm gone,
he fills in for me. But he's our baseball guy,
all due respect. Nathan Nathan's our curmudgeon baseball guy. Chris
is our upbeat baseball guy. Molly one half of the
Molly Whopper's brought to you by Simply Seattle. It is

(05:32):
Christopher Crawford joining us right now, and he's gonna spend
some time with us his first couple of segments. He'll
be with me for eno. I wanted to kind of
touch base on yesterday real quick, real quick, and then
move on. Hello, sir, how are you?

Speaker 5 (05:46):
I'm a wreck, my friend. I'm oh, I'm out the
cracking that I gotta worry about.

Speaker 6 (05:53):
I think this is one of their biggest openers. It's
funny to say for a franchise that's only existed for
a little while, but man, oh man tomorrow, and boy
am I thankful that it's not a one o'clock game,
by the way, I I'm so glad that it's going
to be like a real crowd. And of course there'd
be a lot of people there if it was a
one o'clock too, but like five o'clock, a real everybody's

(06:15):
paying attention, and that's gonna make me just even more
nervous having to wait for it. But I'm so glad
it's like it's real. It's so much more real when
it's primetime.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Well, I just I feel like sometimes I'm the guys
shouting from them. By the way, I should'ntion where Tom's
watchmar which is across the street from Climate plageriina they
open up a little bit later and people can swing
on by. Here. They get to I think a season
ticket holder gathering upstairs, and then I think the general
public is allowed downstairs, if I understand that correctly, But
so you may hear some music and so forth in
the background. I think I'm feeling like I'm screaming from

(06:46):
the mountaintops at times like baseball, just what are we doing?
Like these day games are stupid, you know, but they
happen and we move on. You know. We saw all
the empty not just empty seats in Detroit yesterday, empty sections,
oh yeah, like and I know they were they had
lost the day before, but those tickets would be sold
sorry before and now the game started at four for them,

(07:07):
So I'm not sure what the excuse was there, But
I think, you know, there are realities of the world,
Like if I were to ask people here at Tom's watchpart, hey,
can you just take tomorrow off?

Speaker 7 (07:16):
Just for get go? No, So let's get past that.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
Okay, Yesterday was what it was, and I think you
mentioned it on the postcast out yesterday with Anders at
some point that Detroit offense may have heated up right,
Like it just kind of felt like a matter of time.
It would have been nice to win Saturday, and then
you get Sunday, and then you don't worry about games
four and five that didn't happen. But how concerned are you,

(07:43):
Chris about Detroit's offense just kind of showing some signs
of life, not just the fact that the Mayor's bullpen imploded,
but the offense showing some life.

Speaker 6 (07:53):
Pretty concerned And I think the main reason. And and
we'll talk to email about this, because he's a heck
of a lot smarter than me, even though I don't
like it. They've seen these pitchers a bunch, like this
was Bizarto's fourth appearance, this is Gabe Spire's fourth appearance.
They they have the book on these guys, and there
are studies that show that there is a punishment for

(08:16):
pitchers who are facing guys for that many days in
a row. So that's my biggest concern is that they've
got the book on these guys. On top of the
fact that, look, this was one of the better offenses
in baseball for a long time. For a long time,
the Detroit Tigers had the best record in the American
League by a considerable margin until an absolute cratering in September.

Speaker 5 (08:38):
Well, usually when you.

Speaker 6 (08:40):
Creter that bad, you got to regress on the opposite
side pretty darn hard. And there's talented baseball players there.
Riley Green is one of the better young outfielders in baseball.
Spencer Torkleson is perfectly capable. Carrie Bonds akaay Carry Carpenter
is a guy who has done some good things in
this league. That's the biggest concern is that there are

(09:02):
It's tied for the biggest concern, I guess is that
not just that the bullpen is paying attacks from how
much they've had to be used, and then on top
of that, a good offense that's been horrible has to
regress at some point.

Speaker 5 (09:15):
So yeah, I'm very worried the use of.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
The bullpen yesterday, you know, whether it be our post
game show with Softy and Company yesterday, you guys on
the postcast and just kind of talked about it, you know,
And I don't want to rehash that. I will ask
you this, like, lineup wise, just line up wise? Any
criticism for for Dan Wilson, for the lineup itself or

(09:43):
his tennis I mean, we don't want dom keinzone hitt
against lefties, right, that's the big thing. But do we
want Luke Rayley ever hitting?

Speaker 4 (09:50):
No?

Speaker 2 (09:50):
No, no, that's the thing.

Speaker 6 (09:52):
And I know this city has a hate hate relationship
with Mitch Garver, but Mitch Garver is so much better
of a hitter right now than Luke Railey is so
much better.

Speaker 5 (10:02):
So I had no issue with hitting Garb in that situation.

Speaker 6 (10:05):
And Garb had a terrific at bat to draw that
basis or the walk to load the bases.

Speaker 5 (10:10):
What happened after the base is loaded is another issue.

Speaker 6 (10:13):
The issue for me is pinch hitting for Garver. With Rayley,
it doesn't make any sense. It's I understand that there's
platoon advantages. Platoon advantages only work if you're good, and
right now, Luke Railey is awful. He's an awful baseball player.

Speaker 5 (10:27):
I don't like it.

Speaker 6 (10:28):
I love watching Luke Rayley run like Phoebe buffet around
the basis as much as anybody, but like, there's.

Speaker 5 (10:34):
No offensive skill right now with that guy.

Speaker 2 (10:37):
I hate it.

Speaker 5 (10:38):
I hate it because he's a fun guy to watch,
but it ain't fun to watch him hit. He has
no shot. It doesn't matter if he's facing a righty
a lefty.

Speaker 6 (10:45):
If he's just throwing the ball with both hands somehow
and just pushing it down the thing, he's not going
to hit it right now. That's my issue is why
you pitch hit for Mitch Garver, leave Mitch Garver in.
It's not a great advantage, but Mitch Garver is a
better baseball player than Luke Rai. Right now, Luke Rayley
cannot be used as anything but a pinch runner right now.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
I don't know if we've ever had a friend's reference
on the show, but I appreciate that real Fastna. We're
gonna find out tomorrow who starts. Do we expect it
to be the Rock? And should it be the Rock?

Speaker 6 (11:15):
I keep going back and forth on this. I think
I would start Castillo, and I have George Kirby ready
to roll. Maybe you go one time through the lineup
with Castillo, one time through the lineup with Kirby. Maybe
you hope to get through the lineup a couple more
times because of the fact that the Tigers have seen
this bullpen so freaking much over these last four games.

(11:39):
But I think that Castillo's probably earned that start and
It's not like George Kirby was bad. He made one mistake,
and I think it was more a bad decision by
Dan Wilson to leave Kirby in in that situation more
than anything else. I think I would probably go with
the Rock just because I think he is the highest
floor with some ceiling.

Speaker 8 (11:59):
To go with it.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
Good stuff, all right, Chris is gonna stick with us
Ineno Sarah's from the Athletic, his weekly visit with us
on Thursdays. We'll join us next. We'll throw all those
questions on much more at EEno Sarah's. We're at Tom's
watchmore across from Climate Plageria home opener, an opening game
of the fifth season of the Seattle crack In. You
can hear it right here on nine three point three KJFM.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
It's time for our weekly visit with Eno Sarah's of
the Athletics. The best baseball insight you'll get from a
nerd with big league hair. He likes picks of grips,
food and beer. Well, always dreaming up the next big
baseball staff. Brought to you by Georgetown Brewing Tapreo, open
seven days a week from ten to eight pm. Makers
of Mannies Paleo Bode's at BIPA and the new domestic

(12:42):
style Lagger Tavern Beard your place to go for local
tasty craft beer. Now with Ian here's Eno, I.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
See if body's off a tap handle here at Tom's
watch part cross from Climate Pledgeriina, welcome back in Neo.
Sarah's joins us right now. Chris Crawford is with me today,
ronning shotgown for the first few minutes a couple segments
of the show because we have a Game five of
the Alds tomorrow at T Mobile Parks, so we're going
heavy coverage on that and thrilled to have our guy
Emo Serius from The Athletic and Rachel Beryl's podcast with

(13:12):
us right now.

Speaker 7 (13:12):
Hello, you know, how are you?

Speaker 9 (13:15):
I'm great. I'm I'm not as nervous as you guys are.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
Christmas nervous. Anybody nervous, Krystal One's nervous here.

Speaker 10 (13:24):
I'm not.

Speaker 6 (13:25):
The Only thing I get nervous about is knowing my
hair situation and talking to that guy with that hair situation.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
Oh well, it is what it is. Uh. You know,
we'll start with this just overall thoughts on this series
and the fact that it's going five. Does that surprise
you at all that we're going to five games, or
did you think that maybe Seattle would have closed them
out earlier or maybe the other way around.

Speaker 9 (13:51):
Well, I picked the Mariners in four because I thought
they would have the pitching advantage and you know, just
the overall advantage in all nonths Google games. It didn't
exactly go down that way, but you know, four was
a big moment because now I think it kind of

(14:12):
switches back to Detroit's favor. I mean, it's just I
know that they beat him once, but to beat him
twice in one series. Scougel is the best pitcher in
the American League, and it's it's a tough order.

Speaker 2 (14:26):
You know.

Speaker 6 (14:26):
I wanted to ask you about a nerd stat and
that's because you only ask you know about nerd stats.
You can ask him like four different questions and one
of them is nerd stats. So there's been a lot
of stuff, you know, about the punishment for a bullpen
arm facing a lineup as often as they did. And
the big thing, of course with the game on Wednesday

(14:49):
was the fact that Gave Spire and Eduard Bizzardo both
got shell act.

Speaker 5 (14:53):
And they were both facing Detroit for the fourth time.

Speaker 6 (14:57):
How real is that or is the noise kind of
messy from that stat being a little bit of a
smaller sample size. How much reality is there though, to
a bullpen having a little bit of punishment when you
face a lineup this many times.

Speaker 9 (15:11):
Yeah, I've looked at the available research. Today we talked
about it a little bit on raising barrels, and I
think that while some of the evidence is inconclusive, I
think there's enough smoke there to say that the more
often a single pitcher faces a single batter, not necessarily
as the whole team, but you know, one versus one,

(15:33):
the more it switches to the batter's favor. And we
don't really have that much data on four times because
it doesn't happen all that often, but three times is
usually when it's almost like with a starter, third time
through the order penalty, And it's not because the pitcher
is necessarily tired or because his stuff is worse. It's

(15:55):
because of familiarity with their pitches, just like the third
time through the world for starters. So I do think
it's a thing you noticed last year with the Dodgers.
You know, you could make a spreadsheet of their pictures
versus the Yankees hitters, And one thing that really stuck
out for me was they used different left handed pictures

(16:17):
against Juan Soto every time they could, so that Juan
Soto didn't get three looks at any one lefty reliever.
You might be tempted to say, hey, we have Alex Besia,
We're gonna run him out there three times, four times
against Soto and hope that he's our Sodo stopper. They
kind of spread it around a little bit, you know
with the Mariners squad.

Speaker 5 (16:37):
Do you have that ability?

Speaker 9 (16:39):
Do you have enough relievers to spread it around?

Speaker 2 (16:41):
Or was this just what you had to do? Chris,
that's the thing. Chris can answer that better than me.
I'm thinking. I mean they went to Spire early, right,
because that's there. Basically, I think they feel probably more
confident in him than anybody besides mun Yo's maybe brash,
but probably Chris maybe Spire right, That's why they Yeah, that's.

Speaker 5 (17:01):
The thing, and you know, you got to go with
what got you here.

Speaker 6 (17:05):
Unfortunately, unfortunately I suppose, and I was looking at it,
Fire just threw some terrible pitches to Jamal Jones, and
as I forget who else was up in that situation,
but both those guys just weren't good. It's more than
anything that I could see. But I'll ask, you know,
like big situation, you still got to go to Gabe

(17:27):
Spyron Eduard Bizardo in that situation. You can't really the
data just has to kind of be the data in
that situation.

Speaker 9 (17:33):
Yeah, yeah, truth. But in a game five, do you
try to leap over some of that middle of the
bullpen and get to the end by using a starter
on a protest?

Speaker 2 (17:49):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (17:50):
Yes, yes, yeah, well yeah, I was thinking about it with.

Speaker 9 (17:55):
The Blue Jays and the Yankees because they came down
to it and there bullpen was looking a little shaky,
and I was wondering, you, Tray, you know, it's Kevin
Gosman going to come running out of that bullpen, but
they decided to go with the regular closer.

Speaker 2 (18:08):
Well, that would bring us the question, you know, like
Dan Wilson and Chris correct me if I'm wrong. Still
hasn't announced the starter for tomorrow, so we're waiting to
see is it going to be Castille or is it
going to be Kirby. But the assumption would be whoever
it isn't is available if need be, as you know,
an early arm coming out of the bullpen, you know,
I mean you do the rates and barrels every day.

(18:29):
You study this stuff. Would you go with Castilla? Would
you go with Kirby? Or can you go wrong with
either one of those guys?

Speaker 8 (18:35):
You know?

Speaker 9 (18:37):
I think you do what the Phillies did last night,
and you take a look at the order and you
figure out who you don't want, you know, seeing Castillo
twice or seeing Kirby twice, you go with both, and
you it's a there's you know, it's go home otherwise.
So I think you you kind of go through maybe
one and a half times through the order with both

(18:59):
of them, or one of them gets two times to
the order. Maybe you leave a little bit of given
there for how it's looking, you know. But I would
say you use both Kirby and Castillo, and you try
to get through seven with both of them, and you
expect Munos to maybe get four or five outs, and
that just leaves its precious little gap you gotta cover,

(19:22):
you know.

Speaker 5 (19:23):
To rescoogle.

Speaker 6 (19:24):
I think you probably have mentioned this before, is really
really good. And I was looking at his savant page
because you know why wouldn't you look at that savant
page and you take a look at the changeup is
a ridiculous pitch, something like a forty six percent, So
I can miss rate the sinker, which I don't think
is actually really a sinker. Is the one that you

(19:44):
can get to if you're a hitter. How do you
get to that sinker? Is it laying off the changeup?
Or is it just if you see something that looks
remotely straight? Do you just got to swing and rip
at this guy?

Speaker 9 (20:00):
I I can't. I can't tell you how to do it.
I mean, one thing is that he's kind of a
crossfire guy too, so it's not an arm angle in
a situation where you you really get that comfortable. But
you know, generally the fourth team and the sinker are
the only ones that he really throws in the top
third of the zone. So I know it's the dumbest,

(20:22):
oldest thing you ever heard from a hitting coach, But be.

Speaker 2 (20:26):
It high, look for look for high.

Speaker 9 (20:31):
I mean, I think I'd rather go against that fourth
Seamon thinker than try to hit that change up. Now,
the Mariners, to some extent, have have done well against
the changeup, and that's why I think you know, that's
why you've seen School do some flatter, heavy games in
the playoffs, and you could just flip the script and say, Okay,

(20:52):
we're gonna sit soft and let that the hard stuff
go by.

Speaker 2 (20:57):
Uh it is. You know, Sarah's joining us here on
the component Holland. But you buy Good Friends at Georgetown Brewing,
makers of man He's Body's Off and Lucille of course,
Johnny Utah, Pale l and so many hours. Check out
the tavern beer if you can find that in your
local establishment. Maybe here at Tom's. I'm not sure. And
Fantastic Logger easy drinking. Fantastic Beer is a tavern beer
right now, you know, going back to the and Chris,

(21:20):
you guys talked about this on your postcast, and Andrews
and I we've talked about it on the Malliwop Show
before as well, the whole Hey your face, can you
beat a guy four times? Didn't we say that last week?
Hey you know, can you can you beat a guy
three times?

Speaker 7 (21:33):
They did.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
Now, they didn't beat him necessarily, but they won the
game that he pitched in and started in. You know,
is there data that says I mean, it's probably got
to be massively limited. It'd be regular season for the
most part. But being a guy four times in a season,
is there really something to that or is that just
a sports cliche?

Speaker 9 (21:51):
Yeah, I wouldn't. I actually don't think that data helps
you too much because there's not too much there. I mean,
like in terms of, you know, the batter versus pitcher.
You know, when it starts to become meaningful is when
a batter has fifty plate appearances against a pitcher. And
if you look up, you know, even somebody who's been
in the league forever, like Luis Castillo, like you know,

(22:11):
he might have one guy that he's faced fifty times.
I don't even know what he does really, So, you know,
batter versus pitcher is not something that really normally works.
But what is funny is that hidden within there there
are things that teams do you which is, does your
team have a certain you know, the way they swing,

(22:32):
like a tilt. Do they have like very scoopy swings
as a team, or do they are they a team
that's really aggressive and goes and gets the ball out front,
you know that sort of thing. And then there's some
you know, there's some pitch shapes that can can can
face those things, So there might be some signal in it,
but it's not just how they did. It's more like, oh, well,

(22:54):
you know, when I look at the Mariners, the way
that they stand out as a team is they have
good bat speed and uh, they don't have very tilty swings.
You know, they're not the scoopiest of teams. So I might,
uh might attack them low in the zone, you know,
because the flatter your swing is, the better you are

(23:14):
at the top of the zone.

Speaker 5 (23:17):
I was gonna ask you know about the Blue Jays.
Can I ask you know about that.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
Transition over there, because they lie they lie in wait
for one of these two teams, and they're probably hoping
us Detroit a nice, a little easy trip for them.

Speaker 6 (23:29):
Yeah, you know Toronto. And by the way, my pronunciation
of Toronto is just so good. I've worked on it
so hard. That is a very right handed lineup, and
Seattle Mariner's staff is a very right handed staff.

Speaker 5 (23:44):
That gives Seattle. If I understand that Toronto has looked
fantastic in.

Speaker 6 (23:48):
The series against New York, but there's got to be
a little bit of an advantage there for that pitching
staff going up against those right handed bats.

Speaker 5 (23:55):
With all due respect to Anthony Santander and Addison.

Speaker 6 (23:59):
Barger, the majority of the big bats they're right handed
advantage mariners.

Speaker 9 (24:03):
Yeah, I mean that is that is good. The one
thing that the Blue Jays did really well this year though,
is they put the ball in play. And so, you know,
the when you look at the advanced stats for defense,
Seattle was a bottom five team defensively. There's there's actually
not a lot of agreement because Defensive Run Saved says

(24:25):
that they were an average team, but stackcast says they
were a bottom five team. Either way, it's going to
put pressure on their defense. You know, if you're gonna
beat the Blue Jays, they're gonna be balls and play
and you got to convert them to outs. And that's
that's the best.

Speaker 2 (24:38):
Way to do it. You know, Sarah's joining us on
Chris crawfordy internests with you, or Tom's watchbare getting ready
for a l DS game five almost at ALCS and
almost that would have jinxed a lot of things right
there and there. I would have been all kinds of
trouble if I would have done that. I don't want
to do that. Can you translate can you take anything
from one series to the other, because it's Chris mentioned,
I mean, Toronto looks like just an absolute wagon what
they did the Yankees, you know, winning in but dominant times,

(25:01):
dominant times in those four games, two especially offensively. Can
you take any of that or is it hey brand
new pitching staff for both sides the Yankees compared to
the Mariner's pitching staff. Is there anything you can take
from one series to the other like you do in
other sports.

Speaker 9 (25:15):
I think you can take a sort of general sense
of like their strengths and weaknesses and how hard were
they taxed? And I think that as bad. You know,
as that series went for the Yankees, they did pretty
well against the blue Jays bullpen, and so you know,
you might think, oh, well, the blue Jays offense is rolling, well,
the Mariners are going to have a better pitch than that.
And we've identified a little bit of a soft underbelly

(25:39):
for the Blue Jays, which is get to that bullpen
however you can, because it's gettable. So that's I mean,
that's those are the kind of lessons that I would
take from a series like.

Speaker 6 (25:47):
Tuh moving over to that NLDS just because I have
to ask you about this, Yo actually know, Bo Yamamoto,
what the heck happened there?

Speaker 4 (25:56):
You know?

Speaker 5 (25:56):
And are the Phillies back in this?

Speaker 9 (26:00):
Yeah? The I think they are. And I'm surprised that,
you know, the team that moveses game one only wins
a game a game a five game series, like you know,
twenty percent of time whatever it is, because in a
five game series, you're just asking the team to win
three games. I feel like in a seven game series
you go down two zero, You're just like, oh my god,

(26:22):
this is this is this is a hill too hard
to climb, you know. But five game series, like, okay,
we win two games in it's game five.

Speaker 7 (26:28):
Here we go, you know.

Speaker 9 (26:30):
So I feel like that one can turn on a dime.
And you know, the Dodgers have the same thing where
you're like, well, if Tyler Glass now only goes four
innings tonight against the Phillies, then you know what do
they do for the next five innings? And Shoreber and
Harper are there? I think this at least goes to

(26:51):
five ashilion daughters, you.

Speaker 2 (26:53):
Know, great stuff tell us about rates and barrels. Got
baseball fever here, and so we're hoping it continues past
about eight thirty nine o'clock tomorrow. We'll see if that
happens with their scooble on the mound against a TBA
starter for the Mariners. But tell us about rates and
barrels and what you got going on there.

Speaker 9 (27:10):
Well today, whichever may, we did a little breakdown of
the Josh Naylor sign gate.

Speaker 2 (27:17):
How oh yeah, we didn't even get to that. Yeah, yes, yeah,
he was.

Speaker 9 (27:22):
He was giving signs out for where the target was,
and then the Detroit catcher Dylan Dinglos, started trying to
fake Naylor out. So he's doing a fake signal, fake
target to the picture and then hopping. He was hopping
from inside to outside.

Speaker 2 (27:37):
And uh, you know, we had no problem with it.
There's some who do.

Speaker 9 (27:42):
We think it's all part of gamesmanship, and if it
led to a walk or two, then it's fine. You know,
it's part of the game. It's been part of the
game forever. But I just thought it was funny the
back and forth where Naylor was giving you know, different
signs and the and the catcher was trying to react
to it. So that was a kind of break we do.
And thanks so much for having me on.

Speaker 2 (28:02):
I love that thank you very much. That is, you know,
Sarahs from the Athletic read them at the Athletic as well,
but actually I have to check that out. Thanks enough
for joining us, all right, Chris, wrap it up quickly
with you. I forgot about that part of the thing
with Neil Or that was that was juicy. That's some
good so ill to listen to that later on. That's
that's some juicy stuff. That's a final thought for you
as we headed in the game, Tomore. I know you
guys want the postcast more night, but just a final

(28:24):
thought as we headed to that game.

Speaker 5 (28:26):
Just appreciate this. It's fun. I know it's hard.

Speaker 6 (28:30):
I know that it'll be extremely disappointing if things don't
go the right way, but like, think about how much
more fun this is than what the last twenty four
years have been. I can't wait. I think they're going
to win. I think they're going to go to the ALCS.
I think they're going to go to the World Series.
But appreciate this because it's going to be fun and
get loud Seattle, Washington on Friday night.

Speaker 2 (28:51):
Yeah, I don't think you'll have to worry about that.
I don't think we'll see empty sections of seats like
we did in Detroit. I don't think we'll be saying.

Speaker 3 (28:58):
Awesome.

Speaker 2 (28:59):
All right, Chris, have a great post cast tomorrow. We
will talk to you one way or the other with
Molly wat Monday on Monday, brought to you by simply
said I we will do that then, all right, man,
take care buddy, Thank you so much. See sir, that's
the great Chris Crawford. We'll take a break, come back,
Alison Luke can will join us. Coming up next.

Speaker 7 (29:39):
Waved wait for k j R f M.

Speaker 11 (29:47):
Yeah with the Mariners, do so welcome. You know, I've
it's always been a sports city where the Seahawks manners and.

Speaker 2 (29:55):
Back to the Sawks.

Speaker 11 (29:55):
I mean, we've just tried to tap into that. Fancy
been great, So stay one here. I think the biggest
thing for us is, you know, the way you build
an organization in hockey games, get some excitement, some some
some likeliness around the town, and I don't get people
interested in it, So it's all about growing the game too.
I know they're starting to build rinks around Kirkland and
other areas and that's massively important.

Speaker 2 (30:18):
Jordan Eberly, Cracking Captain, after the pregame skate today, Climate
pledged Jerina talking about getting ready for season five and
the Cracking and the excitement level just for sports in
general here in this community. And boy we saw it
three years ago and the Cracking made the postseason for
the first time in the Stanley Cup playoffs, and hopefully
they'll do that for the second time again this year.
Welcome back with Tom's watch. Far across from Climate play Jerina.

(30:39):
Year five of the Cracking starts tonight seven o'clock drop
of the pluck Sticks thirty pre game show right here
on kJ are the Crack and Audio Network. Also year
two on the Kraken Hockey Network. On the television side,
King TV, Kong TV locally Prime Video and across the
Crack and Hockey Network. Year two for US, Year two
for me, Year five for my great analysts, as good

(31:01):
as it gets. Alison Luken joined us right now. I'm
excited for the year because I got to hang out
with Alison Brett Festerling. I don't know if she's excited
to hang out with me, but I convince her to
come on the radio today. So here she is. Hi, Allison,
how are you?

Speaker 12 (31:14):
Of course I'm excited Ian, And you know I must
say that that great answer from Jordan every we must
have come for a great question asked of him as well.

Speaker 2 (31:22):
Listen, I was going to get to that that question
came from Alison Luke.

Speaker 7 (31:28):
I thought it was you know it was.

Speaker 2 (31:30):
I liked it because of this there's an awareness in
this market. The teams all kind of seem to support
each other. I like that, like there in some ways
there's a competition for the corporate dollars, a ticket dollars.
We're in a major market. You've worked in other market,
shop this is a big market. We have room for everybody.
But as the Mariner's show, if you win, they will come,
and hopefully that happens for the crack of this year.

Speaker 4 (31:51):
Right.

Speaker 12 (31:54):
I'm not a baseball fan by trade, but you can't
help but get swept up in what the Mariners are
doing and you feel it in the city, and that
brings you along for the ride. And that's exactly what
the Crackton want to and need to do. You know,
you mentioned that we all saw what that playoff bid
did for them in year two. Hockey is such an
amazing sport, especially to see live. There's nothing like it

(32:17):
with the pole of the ice and the speed and
the aggressiveness and the physicality. So if it's winning, it's
going to be even more enjoyable and hopefully all of Seattle.

Speaker 8 (32:26):
Will be with us.

Speaker 2 (32:27):
Alison, when you get asked this question, I know I
get asked a lot too, but I want to get
your thoughts on this. The biggest thing we hear from
people is, hey, what's the difference with Lane Lambert? Three
coaches in three years? That's got to be a red
flag what's going on? And my answer usually is I
think they found a guy that you know, has a structure,
has a plan, he's no nonsense. I think he's maybe

(32:48):
perfect for this team. But I like what I've seen
so far. You watched all the training camp practices, you've
been around it. What is it about Lane Lambert that
jumps out at you that you like?

Speaker 12 (32:57):
Yeah, for sure, and you know, I totally understand the
new reaction that why three coaches in three years? But
For me, the flip side of that is that you're
looking at an ownership and leadership group that said, we're
not willing to stick with something if we know it's
not working. And you know, Lane Lambert to me so far,
seems like exactly the perfect kind of energy that this

(33:17):
group needs. This is a group that has a lot
of veterans who've seen a lot of hockey, played a
lot of hockey, but also some really young players just
breaking into the league. And so what he's doing is
he's structured, he's disciplined. If a drill doesn't go the
way he wants to go, whether it's Captain Jordan Everly
or rookie Berkeley Catton, he stops the drill, explains what
he wants and you know, another word I've heard too

(33:39):
coming out of the room, and the players really seem
to be loving how Lane is coaching and teaching is
fair right. It's no one is above anybody else. The
standard is of everyone and it is high. And that
is what he's going to hold you too. He's going
to communicate with you as a coach, and I think
that the guys really appreciate how he's at least started
this season to get them ready.

Speaker 9 (34:00):
For Game one.

Speaker 2 (34:01):
Chris Taylor is going to run the power play. Hopefully
we'll see an improvement there, and he's got a nice
truck record in that regard. He's one of the two
new assistant coaches, joining Jess Campbell behind the bench on
the lane Lambert staff. A few additions, not massive additions
in terms of numbers, but they did bring in a
few guys this year, Mason Marshman obviously, Ryan Lindran on
the back end, and goodrow for to Gudrou up front.

(34:23):
The additions there are one thing my thought would be, Allison,
if this team's going to take that next step forward,
it's not just going to be from those guys, It's
going to be from some of the incumbents that we
expect to take that next step to that next level,
Matty Benier, Shane Right, Ellie Tolven and when coppol Kocko
comes back, et cetera. What do you think is going
to take for this team to take that next step?

Speaker 12 (34:44):
Yeah, I mean, and you know you mentioned Coppocco injured unfortunately,
Riker Evans injured unfortunately, but two big pieces are starting
this season fully healthy. Jordan Eberly, who missed almost half
of last year, and Vince Dunn, who I repeatedly say
is a huge part of everything this team does. He
missed so many games, particularly at the beginning of last year,

(35:06):
and you need him not just to defend, but his
defensive play seamlessly turns into moving the puck up the
ice when he's not out there. You can see it,
you can see the difference. So it's having those two healthy.
But yes, the younger players need to continue to evolve.
One thing coach Lambert says is you're never done developing
as a hockey player. And these younger guys, they're not

(35:28):
even at their cusp yet. You know forwards are going
to be twenty four to twenty five, twenty six when
they're at the height of their powers, if you will,
at defenders even a couple of years later. So they
need to keep growing. And I think that's why the
move of say a Freddy goodrou who comes in this
is a player who's shown that he truly can play
with anyone. He was in Minnesota last year. At points
he was centering the top line, at points he was

(35:49):
centering the fourth line, he was on the penalty kill
he's a shootout performer. So this is a guy that
can work with players at all ranges of their development
on this crack ND team and help bring them along word.

Speaker 9 (36:00):
Wherever they are.

Speaker 2 (36:00):
I'm glad you mentioned vince Don Allison. I think I
mean the twenty games he missed last season. I think
that was massive for this team. I just it was
we talked about on TV a lot last year. You
can't take a guy at that level out at all.
To wrap it up, just looking ahead, how important is
it just to get off to a good start. They
haven't won a home open or haven't won an opener
opening game yet in their previous four Good news is

(36:21):
the Ducks aren't very good in opening games either in
their thirty two year.

Speaker 7 (36:24):
History, so some's got to give to that.

Speaker 2 (36:26):
But just with what the schedules had, Vegas here, Saturday,
then a long road trip, how important is it to
get off to a good start.

Speaker 12 (36:32):
Yeah, I mean it's certainly. This is a hard question,
right because you want a good start, you want to
set the tone early for expectations delivering results. But it's
also going to be a little bit of tempered if
they can weather this storm early. We mentioned the two
players who are out at long road trip comes right
after these two home games, and that's usually an opportunity
for a team to really take the next level in

(36:54):
terms of coming together as a cohesive group. And luckily,
this first month of play is light on divisional play.
So if they can stay you know, in the five
hundred above five hundred range and get off to looking good,
showing their systems, absorbing their systems, and staying consistent, they
can only grow from there.

Speaker 2 (37:14):
I'll see you soon. Thank you so much, looking forward
to another year. It gonna be a great year up
on the desk again this season. Can't wait to see
you in a couple hours and everyone can tune in
tonight at six thirty on King TV, Cracking Hockey Network
in prime video.

Speaker 12 (37:26):
Thank you so much, absolutely, thank you, and see you soon.

Speaker 2 (37:29):
All right, that's Alice of luke Yah from the Cracking
Hockey Network, our great analyst. Will take a break. We've
got a little fantasy football coming up. That's right, Brandon Fundtion.
It's a Thursday. Yeah, how we got a lot going on,

Yankees lost.

Speaker 7 (38:32):
Yankees lose, Yankees lose. Blue Jays move on.

Speaker 2 (38:35):
They are awaiting the winner of this series in the ALCS,
which will start on Sunday in Tronto, and the National
League Cubbies survive and do the Phillies as well. Knocking
off the point, Clayton Kershaw was awful last night. Came
out of the bullpen, gave up like nineteen thousand runs.
So that game, that series continues on as well. Dodgers
and Phillies. Seahawks injury port will come out a little
bit later on today, still battling some things. Game time

(39:17):
So that means you got to get your fantasy football
rosters in order, because well nothing else. The Eagles have
some guys, uh maybe scattaboy, I guess for the Giants. Hello,
Brandon Funston, how are you?

Speaker 10 (39:26):
Oh man? You know, before we start talking fantasy football,
I just want to send out a message of Dan
Wilson to say tomorrow it's Kirby and Louis Castillo and
nobody else. We're not touching our bullpen. If those two
are going to take us.

Speaker 2 (39:43):
Can you go to Munyos in the ninth at least funds? Okay, okay,
all right, yeah, alright. So basically three or four innings
from each of those guys and that's it.

Speaker 10 (39:51):
Yeah, Donald, you let one go until you think they
might need to, you know, tag out, but uh, you know,
and then the other one tags in and then maybe
Munos in the ninth if we're before all lucky.

Speaker 2 (40:01):
I like it. I like it. By the way, two
six two eight six ninety five ninety five, if a
line becomes open, we have our regulars back. So uh,
you know, guys like Mike and Ricky that kind of
got pushed aside. I think we've all learned our lesson.
You don't wait until one fifty nine to call in, right,
You just don't do that otherwise you'll get shut out.

(40:21):
So here we go. Let's start off with line number four.
Mike and Edmunds.

Speaker 7 (40:25):
Hi Mike, Hi, and Hi Brandon.

Speaker 8 (40:28):
Hey, great advice for Wilson.

Speaker 9 (40:29):
By the way, did you.

Speaker 8 (40:35):
Guys hear Vladimir Guerrero make the call after the game?

Speaker 5 (40:38):
No?

Speaker 2 (40:38):
What did he say?

Speaker 8 (40:40):
The Yankees?

Speaker 9 (40:42):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (40:42):
I did hear that? Yeah? I did hear that.

Speaker 13 (40:44):
Yes, that was awesome.

Speaker 2 (40:46):
That was fantastic.

Speaker 7 (40:47):
All right, what do you got for us, Mike?

Speaker 8 (40:50):
Okay, I can't keep anybody healthy on my team. I
just I'm going crazy. First, i'd liked some positive news
about Lamar Jackson if you have it, and then I
need one of the following three dinged up guys, Xavier Worthy,
Stefan Diggs or Zay Flowers. And thanks a lot for doing.

Speaker 2 (41:10):
This, Thank you, sir.

Speaker 10 (41:11):
Yeah, Xavier Worthy is ankle shoulder. I think he was
either limited or didn't practice today. I have Stefan Diggs
just ahead of him, and I think Zavier Worthy, if
he doesn't end up playing, Taekwon Thornton could be a
nice guy that you could pull off of the waiver
wire and being a nice play for the Chiefs. They're
they're deep specialists. So Lamar Jackson, I don't think he's

(41:32):
going to play this week either. I think it's going
to be Cooper Rush one more time, good defense in
the Rams, So I think they're going to try to
get by one more week without Jackson.

Speaker 2 (41:42):
Fussin, he said good news for Lamar Jackson, all right,
Like that's what he asked for, good news.

Speaker 10 (41:47):
Yeah, I think you know him sitting one more week
is gonna make him nice and healthy for week seven.

Speaker 2 (41:51):
That's not what I want to do here, but that's fine.
Line number three, Ricky and Tacoma. Ricky, you're back with us.
Last week he got squeezed out, my friend. Good to
hear your voice again.

Speaker 9 (42:00):
Yeah, hey, I called it one fifty two, so you
know I tried to bump it even earlier today.

Speaker 2 (42:04):
I love it.

Speaker 9 (42:05):
I love Gentleman all right, Yeah, good Brandon, yes, Kirby
Castillo all day and then Gilbert for Carle out all
of them.

Speaker 2 (42:13):
Got to keep them off the scoreboard. But okay, I
got standard scoring.

Speaker 9 (42:18):
I got three running backs, and I need the best one.
I have RJ.

Speaker 2 (42:21):
Harvey, Richard Smith.

Speaker 12 (42:23):
Kansas City, and.

Speaker 2 (42:25):
What's his name.

Speaker 9 (42:26):
It's like putting the letter Kendre Miller of New Orleans.

Speaker 5 (42:30):
Yeah, I don't know which one.

Speaker 2 (42:31):
Two.

Speaker 10 (42:32):
I would watch this. Alvin Kamara dealing with an ankle injury.
I think that's why we saw Kendre Miller get even
almost like even a share with Alvin Kamara last week.
I actually I would watch that. I think I'm gonna
go r J. Harvey. But just like I said, keep
an eye on that Alvin Kamara injury. If it seems
like it's kind of really if you go up to Sunday,

(42:54):
I might switch that around and go with Kendre Miller.

Speaker 2 (42:56):
Oh, I like that. Rgie Harvey, Okay, noted? Uh question, Ricky,
best question today so far?

Speaker 7 (43:02):
Next up.

Speaker 2 (43:02):
I mentioned this earlier function to Chris Crawford when we
had him on. I said, you know, last week with
all these guys getting squeezed out our lineup was you know,
maybe the Cooper rush of fantasy football calls or as
I mentioned it to Crawford and baseball wise, it's almost
like if Dan Wilson threw Luke Raley at the top
of the lineup. We started last week with Robin beryen
and if I'm just gonna tell you this, he came

(43:24):
on gregarious as you remember, happy Bubbly. It just made
no sense whatsoever. Let's see how it goes today. Robin
Bery in your next up, what's.

Speaker 9 (43:34):
The best thing in history of the world? Fellas?

Speaker 3 (43:36):
Wow, I'm scared.

Speaker 2 (43:40):
Where are we ating in? God? What world are we
living in?

Speaker 8 (43:44):
Is in a row?

Speaker 10 (43:45):
I don't I honestly don't remember in the history of
this morning show or of this of this show.

Speaker 2 (43:50):
That he had two in a row. No, no, no, no,
we certainly have never had Rob happy two weeks in
a row. So this is a this is a different world, man,
we are living in a fall a far different world.
But you know what, Rob, I'm happy for you because
someone's got to win this year and apparently it's you.
So what's your question, fire away.

Speaker 5 (44:08):
I got no injuries, so I'm really happy.

Speaker 9 (44:10):
Okay, So I need h Chane, Williams or NTM.

Speaker 5 (44:13):
That's Williams oh Man two of those three weeks.

Speaker 10 (44:18):
Yeah, I think I'm gonna you know, I got ATM
pretty high as well, but I got the other two higher,
and honestly, like give yourself a break and not having
to root for a guy going against the Seahawks.

Speaker 2 (44:28):
So there you go, Kiren.

Speaker 10 (44:30):
No, I have Kyen higher, I have a Chane higher
than OTM, but I have them all ranked pretty high.
I'm just saying, like, nice thing about that is the
guy I have third. There is the guy going against
the Seahawks.

Speaker 2 (44:42):
So all right, yeah, thanks Rob, good luck. If we
have three in a row next week, I think we're
just gonna end this segment once and for all. I
just don't know if we can do it again, Fundston,
I really don't be honest with you. Chris and Beury
and is next up?

Speaker 13 (44:54):
Hi, Chris, Good afternoon, Good afternoon, gentlemen. I need one
for my flex spot Romeo dubs, Derrick Henry, Sam Laporta.

Speaker 5 (45:06):
Or Rashid Shah.

Speaker 10 (45:08):
And how much you say you needed.

Speaker 9 (45:11):
One for my full point PPR?

Speaker 7 (45:14):
Yeah?

Speaker 10 (45:14):
I mean I have Derek Henry all the way down
at number sixteen seventeen at running back, but I still
have him higher than everybody else. Romeo Dobbs, I think
has a good chance to have a decent day, maybe
get a touchdown. He's been a guy that they've used
in the red zone a lot. But I still would
go with Derek Henry just because he's got the best
chance to get you know, a high volume of touches.

Speaker 2 (45:34):
All right, Next up, Steven Insultan, Steven Insultan, you're on
with Funston fire away?

Speaker 9 (45:38):
What do you got hey, guys? So I need a
full PPR one of these guys for a flex zach
Ertz Shepherd born andrews or Pits.

Speaker 10 (45:51):
Uh andrews or Pits And you just need one?

Speaker 9 (45:56):
Yep?

Speaker 10 (45:56):
Yeah, Well you saw I mentioned Kendrick Bourne last week
because Pearsall and Juwan Jennings are out. I think Pearsall
is gonna be out. Juwan Jennings is iffy, but those
guys aren't healthy and you're probably only gonna get maybe
one of them at best coming back. I like Kendrick Bourne.
Saw the way you know, Seattle threw the ball against
Tampa last week, and the way Kendrick Board played, I

(46:18):
would probably try to go ahead and double down.

Speaker 2 (46:20):
On that beautiful two six sixty five ninety five. Let's
get Derek insulted. Next up, Hi, Derek? What's up?

Speaker 8 (46:27):
Guys?

Speaker 9 (46:27):
Go Mariners?

Speaker 2 (46:28):
Let's go?

Speaker 9 (46:31):
All right?

Speaker 5 (46:31):
I need I need to sit one of these three.
It's a full PPR.

Speaker 9 (46:36):
I've got metcalf O, Lave or scott Aboo.

Speaker 5 (46:39):
I gotta sit one.

Speaker 10 (46:41):
And a full PPR. Ah man, I you know what,
I'm gonna sit a Lave. New England is a very
tough to us, one of the worst. Uh, but I
have one of the worst pass grades for the New
Orleans offense, So UH, go ahead and sit a Lave
in that one.

Speaker 2 (46:55):
All right? Last phone call before we go. The massive
amount of texts I tryed to get through as many
we can, and we did have some bulls eyes this week,
which is even better. Let's go to Aaron in Vancouver.
What's up Aeron? Hey, guys, go ems, go ems.

Speaker 11 (47:09):
All right, I got a trade to analyze for you
guys to know how Ian likes trades.

Speaker 2 (47:13):
I do, but I know so we like that. We
like that. Yeah, we love trade. Trades go to the
top of the list normally, so let's go what do
you got? All right?

Speaker 5 (47:21):
And then also one start sit?

Speaker 2 (47:23):
Uh? I traded Mark Andrews and Thornton who I picked
up off the waiver wire for Sam Laporta. Was that
a good trade?

Speaker 9 (47:32):
Uh?

Speaker 10 (47:33):
Yeah, Like you said, I think Thornton got about a
one one more week of shelf life before Rachie Rice
comes back, and then you're probably not thinking about starting
him most week. So it's really in my mind a
week from now this is Mark Andrews for Laporta, and
I definitely want Laporta.

Speaker 2 (47:46):
For the rest of the season. Beautiful. All right, that
ends the phones for this week. Let's get to some
text funds and you're proud, you'd be problem man. We
got we have two bulls eyes this week. Two nice
that's a and then a whole bunch of one seconds.
Let's go first, bulls eye standard PPR. Need to Derek Henry,
Shad White, Quinton Junkins, Judkins.

Speaker 10 (48:08):
Sorry, I got man, I'm sitting Henry here. It's been
terrible away mean world.

Speaker 7 (48:15):
Okay, let's stop.

Speaker 2 (48:16):
Let's stop there for a second. What world are we
living in right now? Robs one two in a row
and Derek Henry's getting sadly.

Speaker 10 (48:24):
The problem is, I mean, running backs do so well
when Lamar Jackson in there, and that's the that's the
big issue. It just changes the whole complexion of that offense.
But I have Rashard White one spot ahead of Henry
and so it's not like a slam dunk here, but
definitely like Judkins the most. But Baltimore needs Lamar Jackson
back and he needs some guys to get get healthy.

Speaker 2 (48:43):
Jamie from Allen, do I start Drake London or Keenan Allen.

Speaker 10 (48:47):
I have Drake London as my number two wide receiver
this week, and Keenan Allen's in the low twenty, so
definitely going Drake London.

Speaker 2 (48:54):
We have a whole bunch of guys who are incredibly tardy.
One second after the hour PPR wide Receivers, key on Coleman,
Taekwon Thornton. If McLaren can't go.

Speaker 10 (49:03):
Yeah, if McLaren can't go, oh yeah, yeah, Terry mc McLaurin.
I think this is Terry mc Yeah, yeah, I think
this is Coleman unless Xavier Worthy doesn't play, and then,
like I mentioned earlier, I think taekwon Thornton. Then you
have to elevate him above key on Coleman.

Speaker 2 (49:19):
One second after the hour half point PPR Stafford or Baker.

Speaker 10 (49:23):
I gotta check my rankings here. I'm going Baker, but
they have both of them in my top twelve quarterbacks
this week.

Speaker 2 (49:30):
Uh still one second after from Ben Hunter, Henry or
Kyle Pitts.

Speaker 10 (49:35):
Yeah, I'll go Hunter Henry like the like the throwing
matchup for the Patriots this week against New Orleans.

Speaker 2 (49:40):
Only because it came one second after. I'll put this
one out there because we love trade talk. We don't
like defense or kickers, but I'll ask you anyway because
it was one second after defense Cowboys, command or Commanders.

Speaker 10 (49:51):
I always have a defensive list ready just in case,
and you know these guys, well, I have the commanders
at home against the Chicago Bears. I still think I
still think you can get some you know, nice return
off of Caleb Williams from time to time.

Speaker 2 (50:07):
Fuss. So we're still one second after the hour. By
the way, my god, Mason Taylor or Kyle Pitts, I have.

Speaker 10 (50:14):
Like a double check because Mason Taylor's moving up the charts.
I have him just ahead of Kyle Pitts. It's close,
but yeah, he's getting a ton of targets right now.
He's basically the number two option in the passing game
behind Garrett Wilson.

Speaker 2 (50:25):
Should I get a handful him that we're two seconds
after the hour? Are you feeling given? Okay? PPR wide
receiver Marvin Harrison or Quinton Johnson.

Speaker 10 (50:34):
I would go Quinton Johnson. Johnston's very close. You do
have to watch Quintin Johnston kind of was was limited
with a hamstring issue, so follow that. But assuming everything's good,
then I would go ahead and go Quinton Johnston.

Speaker 2 (50:47):
Jackson Dart or Caleb Williams. Full PPR touchdown only, League
touchdown only.

Speaker 10 (50:53):
I mean, I think it's you know, you talk about
ten point difference or so in the in the game score,
in the game line, I you know, I just don't
think Giants are gonna be scoring a lot in this
game up tonight. So give me, give me caayleb Williams kid.

Speaker 2 (51:07):
From Poor Orchard. Two seconds after I need two out
of three Gibbs, Barkley or MCM so McCaffrey who was
at MCM. I think it's all cross crossby Merritt.

Speaker 10 (51:18):
Yeah, yeah, he's moved. Jay CM's moving to charts, but
he's not in Saquon Barkley Jamior Gibbs territory. Yet I
do love the matchup and be nice if you could
slide him into a flex spot.

Speaker 2 (51:31):
God, this is still two seconds after standard scorer need
a flex s gainwell or dowbtell uh.

Speaker 10 (51:36):
Yeah, I mean I think he saw taut go for
two hundred yards last week, and I don't think Chuba
is playing again, and Daddle's going against his old team,
the Dallas Cowboys, So I mean this is slam dunk
for Rico Dawdell this week.

Speaker 2 (51:48):
All right, before I grab a few the top, I'm
gonna get this guy because he always text in. He
listens loyally on the iHeartRadio app. Are you're pre sending
us to number one on the iHeartRadio app. Well Ryan
and Scottsdale is happy Funds today. Baker Mayfield, Dak Press
got or Caleb Williams.

Speaker 10 (52:03):
Jack Dak Prescott is my number four quarterback this week.
He has as better as good.

Speaker 2 (52:07):
Matchup as you can ask for against Carolina. By the way,
can you believe what we have this week? Like that's crazy?
And I'm gonna get to the top of the list
here hanging on my computer. Just froze for a second.
But in fact, I don't come back in now. But
the fact that we had that many in the first
two seconds is a it's a damn record. Okay, half
point PPR on need one of these Cuba camp Scataboo,

(52:29):
Jalen Warren, I would go Scataboo.

Speaker 10 (52:31):
I don't think Cuba is gonna play. Obviously. If he
does play, I'd probably go Cuba, but I just don't
think he will, So give me Scataboo.

Speaker 2 (52:38):
A couple more. By the way, what do we tell
you trades get to the top of the list? Trade question?
Who's getting the better deal? Davante Smith for Dowdell and J. M.
O and Q. Judkins for Canine Charbonnet and Ferguson. So
that's okay.

Speaker 10 (52:51):
So that's Devanta Smith for Dowd and James Williams okay, yeah,
and so give me, give me doubt jameson Williams on
that one. And then that's the other one.

Speaker 2 (53:03):
Uh q jud q Judkins for Canine. Let's see, you
know what? He wrote this so poorly. I can't even
read it. Yeah, I'm gonna read it. It's it's you
gotta put periods in there, fellow, don't use the old
series punctuation is key. Too many names, too many names,
too many because my wife says all the time, too
many words, way too many words, using too many words
full PPR. Who gets the biggest hit Friday, Cal, Julio

(53:25):
or Naylor? Oh cow, you gotta go. It's it's the
year of Cal, right, okay, Cal, the year of Col.

Speaker 10 (53:38):
It can't bet against you.

Speaker 2 (53:40):
I'll ask one more actual question. Should I trade away
Sakuon Barkley and Woody Marks for Omarion Hampton Oman and
Hampton's on it? I al right, and Crosskey merrit, I
wonder if that's like a keeper league Crosskey. Marriage is
starting to come along, right? Uh he is?

Speaker 10 (53:53):
I mean, he's that's that's pretty close. If you need,
if you need, you know, if you're kind of if
you can kind of get through the next four weeks
as Hampton is out, Like I would rather have Hampton
and j CM going into my playoffs than than Barkley alone.
I think that, you know, that would kind of like
really help your depth going into the key part.

Speaker 2 (54:11):
Of the season.

Speaker 10 (54:11):
So I'm okay with that.

Speaker 2 (54:13):
Actually, this guy's awesome. I gotta read this one again.
This is fantastic, biggest of the year. Need two of
these three. Brash, Spire, Bizarto two of the three.

Speaker 10 (54:26):
Most of the time. Okay, okay, every one of them,
you know, like in terms of heart attacks, like it
goes in reverse order, like I think Bizarreto I felt
more more kind of calm about for the longest. Wow, Brash,
I mean, Brash is generally solid, but he is so
hard to watch because it's it's you know, it's a circus,

(54:47):
it's a roller.

Speaker 2 (54:48):
To ride with him. So about Spirespire just you know
what the bed yesterday, so I know he.

Speaker 10 (54:55):
Did normally it's pretty solid. But yeah, if you're going
I mean, yeah, I want Bizarro right now. I'm feeling
bizarre though, all right, I love, I love. It's amazing
how good our bullpen is considered in the in the ranks,
and like in terms of how much like anxiety they
give me, It's it's crazy.

Speaker 2 (55:17):
For those who know Fun Snelson does fantasy baseball for
the Athletics, so he actually is somewhat up on that stuff.

Speaker 7 (55:22):
All right.

Speaker 2 (55:23):
Uh, for all the folks, and there's a lot of
them to get their questions answered, how can they do?

Speaker 10 (55:27):
So, yeah, he's come to the Athletic check out our
fantasy football pages where we have all kinds of stuff
to get you ready for Week six rankings updated all
the way up to kick off a discord. If you
want to jump in if you didn't get your questions
answered here, you can jump in there and someone's monitoring
all the questions that are going on in there as well.

Speaker 2 (55:43):
So, uh, check it out at the Athletic, then Athletic
tab or the fantasy football team. The Athletic is fantastic.
I mean I check it out every week because lord
knows not all of us are Robin Bury and having
great success this season and one hundred percent healthy with
our teams. Like that's just remarkable and that just speaks
volumes of where we are in this particular year, twenty
twenty five in fantasy football. All right, Funds to have

(56:05):
a great weekend. Enjoy the game tomorrow and joy the
games this weekend as well, my friend, Thank you likewise
appreciate it. Thanks there you ren Funds in joining us.
We'll take a break. Jess has a Factor fiction pick today.
We'll also check the text line at four nine, four
to five to one as we roll on opening night
for the Kraken year number five. Will they get their
first ever win on an opener? We'll find out later

(56:25):
on tonight seven O'clockdrop with the Buck, six thirty pre
game right here on your home for the crack at
nine three point three KJFM from the R and R.

Speaker 1 (56:33):
Foundation specialist broadcast studio. Now back to Ian Fernesz powered
by Seapple's closest sports book Snow call me Casino and
Hotel on Sports Radio ninety three point three kJ R FM.

Speaker 2 (56:50):
Hi, We're back Tom's watchbar. Were getting ready for a
cracking opener tonight seven o'clock, six thirty pre game with
a captain Mike Benton.

Speaker 7 (56:57):
He's on a ten.

Speaker 2 (56:58):
I saw him this morning. Jefs at the pre games.
At the pregame skate, he had his Brooks Brothers gear on.
He's all dialed in, had the most of us go
in there nice and casual. You know, Brent Festling, our
other guy on TV, hadn't even shaved yet. Foresling Forest
has got a fort, has got a hat on. Benton
ready for action. You never know what a broadcast is
gonna break out. I love that guy to death. He

(57:19):
is awesome. He is gonna bring you the pregame show
at six thirty, and then Fitz and Al will have
the Drop of the Pucket seven Michael take you through
the intermissions and of course the postgame show as well.
Right here in your home for the crack at niney
three points three KJRFM. The Ducks are in town tonight.
Before we get to Jess's factor fiction pick, we do

(57:40):
have a text. I gotta read this one. Text checks Jess.
John says fiction on the Koug's Jets and Commanders. I
think John's referring to what you may be picking coming up,
because that does feel very jestsmin like in terms of
those three picks. You love yourself some. I don't even
know what you're gonna do. Yet, but you do love
yourself some Jets and Commanders. Anders and I were talking
about that the other day. Not that we were talking

(58:01):
behind your back, because we're on the radio so you
can always hear us, Yes, but but we were talking behind.

Speaker 3 (58:06):
Your back, and hopefully they were just glowing things that
I could.

Speaker 7 (58:11):
Yes, what do you mean?

Speaker 2 (58:12):
Of course they were glowing figure outside of your You
know your tendency to go with the Jets because you're
a fan. Someone's got to be a fan of the
j Et has Jets and and of course d d
Q and the and the Commanders as well.

Speaker 3 (58:28):
You know that that is a Monday night game because
I almost went with.

Speaker 4 (58:31):
It, and I'm making that mistake twice.

Speaker 2 (58:35):
Okay, I was gonna ask you about as well.

Speaker 4 (58:37):
I checked thirty times. I already wrote it into our
little tracker. Uh.

Speaker 2 (58:43):
And I like listeners that pay attention to what we
do here, especially me. Eagles and Giants is still up
for grabs, apparently on the factor of fiction. Who's going
to chase?

Speaker 7 (58:52):
I do chase?

Speaker 2 (58:53):
I do chase. My chases haven't worked out this year.
Every time I chase something with me, my Monday and
Thursday chase is not hurked out. Well, I thought I
was dialed in last week. I mean the Rams, the
Rams over the forty nine ers last week was a
slam dunk and then that didn't happen. So I like
my picks as with this. Oh, by the way, real quick,
this is our last pick of the week. Oh yes, tomorrow,

(59:14):
this is our last pick of the week, because yeah, tomorrow,
at this time we'll have the Hawks on taking on
Rutgers of five o'clock tomorrow. In fact, Softy and Fame
will make their last pick of the week today as well,
at three thirty five. Our last pick of the week
is coming up here today at two thirty five. Those
are the last picks of the week here on these
two shows. So with that said, let's get the Factor fiction.

Speaker 3 (59:37):
There we go, We're set to go.

Speaker 7 (59:40):
Glad you're with us.

Speaker 1 (59:41):
It's your shot at our weekly thousand bucks and the
ten thousand dollars grand prize. It's Fact Door Fiction probably
presented by Lucky Eagle Casino and Hotel where every Day
Feels Lucky. Fact Door Fiction is on Sports Radio ninety
three point three KJR.

Speaker 2 (01:00:01):
The Factor Fiction is brought to you by the Lucky
Eagle Casino, and hotel where every day feels lucky. All right,
we're trying to win a thousand dollars weekly prize, ten
thousand dollar grand prize, more and all that stuff in
a second. But we like to get to the pick
right away, because you're gonna text fact fact to four
nine four or five one if you agree with jess.

(01:00:21):
You'll text fiction to four nine four or five one.
If you disagree with Jessman McIntyre. What is your pick?

Speaker 3 (01:00:27):
Yeah, history is not on my side.

Speaker 4 (01:00:28):
However, I'm I'm due, and so I'm going with the
Ravens plus seven and a half versus the Rams. So
Baltimore is obviously a notoriously tough place to play and
the Rams. I mean, come on, this is a win
win right here. Actually it's a double win, double loss,
because obviously we want the Rams to lose, but the

(01:00:49):
Rams are coming in there. I think the Ravens have
a very very good shot at at least keeping those
to a one score game. So I'm taking the Ravens
plus seven and a half at.

Speaker 2 (01:00:59):
Home, Ravens plus seven and a half, even if it's
Cooper Rush.

Speaker 3 (01:01:04):
Even if it's Cooper Rush.

Speaker 2 (01:01:06):
You know what, though, I like it because it's a
rooting interest game.

Speaker 4 (01:01:08):
But that's why I went there, and I was I
was looking at Monday night, but I decided to go
with my head instead of my heart this week.

Speaker 2 (01:01:17):
Yes, that would be good. That would be good. And
I like the person of the text line trying to
tease you and push you into They almost try to
bully you into that is what they did, Like they
try to bully you into it.

Speaker 3 (01:01:26):
So yeah, no, and it's well deserved.

Speaker 4 (01:01:28):
I've been terrible, but I mean, I just I kind
of like the parody that we're seeing in the league
this year.

Speaker 2 (01:01:35):
And I'll say, if the Ravens, if the first of
all the Ravens can't keep losing, they just can't. I
saw a story today like there's not concerned. There's talk
now for the first time ever about the job security
of John Harbaugh. Yeah what what?

Speaker 3 (01:01:49):
That's what I mean, backs against the wall right now.

Speaker 2 (01:01:51):
I kind of like that.

Speaker 4 (01:01:52):
And then I like that the Rams having to go
with's a ten am Pacific time game, so that body
clock thing plays into my mind too. There are travel
in from LA to be there, and those fans are
no joke, and I just think that they're going to
pull out all the stops in this game.

Speaker 2 (01:02:07):
All right, Rams or sorry Ravens plus seven and a half?
Right plus seven and a half at home against the Rams.
Fact four nine four or five to one fiction. If
you disagree four nine four or five to one, text
in right now fact or fiction to four nine four
to five one. If you agree with jest, you text fact.
If you disagree, you text fiction. What are you trying

(01:02:29):
to do when a thousand dollars weekly prize ten thousand
dollars grand prize one thousand dollars given away every single week?
All you have to do to be qualified to win
one thousand dollars is get one pick right during the week.
If you get more than one right, obviously you have
more chances to win one thousand dollars. If you've been
playing since the start, you got a chance to win
the ten thousand dollars grand prize. You guys know who
you are. Standings are up on the website, right, I believe.

Speaker 4 (01:02:52):
Yes they are, and it's you know you look at
for the last I believe five digits of your.

Speaker 2 (01:02:56):
Program four number okay, perfect, And that way you can
see where you're at. If you haven't been playing since
the start, or at least maybe week two or three.
Then you're looking for one thousand dollars every week. But
if you have been, you can see where you're at.
You know where you are. Normally twenty opportunities a week,
seven thirty five with Chuck Bucky, eleven thirty five with
m Jay the midday thank Me Now, Painty later UH,

(01:03:18):
three thirty five with US and UH and two and
three thirty five with Softy and Fain. But again reminder,
MJ's pick tomorrow eleven thirty five will be the last
pick of the week because we go to Husky Football
tomorrow at two o'clock. So no two thirty five, no
three thirty five picks tomorrow on Friday because of the Hanks.
Huskies are hosting Rutgers in a game tomorrow at Husky Stadium.
Little Friday night action Friday night college football, so only

(01:03:41):
a few more chances. That means you've got three more
chances this week, three thirty five with Softy in Fain,
seven thirty five with Chuck and Bucky, and eleven thirty five.
Your final pick of the week is tomorrow with MJ
in the midday Jesssemin again going with see Ravens honest
seven and a half plus seven and a half sorry
plus plus plus seven and a half seven. I like that,

(01:04:01):
I within a touchdown and you get a win exactly.
What I like even more when I think is Seahawks fans,
you want even more? You really really need a Ravens win. Yes,
Ravens think they're desperate for what the whole NFCU West
is rooting for a Ravens win along the way too,
that would be a nice thing. By the way, Seahawks
better win on Sunday and and on top of better

(01:04:24):
winning like Darnold better out played Trevor Lawrence or my
my Twitter timeline is just gonna it's it's I might
have to just I might have to hopefully gets hacked
again because it's it's it's it ain't good right now.
Like Jacksonville people. You guys, if you're listening on the
iHeartRadio app, First of all, I thank you, we appreciate
it helps our numbers. That's good, makes the boss happy.

(01:04:46):
Number two, Come on, man, get a life. It's one
prot one team town, I get it. That's all you
guys have with the Jags and you really don't even
have them right, because half the time they play in London.

Speaker 3 (01:04:56):
Hope they play like I think they play like all
of the London games.

Speaker 2 (01:04:59):
Yeah, they played like five of eight game you're there,
But yeah, my comments yesterday about I'm gonna go back
that Trevor Lawrence stats don't lie, baby, they don't lie.
He ain't top ten nothing, nothing. Burger God, Sam, Please Sam,
Please Sam, Sam, Please.

Speaker 7 (01:05:15):
Sam? Come on, Sam.

Speaker 2 (01:05:18):
I need you, Sam, I need you Sam.

Speaker 4 (01:05:21):
Honestly, the Mariners and the Seahawks combined have exhausted.

Speaker 2 (01:05:24):
All of us. I think they have, well, the Seahawks
game on Sunday exhaustions. Luckily we had to pick me
up for the Mariners, but then they would They went
right back the other way yesterday in that game as well.
All right, fact ravens plus seven and a half four
nine four five one if you just agree fiction four
four five one. Texting right now your chance to win
one thousand dollars weekly prize, ten thousand dollars grand prize.

(01:05:45):
Dave Softy mall are joined just coming up next. Did
any we've seen this stuff that they've shown here on
these screens. We were here Saturday for the Maryland The

(01:06:06):
weirdest stuff I've ever seen. I don't know what the
hell it is. These guys are like like tugging and
pulling like a bar back and forth and stuff.

Speaker 14 (01:06:13):
They should have one screen here and right now they've
got sixteen screens in front of us, four giant big screens.

Speaker 2 (01:06:21):
Get I get that QR code.

Speaker 7 (01:06:22):
Who they're all broken down?

Speaker 2 (01:06:23):
What's that QR code for?

Speaker 7 (01:06:24):
I don't know. Oh that's viagra.

Speaker 2 (01:06:26):
Let me get that. Yeah, okay, are you there yet?

Speaker 7 (01:06:28):
No, MJ can get your deal. By the way, he's
got Bluetooth too.

Speaker 2 (01:06:30):
Yeah. Yeah, no, I'm good, I'm good.

Speaker 7 (01:06:32):
You know what's really funny about that?

Speaker 2 (01:06:33):
You know what, when I do get to that point,
I won't tell you anyway. Well, Mark's telling everybody I know.
Let me let me tell you a funny story about that. Okay,
So last night I get home. Yeah right, you're popping it.
I'm gonna turn it down. Okay, yeah, well, hell of
an engineer, thank you.

Speaker 14 (01:06:47):
And Gina says to me that spot that MJ is doing. Yes,
She's like, no, oh, okay, there's no women on group
chats talking about how big their boyfriend's penises are.

Speaker 2 (01:06:58):
Are you sure what he's doing? But are you sure,
I think so, Jess, can you confirm her tonight?

Speaker 10 (01:07:04):
Confirm yes?

Speaker 7 (01:07:05):
So where's he getting that from?

Speaker 2 (01:07:07):
I don't know?

Speaker 7 (01:07:08):
I mean, is he on?

Speaker 2 (01:07:10):
Hey? Just can you ring up mj real quickly get
questions to ask ask him if.

Speaker 7 (01:07:14):
He's what group chat is Mark James on where they're
talking about that.

Speaker 14 (01:07:21):
I mean that sounds like a little scripted thing maybe
you got from the corporate people or whatever. But Gina
wants Mark to know that there literally is no women
out there who have a group chat that are talking
about that. We don't do that, according to her.

Speaker 7 (01:07:34):
But Jessamon did agree with something Gina said the other day.

Speaker 2 (01:07:37):
What was that?

Speaker 14 (01:07:37):
Remember Jess, when I asked you about claims that when
you get home after a long day nothing, sometimes I
want to go back out, you know, go go to
you know, have dinner, Verzano's or whatever down the street.
She's like, once the bra comes off, I'm done. Yeah,
I'm staying home and Jess can confirm what you wear bra. No,
I've seen the same thing.

Speaker 2 (01:07:55):
You know, listen, you can get home and know when
when you're significant other is done for this.

Speaker 7 (01:08:00):
She's on the couch with the bra off.

Speaker 2 (01:08:02):
Forget it.

Speaker 7 (01:08:02):
To put.

Speaker 14 (01:08:03):
Yeah, it's like it's like me and my Star Wars pajamas. No,
go on, I'm not going anywhere. If I'm wearing Yoda,
I'm done. Forget about it.

Speaker 2 (01:08:11):
If I come home and I see the wife with
a cocktail in her hand, forget it, she's done. Yeah,
leave me alone, And that usually also means yeah, you
don't know blaw well Yes, no, because no, because the
kid lives with again, he's there.

Speaker 7 (01:08:23):
Oh, keifer his back, he's there, slacker Jesus man got
a life.

Speaker 2 (01:08:27):
He's working, but he's trying to get his you know,
stuff together. So yeah, come on, you want him to
come with you. He's like thirty now, he's not thirty.

Speaker 7 (01:08:34):
I want him to come with you. No, to live
with you, don't. How about he moves in, I'll move out.

Speaker 2 (01:08:39):
I said you were blowing him off at the mirror
game too, by.

Speaker 7 (01:08:40):
That's not true. I turned around, he said, of low.

Speaker 2 (01:08:42):
He said, you just kind of waved at him. He says,
kind of a blow up.

Speaker 7 (01:08:45):
What was I supposed to do?

Speaker 2 (01:08:46):
I don't know. He wanted more, ignowed. I've been hug him.
He want more acknowledgment.

Speaker 7 (01:08:49):
Okay, next time I see him, I will acknowledge it.
Hey man, how's everything going. Good to see you. Let's
have this conversation right now, right in the middle of
game two.

Speaker 2 (01:08:59):
Of the eight old Yeah, he got a hot dog
from heaven, I tell you that.

Speaker 7 (01:09:02):
That's great.

Speaker 14 (01:09:03):
Yeah, you know what smashed it from somebody like well
they threw those them where my seats are? Those are
flying out right behind us, from like the terrorist club
or whatever. You should see the way people lose their
ever loving minds to get their hands on a free
hot dog.

Speaker 7 (01:09:16):
And I and I thought about this. It doesn't matter
what it is.

Speaker 2 (01:09:21):
It's free.

Speaker 7 (01:09:21):
It's free.

Speaker 2 (01:09:22):
It doesn't matter.

Speaker 14 (01:09:22):
And if they if you are thrown something a T shirt,
a baseball, a hot dog, a mick whatever, it could
be a pile of rubber dog crap, it doesn't matter.

Speaker 5 (01:09:32):
What.

Speaker 14 (01:09:32):
If you're in a game and somebody's throwing things into
the crowd, that's a major accomplishment.

Speaker 2 (01:09:36):
Well listen, right, you know that better than anybody. Because
when we used to do like promotions and remotes and
stuff all the time. Oh yeah, if we found out
if we gave away a VHS tape after VHS machines
went away, correct, it was like the most popular thing
in the world.

Speaker 14 (01:09:51):
Yeah, there was about a four or five year period
where all that was left in the Jenny Goodmanson Prize
closet was DVDs that nobody used anymore.

Speaker 2 (01:09:59):
I have you been back in the closet?

Speaker 7 (01:10:01):
Yes, I have the old building.

Speaker 2 (01:10:02):
No, the one right now.

Speaker 7 (01:10:03):
No, I haven't been there, but I've been to the
old building.

Speaker 2 (01:10:05):
There's a lot of cool stuff, and there's some stuff
right Terry Ryan's cleaning out of the day. You go
check it out. Good, get yourself, get yourself a chunky
monkey radio station.

Speaker 7 (01:10:11):
Get Myself refused to lose t shirts from two thousand
and one.

Speaker 14 (01:10:15):
We have the Aura Not in our House banner towel
from the ninety five ninety six playoff run for the Sonics.

Speaker 2 (01:10:21):
How nervous are you for tomorrow? Yeah?

Speaker 7 (01:10:23):
Crapping myself, kidding me.

Speaker 2 (01:10:26):
I could tell when you're nervous because you kind of
avoid topics.

Speaker 14 (01:10:28):
Changed my underwear four times already. God, it'll be eight
by tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (01:10:33):
Imagine if you had to use blue cheo. Oh god,
it'd be a complete mess. Step there is there is there?

Speaker 14 (01:10:37):
Well, I guess I could take some what is that
meta musil or whatever it's called or whatever. I mean,
that's that really is the kind of stuff that we
should be endorsing, especially you.

Speaker 2 (01:10:45):
By the way, I'm fine, had no problem with stuff,
not for a long palth Oh you know who knows
it could go south tomorrow? Yes, so you get a
missage when you're Mississippi tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (01:10:52):
You know what I really am.

Speaker 14 (01:10:54):
No, you're not, by the way, speaking of that, Honestly,
I love the coops in the thirty tomorrow, like thirty
two and a half.

Speaker 7 (01:11:02):
Whatever it is, I love it. I love that big,
love it, love it, love it Coats plus the points.

Speaker 14 (01:11:05):
I'm not saying you're gonna win the game, I know,
but I think Coots plus thirty two at ole, miss
Are you kidding?

Speaker 4 (01:11:10):
Well?

Speaker 2 (01:11:11):
You know people put your money in your mouth. I'm
doing it right now, okay.

Speaker 7 (01:11:13):
Absolutely all right? Was coming up on the show.

Speaker 14 (01:11:15):
We're gonna interview Terry Ryan for four hours on the
radio show. But he's gonna be standing across the street
when we talked to hell, Oh Dave, if I just
need some water?

Speaker 7 (01:11:28):
What are we doing today?

Speaker 14 (01:11:29):
Rick new Heizel Will joined us at three twe he
got a pick right yet this year? Yes, last week
he won. He finally won a game last week. Mike
Conrad at four. Uh, Jason Bodiro, the cracking GM is
gonna come over here and sit down with us at
five o'clock today.

Speaker 2 (01:11:41):
Well, I'm gonna go talk to him before he and
warn him give.

Speaker 14 (01:11:43):
Me some questions for five, alright, or Benton's gonna be available,
so he'll join us at five o'clock. And then Jeff Nelson,
who was hoping to continue his playoff broadcasting run with
the Yankees. They lost last night, all right, so he
he'll join us at six pm before Nothing else to do, right,
nothing else to do?

Speaker 2 (01:12:01):
Yankees lose, Yankees lose? His lad said last night, all right,
Softy's here, Tom's watch barciap.

Speaker 10 (01:12:05):
All right for the mild mannered and marginally objectionable e inverness,
this is Paddled day, saying so long everyone,
