Uchenna Nwuosu, Seahawks LB joins the show and is feeling pretty strong right now, following his rehab from a torn pec last season. He says Pete Carroll is a legend and it was sad to see him go. However he has many accolades to give the new coaching staff. We officially start the show, since we're thankful Uchenna Nwuoso for carving out some time.
