They put out a study and how singles plan to

spend the holiday hookup season. I want to see if
we think this makes sense. So just over half of
those we'll be visiting home for the holidays plan having
relations in their childhood bedroom.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
I don't Mine doesn't exist anymore. So yeah, I have
to know.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
I'll be thirty nine percent of respondents will be going
home this year. Forty four plan ten holiday gathering solo. Yeah,
twenty percent plan to take a date.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
I always solo.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Okay. While people be visiting with their family during the holidays,
one in seven still want to sneak in a hookup
while they're there.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
No, absolutely, not really no, Okay, this is asking where
am I gonna go in the swamp?

Speaker 2 (01:04):
I know, like somebody else's place.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
We mean the swamp, like I'm not passing. I'm not
hooking up with anyone.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Okay, the holidays are there most of that time of
the year. The intimate, According to two thirds respondents, forty
percent singles say they hook up a people just as often,
if not more, during the holiday season. Okay, because the
mood hits you, maybe it's a little bit cold. There
we go. Yeah, the most most facet day for hookups,
New Year's Eve tops the list.

Okay, I guess that makes sense.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Yeah, yeah, I mean, you know, little drinks there that
they say a twenty nine percent expect to hear from
an X during the holiday season.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
That sounds great. It's like, actually more, I was gonna say,
I feel like that should be higher.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Yeah, twenty one percent say they'll be the one to
reach out to the rex absolutely not. Yeah, yep, yep, yep.
And then according to this to twenty nine percent, he
booking fast. They've hooked up with somebody during the holidays
and lived to regredit.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
Yeah, I mean, but at least he lived. Yeah, there's that.
I feel like that's normal because everyone we see, like
if you're single, do you see like everybody like lovey
and like the Christ's Lights is just so cute and romantic,
and then you're just like, I want to feel like that,
and then you do and you're like, no, that's fair.
