your morning show. I'm Shelby Sauce. We got Rose here.
Hello here, Hoodie's here. It's very is here too.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
If you're wondering where the man of the hour or
whose show we'ren is, he is still taking some time.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
He did want to come in today, but I did
tell him that I don't think it's a great idea
because you know, he is grieving. Shee we passed away
last week if you didn't know. And with Greece, there's
really like no time period for it, so you got
to take it day by day. And he wanted to
come in. He's like, no, I need to be there
for you guys. I don't want you guys to have
to pick up my slack. But I mean he would

(00:42):
do it for us.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
Yeah, absolutely, And like and I texted him too. I
was like, take the time.

Speaker 5 (00:46):
That you need.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
The thing about like this period for him, like for
me looking back on time when I didn't take all
of the time, I regret that a little bit of
him was like take the time you need.

Speaker 5 (00:57):
You will never regret taking the extra day that you
need exactly to like be there for yourself.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Exactly, and I was like, and if you're not going
to be there for yourself, like you can't be here for.

Speaker 5 (01:06):
The team if you're not. Yeah, exactly. He's gonna take
the time.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
I mean he like with my grandfather last January, he
let me take all the time in the world when
he was in hospital.

Speaker 5 (01:14):
Yeah, I know. He do it for us anyway. So
that's why John's out here.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
So if you want to reach out to him, send
him a nice little DM at intern John Radio.

Speaker 5 (01:23):
Yeah, he will likely to.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Be back tomorrow because I feel like we can't keep
him away very long.

Speaker 5 (01:26):
But he does not.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
He does not like being away back but until not
until he's ready. Rose was new with you right now.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
I had a day where I would like to repeat
for the rest of my life. I marked everything off
on my to do list, even the things that I
was like, I'm gonna put this on here. But if
I don't do it, like ma, it's no other day.
I marked everything off, let's go and I so I'm
putting things on my to do list that I've been avoiding,
like making a dentist appointments.

Speaker 5 (01:53):
And stuff like that, just like like things that need
to be done.

Speaker 4 (01:56):
But I've just been like like a wait, like till
after the new No, I am getting this stuff done today,
so that's my plan.

Speaker 5 (02:03):
And it felt really good.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
And I also did a plates class yesterday, so feel
pretty good about myself, right.

Speaker 5 (02:07):
I love that Eric was new for you.

Speaker 6 (02:09):
The complete opposite. Ex Yeah, I had a lazy Eric day,
took a nap for you.

Speaker 7 (02:16):
Watch the finish the movie Girlfriend Ghost of Girlfriends Passing.

Speaker 5 (02:20):
From two thousand and eight. It's not a recent classic. Yeah, yeah,
I want to throw it out there.

Speaker 7 (02:26):
And then I went to the other end of the
spectrum and watched Tennis Thieves one along with finishing a
Lego technic last night. That took me an hour and
forty two minutes to do, which assive because peces do
not work with these fat fingers.

Speaker 5 (02:38):
Oh god.

Speaker 6 (02:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (02:39):
And then I got to pick up Max today from
his mom. It's another no school day, so I don't
know what we're gonna do when I pick him up.

Speaker 5 (02:45):
Well, I mean taking sledding maybe, Yeah, yeah, that's fun.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
I saw spots to go sledding. That would be perfect, guys.
She could just join your little family sledding outing.

Speaker 5 (02:54):
I think that's fine.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
Washington mag actually put out an article yesterday with all
the best sledding spots in.

Speaker 6 (02:58):
The probably all ruined now because everybody's letting the past
two days.

Speaker 5 (03:02):
Why are you gonna, like, you know, project that.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
It's true, don't harsher mellow man.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Man, Okay, I like my parents back yard, like I
always had a spot, like I was always I know
a spot.

Speaker 6 (03:16):
I love that.

Speaker 5 (03:17):
What's dow with?

Speaker 8 (03:18):
You?

Speaker 6 (03:18):
Watched Moulan Rouge for the first time last night? Wait, really,
my goodness, it's good.

Speaker 5 (03:26):
Yeah, let's go, oh my god so much. I love that.
I had the album that I did too.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
Yeah, it was it doesn't once such a good movie.

Speaker 6 (03:41):
It's wold because I'm like, that's practically twenty five years
at this point ago.

Speaker 4 (03:45):
Yeah, and he is such a good singer, Like his
voice is insane.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
He just wants you to be like in Paris, like
in Love no toxically.

Speaker 6 (03:53):
Wild thing to shooting Star Wars at the same time
he was doing this.

Speaker 5 (03:57):
He is very like multi talented man like.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Remember big Fish. Did you guys ever see a lot? Yeah, yes,
so good as far as was new with me. Nothing
really I'm probably saw saying and I did the same
as you. Eric besides the legos. I lay in bed
a lot yesterday because yesterday was the longest I have
been home for literally almost three weeks. So I was like, huh,

(04:23):
I could clean my apartment, which like I do that,
or I could lay on my couch and in my
bed and it was so cold in my bed.

Speaker 5 (04:31):
I was like, wait, I'm not kidding it.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
I got a bed at four three, and then I
like started to clean my apartment.

Speaker 5 (04:36):
I just lay there.

Speaker 4 (04:39):
Honestly, am a little jealous, Like I would love to
have a winter girl rot day.

Speaker 5 (04:45):
I'm here for that.

Speaker 4 (04:46):
I would love to do I just I'm just not
able to do that in this my life. But like,
I'm so happy that you guys did that.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
You deserve that, I I because you feel guilty doing it.
We're like, this is a Tuesday afternoon, what.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
Are you doing? But I'm like, there's no Like, it's fine,
that's my manna do. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
So hey, thanks guys for supporting my my Tuesday day ride.
Rose has the three things you need to know coming up?

Speaker 4 (05:08):
What you got DC Public libraries, heaving up with the
Washington Wizards, and this is really cool.

Speaker 6 (05:13):
It's in your John your Morning show from.

Speaker 8 (05:15):
The city that changes the world.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
Here's Rose with three things you need to know.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
Intern John and your morning show, here's Rose with the
three things you need to know.

Speaker 4 (05:25):
So obviously snow is still top of mind for everybody.
Just some things you need to know. The Metro is
under a moderate snow plan, so there are more bus
routes running today, just not the full amount, and metro
rail service is normal. There's a lot of schools that
are still closed. Some schools are back under a delay,
and I do know that DC public schools they are
opening on time. It's just a really long list, so
I don't want to go down each and every single

(05:46):
one because.

Speaker 5 (05:47):
I'll take forever.

Speaker 4 (05:48):
If you're unsure about your school or your kids school,
you could check out the DMV stormwatch page, Hot ninety
nine to five dot com slash no and.

Speaker 5 (05:54):
Z one o four to three dot com slash now.

Speaker 4 (05:56):
So there was going to be an increased security and
a larger police presence for the Baltimore Ravens home playoff
game on Saturday night.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
Absolutely so security was.

Speaker 4 (06:05):
Type for the team's regular season finale at M and
T Banks Stadium, and according to the Maryland Stadium Authority,
Vice president for public safety and security with this game
on Saturday, you're going to notice that increased presence and
security measures.

Speaker 5 (06:20):
They obviously didn't go into detail.

Speaker 4 (06:21):
Because they don't want to give away the effectiveness of
what they're doing, but just be aware of that. And
the DC Public Library is teaming up with the Washington Wizards,
who encourage kids to read.

Speaker 5 (06:30):
This is so cool. I wish I could be part
of this.

Speaker 4 (06:34):
So the Library's Winter Reading Challenge involves completing activities on
a special Bingo card, and then when you complete a
group of five activities, you get Bingo. You can collect
a special Wizards theme prize while supplies last. They are
also going to be entered into a drawing for a
grand prize that includes tickets to see the Wizards play

(06:54):
Orlando and a special team jersey. And that challenge runs
through February twenty eight. So if you kid in your life,
make sure you're that's sharing this with them. I think
this sounds so it reminds me of like bookt back
in the day with pizza Hut.

Speaker 5 (07:08):
Anyways, I rose, those are the three things do you
show for the day? Thank you, Rosan.

Speaker 6 (07:12):
Okay, this is cool. It's internshohn in your morning show.
This travel site found the most popular travel bucket list
experiences in the world, like when you surged, like bucket list,
you know, places to go, visiting, things to do. These
are the top ones according to this travel site. You
had a guest sauce, what would be on the list?

Speaker 5 (07:32):
The Eiffel Tower. Eiffle Tower, Yeah, I've seen it light
up at night.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
Yeah, like me, like if you're in love with somebody,
going just like dance under it or something. I feel
like I see influencers always doing that.

Speaker 6 (07:42):
There's always videos too, like the dad that tells his
daughter like she has the power to turn it on
and she has to push the button and then I
just like they pushed the button on their phone and
it lights up.

Speaker 5 (07:51):
I've never seen this.

Speaker 6 (07:52):
It's pretty cool, pretty cool, rest to guess.

Speaker 5 (07:56):
I feel like skydiving is on the list.

Speaker 6 (07:59):
Okay. I was gonna say, like any of the wonders
of the Asian world, like the Pyramids something like that.
So let me go through some of these. So number
twenty was a meer. The views at.

Speaker 5 (08:10):
Yosemite, Okay, Okay, Yeah, Rose.

Speaker 6 (08:13):
Checked out Phalis there you go, float on the Dead
Sea in Israel and Jordan. Sure, visit the.

Speaker 5 (08:21):
White House, Okay, check, it is a pretty cool thing. Yeah,
then to it.

Speaker 6 (08:26):
It is like it's cool to see that and then
be like, oh, this is like the most powerful house
in the world. And then I yeah, a tour one
with Eric, thinks our listener Laura and Eric asked our
tour guide where the surfaced air missiles are and.

Speaker 5 (08:41):
Let me just show you right this way.

Speaker 6 (08:43):
Yeah. Well it was cool because they showed us the
situation room and like it's one entrance that you can
see in and out and in their heads like this
gotta be a secret door. I can see Eric Sprain
like if I just move this painting thing, that will
or play the piano the three keys, and then we're
going to go. The next one's visit Alcatraz.

Speaker 5 (09:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (09:03):
Uh, I think that's it's pretty cool to uh to
see trek through the Himalayas. Okay, I think that's something
your dad had done, so.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
Yeah, I would definitely do that. He's all about climbing anything.

Speaker 6 (09:14):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (09:15):
Visit Big Ben, Yeah, I've done that. Okay.

Speaker 6 (09:19):
Big Ben is one of those things though where you
see it because I was there for a baseball tournament.
You go it's a clock. Yeah, there it is. It's cool.
It's big, but it's a clock there there there you go.
Visit POMPEII. Okay, I think that'd be kind of cool
to I meanly Ely is one of those countries. This
is sound dumb. I felt like there's so much stuff
to do where you'd have to go back and back

(09:42):
and back and back and back everything. Yeah. See Times
Square made the list. Okay, Yeah, I think that's cool.
I have people like poop on Times Square. I still
think it's cool to go Ben.

Speaker 5 (09:57):
In New York City.

Speaker 6 (09:58):
Oh my gosh, it's amazing. Visit the taj Mahal in
India made the list for travel Bucket List. But I've
heard with taj Mahal it's also one of those things
where you go and you see it and that's it.

Speaker 5 (10:10):
Okay.

Speaker 6 (10:11):
I've also heard that, like the the postcard version of
it is very nice, but then you go to like
around it and it's just like dirty. Yeah, like it's
one of It's one of those situations. Visit Stonehenge Okay, cool, sure,
a bunch of rocks.

Speaker 5 (10:26):
Absolutely.

Speaker 6 (10:27):
See the Northern Lights made the list.

Speaker 5 (10:28):
That would be cool.

Speaker 6 (10:30):
Yeah, that in the top five. Anybody want I guess
what's in the top five? We have not hit yet
for the travel bucket list experience in sauce mach Oh
didn't you're dead? I did find that Rose guesses in
the top five.

Speaker 4 (10:44):
Here, I'm gonna say, I'm surprised, like the Pyramids aren't
in there.

Speaker 5 (10:50):
I know you're you said that, but I haven't. I
haven't heard that one yet.

Speaker 6 (10:54):
So five is climb the Statue of Liberty.

Speaker 5 (10:56):
Oh yeah, I have not done that, are you?

Speaker 2 (10:59):
So?

Speaker 6 (10:59):
I think I think there's the I think there's the elevator.
I think I think you still take ferries to the
island that I.

Speaker 5 (11:04):
Don't think you're allowed to go in anymo. I think
they stopped doing that. Oh yeah, yeah, like years ago.

Speaker 6 (11:11):
Hold on, we're googling.

Speaker 5 (11:12):
We're googling, googling.

Speaker 4 (11:15):
I mean, I guess you can still visit the Crown,
but it doesn't.

Speaker 5 (11:19):
Yeah you could. I guess you can still.

Speaker 6 (11:22):
Visitor Bora.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
That would be so cool. So that's like a whole
day just to get there. You need like two weeks
off of work.

Speaker 6 (11:28):
Well the best is my ass didn't know Bora was
French Polynesian. Yeah sure, yeah, absolutely, see the Mona Lisa.

Speaker 5 (11:36):
Oh yeah, that'd be cool.

Speaker 6 (11:37):
Yeah, but you always see those photos of like everybody
taking photos of a Lisa and it's like that to
me's a nightmare.

Speaker 5 (11:42):
But apparently it's way smaller than yeah, it is picture.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
It's really small and it's in this like giant box
and you can't get anywhere near it, so it's kind
of like and it's fairly really crowded.

Speaker 5 (11:52):
So it's just kind of like, Okay, there it is.

Speaker 6 (11:54):
It's a painting.

Speaker 5 (11:54):
Awesome.

Speaker 6 (11:55):
I guess splash Niagara Falls is number two in the list.

Speaker 5 (11:57):
That'll be fine. I have done that.

Speaker 6 (12:00):
Very cool. So Jim and Pam they got married there
dead well.

Speaker 4 (12:03):
There's also on the American side you can walk down
to the boardwalk and like literally get splashed.

Speaker 6 (12:07):
That's cool, that's very cool. Yeah, I never one is
visit Maldives.

Speaker 5 (12:10):
Oh that yeah, that'd be at all.

Speaker 6 (12:14):
Listen show trip we get first except one find out
Maldives is step two, get airfare and it might be
I feel like I've seen a lot of photos of
that where it's like the influencers go there. I'm like, oh,
that'd be exciting. Then you see that prices South Asia
there we go. It's like, yeah, that will be uh
not in this lifetime.

Speaker 5 (12:32):
It's like way south of India.

Speaker 6 (12:33):
Yeah, if you have something you want to add nine
ninety three three eight to text internships.

Speaker 7 (12:37):
Insert show on your morning show, sauce what we got
coming up with entertainment here.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
Next this movie theater chain is doing a really cool promotion.
I'm gonna tell you what it is.

Speaker 7 (12:56):
It's insured on your morning show with Aaron here and
we've got Shelby Saw enter tament.

Speaker 5 (13:02):
So my sour starts saying.

Speaker 1 (13:03):
That Jennifer Lopez, which is for a fresh start in
the new year, and Ben Affleck is going to be
in her rear view mirror, which makes sense. I said
yesterday how their divorce will be actually finalized the week
after Valentine's Day, But my source said, quote the fairy
talehes promised turned out to be a nightmare. She just
wants to close the door on this crazy chapter. So,
like I said, uh, basically their divorced ettment. It did

(13:24):
though include this is not what I said yesterday.

Speaker 5 (13:26):
Sorry.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
It did include that j Loo gets to keep that ring,
so it's a half moon accent of diamonds.

Speaker 5 (13:32):
Okay, I don't know anything about diamond rings. I'll start there. Yes,
I'm getting to that.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
Actually, so this ring from Ben Affleck is an eight
point five Carrott green diamond inside of platinum band. And
then he had it agree with quote not going anywhere.

Speaker 5 (13:48):
Finally, damn, but that did not age well.

Speaker 1 (13:52):
No, So her jewelry box includes Dinan rings from former
husbands and fiances like Mark Anthony, Alex Rodriguez, uh, Chris Judge.
There's the two rings from Affleck, and the other one
is a six carrot pink timer ring from two thousand
and two. And then there is what I cannot remember
the saying I she looked up, Sorry, O Jeannie, Noah,

(14:13):
who's that? This was from before I think she really
got big. Maybe she was like still like acting in
the early two thousand but she's also paying it does
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (14:21):
I was a baby she color back in the day
as then color dancer. Remember that.

Speaker 1 (14:26):
No, No, I'm not even seen in living Color.

Speaker 4 (14:29):
I remembered that fact, but I've never seen it.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
All right, Well, so yeah, they never did merge their finances.
So she walks with everything that she earned plus the ring,
and again the house is still in the market.

Speaker 5 (14:43):
And Chaperone is said to.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
Perform at Elton John's AIDS Foundation Oscars watch party. So
Jean Smart, Cheryl Lee Ralph, and Neil Patrick Harris will
host the event alongside John and David Furnish. So confirmed
tendees will be making the Stallion Hosier, Sharon Stone, Mick Jagger,
Sean Penn, a bunch of brothers. But the event funds
raises funds to end AIDS as well as end the

(15:04):
stigma the LGBTQ plus community faces. They said, quote, David
and I are thrilled to gather with friends and supporters
once again, and we're honored to welcome the bold, authentic
Chapel Roon s the series performer Who's Our Street embodies
the power of music to inspire change. That's what Elton
John said, And I think that's like makes sense to me.
And she's so big, so say. It was just a

(15:25):
really cute picture that they posted together to announce it
yesterday and I was like, let's go. And so popcorn
Buckets became, I feel like, a pretty big thing last year.
So Cinemark is basically taking things to the extreme. This
is going to be on Sunday, January nineteenth, so perfect
outing for you and your fam. It's probably gonna be
pretty crowdy because it's National Popcorn Day. They're running a
bring your own bucket promotion, which like seth Ever, remember

(15:49):
they used to do this like bring her On and
they had an end X people bring in like the
watertub things. So yeah, they're like, you can bring any
container you want as long as it's clean, clean and
sanitize and can hold popcorn, and they'll fill it for
five dollars and they if they decide it's not safe,
they can deny you, but it just has to be
not clean and santized looking.

Speaker 6 (16:06):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (16:07):
Yeah, so you could bring like a trash can, right, yeah,
so basically oh wait, sorry sorry, they're saying that it
can't hold more than three gallons, but we could bring it. Oh,
we could bring like stilly a bathroom trash can, those
those things holding on.

Speaker 5 (16:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
But anyway, if you're looking for something to watch night,
there's not a ton that's new on television right now. Fax.
It's the beginning of the year. Abby Elementary's on ABC.
Shifting Gears is a new show on ABC with Tim Allen.
He's a widow and his daughter Kat Dennings is like
moving in with him with her fam. If you're looking
for something good to watch the Jerry Springer doc I
watched all of it last night.

Speaker 5 (16:42):
Pretty pretty wild.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
Trending right now on Netflix is Missing You as number
one globally. I talked about this on Monday. It is
like I've only watched two episodes. It's pretty good so
far for George and River season six, and then Black
Dove is now number three.

Speaker 6 (16:56):
Thank you.

Speaker 7 (16:57):
And if you want lead any podcast, I don't know
where to enter. John Radio the free iHeartRadio app. Me
and Hoodie got a new podcast out right now called
Let's Get Weird.

Speaker 6 (17:04):
So go check it out. Is this something you need
for your day? On Internshohn in your morning show, Shelby sighs,
are you good at being lazy? You need a day
like to just do nothing? You get at it?

Speaker 5 (17:15):
Yeah, But I do get a little anxiety when I'm lazy.

Speaker 6 (17:18):
What's the anxiety around?

Speaker 1 (17:19):
I'm like, I should be productive, I have all this
stuff to do. I'm wasting a day of my life
just laying here being lame.

Speaker 6 (17:25):
That was like in the beginning of the pandemic, people like,
if you don't leave quarantine with three new hobbies and
five new side hosts. It's like, listen, bro, I'm just
trying to survived. Literally, Rose, you gonna being lazy.

Speaker 5 (17:37):
I am way too good at being lazy.

Speaker 6 (17:40):
Okay. Do y'all get the anxiety or anything that?

Speaker 4 (17:42):
Oh no, I get the anxiety. I just shove that down. Yeah,
avoid it as best I can. But it's hard to
be lazy. Also as a mom when you have a talk, yeah, fair,
but there are times when like if my mom is
over helping with the baby or Clinton Tom, I'm gonna
be like, I'm just gonna call your lenser real quick.

Speaker 6 (18:00):
Yeah. I think I've I've tried to get better at
the last year because I you know, keep ended up
in the hospital, which is not ideal. True, But these
experts talking about why you shouldn't feel guilty to be lazy,
which I think is really important because burnout is real.
I think like the last couple of years, it seems
they brought more to the forefront, so there's like two
sides of the coins. So the Center for Disease Control

(18:22):
CDC warrants and majority of Americans are too this sedentary,
like don't get enough movement around at the same time, though, hustler.
Hustle culture affects how we feel about taking time out
to chills, so slowing down spending time catching up on
episodes or TV show may feel like a guilty pleasure
when something you can accept this part of your routine,

(18:42):
which I think is good. So according to psychologist, we've
been so socialized in a young age that achievement needs
to be.

Speaker 5 (18:48):
A top value. We equate productivity with work.

Speaker 6 (18:52):
We think that if we're not producing, then we're a failure.
I am, yeah, yeah, Well I guess it's because like
the way we lounge now wasn't available to our parents
back in the day, So we never saw parents binging
TV shows because they'd have to go to the TV
Guide channel and like.

Speaker 5 (19:10):
Buying something to watch, you know, I mean really yeah.

Speaker 6 (19:13):
They probably were doing it in different ways. We just
don't don't remember, yeah it or it doesn't seem like
that'd be a relaxing thing today.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
I'm like, I don't know, I don't remember that. Like
my mom has always been a reader, so like if
she's binging something or like I mean, like when I
was a kid, I can like always picture right now
my mom reading. But if I ever saw her watching something.
When I was a kid, it was almost always ice
skating because.

Speaker 6 (19:35):
Your grandma is a your mom is a grandma is
a teacher for a while.

Speaker 5 (19:39):
Yeah, and so it was my aunt.

Speaker 1 (19:40):
She grew up ice skating, so she always watched like
professional ice skating.

Speaker 6 (19:43):
That's all I can remember. Well, here's the thing this
psychologist said that's really interesting. She explains that chilling out
time for most people is like rest day for athletes.
Athletes have leg day, then they don't work on legs
for a while.

Speaker 3 (19:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (19:55):
So a really good point. Yeah, so this says like
watching TV or reading, look may seem unproductive orthough you're
wasting time, but you're actually helping yourself rest and recharge.

Speaker 5 (20:05):
Okay, I mean that makes me feel better.

Speaker 1 (20:07):
Fact, even though I'm gonna pretend that this never happened.

Speaker 6 (20:11):
Yeah, that's the Yeah, that's the problem.

Speaker 1 (20:12):
Right.

Speaker 6 (20:12):
They said, there's benefits and shilling out rest and laxation
while your your brain to wander and make new connections,
which can foster creativity, innovative thinking. I found that my
go to the woods and like don't have cell service.
It's crazy, It's like my brain awakes. I'm like, oh,
there is stuff going on in here because you're.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
Not distracted, you're not scrolling, you're actually like sitting there
and not just like boom boom boom boom boom.

Speaker 5 (20:35):
Like this week, I've been so busy.

Speaker 1 (20:36):
And I feel like I haven't had time to like
even like sit down and think.

Speaker 5 (20:39):
But I'm like, wow, like I really need that.

Speaker 6 (20:42):
They also say being lazy can help with your social relationships.
So if you binge watch something that's an entry way
for conversation. Yeah, so like if you watch like Secession
or suits, soever, then you can connect with somebody about
like oh did you watch this?

Speaker 8 (20:56):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (20:57):
Which is shoot too, because we also need to have
like the social aspect of our the hierarchy of needs.
I think social is like want a third one on
the list something like that.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
That is true because like I don't watch TV very often,
so like I have issues like talking to people about
shows because like I like they'll be talking about like
Game of Thrones or Squid Game and I'm like, I
never didn't watch either.

Speaker 6 (21:16):
You didn't watched Squid Game?

Speaker 9 (21:17):
No?

Speaker 5 (21:18):
Oh my god, I know.

Speaker 9 (21:20):
I know.

Speaker 5 (21:21):
I heard there was blood and I was like I'm out.

Speaker 6 (21:24):
Yeah, Like minimal I feel like, yeah, well, yeah, I
believe I believe Rose. They do say, there's obviously such
a thing as too much being lazy. So if you're
doing it to the point where you're forgoing behaviors that
are important to your health and well being, which is
basically anything makes sense.

Speaker 5 (21:40):
But so much of a thing is a bad thing
for sure.

Speaker 6 (21:43):
Well I really like her idea though, is you should
consider mindful loafing. So, according to the psychologist, if I'm
going to watch an hour of Gilmore Girls, I should
do it fully, be fully present in the moment, enjoying
the show, instead of being on my phone, yeah, scrolling,
thinking and stuff, because then it's like you're not fully
getting a chance to relax.

Speaker 5 (22:03):
That's true.

Speaker 6 (22:04):
Yeah, it's essentially like you're taking a nap, but you're
reading your phone. Still, it's not really like a nap,
which all the time. Yeah, that's let's let's call what
the revenge procrastination is now, that's called at the end
of the day. Yeah, where it's like you were so
busy during the day, it's like I should be sleeping.
I'm exhausted, but I ain't good chance to can I
take time? So I'm gonna do it. He only hurts you. Yeah, yeah,

(22:26):
So hey be lazy today. It's Intern Johnny Morns Show.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
It's Intern John and your Morning show, and Rose has
the three things you need to know.

Speaker 5 (22:32):
Coming up? What you got.

Speaker 4 (22:34):
We're talking about the best cities for jobs in twenty twenty.

Speaker 5 (22:37):

Speaker 8 (23:17):
What you want from the city that changes the world.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
Here's Rose with three things you need to know.

Speaker 4 (23:24):
Okay, So, snow is obviously still to top of mind
for everybody. The metro is under a moderate snowplan, so
there are more bus routes running today, not the full amount.
The metrorail service is normal. However, there are a lot
of schools that are closed. I mean they have been
for the past few days. But something you need to know.
Some schools are back, they're under a delay, and DC
public schools they are opening on time. So if you're

(23:48):
unsure about that, you can check the DMB stormwatch page
at hot nine nine five dot com slash no, NZ
one O four to three dot com slash no. An
effort to turn DC into a US state is being
reintroduced into Congress. So a congresswoman announced the effort yesterday
and the Maryland Democratic Senator Chris van.

Speaker 5 (24:07):
Holland, he sponsored the bill in the Senate.

Speaker 4 (24:10):
And they basically are saying every resident of DC deserves
the same rights as a citizen of every other USA,
including full representation in Congress and an independent local government.
I know that is top of mind for a lot
of people too. And there is a new list of
the best cities for jobs in twenty twenty five, and
we have made the list. Okay, so coming in at

(24:31):
number three. Columbia Maryland is always every single time they're
on the list, good.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
Or bad, but usually it's good or yeah.

Speaker 5 (24:39):
I feel like it's always on the good list. I
came to like we're savy single and they were at
the very body. Oh yeah true. I and Washington, d C.

Speaker 4 (24:47):
Also made the list or coming in at number eight,
which not bad for the top ten.

Speaker 5 (24:52):
Number one city is Scottsdale, Arizona. I'm Rose. Those are
the three things she shows today. Thank you, Rose, You're welcome.

Speaker 5 (25:21):
I literally was.

Speaker 1 (25:22):
Like thinking about it randomly yesterday. I was like, and
I didn't even think about it that we were doing
it today, but I was like, man like, sometimes that
does really hurt my feelings.

Speaker 6 (25:30):
It does, though.

Speaker 10 (25:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (25:31):
We send somebody in a song and they go, oh,

Speaker 7 (34:39):
It's your John, your Morning show with me Eric, We've
got Shelby Sauce with the entertainment report sauce.

Speaker 8 (34:44):
We got it.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
So, yes, I did talk a little bit about this,
but there have been some more updates coming out about
the whole Justin Baldoni Blake Lively stuff. So, Blake Lively's
legal team issue a statement rejecting claims that her legal
moves against her ends with us a director and co
star just about Donie comes from creative differences. They say
that actually it involves serious and they're quote sorry quote

(35:06):
serious claims and sexual harassment and retaliation unquote. So the
statement alleges that Justin and Wayfair Studios engage in unlawful
actions and quote retaliatory astroturfing unquote against Lively for quote
simply trying to protect herself and others on a film set.

Speaker 5 (35:23):
I have just been going down this rabbit hole.

Speaker 1 (35:25):
So I didn't add any of my own commentary because
I've been on TikTok too much. But it's just what
it's like. Everything came out. So much came out yesterday
on both sides. So Justin's lawyer, Brian Friedman, I watched
an interview with him too, and he has denied the allegations,
calling them false and said that Justin plans is sue
Blake and promised to make evidence public. So Brian Friedman

(35:47):
has gone on to accuse Blake Lively of orchestrating.

Speaker 5 (35:50):
A vicious attack through media.

Speaker 1 (35:52):
He said, quote, we are releasing all the evidence which
will show a pattern of bullying and threats take over
the movie. We have all the receipts and more. And
this was like literally yesterday said this. He's like, we
will keep suing until the truth comes out. Is like
what he literally said.

Speaker 4 (36:05):
But what's so fascinating is like Colling Hoover has come
out and support of Blake Lively, like her co stars
have supported her as well.

Speaker 5 (36:12):
I know, but all the the cast is on her
on Blade side.

Speaker 1 (36:15):
But then everybody that's actually like behind the scenes, like
the director and like actual crew is on Justin's side.

Speaker 5 (36:21):
Oh wow, So we'd only that we don't know what happens.
That's why I'm not going to keep saying how I
feel about it.

Speaker 1 (36:27):
Kyle Gerber and us Austin Butler have ended their relationship
after roughly three years together. So this my source is
saying that it basically they call it quits at the end,
like towards the end. I guess of twenty twenty four,
the rumors of a budding romance between them actually starting
December twenty twenty one, so they were together for like
exactly three years, and they made it official in May

(36:48):
twenty twenty two with their Red Carpet debut together after
being spot together.

Speaker 5 (36:51):
A bunch by, you know, the poperosity per usual.

Speaker 1 (36:54):
Before they got together, though, Kya actually dated Jacob Belordi,
you know he's everywhere else. Wow, Austin dated Vanessa Hudgens,
remember for like eight years, Like that doesn't so.

Speaker 5 (37:04):
Long A long time?

Speaker 1 (37:05):
Yeah, Wild and Vogue has concocted in a New Year
Endless to playcate all the divas out there. They're calling
it a most stressless So this is not best stress
They just want to be clear. This does not mean
that they were the best dress, which I think is
so kind of.

Speaker 5 (37:20):
So it was just wore the most clothes. We like
these people we saw.

Speaker 1 (37:23):
Wearing a lot of clothes this here. So those were
Charlie XCX, Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry.

Speaker 5 (37:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (37:29):
So uh they said, quote, it's a list of people
who did the absolute best, well most with their fashion
this year.

Speaker 5 (37:35):
That is their quote, not mine.

Speaker 1 (37:37):
I don't want it, and then they also added, quote,
they wore a whole lot of clothing, be it in
quality or quantity unquote.

Speaker 4 (37:46):
So is it like it almost sounds like they're saying
like they went over the top with their I just
thought they changed their outfits a lot, Like That's what
I'm like.

Speaker 1 (37:54):
Okay, Taylor Swift was in was on tour a lot,
she changed a ton of Yeah that makes sense, yep. Yeah,
But basically they also hailed Charlie for making her club
rat staples is what they're calling it, and Taylor for
fashions and music communication, which there's always like the East.

Speaker 5 (38:12):
Aids in her outfits.

Speaker 1 (38:14):
If you're looking for somebody watching night, there's not a
ton we got. I've been elementary. On ABC, Shifting Gears
is a new show at ABC with Tim Allen his
daughter's Kat Dennings in it.

Speaker 5 (38:21):

Speaker 6 (38:23):

number two globally and then blocked up with number three.

For me, it's Wendy.

Speaker 5 (46:01):
Okay, I do love their fries.

Speaker 8 (46:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (46:02):
So what is it about the Wendy's fries that kind
of push it over the edge for you?

Speaker 5 (46:06):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (46:07):
A few years ago they changed the fries up and
now they're like really good.

Speaker 5 (46:13):
I don't know what they did to them.

Speaker 3 (46:15):
They could have put some crack.

Speaker 6 (46:17):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (46:19):
They taste great and one of the.

Speaker 6 (46:21):
Most simple life pleasures is after you eat your fries.
They reached down the bag and there's still some of
the bot in the bag. No one's always taste better
for some reason.

Speaker 3 (46:29):
Yes, yes, yes, yes.

Speaker 5 (46:31):
If it's not, then whoever prepared your fries was wrong?

Speaker 6 (46:35):
Agreed, Jackie. Thank you so much for listening. You have
a great day, no problem too. This might be too
much of a personal question, but are you a dip
the fries and the frosty gal or yeah?

Speaker 5 (46:45):
Yes, I always happened, really always will be.

Speaker 6 (46:47):
Yeah, so you can't get one without the other, or
it's like if you happen to get both, you do it.

Speaker 5 (46:52):
I don't really get Frosty's very often.

Speaker 1 (46:54):
I don't actually eat fast food very often, but if
I go to Wendy's, I don't always get the frosty Yeah.

Speaker 6 (46:59):
Yeah, okay, dude, that whoever thought of that first? That's
one of the best hacks I think of fast food.

Speaker 5 (47:06):
Is Oh, for sure? I do love it?

Speaker 6 (47:08):
And how about Glenn burning Naked? Good morning?

Speaker 5 (47:11):
Good morning?

Speaker 6 (47:12):
All right girl? Your favorite chain restaurant? What you got
for us?

Speaker 4 (47:16):
You know, I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 5 (47:17):
I love myself some chilies, so.

Speaker 6 (47:21):
Sauce like chilies for the chicken tendies. What's your reason
for Chili's?

Speaker 4 (47:26):
Honestly, it's the baby back ribs and the Southwestern egg rolls.

Speaker 5 (47:30):
Oh yeah, they're so yeah.

Speaker 6 (47:33):
Okay, Now, Nikki, how often do you go Chili's Like
a year? If you had a guess, oh oh year.

Speaker 5 (47:39):
I was going to tell you a month. I mean
I would say like times.

Speaker 6 (47:45):
Okay, I will say like the chilies and the Applebee's.
Given how much expensive everything is, those two have like
remained pretty concept always have good deals. So I understand that.

Speaker 4 (47:54):
Completely has apple Bee's has sticky counter chops, though I
don't like that.

Speaker 6 (48:00):
Yeah, okay, Nikki, thank you for listening. Have a great
day you do. How about in Silver Spring? Angelu?

Speaker 8 (48:08):
Good morning, Hi, good morning?

Speaker 6 (48:11):
All right, So your all time go to best chain
restaurant is Wide.

Speaker 10 (48:19):
You know, I'm kind of torn between two, but I
think I'm gonna have to go with like the childhood
classic and just say Wendy's.

Speaker 6 (48:26):
Yeah, okay, So why Wendy's for you?

Speaker 10 (48:29):
You know, I was torn between that and Chick fil A,
But I just really like the Wendy's Frosty's. So it's
just like the Frosty's that do it for me?

Speaker 8 (48:40):
Sure? And not.

Speaker 6 (48:40):
Let me ask the same question to you. I asked, Sauce,
are you a fan of the fries and the frosty? Yes, okay,
absolutely so is it a case where if you get
fries you have to get a frosty? Like I said,
it's a no uh no negotiation.

Speaker 5 (48:56):
No no, it's more like a treat.

Speaker 10 (48:58):
Not necessarily, but if there's a frost and fries are
definitely you know, mixing together.

Speaker 6 (49:03):
Hell yeah, girl, thank you so much for listening. To
have a great day.

Speaker 10 (49:06):
Thanks guys, you too.

Speaker 6 (49:08):
How about the Middle River, Bethany, good morning, good morning,

Speaker 6 (49:23):
Oh how many can you put down one sitting Bethany,
I'm trying to be healthy. Oh yeah, I'm thinking like
three or four at least. Oh they're so good, I know,
like you can buy them quote unquote like the mixing
grocery stores, but it never turns out the same.

Speaker 7 (49:46):
Now, that is.

Speaker 6 (49:49):
Bethany, Thank you for listening. Have a great day about
in Kensington? Ask your good morning, Hi, good morning, your
go to all time fa favorite chain restaurant? What you

Speaker 4 (50:05):

Speaker 10 (50:07):
I hop?

Speaker 3 (50:09):

Speaker 6 (50:09):
So what's your like go to order at the I hop?

Speaker 4 (50:14):
Okay, well, when they have the front the stuff French
shows in season, that's always that's always my go.

Speaker 6 (50:21):

I as go everywhere. Yeah, good, everywhere you go. Have
you ever had delivered?

Speaker 8 (50:28):
I have not.

Speaker 5 (50:29):

Speaker 5 (50:48):
Hello, Oh wait yeah Hi. I trow my microphone on
and so then I askedently me to myself because wait,
sounded kind of cool. Okay, okay, I did it on purpose.

Speaker 6 (50:58):
That totally.

Speaker 5 (51:00):
Eric's hera.

Speaker 1 (51:01):
How he's here severa somewhere around here.

Speaker 4 (51:04):
We love it?

Speaker 6 (51:05):
Looking for food?

Speaker 1 (51:06):
Was actually I mean same, I get it, Interim John.
He will probably be back tomorrow. He was here yesterday,
but you know we decided that he well, I told
him he should stay home, you know.

Speaker 5 (51:17):
Chew we passed away last week.

Speaker 1 (51:20):
Well because he just always puts work before everything, and
he said he didn't want to let anybody down. And
I said, you're not letting us down like you would
do the same for us. Like last year with my
grandfather being in hospice, he gave me the week, gave
me like eight days off so I could be with him.
So yeah, we want him to just you know, take
all the time he needs grief. You know, there's no
like time limits, so take the time.

Speaker 5 (51:39):
He'll be back tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (51:40):
Maybe we'll see. Anyway, we missed him him nothing but
the best. Anyway, Rose was new with you.

Speaker 4 (51:45):
I completed my to do list yesterday for the first
time in a very long time because I always put
like I have like a rolling to do list and
I just write it down every single day.

Speaker 5 (51:54):
No, I marked off every little thing that I was like,
I'm doing this day.

Speaker 4 (51:58):
So that was very exciting. So I've added more things
that I've been putting off on my to do list
today and I'm hoping to actually get them done instead of,
you know, keep procrastinating on them.

Speaker 5 (52:07):
So I'm I'm hoping to keep that that trend rolling
this year. You're doing great. I love it. Thank you,
you're nail.

Speaker 4 (52:14):
I'm trying really hard to like get back to like
feeling not overwhelmed by all the things that I have
to do. So I'm like, if I could like cross
one thing off my rolling to do list, like every
day this week, I think I could like feel like
I'm back to normal.

Speaker 5 (52:29):
I don't love that. I'm jealous. I'm yet Eric was
doing with you.

Speaker 6 (52:33):
I had a lazy day yesterday for myself.

Speaker 7 (52:35):
I just sat around rewatched Girlfriends of Those Girlfriends Past
with Matthew Conaughey, Jennifer Gardner, and Michael.

Speaker 5 (52:43):
Douglas two thousand nine movies.

Speaker 6 (52:44):
Yes, yeah, it's a banger. Watch it. I love it
so much.

Speaker 7 (52:48):
And then after that I watched Den the Thieves, the
first one with Osh Jackson, Gerod Butler, and Fitty Soon Lovey.
And then I finished my technical lego of my Formula
one Mercedes Benz AMG carts.

Speaker 6 (52:59):
Okay, you hour and forty two minutes a car leg
everyone else's one translating technic lego's.

Speaker 5 (53:10):
I didn't know what that meant at all. I was
just like like, yeah, cool, google it. It's use your brain.

Speaker 6 (53:15):
I did use my brain. I almost lost a finger
because technic pieces are a lot smaller than the regular
Lego pieces. Dramatic you get a page really hard, and
I got really fat fingers, So it's a big dramatic thing.

Speaker 5 (53:26):
Interesting, do you tweezers next time?

Speaker 6 (53:29):
My teeth? It's like glasses that magnifies or whatever it was.
Because the lighting in my apartment is not that.

Speaker 1 (53:38):
Good either too, So well, we will get you like
a special Lego light for your birthday. Birthday, that's mine.
I'm taking that for your birthday.

Speaker 11 (53:48):
Yes yesterday, more and I watched Mulan Rugs for the
very first time to watch all those musical movies that
we've never seen.

Speaker 5 (53:56):
So I love that you love it.

Speaker 6 (53:57):
We start off strong, so I don't know if we're
gonna go downhill or after. She hasn't seen lame Is either,
which I love that movie. But my main gret someone
on this show who currently is texting on his phone
right now.

Speaker 5 (54:13):
I'm not texting on my phone.

Speaker 11 (54:17):
Because yesterday, when Eric and I recording Let's Get Weird,
I found out Eric hates Baha blast.

Speaker 5 (54:26):
You don't have a Baja blast.

Speaker 6 (54:28):
So Saturday night I went and got one at the
Taco belb here and I always go cherry pepsi.

Speaker 7 (54:34):
They're at a cherry pepsi. They're at a pepsi. I
ain't drinking die pepsi. And all they had was Baja blash. Also,
don't drink doctor pepper. I'm a very picky soda personal.

Speaker 5 (54:45):
Yeah, so I got a Baja Blast, get.

Speaker 6 (54:47):
Home, take like three SIPs and I'm wired.

Speaker 1 (54:50):
The mountain name says it, You're gonna have a blast.

Speaker 6 (54:57):
Heart attack too much no baa blasts, so so fortunately
not an.

Speaker 5 (55:06):
Do we know how much caffeine is actually in a
Baha Blast.

Speaker 2 (55:09):
I don't want to know.

Speaker 5 (55:12):
I only have like.

Speaker 1 (55:14):
Okay, and maybe okay, I don't like a Taco Bell,
which is me like once a month now, yes.

Speaker 6 (55:21):
Okay, okay, good but for me, but no, thank you.

Speaker 4 (55:25):
Honestly, I'm not mad at Eric for this. I'm not
really a big soda drinker anymore. And I've never really
been a Mountain dew person. It's always been kind of
like too.

Speaker 5 (55:34):
Much for me. Baha Blast. I have had the flavors, okay,
but like I'm not picking that.

Speaker 1 (55:39):
I'm not going to choose that when I go to
Taco Bell, right, well, noe in next time we go
to Taco Bell. No Baha blasts for how different is it?
It's just I don't think it tastes like mountain dew.
I think it's like it's like happy soda, happy juice,
like soda to me. I'm not a soda drinker really,
so I think to me it tastes like juicy soda.

Speaker 5 (56:00):
So it's a mountain dew flavor, right.

Speaker 6 (56:05):
Yes, yeah, that's only at Taco Bell or limited in
the summer.

Speaker 4 (56:09):
We're done with this tropical tropical lime flavor created for
Taco Bell.

Speaker 5 (56:14):
All right, there we go. So Eric just agreed to
disagree with you. Am all right? Colors pretty? It is pretty.
It's like my rooms.

Speaker 1 (56:22):
Anyway, there's something with me. I been ron all day
yesterday and wasn't an adult.

Speaker 5 (56:28):
Yes what I needed I didn't need it.

Speaker 1 (56:31):
Intern John will hopefully be back tomorrow if you want
to send him a nice little message at Intern John Radio.

Speaker 7 (56:38):
And yeah, we're going to three things coming up next
year on Intern John in your morning show.

Speaker 8 (56:42):

Speaker 5 (57:02):
The metrorail service is normal.

There will be increased security and larger police presidents for
the Baltimore Raven's home playoff game on Saturday. Kind of
expected this security was security was type for the team's
regular season finale at M and T Banks Stadium last weekend,
and according to the vice president for Public Safety and
Security at Maryland Stadium Authority, they said that with last

(57:41):
Saturday's game, fans will notice and increase in that presence.
They're just not telling you exactly what their plan is
because they don't want to give anything away, like to
make it more effective. And this is really cool at
DC Public Libraries teaming up with the Washington Wizards to
encourage children to read.

Speaker 6 (57:57):
I love this.

Speaker 4 (57:58):
It kind of reminds me of the book a Challenge
back in the nineties with like Pizza Hut. So the
Library's Winter Reading Challenge involves completing activities on a special
bingo board, and if you complete a group of.

Speaker 5 (58:10):
Five activities, you get bingo.

Speaker 4 (58:11):
On the game part, the kids can collect a special
Wizard theme prize while supplies last night. They'll also be
entered for a drawing of a grand prize that includes
tickets to see the Wizards play Orlando and a special
team jersey, which.

Speaker 5 (58:24):
Sounds really cool.

Speaker 4 (58:25):
Yeah, and the challenge runs through February twenty eighth, So
make sure you share that with the kids in your life.

Speaker 5 (58:31):
That's Iira, Yeah, I'm ross. Those are the three things
you need to know for the day. Thank you, ro
You're welcome.

Speaker 6 (58:36):
Second date update on Internshohn in your morning show, you're
talking to somebody, you're dating somebody, you think there could
be a big future. Then all of a sudden, the
communication stops. We try to figure out exactly what's going on.
Dominic in morning are you and Angie kind of breaking
the mold here. You guys actually met in the wild, yes, right, yeah,

(59:01):
we have. We've been on quite a few days.

Speaker 9 (59:02):
We've been seeing each other for about a month, and
then last Saturday we CARDI ways have dropped her off
and I've not heard from her since.

Speaker 6 (59:13):
And so the reason this is complicated, You guys met
through friends, right right? Did they set you guys up?
Or is it like a group hang in both you
happen to be there. It was a group hay got you?

Speaker 9 (59:28):
And then and then speaking speaking up, our friends were
supposed to go to oc and you know.

Speaker 6 (59:34):
I just don't know, I don't I don't know what
that's this weekend? Right, yas going to Ocean City allectedly
got you?

Speaker 8 (59:41):
Got you? Okay?

Speaker 6 (59:44):
So sure? And so being that you all met to
mutual friends, had your friends talked about her beforehand, like, oh,
like we had this friend Angie. We think you guys
have hit off? Or is it kind of like you
didn't know she existed until you guys saw each other
in person?

Speaker 9 (59:59):
No, well, I mean i'd be the it's always been
rumblings about like, hey, you know, maybe Dominic an Angie
get along really well?

Speaker 6 (01:00:06):
Yeah, so and I mean we did.

Speaker 9 (01:00:07):
We hit it off perfectly, So, I mean, I don't know, I.

Speaker 5 (01:00:10):
Asked next question. So instant click, instant chemistry.

Speaker 9 (01:00:14):
Instant okay, instant right off the bat.

Speaker 6 (01:00:17):
And when you say we've been seeing each other the
last month, does that mean like going on dates or
like we are in a committed relationship, like we're seeing
we're seeing each other?

Speaker 5 (01:00:28):
Well, I mean we been going out on dates.

Speaker 9 (01:00:31):
I don't know if I would say we're officially exclusive,
but I kind of feel like we're on that track.

Speaker 6 (01:00:35):
Yes, And so last Saturday, we have a date? What
do we do? Last Saturday?

Speaker 9 (01:00:42):
We just went out to dinner, went for a walk after,
had a great time, and then I dropped her off.
She gave me a kiss on the cheek and that
was it.

Speaker 6 (01:00:50):
Very nice. And so with the friend trip this weekend,
was it implied you to be staying with each other
like crashing? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, okay? And that was whose
idea was that? Okay? And she was down for it?
Oh yeah, gotcha?

Speaker 1 (01:01:08):
Okay, maybe she was just like we're Maybe she's like
worried about it. It's like it's only been a month.

Speaker 6 (01:01:13):
Yeah, I guess. But here we are now five some
days removed. Yeah, anybody in the frame group and like, hey,
she's acting weird or or nobody's race flags.

Speaker 9 (01:01:22):
Oh no, nothing. And that's the thing that it's just
so bizarre kind of it's just completely stopped, and I
have no idea what.

Speaker 6 (01:01:29):
Let's just let's call her. We'll call Angie. We'll get
around with us and trust see what her side is. Okay, cool?
Hold on one second? Hello, all right, calling for Angie. Please, Hey,

(01:01:51):
you're it's a intern, John. I got sauce here as well.
Can we talk to you on the air real quick
about something nothing bad. Just need like thirty seconds of
your time.

Speaker 10 (01:01:59):
Wait, interns onto the radio.

Speaker 6 (01:02:00):
Yes, ma'am, I see like like thirty seconds of your
time in fast goal. Okay, something bad? So here, what's
this about? We're doing a second date outdate. I got
some of the other line, Dominic, if you want to say.

Speaker 10 (01:02:12):
Hello, Hi Dominic.

Speaker 6 (01:02:16):
Yep, nailed that. Okay, So Angie Dominic kind of filled
this in. You guys met the mutual friends, been on
some dates the last couple of weeks, but that he
hasn't heard me really since his past Saturday. You guys
supposed to go to see this weekend where's trying to
see where your heads at and see what your vibe is.

Speaker 10 (01:02:35):
Okay, I mean, yeah, you've got all the information right.
He's not wrong.

Speaker 9 (01:02:38):
We met through some friends, and you know.

Speaker 10 (01:02:41):
We kind of like hit it off immediately. You know,
we've kind of been, you know, circling around each other
for a while, I guess you could say. And so,
you know, the establishment of us meeting each other just
sort of happened, and it was all good. But did
he tell you what he did?

Speaker 6 (01:02:58):
I don't know what that means.

Speaker 10 (01:03:01):
Made okay, Well, last weekend he went to a birthday
party of a woman, and you know, I was not invited.
I found out via the internet.

Speaker 5 (01:03:12):
I saw the pictures on Instagram, and.

Speaker 10 (01:03:17):
I'm just kind of not cool with that. I feel like,
if we are on the road to establishing, you know something,
I should at least be informed that he's going to
this woman's party and that I should be invited so
that I can sort of like be you know, in
the saw.

Speaker 5 (01:03:35):
Okay, And I'm seeing all these pictures.

Speaker 10 (01:03:38):
And I'm supposed to be close away with him for
the weekend, and I'm seeing him hanging out with like
a group of other women and I am just uninformed
and I'm kind of not cool for this was.

Speaker 6 (01:03:47):
So let's walk through this. You guys had dinner on Saturday.
What day was this party? Was it Friday or Sunday?

Speaker 3 (01:03:53):
Then it was on Sunday?

Speaker 6 (01:03:55):
Okay?

Speaker 10 (01:03:56):
And so is it because he had every opportunity to
tell me.

Speaker 6 (01:03:59):
Okay, So you're upset because he didn't bring it up
at all on Saturday.

Speaker 9 (01:04:03):
No, he didn't.

Speaker 6 (01:04:04):
I dominate your thoughts. I went to hang out with
her husband. Okay, you know what I mean.

Speaker 9 (01:04:13):
So, I mean, I didn't really think it was that
big of a deal, but I mean.

Speaker 6 (01:04:17):
Okay, it's a Angie. I mean, I think you guys
aren't officially in a relationship.

Speaker 10 (01:04:23):
Right, No, but we're we're on the way there, I think,
and you know, I think if we're going to establish
trust and open openness, it's at least something I should
be aware of.

Speaker 6 (01:04:35):
Okay, all right, that's fair. I'm gonna put you guys
in the whole. One second, the team Dominic our team
Angie eight seven, seven and nine four sixteen want to
call me? Nine ninety three three eight texts. Second date
update on intern Jian Morning Shot. I would expect this
to be a lot more. They're doing a lot of
studies recently on tipping because I do think like the

(01:04:55):
the Kiosk thing and the iPad thing have ruined tipping
culture in general. I try to think the last what
do you think is the craziest thing you'd ask tip
on saucem h.

Speaker 5 (01:05:05):
I was just thinking about this the other day.

Speaker 6 (01:05:07):
I'll give you mine as I a sports game a
few months back and it was like I got went
to the concession stand bottle of water and I was like, oh.

Speaker 5 (01:05:14):
That is true.

Speaker 1 (01:05:15):
I have been acid tip of concession stands where oh
my god. I was literally just thinking about this yesterday.
I can't say their frame was a bartender. I think
that's the Yeah, no bartender is yeah, I'm gonna tip
for a bar rosie went off.

Speaker 4 (01:05:25):
Top of the Yes, it was a self service cookie place, okay,
oh yeah, Like there were people in the back that
would put the cookies together, but like I did all
of the ordering and everything like on the pad myself,
and then they just put the cookies in the box
and handed it to me.

Speaker 5 (01:05:42):
And it's like would you like to tip it? I'm like,
for absolutely not, so why I'll take some money off.

Speaker 6 (01:05:47):
Why Yeah, so, new research claims the average person spends
four hundred and fifty four bucks a year tipping more
than they'd like to, probably just extra. Yeah, extra tipping
not normal, that's just on top of what you normally tip.

Speaker 5 (01:06:02):
Yeah that sounds about right.

Speaker 6 (01:06:03):
Yeah. Twenty six percent of people report they are always
often guilted and it tipping more than they want.

Speaker 5 (01:06:09):
Yeah that's fair too, especially like like I love my
hair girl.

Speaker 1 (01:06:13):
Well, I mean I loved my hair girl, my old one,
and I liked her like so much, and she would
give me a discount, but they had like the tipping
They had like a separate tipping system than where you
would pay. They had like this like whole like little
setup thingy, so like she could literally see how much
I would tip because she'd be next to me when
I did it, And I was like, oh my god,
like I feel so exposed right now.

Speaker 6 (01:06:34):
Yeah, well I felt. I went to like a massage
place like years ago, and they gave me a free massage,
which was very nice. So I tipped more the first time. Yeah,
because I was free, I might as well. Whatever. Then
the second time, I felt bad, like dropping the tip
down because I had to pay full price.

Speaker 5 (01:06:49):
Yeah, it's like a weird like, ah, I still have
to tip here?

Speaker 6 (01:06:52):
Yeah yeah, I mean it just like the service was
still it is so fantastic. I was like, yeah, but
now I gotta pay. Yeah, they're on top of it.

Speaker 8 (01:06:58):
Yeah yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:07:00):
They say fifteen to twenty percent tipping restaurants and for
specialized services. They say it's the recent optional tipping that
show up on credit card screens and digital payment apps. Yes,
that's cause anxiety. They say it breaks down to an
extra thirty seven eighty a month, or about one twenty
six a day.

Speaker 5 (01:07:16):
Yeah that's a lot.

Speaker 3 (01:07:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:07:18):
Yeah, I can't.

Speaker 1 (01:07:19):
I really can't think of what I was thinking of
usterday though, because I literally saw something.

Speaker 5 (01:07:23):
I was like, that's weird.

Speaker 1 (01:07:24):
Oh yeah store, No, but I was like thinking about
I just was like thinking about it because I saw, like,
you know, like the screen come up when I was
out last night, and literally it was like that's that
reminded me of something, But I can't think of where
it was. It was probably just like a normal store
that like it's probably just like a little like shop
and I was like checking myself out.

Speaker 5 (01:07:41):
I was like, that's weird. What am I tipping for?

Speaker 6 (01:07:43):
And I have friends that work in the service industry
and they said they hate just as much as the
customers too, because they feel awkward. It's like every interaction,
I'm like, I have to look the other way.

Speaker 5 (01:07:51):
Yeah, and it's learn how much are you gonna took me?

Speaker 3 (01:07:53):
Damn?

Speaker 6 (01:07:53):
What levery thoughts that were texts nine ninety three, three
eights intern Johnny Marty.

Speaker 7 (01:07:56):
Show, It's interns on your morning show with me, Eric,
And we've got Shelby Sauce.

Speaker 6 (01:08:00):
Right here with some entertainment news. Sauce, we got so.

Speaker 1 (01:08:04):
A sour stars saying that Jennifer Lopez wishes for a
fresh start in the new year, and Ben Affleck is
going to be in the rear view mirror. We talked
about this yesterday, that their divorce will be finalized a
week after Valentine's Day. But my source saint quote the
fairy tale she was promised turned out to be a nightmare.
She just wants to close the door on this crazy chapter.
So basically, with their divorce settlement, though she can keep

(01:08:27):
Ben's engagement ring, it's a pair of half moon acts
and diamonds bookend.

Speaker 5 (01:08:32):
I'd be honest, I don't know what.

Speaker 1 (01:08:33):
That means, uh, it's eight point five carrots and it's
a green diamond.

Speaker 5 (01:08:37):
I know that's a lot, but yeah, there's a platinum.
And then Ben had an.

Speaker 1 (01:08:42):
Engraved with not going anywhere. Estimating in value is five
million dollars.

Speaker 5 (01:08:48):
Dam I can't imagine. I just can't imagine. Also, that
engraving just age like milk for two years. I'm not
going anywhere, but I'm.

Speaker 2 (01:09:01):
So bad.

Speaker 1 (01:09:02):
Sorry, sorry, Jaylor, all right, sorry, So now her jewelry
box includes diamond rings from former husbands and fiances like
Mark Antony, Alexrodriguez, Chris Judd. There's two rings from Ben
of course, like the first one from two thousand and
two is a six carrot pink diamond ring, which okay,
then she could open a.

Speaker 5 (01:09:18):
Museum of all those rings. You're really girl like, you
could end world hunger who just like like sell them.

Speaker 1 (01:09:25):
I'm sorry, I'm sorry, all right, not wrong, Sorry, you
could do a lot with that anyway. Anyway, not my place,
you know it, not kidding, not my concert, not my
fans anyway.

Speaker 6 (01:09:38):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:09:38):
Chapel roone is set to perform at Ellen John's eight
Foundation Oscars watch party. So Jean Smart, Cheryl Lee Ralph Neil,
Patrick Harris, and David Burka will host the event alongside
John and David Furnish. So uh confirmed attendees will be
making the Stallion Hozier, Sharon Stone McJagger and Sean Penn
and a bunch of others. The event will raise funds

(01:09:59):
to end A as well as End the Stigma the
LGBTQ plus Meuty Faces and so Allen said quote, David
and I are thrilled to gather with friends and supporters
once again, and we're honored to welcome the bold and
authentic taple Rone as this year's performer, who's artistry embodies
the power of music to inspire change. And I thought
the announcement picture was so cute because it was like
them together. It was like, oh man, that's so jealo,

(01:10:21):
so jeal and this is actually really cool. So Cinemark
will be taking things too extreme, you know how, Like
popcorn buckets have gotten like really popular, different design. So Sunday,
January nineteenth is actually National Popcorn Day, and they're running
this promotion where you can bring your own popcorn bucket,
which we saw seven eleven do this and it got

(01:10:41):
them into like high trouble say stop doing that. But basically,
you can bring and container you want as long as
it's clean and sanitized and it can hold popcorns, so
they'll fill it for just five dollars and if they
decide it's not safe to use, they will deny you.
But basically, like before, we were like, oh my gosh,
that's crazy, but it can only be It can only
hold max.

Speaker 5 (01:11:01):
Three gallons, but that's still a lot. That's a lot
of corn. So yeah, there we go.

Speaker 1 (01:11:08):
If you're looking for something to watch to night, there's
not a ton on TV, but we got Abvid Elementary
on ABC. Shifting Gears is on ABC's news show Tim Allen.
His daughter in the show is Kat Dennings. He's a
widower and Kat and her family moves in with him,
so it looks really cute.

Speaker 5 (01:11:23):
That's also an ABC.

Speaker 1 (01:11:24):
And then Treni on Netflix Missing You is now number
one globally and Virgin River season six number two, and

those movies. Most famously, he's.

Speaker 5 (01:13:31):
Yes, Chris.

Speaker 6 (01:13:35):
Damn. Cabin the Woods is pretty good, isn't it. It's
really good if any new Halloween movie, that's what I wanted. Okay. Next,
she was in The Circle, not the Netflix one. That's
what I was thinking. She was in The Bling Ring.
The Bling Ring, that's about the robbers that rob like Hollywood.

Speaker 5 (01:13:54):
Right.

Speaker 6 (01:13:54):
Yeah, she's in the Perks of being a Wallflower. Oh yes,
how many times you think that that's been quoted on
the show how many times correctly.

He's like admitted, it's like the worst superhero.

Speaker 5 (01:14:38):
It was terrible, but that's where they saw that.

Speaker 5 (01:18:46):
All right, Rose, what you got? All right?

Speaker 4 (01:18:48):
So obviously snow is still top of mind. For pretty
much everybody for traveling today. The Metro is under a
moderate snow plant, so there are more bus routes running today,
just not the full amounts. Make sure you check that
if you were using that the metrorail is running normal service.

Speaker 5 (01:19:03):
If we need any.

Speaker 4 (01:19:04):
Information, we have the DMV Stormwatch Hot ninety nine to
five dot com slash no, n Z one to four
to three dot com slash no. So there is a
new bill that has been introduced or reintroduced into Congress,
and it is to make DC a state now. Maryland
Democratic Senator Chris van Holland will sponsor the bill in
the Senate. And they are saying that like every resident

(01:19:27):
of DC deserves the same rights as the citizens of
every other US state, including full representation in Congress and
an independent local government.

Speaker 5 (01:19:35):
And we have made a new list. It's a good list.

Speaker 4 (01:19:38):
So the best cities for jobs in twenty twenty five,
that list has come out.

Speaker 5 (01:19:44):
Okay, Columbia, Maryland came in at number three.

Speaker 1 (01:19:47):
Look at that Columbia back guy again. New Year's in Columbia, Llin.

Speaker 4 (01:19:51):
Seriously, they're on like every single list. Washington, DC is
also in the top ten. They made no right which
I was like, Hey, that's pretty cool. The number one
city for best jobs or four jobs is Scottsdale, Arizona.

Speaker 5 (01:20:05):
I'm Rose. Those are the three things you should know
for the day. Thank you, Rose.

Speaker 6 (01:20:08):
Oh sorry, Rose.

Speaker 7 (01:20:09):
And we gotta think our friends at Jersey Mikes. Yeah,
brought in some delicious subs. We got which is and
which can feed up to ten people. All those subs
plus the chips that everyone loves and hoodie which.

Speaker 6 (01:20:21):
Was your face special. I'm a club sub guy because
I love bacon and I think the bacon makes everything better.
Like they say at Jersey.

Speaker 7 (01:20:28):
Mike's get your Jersey Mics today, order on the mobile
app and they'll deliver to you at your nearest location.

Speaker 6 (01:20:33):
Jersey Mikes. Let's where you're gonna get your subs at right.

Speaker 5 (01:20:35):
Yep, it was cold day, exactly exactly right, help me down.

Speaker 6 (01:20:39):
It's entered John your Morning show. I thought this was
crazy on intern John in your Morning Show because we
think of things like in pop culture that are successful
and you just assume that they always had been and
they were received well in the beginning. These are the
pop culture landmarks that flopped at first. But now we're
like some of the Biggest Things franchise. Why Christmas Story,

(01:21:02):
Ralphie Now my Favorite took years to become a holiday classic. Really, so,
while the movie did somewhat okay in theaters, it completely
vanished from screens after a few weeks. Its popularity slowly
grew over the years on television, eventually becoming inescapable when
you try on your TV.

Speaker 5 (01:21:18):
So it's because like there was this everywhere. That's why
everybody liked it.

Speaker 1 (01:21:22):
I mean, I guess I could see, like maybe back
when it came out that it wouldn't be like that
popular because I feel like the movie has so much
going on it so long it is.

Speaker 5 (01:21:30):
Yes, yes, I do love the marathon the Beatles, Oh yeah,
I have heard that.

Speaker 6 (01:21:37):
So despite the popularity with the younger generation, early critics
hated the band. Some of the reviews from critics a
huge joke from the Chicago Tribute, Oh my God, near
disaster from Newsweek, Oh no, they are got awful from
the Boston Globe.

Speaker 5 (01:21:53):
You think they're like, can I like pretend I never
published that?

Speaker 6 (01:21:56):
Okay, they wait for this one from the La Times.
Not even their mothers would claim they sing, well, oh
my god, God say this though music critics tend to
be the worst people ever because they just hate on everything.
We did jingle Ball in Minneapolis where Lady Gaga was
the opener, and this was like just dance came out
and the review of the concert was bad. It was
like Gaga, but it was all the same year as

(01:22:17):
Chris Brown, it was Rihanna, it was Ti and wildlineup.
But this this idiot goes and Lady Gaga talentless, no name,
won't make anywhere.

Speaker 5 (01:22:26):
I want to send God.

Speaker 6 (01:22:27):
I want to send that guy because he's still rights.
I'm like, hey, do you want to say how wrong
you are? It is? You remember, Gosh, Breaking Bad became
big on Netflix, so for most of us run Breaking Bashed,
another AMC show got most of us fan babes from
the first four seasons released on Netflix. I'll say I
only watched it on Netflix.

Speaker 5 (01:22:45):
Yeah, I mean I only watched Netflix.

Speaker 6 (01:22:46):
So, yeah, The Wizard of Oz wasn't profitable for years.

Speaker 3 (01:22:50):
It's wild.

Speaker 6 (01:22:51):
So fantasy movies are a big drawt today, but back
in nineteen thirty nine, that's insane. That's when they came out.
Audiences weren't too keen on magical tornado rides to all universes.
It didn't help. The movie cost a ton of money
to make. MGM didn't turn a profit on it until
the nineteen forty nine re release. That's wild. Yeah, I
mean also like you know that ninth post suppression.

Speaker 1 (01:23:11):
Yeah, I was gonna say they were probably just like
I don't need fantasy. That was my first movie I ever.

Speaker 6 (01:23:15):
Had, really Yeah, Minnesota girl.

Speaker 5 (01:23:18):
My grandma's friend gifted to me when I turned three. Yeah,
classic film.

Speaker 6 (01:23:22):
The Sound of Music was released in nineteen sixty five,
and the critics tore it apart. Okay, so one of
the reviews said, we had been turned into emotional and
aesthetic imbeciles when we hear ourselves humming in the sickly
goody goodie songs.

Speaker 8 (01:23:37):
What right?

Speaker 6 (01:23:42):
How can you say that? Like sounding?

Speaker 4 (01:23:44):
Is?

Speaker 6 (01:23:44):
If y'all like it, it's still like a relatively liked
and yeah, absolutely, and.

Speaker 4 (01:23:49):
I'm pretty sure like the dol Rey Me Foss, a
lot of that is taught to every elementary.

Speaker 6 (01:23:56):
Yes, most reviewers shredded friends and it premiered.

Speaker 5 (01:24:00):
I think that's the Yeah, I can see that.

Speaker 6 (01:24:02):
I mean they can plain the characters just aimlessly drink
coffee and chatted and that the show used pop culture
references too much.

Speaker 1 (01:24:08):
I feel like the first season. He tried to rewatch
it recently. Not recently, it was actually years ago. But
still I couldn't get through the first season, and I
wondered how I did before.

Speaker 6 (01:24:19):
There are critics. I said this show wouldn't last a month,
and look at us, look at several several months sicks,
lots and lots of They were wrong. Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody?
Why so? I mean, obviously we all know it now,
but at the time a little bit different.

Speaker 8 (01:24:41):
Uh.

Speaker 6 (01:24:42):
Rolling Stone said it's a brazen hodgepodge. Time Magazine said,
I like it.

Speaker 4 (01:24:48):
It's like it's so many different styles of song into one.

Speaker 6 (01:24:52):
Absolutely. Time Magazine said Queen's lyrics not the stuff of sonnets. Okay, okay,
got me.

Speaker 5 (01:24:59):
I don't know about that. So you think you can
stop me and spit in my eye?

Speaker 6 (01:25:03):
Wow?

Speaker 5 (01:25:04):
Listen, do you think you can love me and leave
me to die?

Speaker 6 (01:25:13):
By the way, I was crazy. I'll do a couple
more of these. The Office is almost canceled. I knew this.

Speaker 5 (01:25:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:25:18):
The first season got really bad reviews. Second season was
greenlit for a couple of reasons. They believed in the show,
but also Steve Carell did forty old version and became big.
Oh yeah, yeah, I've read too. The biggest thing was
the Christmas episode. That's when iTunes first started selling episodes
of TV shows. You get you five episode and the
office like went all the way up in the charts

(01:25:39):
for that.

Speaker 5 (01:25:40):
That was a really good one.

Speaker 6 (01:25:41):
Yeah so okay. Some earlier views of HBO's Game of
Thrones called it kids fair with things grown ups put it.

Speaker 5 (01:25:49):
Definitely not kidding.

Speaker 6 (01:25:51):
It was quote boy fiction with a quote heart of
geek that never lets the rest of us in.

Speaker 8 (01:25:56):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (01:25:57):
I've never seen it, so I have no opinions.

Speaker 6 (01:26:00):
It's also full of quote favorites of the infantile, So
there we go. The last one probably the biggest one
on here. The Simpsons almost got canceled before it aired,
which is wild because it's the longest we ever. Yeah. So,
once the ef for you in the first pilot episode
one enchanted evening, both the writers and the network executives
were displeased. The writing wasn't great, the animation really turned

(01:26:21):
them off. Luckily, next episode, Bart the Genius was better
and saved the series from early death. How crazy is that.

Speaker 1 (01:26:27):
That's imagine if they had like there, I don't know,
not that we would know because it wouldn't be around.

Speaker 6 (01:26:32):
But yes, help those people that that stuff like they
take the l now like yeah, actually when I heard it,
I thought it was gonna be a Rando show, like
the im is busy, I believe the entire time. Yeah,
it's intern Johnny Martin Show.

Speaker 1 (01:26:42):
It's intern john Your Morning Show, and I've got the
entertainment before coming up.

Speaker 7 (01:26:45):
Next, it's inter john Your Morning Show with me Erica.
We got Shelby Sauce with the entertainment Sauce, which we
got so buake.

Speaker 1 (01:26:55):
Lively legal team issued a statement rejecting claims that her
legal moves against her direct of it ends with us
and also co star Justin Baldoni comes from creative differences.
They said, actually involves quote serious claims of sexual harassment
and retaliation unquote. So the statement alleges Justin and Wayfair
Studios engage in unlawful actions and retaliatory astroturfing against Lively

(01:27:17):
for quote, simply trying to protect yourself and others on
a film set unquote. So Justin's lawyer, Brian Friedman, has
previously denied the allegations, calling them false, and he said
that Justin does plan to sue Sue blake Lively herself
and promised to make evidence public. I saw this interview
that he did. He did a few interviews yesterday, but
I was watching them. He's like, no, We're just going

(01:27:38):
to keep suing till the truth comes out. So, I mean,
it's all so much has come out since like the
week the weekend before Christmas with this that we could
be here all day just going down the whole timeline.

Speaker 5 (01:27:48):
But this is the latest update.

Speaker 1 (01:27:50):
Also, his lawyer has gone to hues blake Lively of
orchestrating a bishous attack through the media, saying, quote, we
are releasing all of the evidence which will show a
pattern and bullying and threats to take over a movie.

Speaker 5 (01:28:01):
We have all the receipts and more. So that's just
the latest update.

Speaker 1 (01:28:04):
And kaya Gerber and Austin Butler have ended the relationship
after roughly three years together. And it looks like they
called it quit around the end of twenty twenty four,
which they did start dating at in December twenty twenty one,
so they're together for exactly three years. It looks like
and They made their red carpet debut back in May a,
twenty twenty two, after being spot together, you.

Speaker 5 (01:28:23):
Know by the paparazzi over and over again, over again.

Speaker 1 (01:28:26):
But prior to ding each other, Kaya had actually dated
Jacob Alordi, He's everywhere, everywhere, and then Austin Dad. I
always forget this, but Austin Dad Vanessa Hudgens for.

Speaker 5 (01:28:35):
Eight years, which were a really long time. Yeah, really
long time.

Speaker 1 (01:28:39):
I was surprised that they didn't end up getting married,
but I mean this is just eight years of the
long time. Yeah, but yeah, well that's very sad. They
were a really cute couple. And this is just so
interesting to me. So Vogue has concocted a new year
end list to playcate all the divas out there. They're
calling it the Most Dressed List, which was topped with

(01:28:59):
Charlie Xcia, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry. And I was
so confused, of like, this means they just wore a
lot of clothes, which like kind of that's what it
does mean. They said, quote, it's a list of people
who did the absolute well most. This is how they
were'd it well most with their fashion this year. They
wore a whole lot of clothing. Whole a lot of clothing.
It's really how they wrote out, be it in quality

(01:29:20):
or quantity unquote. But my thing is like, how did
we know about the quality if we were judging this
off of pictures?

Speaker 5 (01:29:26):
But that's just me.

Speaker 1 (01:29:28):
But both also hailed Charlie XCX for making her club
rat staples just from her Brat album just the whole
thing of twenty twenty four, which I don't disagree. And
then of course Taylor Swift got a whole nod because
you know, she uses her fashion as a form of communication,
which grows. I know, you know, all the Easter eggs
and everything. If you're looking for something to watch night,
there's not really a ton on TV right now. Abbott

(01:29:49):
Elementary's on ABC. Shifting Gears is on ABC. It's a
new show with Tim Allen and also it stars Kat
Dennings as his daughter. He's a widower, and then caps
in with like her kids to like be there for
a dad or something. And then Trenio on Netflix. Missing
You is now number one globally. I talked about this
on Monday because I'm trying to start watching it. Virgin
River is number two globally for season six, and then

(01:30:09):
Black Dove is number three.

Speaker 11 (01:30:11):
Yeah, hood and actually the tonight's ABVID elementary is the
always Sunny crossover.

Speaker 5 (01:30:15):
Oh nice, look at that? Oh wow, look at that? Well,
thank you, Sauce, You're welcome.

Speaker 6 (01:30:20):
And if you need to listen to a podcast, when
you check out the latest episode of Let's Get What
it is, good, it's good to be. It's out right
now in the free iHeart radio checking out. Attention John
in your morning show real quick too, Shelby sauced. Do
you consider yourself a procrastinator?

Speaker 5 (01:30:34):
Sometimes, not all the time? I rose, Yes, Yes I do.
Unfortunately I try not to be.

Speaker 6 (01:30:40):
I lead problems for future John to deal with, mainly
like laundry and that type of thing.

Speaker 5 (01:30:44):
But is that procrastinating?

Speaker 9 (01:30:45):
Wow?

Speaker 5 (01:30:46):
Yeah, I start putting it off for my future self,
you know. Okay.

Speaker 6 (01:30:50):
According to this a new saria finds only seventy one
percent of adults admit to being procrastinators.

Speaker 5 (01:30:56):
Okay, all right, I mean I feel like we all
procrastinate up.

Speaker 6 (01:31:01):
Yes, when avoiding tasks on the to do list, we
procrastinate by if you had to guess, Shelby Sauce. The
top procrastinating activity is scrolling. Okay, are you guilty of that?
I guess so, Rose.

Speaker 5 (01:31:15):
Yeah, I was gonna say social media.

Speaker 6 (01:31:17):
Yeah, for me, it's down the rabbit hole. Yeah, once
you get into suggested videos, it's it's game over because
if you turn.

Speaker 1 (01:31:21):
The TV on, that's just like even more worse, you know, everything.
So I'd rather just like scroll my phone.

Speaker 6 (01:31:29):
Movies, watching movies or shows number one in the list. Okay, okay, Uh,
scrolling through social media is two on the list.

Speaker 5 (01:31:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:31:35):
Eating number three on the list. Yeah, napping number four.

Speaker 5 (01:31:39):
I mean you're just overwhelmed. You're like, I'll just go
to sleep.

Speaker 6 (01:31:42):
Yeah, that's I mean, don't yeah, dude, because naps. It's
there's no better option than a nap.

Speaker 5 (01:31:47):
Yeah, it's like anything, really, I can just turn my
brain off for a little bit.

Speaker 6 (01:31:51):
Like what would you rather do? But nap? Eat? Like
that's really it.

Speaker 5 (01:31:54):
Yeah, I would probably like to eat more than nap.

Speaker 6 (01:31:58):
They put together to the things I'd rather do than
our to do list, So TV, movies, lay in bed,
eat something, do nothing.

Speaker 5 (01:32:05):
I like to just lay in bed. Personally.

Speaker 6 (01:32:07):
The best lay down I go for a walk, go shopping,
go for a drive. I only go for a drive
me because this area of traffic is not gonna make
you feel drive Yeah, make you feel angy and that
type of vibe. Workout or catch up on work. Nah no, yeah,
that's just more work. So that is my Goodness' intern

(01:32:30):
Johnny Morning Show.

Speaker 5 (01:32:31):
It's intern John your Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (01:32:32):
I'm Shelby Sauce. Thanks for hanging out with us all today. Yeah, John,
hopefully you back to coming back tomorrow.

Speaker 7 (01:32:39):
And it's me I every want to think. Also, Jersey Mikes, Yeah,
came in today us. They fed us this morning and
they brought us to catering boxes. One of those boxes
can feed up to ten hundred people. Also with Jersey Mikes,
if you don't like to eat bread like sauce you
didn't get are like the sub salads as well.

Speaker 5 (01:32:57):
It's like the sub without the bread exactly.

Speaker 6 (01:33:00):
You love that as well. And also if you're you
can get the grilled portobello and Swiss up today as well,
which more gets all the time.

Speaker 7 (01:33:07):
Wie Buddy's wife and I get the number eight with
the bacon because I just love bacon and all the meats.

Speaker 6 (01:33:12):
It's me yer can.

Speaker 5 (01:33:13):
Yeah, it makes sense, makes sense, sounds so good though.
I love that for you.

Speaker 3 (01:33:16):
