Speaker 3 (00:38):
With you, Well, I feel like this week is like
my first real week of this year, you know what
I mean. She's like last week was just kind of
all over the place with like the weather and everything.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
So I'm finally going back to Sagore, which is exciting.
I'm getting a facial today, very nice. I'ch like I
think will be good. And then I just really need
to like do adult stuff like I changed my I
put on my winter bedding, which sounds kind of stupid
because I don't know why I have that, But it's
just like a heavier comforter. Even though like I'm a
really hot sleeper. I liked my room in my apartment.

(01:09):
Now is just like cold, it's really cold. So I
feel like I can actually use my winter comforter here
because in my old apartment, even though I had a fan,
it just still was really hot. Sure kind of, I
don't know. I just feel like I got too hot.
So I'm going to change all that stuff. And then
I got a storage in it. So I'm gonna take
down my Christmas stuff finally because my tree bag came
in yesterday. Yeah, so I can finally. I think, isn't

(01:33):
tomorrow or no, it's for you. Oh yeah, today's the day. Today,
I would be so productive. It's gonna be so exciting.
Hopefully my voice will come back, so I am. I
am thrilled. I'm excited to get my life back on track.

Speaker 4 (01:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Is the is the comforter nice?

Speaker 5 (01:48):
Yeah? I mean it's not new.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
I bought it when I lived I think I bought
it when I lived in Atlanta. Yeah, but it's it's
a nice comforter. It's like really fluffy. I want like
the hotel vibe. You got like one of those that. Yeah,
Like I got like a feather top topper thing for
my mattress and I got like some fluffy Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
This may come as a surprise if I didn't know
until two minutes ago that winter betting was a thing.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
So yeah, you learn something that summer you want like
light or stuff.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
It makes sense I never do as a thing. Yeah,
yeah that we got. By the way, somebody taxed nine
nine three three eight midnight this morning high Sauce. Jessica
from South Dakota listening today's podcast, guess we do exist.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
I just love the conspiracy theory that it doesn't exist.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Well, Corey Jessica, there's fair though.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
Yeah, so Jessica prove it because there's like this like
whole like Facebook group that's like where's the welcome signs?
And like my cousin lives in South Dakota, so like
I know, I know it's there.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
It's also I mean not to get into Dakota's but
there's no water separating the states, so there's there's a
punch it. You need like a bazillion signs, So it's
not like four five where it's.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Like Virginia, I want I want to seeing one.

Speaker 5 (03:02):
Did you like record this?

Speaker 2 (03:04):
I'm sure that, I'm sure my mom's photos of us.

Speaker 5 (03:07):
You're walking into South Dakota.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Well Mount Rushmore.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
How do we know it is not AI?

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Do you think if my parents could work AI back
in ninety six that'd be something?

Speaker 6 (03:21):
You think?

Speaker 1 (03:22):
You mom couldn't prank you for your higher life?

Speaker 3 (03:25):
I feel like your mom could play like some weird
joke on you your whole life and it would be hilarious.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
That would be so funny.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
She once lied and told me she killed the last centipede,
and I kind of believed her up until like way
too late, has living on my own, and then they
hit me like, oh I think she lied. Yeah you
know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (03:41):
Did parents do that though, because they gotta be like hey,
like I know you're scared. Like my mom told me
I was allergic to sugar and I didn't find out
t was in sixth grade because my English teacher was like,
really mean, She's like, if you're allergic to sugar, we
would know.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
I would imagine that's something that you've never quite forgiven
your mom for.

Speaker 5 (03:58):
I mean, it was probably for the best.

Speaker 7 (04:01):
Well, yeah, look us parents, sometimes we have to fit.
We have to Oh sorry, baby, we can't have many
popsicles today because they're all gone.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
No they're not they're gone all today.

Speaker 7 (04:12):
Oh you want your lollipop from Halloween? Nope, there's no
more left.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
There can't have a light on the back of the car,
it's illegal.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
Oh yeah, parents still do that. Parents probably still do that,
I think. But now you have cell phones though, But
for us it's like for the game Boy.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
You can see the game Boy now it's like, well,
you don't even need that because you have a screen
that lights up.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
But also told me that that the dinosaurs would become
real when you went to the museum, so we go
like the Smithsonian.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
That's true, and they weren't. Well the life your father
has lived though, you know where he's been. Perhaps he's
seen real dinosaurs. Possibly, Yeah, he's the most interesting man
in the planet. Yeah, ran the Bunch of seven eleven's
ran a bank Claimachia Pichu. He just kind of there's
no story you can tell HI about your dad. That'd
be like, that's surprising. That's true in the most like

(05:00):
what a life away. So anyway to the last twenty
four hours.

Speaker 7 (05:04):
I feel like I've just been all over the place.
I was on the phone with insurance for way too
long yesterday because you know, New Year things changed, so
there's like a new dental insurance and uh so every
time I tried to call to make an appointment, I
was like, hey, here's my information, and they're like, we
don't take that every single dentist that I called, and

(05:25):
I'm like, but the website that says like find the provider, yeah,
it says it says.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
It says that you take our insurance.

Speaker 7 (05:33):
So I had to call insurance and they're like, oh, yeah,
so we have like a subcontractor, like so call them
back and say that they accept your insurance through this
and I'm like, this is way too complicated.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
There is yeah, I don't know. It's so annoying.

Speaker 7 (05:48):
So I had to call back the dentist because we're
switching dentists and I'm like, hey, this is how you
accept it, and.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
They're like, okay, well we have to call to like
make sure.

Speaker 7 (05:58):
So I still haven't set up a dentist appointment because
I need to call back or hopefully they'll call me
back either today or tomorrow let me know.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
If they actually do except mandarids. It's a whole thing.

Speaker 7 (06:08):
And then this morning both the girls needed me before
I left for work, so I was running just like
a smidge behind.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
I thought I was going to be late, and I
did not.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
I mean, I thinks my microspe easier to go dental
school and just kind of about yourself.

Speaker 7 (06:19):
I have always said if radio didn't work out for me,
I would become like a dental hygienis or something, because
I am the very rare person that actually enjoys going
to the dentist and having my teeth cleaned. I've always
loved it. I love the feeling afterwards. So maybe that's
just my path. Maybe I just do that as like
a side gig and clean my own.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
Teeth at this point. I mean I do clean my
own teeth obviously, but like you're not like a dental
eyed genis like clean clean, you know.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
Yeah, I mean it could be a fun, low weekend hobby. Yeah,
I know out there, I'd love to hear about your
Tuesday nine ninety three, three eighth a text Rose has
the three things need to comment What you got for us?

Speaker 7 (06:51):
We're going to talk about where alex Ovechkin stands with
closing in on some records.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
First from the city.

Speaker 1 (06:59):
That changes for the world. Here's Rose with three things
you need.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
To know for you Tuesday, Rosepras.

Speaker 7 (07:06):
So, the fires are continuing to burn in Los Angeles
and winds are expected to pick up again today. So
the National Weather Service has issued a particularly dangerous situation
and a red flag warning for today and tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
Not the latest information we have on the fire.

Speaker 7 (07:23):
The two big ones, the Palisades Fire and the Eaten Fire.
The Palisades Fire has covered over twenty three thousand acres
and with fourteen percent contained yesterday. The Eaten Fire has
burned over fourteen thousand acres and was thirty three percent
contained yesterday. The La County District Attorney announced that nine
people have been charged with looting in connection with the

(07:44):
Palisades and Eaten fire, and one man has been charged
with arson associated with a fire that happened in the
city of Azusa on Friday. Now, if you're looking for
a place to donate, I do have a list for
you ymsradio dot com. I know a lot more starting
to pop up as well. Montgomery and Prince George's Counties
are no longer under an essential use only water order,

(08:06):
so WSSC Water announced last night that customers have conserved
enough water to return line pressure and storage levels to normal.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Crews were working really hard.

Speaker 7 (08:17):
Yesterday to fix some broken and leaking water lines in
both counties. So far this year, this blew my mind.
Around two hundred breaks have been reporting. We're only two
weeks into the year. Two hundred breaks have been reported. Yeah,
a lot of those are reported since last Wednesday.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
And obviously the cold weather doesn't help with that.

Speaker 7 (08:36):
And Alex Ovechkin is closing in on the NHL career
goals record of eight hundred and ninety four, which is
currently held by Wayne Gretzky. Now Ovi has eight hundred
and seventy three goals. He needs twenty two to set
a new record. So he was on pace to get
the eight ninety five in February, but he unfortunately broke
his leg, so we missed out on sixteen games.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
But he's still closed. He's so close.

Speaker 7 (09:01):
He already owns the NHL records for power play goals
and shots on goals. He also has one hundred and
thirty three game winning goals. The record has won thirty
five Okay, real close there. He has scored on one
hundred and seventy eight different goaltenders and counting that record.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
He has tied, So that's he's going to get that
one soon, I'm sure.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (09:21):
And he has one hundred and seventy seven multi goal games,
second to Gretzky, which is one eighty nine.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
So he's like.

Speaker 7 (09:29):
About to have so many records. I'm the home Belt insane, insane.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
I'm Rose. Those are the three things you should know
for the day. Thank you, Rose, You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (09:37):
I think the second highest goal score among active players
is Cidney Crosby. He's like two hundred goals behind.

Speaker 5 (09:43):
Oh really, and they're like two.

Speaker 7 (09:45):
Hundred goals behind the players that are currently playing hot.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
Yeah, and they like they came in the league around
within the second teen year period. That's crazy wild. Thanks Rose,
You're welcome. I wanted this real quick too for your Tuesday.
They put out that thinks for the biggest wedding trends
of the year. I know it talks sassy like four
or five this year or something like that, right, Yeah, Rosie,
have none that you know? Yeah, so I guess according

(10:10):
to they talk to folks in the not. They're saying,
floral arrangements minus the flowers will be big this year.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
So greenery arrangements.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
Yeah, they're saying, because flowers have become so stupidly expensive
for weddings. I think like the wedding industry is going
through the Airbnb thing where it's like they, yeah, they
took advantage of we can charge for everything.

Speaker 7 (10:28):
Yeah, double and because if you have wedding attached to it,
immediately skyrocket surprise.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
They're saying, arrangements of florals mixed with fruits and vegetables.
We popular some couples skipping flowers all together using succulents.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
I got mine on Etsy. I'm not gonna lie, and
they were awesome. They looked very real.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
I think the biggest fraud in the wedding industry the
cake cutting. Yeah, they charge you for that.

Speaker 5 (10:54):
Don't want cake smash my face anyway, I don't like it.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
They say. The tradition of couples cutting their cake in
a ceremony include them feeding each other maybe a thing
in the past, instead of posing for the stage moment.
Suddenly we are cutting the cake in private without guts,
or just skipping it entirely.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
Yes, I feel like there's already so much going on
at weddings that's like we don't really need to watch
you just cut a cake like anymore.

Speaker 2 (11:15):
Yeah, that's fine, Okay.

Speaker 7 (11:16):
I feel like I haven't really seen like I know
people are doing it, but they're not making it a
big deal where it's.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
Like everybody, come a look at this.

Speaker 7 (11:22):
It's like they're still doing it, but it's more like
low key and if you want to watch, cool, but
it's not like a moment you know, damn, two more
real quick.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
They're saying black tie weddings at diebar.

Speaker 5 (11:34):
I love that.

Speaker 2 (11:35):
H cool, thank you, Damn I think I had. I
guess it was an ACTI party for our friend Sarah's
wedding last year. Was really cool. Yeah, they're seeing also,
grooms are doing outfit changes for the receptions.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
Can you see a lot?

Speaker 3 (11:46):
Yeah, because like I know that a lot of brides
you that, but I've been seeing guys do that a
lot too.

Speaker 5 (11:50):
I might as well be comfortable, a little more comfy.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
Yeah, you got the good photos. Who cares?

Speaker 8 (11:55):

Speaker 3 (13:04):
The weekend delayed by one week the album release of
Hurry Up Tomorrow, which will now arrive on January thirty first.
This is due to the Los Angeles area wildfires. His
concert to promote that album was supposed to be at
the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Maryland, passing in California, and
that has been canceled. Ticket Master is going to automatically
issue refunds if for some reason you're going, but Steve's

(13:25):
purchase from third parties will connect directly with that reseller,
so you have to go through that.

Speaker 5 (13:30):
Yesterday, the Weekend did post.

Speaker 3 (13:32):
On Instagram It's like quote, this city has always been
a profound source of inspiration for me. My thoughts are
with everyone impacted during this difficult time. My focus remains
on supporting the recovery of these communities and aiding its
incredible people as they rebuild. And so I'll keep you
updated on that in this album. And I saw everybody
sharing this yesterday and I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 5 (13:52):
I'm pretty excited.

Speaker 3 (13:53):
If it's true, Justin Bieber might be gearing up for
a major musical comeback this year. This is according to
Matthew Boloney's What I'm Hearing newsletter, which is just like
a gossip Colin, But basically, my sources are saying that
Beaver has new music, a new lawyer, and plans to
hit the stage and then Matthews said, quote, I'm told
that Justin needs the money and wants to work. This

(14:16):
comes despite Justin Bieber's report two hundred million dollars pay
day from selling his music catalog in twenty twenty three,
So I don't know if that's true, but the financial
rumors not verified. And even his producer confirmed in twenty
twenty four that new music will be coming from Justin
Bieber because it was in the works of that time.
Just a reminder, he did postpone his Justice tour before

(14:37):
just canceling it in general back in twenty twenty two
after he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, and then
twenty twenty four, he you know, welcomed his child, Jack Wooze,
so cute and I talked about this with you yesterday, John.
But usually when an album goes number one, it's costs
for celebration, but this is just kind of unusual.

Speaker 5 (14:55):
It's a little bit different.

Speaker 3 (14:56):
But Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt they lost everything in
the California while wildfires like there's this, you know, tiktoking
the TMZ shared that Spencer's been the same shirt for
three days because they literally just had this the clothing
on their back, which is so sad I can't even imagine.
But Spencer, you know, he's very open on social media,
and he posted that he's not looking for charity, but

(15:17):
he is looking for people to help with his wife,
Huddi Montag by purchasing her twenty ten album Superficial online.
So when it was released, the album, it didn't do
really well. Also back in twenty ten, everybody was not
Team Heidi in general for the most part. So it
is now number one on iTunes album charts and it
beat out Bad Bummy Bunny and The Wicked soundtrack as well.

(15:39):
So he's just asking people to download it, but also
he's asking people to text into radio stations so that
she can start, you know, trending on Billboard's top one hundreds.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
So can we order this song?

Speaker 9 (15:49):
Eric?

Speaker 2 (15:49):
Can you my mind?

Speaker 3 (15:50):
Just a well, there's like two top songs, are Superficial
and then the I'll what's it called that, I'll do
It one, I'll.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
Do it yeah yeah, and that one I've heard.

Speaker 3 (15:59):
All on TikTok yeah. So they're everywhere right now.

Speaker 7 (16:03):
I did not expect to be like rooting for them
in twenty card.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
So funny, I only really is, and then like you
go back and look at the old clubs, you're like, wait,
why was I tm Elsie, She's.

Speaker 5 (16:14):
Really mean, She's so mean her.

Speaker 1 (16:16):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (16:17):
If you're looking for something you watch tonight. There's Singles
Inferno season four on Netflix, and then Star Wars Felton
Crew It's the season finale on Disney Plus, and then
Missing You is number one globally on Netflix.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
Thanksh Austin.

Speaker 3 (16:28):
Welcome.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
If you need some to listen to Hoodies Got In
Your Crisis podcast out by predicting the biggest video games
of the year, you can check it ymsradio dot com
with Sabrian. Okay, there's no easy way to get into this,
but if you follow me on Instagram at internshot radio
of course. On New Year's Eve, teat us away and dude,

(17:01):
I'm shattered. He was fifteen, almost sixteen sixteen on Valentine's
Day and he uh, the last couple of weeks, he
got in pretty weak. I got back from vacation, I

(17:24):
picked him up from uh daycare on a Friday, and
he it. I could just tell he just wasn't him.
So then you know, we spent the weekend together and
then Monday before New Year's I may have that appointment
for that Friday because I was like, something's off h

(17:46):
New Year's Eve. I had a gig for UH for
New Year's so myself chewing skills, got a hotel and
I called it that again. I'm like, I don't think
he's gonna make it to Friday. So we had agreed
on on Thursday, and you know, he he was just
tired a lot, and so I had to leave at

(18:08):
six for my event, and I met him a little
bed in my suitcase because he would always get anxiety
when my suitcase was out.

Speaker 3 (18:25):
Yeah, that would leave him. He sent me a picture.
It was really adorable though. He looked so happy.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
Yeah, So I made him the bed in the suitcase
and I laid with him for a little bit.

Speaker 3 (18:42):
You had a nap, you had your last nap together.

Speaker 2 (18:44):
Yeah. But before I left, I lay with him on
the floor and I told him that if he had
to get was okay, then he didn't have to stay
for me. I got back around like one I think,

(19:06):
and walked in. He wasn't in the suitcase. Skittles was
acting weird and then that's when I found him. And
it's been it's been a nightmare. Yeah, I'm very lucky.
I've I had show basically his entire life. So my

(19:26):
college girlfriend, like a month before we started dating, her
family like that raised shuahas he was born, and I
was always like, small dogs are stupid, But with Chew,
he just kind of forced his way in. You know,

(19:47):
it's kind of like his way, and he became my
best friend right away. I mean, my ex girlfriend, her
sister at the time a state and a guy who
had a pit bull, not a well trained pit bull,
and the pit bull came at me Chew we got
in the way and he was like three months old,
and so the pit bulls looking like what is this

(20:10):
little dog doing? And then I went to from Minneapolis,
Des Moines for radio by myself. I'm very grateful that
my then girlfriend let me take Chewy with me and
it was me and him eating tuna packets for a year.
I used to bring him to work and my boss,
Greg Chance, who another person that owe a lot to

(20:33):
was like, you know, because in Des Moines we had
our own building, so it was a lot easier. He'd
just go wherever, and like Chewey had a mind of
his own where he would just walk around every guy attention,
and so Chance pulled me aside, like, hey, you can't
have your dog at work. But then the main secretary
lady made in my working badge. They said shoewy on it.

(20:54):
And then I was like, fella, I can't. What do
you want me to do? He's part of the team,
you know.

Speaker 3 (20:59):
And then I'm so big it looks like wearing it.

Speaker 4 (21:02):
No, I know.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
So I bring him to work every day. When I
was doing the night show, he would sleep in the
studio every day, and here's my sidekick.

Speaker 8 (21:15):
Man.

Speaker 2 (21:17):
We moved out here, we moved several times out here,
and uh, you know it's I look back now, I'm
like I was able to do so much stuff because
I had him. I could have the worst day at work,
the worst day with relationship, is hockey whatever, but I'd
walk home and he would shake that tail so quick
it's almost like he was gonna fly away. In the

(21:40):
last two weeks, it sucks, like I'm very blessed to
my friends and you guys reaching out, but it's like,
you know, fifteen years and this is the longest we've
been apart, and so I find myself like looking for
him in places he should be and he's just not there.
Like Sosa came over one of the first days and

(22:03):
we ord pizza and I got quick off the couch
and had him like, oh, I got so quick, He's
gonna for sure wake up and follow me. And I
was like, oh, I woke up that first Saturday and
called in the bed and he wasn't there. So that
it is. It's really hard. A lot of folks asking
him about how Skeets is handing a Skittles. He skittles is.

(22:27):
It's a very smart dog and he can tell something's up.

Speaker 4 (22:33):
You know.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
I've been watching love like videos of him and uh,
sure he would cry all the time. That's just what
he did for no reason than he wont attention and
I played it in Skittles started howling.

Speaker 3 (22:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:56):
And their relationship was funny. They've known each other basically,
skills and entire life chould. We kind of bullied Skills
around a little bit, I think, or at least just
like it wasn't different. I used to, you know, Chewy
with Chewy's food. The last two years. We went from
dog food to grilled chicken, to grilled beef to polled chicken. Everything,

(23:19):
but he'd still like he'd eat his and go, I'm
gonna go see what Skittles has, and Skittles that have
like this kibble stuff, and so you pour the metal balls.
Sometimes little pieces will fall off and che would just
go and eat it while Skials is eating. In like
the last two weeks, Skittles has left the food in
the floor.

Speaker 3 (23:40):
Yeah, it's.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
Yeah, it's a lot, and I owe you a lot, Shelby.
I was in shock, I think when I found him,
and uh, I don't remember. I know I talked to
you my parents on the phone and sorry that you
guys had to hear that. I can only imagine. But

(24:10):
you were his best friend. Yeah, I think you know.
You came here eight years ago. You started so Sauce
basically started watching Chewy for me when I go out
of town, and I'd always stick you with very into
the vet because I didn't want to be the bad guy.

Speaker 3 (24:25):
Taking his nails to get trim.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
Yeah. He spent countless holidays with your family and your
grandma and and I know your your brother took care
of him. I thank you for that. But you were
legitimately dude two and I.

Speaker 3 (24:40):
Had everything together when I moved to Atlanta. You let
me take him. Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (24:45):
He was just like just like his father. He was
a cool old man with a nod.

Speaker 3 (24:49):
Dude.

Speaker 2 (24:50):
Yeah. He he was very aware of how much people
loved him, you know, and you think, yeah, now he
uh man.

Speaker 3 (25:01):
He walked out on stage and get like very close
enough that you could like maybe pat him.

Speaker 2 (25:05):
He's like no, that's like yeah. So she would go
and then like yeah he would. He would cry for
attention then be just have arms reached. He couldn't get him.

Speaker 3 (25:14):
I made his voice off for him because he cried
so much and be like, oh, I'm chilly and I'm sad.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
Yeah, that was funny. The we did the comedy show
in Tampa and there was this like the last show
of the tour, and I'm like ten minutes and I
get standing ovation yea and people are going crazy and
I'm like, god, I'm really good at this. I looked
around she we had walked on stage.

Speaker 3 (25:38):
Eric, in my defense, was supposed to be watching.

Speaker 9 (25:40):
I know.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
It's I mean, you know I said this before, But
that little dude, he loved me.

Speaker 8 (25:51):
So much.

Speaker 3 (25:56):
He literally like tried to attack. He didn't try to
He'd never bit or taxic thing was like, but he
tried to like stand up for you when he saw
a horse, which is like.

Speaker 2 (26:05):
Yeah, yeah, I mean I always choked. The three ss
that Chewi were staring, crying and sleeping.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (26:11):
If I was on the couch, he would be sitting
on the stairs staring. If I laid down the couch,
he's like a sick nap time. Yeah, oh yeah. Yeah.
He loved to be invited. I posted some of my
favorite memories on Instagram and have been I knew people
liked him. I've been blown away with how much.

Speaker 3 (26:37):
Everybody love Chewy.

Speaker 6 (26:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (26:42):
I've gotten so many messages and it's funny. Everybody has
a Chewy story. Molly's parents used to watch him a
lot too. I remember one time her Dad's like, I
think Chewie has selective hearing, Like, what do you mean?
He's like he only really listens to things he wants
to listen to. I'm like, yeah, that that's my child,
that is that's that's him. Yeah, I'm I'm blessed that

(27:06):
he lived. I think, probably the best life of any
dog I know. He went to Salamander, he went to Tampa,
he went to Louisville, he went to Atlanta, he went
to Pennsylvania, Nashville, Des Moines. I mean he had merch,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (27:25):
He had such a great life. I took him everywhere,
like all the pictures of me and too, You're like,
I took him like all these like big landmarks in Atlanta.
And then he tried Zaxby's together, so he's Zaxby's. He
had to try to fever too.

Speaker 2 (27:38):
Well, that'd be the worst too. It's like he would
cry for food and I give him like my food
that I made, and he'd spit out like it wasn't
good enough for him.

Speaker 3 (27:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (27:46):
You know.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
What I will say is I'm very blessed that I
have no regrets. Yeah, the last two weeks have been
the worst. Yeah, I'm blessed. And I guess this is
maybe like a I know, a message to pet owners.
But you know, for me, being a single dude, I

(28:10):
have no family here. He was my world. Everything I
did involved him, and I'm like blessed that taking him
for car rides, taking him to work, taking him to
if we go to our friend Andrew Nemina's house, let
him walk around, or if it was to Molly's family's farm,

(28:32):
or like everywhere I go, I'm blessed that. It's like
I can't look back. I should have done more with him.
We did everything, took in.

Speaker 3 (28:39):
His Tampa like he got to Yeah, he got to
play in the.

Speaker 2 (28:42):
Pool, like he stopped in airplane on the runway. Ones
he did, he sure did. Yeah, I'm I'm very blessed
to his vet. John Weston's like the nicest guy.

Speaker 3 (28:56):
Amazing, Like when I took two to the vet and
he said that he just acted like that because he
knew that I would give him attention.

Speaker 2 (29:03):
Yeah, because he would stop eating if you wanted attention.

Speaker 3 (29:06):
I was like, he's not eating. John's been gone for
like a week and a half because it was during
the holidays. And he said, he's only acting like that
because you'll give him attention.

Speaker 5 (29:14):
I'm like, sir, this man has cut me up all night.

Speaker 9 (29:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (29:17):
But the one thing, I mean, the VET said, thinking,
I'm I guess take this as a lesson or what
is that? There's nothing more I could have done. Definitely
he had a heart. Remember he had had seizures and
the vets said that he probably only made it this
far becaus would.

Speaker 3 (29:36):
Be Definitely you did everything for him.

Speaker 2 (29:43):
Yeah, it's It's interesting people ask like how, what's how
you feel? And then my ghit like shattered and lived
a nightmare. Yeah, because he was just he My ads
have been like my leg you know, he's.

Speaker 3 (30:00):
Part of your soul, is how I explain it to people.
And I'm like, imagine just like missing a part of
like your life.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
So yeah, the one thing my mom said was at
least he went out on his own terms, yeah, which
is true. But I also believe that he knew how

(30:28):
much he meant to me, And I think he knew
that if I had to make that decision, it would
kill me. Yeah. And I know that if he was
here these last two weeks it would really stress.

Speaker 3 (30:43):
Him out, especially with the.

Speaker 2 (30:47):
Weather well that too, but just to see how how
much I miss him. Yeah, So I'm gonna be real
with everybody. Listen. I mean, I take this shob seriously.
I know our jobs to entertain and yet things wrong
your life to do. But I'm gonna need some patience

(31:09):
for a while, man, because I'm not I'm not doing well.
Every day there's something that pop up and like instantly
just come down in tears. Me is this week I
text you? I think last night saw. It sounds like
he's never coming home again, and that's.

Speaker 9 (31:32):
It sucks.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
But I was very lucky to have him.

Speaker 3 (31:37):
He was lucky to have you too, and.

Speaker 2 (31:47):
Everybody who you know reached out or came the show
is I just thank you for loving my best friend.
Anytime he was sick, like they my messages, I would
get like I it's it's been overwhelming to see just
how much he was loved by everyone. And yeah, I

(32:11):
miss him. So that's what's new with me. Yeah, dude,
I don't know. Again, I know this is not how
you want to start your Monday. I've been keeping this
bottles for as long as I could. I do like
I'm thinking of like ways keep his memory alive with
charity stuff. Been looking at different animal charities and so on.

(32:35):
But I guess if you have a pet, if you
could just give them a give them an extra scratch
for a for two weeks to night, I appreciate it.
So there's no easy way to transition. Not this, I
realized that. But yeah, thank you for loving my best

(32:58):
friend and dismiss him. I hope you having a great Tuesday,
seven thirty five. This Morning Intern Johnny Morning Shows A
million Dollar Winter Your Chance a million dollars cash thanks

(33:21):
to Azari Loth. That's seven thirty five. Rose has the
three things nieks now coming with Yeah.

Speaker 7 (33:26):
For us, They're rape hosting a pop up ice festival.

Speaker 1 (33:29):
I'm gonna tell you all about it.

Speaker 2 (33:30):
Then with asking for a friend? How soon is too
soon to start dating after a breakup? First Edison raised
action from the City that.

Speaker 1 (33:38):
Changes the world. Peers Rose with three things you need to.

Speaker 2 (33:43):
Know for you Tuesday, Rose, Yeah for us.

Speaker 7 (33:45):
So China says that the rumors that they're considering selling
TikTok operations.

Speaker 1 (33:50):
To Elon Musk are not true.

Speaker 7 (33:52):
So yesterday there were reports that the Chinese government is
considering selling TikTok operations to Elon Musk. To avoid that
that's coming down on Sunday. Yeah, that's that's not true
to a TikTok spokesperson says, we can't be expected to
comment on pure fiction, so okay, that really shout it down.
The Supreme Court is expected to rule on the ban

(34:13):
this week. Of course, we'll keep you update because there
know a lot of people are like, what's happening. So
Metro is gearing up for Inauguration Day and here's what
you need to know. There will be extended hours and
extra trains running. Metro is kicking off service bright and
early four am on the twentieth to accommodate the masses,
and trains will run until midnight. There's going to be

(34:33):
additional service between six am and eight pm. Now, if
you're holding an event ticket, your designated Metro station will
be listed on the back, so please stick to that.
And of course if you're not going, just in general,
you're going to expect major crowds, especially at Union Station,
Judiciary Square, Capital South and other nearby hubs. Now, if
you want to stress free ride, they're saying, make sure

(34:56):
you load funds on your mobile smart trip card before
you get to the station because cell service might be
overloaded with how many people are they're.

Speaker 1 (35:04):
Using and everything.

Speaker 7 (35:05):
And then after the events, some stations will be entrance
only or exit only to help manage crowds. Be aware
of that because it's gonna be it's gonna be able
to day or stay off.

Speaker 1 (35:16):
The Metro if you don't want to deal with the crowds.

Speaker 7 (35:19):
And the Ravens announce that they're gonna be holding a
pop up ice festival ahead of their divisional matchup against
the Buffalo Bills. All the events will be held at
gate a plaza at M and T bing Stadium. That
actually sounds really cool. So the festival is gonna run
on January sixteenth and January seventeenth, so Thursday and Friday.
There's gonna be car stenciling on those days. So if
you want to do the car sensling specifically, you have

(35:41):
to fill out a waiver. There's gonna be live ice carvings,
there's gonna be ice games, there's gonna be like interactive
ice stuff, snow like all kinds of really fun things.
And if you want to claim a ticket for that,
I'm gonna put the information up ymsradio dot com. I'm
rosos are the three things you you know for the day.

Speaker 1 (35:57):
Sorry, my brain is like.

Speaker 2 (36:00):
We got tickets to big shows coming up to seven
thirty five this morning. Got your Post Malone tickets. He's
gonna be here this summer eighth forty your Tate mcray tickets.
If you can't be here for either of those, you
down all the free iHeartRadio app. You search the radio
station you can listen live right there. Sometimes you're going
through something you can't ask for people in your immediate
circle for advice and maybe involves them. So I would

(36:21):
do asking for a friend because somebody listening has been
in your shoes. How soon is too soon to start
dating after a breakup? We'll talk to her after Sabrina.
It's intern Johnny Morning Show, and let's go to fake
name Brittany, Good morning.

Speaker 1 (36:36):
Good morning.

Speaker 2 (36:37):
All right, your question of asking for a friend involves
I guess that's really involved the X, but has to
do with them. What's going on?

Speaker 10 (36:45):
Yeah, well, okay, I just got out of a long
term relationship. I guess you would call it like a
year and a half, okay, and you know, let's just
talk about a week ago. So I'm just thinking, how
soon do you think it's too soon for me to
get back out there, get on the apps and okay,
back out in the dating pool?

Speaker 2 (37:05):
And so who if you want me asking, who's the
one that pulled the plug on the relationship?

Speaker 3 (37:10):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (37:10):
That was me? Okay? And so and if I was
a betting man, it wasn't just like you guys have
one bad day and you're like, I can't do this anymore.
It was probably building up over time.

Speaker 10 (37:20):
You are right, Yeah, it was probably I don't know,
month and a half something like that.

Speaker 1 (37:25):
That's okay, we had to you know, it was coming.

Speaker 9 (37:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (37:29):
So so if we broke up about a week ago,
about a month and a half ago, we kind of
thought so basically like in not technically but in your mind,
like you know, two months single almost? Is that kind
of fair, like at least emotionally you've been detached for
two months for sure?

Speaker 9 (37:47):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (37:48):
Okay, was the breakup a bad one? Or was it
just like they are a good person just not your person?

Speaker 1 (37:54):
You know?

Speaker 10 (37:55):
Is it wasn't really bad? You know, he was kind
of I think he's a say me as far as
like it was just coming. It was with dea fall, sure,
and we just weren't right for each other.

Speaker 2 (38:05):
Got you? And the final question, are you guys in
the same friend group or not cross pollinating that way?

Speaker 10 (38:12):
No, No, we're not in the same front group.

Speaker 2 (38:14):
Okay, all right, Cay, put you to hold us one second?

Speaker 1 (38:17):
Yes, So what would you do?

Speaker 2 (38:19):
Your fake name Brittany eight seven seven, nine nine five
four six st eight one to call nine nine three
three eight to text asking for a friend. I in turn,
John in your morning show asking for a friend on
intern John in your Morning show, Li has talked to
you fake name Brittany. She was with her ex boyfriend
about a year and a half, broke up by a

(38:39):
week ago. She is wondering how soon is too soon
to start getting on the apps. She also said they
weren't in the same friend group eight seven, seven, nine
ninety five for six st eight one to call, nine
nine three three eight to tank. So we get you
on hold Shelby sauce your thoughts.

Speaker 3 (38:56):
I mean, I think it sounds like they had a
really mature breakup. They both run same page that there's
no drama. So I just think that if there was
a lot of drama with the breakup, that you shouldn't
bring anybody else into you know, your life yet if
there was, but there isn't. So I I mean, I
think if she's ready to do it, because it's already
like mentally, she's been checked out this relationship for some time,

(39:18):
so just getting on the apps won't hurt. You're officially single.
You guys, don't you know have the same friend group.
I think it's okay.

Speaker 2 (39:25):
Do you think the week is enough time to but
like put your as.

Speaker 5 (39:29):
A woman, I know, like on my end.

Speaker 3 (39:31):
Whenever I've broken up with someone, it's been such a
long time coming, and I have been through so much
to that point that I'm just so done at that
point that I've already moorned the relationship almost.

Speaker 2 (39:41):
I guess like the lease is coming in end anyway place.

Speaker 5 (39:44):
Yeah, so if you're of course you're gonna be upsex.

Speaker 3 (39:47):
It's weird going through a long term breakup in general,
except person that you're so used to as a part
of your life. So once you feel like in your
gut you're ready, I would say, download it. I think
that there's really just no timeline for like a very
mature breakup.

Speaker 2 (40:00):
I suppose, like you kind of say, like it shouldn't
matter what people think. Yeah, if you think you're ready.

Speaker 3 (40:04):
To go, yeah, it's your life, do whatever you want.
Just but there it was drama. If they did have
like some like tumultuous breakup and he was still like
hanging around being that that excer like she was still
doing that.

Speaker 5 (40:15):
Don't bring somebody into that.

Speaker 2 (40:16):
Yeah, that's fair.

Speaker 3 (40:17):
That's why, like when my ex and I dated, we
had to go to court because of him stealing my car.
I didn't date anybody for a long time because I
didn't want to add to that.

Speaker 2 (40:24):
That's a whole thing too. Yeah, that's a whole old novel.
Rose your thoughts.

Speaker 1 (40:28):
I agree.

Speaker 7 (40:29):
I feel like it sounded to me like she said
that he also saw it coming, like they both probably
were prepared for the relationship to end. I feel like,
if you're mentally ready to get back out there, go
for it. If you're not, that's when I would say
maybe don't.

Speaker 3 (40:45):
Yeah, do it. Listen to how you feel, Listen to
your body.

Speaker 7 (40:49):
There's no timeline for when you're gonna be ready to
get back out there, exactly.

Speaker 2 (40:53):
I would also just add that I think that one
thing you realized, if you're putting yourself back out there
and you're not ready, you're messing with somebody else's life exactly.
If you're like on the apps, which I think the
app is a good way to kind of see what's
out there and for sure a confidence booster, but that's
a real person on the other end of that exactly.
So if you don't tell them, if you're just looking
just to have fun, yeah, no, shame of the game.

Speaker 3 (41:12):
If you're just window shopping, just be upfront to your
window shopping, like I'm not ready for anything serious. Like
you just need to also, especially like the last few
years of dating. You need to be honest at this point,
we don't need to play games.

Speaker 2 (41:23):
It is the worst.

Speaker 5 (41:24):
It's actually the worst.

Speaker 2 (41:25):
The apps, I think of the worst now than they've
ever been.

Speaker 3 (41:28):
I was talking to my best friend yesterday and I
was like, I just feel like at this point, if
you were to like give me relation, Like if like
any of our friends who we were talking about, like
our friends who are in like serious relationships and they
have been for a long time, we were like any
of our friends that have been relationships since twenty twenty
or like they're married, just they can't have an opinion
anymore because it's just so different. It's just like it's
just night and day from dating and twenty nineteen to

(41:48):
dating in twenty twenty five. It's just completely different. It's funny,
Rose send me last night. There's this woman who took
over her guy friend's dating profile for like, yeah, you
see how bad just to be guy?

Speaker 2 (41:58):
And she was flow because.

Speaker 5 (42:00):
It's just like, hey lord, she was like she.

Speaker 1 (42:04):
Was getting nothing.

Speaker 2 (42:05):
Yeah. And then it didn't help because some of the
comments were girls because they have too many matches, Like, well,
that's that's the problem.

Speaker 3 (42:12):
It's a real thing. But then like limit it. Yeah,
limit like especially if you have actually matched and you're
not responding to them all that's why what is it hinge?

Speaker 5 (42:21):
They make you respond now?

Speaker 2 (42:22):
Yeah, like you know, nine matches, I think something like that.
Let me go in Frederick Brittany on the phone, good morning.

Speaker 8 (42:29):
Good morning.

Speaker 3 (42:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (42:30):
I mean I just think, yeah, what for you, Well,
I was in a relationship for two years, we broke up,
and then I met my fiance two weeks later.

Speaker 1 (42:45):
Yeah, so you just never know.

Speaker 3 (42:47):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (42:48):
I think it's just always good to keep your eyes open.

Speaker 2 (42:51):
And so Brittany meeting your fiance a couple of weeks later,
did you guys like start dating right away or just
like you saw put them in the back of your
mind and then one a it happened.

Speaker 8 (43:01):
No, he asked me out, and I was just like it,
you know, I did it?

Speaker 2 (43:08):
Yeah? And then were you afraid to tell like friends
and family that you were dating something right away or
was it kind of like now I'm doing it my
life whatever.

Speaker 1 (43:16):
I think I.

Speaker 8 (43:16):
Waited like two weeks and then that was it.

Speaker 7 (43:19):
I didn't really you know, I didn't like, like call
everyone I know, be.

Speaker 3 (43:22):
Like, I'm not this guy, but I just kind of
wasn't it was pretty soon. It's pretty soon?

Speaker 2 (43:27):
Yea, Yeah, shame the game. Okay, Brittany, you well one
second if you wanted to do you an asking for
a friend. D m's are open at WYMUS Radio can
also a text to nine to nine three three eight
real quick. I thought this was funny out of India. So,
I guess the farmers have had problems with monkeys taking
over their crops. Okay, things we have to deal about, yeah, v.

(43:51):
So to protect their crops, they began dressing up in
bear costumes to scare off the monkeys. So this is
a photo a bear. They'll play on our socials. Yeah,
but de one of the farmers dressed the bear costume.
I'm gonna be honest, it looks like somebody punched them
in the nose like a bear. Yeah, so they say.

(44:12):
Despite logic complaints, neither the village head officers or forest
officials taken action to address the problem. As a result,
they took matters in their own hands by using the
bear caution to protect the crops day and nights. But
they say so far. Yeah. I mean it's also like
there's the zoos in China will practice animal escapes and
they'll have like the intern dress of the tiger and

(44:34):
then in costume escape from the zoo.

Speaker 3 (44:36):
But they don't Also they don't tell the visitors when
they do it, which is terrifying.

Speaker 2 (44:40):
Yes, that is, but that's just like my friend. I
can't say too much about this, but I had a
friend who got married and the resort they were at
staged a cartel takeover.

Speaker 1 (44:52):
Is terrible.

Speaker 3 (44:53):
I'm glad I forgot about that when I went to Mexico.
That would have been not even like a notice, like hey,
just say, you know, there can be I feel so bad.
Oh yeah, almost said their name.

Speaker 2 (45:03):
Yes, no, that was. That's awful time to remember for
sure everything Celebrity Shelby Sauce has for Entertainment of Part
coming next. What you got for us?

Speaker 3 (45:11):
SNL has this really cool experience it's about to start.
I'm gonna tell you where it is.

Speaker 2 (45:15):

(45:40):

who's listening this morning. Appreciate you, buddy. Let's get you

Speaker 7 (45:50):

the backlot of this show, which actually returned to the
airwaves last night.

Speaker 5 (47:00):
I remember the rapp for the game.

Speaker 3 (47:01):
He's helping reunite survivors with their lost pets, which I
think is so sweet. Dojikat designed the new march for
the Red Cross to raise money, And there's just so
much like David Spade offering five grand to catch anyone
who is lighting fires, which I just think is so insane.
What is wrong with people? And the Grammys? I said

They have three kids together.

Speaker 3 (48:13):
But last night Cheerlea's the Saintman saying, quote, Eric and
I have been living separately, navigating the painful situation in
our marriage. Our children come first. We are focusing on
what's best for them. We appreciate privacy right now as
we work through this as a family. And last year
at Eric spot without his ring as well as Jessica

(51:32):
So you couldn't run for public office? Why?

Speaker 8 (51:37):
Oh no, well okay, so I went ted six in
my boss's office.

Speaker 2 (51:42):
Oh yeah, I feel like you know, they would dig in.

Speaker 3 (51:47):
They would find that out.

Speaker 2 (51:48):
Sure was it with your boss or with another coworker.

Speaker 1 (51:51):
Or no, no, no it was in their office. It
wasn't with them, gotcha?

Speaker 2 (51:57):
So it was it was an intentional move, like we
don't like our boss, this is how we get revenge,
or just happened to be that was the most convenient
spot to go to.

Speaker 1 (52:06):
A little column, a a little column beach.

Speaker 2 (52:09):

Speaker 3 (52:55):
Okay, No, I don't, no, I don't. I think it
was just kind of I don't know. For like a
long time, if you googled me, it would be like
the Red Eyes dock Bar bikini contest picture would come
up for quite some time, so which probably not the
best for public office.

Speaker 2 (53:09):
But did you win?

Speaker 5 (53:10):
No, I was like runner up. I think it's exciting.
I won money.

Speaker 3 (53:13):
Thought, yeah, I think one hundred and fifty bucks that's exciting.

Speaker 2 (53:16):
Yeah. I have a perfectly clean past year. So yeah,
it's really nothing that people.

Speaker 3 (53:21):
Like, oh, that's make sure from your dorm room that
went missing or something that was.

Speaker 2 (53:25):
Like no, no, so my dorm room, my college dorm,
freshman dorm. It was each floor was you know, it
was guy girl floors, right, So they were fixing the elevator,
so they moved like the guys to the ninth floor
instead of the girls because that's what they stored the
elevator equipment. So long story short, the common area there
was like a block off where they had like the

(53:46):
elevator equipment. They finally opened it when like they're done
fixing things now. You would think they fixed the elevator
before school started. Not not at all. And there's a
giant portrait of a ballerina hidden and somebody to this
day not too sure who drew a giant weening on it. Yeah,
and they had the audacity to accuse me.

Speaker 3 (54:06):
It's wild, and so much stuff happened on that floor,
like there was like the like bounty balls or something.

Speaker 2 (54:12):
Oh yeah, something you're shooting with the hockey six shooting
gunballs in the hallway. Gone, and all these things brought
to again, try to pin on me. I would always
say to them, I would say, with all due respect, yeah,
my parents have worked here my entire life.

Speaker 3 (54:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (54:26):
Do you think I'd be stupid enough to pull insert
whatever it was here at this college? Absolutely not, and
then would leave it to them. So that was like
me in college.

Speaker 3 (54:35):
I kept I got in trouble for always like throwing
my dorm keys out people so they can come in nice.

Speaker 2 (54:41):
Yeah, flex, let me go in Middle River, Alessa, good morning,
Good morning, my girl. So you couldn't run for public office? Why?

Speaker 3 (54:50):
Okay, this sounds really bad, but it would come out
that in my past, I went.

Speaker 1 (54:56):
To a party and I stole the mudy's cat.

Speaker 2 (54:59):
Okay, okay, poor k Why.

Speaker 3 (55:02):
It was good.

Speaker 1 (55:03):
It was for a good cause.

Speaker 3 (55:04):
The cat needed to go to the vet.

Speaker 1 (55:06):
Clearly had a.

Speaker 9 (55:07):
Ton of pleas and stores and everything.

Speaker 2 (55:09):
So I kind of just ran down the street to.

Speaker 10 (55:12):
My house, got a cat carrier, came back and snuck
the cat out.

Speaker 2 (55:15):
But I did.

Speaker 3 (55:17):
That's good. Good for you. Yeah, I like.

Speaker 2 (55:18):
That it gets you elected.

Speaker 5 (55:20):
I'd bele like that's a hero.

Speaker 2 (55:21):
Yeah, absolutely, Okay, yeah, well on one second, let's that
you were in the running. Good for you, It's amazing.

Speaker 3 (55:26):
I was sealing pictures of my friend's dads, not cats,
so huh. We stole pictures of my friends dads and
you take them out with us and like set them
up like the picture frames, like when we were in
high school parties.

Speaker 2 (55:35):
So people think they were dead. No, oh, just the
high school parties.

Speaker 3 (55:40):
We were just hanging out with people's dad. It was
like we had like a chaperone that we take. It
was kind of like the flat Stanley dolls that you
like take with you everywhere.

Speaker 2 (55:47):
Would you take it to restaurants?

Speaker 5 (55:48):
Do?

Speaker 3 (55:49):
We took this one guy, Steve's dad Greg. We took
him everywhere.

Speaker 2 (55:52):
People for sure thought he was dead. No, if you're
at a restaurant with a picture frame of a random dude,
therefore sure thinking he's longer.

Speaker 3 (55:59):
Way. I just remember, like my parents were out of
town so that I had a party and I had
to hide all the pictures of my friend's dad's like
in my parents' bedroom because I didn't want them taking
their dad's back.

Speaker 2 (56:08):
So anyway, Now, I always bring up that you'll say
things from your childhood you think are normal.

Speaker 5 (56:14):
That is normal.

Speaker 3 (56:15):
It's like a flat stanley of someone's dad that I respected.

Speaker 2 (56:19):
There is Why have you taken any photos of my dad?
That's messed up? You don't respect him.

Speaker 5 (56:22):
You don't have a picture of your actual dad?

Speaker 2 (56:25):
Do I have pictures of my fake dads?

Speaker 5 (56:26):
No, you don't want a picture of just your dad?

Speaker 2 (56:29):
Yeah, tons of me with him?

Speaker 3 (56:31):
Okay, okay, well yeah, my actual dad stolen thing off
your wall anyway, and my.

Speaker 2 (56:36):
TV dad and I have my radio dads and have
my daddy's Let me go fake name, Amanda, good morning,
night girl. So you couldn't run for public office?

Speaker 8 (56:46):
Why because I'm a swinger?

Speaker 2 (56:50):
Well, that's right, and so how long we've been going
branch to branch for.

Speaker 1 (56:55):
A couple of years now?

Speaker 2 (56:57):
Okay, and let me ask you it's fake Amanda. What's
the biggest misconception about swinging?

Speaker 8 (57:04):
That you don't have boundaries or got you?

Speaker 2 (57:08):
Okay, got you is the pineapple thing real?

Speaker 10 (57:13):
I think so most most of the time.

Speaker 1 (57:15):
Okay, And can you like some people just like pineapple.

Speaker 2 (57:20):
That's fair. And so can you get a vibe off
a couple when you meet him for the first time, Like, oh,
they probably also do.

Speaker 1 (57:25):
This, not in a vanilla environment.

Speaker 2 (57:31):
Sure, that makes sense. Okay, faked Amanda. One second you
were in the running. Let me go, fake name Abby,
Good morning, hi girl. You can run for public office.

Speaker 9 (57:42):
Why I can't run for public office because I am
and I have had public in the numerous over the country.

Speaker 2 (57:52):
Okay, so I'm gonna I'm gonna translate that. Fake You've
you've had the relations in relations clubs all across the country.
Oh yeah, fine, okay, Well, and how many clubs will
we check off the list?

Speaker 9 (58:07):
Probably?

Speaker 2 (58:07):
Like up? Okay, fime do we leave a Yelp reviews afterwards?

Speaker 5 (58:13):
Shut up?

Speaker 9 (58:16):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (58:17):
I think that would get you in office for doing
it in a consensual way. Yeah, that's public and you're
like owning also private.

Speaker 2 (58:25):
The same time public go to. Yeah, what what city's
got the best club for that? Fake Nae Abby?

Speaker 7 (58:32):
I like New York?

Speaker 2 (58:34):
Yeah that makes sense makes sense. Yeah, fake Nae Mabby.
One second you were in the running. You can vote
for your favorite overtax nine nine to three three eight
real quickly to Lake Superior State. They put out their
annual banished Words list for twenty twenty five.

Speaker 5 (58:47):
Is that a college or it's just a state.

Speaker 3 (58:49):
It's I don't know. This doesn't make sense, Lake Superior State.
So I've never heard of it. So I was like,
Lake Superior State, duh college cool? Is it near Lake Superior?
Like Superior.

Speaker 2 (59:01):
You went to an honor school, right, I just.

Speaker 3 (59:04):
Don't know where this college would be like you said.
You said it as if you said, like the University
of Maryland, like Lake Superior State.

Speaker 2 (59:10):
It's Lake Superior, bro.

Speaker 3 (59:12):
Yeah, totally okay, Okay, sorry for asking what it was
because I just didn't know anyway.

Speaker 2 (59:19):
So the part of the words were I'm supposed to
use this year, including cringe.

Speaker 5 (59:22):
We can't say cringe anymore.

Speaker 2 (59:24):
They're saying it's overused.

Speaker 3 (59:25):
I don't cringe like anyone says cringe. Nobody's like, ooh,
that's cringe anymore.

Speaker 2 (59:29):
Yeah, I think so. Yeah, game changer.

Speaker 3 (59:31):
Okay, so we're not eighty years old, Like I'm sorry, sorry,
Like I can picture like a dad in like some
new Balances with like two short shorts saying like this
is going.

Speaker 2 (59:39):
To be a game changer laces, it's a game changer.

Speaker 3 (59:41):
I don't have any friends being like this is going
to be a game changer era.

Speaker 5 (59:46):
Yeah, I would not mind.

Speaker 2 (59:47):
Actually, I guess people like I'm in my foody era.

Speaker 5 (59:51):
I guess like, yeah I did. I don't think it
gets overused.

Speaker 2 (59:54):
But whatever do you saying you dropped something like your

Speaker 3 (01:00:02):

Speaker 2 (01:00:08):
The U I y K y K if you know.

Speaker 5 (01:00:12):
Now yep, I don't say that.

Speaker 3 (01:00:15):
Maybe I do I say that. No, I don't think
I do.

Speaker 2 (01:00:18):
Sorry not sorry made the list.

Speaker 5 (01:00:20):
Okay, that's been out since twenty ten.

Speaker 2 (01:00:23):
Yeah, Demie Levado, I think which put the song out.
That's kind of like the end of it.

Speaker 3 (01:00:26):
Yeah. No, nobody's been saying that since like the early
twenty tens period.

Speaker 5 (01:00:31):
I own mind period saying it's the best period.

Speaker 3 (01:00:34):
Yeah, it's like period like I could be like, oh
my gosh, I feel so hot today and my friends
will be like period.

Speaker 2 (01:00:38):
I don't mind. That'd be confusing and I feel like
I got you. Wait, your friends say period back to.

Speaker 4 (01:00:44):
You like like obviously like oh got you. Oh, it's
like a stamp of approval. Yes, gotcha.

Speaker 5 (01:00:49):
I don't mind. And it's it's a short word.

Speaker 2 (01:00:52):
It is true. My last one is one hundred percent.
So if I if you, it's kind of like if
you say something like, oh, one hundred percent, which I
say all time.

Speaker 3 (01:01:02):
I don't.

Speaker 5 (01:01:03):
I feel like you do that much.

Speaker 3 (01:01:04):
Aim.

Speaker 5 (01:01:04):
I feel like nobody really says that anymore.

Speaker 2 (01:01:05):
I fel like I do it in text when I
don't know what to say to keep the conversation going.

Speaker 3 (01:01:08):
But also people don't say the percent thing. They're always like, oh,
one hundred yeah, I guess you keep it one hundred yeah. Yeah,
No one says that anymore.

Speaker 4 (01:01:15):
Ye.

Speaker 2 (01:01:16):
Why of these actually.

Speaker 4 (01:01:16):
Stays like Superior State, Yeah, which is located near Lake Superior,
Sure is absolutely love it home of the fighting.

Speaker 5 (01:01:24):
Probably Ducks.

Speaker 2 (01:01:25):
I was gonna say lakers, but Ducks works to expose.

Speaker 3 (01:01:29):
What is a laker anyway? Like somebody on a boat.

Speaker 2 (01:01:31):
Wait, hey, I'll play the plan backer hole. Guys, what
are we doing? Okay, hold on, we'll get the winner
in a second. Let me do you spring it first?

Speaker 1 (01:01:39):
From the city that changes the world. Peers Rose with
three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
For you Tuesday, Rose Press.

Speaker 7 (01:01:47):
So, the Los Angeles fires are continuing to burn and
winds are expected to pick up again today. So the
National Weather Service has issued a partially dangerous situation and
a red flag warning for today and tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (01:01:59):
The latest information we have the Palisades.

Speaker 7 (01:02:01):
Fire is covering or has covered over twenty three thousand
acres and was fourteen percent contained yesterday. The Eaten Fire
has burned over fourteen thousand acres and was thirty three
percent contained yesterday.

Speaker 1 (01:02:15):
Those are the two biggest fires right now.

Speaker 7 (01:02:17):
So Los Angeles County District Attorney announced that nine people
have been charged with looting in connection with both of
those fires, and one man has been charged with arson
associated with a fire that happened on Friday.

Speaker 1 (01:02:30):
Absolutely wild.

Speaker 7 (01:02:31):
So if you're still looking for a place to donate,
I have a list up forrewymssradio dot com.

Speaker 1 (01:02:35):
You can check that out. I know a lot more
like popping up, so if you want to do some
good there.

Speaker 7 (01:02:40):
So, Montgomery and Prince George's Counties are no longer under
an essential use only water order. It was announced last
night that customers have conserved enough water to return line
pressure and storage levels to normal. And I know Cruz
were working really hard yesterday to fix broken and leaking.

Speaker 1 (01:02:56):
Water lines in both those counties.

Speaker 7 (01:02:58):
Since the start of the year, we're only like two
weeks in, around two hundred breaks have been reported, which that's.

Speaker 1 (01:03:06):
A high number.

Speaker 7 (01:03:07):
Most of those reported since last Wednesday. And alex Obechkin
is closing in on the NHL career goals record of
eight hundred and ninety four, which is held by Wayne Gretzky.
He actually has like a bunch of records that he's
holding right now or very very close to. So he
needs eight hundred or sorry, he has eight hundred and
seventy three goals.

Speaker 1 (01:03:26):
He needs twenty two to set a new record, so
not far off.

Speaker 7 (01:03:31):
Yeah, he was on pace to get to eight ninety
five in February, but he did break his legs, so
he missed out on a bunch of games.

Speaker 1 (01:03:37):
But he's so close.

Speaker 7 (01:03:38):
He already owns the NHL record for power play goals
and shots on goals, but he has This is how
close he is.

Speaker 1 (01:03:45):
To other records.

Speaker 7 (01:03:46):
He has one hundred and thirty three game winning goals,
the record is won thirty five, so he's going to
surpass that one soon. Ovechkin has scored on one hundred
and seventy eight different goaltenders.

Speaker 1 (01:03:56):
He's tied on that record, and.

Speaker 7 (01:03:58):
Ovechkin also has one hundred and seventy seven multi goal games,
second to Gretzky, so awesome.

Speaker 1 (01:04:05):
He's just gonna like take over, to be honest, absolutely
love to see it. I'm Rose. Those are the three
things you to know for the day.

Speaker 2 (01:04:10):
Thank you, Rose, You're welcome. Got your Tate McGrain thicket's
coming up for this morning. It's intern Johnny Mary Show. Okay,
there's no easy way to get into this, but if
you follow me on Instagram at intern job Radio of course.
On New Year's Eve, cheat us away and Tom d

(01:04:39):
I'm shattered. He was fifteen.

Speaker 3 (01:04:47):
Oh sixteen sixteen.

Speaker 2 (01:04:48):
On Valentine's Day and he uh, the last couple of weeks,
he got in pretty weak. I got back from vacation,
I picked him up from daycare on a Friday, and
he it. I could just tell he just wasn't him.

(01:05:12):
So then you know, we spent the weekend together and
then Monday before New Year's I may have that appointment
for that Friday because I was like, something's off New
Year's Eve. I had a gig for New Year's so
myself chieving skills, got a hotel and I called it

(01:05:32):
that again. I'm like, I don't think he's gonna make
it to Friday. So we had agreed on on Thursday,
and you know, he he was just tired a lot,
and so I had to leave at six for my
event and I meet him a little bed in my

(01:05:58):
suitcase because he would always get anxiet when my suitcase
was out. Yeah, that would leave him.

Speaker 3 (01:06:08):
He sent me a picture it was really adorable though.
He looked so happy.

Speaker 2 (01:06:12):
Yeah, So I made him the bed in the suitcase
and I laid with him for a little bit.

Speaker 5 (01:06:20):
You had a nap, You had your last nap together.

Speaker 2 (01:06:22):
Yeah. But before I left LA with him on the
floor and I told him that if he had to
get it was okay, then he didn't have to stay
for me. I got back around like one I think,

(01:06:44):
and walked in. He wasn't in the suitcase. Skittles was
acting weird and then that's when I found him, and
it's been it's been a nightmare. Yeah, I'm very lucky.
I've I had Chewy basically his entire life. So my

(01:07:04):
college girlfriend, like a month before we started dating, her
family like that raised shuahuas he was born, and I
was always like, small dogs are stupid, But with Chewy,
he just kind of forced his way in, you know,

(01:07:25):
it's kind of like his way, and he became my
best friend right away. I mean, my ex girlfriend, her
sister at the time a state and a guy who
had a pit bull, not a well trained pit bull,
and the pit bull came at me. Chewy got in
the way, and he was like three months old, so
the pit bulls looking like what is this little dog doing?

(01:07:50):
And then I went to from Minneapolis, Des Moines for
radio by myself. I'm very grateful that my then girlfriend
let me take Chewy with me and it was me
and him eating tuna packets for a year. I used
to bring him to work and my boss, great Chance
to another person I owe a lot to, was like,

(01:08:11):
you know because in Des Moines we had her own building,
so it was a lot easier. He'd just go wherever,
and like Chewy had a mind of his own where
he would just walk around every guy attention, and so
Chance pulled me aside, like hey, you can't have your
dog at work. But then uh, the main secretary lady
made in my working badge that said shoewy on it,

(01:08:32):
and then I was like, fella, I can't. What do
you want me to do? He's part of the team,
you know. And then uh, no, I know. So I
bring him to work every day. When I was doing
the night show, he would sleep in the studio every day,
and here's my sidekick.

Speaker 8 (01:08:53):
Man.

Speaker 2 (01:08:55):
We moved out here, we moved several times out here,
and uh, you know, it's I look back now, I'm
like I was able to do so much stuff because
I had him. I could have the worst day at work,
the worst day with relationship, is hockey whatever, but I
would walk home and he would shake that tail so
quick it was almost like he was gonna fly away.

(01:09:18):
In the last two weeks, it sucks, Like I'm very
blessed to my friends and you guys reaching out, but
it's like, you know, fifteen years and this is the
longest we've been apart, and so I find myself like
looking for him in places he should be and he's
just not there. Like soas came over one of the
first days and you ord pizza and I got quick

(01:09:43):
off the couch and had him like, oh, I got
so quick, He's going to for sure wake up and
follow me. And I was like, oh, I woke up
that first Saturday and called into bed and he wasn't there.
So that is it's really hard. A lot of folks
asking him about how skeets his hand at Skittles. He

(01:10:03):
Skittles is. It's a very smart dog and he can
tell something's up. You know, I've been watching a love
like videos of him and Chee. He would cry all time.

(01:10:25):
That's his sweet dad, for no reason than he want attention.
And I played it in Skittles started howling yeah, and
their relationship was funny. They've known each other basically skills
entire life. Should we kind of bullied skills around a
little bit, I think, or at least just like wasn't different.

(01:10:46):
I used to, you know, Chewy with Chewy's food the
last two years. We went from dog food to grilled chicken,
to grilled beef to pulled chicken everything. But he'd still
like he'd eat his and go, I'm gonna go see
what Skittles has, and Skittles that have like this kibble
stuff and so you pour the metal balls. Sometimes little
pieces will fall off and she would just go and

(01:11:07):
eat it while Skills is eating. In like the last
two weeks, Skittles has left the food in the floor.
Yeah it's yeah, it's a lot, and I owe you

(01:11:29):
a lot, Shelby. I was in shock, I think when
I found him, and uh, I don't remember. I know
I talked to you my parents on the phone and
sorry that you guys had to hear that. I can
only imagine. But you were his best friend. Yeah, I

(01:11:53):
think you know. You came here eight years ago. You
started so Sauce basically started watching Chewy for me when
I go out of town. And I'd always stick you
with burning into the vet because I didn't want to
be the bad guy.

Speaker 3 (01:12:03):
Taking his nails to get trim.

Speaker 2 (01:12:05):
Yeah. He spent countless holidays with your family and your
grandma and and I know your your brother took care
of him. I thank you for that. But you were
legitimately dude two and I.

Speaker 3 (01:12:18):
Did everything together. When I moved to Atlanta, you let
me take him. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:12:22):
Yeah, he was just like just like his father. He
was a cool old man with a nod.

Speaker 3 (01:12:27):
Dude.

Speaker 2 (01:12:28):
Yeah, he he was very aware of how much people
loved him, you know, and you think, yeah, now he he.

Speaker 3 (01:12:39):
Walk out on stage and get like very close enough
that you could like maybe pat him. He's like, no,
that's yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:12:44):
So she would go and then like yeah, he would.
He would cry for attention and be just have arms
reached he couldn't get him.

Speaker 3 (01:12:52):
I made his voice up for him because he cried
so much and be like I'm chilly and I'm sad.

Speaker 2 (01:12:56):
Yeah, that was funny. The we did a comedy in
Tampa and there was just like the last show of
the tour, and I'm like ten minutes and I get
standing ovation and people are going crazy, and I'm like, god,
I'm really good at this. I looked around shure we
had walked on stage.

Speaker 5 (01:13:16):
Eric, in my defense, was supposed to be watching.

Speaker 2 (01:13:18):
I know. It's I mean, you know I said this before,
but that little dude, he loved me.

Speaker 3 (01:13:29):
So much. He literally like tried to attackle. He didn't
try to, He'd never fit or attacked anything. In was like,
but he tried to like stand up for you when
he saw a horse, which is.

Speaker 2 (01:13:42):
Like yeah, yeah, I mean I always choked. The three
s's and she were staring, crying, and sleeping. Yeah, if
I was on the couch, he would be sitting on
the stairs staring. If I laid down the couch is
like a sick nap time.

Speaker 3 (01:13:55):
But inte him?

Speaker 2 (01:13:57):
Yeah, oh yeah, yeah. He loved to be invited. And
I posted some of my favorite memories on Instagram and
have been I knew people liked him. I've been blown
away with how much.

Speaker 3 (01:14:15):
Everybody love Chewy.

Speaker 6 (01:14:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:14:20):
I've gotten so many messages and it's funny. Everybody has
a Chewy story. Molly's parents used to watch him a
lot too. I remember one time her Dad's like, I
think Chewie has selective hearing. Like, what do you mean?
He's like he only really listens to things he wants
to listen to. I'm like, yeah, that's my child, that
is that's that's him. Yeah, I'm I'm blessed.

Speaker 9 (01:14:44):
That he.

Speaker 2 (01:14:46):
Lived. I think, probably the best life of any dog.

Speaker 9 (01:14:49):
I know.

Speaker 2 (01:14:49):
He went to Salamander, he went to Tampa, he went
to Louisville, he went to Atlanta, he went to Pennsylvania, Nashville,
Des Moines. I mean he had merch Yeah, you know
what I mean.

Speaker 3 (01:15:03):
He had such a great life. I took him everywhere,
like all the pictures of me and too, you were like,
I took him like all these like big land marks
and Atlanta, and then he tried Zaxby's together, so he's Zaxby's.
He had to try to bear your chickens.

Speaker 2 (01:15:16):
Well, that'd be the worst too. It's like he would
cry for food and I'd give him like my food
that I made, and he'd spit out like it wasn't
good enough for him.

Speaker 3 (01:15:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (01:15:24):
You know.

Speaker 2 (01:15:27):
What I will say is I'm very blessed that I
have no regrets. Yeah, the last two weeks have been
the worst. Yeah, I'm blessed. And I guess this is
maybe like a I know, a message to pet owners.
But you know, for me, being a single dude, I

(01:15:48):
have no family here, he was my world. Everything I
did involved him, and I'm like blessed that taking him
for car rides, taking him to work, taking him to
if we go to our friend Andrew and Amina's house,
let him walk around, or if it was to Molly's

(01:16:09):
family's farm, or like everywhere I go. I'm blessed that.
It's like I can't look back. I should have done
more with him. We did everything.

Speaker 3 (01:16:16):
Took him to Tampa like he got to Yeah, he
got to play in the pool.

Speaker 2 (01:16:20):
Like he stopped in airplane on the runway once he did.
He sure did. Yeah, I'm I'm very blessed to his vet.
John Weston's like the nicest guy.

Speaker 3 (01:16:34):
He's amazing. Like when I took two weeks to the
vet and he said that he just acted like that
because he knew that I would give him attention.

Speaker 2 (01:16:41):
Yeah, because he would stop eating if you wanted attention.

Speaker 3 (01:16:44):
I was like, he's not eating. John's been gone for
like a week and a half because it was during
the holidays. And he said, he's only acting like that
because you'll give him attention.

Speaker 5 (01:16:52):
I'm like, sir, this man has cut me up all night.

Speaker 2 (01:16:55):
But the one thing, I mean, the VET said, I'm
I guess take this as a lesson or what is that?
There's nothing more I could have done. He had a heart,
remember he had had seizures, and the vets said that
he probably only made it this farcas.

Speaker 3 (01:17:14):
Would be definitely you did everything for him.

Speaker 2 (01:17:21):
Yeah, It's it's interesting people ask like, how what's how
you feel in the my Ghit like shattered and lived
a nightmare. Yeah, because he was just he My als
have been like my leg you know, his part of.

Speaker 3 (01:17:38):
Your soul is how I explain it to people, And
I'm like, imagine just like missing a part of like
your life. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:17:48):
The one thing my mom said was at least he
went out on his own terms, yeah, which is true.
But I also believe that he knew how much he
meant to me, And I think he knew that if

(01:18:09):
I had to make that decision, it would kill me.

Speaker 3 (01:18:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:18:14):
And I know that if he was here these last
two weeks it would really stress him out, especially with
the weather well that too, but just to see how
how much I miss him.

Speaker 3 (01:18:32):
Yeah, So.

Speaker 2 (01:18:36):
I'm gonna be real with everybody listening. I take this
job seriously. I know our jobs to entertain and ye
if things around in your life too. But I'm gonna need
some patience for like a while, man, because I am
I'm not I'm not doing well. Every day there's something
that pop up and like instantly just come down in tears.

(01:19:00):
Me is this week I text you? I think last
night saw it sounds like he's never coming home again,
and that's.

Speaker 9 (01:19:10):
Sucks.

Speaker 2 (01:19:11):
But I was very lucky to have him.

Speaker 3 (01:19:15):
He was lucky to have you too.

Speaker 8 (01:19:22):
And.

Speaker 2 (01:19:25):
Everybody who you know reached out or came the show
is I just thank you for loving my best friend
anytime he was sick, like they my messages I would
get like I it's it's been overwhelming to see just
how much he was loved by everyone. And yeah, I

(01:19:49):
missed him. So that's what's new with me. Yeah, dude,
I don't know. Again, I know this is not how
you want to start your mind. I've been keeping this
bottles for as long as I could. I do like
I'm thinking of like ways to keep his memory alive
with charity stuff. Been looking at different animal charities and

(01:20:13):
so on. But I guess if you have a pet,
if you could just give them a give them an
extra scratch for a for a schew weeks tonight, I
appreciate it. So there's no easy way to transition. Not this,
I realized that. But yeah, thank you for loving my

(01:20:36):
best friend and just missing he. Let's do then everything
celebrity Shelby Sauce has for entertainment the part what you
got for us?

Speaker 3 (01:20:48):
So the weekend has laid by one week the album
release of Hurry Up Tomorrow, which will now come out
on January third. First, this is due to the Los
Angeles area wildfires. He also was going to be performing
at the Rose Bowl and passing California, which has been canceled.
If you were for some reason going Chicken Master will
auto math, they refund you, or if you perched through
a third party, then you'll have to connect with that reseller.

Speaker 5 (01:21:09):
But yesterday on.

Speaker 3 (01:21:11):
Instagram we put quote, this city has always been profound
for a source of inspiration for me. My thoughts are
with everyone impacted during this difficult time. My focus remains
on supporting the recovery of these communities and aiding its
incredible people as they rebuild. And Justin Bieber might be
gearing up for a major musical comeback this year. This
is according to Matthew Boloney's basically he has like a

(01:21:33):
news literally sends out. He's like a gossip columnist basically.
But basically Justin Bieber they've been saying is working on
new music. He has a new lawyer, and he also
is playing on hitting the stage. But we heard this
back in the fall too that he was working on music.
So Matthew said, quote, I'm told Biaber needs the money
and wants to work this comes despite Justin Bieber reporting

(01:21:55):
a two hundred million dollars pay day from selling his
music catalog twelve twenty three. So I don't know that
I believe that at all. But yeah, so back in
September twenty twenty four, his producer said that, yeah, Justin
was working out in new music. If you don't remember,
back in twenty twenty two, he postponed his Justice Justice
tour and then he actually ended up canceling the tour
and then you know, now he's a dad facebooks on

(01:22:17):
that and this is kind of a blasts in the past.
So usually at number one album is a cause for celebration,
and it's been a while, but Heidi Montag's album, like
her husband is trying to make a viral because even
though it's number one right now on iTunes, he wants
it to get on the Billboards top one hundred, Like
it literally has beat out the Wicked soundtrack and Bad

(01:22:37):
Bunny so crazy.

Speaker 5 (01:22:39):
Yeah, do you want to play it?

Speaker 2 (01:22:41):
Here's here's a little bit of.

Speaker 5 (01:22:51):
Yeah to be there fifty out.

Speaker 3 (01:22:58):
Wait, wait trying to say Shelby's not goodeen years ago?

Speaker 2 (01:23:01):
Are you trying to say this is not good?

Speaker 3 (01:23:03):
I just love Spencer like always hyping up his wife,
like I think it's so cute. I think he's hilarious.
I feel bad that I used to not like him.
I watched The Hills like that I was. I was
a child though I didn't know any better. But yeah,
so they're trying to get everybody to, you know, request
radio stations for radio stations to play it. And on
his video someone says they requested Hot eight I Fi
to play it. It's like one of the most like comments.

(01:23:24):
And I was like, I'll see what I and we
did it, and look, we did it.

Speaker 5 (01:23:28):
I feel like you're something to watch.

Speaker 3 (01:23:29):

the morning. Their meatballs are fantastic, giant. But here's the
cool thing. So every Inauguration Day, car Mines opens at
seven am for a breakfast buffet. Can't go wrong with
Look at that the eggs baking, all the good stuff.
You can also the playing TV suis. You can washed

(01:31:00):
Inauguration there as well Carmines NYC dot com as Carmines
NYC dot com. War of the Roses comes next. Why
does she think she is the other woman? It's intern
Johnny Morning Shower. Its War of the Rosies on internshown

(01:31:21):
in your morning show. Bailey, let me recap this. You
and Jake are willingly admitted we're not dating. You were
out in the district last weekend. He was in town
for a bachelor party. You said that he kind of
stood out because he didn't act like a typical i'll
say doucher on bachelor party was the able hold. Conversation
was fun, was friendly. He is from the Frederick area,

(01:31:44):
had a hotel downtown, so you went back to his hotel,
had some fun time in the hotel, a little bit
of a shower. You noticed marks on them that looked
like Hickey's. He says it was cupping, which that leads
perfect circle from your giant Marx. Yeah, and then we
try to find him on Instagram. His profile is private
and it looks like there's a female in his profile photo.

(01:32:07):
That's kind of where we're at, right, right, And just
to kind of radiate, reiterate there it is. That's that
word you aren't from your mind, Like this is a
one night stand and that's okay with you, right, that's
no no harm, no foul. You're more so concerned, like
if there is another woman, if he's in a committed relationship,

(01:32:30):
you don't want to be I guess accessory to cheating
is if that makes sense.

Speaker 8 (01:32:36):
Yeah, yeah, Like I just want to clear my conscious
of what I.

Speaker 9 (01:32:41):
Think I know.

Speaker 2 (01:32:42):
Okay, and so let me ask you this because we're down.
But let's just say Hypothetically speaking, we call him, we
offer the flowers, and he sends to somebody that maybe
he's just going on date with like what you would
constitute cheating, like because in theory he could be seen
other people and it's not cheating because our relationship, what

(01:33:04):
to you is like that is the black and white,
just so we know what to look for. Because if
it's yeah.

Speaker 8 (01:33:09):
Well, if it's like a girlfriend like that will be
that she can give. That means that you were cheating
when we hooked up. But like it's just like some rando.

Speaker 9 (01:33:21):
I mean, I guess it's whatever.

Speaker 2 (01:33:24):
Okay, Okay, So if he sends it to a rando,
we're just gonna hang up the phone, okay, and that
way it's over. If he if he sends to somebody
that we deems the relationship with, well we'll get some
more answers for you.

Speaker 8 (01:33:36):
Okay, Okay.

Speaker 2 (01:33:38):
On second, I think that makes.

Speaker 9 (01:33:52):
Hi.

Speaker 3 (01:33:52):
Is this Jake.

Speaker 9 (01:33:55):
Cool?

Speaker 3 (01:33:56):
Hi? My name is Diana. I'm just calling you from
this new local flower shop. We're off bring up a
free bouquet of roses, trying out some new marketing. They're
totally free. We don't need your credit card info. Is
that something you'd be interested in. We're just trying out
new marketing since we're new to the community and we're
trying to get our product actually out there so you

(01:34:17):
see it and then you just come back for future occasions.

Speaker 5 (01:34:20):
That's why they're free, just so.

Speaker 3 (01:34:23):
You can try it. You can send them anywhere in
the country anywhere.

Speaker 1 (01:34:29):
Yeah, so.

Speaker 9 (01:34:32):
You're a flower company that set it out Sleep three Flowers,
that's what you're telling me.

Speaker 3 (01:34:37):
We're a local flower shop, so we're trying out new marketing.
Instead of just having people advertise on Instagram just random ads,
we're trying to send them out locally so that you know,
let's say you send them to somebody in an office
and then you know, people that worn't there see them
and then you come back.

Speaker 5 (01:34:55):
So we're trying to keep it within the.

Speaker 3 (01:34:56):
Community instead of just trying out you know, like ads
on on Instagram or Facebook.

Speaker 9 (01:35:03):
That's interesting. Cannot send anywhere in the country, UKs.

Speaker 5 (01:35:07):
We do have an online shop as well.

Speaker 9 (01:35:10):
M Yes, I don't know about this because that's the
South suspect.

Speaker 3 (01:35:15):
I mean, I get it. We're just like I came
up with the idea a few months ago and it's working, okay,
So far, we're just trying to get more foot traffic.
We didn't have the best you know, holiday season, and
that's going to be here again before you know it.
So uh, so far, so good. We're just trying to
keep it up, keep up that energy.

Speaker 9 (01:35:33):
Okay, I hear you. But how many people who have
you sent these flowers up the way? How many people
do you call it day?

Speaker 3 (01:35:37):
I only try to call five a day because again
we're local and we're sending out usually roses or like,
you know, whatever their favorite flowered flower is.

Speaker 5 (01:35:46):
So okay, it's trying to make my mom's dream come true,
you know.

Speaker 9 (01:35:52):
Yeah, I definitely, you know, it sounds.

Speaker 3 (01:35:54):
Really nice, and you're helping out the community, you're helping
out a family.

Speaker 5 (01:35:59):
My mom will love me a little more. I'm just kidding.

Speaker 9 (01:36:04):
Yeah, No, I definitely hear you, but I don't know,
I really don't know. That's that's who I send it to.
They can't I.

Speaker 3 (01:36:12):
Mean, do you have anyone in your life? You can
send them to anyone you want. They are roses, though,
unless you want a different kind of flowers. So they're
red roses, so romantic. So if you have you know,
like a wife or girlfriend or something, he's something there,
or if you're a mama's boy, send them to your mom.

Speaker 9 (01:36:31):
Well I'm not a mama's boy.

Speaker 3 (01:36:33):
Okay, sorry, keep flying that in.

Speaker 9 (01:36:36):
I'm not a mama boy. But I don't know that's
you said you're a local company.

Speaker 5 (01:36:44):
Again, Yeah, right, Downtown.

Speaker 1 (01:36:46):
I mean I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:36:50):
I'll tell you.

Speaker 3 (01:36:51):
I give you my entire speech I have written out here, so.

Speaker 9 (01:36:55):
I definitely hear you on that. Like you gotta understand
you're just calling me out of nowhere.

Speaker 3 (01:37:00):
Yeah, it's just it's called gorilla marketing. I mean literally,
this is the kind of marketing has been around for years.

Speaker 9 (01:37:06):
So okay, all right, all right, Downtown, And you said
your name?

Speaker 3 (01:37:12):
What name.

Speaker 4 (01:37:15):
You know?

Speaker 3 (01:37:15):
All right? All right, let me see Yeah my mom
named me after her hometown, Pasadena, Maryland.

Speaker 9 (01:37:25):
That's cool, it'll be nice, all right.

Speaker 3 (01:37:33):
Well, you don't want them, I can try somebody else.

Speaker 4 (01:37:36):
So.

Speaker 5 (01:37:38):
I don't want to hang up on you.

Speaker 9 (01:37:39):
I just I think I got somebody in Mile Wait
to send it to them.

Speaker 3 (01:37:43):
Okay, can I get their name?

Speaker 5 (01:37:48):
Yeah, madd Maddie Is that like m A D. D?

Speaker 1 (01:37:52):
I E yes?

Speaker 3 (01:37:54):
Oh cool? And then I am just like keeping this
all in file just in case you do decide to
come back and send Maddie flowers again.

Speaker 5 (01:38:01):
So what is she?

Speaker 3 (01:38:01):
Do you like?

Speaker 1 (01:38:02):
Wife?

Speaker 3 (01:38:03):
Fyonce? Girlfriend? Friend?

Speaker 9 (01:38:08):
She's like girlfriend?

Speaker 3 (01:38:10):
Recent? Oh cool? Like maybe like an anniversary gift.

Speaker 9 (01:38:15):
I mean I just like we just been together for
a couple of months, so it would be like thinking
of you type of thing.

Speaker 3 (01:38:23):
Oh that's nice. No, she'll like that for sure. And
then what do you want the card to say? It's
just like your typical little card.

Speaker 9 (01:38:30):
Oh baby, I can't wait to see this weekend?

Speaker 3 (01:38:34):
Do you say, baby? I can't wait to see.

Speaker 9 (01:38:37):
See you weekend?

Speaker 8 (01:38:41):
So really, so you're gonna sit there and send it
to another woman and you were just with me the
other week end.

Speaker 3 (01:38:48):
That's about questions like are you serious?

Speaker 2 (01:38:50):
I can't say? Wait Jake, real quick, First of all,
thank you for giving us the longest conversation that went
in circles for I don't know how long that was.
My God, my name is John. That is Sauce. Uh
that woman who obvious I'm gonna play this game with you, Jake.
Who is the woman he slept with last weekend at

(01:39:10):
the bachelor party.

Speaker 9 (01:39:13):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (01:39:14):
So how do you smell that?

Speaker 9 (01:39:20):
Hall? We l l h A.

Speaker 2 (01:39:22):
I No, that's wrong. That's wrong. So you if the
way it sounds from where we're sitting, you have a girlfriend,
but you hooked up with somebody at a bachelor party?

Speaker 8 (01:39:36):
Yes?

Speaker 9 (01:39:37):
Yes, yes, yes yes?

Speaker 2 (01:39:41):
So do you see why that be?

Speaker 8 (01:39:43):
Well?

Speaker 2 (01:39:44):
Do you see why that's probably not a good thing?

Speaker 9 (01:39:48):
Is that a good thing?

Speaker 4 (01:39:49):
For that?

Speaker 2 (01:39:50):
You cheat on your girlfriend with somebody you may have
a bachelor party?

Speaker 9 (01:39:53):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (01:39:54):
Poor Mannie?

Speaker 9 (01:39:57):
I mean, uh?

Speaker 1 (01:39:58):
Does she?

Speaker 3 (01:39:59):
Also?

Speaker 8 (01:40:00):
I don't even know my name?

Speaker 2 (01:40:02):
Really with a B. Bailey?

Speaker 9 (01:40:09):
I'm sorry bay by Billy? I mean Billy was cool?

Speaker 2 (01:40:15):
Well, go you friend, you have a girlfriend? How does
she not put her head through the wall talking to you?

Speaker 3 (01:40:23):
My god, hopefully.

Speaker 9 (01:40:27):
We'll say Lly never really me? Billy never asked me
if I had around?

Speaker 8 (01:40:35):
That is such a bull face? Lie? I did?

Speaker 3 (01:40:39):
But not only that, Like, why does she have to
You shouldn't be hooking up with people if you have
a girlfriend.

Speaker 8 (01:40:44):
How about that? Why why not questioning me?

Speaker 9 (01:40:46):
But what I did? Like, why don't you question her
about sleeping with me?

Speaker 8 (01:40:52):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:40:53):
So, Jake, does Maddie know you sleep with other women?

Speaker 8 (01:40:57):
I mean, let me, let me, let me Okay, I
found you are right?

Speaker 1 (01:41:02):
Yeah, all right, or if the roses is cretacked and
possibly edited rucuss with permission granted from all participants.

Speaker 5 (01:41:08):
One more roses go to ymsradio dot com.

Speaker 2 (01:41:12):
And everything in the world of celebrity Shelby Sauce has
for entertainment apart coming next what you Got for us.

Speaker 5 (01:41:17):
FNL is doing this cool experience. I'm going to tell
you all about it.

Speaker 6 (01:41:19):
Hang out Auntation Hot ninety nine to five.

Speaker 2 (01:41:38):

We give you an exclusive million dollar ticket that gets
you into our million dollar party where you can win
one million dollars cash brought to you by Asari Law
starts again tomorrow seven thirty five. Intern John, your Morning

(01:41:59):
Shows Million Dollar Winter Right now, thou everything celebrity Shelby
Sauce has her entertainment apart what you got for us.

Speaker 3 (01:42:07):
So the South, the Southern California wildfires, they are of
course still going on, and we like to see like
how celebrities are handling it, you know, with everything, especially
since like a lot of them live there.

Speaker 5 (01:42:19):
So Beyonce's donating two point five.

Speaker 3 (01:42:21):
Million dollars to the LA Fire Relief Fund, which she
created by her own charity charitable foundation, Bay Good. And
then a lot of different artists like Metallica's donating money.
Jimmy Kimmel opened a donation center on the backlot of
his show, and then the game Remember the Rapper, so
he's helping survivors reunite with their lost pets, which I

(01:42:41):
am a little biased souse, I think that's really sweet.
Dojakat design a new merch line for the Red Cross
raise money? David Spades offering five grand to anyone who
catches people lighting fires. And then I told you yesterday
i'd update you about the Grammys. They are still on
for February second at LA's Crypto dot Com arena, and
then the show will help raise money for the relief effort.

(01:43:02):
I think that's wild. It's like I don't know where
everybody's going to day, like I said yesterday, but not
like we have any skin in the game.

Speaker 5 (01:43:10):
And then the Oscar nominees have.

Speaker 3 (01:43:11):
Once again been pushed back, so the show will still
be on March second, but it's now going to be
announced on Thursday the twenty third. Also, Tom Bray hired
private security to protect his mansion from looters, which I
think is I mean sure, And then yeah, major studios
are also kicking in tens of millions of dollars in
a relief effort, like Disney and Warner Brothers. They've committed

(01:43:32):
fifteen million, while Amazon and Netflix and Comcast ten million.
So I think that's lovely. And Deska Simpson is officially
splitting from her husband, Eric Johnson. They've been together for
fourteen years, married for ten. They have three kids, and
she released a statement last night that said, quote, Eric
and I have been living separately, navigating a painful situation
in our marriage. Our children come first and we're focusing

(01:43:54):
on what's best for them. We appreciate the privacy right
now as we work on our family. And it's not
a big surprise because I talktalked about last summer how
Eric wasn't wearing his wedding ring and then she took
her hers off as well, So not surprising.

Speaker 5 (01:44:06):
This is pretty cool. If you think that you have what.

Speaker 3 (01:44:08):
Takes the host Saturday Night Live, now is your chance.
So they're launching an immersive experience in New York City's
Rockefeller Center, which will get fans a chance to try
to host. They're calling it live from New York, the
SNL fifty Experience, which will allow guests to have both
on camera magic and all camera rush of SNL with
surprises callbacks around every corner.

Speaker 5 (01:44:30):
I think this is dope.

Speaker 3 (01:44:31):
So the experience is gonna run from January thirtyeth to
February second, and it is free. The public reservations are
first come, first serve, so you've got this. I feel
like for something to watch the night, there's not a
ton on TV as I feel like January's just a
slow time for TV. So Singles Inferno is back for
season four on Netflix, and then it is the season
finale of Star Wars Skeleton Crew on Disney Plus. And

(01:44:53):
then Missing You still number one, Globullie.

Speaker 2 (01:44:56):
I'm sure thanks auser welcome. Everything to watch is up.
If you need some lists, Two Hoodies got crisis podcasts
out predicting what's gonna be the biggest video games of

I want to get to this next. Imagine you in
