d ms oupen Aunt Wymus Radio. Uh this kind of
made me feel happy today. The everyday activities that count
as exercise, okay, okay, yeah, uh starting with taking the stairs.
Speaker 1 (00:24):
Wow, that's true. Although HOODI does I was gonna say
HOODI does it every morning, which.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
Is very impressive. Gardening that's not very helpful now this
time of year, but I know, but you.
Speaker 1 (00:33):
Can start getting your garden ready for you know, spring,
start planning.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
Yeah. God bless my mother. She really thinks that one
day I'm gonna do it.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
But your mom and your aunt, every time they come
and visit, they garden. They take care of your yard,
not that like not that there's like a ton of
take care of but they always like puller weed stuff,
and I think that's so nice.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
And then they smoke it.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
Okay, ud.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
Carrying your shopping bags in counts is exercise, especially absolutely
it's higher way for sure, running to catch a train
or a bus. Yeah, okay, right, general cleaning, picking stuff
up around your place. Yeah, exercise, I don't do that. Yeah.
It's like when you do like home stuff and you
feel sore in places you didn't know you feel sore
in the next day, it's like, wow, there's that muscle there,
(01:12):
I guess.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
But you know, like in January, just getting like that
little funks, it's just like dark around, like you're just
like in a weird headspace. I think after the holidays,
I've been like setting timers for like thirty minutes. I
know that it's like big on TikTok, But I used
to do this like when I was in college, so
I can like power. I'm like, how much can I
get clean in my apartment? Yes, I've been doing that,
a little challenge on ust to yourself.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
So I did that this past weekend and by month,
by Sunday, my apartment looked like not inhabited. I was like,
you're so clean. It looks about the same as that. Really,
just my guest room is like a disaster.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
Yeah it is, thank you. It's like your makeup from.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
Those I know right now is the disasters I've been
going through clothes that I want to donate.
Speaker 2 (01:51):
Doing laundry made the list. Oh man, I hate doing laundry.
It's the worst. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming counts moving around
and then just getting up and down, so not sitting
on your booty like your really gapple watch is like,
get up. That's the worst hand. If you have anyone
