Bird Flu is causing an egg shortage and now Dennys has raised its price of eggs. MoCo police offering up 10k for information about robbery that happened over the weekend. VT teach is opening up it’s campus here in the DMV this weekend.

So, the bird flow is obviously causing a national egg
shortage and causing prices of eggs to kind of get
out of control. There's a lot of places that have
been rising prices or adding an egg surcharge. So Denny's
has become the latest restaurant chain to adjust their rising
price of eggs by slapping a surcharge on egg items
at select locations.

Waffle House also announced.

They're doing a fifty cent per egg surcharge in response
to the prices of eggs now Denny's. They say that
the surcharge will only apply to certain locations, it will
be temporary.

Least they're saying up to providing customers with delicious meals
and the value prices are still going to be continued,
like they're going to offer those still. But I know
there's like a lot of bakeries too that are having

or just anything that has egg in it because that's
in a lot of things. So Montgomery County Police are

offering a reward of up to ten grand for tips
on a gas station robbers. Several stations in Gathersburg and
Germantown have been robbed since Thursday, and each time the
suspect pulled a large kitchen knife from their coat and
threatened cashiers after pretending to be a customer. So there
is surveillance photos of the suspect that are circulating online
and you can view them intimate tips on the website

for the Crime Solvers of Montgomery County if you have
any information on that. And Virginia Tech will officially open
its innovative campus in Alexandria this Friday. So it's an
eleven story building and Potomac yard contains classrooms, workspaces, lab facilities,
and a drone testing cage.

So the campus is designed to act as a pipeline
for tech talent, producing world class engineers, computer scientists, and
