Speaker 2 (00:16):
Very exciting.
Speaker 1 (00:17):
If you're trying to get fit for summer, which do
you am already?
Speaker 2 (00:20):
Cut his hell? Yeah, you know what I'm saying. You
get it.
Speaker 1 (00:24):
The weight loss hack, it's eating like a baby has
starting to go viral me. So this nutritionalist is talking about.
This is three main stabs that she doesn't mean eat
the formula, YadA YadA, but how like eat how babies eat? So,
first of all, eat every two to four hours, they said,
(00:44):
babies obviously have smaller meals and you can't just eat
whatever you want. Normally healthy rules still apply. Heavy on fruits, veggies,
hohole grains in general. Avoid meat is what they're saying,
which I've heard like opposite. You're spposed to get protein.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
Yeah, I get protein of from some of the different things.
That's sue. That's sure. Take your time, sure sure. They say.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Eating slowly gives your brain time to register the fact
that you're feeling full. To slow down and show everybodye
babies usually feed for fifteen to thirty minutes. Okay, the
last one is avoid mindless munching. They say babies don't
do it because they can't.
Speaker 3 (01:17):
But if you're eating every two hours, I feel like
that is almost mindless munching.
Speaker 1 (01:21):
But I think they're saying that like when you just
like have like a bag of chips, you're watching TV
and you're not thinking about it's more of like a
boring thing.
Speaker 4 (01:27):
Oh here's the thing about the way babies eat.
Speaker 2 (01:29):
They eat that way.
Speaker 4 (01:30):
Because their stomachs are tiny, Like when they're born, their
stomachs are the size.
Speaker 2 (01:34):
Of a cherry.
Speaker 4 (01:35):
I think, like it's not very big, so that doesn't
make sense for an adult stomach, you know what I mean.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
I think they're saying the same idea of like try
space it out like six small meals instead the three
big ones, and then just don't sit with a bowl
of cheetos in front of TV.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
I know.
Speaker 3 (01:49):
Yeah, I've seen like how a lot of people now
are doing like intuitive eating, which like I feel like
I more so do just because if you're just like
eating to eat because you think that's the time, but
you're not hungry, I don't think you have to eat.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
No, and I had about one hundred thousand calories this weekends.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
I'm the last person to talk, So there is uh,
there's that Skyl and Chile fantastic.
