tools and products. Yes, sure, yeah, we are all trying
to do that.

That's I do feel like more people are buying stuff
that they see on TikTok do they think they need?
They might not really do anything for them.

One includes everything from redesigning their bedrooms, tracking sleep with devices,
spending money in the in the quest for better rest,
The average Americans spends summer around seventy five dollars a
year on sleep gear sure eight percentage around five hundred
dollars or more on sleep ray products or tools over
the last twelve months.

I have not I have a lot of sleep stuff,
but it's all really cheap stuff.

But I would say this if I thought spending five
hundred dollars, it could be better sleep I spend five
hundred dollars.

I would absolutely do that, especially with my sleep.

I got the the white noise machine, but that was
like twenty bucks, I think, so, a little like hockey
puck type size thing.

Okay, yeah, they're fairly inexpensive because I.

Just bought one. They just they I walk.

Mine has a cord, but I bought a what's it
called a wireless one that I can take with me
or use my power goes out.

That's really nice.

So the main sleep maxine tools we use White noise
machines is number one, blackout curtains number two. Yeah, I
have those mellow tone or sleep gummies. Okay, sure, yep.
They're following a strict sleep slash wake schedule.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
Yeah, I can see that. I feel a lot of
people have been buying, like the cooling bed stuff. I
don't sure the stuff that I've bought, I don't feel
like it works, but maybe it's just the one I
have though.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
I mean, there is nothing better than going to the
Hilton Garden, and I think the best ac and that
thing could sound like sixy Yeah, it's just like it's
really chilly, Ila Gil shivering and go, this is a
good to get night sleep.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Well, I did buy a giant fan for my room
because I don't have a fan, and in Georgia I
had an overhead fan.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
I'm a really hot sleeper.

I get that.
