Build connections with colleagues outside of work, air clubs that
calls his family.

I will say that it does make me happy when
I start to get, like, become more better friends with colleagues.

Sure, I go out in nature, made the list, touch
some gross Sure, belong to a faith and practice it.
If that's your colleague, that's your thing. Do absolutely. I
engage in physical activity. Made the list and things make
you happy?

Yeah, that makes me happy.

You hate it.

Beforehand, yes, I dread it, but.

Then like once you get started, it's kind of get
in the pool. All right, we're here, and that's where
it's like you want to know what.

Look at me and sometimes like, look how cool my
body is? Like I'm so, I'm so good at this.

Got yourself in the mirror, go go whoa, don't touch me,
you'll sizzles.

Yeah, careful, I'm so hot.

I join a club.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Clubs, love clubs.

Okay. Check on your health status in general. That's probably I.

Don't know if that's gonna make you happy. It depends
on who you are.

There's a bunch of different things you can check out,
you know what I'm saying. There's that spend your money
on loved ones.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Yeah, I like, like I don't know, like like I
also my brother then most sometimes and that makes me.
Really I'm like, hey, I do treat yourself killing it.
Proud of you.

It's awesome. Be nice to others made the list.

I think that if you're nice to random strangers, it
makes you feel good.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
Yeah, I think so that makes it. They could do
in your part and hopefully it'll come back to you.

You'll learnt the grocery store. And I'm like, yeah, I
if I was one of those people on Facebook writing
my life story every day, I probably talk about this.

Yeah, that's sir. And the last one is keep your
mind and body active.

Oh yeah, that's important too.

Acutely every now on a note like don't be active recharg.
