she left Australia.
Speaker 5 (00:39):
I was very sad, very sad.
Speaker 4 (00:40):
But we have a talked her into and we I
mean myself and my friend Chelsea into joining us for
our year's trip to Poontcana.
Speaker 3 (00:48):
Excited.
Speaker 5 (00:50):

Speaker 4 (00:52):
And then uh, yeah, so I was sad about that.
And then yesterday is the adult stuff. I had people
over on Halloween and I have a white couch that
I've made my entire personality having a white couch. Unfortunately,
and I, uh, there was there were some stains on it.
Speaker 5 (01:08):
Because you know people. I think one was just.
Speaker 4 (01:12):
From someone's jeans. Honestly, it was just a gene mark.
And I'm like, why are your jeans so blue? Where
did you buy those? Like, I'm not even joking and
I know who it is. But anyway, everybody, Garrett, yes,
why are you calling out.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
My friend because he wore blue jeans? Is he went?
Speaker 6 (01:27):
Is?
Speaker 7 (01:27):
Yo?
Speaker 2 (01:28):
Derk? It's like it's gotta be him.
Speaker 4 (01:29):
Okay, don't call my friends ever again. Anyway, I'm the
only one allowed to name drop my own friends. And
so that wasn't anyway. I washed my couch yesterday, all
of it. Took all the covers off and I washed it.
And I also washed my balcony cushions as well. So
this is a really busy day of me just switching
laundry and then putting them back on. It's exciting and
(01:49):
that's really all I did. And then I mean I
did show prep and I just chilled. I feel like
I was on the phone a lot.
Speaker 5 (01:53):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:54):
People keep calling me and then like talk about the week.
I'm like, it's a fun day, Yeah, we are adults. Anyway,
I was. It was a chill day. I really just
like cleaned a little bit because uh, my apartment was clean,
but it's like, you know, you have people walking through,
so I cleaned.
Speaker 5 (02:10):
The floors and stuff.
Speaker 4 (02:12):
It's it sounds really lame. I just resanitized my apartment
up to my stand there, Mary Poppins. Basically, I just
was like outdoor closed around my couch. I can't lay
on this comfortably, every comfortable with Yeah, that's because you
don't know what you're doing.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
Okay, I don't know how to sit down.
Speaker 4 (02:28):
I didn't fluff my couch for you. Sorry, that thing
is rocks bro I have off cloud couch.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Okay, yeah that yeah, if you take a running jump
in that thing, you're breaking a hip.
Speaker 4 (02:37):
No, they're no, you're not what like what Okay? I
know I nobody, not nobody. You're the only one that
does not like my couch. Okay, well, I don't know.
It is kind of a pain because it's kind of
bag and I'm like, I kind of wash it got
a smaller one, but it's now yeah, because I can't
buy a new couch.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
How many couches have you had in this apartment?
Speaker 5 (02:55):
One?
Speaker 2 (02:56):
I think a couple.
Speaker 5 (02:57):
No, okay, I've had that couch in my old apartment.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
No there we yeah, yeah, very nice. All right, Rose,
how about you?
Speaker 8 (03:02):
I just did very adult things yesterday, like it's open
enrollment season, so insurance stuff. I've gotta donate some things today.
So that's pretty much what I did yesterday. I felt
very grown up.
Speaker 9 (03:15):
But I did start. I finally got.
Speaker 8 (03:17):
On ex Storm, so I'm reading that book and it
is good so far.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
Very exciting. Yes, here's how I thought my day started today.
I got up, very exciting, got in a shower, I
was ready to go. It was like, all right, we're
doing this. We're ready to go doing TV.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
Later.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
Check my phone and the time showed was three forty five.
I go, oh, no, this isn't good. I'm late. And
then all of a sudden Eric was in my house.
They said, hey, you're late. It's because you're coaching hockey.
I go, this isn't right. I had a nightmare, but
I overslept by like an hour. Three is late for you, Yeah,
because I'm up at two forty so like by three
(03:55):
forty five. Like my my mental schedule is I get
to the station by three thirty. I like four or fifteen.
I have everything printed out and start reading for stuff,
and then so I was like, I'm gonna my whole
days off, like how they how to oversleep by an hour?
And then Eric and Hoodie or my house, get you ready,
like dude, you're late, and like I know how this happened.
Didn't even stop to ask why the hell are they
in my house?
Speaker 5 (04:15):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (04:15):
And Eric's like, this is why you shouldn't coach hockey.
Speaker 6 (04:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
I was like oh oh, oh my god. And that
woke up like I actually got was like eleven o'clock. Yeah, well,
this is horrendous. So then I spent the next sleep
cycles thinking I was oversleeping again. That's why probably checked
my alarm four or five times. It'd be like, am
I stress at my alarm? That's like, that's my nightmaris oversleeping?
Speaker 5 (04:31):
Oh I did oversleep today?
Speaker 7 (04:34):
Hi?
Speaker 2 (04:34):
How much?
Speaker 5 (04:35):
It was about twenty It was about twenty minutes.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
Yeah, that's why he looks so refreshed. Uh.
Speaker 4 (04:40):
Well, I went to sleep at eight o'clock last night,
and so my phone, I think in my sleep I
took it off the nightstand and so I was like
sleeping on top of my phone. Okay, so I went
off because my Alexa was going off. Sure, I mean
I woke up because of that.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
Yeah, yes, Eric.
Speaker 10 (04:52):
Do you think it's your it was a nightmare or
do you think it's your subconscious telling you to stop
coaching hockey like I've been telling you now the last
three years.
Speaker 2 (05:00):
I trolled you in our ye I controlled you because
how you said something about breakups and I said, my experience,
bestly go with a breakups coaching hockey. Thank god Eric
forced me to coach hockey because it is true. I'm
only coaching hockey for year nine now because Eric basically
begged me.
Speaker 5 (05:16):
No, you weren't.
Speaker 4 (05:16):
You had gone through a breakup, yet you were on
the cusp of you were a.
Speaker 5 (05:20):
Year before details you pit.
Speaker 10 (05:24):
You asked me to hook you up with or with Blake,
and there you go.
Speaker 5 (05:27):
He actually was a good wing man.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
Yeah, Eric had his buddy Blake reach out for me
to coach hockey. I was like, oh my gosh, you're
so great. And now Eric, and now.
Speaker 10 (05:36):
You're subconscious of telling you Maybe that way, I considered
home and watch Oceans twelve and Oceans eleven back to
back like yesterday.
Speaker 8 (05:43):
Yes, Rose, maybe Eric is on something because you do
have a lot on your plate and you might need
to I don't know.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
Take off your plate. Well, late season starts, first game
next Friday. Look, get fired you and how busy Eric's
life is? Eric watched Oceans twelve and eleven in that
order on tele vision yesterday. Eric in a casual nine
hours to watch a movie on TV. Yes, to watch
movies on TV. It's am in the wrong order, which
is even more crazy. They had it twelve and eleven.
(06:11):
That makes no sense. I was, I don't know. I
got home from the gym and it was on.
Speaker 10 (06:15):
I turned it on and I did other things and
hours later, Yeah, watch OSS ten.
Speaker 4 (06:21):
I haven't watched normal television, and like, it's got normal TV.
Speaker 2 (06:24):
It's YouTube TV, so there's not as many commercials, but
you still can. The movie is probably on streaming somewhere
I own. I own all three and actual DVDs. And
so you were that free of time yesterday, you could
have watched on DVD.
Speaker 10 (06:37):
I had my dad weekend with Max and we had
an eventful weekend. Okay, sorry, stop coaching hockey.
Speaker 4 (06:45):
Goodness gracious, Maybe if you're so conscious saying you should
try something new, like I don't know what that could be.
Speaker 10 (06:53):
I know you could pick up building Lego and me
and you could be Lego buddy.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
You guys know me. Well, if I stopped take in hockey,
I wouldn't just sit with that free time for the
next six months. I said something it would sell to
take them as your time.
Speaker 8 (07:06):
You should because you have no free time to yourself.
You should sit in your free time and do nothing
you don't have to fill.
Speaker 4 (07:14):
Well that doesn't know how to do that, then you
would find something it would take up more time.
Speaker 9 (07:18):
That's probably to learn how to do that.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
Well.
Speaker 4 (07:21):
Johnny has the same exact schedule for nine years. Though,
if you think about it, I would.
Speaker 2 (07:25):
Say it's add more to it now with the with
the bar and everything else. But in the TV stuff,
which I'm doing today Fox five two pm. So we're
not building Lego together. Absolutely not.
Speaker 9 (07:35):
Eric, Eric wants up.
Speaker 2 (07:37):
I was saying Eric yesterday was inviting people in the
sales pit to our the bar's anniversary party this weekend
and negging people to come.
Speaker 5 (07:48):
Were cool.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
I mean you, that's I think.
Speaker 5 (07:52):
I think that's very nice.
Speaker 4 (07:53):
I think it's great, especially like I don't know why
I didn't get a shout out for doing that last
week for the Halloween party.
Speaker 10 (07:59):
You are always get shout out. You always do it.
I was doing it in the sales pic personally to
these people. You always, no, always get shout outs.
Speaker 5 (08:06):
No, I was letting everybody know where to go for Halloween.
Speaker 2 (08:09):
Yeah, you always. I'm saying, you always give the shadows.
Give good friends that you're a good friend. You do,
you reward handsomely for it. I do free drinks some food.
Speaker 5 (08:17):
Wow.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
Was cool because I walk in and they just brought
me over beer and I had two beers, which is crazy.
Speaker 5 (08:24):
I was like, wait, how you two years? I was like, oh,
see me walking down.
Speaker 2 (08:27):
They know I order a beer, they know it's for you.
Speaker 4 (08:30):
It's so nice. You guys have the best service. I
love it there. Thanks man, No, I do.
Speaker 5 (08:37):
I do love it there.
Speaker 2 (08:38):
Actually appreciated quick hockey. Okay, well let me go real
quick and Boobie tore good morning.
Speaker 11 (08:44):
Good morning, Happy Tuesday.
Speaker 2 (08:46):
Than you girl. What you're doing for you Tuesday?
Speaker 12 (08:49):
Oh?
Speaker 13 (08:49):
You know going to work?
Speaker 14 (08:50):
Okay?
Speaker 2 (08:51):
Where do we? How far is the commute.
Speaker 11 (08:55):
About thirty five minutes forty five with traffic, which it
usually is.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
So Tori gets you in my man shirt in to
coffee being our first callar.
Speaker 15 (09:04):
Oh sure that'd be great.
Speaker 2 (09:05):
Thank you alcohol one second, get your info. Rose has
the three things you need to know coming What you
got for us?
Speaker 8 (09:10):
Howard University got a major donation, and I'll tell you
about it.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
I realize that if you're up right now we talk
to Tory and Bowie, maybe don't listen to the show
later on, maybe at work. But yes, they were talking
about the weird ways people made money. And let me
tell you, you're leaving money on the table, friend. Yeah,
like this woman who made several hundred dollars selling this.
Speaker 16 (09:27):
This guy was averting that he paid people for court.
Speaker 2 (09:31):
Story, so she would rip wind in a jar seal
it sent a guy and made hundreds of dollars from
doing that. Yeah, whatever it is, it's the American dream,
it really is. If you have missed anything from yesterday's show,
get the podcast. Just search intern John in your morning
show wherever. Get your podcast. Let's do this from the
City that.
Speaker 6 (09:51):
Changes the world.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
Peers Rose with three things you need to know for.
Speaker 2 (09:55):
You Tuesday, Rose, you got for us?
Speaker 9 (09:56):
So I do want to know that today in Virginia
is election day.
Speaker 8 (09:59):
So governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, House of Delegates, and
local offices are up for election and polls are now
open until seven pm, so.
Speaker 9 (10:07):
Get out on vote.
Speaker 8 (10:08):
The Trump administration total federal dead yesterday that it will
use contingency funds to provide only half of the normal
SNAP food benefits four November during the government shutdown. So
the Agriculture Department said it will use all four point
sixty five billion dollars in the contingency fund, which should
cover about fifty percent of each household's normal benefits. Now
about forty two million Americans rely on SNAP, receiving an
(10:30):
average of just over three hundred and fifty dollars per month. Now,
I will say Virginia and DZ both said that they
will fund SNAP while they can. And now Maryland Governor
Wes Moore is releasing sixty two million dollars in state
funds to ensure full November SNAP benefits for.
Speaker 9 (10:44):
Maryland or so that is very nice to hear.
Speaker 8 (10:47):
So if you want to go to this year's National
Christmas tree lighting ceremony, you need to enter the lottery
to get tickets, and that ends tomorrow at three pm
to enter that lottery, So the results of the lot
will be announced on November twelfth.
Speaker 9 (11:02):
It is not a first come, first service, literally a lotter.
It's just random.
Speaker 8 (11:05):
So the ceremony is going to be held in the
Alits near the White House on December fourth, So if
you are interested in going, make sure you enter that lottery.
And Mackenzie Scott, if you do not recognize that name,
she was once married to Jeff Bezos.
Speaker 9 (11:17):
But she is a mean, a philanthropist. She is phenomenal.
Speaker 8 (11:20):
She is giving Howard University eighty million dollars.
Speaker 9 (11:25):
That's crazy, eighty million dollars.
Speaker 8 (11:27):
So the university announced yesterday that she made an unrestricted
sixty three million dollar donation and then another unrestricted donation
of seventeen million dollars that will go to Howard University
College of Medicine. So Howard University officials called a donation
a historic investment that will go towards essential student aid,
infrastructure improvements, and the school's reserve fund. This is not
(11:49):
the first time that Mackenzie Scott has donated to Howard.
She gave a forty million dollar donation back in twenty twenty.
She donates so much so many places, and I just
thought it was really cool.
Speaker 9 (12:00):
That's d Those are the three things you need to
know today.
Speaker 2 (12:03):
Thank you ros. Somebody texted in regards to me coaching,
I totally get it. I coached cheer on top of
having three kids working at the hospital and secut leadership.
I get ij the kids us that is so true.
Oh and thank god my kids had me thanks to
Eric reaching out enforcement coach. Very very blessed in that sense.
I think it was either yesterday or last week. We
talked about how Red Bull was doing their own advent calendar,
(12:25):
and some of the flavors were questionable, to say the least,
Burger King putting their hat in the ring. Baby. They're
doing a twelve day advant calendar. So last year they
saw that in less than five minutes, which is crazy.
The they're doing their twenty dollar calendar. It's twelve days,
very exciting. So apparently it's it's gift wrapped, which is
very nice, with a festive snowman symbol in each of
(12:47):
the a dozen drawers each side the drawer inside is
a fast food inspired gift like a mini candles, Coca
Cola keychain, and more. The calendar goes for nineteen dollars
fifty four cents. That's the year they were founded. The
value over one hundred dollars.
Speaker 4 (13:04):
Sounds kind of like this full junk because it's not
like you're getting like a burger well, you're getting a
key change.
Speaker 5 (13:09):
It's treats for what.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
It's very for treats.
Speaker 5 (13:14):
Yeah, have an ornament, a little gift car.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
Absolutely, I would.
Speaker 8 (13:19):
Rather have like coupons for like you get a whopper today,
you get a large fry, you get whatever. If I'm
gonna if I want like a burger king, like that's
what that's what I want.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
Well then, so Dairy Queen not to be a match.
They revealed a last week. They are like many professive
like things, so they're how they treat collection available now Yeah,
has new things and also some old things as well.
So among newbies. Peppermint bark lizzard not a big peppermint
bark guy personally.
Speaker 9 (13:42):
Not a peppermint yeah yeah.
Speaker 2 (13:45):
Yeah, not really like that blizzard. They say it combines
a white milk chocolate, layers of candy cane pieces and
vanilla soft served or even as anymore. There's one year
me because I've definitely uber eached in there before. Yeah,
and that was like I tried to uber eat the
ice cream cake like my birthday, like a small and
the guy that didn't grab the cake. He has got
the pretzels and cheese. Dude, do you guys like eye
(14:07):
off my ass them? Like any pretzels from Dairy Queen.
Speaker 8 (14:09):
I mean the fact that you ordered from Dairy Queen.
I will probably assume both.
Speaker 2 (14:15):
Licerom cake. They also have a holiday a nog shake
which is agnog. Againly my type of thing.
Speaker 5 (14:21):
That's cool, thank you.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
And the frosted shirt cookielizzard. I think that sounds that
sounds nifty, but yeah, eggnog blizzard, that's agnog predominant. Yeah,

Speaker 4 (15:43):
So the fate of Ophelia has gotten Swiageez into art specific Specifically,
fans are heading to a German museum to see a
painting that is thought to have inspired the song. So
this original painting I came out back in nineteen hundred
and it shows Aphelia, a character in Shakespeare's Hamblin, in
a white dress, floating in a river. Flowers are all
around her. It's it's before her death and since Eles. Basically,
(16:07):
Swifties are going to uh be Baiden. I hope I
saw that right vast Baden Museum for a peak at
the artwork.
Speaker 5 (16:15):
It does look gorgeous.
Speaker 4 (16:16):
It's on like this giant wall, and I don't it's cool,
but yeah, a lot of Swifty's are going.
Speaker 5 (16:21):
So they've been interviewing people like are you a sweaty?
Speaker 4 (16:23):
So I kind of feel bad for the museum, like, hey, yeah, noble,
a lot of people are.
Speaker 5 (16:29):
They're just yeawney's.
Speaker 4 (16:32):
Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Brawn have been basically surprised by
their genuine, genuine connection. There's a sixteen year age gap,
so uh, they're having fun. They've involved into a very
real romance. So my sources take quote quote things are
getting serious. Neither of them have expected it to turn
into something as serious at first. So basically it was
Scooter who chased Sidney, and you know, she became attracted
(16:55):
to his charms, his confidence. He's been very supportive of
her very busy career as well. And also I heard
over well I road this a few times. Over Halloween weekend,
she had a run in with her ex Jonathan and
then neighbors heard her being like no, I don't believe
you just leave because they ended up in the same
uber together. And then she like gets home she's like no, seriously,
(17:17):
like go oht know she heard them out.
Speaker 5 (17:21):
She don't like it.
Speaker 4 (17:21):
AMC Networks have been teasing a holiday lineup. It's gonna
start November twenty ninth and run through December twenty sixth.
The programming will include six hundred hours of Christmas movies,
conceding the new film Baltimoren's by director Jay Is Dupless.
So basically, the synopsis follows a newly sober Cliff on
an unexpected May through December adventure through Baltimore with Dedie,
(17:45):
his emergency dentist, after he cracks a tooth on Christmas
keys as you do. And I'm like, so they were
together for six months but no, they were.
Speaker 2 (17:52):
At hand just in case.
Speaker 5 (17:54):
Anyway, I'm gonna watch it. Third, their views are great,
so whatever.
Speaker 4 (17:58):
So also elf now Lampoon's Christmasification pullers for Christmases, all
all the all the all the movies, So very cool
if you're looking for something to watch. The day we
got Dancing with the Stars on ABC Squid Game, The
Challenges on Netflix, and then it's a series premiere.
Speaker 5 (18:11):
Of All Fair on Hulu.
Speaker 4 (18:12):
It's a female attorney team that leaves their old practice.
Stars Sarah Poulsen, Kim Gardashian, Naomi Watts, Flyne Close like
dot line up for sure.
Speaker 2 (18:22):
Thanks Austin. If you need something to listen to, who
He's Got a Crisis podcasts out breaking down the potential
of the College Diney movie, you can listen why miss
Radio dot com real quick to We talked about Irwan,
which is like the grocery store chain in California that
has like one hundred dollars bottles of water yep, and
that sounds like I'm exaggerating, but it's like really stupid prices.
Speaker 5 (18:41):
They just always have the smoothies, the go Virarul.
Speaker 2 (18:43):
Yeah, the Haley Beaver smoothe and we even talked about
how like remember they got busted for having like rats
and stuff a couple months ago, yes, which was funny
because they were legitimately selling like the hot bar there
is like thirty dollars.
Speaker 5 (18:54):
It's a very sense.
Speaker 8 (18:55):
Strawberry for like twelve do one single strawberry for twelve dollars.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
Yeah, or something like that because they can. Yes, so
a good news. Their new smoothie. They're releasing tastes like toothpaste. Baby,
that's disguster on purpose. Okay, so they've changed. They've teen
up with this Oral Care brand to create a mint
condition smile smoothie.
Speaker 5 (19:15):
Cool.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
It's a mint infused beverage that's rolling out today. I
don't like the Shamrock Shake. Never got that. You a
Shamrock Shake fan Rose Shamrock Shake early.
Speaker 9 (19:25):
I don't do mints.
Speaker 2 (19:26):
Yeah like that. So the team is arguing you should
give it a chance. They say, yes, a smoothie inspired
by toothpaste might sound unusual.
Speaker 4 (19:34):
Why would they just say it's just.
Speaker 5 (19:36):
A mint smoothie.
Speaker 2 (19:38):
I think because that's not cool and edgy viral. I
think that's part of it. Yeah, they say, but that's
what made it so fun. Their goal was to capture
that bright, clean sensation you get from brushing your teeth
with their teethpaste.
Speaker 5 (19:51):
I don't think so.
Speaker 2 (19:52):
Yeah, spurry Leina, I'm not too sure what that is.
It provides the blue green color expect from a minty toothpaste,
while London Banana, coconut and mango Deliver is SMOOTHI like
texture and layers of pretty sweetness. Oh banana, Yeah, I'm
done with that. Yeah, that part makes it fine.
Speaker 5 (20:07):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
They say it also does include mint, I would hope
so yeah, and then organic citrus, green tea, coconut milk,
organic mint, organic mango, YadA YadA YadA.
Speaker 5 (20:15):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (20:16):
So going on. Usually their twelve ounce smoothies go for
twenty dollars, which that is crazy. Now the haley beaer
one will be. It does look good for the gram.
It does look pretty agreed. This one. They're saying it's
gonna eleven bucks for a twelve ounce SMOOTHI, which is
still crazy.
Speaker 5 (20:32):
It's cheaper than the other one, but.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
Like the other ones are twenty ounces though, so it's
like less half.
Speaker 6 (20:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (20:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (20:38):
So you know, if you're, oh, we don't have one anywhere, if.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
You're in LA and you wanted to try it, I'm
sure people will do it and it tastes like tooth faste.
Speaker 5 (20:45):
They're just gonna do it to a video and be like,
I don't like it. I don't like it.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
Our speed is the oreo is they're flavored like thingsgiving Yeah,
which we did order air Core than Yesterday Beer hopefully
soon the ones where it's like cream corn and pumpkin pie.
That's more of our We're in that class.
Speaker 4 (21:00):
Yes, favors, not anything Thanksgiving that's going to taste to see.
Speaker 2 (21:05):
So if you want to see it, we'll put some
of the picks up on these socials at WYMUS Radio.
Let me get to this next year Tuesday too. If
your man does these things, yes, send his ass packed.
I thought these are pretty much spot on. It's intern
Johnny Morning Show. According to a therapist. If your man
doesn't do these things, send his ass pack. Now mostlies,
I agree with some of them, like, okay about that.
(21:27):
Sorry what I've always preached this. If he has not
introduced you to his.
Speaker 4 (21:30):
Friends, yes, yes, it's depending on how long it's very new, Okay, sure,
but if it's been a while.
Speaker 2 (21:37):
Yeah, As the great Chris rock One said, if you've
not met your man's friends, you are not his girlfriend.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
I think they've always believed that dudes want you to
meet the friends and have them approved, because then they
will not give him crap if he hangs out with
you and said them absolutely, they're like, oh, Julie's a
cool girl instead of being like, oh that the word.
Speaker 5 (21:55):
And also, don't you want to meet the people in
their life.
Speaker 2 (21:57):
Anyway, The expert says, if he were serious about you,
he want his guy's approval. Yeah, you find yourself in
the barn me and all no one sorry, take you
to a party where he's the only one familiar, only
familiar face to you. The only person he has knows
is college. So basically, if he's keeping his friends and
you separate, it's not for long.
Speaker 17 (22:14):
Hall.
Speaker 5 (22:14):
Yeah, there's a reason for it.
Speaker 2 (22:16):
Yeah. I would also say, you meet the friends and
they act like off, Yeah, like like you have got
to be around long Probably a sign probably probably.
Speaker 8 (22:24):
Yes, Also a sign if you've been dating for a
while and all of a sudden he doesn't want you
around his friends anymore, Like he's going with his friends
but you're never invited.
Speaker 2 (22:32):
Yeah, Or the friends seem like it's really special to
meet you, mean he doesn't bring everybody around. I think
that's a good one too, because I got true, I
only introduced I guess the girlfriends to you guys.
Speaker 5 (22:42):
I don't think that's like a red fly.
Speaker 2 (22:44):
I think it's a good flight. I'm saying, like that's
that that's a good fight means like, oh, like he
doesn't do this often, Okay, if you rarely are or
if you never rarely spend the night.
Speaker 4 (22:51):
Together, Yes, what's he hiding? Why does he want to
sleep over? Because then it's like, for in my brain,
I'm like, oh, you're leaving to go. Maybe like you
if somebody else you're talking to and you're like he
needs to FaceTime them or something.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
Yeah, obviously it's not include if they have a pet. Yeah,
no child.
Speaker 4 (23:06):
This is like if it's been months and months and like,
you guys have not had to sleep over.
Speaker 9 (23:10):
Yeah, I don't think you can do that.
Speaker 10 (23:13):
I don't.
Speaker 9 (23:13):
I don't think it.
Speaker 8 (23:14):
I think it depends on their own beliefs as well,
because if they are like, we're not sleeping in the
same batuntur married, Like that's that's another thing, you know.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
Are they're saying if he doesn't care to kyle you
at night, if he doesn't want to spoon you, it's
probably not gonna last that long. I think that's fair.
Speaker 6 (23:28):
Well.
Speaker 5 (23:28):
Yeah, if you guys are talking off, then he's just sleeping. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (23:30):
If you've never been to his place, he's never been
to yours.
Speaker 5 (23:34):
That's also weird. Yes, what are you hiding?
Speaker 2 (23:36):
Uh huh? If you pick one location for brief hangouts. Afterwards,
either he leaves or kicks you out, it becomes your place.
You never been in his apartment. They say there's excuses,
it's too far, YadA YadA. Yeah, but you've never been there.
Something is off.
Speaker 4 (23:49):
I think that's odd, especially because if it is like
quote unquote too far, eventually you're gonna need to see it.
Absolutely gonna need to go over there for some reason,
because why would you keep making them go to you when.
Speaker 2 (23:58):
They're saying too Yeah, if if like you always had
the drive that he's not making the effort to like
at least alleviate because driving sucks, especially after work you're retired,
then you got to drive forty five minutes somewhere. No,
it's absolutely not. This is the one I don't agree with.
You don't shower together list. As a dude, the idea
shower with the girls seems great in movies and TV
and romance is the unless you have one of those
(24:21):
rainfall showers from the top. Otherwise, this dude, you're standing
in the corner freezing your ass off while she gets
the hot water and you just kind of stand there,
and it's it's like, unless you have with those big showers,
it's just a shower. You have a shower tub combination.
It's not meant for two adults.
Speaker 5 (24:34):
And there was that would for me.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
Yeah, that seems like it'd be adorable. But you need
like an actual like it's a shower.
Speaker 5 (24:41):
Someone's cold, someone's not getting water on the Yeah, it's not.
Speaker 2 (24:44):
If you slip and then it's not from the past
things around and it's like you're saying oopsie's and that
kind of vibe. Yeah, they say it can be intimate. Yeah, yeah, yea,
there it is. Sure. If he doesn't let you borrow his.
Speaker 5 (24:54):
Clothes, okay, I mean yeah, I.
Speaker 2 (24:57):
Think they're staying Like if you stayed over and you
left with his hoodie, I I need that back.
Speaker 5 (25:01):
Yeah okay, because he's like, oh this is not gonna
be a long term.
Speaker 2 (25:03):
Yeah, I'm I'm playing seeing you ever get In fact, sung,
I need that like right now.
Speaker 4 (25:07):
Especially sometimes like I like I always give the clothes
back for the most part, but sometimes.
Speaker 5 (25:11):
Like I really just need to borrow clothes.
Speaker 4 (25:13):
Yes, sure, And I'm like I don't even care if
you're my friend, Like I don't care if like you're
letting me borrow your clothes, whether you're like it or not.
Speaker 2 (25:18):
Well, most dudes want you to to stay, so they'll
give you clothes. And then if you take the clothes
with you, ex key should talk to you again and
get my clothes back. So like that's that's like, that's
it's kind of a two pronged thing where it's like
if he doesn't know you sleep in your jeans.
Speaker 5 (25:31):
Yeah, especially in the summer like boat season.
Speaker 4 (25:35):
I'm borrowing any any dude's hoodie because I'm not bringing
that with me.
Speaker 2 (25:39):
This is another one I don't like. He doesn't get jealous.
Speaker 5 (25:42):
Okay, that to me, he's a secure person.
Speaker 2 (25:45):
It's a fine line. I had an ex who like
used to get mad at me for not getting jealous.
Oh yeah, and I said to word, I remember like
if you're gonna cheat, you're gonna cheat. But also like
if we're gonna play that game, I think I might win.
Speaker 15 (25:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (25:55):
My ex would make up that I was jealous and
I'm like what and he would like start a fight
with me, and I like going through and like screensh
I'm like, am I missing something? And he just like
wanted me to be jealous. I'm like, dude, we've been
together three years, Like, if you're gonna cheat on me
at this point, you're gonna cheat on me for sure.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
And they say a guy you want, a guy who
wants me with you, who at least expresses some regret
when he can't. Yeah, it's different if if we had plans,
like for a Caps game, you can't because you've seen
your friends. That's one thing. But it's like you're doing
a girls' night or family thing. Yeah, yeah, okay, I'd
rather hang with you, but it's you're doing some fun
for you to have a life. Yeah, that to me,
I don't necessarily like. I think that's a fine line
(26:32):
where the jealousy things seems hot on TV but not
in realize.
Speaker 4 (26:35):
Also with our job, like I don't want to deal
with that. I have to be sure because I don't.
I really just don't have the mental capacity to deal
with For jealousy, it's not like I'm out here like
flirting with people in front of you at all. It's
more so I was I went on a few days
with this guy last year and he always was upset.
Speaker 5 (26:50):
He's like, you're not making time for me.
Speaker 4 (26:51):
But we had just our dating and it was just
that season of life where I was very busy, but
I didn't need to make time for him because you'd
only been on a few days.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
Yeah, I've gotten that, and it's it's frustrating. It's like
if he wanted to make the time, it's like, yeah,
but you're not priority right now.
Speaker 4 (27:04):
And also like he was just holding that over my
head and I'm like, it's it's the holiday season, yes,
Like I don't really know you, and I'm not going
to change me being with my family to have like
time with you, like you can wait, yeah, for when
I'm back in town.
Speaker 2 (27:15):
But it's also like one day, like maybe you will
be a priority, but right now though I can't.
Speaker 4 (27:19):
And then not holding them over my head and making
me feel bad, it's just wild.
Speaker 2 (27:23):
The last one is he hasn't met his parents, so
if the parents live nearby, you should have induced to them.
That's probably fair. Me my parents don't live here, so
that's that's a bigger yeah thing, like, hey, let's go
see John Pagan, Nashville.
Speaker 4 (27:34):
It takes me a long time to introduce someone to
my parents. Though your parents are adorable, though, yes, it just.
Speaker 5 (27:39):
I feel like it's got to take a minute.
Speaker 2 (27:40):
All they got to do is be around you on
a weekend. A couple of drinks in and then like wan,
what let's face time my parents the hostage. Yeah, I
actually a lot as a kid past thing absolutely Intern
Johnny Marny and she get mad and her boyfriend's man
for not doing this. Asking for a Friend comes next.
Yesterday on the show, we learned a lot you can
make money and strange ways. We talked to somebody. They
(28:02):
made hundreds of dollars selling these.
Speaker 16 (28:05):
This guy was advertising that he paid people for.
Speaker 2 (28:08):
Court story, which is exactly what it sounds like. You
just fill her up with gas and ship it out
for hundreds of dollars. You missed yesterday's show. If the
podcast just search intern john in your morning show wherever
listen to podcasts, Rose has the three things you need
to know coming for your Tuesday. What you got for us?
Speaker 8 (28:25):
We're talking about Arlington Public Schools providing meals to family.
Speaker 2 (28:29):
You mean, yes Ober three minutes. First you most shown
in song which are facing your votes? Nine ninety three
three eight the text somber an intern Johnny Morning Show.
Let's get you ready for Asking for a Friend. But
first from the.
Speaker 6 (28:42):
City that changes the world.
Speaker 1 (28:44):
Here's Rose with three things you need.
Speaker 2 (28:46):
To know for you Tuesday, Rose you got for us.
Speaker 8 (28:49):
So just quick reminder. Polls are open in Virginia's election
day for governor, Lieutenant governor, Attorney General, House of Delegates,
and local offices and the polls are open until seven pm.
So former Vice President Dick Cheney has died at the age.
Speaker 9 (29:00):
Of eighty four.
Speaker 8 (29:01):
Chase career in public service began in nineteen sixty nine
when he joined the Nixon administration, and announcing his passing,
his family said his death was quote due to complications
of pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease.
Speaker 9 (29:13):
So our thoughts are with them.
Speaker 8 (29:14):
So yesterday we talked about how sewing needles were found
in Halloween candy in Rockville and that investigation is over.
Investigators announced yesterday that a child placed the needles inside
their own candy bag. My goodness, so police said in
a post the incident was a hoax carried out by
a nine year old child within the household where the
(29:36):
report originated. The child admitted to placing the sewing needles
into packages of gummy bears.
Speaker 9 (29:42):
What's not to this? It's not a good idea, that's
not a funny prank. That's just we don't do that.
Speaker 8 (29:49):
Rockville's police chief said that he was happy that the
incident was isolated and did not present a broader threat
to public safety, which agreed thought that was not a
for real threat. And the Arlington School System is going
to provide free evening meals to families affected by the
ongoing federal government shutdown. The school system will begin offering
(30:09):
the meals at three locations beginning on Thursday, so hot
meals will be served Monday through Friday from five thirty
to seven thirty pm, and district officials say that there
will be only two hundred and fifty meals available at
each location and then the meals will be given out
on a first come for surfasis.
Speaker 9 (30:25):
So you check that out if you are looking for that.
I'm Rose. Those are the three things you need to
know for today.
Speaker 2 (30:30):
Thank you, Rose, You're welcome. We do want asking for
a friend on the show. Because you go through things
in life, you have all the answers. Sometimes you can't
ask your inner circle for advice. Maybe involves them. You
ask for a friend because somebody listenings bending your shoes?
Can she be mad at her man's boyfriend, oh, her
friend's boyfriend rather for not doing this gaed about two
minutes since Intern Johnny Marty Show looking for a friend
(30:50):
on Intern john in your morning shout, let's go fake
name Tammy, good morning.
Speaker 3 (30:55):
Hey, good morning.
Speaker 2 (30:56):
So this is different. Your question evolves your best friend
her boyfriend. So you've been best friends with the saken
names is call her Julie with Julie for how long.
Speaker 3 (31:07):
It's been gosh, probably close to fifteen years, okay.
Speaker 2 (31:10):
And she's been dating we'll call him Chris for how long?
Speaker 3 (31:14):
Three months?
Speaker 2 (31:15):
Okay? And so what's the problem with you? Your friend Julie
her boyfriend Chris.
Speaker 3 (31:21):
He's made no effort to impress me or to kind
of have me on his side. They're getting to the
point where they're kind of serious, and I feel like
I barely know him. He doesn't like, really talk to me.
He doesn't, you know, open my door. It's just hers,
(31:42):
and then I kind of have to, like, you know,
run up behind him and open it for myself. He
who go out, He doesn't pay for my drinks. I mean,
he's showing no effort.
Speaker 2 (31:53):
Okay. Is it just so I understand? So you are
upset that your best friend's new boyfriend Craig. If I'm
I'm almost like he isn't trying to court you as well?
Speaker 3 (32:04):
Well, I mean we're kind of packaged duo, so if
he wants me on his side, I feel like there
should be like a little bit of effort towards me.
Speaker 2 (32:16):
Okay, got it? Because you're saying like you're her closest
confidant and like he should try to win you over
and he's not doing that.
Speaker 13 (32:22):
Yeah, okay, yeah.
Speaker 3 (32:24):
Because you know she's got the rose colored glasses on.
But I feel like I have a better sense of
reality when them and why wouldn't you want me on
your side?
Speaker 2 (32:32):
So almost like he should be kind of dating you
as well, but not romantic, you know what?
Speaker 3 (32:38):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (32:39):
Yeah, okay, can I put you in hold one second?
Speaker 3 (32:43):
Yeah? That's fun?
Speaker 2 (32:44):
All right? So what do you do if you're fake
named Tammy? Do you say something to your best sie?
Do you say something to her? Man eight seven seven
nine ninety five four six eight one to call nine
ninety three three eight The text it's asking for a
friend on interns John in your Morning show, ask thanking
for a friend interns John in your Morning Show. We
have talked to fake name Tammy. Her bestie is dating
(33:06):
and you guy, and fake named Tammy is a little
bit upset that bestie's new boyfriend essentially isn't also trying
to impress fake name Tammy by not getting her drinks
and not opening her door. She kind of feels like
they're a package deal and he should make an effort
with her as well. Eight seven seven nine ninety five
four six State one to call nine ninety three three
(33:27):
eight The text we are getting in hold sauce your thoughts.
Speaker 4 (33:30):
I think it's an odd opinion to have.
Speaker 5 (33:34):
I guess that she thinks that.
Speaker 4 (33:37):
The way that he treats her one one hundred percent,
it looks like every little like box that a girlfriend
boyfriend would want to check girlfriend wouldn't want to check
with a boyfriend. I guess you could say she wants
with her best friend's boyfriend, which I don't agree with
that because you know, I don't know, you're not a
package deal like that, Because that is what she said,
(33:59):
that they're a package deal. I don't just I don't.
I don't agree. Is it nice if a guy opens
the door for you? Sure, but I wouldn't if if
my best friend was dating somebody and they didn't run
around to my door of the car and open it,
I would not be upset.
Speaker 2 (34:14):
Yeah, I think a door to get in a business
or that's different. Car door is more romantic.
Speaker 4 (34:19):
Holding the door for you just going into like a restaurant. Yes,
sure I have. My best friend has dated people that
haven't paid for my stuff, and I'm like, yeah, I
don't expect that because that you're not my boyfriend. Is
it a nice gesture when it happens. Absolutely, but also
don't do that. You don't need to do that every
time because that's life's expensive. My whole point is that's
just a wild take that you you basically want the
(34:42):
boyfriend of your boyfriend too.
Speaker 5 (34:43):
It sounds like and that's not normal.
Speaker 4 (34:45):
Get your own boyfriend and stop stop calling radio stations
like wow, boyfriend, not treating me like I'm the girlfriend
because you're not.
Speaker 2 (34:55):
You put it that way. Okay, let's go Woodbridge, Ashley,
good morning. What do you want to say of this girl?
Speaker 7 (35:03):
I'm moving to go that Tammy doesn't have a boyfriend
because she sounds like an absolute hater.
Speaker 5 (35:08):
Yes, absolutely she does.
Speaker 2 (35:11):
Yeah, Now, Ashley, what if one of your wif Tammy
was your friends. She came to like, Hey, your man's
not treating me right. What would your response be to her?
Do you want to date him?
Speaker 17 (35:20):
Like?
Speaker 2 (35:20):
What's the problem? Yeah? Okay, all right now, Ashley, are
you mad at me? Or he's taking on Tammy? Can
I feel like I'm wrong?
Speaker 12 (35:27):
No?
Speaker 7 (35:27):
No, no, Dammy.
Speaker 2 (35:28):
Just sounds absolutely ridiculous. Okay, all right, Ashley, thank you
for listening. You have a great day. Thank you to
by Rose. What do you want to say with this?
Speaker 9 (35:36):
I think this is a while she's a little de lulu. Okay.
Speaker 8 (35:39):
I do think guys need to put in some effort
to friends, Yes, but they do not need to court you.
Speaker 14 (35:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (35:47):
He does not need to treat you like his girlfriend
as well. He can be nice to you, buy a
drink maybe once in You do not get the same privilege.
You do not get girlfriend privileges as my friend.
Speaker 2 (35:59):
Yeah, you know what I mean? That's weird, just a
little bit. Let me go in Towis and Jennifer, good morning,
good morning.
Speaker 3 (36:07):
How are you?
Speaker 2 (36:08):
I'm doing well girl? What do you want to say
with this?
Speaker 3 (36:10):
Listen?
Speaker 17 (36:11):
I first of all, I laughed so hard throughout this
whole thing with her.
Speaker 9 (36:16):
I am I don't think I've ever laughed that hard
in my life.
Speaker 2 (36:20):
I'm a psychologist by background.
Speaker 9 (36:22):
I would love to have her as a patient.
Speaker 4 (36:25):
As to what Rosa said, the Lulu pretty much sums
it up.
Speaker 18 (36:31):
Your boyfriend girl.
Speaker 10 (36:34):
Has no You have no right to ask him to
buy drinks, to open your car door.
Speaker 3 (36:40):
I mean, I truly think she's jealous.
Speaker 2 (36:42):
Yes, Jeffer, thank you for listening. I have a great day.
Bye bye bye, going Fredericksburg. Michelle, good morning, Good morning.
What do you want to say of this, Michelle.
Speaker 19 (36:55):
Well, he's eating her, not you. Yeah, it's a privilege
that the girlfriend gets.
Speaker 2 (37:02):
Not you. Yeah. Yeah yeah. And Michelle, if this was
your friend, what would you say to hey, girl, like
he's mine?
Speaker 19 (37:09):
I would say, go find your own boyfriend, you know,
be happiness, be happy in your own life and not
trying to crush mine.
Speaker 5 (37:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (37:18):
Yeah, I guess Michelle's almost like she got imagined that
they ever got married. Give them the speech like even
though Tom didn't buy me drinks or hold my door. Yeah,
like the whole nobody's gonna be like on your side,
you know, like yeah.
Speaker 19 (37:30):
And then she expect her to get a baby then.
Speaker 2 (37:33):
Too, that's fair where did stop? All Right, have a
great day, me too, Thank you. I's going to Alexandria,
Isabelle Ga Marnin Bhiem.
Speaker 18 (37:47):
Yeah, I just wanted to say that, Like, I don't know,
it's almost giving that.
Speaker 3 (37:51):
Like she might want him and her bestie needs to run.
Speaker 18 (37:55):
She shouldn't be around someone where like it's so obvious,
you know, because if she had the chance, she would
probably take it, you know, because yeah, it's like, girl,
he's not your boyfriend, of course.
Speaker 4 (38:09):
You know.
Speaker 18 (38:09):
I want my boyfriend to make a good impression on
my friends all the time when we go out, but
he's dating me.
Speaker 7 (38:16):
Not them.
Speaker 3 (38:16):
You know.
Speaker 15 (38:17):
It was really odd.
Speaker 3 (38:18):
It's almost giving jealousy.
Speaker 18 (38:20):
And when I see two girls have a friendship like that,
I'm like, oh my god, Like life be short for that,
you know.
Speaker 2 (38:27):
Yeah, thank you for you. Have a great day of course.
By and lartin Chelsea, Good morning, may Gret. What do
you want to say with this?
Speaker 12 (38:40):

You need her to maybe like mediate yea, be like
he's stupid.

to Madri. Did we elope because friends and family didn't approve,
or because it just made sense.

It was the best man that forgot to give it
to the kids.
Speaker 21 (52:25):
Oh, so they could carry it down.
Speaker 2 (52:28):
Dude, his one job and one job.
Speaker 4 (52:31):
Okay, Like they have so much lund to do the
wedding than the chicks do.
Speaker 2 (52:35):
Did they realize, like on the altar, that it was that.
Speaker 12 (52:40):
Yeah, when they went to hand out the ring, we
had to have the seventh inning stretch so that somebody
could run up to the clubhouse and grab the ring.
Speaker 2 (52:48):
Sure, Okay, I'm gonna go ahead and say I felt
that was a sign, and that was like trying to
get one last obstacle didn't work out, Sauce.
Speaker 4 (52:55):
I don't think that was a sign. I was on
a wedding that had that happened. They're together, Okay, Rose,

my now mother in law had the threats of being
hurt or killed.
Speaker 15 (53:33):
At my wedding.
Speaker 2 (53:34):
Oh okay, bye, and by.
Speaker 3 (53:36):
Who a family member on their sign?
Speaker 2 (53:40):
Oh so you had to have a security to protect
from from your in laws basically from their own family. Okay,
I'm gonna go ahead and say that was not a sign.
And we're still together because that sounds like they supported,
they wanted to be there. Yeah. I think that's not
a sign. I saw us.
Speaker 5 (53:57):
I think that's a sign.
Speaker 2 (53:59):
Okay, I'm gonna say that's a sign. Okay. In fact, day, Maggie,

Speaker 15 (54:08):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (54:09):
I mean I guess like that must have been so
stressful that just life seemed easier afterwards.
Speaker 3 (54:15):
Oh no, yeah, it was stressful. Even in my sister's
matron of honor speech she kind of gabbled about it,
but not.
Speaker 14 (54:25):
On Yeah.
Speaker 2 (54:25):
How about that security? Right? Yeah, drama and Maggie, second,

Speaker 2 (55:10):

Speaker 2 (56:00):
Husband lost his wedding band. Now you're the wedding kay uh.
He was late to our wedding and wanted to take
a friend and his wife and our honeymoon. Excuse me
what somebody else said? My husband got lost for two hours.
Buying black socks was almost an now relate to the wedding.
That is wild wow. Places of black socks, target Walmart,
any mall ever sporting good. That's wild real quick. So
(56:23):
they still study came out nine percent of Americans have
slept with their boss, according to a new report. They say.
They asked folks, he ever been romantic or in a
adult relationship somebody who worked is your boss? Nine percent
said yes, two percent said prefer not to say that's
got yes, eleven percent yes. So they say one to
(56:47):
eleven people have hooked up with the boss at work.
That's wild a lot. They asked folks, our relationship between
bosses and subordinates a bad thing? Seventy three percent say
it's always a bad thing. Percent say it's always a
acceptable okayven percent say it's usually okay.
Speaker 5 (57:02):
It really just depends on the people in the situation.
Speaker 2 (57:05):
Probably what the businesses I would imagine.
Speaker 4 (57:07):
Well, yeah, like I think that if you're hooking up
nobody knows, that's one thing, But if it's obvious by
how you act, that's another thing.
Speaker 2 (57:13):
Yeah, especially when it goes bad. Well, yeah, that's usually
like the big sign, they say agen Z. Millennials are
more cool with it than older adults.
Speaker 5 (57:21):
That makes really Yeah.
Speaker 8 (57:22):
I have a friend, well, a girl I used to
work with at TGI Fridays that she and the manager
were hooking up secretly for a while and they are
now married with children.
Speaker 2 (57:31):
Look at that they got the ending hook up with
the coworkers. Don't you heard it here?
Speaker 5 (57:35):

Speaker 1 (57:58):
Here's Rose with three things you need.
Speaker 6 (58:00):
To know for you.
Speaker 2 (58:01):
Tuesday, Rose you got for us.
Speaker 9 (58:02):
So it's election day in Virginia. I just wanted to
remind you.
Speaker 8 (58:04):
Polls are open until seven pm. It's for governor, Lieutenant governor,
Attorney General, House of Delegates, and some local offices as well.
So the Chrub administration told a federal judge yesterday that
it will use contingency funding to provide half of the
normal SNAP food benefits for November during the government shutdown,
which is I mean, they were saying nothing was going
(58:25):
to be provided, but we're getting half. So the Agriculture
Department said it will use all four point six five
billion dollars in the contingency fund, which will cover about
fifty percent of each household normal benefit. Now they need
at least another four billion dollars to provide full benefits.
Now the benefits will be delayed because states must reprogram
(58:46):
their computer systems to calculate the reduced payments. Now, about
forty two million Americans rely on SNAP and they receive
an average of just over three.
Speaker 9 (58:54):
Hundred and fifty dollars per month.
Speaker 8 (58:55):
But I will say Virginia andy Z both previously said
they would fund SNAP while they can, and now Maryland
Governor Wesmore is releasing sixty two million dollars in state
funds to ensure full November SNAP benefits for Marylanders, which
is nice to hear. So, if you want to go
to this year's National Christmas Tree lighting ceremony, you need
to enter a lottery to get the tickets, and the
entries for that lottery closed tomorrow at three pm, So
(59:17):
if you want to go register now.
Speaker 9 (59:20):
The results of the lottery will.
Speaker 8 (59:21):
Be announced on November twelve, and that ceremony is going
to be held in the Ellipse near the White House
on December fourth.
Speaker 9 (59:26):
And this is really cool. Mackenzie Scott, she is.

Speaker 3 (01:02:23):
I think it was like, well, officially moved. It was
probably like a month or so.
Speaker 2 (01:02:27):
Okay, And so was it a case of it was
love at first sight? Was it a case of like
lease was up or what was the reason behind?
Speaker 4 (01:02:36):
It?
Speaker 3 (01:02:36):
Was pretty much like the lease was off situation. And
I don't know, it's just.
Speaker 13 (01:02:41):
Kind of nowadays you hear all of these horror stories
about how people will date for so long and then
they'll move in together. And that's the kicker, right, You know,
you don't really work well together moving.
Speaker 16 (01:02:51):
In so I just kind of figured with both in the.
Speaker 13 (01:02:53):
Same career field.
Speaker 16 (01:02:54):
Sure, you know my lease was up.
Speaker 13 (01:02:57):
If it's not gonna work out, let's let's figure.
Speaker 3 (01:02:59):
It out right now.
Speaker 2 (01:03:00):
Sure, And are we still together?
Speaker 6 (01:03:02):
Now? Yes?
Speaker 3 (01:03:03):
We are?
Speaker 2 (01:03:04):
Okay? How long been together?
Speaker 6 (01:03:05):
Total?
Speaker 14 (01:03:06):
About?
Speaker 2 (01:03:07):
Okay? All right? Okay, but you and hold one second.
Speaker 6 (01:03:10):
Sure.
Speaker 2 (01:03:10):
I do want to preface mine by saying that just
because there are some folks in the hold where this
worked out well, doesn't mean that's a sign for you.
I just want to say that I'm just gonna throw
it out there, Abby, good morning.
Speaker 7 (01:03:26):
Hi.
Speaker 2 (01:03:27):
Okay girl, you're calling from mine. So you're one of
those people, Abbey, where you're gonna give folks false hope,
but laid on me, says what happened?
Speaker 7 (01:03:33):
Okay, I'm just in the car for like another fifteen minutes.
Speaker 3 (01:03:36):
You say you're lied now okay, Oh.
Speaker 2 (01:03:41):
Oh my gosh. Yeah, okay, Hi, so you're calm from mind?
What happened? Oh?
Speaker 7 (01:03:49):
So? So yeah, I graduated college, came back home and
was just kind of in between before going to grad school,
met a guy.
Speaker 12 (01:03:58):
Hung out.
Speaker 7 (01:04:00):
And actually he took off to boot camp for the Navy.
So we said our goodbyes, and then I got pregnant.
He came home, we moved in. We had our son,
he's thirteen. So we've been together for fourteen years.
Speaker 9 (01:04:13):
We were four kids.
Speaker 7 (01:04:14):
Now I just dropped them all off at school and
I come home together.
Speaker 2 (01:04:19):
But it says on the screen, but you guys, you're
pregnant in the first eight I mean close, I no,
that's a great okay, And I'm gonna put your hoole
gate to my manager because that's hilarious. That's uh again,
not mean's gonna hapen to everybody else, but that's yeah, Okay,
let me go. Oh my gosh, Melissa, good morning, Melissa.
(01:04:43):
You there, Oh there we go. So after two weeks,
you guys had what.
Speaker 21 (01:04:49):
We moved in together after two.
Speaker 2 (01:04:51):
Weeks, and it says you adopted a dog too.
Speaker 21 (01:04:56):
Yeah, so we adopted a dog together. After two weeks,
we moved into the other after two weeks, we got
married ten months later. Okay, and we've been married for
thirteen years and our dog is fourteen and a half
years old.
Speaker 2 (01:05:12):
That's amazing, Melissa, Thank you for feeding my delusions that
this work for me as well.
Speaker 3 (01:05:16):
Because it can happen.
Speaker 21 (01:05:18):
We also have a twelve year old daughter, so it
can happen.
Speaker 2 (01:05:22):
Oh, there we go. Okay, that's amazing, Melissa, thank you
for listening. You have a great day.
Speaker 10 (01:05:27):
Thank you too.
Speaker 4 (01:05:28):
I don't let your hair down.
Speaker 2 (01:05:34):
If I again, I'm glad we're out for Melissa. If
I told y'all I met a girl and a two
weeks later she was moving in and we got a dog,
how well do you think that would go with me?
You'd be the most vocal, for sure.
Speaker 5 (01:05:52):
If you made their choices.
Speaker 4 (01:05:53):
I would be about it if I felt like they
were a good person.
Speaker 2 (01:05:57):
Okay that two weeks, so I don't.
Speaker 9 (01:06:01):
Know, sauce two weeks. Let's be real.
Speaker 8 (01:06:03):
We would all have a like conversation without John, and
then they would all confront him together.
Speaker 10 (01:06:09):
We would have an intervention. You wouldn't be no, wait
because this might actually work for him. If if this,
because then then it would get he would get them.
She would want to tell you to stop coaching hockey
because then you had to focus time on her.
Speaker 5 (01:06:23):
How are we focused on today?
Speaker 6 (01:06:25):
And then you would and.
Speaker 10 (01:06:25):
Then you could you could do more things because you're
you're a boyfriend, guy, bro, you love doing that, boyfriend.
Speaker 2 (01:06:31):
I do love having a boyfriend. Oh yes, so I
think this would help you. Maybe it would calm you
down a little bit. And you know, you guys are
high at your ass. There's no way if I went
to YouTube be like I I damn dating somebody, you'd
be like number one suspicious she's moving in and we're
getting a dog's. Honestly, I think the dog thing I
would scare you guys more than no.
Speaker 10 (01:06:49):
No, because no one knew you've you've had this secretly
in the pocket for like a couple of months, and
then you would tell us that's how you work. That's
how you'd be red everywhere.
Speaker 2 (01:07:02):
That's not context. It doesn't make sense.
Speaker 4 (01:07:05):
It's when he gets giddy that I get worried.
Speaker 2 (01:07:10):
When he's happy.
Speaker 5 (01:07:11):
No, No, when.
Speaker 4 (01:07:12):
You're happy, there's there's happy John, then there's giddy John.
Speaker 2 (01:07:16):
Somebody says John letting the beans out the bags, Like, no,
there's no beans to feel out of the bag. I
was just saying that if I did that, I know.
Speaker 4 (01:07:21):
Okay, yes, probably I would be concerned. I'd be like, okay,
is did she like get her claws in your brain?
Speaker 5 (01:07:27):
And why is this happening? I don't think that's good idea.
Speaker 2 (01:07:30):
On the flip side as the other single person in
the show saws. If you told me you met a guy,
you move it in two weeks later and you got
a dog, I'd like pulled the flag, but I did.
Speaker 4 (01:07:37):
I did do that with my ex and that didn't
wait like after like a few months of dating, like
two months, he moved across the country.
Speaker 5 (01:07:44):
For me, it worked out for a whole almost three years.
Speaker 2 (01:07:47):
Did he move across the country or was he on
the run from law enforcement?
Speaker 4 (01:07:51):
You know what, We'll be back and after finding his
you know, military paperwork where they hit a lot of
his transgressions, I think he was on the run from
his life.
Speaker 2 (01:07:59):
Like it's all behind the frame with glass half fault.
Speaker 4 (01:08:01):
If you want to use me to get out of
that and not tell me and then let me find
out three years later, Uh, that's that's my that's my fault.
Speaker 2 (01:08:08):
I don't disagree. Let me go at Mechanicsville. Lea, good morning,
I'll know Lea. Are you there?
Speaker 19 (01:08:16):
Yeah, I'm here.
Speaker 2 (01:08:17):
There we go. Okay, so you met this person. What
happened in the first month?
Speaker 12 (01:08:22):
We got it, we got engaged after the first month.
Speaker 2 (01:08:25):
Oh wow, look at that. Okay, did it work out
what happened.
Speaker 11 (01:08:28):
It did, We're still together. Cool, we're getting ready to
celebrate our five years.
Speaker 2 (01:08:33):
Okay, and we're your friends and family on board. Also
you drag racing right now?
Speaker 9 (01:08:36):
Whoa, No, I'm outside.
Speaker 2 (01:08:39):
We're friends of family on board.
Speaker 12 (01:08:41):
Yeah, everybody was like super happy. I literally met him
while I was going through a divorce.
Speaker 2 (01:08:47):
Actually nice.
Speaker 12 (01:08:49):
So when my divorce was finalized, we got married two
months later.
Speaker 2 (01:08:52):
Look at that. Okay, good for you, Leah, thank you
for listening. Have a great day.
Speaker 19 (01:08:55):
Yeah you too.
Speaker 2 (01:08:57):
By are there's so many of these. Somebody said, Uh,
we met on a Thursday, moved in on a Monday.
Go somebody else, moved in three months later, something else
after a month. I do want to get some of
these bonus ones though, people hooked up at their boss,
because they're the study that eleven percent of workers have
hooked up with the boss. Uh in Pasadena, Nicoll, good morning,
(01:09:17):
Good morning, all right, so you are calling for the
bonus you hooked up with the boss?
Speaker 3 (01:09:22):
I did.
Speaker 2 (01:09:23):
Oh what happened girl? Where are we working at?
Speaker 4 (01:09:27):
Uh?
Speaker 6 (01:09:27):
So?
Speaker 13 (01:09:28):
I won't say the name of the restaurant, but it
was a restaurant.
Speaker 3 (01:09:30):
Yeah, so we actually.
Speaker 5 (01:09:33):
Ended up, you know, hooking up and.
Speaker 21 (01:09:36):
Dating and now we are married in.
Speaker 2 (01:09:39):
Three ye was there a restaurant in Pasadena? Yeah, Mexican.
Speaker 22 (01:09:45):

move to call?
Speaker 3 (01:09:58):

Gonna send your man, my man, sure, okay, just send.
Speaker 6 (01:10:28):
Your man.
Speaker 2 (01:10:30):
Real quick. Yeah, don't worry about it's fine, Probably he
needs it. Let me go in Sykesville. Rachel, good morning.
Speaker 9 (01:10:37):

What happened?
Speaker 3 (01:10:44):
We did?
Speaker 6 (01:10:45):
So?
Speaker 11 (01:10:45):
I was actually his boss and I hired him, and
then about four months later we started hooking up, and
then people found out, so he had to transfer to
another location, and a couple of months later, the new
employee Handbook.
Speaker 2 (01:10:59):
Came out and what was the exact like rough leg words,
you can't hook up with like a employee or anything
like that.
Speaker 11 (01:11:06):
Or they can't work at the same location.
Speaker 2 (01:11:08):
Yeah, sure, sure answer who made the first move? Rachel?
Speaker 9 (01:11:14):

(01:17:02):
intern Johnny Morning Show, Crazy headline the last twenty four hours.
Man China has turned to social media to track down
ex girlfriend to repay her fourteen hundred dollars she lent
him to start a business.
Speaker 5 (01:17:12):
Oh wait, that's really nice.
Speaker 2 (01:17:14):
I hold that off, hold that of because there's a
reason here. So I guess they met back in ninety one.
He was twenty three, she was twenty five. They fell
in love, working together during a relationship for eight years,
so they went the separate ways yahd yah years later,
so they broke up in like ninety nine. So two
years later he need financial help. That's at his own business.
(01:17:34):
She was their support him. She's very nice. Actually, she
loaned him a lot of money. She loaned him at
ten thousand yen, which is about fourteen hundred dollars, which
is a lot of money, especially back in the back
then inflation sure. Absolutely, So after he got the money,
he lost contact with her after quote misplacing his mobile
phone some years ago. Sure, and since then he's felt regret. Okay,
(01:17:56):
he's hoping to return the money and find out how
she's doing.
Speaker 5 (01:18:00):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (01:18:00):
His wife has expressed her full support for his mission. Okay,
that to me seems odd as.
Speaker 4 (01:18:07):
A dude, But she wanted him the money to start something,
and he wants to repay it.
Speaker 2 (01:18:12):
But he has no idea how to find her. He
lost his phone and.
Speaker 4 (01:18:15):
I can tell you back back in the early two
thousands when phones just were becoming more popular. I don't
think that's that's not that's pretty normal.
Speaker 2 (01:18:22):
So his wife says she's not jealous and wants him
to return the money. Ye, so the initial starts afforts
had not gone over. Well, it's when he's gone to
the media and try to get working that way.
Speaker 14 (01:18:30):
Sure.
Speaker 2 (01:18:31):
The story's got mixed reactions, some praise in his integrity,
others suggesting she just returned more money because like with inflation.
Speaker 4 (01:18:37):
Well, yeah, I would hope that he's going to give
her back more money. I would like to know, like
what happened with the business.
Speaker 2 (01:18:43):
Yeah, I guess, like if if I was dating Bill Gates, Yeah,
I gave him one thousand dollars back in the day.
He goes, here's one thousand dollars back, but hey.

Really start come?
Speaker 2 (01:18:52):
Uh you wipe youriround with more money than that.

I hadn't given you that money to start it.
Speaker 2 (01:18:58):
Other people are saying too that it could be like
an inconvenience to her too. It's like she has a
nice life because she probably could have found you if
she wanted to. And the business is successful.
Speaker 5 (01:19:06):
Maybe I don't I shouldn't think about it, sir Anna,
But I think he's sorry.
Speaker 4 (01:19:11):
You go ahead, yes, honest think that she wants he
wants to return the money because he's like, oh, I
started this business, I want to pay back. And then
and he yes, did he make it kind of weird?
Make it so public? Sure, but if he can't find her,
he's like, I want to give back the ways that
helped me out.
Speaker 2 (01:19:27):
That's fair, Rose, what you want to say, I was
gonna say.
Speaker 8 (01:19:29):
It's not like he's trying to rekindle the relationship. If
he was trying to do that, that would be weird.
Speaker 9 (01:19:34):
He's married. He's just trying to give them money.
Speaker 2 (01:19:37):
Back, and we know married people never stress.
Speaker 4 (01:19:39):
It's like so public. He's like, oh, let me rekindle
this old like speaking.

which is crazy. Oh.
Speaker 11 (01:20:07):

to another location and a couple months later the new
employee indbook came out.

So yesterday we talked about how sewing needles were found
in Halloween candy and Rockville and the investigation is over.
Speaker 9 (01:22:31):
We know what happened.
Speaker 8 (01:22:34):
Investigators announced that a child placed the needles.
Speaker 9 (01:22:38):
Inside their own candy.
Speaker 2 (01:22:40):
Vassie. Yeah that great.
Speaker 8 (01:22:44):
Yeah, police that did appost the incident was a hoax
carried out by a nine year old child within the
house where the report originated. The child admitted to placing
the sewing needles in two packs of gummy bears.
Speaker 9 (01:22:54):
Please don't wow, that's that's not a funny, prying Rockville
Police chief.
Speaker 8 (01:23:00):
He said that he was happy the incident was isolated
and did not present a broader threat to public safety,
and the Arlington School System will provide free evening meal
to families affected by the ongoing federal government shutdown. The

First Beeber swore the roses on Intern showing in your
(01:24:34):
morning show, Tiffany, let me recap this. You and Justin
been together a little well close to a year. Everything's
been good. You both have very busy schedules, which is
part of the reason why you think it's worked out
so well because you both have an understanding of you're busy,
I'm busy, YadA, YadA. This past weekend, Justin was crashing
at your place. He tends to sleep in the weekends.
(01:24:56):
You're more of a busy body. You wake up realize
his car is blocking you in, so you take his
car toround some errands. While killing time and traffic, you're
playing around this car. You see some of the safe
places his car has been GPS wise, you realize that
it's not businesses. It's more residential areas, So you're wondering
who whose house he's going to see? Is that kind
(01:25:16):
of fair?
Speaker 9 (01:25:18):
Pretty much?
Speaker 3 (01:25:19):
That's it.
Speaker 2 (01:25:19):
A couple of things to add here. So the car
itself is brand new, right right, And you mentioned he
got it after you guys started dating. We were talking
out there a little bit, so it's not like it
could have been a girl before you. It's like he's
this car is only like six months old, right, it.
Speaker 5 (01:25:36):
Was super new. I was just poking around and.
Speaker 2 (01:25:40):
Yeah, before we call him real quick. Friends and family
on your side, are they in favor of him? Do
they like you guys together?
Speaker 17 (01:25:48):
Yeah?
Speaker 23 (01:25:48):
I mean you know, we've met each other's families, and
it's it's all been seemingly really good.
Speaker 9 (01:25:53):
I just kind of got a gross feeling about this.
Speaker 2 (01:25:55):
No, no, no doubt. And they his friends? How how
how are his friends to you?
Speaker 23 (01:26:03):
I don't hang out with them a lot. They all
seem nice. Okay, Wow, I never thought about them.
Speaker 2 (01:26:10):
Like it's not like you walk around you can tell,
like the the tension the room, like, oh she has
no what's going on?
Speaker 5 (01:26:15):
They don't like you?
Speaker 13 (01:26:17):
Yeah?
Speaker 23 (01:26:17):
No, It's all seemed normal to me.
Speaker 2 (01:26:19):
Okay, So let's today this love sauce call from the
flower company off of the roses they are offer her
after him. The roses, my goodness, should go to you.
If they do, we'll put them on hold to you.
Try to do if they go somewhere else. Look at
some answers for you. Okay, okay, one second, trying to
get this going.
Speaker 5 (01:26:46):
Hello, I'm calling for Justin.
Speaker 16 (01:26:50):
Uh yeah, who's calling?
Speaker 7 (01:26:51):

Speaker 5 (01:26:51):

trying out some new marketing where we're offering a local
free bouquet of a dozen red roses. It's just our
slow season and we're hoping that you'll use us in
the future. We want your credit card info, nothing like that.

Speaker 7 (01:27:12):

Speaker 4 (01:27:12):
Google sends out lists for zip codes, and we're just
trying to keep things local and not have you know,
like Instagram ads or anything. Just hoping that if we
provide you a free bouquet of a dozen roses, that
you'll just use us instead of like a national chain,
you know, because we're local mom pop shop.
Speaker 14 (01:27:29):
Yeah, I don't know. I don't really know. I don't
know if that's something I want to do.
Speaker 16 (01:27:33):
Actually, okay, I.
Speaker 4 (01:27:34):
Mean, can I just like say, just one thing and
then maybe like twist your arm and if you definitely
don't want them, that's fine, I'll move on. But you
would be like supporting my parents, like new business and everything.
And also, you know, it's totally free and it makes
you look like the hero. I'm sure you have someone
you can send flowers to.
Speaker 14 (01:27:52):
You're good at sales, okay, fine?
Speaker 2 (01:27:54):
Sure?
Speaker 5 (01:27:55):
Oh yeah, okay, cool.
Speaker 4 (01:27:56):
So I'm gonna make like a little profile for you
if you will, So can I get a name of
who you want to send them to?
Speaker 5 (01:28:02):
They are a dozen red roses.
Speaker 2 (01:28:06):

sister wife, sister wife?

Speaker 5 (01:28:19):
So should I put friend?
Speaker 3 (01:28:21):
Sure?
Speaker 14 (01:28:22):
No, no, not so, but you can put friend that's fine.
Speaker 4 (01:28:25):
Yeah, just in case you come back and I'm like, hey,
your friend Amber, or how's she doing? You know, we're
trying to keep you know, within the local economy and like,
you know, neighborhood.
Speaker 15 (01:28:33):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (01:28:33):
And then your your card is just like your typical
little flower card.
Speaker 5 (01:28:37):
What would you like that to say?
Speaker 14 (01:28:42):
How about does the carpet match the drapes? It's a
design it's a little designed joke.
