Golden Globe Nominees were announced yesterday, and The Rock is up for one and they added a podcast section.

Glen Powell and Megan Moroney could be an item.

1 and 5 concerts tickets that were sold over social media were fakes so watch out for those scams.

Speaker 1 (00:02):
Everything celebrity Sauce has her entertainment apart which you got
for us.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
So yesterday the Golden Globe and nominees were announced and
sweet Switty Sydney Sweeney did not get nominated for her
boxing biopick Christy. A lot of people thought that she would.
The Rock did get nominated for his MMA biopick The
Smash Machine, so I kind of feel like that bounces
it out. Yeah, I don't know. They're very fighting right.
One Battle after Another led all movies with nine nominations,

(00:28):
including Best Drama. The White Loatus was a top TV
show with six, so snubs. Wicked for Good didn't get
nominated for Best Picture. It's up for Cinematic and Box
Office Achievement, which is more popular crawd pleasing movies kind
of category. Stranger Things also did not land anything for
its final season. The Golden Gloades added a podcast category
this year, but they ignored any like political show, So

(00:51):
if you listened to Joe Rogan, there's that a true
crime got snubbed, but that's just me. Let's see. And
then the Golden Globes they do air live on Sunday,
January eleventh on CBS and then Nikki Glacier, she's gonna
be posting for a second year. Norell Glenn Pale, Megan
Maroney they might be an item. So I know, I

(01:12):
know he's just Gleunn, but uh, I really did start
using that more because I've been saying that like, oh,
like people are like, oh, you saw him, Like, I
don't know, he's just Glenn. He's like just fine looking. Yes,
well anyway, that was gonna make you feel better anyway.
So they are sparking these romance rumors after they were
spotted out in Los Angeles over the weekend. So Megan

(01:33):
Maroney actually did an interview a while back for CMT
where she hoped to meet Glenn Powell one day, and
she looks like that's finally coming true. Because Glenn had
been spotted a lot with star Michelle Randolph. She's from
Landman and they were, you know, spot dancing. They're all
in Austin. They went on a day to the Chat
Powers from Here together. But yeah, they were seeing a

(01:54):
restaurant together having dinner, so maybe it was a it
was a date.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Maybe they're talking about me. Yeah, yeah that.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Makes yes, yes, yes. One in five concert tickets sold
over social media was faked twenty twenty five, so a
report estimated that hackers scanned more than five billion dollars
from follower followers of entertainers. Either they impersonate the celebrity
or they just go to the buyer. So because of
fan loyalty, international hackers regularly are trying to impersonate s Reincarpenter,
Taylor Swift, and Billie Eilish. Specifically those three are the

(02:23):
biggest ones. And then followers of Blackening, BTS and ed
sharing were often duped into fake tickets, focus merch, fake
VIP events and pretty well just you know, make sure
you're getting it from like an actual reliable source. If
you're like for something to watching today, Vanner Puff Rules
is on Bravo. Roof Man is streaming premiere today on

(02:44):
Paramount Plus. That is Chane Tatum. He plays a former
army ranger here who earns his nickname from breaking into places.
Hairston Dunts is also in it. The Abandonce is trending
for number one show right now on Netflix. Number two
is Stranger Things, Number three of Sparta Kiss also on Netflix,
and I've Stars and then also Reminder this Friday, Taylor
Swift the docu series The End of An Era. It's

(03:05):
a six our docu series. It streams exclusively on Disney Plus.
Can't Wait.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
Thanks Asinome if you need someone to listen to that,
he said. Christis podcasts out talking about the HBO merger.
You can check it. Why miss radio dot com. Uh,
this is kind of wild, but I guess it kind
of shows you where we're at. In twenty twenty five
new study, forty one percent of girls would rather skip
vacation than lose the Internet. So they talk to girls

(03:29):
from the ages of five and thirteen. Forty one percent
these girls rather not going to family get away if
it's a place without internet access.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
But that's like a weird age group to actually not
under you don't appreciate vacations when you're that.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Sure, Yes, yeah, that is true. If it's like a
family trip to like Montana and it's like what am
I gonna do? Yeah, like rocks, Yeah that it is okay,
they'll appreciate the go older.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
I haven't even been a baby in a minute, but like,
I think that that makes sense, especially since this generation
up with the Internet.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
Yeah, they say forty five beween, the ages of five
and seven would rather stay home than have airnet free
trip with the family.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
I see always, Davies, we are staying home, We're not going.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
There's no think about it this way.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
Charlie is turning four on Saturday, so in one year
that this group includes her, I carn't imagine her not
wanting to be outside and having fun on like a
trip and prefer being inside with you.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Yeah, that just blows my mind. They say the number
jumps to fifty six percent for girls eleven to thirteen.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Yeah, because you're you're in middle school.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
For sure, and more than half of the all girls
in studies say vacation without airinet would be worse not
going on one at all.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
But even remember when I was thirteen and we went
on a cruise, and it was I was in that
age group. I was fourteen. We were on a cruise,
and that was in that age group where I couldn't
go to the preteen club quote unquote, I couldn't go
to the teen club. So I was just fourteen on
a boat and the weather was terrible, So I used
I spent a ton of my money just to be
on the internet.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
And they say half of those tweins and kids admit
they'll worry about missing out what their friends are talking about.
She's also kind of funny. But it's also it's the
same sound.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
And streaming, Like if you're watching something like a show
like you have to have the Internet for that.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
But it's just yeah, it hash to they use the
air to stay connected with friends of family. Fifty six
percent say they go online to avoid feeling bored.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
Yes, that makes sense, especially if you don't have anyone
to like, it's around your age to play with.

Speaker 1 (05:26):
Listen when I go on vacage my mom, we're gonna
go to Hawaii. There's no internet. That'd be fantastic. That
means nobody can get a hold of me.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
If there's anyone that's going to track on their nuts. Peggy, Yeah,
she's a bigger nut caw Yeah exactly. Yeahs an update,
my goals disappear. We'll see that happens. Okay, well to
be found because there's can't please save that in case
he does. We just like know that that was his goal.
Just we don't like, you know, waste resources what because

(05:53):
you said that you want to disappear, So I'm.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
Like, oh, wasting resources to rescue me?

Speaker 2 (05:57):
I know, not.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
But the rescue if you did while planning getting lost
loss and more metaphorically of like I'll be okay.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
Next we'll say that hold of me. So you want
to be like old Lulu, not that you want disappear.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Well, disappear off like a digitally for a little bit.
Do you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 2 (06:14):
And come back post and announce it.

Speaker 1 (06:16):
That's always the best.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
From social media.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
Hey, nobody asked, though, don't ask about it. Hey, so
much going on, don't ask face, please don't ask, please,
please copect my wishes. Please, that's always like, okay, nobody cares,
Aunt Dolores, you're trying, I mean, wow, let me in
