There's a viral video out showing homeless fighting and squalid
conditions on a San Francisco street. Social media video making
the rounds over the weekend offers a grim new snapshot
of San francisco surging homelessness crisis, as two men can
be seen can be seen brawling amid squalling, squalling conditions
on a city sidewalk. Squalid brawling, two men, one of

whom is shirtless, wrestling on the ground that's littered with debris,
as a majority of other apparently homeless people look on
with little interest. And as you pan back and around,
there's garbage in tents and stuff everywhere. God damn it.
What would be interesting is to not title where that
is from and show it around the world, have people guess.
I wonder how many people would guess that's one of
the top, at least formerly one of the top tourist

destinations on planet Earth. That's what you're looking at, people
rolling around and refuse fighting, and a bunch of other
people not even paying attention because it's so um unremarkable.
All bit of the people on Earth would look at
that picture of video and Sam guessing that's California, Right, Yeah,
there's a giant, giant homeless camp that they're starting to

tear down in Oakland that's turned crazy. They got hundreds
of people living there, sprawls across what they say, twenty
five city blocks of a bum camp, a junkie camp,
and people don't appreciate getting moved. And they've had sixty
fires this year, a hundred and fifteen last year. Uh.
The caltrans which handles the highways and bridges and stuff

in California, said look, we gotta clear this outer or
it's gonna be a disaster. So it's uh, it's something. Oh.
I got a couple of great memes. UH. One was
San Diego specific, which has had an exploding home most
problem uh since a certain party took over the city
council in my opinion. But secondly California. It's a picture
of Gavin Nucelani, the lunkhead governor UM, and he's saying,

combating homelessness is my highest priority. Uh. Dated two thousand, fourteen, fifteen,
sixteen seventeen, two thousand eighteen, two thousand nineteen, also two
thousand twenty, two thousand, twenty one, and two thousand twenty
two highest priority. We're gonna pour more billions of dollars,
