the whole trying to figure out the food pyramid or
what we're supposed to eat or whatever, and you particularly
said we're not supposed to eat white bread.

Well just yeah, yeah, like highly processed foods in general,
but yeah, white bread is just empty carbs and sugar.

Boy, Eliminating processed food seems like a really good idea,
but not very.

Convenient, right, Convenience foods, that's what they call them. Convenient
is the because they are convenient is the enemy of healthy,
