Feet Stretching Punishment

Jack brought up a story about some pro-Palestinian protesters destroying an old painting... There has to be some way to deter these people from doing this! Joe's form of punishment just might work...

to get a grip on protesters trying to destroy artworks
around the world in the name of their cause.

Thus far, thus far, no rests have been made. But
whether it's protesting on a bridge so a half a
million people can't get to work on time, or destroying
ancient works of art, yeah, the penalty has got to
be so high that that no longer is it a
good idea to do this sort of thing. So far,
there's no penalty. Nobody's been arrested. They probably want to
arrest anybody, very very frustrating.
