Speaker 1 (00:00):
She says for the first time. I don't know if
I believe her, but she says for the first time
in our relationship that she is keeping a secret from me.
And I want to know if one you're keeping a
secret from your significant other, and then two, I want
to know specifically about the situation I'm in, if you've
ever been engaged, And then leading up to the wedding,

(00:21):
I want to know about the wedding dress. So Joe Show,
We're live on ninety three three FLZ in eight hundred
and four and the ninety three and ninety three I'd
love for you to call in and be a part
of this of fiance Alyssa. We are getting married, and
obviously she'll be wearing a wedding dress. And this was
a big weekend for her. On Saturday, she went to

(00:43):
a couple of dress shops in Saint Pete. I saw
it and she came home. It was like super super excited,
and I guess her and her mom and her best friend,
and then she was texting a lot with my mom.
They all have seen the dress. She sent it to
all of her friends. They've seen the dress that she's

(01:04):
probably gonna say yes to the dress. She's probably gonna
say yes to it. We went to breakfast with her grandma.
She gots to see it.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
You can't see it yet, jan I.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
Want to see it, and I don't really know why.
Why can't I see it. That's the thing that I
don't understand. If I get to see everything, why.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Exactly you get to see everything? You can wait for
one a little thing to not see. That's the dress
that you're gonna see her in the first time as
your wife.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Yeah, but no one talked because I did ask her,
and then I didn't continue the conversation. I just wanted
to get the answer, and then I thought about it
a lot. I asked her yesterday at breakfast. I said, Hey,
so you're gonna get this dress and then you're gonna
wear it on our wedding day and that's it. So
I'm only going to see it one time.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Yeah, that's part of the I know some girls who
get married, they like they'll reconstruct the dress and make
it an something else, like like a day party dress.
But for the most part, yeah, a lot of women
just wear it that one time. Or if you guys
end up having a daughter, if we have.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
A daughter and she's like Melissa or me, I want
to wear it.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
You never know, how do you know you've never seen
the dress.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
You can't say.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
That right you met your daughter yet unless I already
said it too.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
She goes, she's not gonna wark yeah, no, not off
like a bad dress or anything, just out of you
never know. She's like either of us.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
Yeah, oh so it's a Walt Disney World dress. Because
then I'm like, yeah, your daughter going on away.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Eight hundred fourty three very seriously. I want I want
to I want to see it. And then when she
was pulling up pictures yesterday, I kind of peeked over
and then she turned it looked at me, and she
was like, stop it because I guess there was photos
I did not see.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
No, yeah, you can't be looking. I'll be creepy.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
I want I want to see it. If I'm not
allowed to keep secrets, then she's nonetheless.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
You can keep this secret. This is this one just
this once.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
And then she keeps, did you know she's gonna have
to keep the dress like in one of our closets?

Speaker 2 (03:08):
And yeah, you can't go grieping.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Let her have that. How about that she's probably in
a meeting. I need to do a better job, she said,
why don't you text me when you know that? You?

Speaker 2 (03:18):
Yeah, because I don't want to little heads up? It
maybe nice? Oh okay, yeah, she's handling business right now.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
That's true. Hello, Hey, we're talking about your dress. Okay,
where did you go? How much did you pay? What
does it look like? I'm just kidding? So you are
you one hundred percent sure you found the right one?

Speaker 3 (03:45):
I'm pretty sure, I said yesterday.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
I'm like ninety eight point seven percent sure.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
And when you came home on Saturday, you were so happy,
you were so excited. You've been sending it to a
bunch of people. You said that you wouldn't got coffee
after you sent your friends. You came back like five
minutes later. Yet a hundred text messages from all your
friends and everything. Why can't I see it? Why are
you showing everyone but me?

Speaker 3 (04:10):
Because it's a surprise when we're on the trip.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
When we're on the trip over the weekend, do you
think that you might show Ashley? No, I'm not going
to show anyone on your side because I don't know
what would they slip up on details?

Speaker 4 (04:28):
I don't know details, any detail My grandma almost slipped
up on it yesterday morning.

Speaker 3 (04:33):
I was like, she did, Yeah, what the neckline was?

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Why not show Ashley? You don't trust her? I slip
trust her?

Speaker 3 (04:45):
But who knows what she could accidentally say.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
All it takes is the shot. All it takes is
a little tequilan.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
I'm like Joe. But the thing is, it's seen it.
What do you think they're going to do? Draw it?
You probably would make me right now.

Speaker 3 (05:04):
You find some way to get me to send her
the picture or something, you like, manipulate all of us.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
They would, Yeah, you would. Hey, you said this is
the first secret you've ever kept from me. That's completely bs.
There's no way that's the case. Yes it is. I
had no follow up to that, but maybe I could
have a follow it all right? And then last question,

(05:29):
because we're taking bets on this, at what point do
you think there will be a fight that ends the
trip over the weekend?

Speaker 4 (05:36):
Oh my god, I heard you guys this morning. I
was laughing so hard.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
I think it happens.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
I think Saturday Night does not happen. As a group,
I think everyone.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
The problem is is Aaron's coming Saturday. Yeah, we have
to act up on Saturday.

Speaker 5 (05:53):
Pick who he wants to Yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
It is, And who do you think will be in
the fight?

Speaker 4 (06:00):
I think all of you guys, all of.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
All of you.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
I think it's gonna be over something petty like sports betting.
That's what I think it's gonna be. Yeah, probably you
guys getting mad. You didn't.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
No one ever takes my back.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
That's the thing you're gonna get met that we don't
take your bed.

Speaker 4 (06:14):
No.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
I just think that you guys are full of it,
because I take all it.

Speaker 6 (06:17):
Whatever I might see on Friday, right, I love you.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
I love you, Stephanie. You say I'm being way too nosy.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
Yes, you can't see the dress yet, you have to wait.
That's her special moment. You'll cry when you see her,
and the look on your face when you see the dress.
It's gonna make her night.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
I'm gonna cry like crazy. I can't wait.

Speaker 4 (06:48):
I can't. I had a friend in high school who
used her mom's wedding dress for her prom dress, like
she reconstructed it for a prom dress.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
Oh my god, that's awesome. My daughter won't be allowed
to go to Is that involved hanging around men? Oh god, yes,
I won't allow that won't allow it. Am I ever?

Speaker 4 (07:07):
You guys? Congratulations, I have to drop my daughter off,
but by have bye?

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Jay, what's up?

Speaker 2 (07:14):
Hey, Joe?

Speaker 7 (07:15):
What's going on?

Speaker 3 (07:16):
Two things? One? Ashley?

Speaker 1 (07:17):
What's your phone?

Speaker 3 (07:17):
About the station?

Speaker 2 (07:19):
Why must you put me on last week?

Speaker 1 (07:21):
Come on, let's see what's our radio station's phone number?

Speaker 3 (07:24):
Ashley?

Speaker 1 (07:29):
Not even close.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
Second, book Jet's girlfriend who are listening?

Speaker 3 (07:36):
And he can turn radio off.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
For one minute if she did.

Speaker 7 (07:40):
I need Jet to get uber eath and have McDonald's
mess up his order again.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
We don't need that.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
We do not need.

Speaker 7 (07:47):
We need that for radio play on Monday.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
We definitely do.

Speaker 1 (07:50):
Hey, since you bring that up. This weekend, we're all
going on a show trip. Ashley started the show, which
she is really nervous about this because it will be
day thirteen and fourteen of us all being together. We
normally don't play well after days like six and seven,
so this is gonna be a long streak. Do you
think that we last the whole trip?

Speaker 4 (08:13):
Well?

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Hell, I don't think so.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
I think we do.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
You're the best, Jay, Mike.

Speaker 7 (08:22):
So, Joe, So me and my wife we did the opposite.
We actually picked out the dress together. Oh, and the
ring too.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
We picked out the ring that we both went to IDC.
But yeah, yeah, and did you like it that way?

Speaker 7 (08:36):
Yeah, because she said only my opinions matter, see how
the dress looks.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
Well, I've learned my opinions don't matter with anyone. And
then Mike, last question, do you think we last the
whole trip this weekend?

Speaker 7 (08:54):
Depends? I guess if it's it's all about how much
you drink, that is true.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
Do you think that the alcohol will help or won't help?

Speaker 7 (09:04):
Probably will not help. I will cut down on the alcohol.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
I plan on being black aby can't do it.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
I got listen. I might have to black out just
to survive this week.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
Mike, you guys got to.

Speaker 7 (09:18):
Help out at You guys got to like pull it tight.
So probably will have a bunch.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
Oh yeah, we gotta figure it out. Mike, you're the great.
I have a bad feeling about it as well, kind
of like you, although I don't know if this is
necessarily the angle you're taking it. But eight ninety three,
do you ever get sick of the group that you're around?

Speaker 3 (09:44):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (09:44):
Yeah, I don't know if you read everything that she
put down this weekend, but Ashley wrote, I'm going to
need a break. Enter enter That was in bold by
the way, and bold I'm going to need a break,
and then written in normal font, I have to see
you guys for fourteen days in a row. Lol. I

(10:06):
love you guys, but I might lose my mind by
day ten.

Speaker 2 (10:09):
Yeah, I think we're on day eight. Now, we're on
day eight.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
We're on day Are we on day day eight?

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Because I saw you guys Sunday, so that would make
its seven?

Speaker 1 (10:18):
Are you sure? Then it's fourteen days? How many days?
Actually we're going to see each other in a row.
We're gonna see each other? Oh, last week? So twenty
nine thirty or one? So twenty nine thirty?

Speaker 2 (10:29):
Oh no, I saw Jed on twenty seventh.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
Yeah, you didn't see them in the twenty eighth, did you? No? Okay?

Speaker 3 (10:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (10:35):
That so twenty nine thirty one, two, three, four five?
Where on day eight.

Speaker 5 (10:44):
Day eight?

Speaker 2 (10:44):
I know, I said by day ten on my goal
little cuckoo.

Speaker 1 (10:49):
Ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, and then fourteen. If we do
see each other and Sunday, I dobt it Saturday? Anyone
else like? Mind you? This isn't like a radio thing
that we say. We genuinely are all very close. We've

(11:09):
known each other for so long college, high school, dating
way back, so it's not like we hate each other.
Behind the scenes, I'm like.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
Fourteen days, Oh my god, love you guys. But whoo,
I'm pretty sure after I think Friday nights, I'm gonna
have a great night. I know I'm gonna have a
great night. And then I'm like, yo, I need a break.

Speaker 1 (11:40):
I'm hurt by all of this.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
I'm really hurt by all this. I thought I actually
loved this Joe. I guess not.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
I do because I think she does. I think I
agree with her what I think. You're crazy if you
don't think there will be a fight at Universal. Oh yeah,
someone's gonna get mad at someone.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
It's gonna be the pettiest thing. Yes, why are you
looking at me? I wasn't looking at you like it's
me that.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
Oh it's gonna be that. Now that I think about it,
this could potentially be the worst trip we've ever gone.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
And then the people who are around us like all
the time, like we are, they're gonna be is everything okay?

Speaker 1 (12:16):
Like, oh, you know who's gonna say that? Katie Summers.
Oh yeah, Katie Summers will walk up to all of
us individually and go, hey, is everything okay. She's does
that to me sometimes she's gone up to me and go, hey,
what's wrong? Everything okay? And then I go, honestly no,
Or I'll say I don't think I can tell you. You're

(12:38):
too close with everyone else too, And she says, no,
you could tell me, and I go, here's why I'm
not happy. That could very well happen. It's gonna happen.
It's gonna happen.

Speaker 2 (12:54):
Oh yeah, it's gonna happen.

Speaker 1 (12:56):
Sure your girlfriend's coming all the time.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
It's don't say that.

Speaker 1 (13:03):
If we all get a fight, she's gonna be like,
these guys are so volatile over a hot dog. What
did she think yesterday? It was like the first time
she kind of was around like the group.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
She thought it was fun. She thought everybody was great.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
And she liked when we were standing at the tables
not sitting down.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
A little weird.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
She's like each other as if you sit down, yeah,
the players are standing.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
Up as well. But you make a good point, Joe,
she said.

Speaker 5 (13:31):
Yesterday, She's like, oh my god, I was so excited
to see everybody at the even busters gets me even
more excited for this weekend and now you're speaking bad
things in the existence and I don't like it.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
It's inevitable.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
I hope she doesn't mind me saying this.

Speaker 3 (13:44):
Before.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
My fiance and I have had a lot of talks
about this weekend in Readina and she, I think very
very much. So hopes that Readina is like her new
friend in the sense of because we always go out
and there's not like a significant.

Speaker 3 (14:01):
Other ever, it's kind of a guy pass too.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
She gets so excited when she gets to be around Sean,
who's Katie Summer's husband.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
Yeah, and.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
She loves like just to be around him when we're
all doing work stuff. I think she's excited to have
a girl and we might ruin it. For truthfully, we
might ruin it because if we're all fighting, I'm gonna
go you can't hang out with her.

Speaker 6 (14:30):
Yeah, So Redina is excited, though, I'm gonna tell you
it's gonna happen just like this because we love Redina,
but she's coming into the mix.

Speaker 2 (14:43):
She's a new person. Yes, and we've been around each other.
That's gonna be the fourteenth day or the thirteenth day
that we've seen each other and get to the park,
and because she's a different person in the equation, Jed
might be a little late to the park, and Joe's
gonna be like, see Bro's girlfriend. If you have girl
right here, he would have been on time. And I'm like,
you know what, You're not wrong, You're not wrong. But

(15:05):
it ain't her fault. But we've seen each other for
thirteen days, so anything is gonna trigger us, all right,
I'm saying, so.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
Let's take it back to the last trip that we
all took. Who was the most calm during the whole thing?

Speaker 3 (15:17):
Probably you.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
I want to pat myself on the back because I
had a long conversation with my fiance and she said,
you gotta stop. I talked to God every night waiting
for him talk back. It will happen at some point.
But I talked with her and she kept saying, you
need to calm down. And we're on a vacation with

(15:38):
a moment. The shows are done. If you look at
it like that, you'll probably take a deep breath and
not have expectations that everyone does what you want to do.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
That is great. I love that advice.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
And I said, you know what, you're completely right now.
If I get a little poudy though with everything too.
You better.

Speaker 5 (16:01):
I'm also not gonna be ordering any uber eats because
the last time I had a major crash outs things
that I know going into this weekend I can't do
because it will set somebody over the edge.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
Are you going to put yourself on a drinking limit
because you do?

Speaker 1 (16:13):
W we know? Okay, absolutely not. Now the alcohol could
potentially solve all of this. Yeah, it could make it worse,
I know, but it could solve all fifty because if
we all get rolling, we're gonna have fun. We're gonna
want to keep going. But also, it takes one person

(16:35):
to get in a bad mood while they really ruin
the whole.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
Yeah, we see.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
H well we will see my the favorite that one
to get angry. Yeah, I think if foods and yeah
I think it's involved with jet, he's gonna get really upset.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
Yeah, we got to keep food in his belly. Oh yeah,
we have to seriously because now they thirteen, we cannot
mess around. We have to keep everybody happy, so we
do not have any Oh my.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
God, god, I am getting annoyed. We're probably not gonna
see him at all our weight.

Speaker 3 (17:11):
She's going to have a so low.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
Yeah, but what if his girlfriend's like, hey, I want
to spend time with.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
It, then she can do that. We're on a vacation.
What did your fiance say? You can't expect everything to
be how you want it.

Speaker 3 (17:23):
You just upset him, Ashley.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
Date eight, it's Marl's day nine. Yeah, yeah, I will
follow the itinerary.

Speaker 3 (17:38):
Whatever.

Speaker 1 (17:40):
A good test is a good test. Friday night? What
did you do? Did you do anything Friday night?

Speaker 3 (17:44):
I just stayed in.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
Did you do anything with anyone?

Speaker 3 (17:47):
Nod over anything? I mean my girlfriend came over? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (17:52):
He texted as Friday and said he was going to
hop back on the video game and he never did
and we were all playing video games late and we're
going for d Why is it you?

Speaker 2 (18:01):
Yeah? At He's honest.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
Yesterday? Did she come over after the event? He said again,
he texted, Hey, but I can't get on. That's to
I don't. I don't live with my girlfriend like you
live with your fiance.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
That's right, Jay, you don't get to see your.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
Back at that? What are we? Day seven and already
eighte
