over and it was causing me immense anxiety knowing that
everyone else is getting bagels before me. I didn't like that.

go get pop up bagel?

sixty bagels there, So I got you. You are soy
eat like five and it bothers us.

Yeah. Wait, so Dustin with pop up bagels? Which is
it is new?

It is it's like very new. We are one month
and like two days in to being fresh in Tampa Bay.

But I've heard more about pop up bagels than I've
ever heard about bagels ever in my life.

It's an incredible product. Yeah, I can't wait for you all. Try.
You know we have we have Okay, all right, need

so really, you already finished your pop up big it's

Yeah, so we're at forty five twenty eight West Kennedy
Boulevard and we're opening up another location in carrol Wood
coming up in mid to late November, and then we're
going to be expanding all over the state. So we're
going to be pushing out towards Orlando, maybe towards the
East coast. So we got a lot going on. We
are popping up everywhere, Yeah, popping up everywhere. Yeah, you're

a busy guy, yeah, you know. So so fortunate to
work for a franchise. So it's MPZ Holdings, and we
own three different restaurant concepts. We have Marco's Pizza, we
have Dave's Hot Chicken, and now this and so these
are three products that we can get behind because they're
so good. If you've never tried Marcos, they got a
great pizza, it's fresh, the dose. Loved it when I

was living in Indiana. It's the only pizza that I eat.
It's so good and Dave's hot. I mean, you know
what I mean. The Reaper challenge, Yes, yes, you know,
maybe all right, and then we got pop up. You know,
