being a part of Judge Joe Show.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Ninety three. Now you guys know how this works. We're
going to need.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Everyone, everyone to uh to be a part of this
and and to vote in and let's hear from both
the plaintiff and the defendant and uh we will you know,
obviously have Ashley and Jed a lot of controversy today
about who represents who, But we'll have Ashley select who
she wants to represent and then uh and then we'll

(01:21):
get into this. But first let's meet our plaintiff. Who
is who is Pete?

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Pete good morning, Hey, good morning, Pete.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
You you're not too happy with your co worker. I
understand that you guys need to get into work real
soon too, so best of luck when you guys actually
walk into the office together.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
But here's the thing. You want your parking spot back.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
And I actually have a lot of questions that I'm
gonna ask you guys, and and all of that, but
that's what you're fighting for. You want your parking spot.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
That's exactly right. Yeah, he's been parking my spot and
I'm sick of it and I want it back.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
It's mine, all right, let's meet. Let's meet Adam the defendant. Adam,
good morning?

Speaker 5 (02:10):
So stupid? Okay, did he your honor? I don't know
if I should say your honor, but.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Well, listen, here's the deal. Here's the deal.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
You don't have to, but it does give you brownie
points if you do, so, you know, take that information.

Speaker 5 (02:25):
Okay, Okay, run with it. Okay, you.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
Pete like I like that, Pete.

Speaker 5 (02:33):
Look, your honor? Did he let you know that we
don't have a fine spaces?

Speaker 3 (02:39):
Well, and we haven't heard anything yet, so that's important information.
I did not know. And wait a second, I forgot
to sit down. Everyone can sit down. My apologies. Jed
already sat down. They're good for whoever. Jed is representing
real quick, Ashley, who are you representing?

Speaker 2 (02:54):
I'm going to represent Pete.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
All right, Pete the plaintiff. Pete wants his parking spot back. Jed,
you are representing Adam. Now, Adam, you you just said
something interesting. So the parking spots are not assigned or
they are assigned.

Speaker 5 (03:10):
No, they're not assigned.

Speaker 6 (03:12):
So it's not that we don't have.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Order in the court. Let's talk to Adam first, and
then Pete. I will allow you to rebottle.

Speaker 6 (03:23):
Thank you, thank you.

Speaker 5 (03:24):
So, yeah, they're not assigned. They're not assigned parking spaces.
You're honor. So I've started coming into work earlier than
I have in the past. I've been like working out,
trying to wake up, take better care of my health.
So I've been getting to work earlier too, And so
this parking space that he's used before is available when

(03:45):
I get there. There are no assigned parking spaces.

Speaker 7 (03:48):
It's not who spot Pete. Yeah, it is actually my spot.

Speaker 5 (03:55):
We might not have assigned spaces, but I do because
I had the best metrics in my division.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
So my boss said I could park there, and I've
been parking there for a long time. Because no, they're
not going to spray pay my name. My company is cheap.
They're not going to waste money on that. Fair enough,
but it is my spot. I parked there every day.
I've been parking in that spot for a long time,
since before Adam was a twinkle in his interviewer's eye.

Speaker 6 (04:21):
I've been parking there. So you've been working the mine,
your honor.

Speaker 4 (04:26):
Yeah, And this new guy thinks that he just runs
the place.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
Yep, all right.

Speaker 5 (04:31):
Actually I think I I think I run the place
because I'm taking a parking spot like the.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
Guys right or order order in the court, order in
the court jury. Now's the time that I want to
hear from you too. So eight hundred and four ninety three.
We got a lot of jurors already on hold. But
just understand, this is your civic duty. If you don't
call in, I could get you arrested. Not really, go ahead.

Speaker 8 (04:59):
Ashley, I I think Pete is in the right of
this parking spot. He's been working there longer as we know.
Some people are just used to routine he's been parking
there for X amount of years. Adam, is this new guy?
If I'm the new guy, I want to make sure
I'm coming in and I'm being nice and I'm not.
You know, stepping on anyone's toes. You parking in his
spot just shows that you don't care about him as
a person, because you know he parks his car there,

(05:20):
So why would you do that Now you're just doing
it out of spite.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
It's a public parking lot.

Speaker 4 (05:25):
You can anybody who's anybody, even if it's not somebody
you work with, can park there.

Speaker 5 (05:30):
You're honor.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
It doesn't matter if he's been working for that company
for ten, fifteen, twenty years.

Speaker 6 (05:36):
Objection.

Speaker 5 (05:37):
That is not the case.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
It is a private parking lot for a private company.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
There you go, even even though if he beats you
to the punch you both work for the same company.

Speaker 8 (05:45):
It doesn't matter when you get the ears just said
that he's been getting to work earlier.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
He's trying to better he's been trying to better his life.

Speaker 8 (05:54):
He's not bettering his much.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
He's the guy who's trying to better his life.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
Are we serious?

Speaker 8 (05:59):
You're serious about this parking spot that Pete deserves.

Speaker 5 (06:02):
He got you're on our way, objection, objection. You know,
the play off said that it's a private parking lot. Yes,
it's a private parking lot for the business that we
all work at, private parking lot for every employee. But
he's been paying attention good. Well, yeah, but that doesn't

(06:23):
mean that their specific spaces for specific people like I
make the best sales of my divisions. That has nothing
to do with nothing.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Order order or order order.

Speaker 5 (06:42):
Order court.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
You guys, that's right, I am. Thank you for listening.

Speaker 3 (06:47):
Let's talk to the jury right now, and well we're
going to see what they decide, because at the end
of the day, they get the final decision. Danika love
being able to talk to you. Danika.

Speaker 6 (07:00):
Yes, what do you think?

Speaker 9 (07:01):
Listen, I'm on Pete's side because somebody parked in my
parking spot at my job that I've been working out
for the last four years and I wanted to flatten
his tires. That is my thought. I get it, and
it throws your whole day off.

Speaker 3 (07:17):
Interesting, all right, thank you Carlos side. Are you on
Carlos Hey?

Speaker 7 (07:23):
Good money, your honor. I think you need to hold
somebody in conception from the court because I keep on
speaking over people. I want to see Adam is taking
the time to get ready to get to work early. Uh,
there's no assigned parking. Sorry, Pete, even though you have
the greatest numbers, you're bossing, So do you work?

Speaker 5 (07:39):
You don't work there.

Speaker 4 (07:40):
You don't know what you're talking.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
Order order, order, order in the court or Carlos you're
going with Adam. Thank you so much for that, Valerie, Valerie,
ad In Ruskin, Whose side.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
Are you on?

Speaker 5 (07:56):
Proverb right, the early word is the worry.

Speaker 6 (08:00):
On the dependent side, because if that spot is not
designated with his name.

Speaker 5 (08:06):
Then it's open to whoever.

Speaker 6 (08:10):
Stiff should get up a little earlier, taking him.

Speaker 8 (08:14):
I want up early because I decided to. I go
to work at the same time every day. Just because
you want to wake up earlier to come into work.
I'm going to lose my parking spot.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
Scott is on the line.

Speaker 7 (08:23):
We've got steal stops.

Speaker 6 (08:27):
Go ahead, Yeah, I think Pete should have his spot.
He's been parking there forever. He's been there before that guy,
And at my work, we just have an unspoken rule.
You know, our spots are our spots, and everybody you know,
we go where we go and it's a public parking line.
So I mean it's Pete. There's new There's no way

(08:48):
that this new guy can come in and spot it's great.

Speaker 5 (08:51):
People middle school?

Speaker 7 (08:54):
What are we doing.

Speaker 5 (08:59):
There longer? So mad about a parking space? So mad?
You mad? Peter you mad? It's my man in your receipt.

Speaker 6 (09:13):
Of a parking space, right.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
Peter and Adam, Peter and Adam. I am now going
to put you on hold. We must go to deliberation.
