back into the freezer. We do not want to sit
here and wait for you because most time people come in. Yeah,
they may know what they want, but they're like, mmm,
let me think about it for a second, and then
you want to talk. It's like, dude, I've been here
all day.

if you stay open.

real answer. Okay, obviously you know if you guys are
open till eleven, you're open until eleven. But what time
is it too late to come in? As a restaurant
as a customer and ask for food.

Well, I mean, technically it's ever too late. I mean
it's a I think there's a there's a feel for it.
I mean, like Jackie and I my wife, if we
go out, usually thirty minutes before closing is kind of
like our cutoff. Or we're not going to push it.
But you know, if the restaurant's busy and you know,
there's a lot going on, maybe it's a weekend and
they're on the beach and it's packed, you know, maybe

we'll push it a little tiny bit. You know, it
just really depends on the situation.

Do you get frustrated when you see people come in
and let's say ten fifty? What happens if they come
