Speaker 1 (00:00):
Tampa Bay's number one and only hit music channel ninety
three three fl Z, we are the Joe Show and
uh eight hundred four owhn nine ninety three ninety three.
That's eight hundred four oh nine ninety three ninety three.
Why do you want to know about current fixations?
Speaker 2 (00:19):
Because I have had a fixation on Mike and Nike's
the Blue Pack from I remember I brought them up
to you guys.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
I was like, did you guys know d Fire? So
I don't know how long ago was that. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
I have been eating them every day to the point
where I now have in my head like the only
way that I can get them, because they're not a
part of my die, The only way that I'm allowed
to get them is I walk to the corner stoor
to get them.
Speaker 1 (00:40):
And I walked to the corners door to get them.
Now that's how That's how I knew. Oh, this fixation
is getting like, oklading calories eight hundred four own nine
ninety three ninety three. This could be kind of a fun,
little nice light thing to do. Right now, what are
you currently fixated on? Maybe we'll tell a lot about you.
(01:02):
I have a very addictive personality, so let me tell
you something. If I get fixated on something game over,
game over over, I will dive into it wholeheartedly and
it will be sickening. My old fixation that I believe
I have knocked because I have not had it in
(01:25):
like five days. Beer. I was never a beer drinker,
not a big fan of it. Felt like it was
not doing the job you might drink I want to get,
you know, a little buzz and it also the taste
was a little bit strange. All of a sudden, about
(01:45):
a month ago, I had a highlight and my life
was changed. All of a sudden. I was like, you
know what, I really like beer. And then it turned
into like, you know, people have a glass of wine
at night. I was having like a couple of beers
every now. Okay, I I wasn't getting buzzed anymore. I
was just like gain and wait. So I'm like, okay,
(02:09):
this is a once in a while type of thing,
a treat yourself type of thing, not of money through
Sunday type of thing. So that fixation, I'm hoping that
I can uh get rid of that, and I'm really
hoping I can get fixated on saving money. That is
like my my big, big, big goal right now with
getting married and all of that, I'm really trying to
get addicted to saving. But I don't know. We'll see
(02:29):
how that goes.
Speaker 3 (02:30):
This is gonna sound I mean no, no, no, no, no, no,
no no no. It is that has something to do
with concerts those Joe. I've been obsessed with watching people
at live shows, dance people watching. People watching has been
like next level. I've been watching people like it sounds
kind of weird and creepy, but I love watching people
(02:52):
dance and like kind of trip out.
Speaker 1 (02:54):
It's funny.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
I don't know, it's it's something I enjoy.
Speaker 1 (02:57):
And check this out. I've never had this, but I
see it all all over. Oh my god, I saw
that you have like do buy chocolate cone thingies at
Public's Kristin what is do buy chocolate?
Speaker 4 (03:09):
So it's like.
Speaker 5 (03:10):
This chocolate that's got pistachio and some kind of cream
they put in it, and it is so addictive. Oh
my god. Really, I think I got all my coworkers
on it too now and well, like every single day
we have to have it.
Speaker 1 (03:23):
We just have to have to buy chocolate. I think
I need to finally try it because even last night.
Last night I saw him. I'm like, God, I want
to have that in my life. Kind of like, okay,
all right, Kristin, you might have you might have led
me down a path of my new I hope. So
(03:44):
you're the best, Kristen Angel, Well morning, what's a what
not app?
Speaker 4 (03:51):
So?
Speaker 5 (03:51):
What Not is an app people go on and have
live auctions, and I have gotten really addicted to the
sneak lives. I think I've spent God, I hope my
fiance is not listening to me. I think I have
spent about three on this app within the last three days. Really,
(04:15):
I have, Yes, I have this fascination with shoes, so
this year for Christmas, everybody's getting shoes. I just got
a pair of two hundred dollars Jordan yesterday for fifty
four dollars on this app, brand new in the box
with tags everything.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
No way, yes, no way.
Speaker 3 (04:34):
How do you know you're not getting scammed on these? Angel?
Speaker 5 (04:38):
There's reviews and they they send you video receipt. You
have your actual receipt online and it's a guaranteed website.
My sister has done it for about a year now
and he's never had an issue.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
Do you think I know. Do you think it's better
than Facebook Marketplace? I mean, I like, yeah, I feel
like this would be.
Speaker 3 (05:01):
Angel, You're selling these for like pennies on the dollar.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
And then Angel, what I'm doing right now, because I
don't want you to feel like we keep cutting you
off or anything. I just pulled it up on the
TV screen so they can see what I'm looking at.
I'm on the website and it does look like this
is turning into a commercial. But it does seem like
it would. I don't know it would entice me more
to trust people because you're looking at these. It just
looks like they're on Instagram live selling things. Angel, Just
(05:27):
so it doesn't turn into a commercial that we can uh,
we can move on. But you might have actually helped
me pay for my wedding. I got a lot of
things that I think I could sell funny. Yeah, Well,
all right, we'll talk to you later. Angel, Love you
so much. Thank you for this. This is kind of cool.
(05:50):
Oh my man?
Speaker 3 (05:51):
Is it?
Speaker 1 (05:51):
Is it your fixation or your bird's fixation?
Speaker 4 (05:56):
Oh? I forgot yeah, man, and me and my very fixation.
I got a fixation. If I think for the rest
of my life of beer Modello time, baby, drink for
the time.
Speaker 1 (06:07):
Is not a beer guy for the longest time. Yeah,
I'll drink beer every day. Beer.
Speaker 4 (06:15):
Okay, So I didn't drink and then like two years ago,
one of my coworkers, which is like the whitest and
whitest co workers, introduced me to Modelo, a Mexican beer.
Like you would think I'm Latino.
Speaker 1 (06:26):
I would know about Modelo.
Speaker 4 (06:27):
I never tried it. He's like, hey, you want to
drink a beer. I'm like, I don't drink Gami Modelo.
Haven't stopped ever since ever, But I get what Joe says, like,
you know, obviously after a why it doesn't do anything.
So now you know I drink. You know, I drink
to get a buzz because it's my after work, like
you know, people drink wine, like you said, you know
that's my wine. Then you know exactly.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
Jewels was a part of me getting into it because
Jewels would always be like, yeah, I'm having a beer,
and I'm like, you know what, I tried it. If
you liked it, probably video games at time, and then
Jewels ruined my life.
Speaker 3 (07:01):
I'm just kidding.
Speaker 4 (07:02):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (07:04):
Hey, oh my man, you're the greatest. We're gonna do
one last one. And that's one of my favorite people
who calls in great representation of the youth. Julian, who
is ten years old and what is that fixation right now?
Speaker 4 (07:15):
Him?
Speaker 1 (07:18):
Very addicted of.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
Playing my game?
Speaker 1 (07:20):
What game? Fortnite?
Speaker 5 (07:23):
Yeah, Fortnite, a lot of games.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
My guy.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
Hey, what do you think about the new season? By
the way, you like the whole surfboard thing? No, yeah,
that's worse, that's the worst. Did you see the bus
drivers back though? Oh he is yeah, oh oh see,
I broke the news for you, Julian this weekend, play
a little Fortnite bus driver's back. Twenty five percent chance
(07:47):
you still got a surf but seventy five percent chance
around that bus to begin the game. Tell Ashley about
why that's a big I'm like, huh okay, fortnighte Jillian.
So if he's got good voice, hey, uh, Julian, real quick,
tell Ashley why the bus driver coming back is a
good thing?
Speaker 5 (08:06):
Because the surf thing, it wasn't like all even did
was go forward.
Speaker 4 (08:11):
It wasn't about fun.
Speaker 5 (08:12):
But but like when the bus they was here, there
were tactics like you could see who jumped out and
if people and people who were good jumped out, you.
Speaker 4 (08:20):
Could follow them.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
Oh yeah, that's much better. And there's a lot of
people on the bus. Yeah, bus, move that bus, Julian,
move that bus.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
We'll talk to you later, buddy, Okay, bye bye bye bye.
Speaker 1 (08:38):
That's what sounds like. Bye bye bye bye bye, all right,
Miles Smith, bye bye
