Speaker 1 (00:00):
This portion of the Joe Show podcast is powered by
Fair and Fair Tampa Accident Attorneys.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Today, on Judge Joe Show, plaintiff Asher claims his ex
girlfriend turned his car into a four wheeled insult, slashing
his tires and spray painting a vulgar message for the
whole neighborhood.

Speaker 3 (00:23):
To see you.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
He wants the cash for repairs and a side of justice,
but defendant Tory says Asher is nothing but a liar
and a cheat who's desperate for a payday. She claims
these allegations are as flat as his tires. Is this
a case of cold blooded revenge? Or is Asher just

(00:46):
stuck in a wreck of his own making? All rise
for Judge Joe Show on ninety three to three fl z.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
All right, so there is a visual to this and
I'll get it up on Twitch and YouTube in just
a second, So you could search The Joe Show a
ninety three three flz YouTube and Twitch. You can watch
us there, but it's also on Instagram. At Live with
Joe Show, we received an email from Asher and well,

(01:17):
his car, like Katie said, was definitely vandalized. Yeah, you
could see the word that was spray painted on his car,
a white car and red spray paint, tire completely slashed
and gone. Now those are the facts. We got the

(01:40):
picture and everything before we get into this though, and
you could easily say, ashure, that doesn't matter at the
end of the day. It is what it is. But
you know, let's just maybe it does matter and maybe
this is going to benefit you. You did cheat?

Speaker 4 (02:06):
Yeah, yeah, yes, sorry, I didn't know if that was
a rhetorical question, your honor. I will admit yes, I
did cheat on her. Yeah, I will admit to that.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
Tory even just tearing Asher's voice right now, how does
that make you feel?

Speaker 3 (02:26):
I mean, I don't want anything to do with him.
I don't want to ever talk to him again. So
it does not feel good.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
Where did the picture go? I don't have the picture anymore.
Did you delete it out of your prep page? All right,
hold on, I'm going to try to get this picture
up because it's important that we have this up here
so people can see it as sure. Obviously you know
you you are admitting that you did it. I need
to know from you. When you walk out to your

(03:01):
garage and you see your car, was there anyone else
that came to mind or did you immediately go, yes,
it has to be her.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
Oh, no, of course it was her. Like who else
would like write that on my car? Like if it
was any other word? Sure, but like what who else
would this be? There's absolutely no one else, Tory.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
Why should we believe that you did not do this?
Obviously your disgusted he cheated on you. Uh, you know,
I'll say the word once and then and then we'll
move on from it. But it says slot you know,
that would be a I would assume about the him
being promiscuous and all of that. It does seem like

(03:55):
that'd be something that an ex would write on a
car if she got cheated on.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
Why I think it's you, Honestly, It's just like I've
been trying to move on, and like, you know, these
past few months have been really hard for me, and
so I've just really been trying to distance myself from
him and any memories of him, and so like I'm
just I'm just trying to start over and start fresh
and like worry about myself. So like I I don't

(04:25):
want anything that connects me to him, and like why
would I do something that would bring him back into
my life?

Speaker 5 (04:31):
I don't know if this is going to bring him
back into your life. But I mean I also, like.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
You know, like bringing him back into like trying to Yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
And sometimes revenge is a little bit of closure to m.
Is that the case, Katie?

Speaker 3 (04:45):
I don't feel any closure, So I'm just saying.

Speaker 5 (04:50):
Not just this is pretty Uh. I don't know harsh.
I would only do this if I felt a way
about someone.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
Eight four nine three. I mean, what to you guys?
What do you guys think? I mean, did Tory? Did
Tory do it? I mean, I gotta be honest with you.
I don't hear her really sounding aggressive and then when
I you know, let me see this picture. It seems
very aggressive.

Speaker 5 (05:16):
It seems aggressive, but it also gives the vibes of
like me and my girls are gonna go out and
do this. I'm not even just pinning this on you.
I'm pinning this on the girl group because your girls
are gonna have your back. I'm not gonna say I've
done something like this, but I mean I've been a
part of things where we go and we do something
to someone's ex because they hurt our girl.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
What have you done?

Speaker 5 (05:36):
I'm not gonna say it's curly gang code talk about it,
but I will say I'm gonna ride for my girls.
And Joe's one of my girls too, So hey, if
he's somebody, yeah I would.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
You would ride for me, You would commit a crime
for me?

Speaker 3 (05:51):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (05:52):
I would? If someone broke your heart. Absolutely.

Speaker 5 (05:55):
That's why Sometimes it's not even the girl who's doing it.
Maybe it's not you, Maybe it's your best friend. Did friend?

Speaker 1 (06:03):
Interesting? All right, I now finally have it up. That
took way too long to get it up there. But
if you are watching youtubeer twitch, you can now see
the car. You can clearly tell that the front tire
was slashed red spray paint. Tory, what did you use
to slash the tire?

Speaker 3 (06:23):
I I don't even know what you could use.

Speaker 6 (06:25):
All right?

Speaker 1 (06:26):
Going to get you? I was going to get you.
All right. Here, let's let's figure out what people think.
Kevin Asher and Tory going through quite the interesting breakup.
Asher ad mits, hey, he did cheat. I did cheat
on her, and then he walks outside after how long

(06:52):
four years? Four years?

Speaker 7 (06:55):
You know?

Speaker 1 (06:55):
Asher walks out of his apartment, goes into his garage,
and he notices that his car the tires completely slashed.
The word slot is now spray painted on his white
car in red lettering. You know, the timing on that's
pretty interesting, Kevin, you say that she did.

Speaker 6 (07:12):
Not do it. I think maybe it could have been
someone that he was with.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
Thank you, Kevin, thank you. Did we not consider any
other girl? No?

Speaker 6 (07:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (07:25):
How many?

Speaker 9 (07:25):
How many people is he cheateing with?

Speaker 3 (07:28):
That's a great question.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
I would also like to know that. Yeah, I don't know,
I mean yeah, yeah, Like if the.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Side piece is mad, I could definitely be another suspect
here the.

Speaker 1 (07:43):
Cameras or something, because the cameras aren't changing or anything. Sorry,
I'm very distracted. I guess this is why.

Speaker 5 (07:47):
You can't be in the streets out here and just
sleeping around, because you never know who's gonna vandalize your car.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
They know where you live, they know what you drive,
you said you need. It's just sitting on you the
whole time.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
And like, and I did it because i'd it. It
wouldn't have happened if he didn't cheat.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
Yeah, Scarlet, what do you think you're on? A Fasher
and Tory?

Speaker 7 (08:09):
Okay, so I've been in a situation like this. My
ex flashed my tires and he never admitted to it.
So I'm sorry, I'm on the guy side. I think
that she did it.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
Why do you believe that your ex did it?

Speaker 7 (08:23):
Because there was just so many things that led up
to it, with all the details and everything that it
just all all signed leaded to him because you know
what was the question?

Speaker 5 (08:36):
Because I said, because who else would actually do that
to you other than your ex?

Speaker 1 (08:40):
Like who else? Exactly that.

Speaker 4 (08:46):
Yeah, I absolutely believe she did it because like it
was that you say, oh, what if it was one
of the people I was cheating with?

Speaker 3 (08:52):
It?

Speaker 4 (08:52):
No, they they don't have the message. Yes, I admit
we had four years together. She has she has four
years of emotional baggage that Yeah, I totally ad meant
I cheated and I'm sorry, but she's got four years
of that that she's now trying to like pent up,
slash my tires, spray paint my car, and like, I
absolutely know it was her because like towards the end

(09:14):
of this relationship, why I cheated in the first place,
because she was going crazy? So this is just I
know it was her.

Speaker 1 (09:22):
Kevin, Kevin, did we just talk?

Speaker 7 (09:26):
Yeah, this is all right.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
Let's say when I'm done talking to people, it's hang
up on them. If I'm done talking to them, Angel, Angel,
go ahead.

Speaker 8 (09:37):
So the word that was spray painted on his car?
I seen the picture last night. That's a female's favorite word.
She does not sound like she's remorseful. She either done
it or she put one of her friends up to
doing it.

Speaker 10 (09:54):
Why would I feel bad that somebody vandalized my ex's
car that cheated on me.

Speaker 6 (09:59):
Of course I'm not.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
I didn't do anything wrong.

Speaker 8 (10:04):
You also keep saying because he cheated. Because he cheated,
that right there is the reason you did it, or
you put somebody up to it. Nobody in their right
mind is just going to come up.

Speaker 3 (10:15):
It happen.

Speaker 8 (10:18):
There is nobody going to just come up and spray
paint something like that on somebody's car. It was somebody
who knew him, somebody who knew where he was going
to be.

Speaker 10 (10:29):
She did it.

Speaker 1 (10:33):
Thank you Angel, Yes, m Angel, thank you.

Speaker 5 (10:38):
Angel made some great points.

Speaker 1 (10:40):
So you do think that Tory did it?

Speaker 4 (10:41):
I do.

Speaker 5 (10:42):
And now that you pull out that word, yes, women
say that a lot. That is a word that we
love to use. So I think kar and our friends
did it.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
This is an interesting one to Dabby. You say that
even if Tory did it. Even if Tory did it,
and boosh, then I gotta dump that this stinks all right, Tory.
H Debbie thinks that even if you did it, you

(11:12):
shouldn't be held accountable because yes, Hunter, go ahead, he
hadn't cheated. First, Hey, Joey Hunter.

Speaker 9 (11:24):
Looking at that picture, that front tire was driven on
once it was flat, like that wasn't just slashed in
a parking spot, like that was gone flat, and then
somebody drove for like a little bit on that, because
like there's no tire left none. So I don't think

(11:45):
that that was her unless she had keys to his
car and then split his tires and then drove around
town on it. Like that just doesn't make any sense.

Speaker 1 (11:53):
Astra, Did you get in your car and drive it
at all?

Speaker 4 (11:56):
Yeah? Actually, I honestly thought that it was just the
spray paint, and I was gonna go, uh see if
I can get it removed. And then I started driving
on it, and I realized, holy cat, what's wrong in
my car? I didn't even notice my tires were slashed
until I got in it and started driving. It was
like I didn't rize the extent of the damage, and
and and so I knew if it was just like
slut whatever, like oh my gosh. But then uh, like

(12:18):
the fact that she slashed my tires as well. I mean,
you gotta be kidding me. Tires are expensive, man, Like
I don't I don't have to just pay to get
this like the paint remove act to like get like
new tires as well. You gotta be kidding me.

Speaker 1 (12:31):
M the cost of a broken heart. That is very
interesting when you look at it, Like, would you notice
that there were no there was no wheel?

Speaker 5 (12:46):
I would notice it just because of how big the
boarding is on that. I would just be shocked by that.

Speaker 1 (12:53):
Can I give a hot take?

Speaker 2 (12:55):
Yes, just listening to the way that Asher was talking
to Toy Gaslight.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
Much, I think that Asher did it to his own
car insurance fraud, and.

Speaker 2 (13:05):
I think he's trying to have her cover it.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
Team to that is a very hot take. Buts uh,
thank you.

Speaker 4 (13:13):
You're giving me a lot of credit.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
Uh yeah, you said that he cheated, so he deserves it.

Speaker 6 (13:21):
I think this guy sounds like a psycho, and I
kind of agree with Katie now, I think he did
it by himself, and you know what, tires are expensive, dude,
But you know what's priceless the love of a good woman.
And thank you.

Speaker 4 (13:38):
Yeah, that's assuming she was a good woman. You guys, guys,
you don't even know the half of it. Like she
wasn't even now that is true. She's no saint. She
is no saint, so.

Speaker 5 (13:51):
Yeah, it makes you not a saint.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
I listen, Like, I take responsibility for for the relationship ending.
It did not end well. I cheated. Yes, that is
my fault.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
I totally get that.

Speaker 4 (14:03):
But she like, she is manipulative, she's controlling, she is uh,
just absolutely you talk about gaslighting. She is the one
like you come home at the end of the day
and she makes you feel bad for things that you
do for her and like, and I had enough of it.
I want it out. And yeah, I think like cheating
was just my way of if.

Speaker 10 (14:24):
I was so terrible, you should have just broken up
with me instead of cheating on me. And if you
hadn't cheated on me, no one would have vandalized your car.

Speaker 3 (14:33):
So honestly, it's your fault this happened.

Speaker 4 (14:38):
So really, if I hadn't done you, nobody would have
vandalized my car.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
As sure, where does someone get spray paint.

Speaker 4 (14:45):
I mean, like, I assume you buy to Walmart. Right,
did they sell spray fane at Walmart? I don't know, Lows,
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (14:53):
If you vandalize things, you buy it at Walmart.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
The ghetto version. Yeah, I honestly I don't think I've
ever bought spray feint in my life.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Hmm. All right, Well, I do have to come to
a decision. This is tough, Judge.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
I'm gonna tell you right now, there's not a chance
I'm paying for any of these damages.

Speaker 5 (15:29):
Well, if the judge rules in your favor.

Speaker 3 (15:33):
I'm not doing it. You can't make me you're not
a real job.

Speaker 6 (15:37):
You can't make me bait.

Speaker 1 (15:41):
Digging.

Speaker 4 (15:42):
As you make your decision, Judge, I just want to
remind you of that key things you said. If I
had never cheated, this never would have happened. Okay, if
I'd never cheated, then so is her argument that there's
just random people going around town writing slut and and
tires on random people's cars. Because that's what it sounds

(16:02):
like to me.

Speaker 1 (16:07):
You know, something was said that completely swayed my decision.
And I was listening, and I was listening. I was listening,
and I heard it. I had to figure out if
maybe I would get it from the other side, and
I did not get it from the other side. And

(16:29):
that's respect. No respect, not even a little no respect
coming on to my show, getting into my courtroom. No respect.
No respect, almost like no respect to your ex's car.

(16:56):
No respect. Therefore, I find Tory guilty on all front.
Tory definitely vandalized the car, but she's not ordered to
pay anything. Because Asher admitted to cheating, he can't cheat.

Speaker 5 (17:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (17:16):
Now the question is, though, I will say, and I'm
looking at the time I got to move, I will
say something that we need to think about. And actually,
now because of this, I'm going to push back the commercials.
But now, knowing what we know, do we turn this
into the police.

Speaker 3 (17:36):
I mean, I don't think that that is, like, you know, necessary, No.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
Yeah, but if you didn't do anything, wouldn't it be
necessary so we can get someone to figure it out. Yeah,
h mm hmmm.

Speaker 3 (17:53):
I think they would be able to figure out how
who it was. Anyway, it's not there were any cameras.

Speaker 5 (18:00):
You sounding so guilty, right, I don't say that.

Speaker 1 (18:05):
And I think we heard all we need to hear
that this portion of the Joe Show podcast is powered
