I hadn't been using that for some reason. That's Google's
AI and they've poured hundreds of millions of dollars into
creating that thing. I mean, they're one of the big
big players, definitely. So I've been using Chat, GPT, Claude,
whoever's that one belongs to, Grock Claude is flitted out

of my mind. Microsoft, No GROC, which is obviously Elon's. Yeah,
look up what Claude is. And now I've got Gemini, Googles,
and I've got all four of them. Now h thropicthrop Yeah,
it was recommended to me by somebody because they liked
the font. It does have a very pleasing font. But
so I've been using all three of them. Then, like
if I have a question, I ask all three and

to do.

and GROC, and now I'm gonna include you in compare
and contrast, and it said, oh cool, welcome aboard. Here's
a rundown of the different styles we all have. And
then it gave me a like a table that said,
for different kinds of problems, who's best at it and
who's not in their conversational tone and blah blah blah.

Okay to the F word just makes it funny. I
know some of you are bothered by that. If you're
bothered by F bombs, then you're not going to want
to listen to this. This is from The Daily Show
Monday night on Comedy Central. John Stewart does it once
a week. He's a guy that made the Daily Show famous.

bombs slip quite a few times. Yeah, I think you
just tried out. I mean, we've done that sort of
thing before. Nothing nobody says anything. So you think, okay,

big Fox podcast fun. Yeah, yes, bombs, S bombs, and
probably not in prime time, but like safe Harbor or
whatever that's called after nine o'clock. Yeah, come on after
nine o'clock at night. You got a crime show and
the cop can't drop an S bomb. That's ridiculous. It
makes sense.

Okay. So John Stewart was very very upset that the
Democrats had caved. What's I like about this? As he's
beaten up on Democrats because he's always beaten up on
Republicans right and Trump.

Look for quote unquote caving. I'm intrigued.

Yeah, the caving wasn't the problem.

That the problem was the damn shutdown.

He is outraged that they caved. He thought they had
the leverage and blah blah blah, Anyway, here's how it sounded.

Any deal must secure the extension of the ACA tax credits.

This is about my party saying enough is enough.

Democrats will not back down, do not stop fighting.

First of all, the version I watch, I don't know
where you got your answered. The version I watched had
the F bombs in it, so I thought it was
going to be the F bombs, but they weren't bleeping.
The outrage seems to be from the John Stuart crowd
and some others, is that they got nothing for it.

John, they had no leverage.

You don't think that there's no way.

To get those promises.

Yeah, I don't know. It's possible some better negotiators could
have somehow gotten something or made it look like you
got something because they got nothing. By the pain they
would have had to have caused, Yeah, would have been
the sort of gamble that could have ended the Democratic
Party forever. But Trump was out there saying, we are
losing this shutdown. We got to open it back up.

I think you could have said, we just need to
guarantee you'll bring the Obamacare to a vote, because I think,
as John Stewart's about to point out, they did not
get a guarantee of any kind anyway. Here's another clip

they've had in years. Seven Democratic senators and then voted
were their Republican counterparts to end the shutdown and reopen

Affordable Care Act. Instead, they got a promise to vote
on it at a later date.

Democrats, you sold out the entire shutdown, not to get
what you wanted, but for a promise to not get
what you wanted later.

While I disagree with him, his delivery is yes, he's
the best of that ever. But the fact that that crowd,
I guarantee you that Chuck Schumer or his aides or
whatever were aware of John Stewart's performance on Monday night
and thinking that's a problem for us.

Oh yeah.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
They painted themselves into a corner and had to ask
for help getting out. It's humiliating. And the crowd that
likes John Stewart, which is a lot of progressive voters,
see it that way, or at least John Stuart's trying
to convince him to see it that way.

Sure, yeah, yeah, yeah, he was just wrong on every
single factual assertion he made or you know, yeah, Trump said, yeah,
we got to wrap this up. But Trump needs to
stay off social media mostly. I don't know.

I don't know what I would have done. I probably would.
You wouldn't have done the shutdown in the first place.
But if you end up with John Stewart lambasting you
that way in your own party, you have definitely not
achieved anything. You've only taken steps backwards, right, Yeah, I
would say.

So, although you know, to prove my point. It's not proof,
but it's pretty compelling. I think the Democrats, with the
alleged wind at their sales after the elections and everything
and better messaging and the media on their side, we're
getting nothing. And the pain was really really starting to mount.

And so a bunch of them, none of whom is
up for election next year, got together with the full
permission of a bunch of other Democrats, and said, we
got to pull the rip cord on this thing. They
I didn't convince them that they were in a terrible
suicidal position. They convinced themselves of that.

Yeah. And the uh yeah, I think that John Stewart
knows better. Okay, all right, I think the part that
he's missing is I talked about this the other day
on the radio show, that the Senators get to act independently.
It's not like the House where you kind of have
to fall in line or you'll never get a committee
and you'll get primaried in six months because you have
an election every two months and that sort of stuff.

a handful of them got together and said let's let's
just end this, and they don't care what Chuck Schumer's
