Все они являются важыми составляющими японского искусства, но отвечая на этот вопрос вы, как и я, вероятнее всего сперва вспомните Большую волну Хокусая, сливовый сад, перерисованный Ван Гогом или красавиц с портретов Утамаро, то есть укиё-э.
Для нас с вами укиё-э – один из самых известных типов японского искусства, которому посвящаются музейные выставки. Японцы периода Эдо, вероятно, от души посмеялись бы над нами. Ведь для них укиё-э были всего лишь частью поп-культуры – журналами, постерами знаменитостей. Считались ли они вообще искусством? Кто покупал укиё-э?
